After finding a CPO BMW 335i at this dealership online, I used their website's "check availability" function to inquire about the car. Within an hour, I had an email from Ben with more information about the vehicle.I spoke with Mike Lamtman the next morning and he went out to the car so he could answer any questions I had about that specific vehicle in real-time. We spoke several times throughout the day, as I kept coming up with more questions about the warranty/price/process and he was extremely responsive.I flew up from Alabama and Ben ensured there was a driver waiting at the airport. Once I was there, all the staff was extremely courteous and professional. The car was pristinely detailed and had been pulled right up front awaiting my arrival.Working through the paperwork went smoothly. All the individuals I dealt with seemed very genuine. They didn't try any games or tactics, no strong-arming; It was handled just like you would any other business transaction. The team was so accommodating and helpful. They treated me like I was a repeat customer, like I had been buying cars from them for years. I wish I could recall the name of the Sales Manager whom I spoke with; he was extremely personable and made sure I didn't have any issues.After the sale, Ben and Mike both kept in touch via text to make sure my drive home was going smoothly. These gentlemen made it obvious that my happiness was their #1 priority. This is the first time I've dealt with a dealership where I felt that my satisfaction was just as important to them as the sale. It has certainly left a lasting impression with me.Even though they are 10.5 hours away, I would absolutely buy from Ben and Mike again. Although next time, I'll bring my wife so we can split the driving!

My initial appointment was supposed to be with the Sales Manager. On arrival he took us to one of the Salesmen, Ron Wesley who was very nice, without saying that we would be working with Ron. During the process and after we decided to get the vehicle we sat with the Finance person, who was also very nice. We were, at the time of signing for the vehicle, given 5 or 6 additional warranty choices that had to be made immediately. I found this to be very uncomfortable and mentioned to the Finance person that we should have been told about these optional warranties before hand so we had time to consider them. I also did not like the fact that we requested everything be ready when we arrived and it was not.

This was the fourth dealership I went to and the last one. As soon as I walked in the door I was greeted with a warm smile and genuine employees. Certainly different the previous dealerships I went to earlier in the day. I was escorted to Avery's office where he intently searched for the car, as the color of the car I wanted was not on their lot. Avery made sure I had the car I wanted and was more then helpful! I was struck by the fact that Avery was able to make the deal with us without having to run back and forth to his sales manager. He could show us various options in real time, regarding lease terms and down payment amounts. We traveled from Pittsburgh Pa because Cleveland BMW had the most selection of BMW's ranging from X4M, X5, to X6 to view and test drive. Also equipped with some unique options that you don't see at every other BMW Dealer. Debbie Bednar was very knowledgable about each vehicle and you could tell she is passionate about BMW's, not just your typical client advisor. We would definitely recommend Cleveland BMW.

I was an out of state buyer totally relying on the salesman to be my eyes and ears. Jim Balala shot straight with me about the vehicle which was a 2012 Certified Pre Owned. I did not see the vehicle till I flew in and again it was as he had relayed. Car was ready - I did my paperwork and in 30 minutes was in my 128i underway for 800 mile trip back home.

I brought my F30 335 in for a performance tune. From the time I was greeted by the service assistant, to the welcoming of my service advisor, and every step in between, I was treated like a millionaire. When my service required several more hours than I had anticipated, I was provided a loaner on the spot and the freedom to come back on my own schedule. The dealership was clean, stocked with amenities, and had the friendliest staff of any BMW dealer I had visited previously. I actually look forward to going back!

BMW of Cleveland and in particular my salesman Ron Wesley were great work with. It was truly no pressure to buy a car. I took the car home for 24 hours to test driving. All features were reviewed carefully with me-- after my 24 test driving met with the BMW "genius" who carefully reviewed the features of the car and went over everything I needed. This was before I even committed to purchasing the car.My salesman took the time to carefully review all the features with me so I could decide which ones I wanted. He knows every aspect of the car very well. .When it came time to negotiate the price I met with the salesman and general manager at the same time. Everything was very clear and straightforward in negotiations.Because there were features they did not have on the lot I wound up ordering in the car. This was done promptly by my salesman. It took approximate 6 weeks for the car to be shipped. I actually enjoyed the process of following the car through production.After the car arrived it was immediately prepped and ready for me the next day.The card drives amazingly. I highly recommend the ventilated seats! The electronics are fantastic.Overall outstanding experience! Thank you Ron and BMW of Cleveland !

