I had been looking for a used Honda Accord. Blue Ridge Auto listed one on Saturday. I happened to drive by on Sunday around 8:30pm on my way back from Roanoke. Thought I would just take a look and I was surprised to find folks working. They let me test drive the Accord that night and told me what they would sell the car for. They called me back Monday and we finalized the deal over the phone. They took care of some cosmetic issues during the day Tuesday and I picked the car up Tuesday evening. The financial transaction took less than 15 minutes. Simple as pie. No sales pressure. They detail their cars to make them look showroom new. They are flexible with your schedule. Time will tell if the car has any problems, but everything they knew about the car was disclosed to me and I am very satisfied with the whole process.

I just bought my car from them. Though its just less than a month,but i got a good deal if my car does not show any problem in recent days. Their service is good. At first,you will be disappointed by going there, because the shop is very small and in the middle of nowhere. Nobody can imagine,their can be a car dealer. They dont have that much big inventory. I bought used Honda car,with pretty good deal. The car seems good upto now. They repaired some broken part and gave 6 months warranty.For mechanical testing of cars, they will give you just one hour.They maintain their cars in good way from outside, though i got lots of ants inside my car,even i was driving for 2 week,i cant find their source!Overall,i would recommend the dealer,but always do homework before you go and do testing before buying.

My family had a great buying experience here. We were in the market for a small SUV and had spotted one, a Nissan Rogue, on their website that was more to our liking. We called their number and spoke to a salesman, and he said we could come down and test drive it anytime. We were there that afternoon, and was greeted warmly by the same smiling salesman that we had spoken to earlier. As we sat down, he offered us a drink and wanted to show us some additional information on the Nissan Rogue. We were further intrigued by his knowledge of the vehicle and he asked if we were ready to test drive. He was pretty excited about this car, and he told us it was a new arrival and one of his personal favorites. He then told us we could test drive the car as long as we wanted and could even take it to a mechanic of our choice to have it checked, if we wanted. So we test drove the car. It had a smooth ride and accelerated quickly, which is what we liked the most about it. When we got back, we expressed our pleasure with the car, and he sat us down so we could negotiate. He was a very comforting during our bargaining and he didn't pressure us at all, which is what I usually fear the most when buying big ticket items. We then came to a mutual agreement and we were out the door in about 30 minutes, Bill of sale and keys in hand. We love this car and we thank Blue Ridge Auto Sales for helping us find what we needed, and with as little hassle and courteousness as possible.

My name is John Zackery, and we have bought 3 cars here in the last 5 years. We love coming here because we know that we will get a fair deal and a good price. We first bought a 2003 Toyota Celica that was superfast and excellent on gas mileage, we loved that car, but we had kids and had to upgrade the family ride. We then came back here and bought a lovely 2007 Honda Accord, which we absolutely adored! That was probably the best car we have owned. But unfortunately I was in an accident and we had to replace it, and guess where we came?? Yep, and we found a super clean and low mileage 2009 Nissan Rogue. This SUV has it all, and we love it. I would recommend if you are in the market for a new car, then stop by Blue Ridge Auto Sales, and I am sure you will leave happy!

Called in reference to a BMW listed online. Didn't seem to know much about the car but insisted it was 100%. Funny thing is that by them listing the VIN, I was able to find out that the 1 owner, NO accident car actually had multiple owners and a MAJOR accident involving frame damage. Why set yourself up like that? Huge red flag!!

I contacted them in reference to a suv in stock and even submitted an app via their website -only to find the weblink notvalid the credit app was not submitted-I recd a msg reading undeliverable. I followed up with a phone call to the dealer to clarify and was told I would recieve a phone call If they didn't recieve the credit app! Well several days went by- no phone call! So again I call to follow-up only to find they couldn't locate the app(sent via their weblink) and second...which really sucked Is the Suv in question was already SOLD! So no customer satisfaction or follow-up with these guys! They totally dropped the ball on this ONE-totally dissatisfied!

