I was referred to Brandy by my mother who loved working with her when she purchased her car. I alerted Brandy to a specific car I was looking for, and she was able to find one very quickly. She was very attentive and explained everything in the process of buying my car. As a fellow woman, it was nice to have a female sales person. I wouldn’t purchase a car in the future from anyone else.

Really was just going to look and think about it but ended up getting my new truck i wanted. The sales agent Brandy Meredith was very pleasant to work with and not pushy like most sales reps i encounter. She met my needs and more. She even got me with an allstate agent there upon my request and i ended up with allstate for full coverage on my new vehicle and more at rates lower than with my current insurance company. Very Happy and Pleased with my experience and Purchase and look forward to doing business again in the future.

Sheila was exceptionally kind and provided the best customer service. Every employee we encountered when we were in the dealership went above and beyond in kindness. The only negative I have is that it took 7 weeks for our car to be fixed and it kind of seemed that we weren’t a high priority even after our part came in after 4 weeks of waiting for that. But Drew (I believe that was his name) had someone drive our car to us and the Blue Ridge provided a rental while we waited so in the end I can say we were well taken care of.

I came in to get my car serviced. Everyone was friendly and made the experience painless. They communicated recommendations and did not try to persuade me otherwise when I declined on certain ones. Staff conversed and more than competent at their jobs. I marked probably will not on getting a new Nissan at this dealer due to I do not plan to get a car again (for a long while) but do plan to continue to get my car serviced at this location.

My daughter's nissan was blowing spark plug coils. After weeks of guessing, and thousands of dollars in parts and labor, they put a new computer in it. It blew a coil the next morning as she was driving to work. Dealing with b r nissan was one of the worst experiences I have ever had. I took the car to a local mechanic and he fixed it in a few days for 125.00 It was my daughter's car, not mine. That is why you didn't provide a service to me. You didn't provide a service to my daughter either. You just took our money, all of it.

I spent quite some time trying to arrive at a deal - John Powers turned out to be entirely untrustworthy. His word meant nothing when it came time to sign the dotted line. I cannot recommend any serious car buyer shop here. If you want to be talked down to - this would be the perfect place. Masochists and overspenders welcome.

I recently traded in my Nissan Murano for a 2007 Chevy Suburban and it was a great experience. John Powers handled everything and made the whole experience a breeze! I would not recommend having your vehicle serviced at this business unless you have a check engine light on. Unfortunately I didn't and the technicians didn't know how to think without a computer. My car was under warranty when I took it to Blue Ridge Nissan several times for the same problem. I had to pay close to $400 dollars to get my car fixed after the warranty expired because Blue Ridge said there was nothing wrong with my 2012 Nissan Versa. I'm disappointed with them and I suggest you take your vehicle elsewhere

Ryan Mathesius and his team and Blue Ridge Nissan went far above and beyond to earn my business. Great customer service, easy to work with, and they made the purchase experience easy, and pain-free.When I couldn't get over to see vehicles because of work, they brought them to me. When I need service on my new vehicle, they come get it and bring it back when its completed. I would recommend this place to anyone who wants a great purchase experience, and who wants to truly see the professionalism, and people who actually care about what vehicle is right for you, not just about selling you a car.Some places just want your money, these guys want you in the car that is best for you, and want you to be happy with the choice you make.I am very happy with my Xterra Pro 4-X, and with the dealership where I bought it!Give them a chance, they will make you an owner!!

Two years ago I bought a car at Blue Ridge Nissan in Wytheville, Va. I could have saved a couple hundred dollars elsewhere, but I thought the service was likely to be better where I live. Also, I was promised free tires from Liberty Tire Co. if I had tire rotations when needed. I asked if the service department would tell me when that was since I knew I'd never keep up with it. I was assured that if I brought my car to them for servicing, they'd see to it that the rotations were on schedule. So I did, and I had every single thing done that they recommended, a couple of which were pretty expensive A month ago I needed new tires, but was told by the service personnel at the dealership that I had been refused by Liberty Tire Co--reason given was that my first tire rotation was late. Ok, it was a verbal promise that the service people at Blue Ridge Nissan would let me know when the rotations were due so maybe that's my fault. I should have kept up with it myself and not depended on them. Then I was called at home and asked if I wanted a free oil change from Blue Ridge Nissan. I thought "nice perk for customer loyalty" and said, sure and scheduled it with the person who called me. I took the car in and got the oil change but guess what? No freebie. According to the service staff, nobody there knew a THING about it! I paid for the "free" oil change. Well, I've had enough. I hate being lied to. This will be the last car I buy from Blue Ridge Nissan and if you're thinking of buying one there thinking you will get the free perks you're promised--I'd think again. My advice is to buy your Nissan wherever it will be the cheapest and forget about "friendly, reliable service."

I was very pleased with the exceptional service I received from Blue Ridge Nissan. They were able to get me the exact vehicle I wanted at the price I wanted to pay. The owners made sure that I was well take care of the entire time. I was hesitant at first buying in my smaller town, but I actually saved money after I compared all quotes to the big city dealers. I was pleased, I got my price and it was very important to me to keep my business local and support our local community. I haven't been back for service, but will update this site as soon as I do.