He is not for helping you once u buy a car from him thats it....my car has been broke down for a year and I keep calling and calling and he will not return my calls... he said one time o I am going to help you because u sent 3 people here and he never helped me . He just a fast talking get your money and don't care if car break down the next day .. I need a reliable car I have doctors appointment in Richmond and Charlottesville I been through chemotherapy so I know this too shall past .... and he know I was sick and have to have a reliable car to go back and forth. .. but God say touch not my people and he will give u double for your trouble. So I know there's a blessing on the way ..a new car..claim it and name it.. want have to deal with these shady used car sales people ....wouldn't recommend at all....what looks good on the outside not always good in the inside. ...God blesss him and his dealership. Pray he don't do anyone else like this doing this tax season. ...

I have bought two cars in four years from here and have been very pleased with each one. I first bought a two door sports car, it was a Toyota Celica, which was in excellent condition, and it was the best car I had ever driven. I then had two kids two years later and had to up-size the family car, so we came back here and found a great 2007 Honda Accord. This car was in super condition, and I couldn't find a thing wrong with it. They gave me a great price and were very friendly and super nice to deal with again! I recommend them to anyone looking for a great car and an even better deal!

I was test driving a car, (which the salesman told me to only take 10 minutes to do), and it drove well so I purchased it. About 20 minutes after I drove it off the lot it had a serious shudder problem. Took it to a mechanic and he wouldn't touch it!!! The car was so messed up it needed $2,300 worth of repairs!! I went back to Blue Ridge Auto and told them about it. At first they told me to leave and the vehicle was my problem as it was sold "as is". Then they tried to buy a warranty for me to get the vehicle repaired, but it was no good!! A few days later they offered to take the vehicle back and give me $2000 less than I paid for it!!! So basically, I borrowed the vehicle from them, found out what was wrong with it for them, and got $2000 taken from me!! Bunch of crooks that give the used car industry a bad reputation!! Don't go there EVER!!

Over the past 2 months I had been looking for a small used vehicle as a back up. I checked out cars at 6 dealerships in the area that had advertised cars in the make and model that I wanted. While the majority of the cars were in excellent condition, I was ASTOUNDED by the outlandish high prices. A relative suggested I look on Cars.com where I saw BLUE RIDGE AUTO SALES on the website. I'm glad she did. Checking out their inventory, I saw just what I wanted and the price was in my range. That afternoon I went to the dealership. Several men were out on the lot assisting customers or cleaning up cars. I got out of the car and was greeted by Sam, one of the salesmen, with a smile and a warm handshake. Although I had already checked out their site and knew what I wanted, I told him I was just looking. He invited me to browse around and let him know if I saw a vehicle I liked. (I appreciated his helpful but non pushy attitude). A short while later Sam and another employee approached, inquiring if I saw anthing I liked. I pointed out the vehicle I liked and he immediately got the key so that I could check it out. (The car was in excellent condition both inside and out so I couldn't help being a little skeptical about the very reasonable price.) Started it up and checked under the hood. It sounded really smooth so I decided to test drive it. Drove the vehicle down the highway, by the time I got back to the dealership I was sold. Spent the next hour working out the details of the sale. Over the past 30 years I have purchased 11 cars, some new and some used and I must say, this was one of the most pleasant car purchasing experiences I've had. Martin the owner, Sam and the other staff I interacted with were all friendly, helpful and willing to go the extra mile to see to the customer's satisfaction. This was demonstrated by the extra assistance provided to a customer by Martin, the dealership's owner. As Sam was working on my sales agreement, there was another purchaser who had come several hours away to purchase a car. This client was being assisted by Martin, the owner. Although it was past their closing time on a Saturday night, Martin stayed on the phone for 20 minutes with the young man's insurance carrier, to make sure the insurance was transferred to the newly purchased vehicle. Martin did not want the customer to make the long drive back to his home not knowing if he was properly insured or not. Having worked for 35 years at a government agency providing customer service to hundreds of clients each month, I recognize good customer service. That was OUTSTANDING customer service. I cannot judge the experience that others say they had at Blue Ridge Auto, I can only speak to how they treated me. I am VERY SATISFIED and I recommend this dealership to anyone seeking a good vehicle at a reasonable price. To be exact, I have already recommended them to several of my family members and friends and hope Blue Ridge Auto is around when I'm ready to purchase my next used vehicle. BE AWARE buyers!!! before you purchase the car there you need to do the following steps like i did! 1. Do CARFAX on their vehicles you like! i did one vehicle and turned out salvage rebuilt did another one i liked and had major title problems and 2 accidents!! thats why the cars in blue ridge auto sales are kind of cheap compare to other dealers! 2. have the mechanic check entire car bumper to bumper! some of them was spray painted! 3. i paid 500 hundred of my tax money to Carfax 11 cars to see what kind of cars they selling, guess what at least 8 of them had accidents and major title problems, odometer rollback.structural damage. BE AWARE BUYERS DONT STEP ON THIS LOT OR YOU LOSE 10 thousand dollars

Seen a car that they were advertising on their website. I called and asked specific questions about the car and the guy said yeah it's a great car new tires, brakes, clean in and out leather interior, rides nice..etc...etc. So I decided to ride down to go look at the car and hopefully do some business. About 30 minutes later I arrived at the lot. I pulled right in and there was no other customers on the lot or in the office. Now let me give everyone out there some free advice. If you want to know that you're on a good lot with good sales people that want to do business and sell cars to customers sit in your car a minute and see if anyone even comes out to greet you and thank you for stopping to see their cars. If they never come out even as you're getting out of the car....I suggest you leave! Anyway I proceeded to go into the office where there was 4 guys in there and they didn't say a word to me until I began to talk. All the while there was a guy counting money laid out right in front of me fanned out and stacks of 20's and 100's another guy was next to him feverishly typing out on the computer keyboard most likely writing out phoney reviews to offset the ones you're going to find like this one. So I spoke to the guy and told him I called you 30 minutes ago about the car you had on your website for $$$$ he says oh yeah...well the thing about that car is it's not actually here on the lot so then he proceeds to tell me that yeah that car has engine problems and this and that.. I said so I was on the phone with you and you basically lied about the car? He first says he didn't remember talking to me and than a minute later he tells me he thought I was talking about another car...I was very specific on what I asked him as the car was in the price range I was looking for....so he says oh well you can check out this car and Ill take off $100 totally unapologetic about the very reason I was there in the first place. If I were you I'd stay clear of this car lot. These kinds of lots are all over New York which is where I'm originally from...they do all kinds of tricks to them to make them appear to be good cars like resetting all warning lights...steam cleaning engines to hide prior issues with the vehicle and even go further than that by pouring stop leak in radiator rewiring things to work temporarily etc Before you hand over your hard earned money do your own CarFax because those can be altered too by them and bring the car to your mechanic. Remember these are auction cars and are intended to be sold and turn a buck. They're not interested in repairing them just spit shining them and selling them for big profit...once you sign the paper you got the headache not them.

I visited the car lot approximately a year ago for a Honda odyssey and soon as I visited the sales manager I decided to do business with them. Several months ago I was looking for a vehicle for my college daughter who just recently got her drivers license. I contacted Martin at Blue Ridge Auto Sales regarding a 2007 Pontiac Vibe with very low miles. I missed on that vehicle as someone else had just purchased it. Martin and I kept in touch and about a month later Martin told me he just got in a 2010 Pontiac Vibe in excellent shape! Martin said he thought it would be a perfect vehicle for my daughter!I told Martin I needed to have the vehicle inspected by a dealership first. Martin had no problem with that request. Since I lived several states away from Va. Martin agreed to drive the vehicle to a dealership I called and that I arranged to have the vehicle inspected at. Martin left the vehicle there to be inspected. Well Martin was right! The vehicle was in great shape. I've had several other used vehicles inspected before purchasing them and dealerships are always VERY critical during their inspections! To be honest Basically thats WHY I take them to dealerships! They "nit pick". I've passed on 3 other vehicles I had inspected by dealerships in other states. Well Martin was right, The dealership could only come up with: your gonna need two rear tires "down the road". Your gonna need front brake pads "down the road" and your gonna need wind shield wiper blades "down the road". That was IT! Then the service mgr said the vehicle is actually in great shape and that someone must have really taken care of it. Since I was driving the vehicle several states away back home I asked Martin if he would put some new brake pads on the front, even though the dealership said I would need them "down the road", Martin put the new brake pads on. I told Martin when we first spoke that I needed a SAFE low miles easy to drive vehicle for my daughter. He provided a 2010 Pontiac Vibe ( which is essentially a Toyota Matrix ) with Traction control, side curtain air bags (front & back), and OnStar! All at a reasonable price! Trust me I shopped around. I have another daughter thats a freshmen in college and a son that just graduated from college and my wife and I will be looking to purhase vehicles for them fairly soon. We will start with Martin at Blue Ridge Auto Sales!

I bought an 07 Altima SE come to find out its not is just an S. The Nissan dealer identified all the components that an SE would have and my moonroof was put in by someone else and not the manufacturer. Also, my tint was illegal in VA and I ended up getting a ticket, pay court cost and $200 to get it removed. Thanks but I won't be dealing there again even with low prices check and check. My engine check light was on and it wasn't fix either.

I bought a car from there one month ago, after I saw a car on crag list. However, the VIN checking result they showed me was modified after I checked it again when I returned home. And they promised me to send me a remoter the next day I bought the car, but it has been more than one month since they said that. During this time I called them for several times, they just told me they had sent it. I really do not believe it will take more than one week if they mail a remoter from one side of Roanoke to another side! And on this website, if you see the reviews carefully, you will see that some highly rated evaluation are posted on the same day, which might be written by themselves. So do not believe them. I strongly recommend you do not buy anything from here!!

We bought a car from them a few days ago with the ABS light on--agreeing to fix it and take it as-is. Within 48 hours of purchase, the service engine soon light was on, the fuel gauge was noticeably not working, and the low coolant light came on. The converter and O2 sensor need to be replaced. Now, less than 72 hours after the purchase, we have had a mechanic determine the cause of the "low coolant" light--a MAJOR leak in the manifold, that if we continue driving it at all, could ruin the engine. The labor alone for repairing the leak will be 1200+. The service engine soon light can easily be cleared and the low coolant light temporarily cleared by adding water/coolant. Entirely too ironic that a car that was driven for 2 hours by them (home from the auction purchased), would suddenly have these things "go bad" within 2-3 days after purchase. They will NOT help at all with the repairs for the undisclosed/concealed problems...we didn't ask for 100% of the repairs, just some. Very unhappy with this experience and will never EVER buy from them again...

We needed to get a car for our daughter for the upcoming school year. We went to see Martin (again) and gave us a great deal on a Honda Passport. Martin understands the needs of a family and worked with us to get the vehicle in the price range we needed. One thing that is great about Blue Ridge is that Martin encourages you to take the vehicle you are considering to your mechanic. Our mechanic was not only impressed with the quality of the vehicles we purchased but was surprised at the low prices as well.. My car died and I was dreading the process of getting a used car in a just couple of days. Stopped at Blue Ridge while on the way from one big name dealer in Roanoke to their other store in Bedford. Martin understood my need and hooked me up with a 2003 Buick Century for half of what the big name guys wanted for a similar vehicle. Be sure to check out Blue Ridge Auto before paying too much.