Extremely disappointed. It all started with a routine oil change and wiper blade replacement. I receive a call stating I had an additional $4000 in repairs needed for my 2009 X5 that has only 75,000 miles. Most of the "recommended" repairs had to do with "leaking" valve gaskets. I declined all of the work that "needed" to be completed, minus replacing a front sway bar. I receive my car back at work via their valet service. I parked my car and back back to work. I got into my car 3 hours later and my "low coolant" service light goes on. I drove home 11 miles and checked to see what the problem was. I had no coolant in my radiator reservoir!I called the following morning (today) to express my concerns and I was completely ignored and received a candid response about nothing being wrong with the coolant and continued to tell me that the issue was the valve gaskets. I have been driving BMW's for 14 years and can honestly say I've never been pleased with the service. But this tops it off. I've received calls about them blowing out a tire taking my car through their car wash, forgetting to screw my bumper back together, to leaving my sunroof open while servicing my car for four days during a rainy weekend. This one tops them all. Valve gaskets need replaced /leaking oil - Car gets returned with zero coolant and can clearly see the radiator reservoir leaking. Unbelievable.

Overall good experience negotiating for and buying a Certified Pre-owned BMW. I've been a happy customer of BMWCleveland for about 10 years and am happy to remain one!While I definitely DO NOT hold this against Ben or Lamont, here are some thoughts on the process that might be helpful in creating an even better experience for future customers:- I would have liked to have been able to move much quicker through the negotiation - but the dealership would not offer a great price for the car (or fair value for trade-in without extensive back and forth - which included telling me at least a couple of times that the offer was the bottom line and that they would not budge from the price offered, though they ended up doing so. - Traveling every week for work, I started by informing them I would only negotiate by email and come in to sign the papers when we reached an agreement. I would have liked to skip the part where they told me that coming in and negotiating in person was "my best leverage". Aside from being clearly not true, it was not possible in my situation. - Price for Trade-in was well below established value (KBB and several other sites.). Initial value offered was laughably low, and though I was able to get it closer, I wish it didn't have to take such effort on my part. - Dealer, several times, discounted the validity of the info on sites like KBB for trade-in values, while using them as a support for the price of the car they are selling! Customers have much more information available to them now than ever before, and dealers should embrace that! - In general, it's bad experience for customers that Sales, Trade-in and Parts are treated as completely separate entities. I have no doubt this is absolutely true (internal to the dealership), but to the customer what they pay for the car, what they get for their trade-in, and any simply extras they need (e.g., floor mats) are part of the same transaction, and the back and forth between those groups just adds confusion and delay that makes the process harder. "Fixing" this for the customer is an opportunity for the dealership to really make the process great for their customers!- Once we agreed on the deal, Ben and Joe got me through the paperwork and delivery quite quickly -- around 2.5 hours - which was much appreciated!

I had a very positive experience at BMW of Cleveland while purchasing my CPO 2013 535xi. I was very satisfied with my salesperson Chad Cyrus. Don't let his young age fool you. He is extremely knowledgeable about the brand and was very honest and willing to go the extra mile. I feel I was treated fairly and with respect by everyone at this dealership and they followed through with all commitments they made. In 2009, I traded in my Lexus SC430 convertible for a BMW; loved the 2010 135i convertible and also was impressed by the "adult" manner of the sales agent. A few weeks ago, I traded that in and leased another BMW, a 2016 228xi, this time through Debbie Bednar and Joe Tracey and again found the transaction to be very professional, considerate, respectful....with no BS, no pressure and no haggling games. I had looked at the Mercedes CLA 250 and the infinity but I wasn't thrilled with the vehicles or the sales people. I wasn't sure if I wanted to but a BMW or another vehicle but after visiting the dealership and working with Ron and the manager Bob Abele I was so glad that I listened to my son and looked at the BMW's. I had a wonderful experience from beginning to end. I loved the look of the 428i XDrive. And I fell in love with it after the test drive. I had no intention of buying a new car when I first went to the dealership. I just wanted to see what was out there in the event I had to replace my then-current car to which I had become attached as reliable, good looking and in good shape.With no pressure tactics expected of a car salesperson, the process of sitting in and test driving a 428i XDrive soon led to a purchase. Knowing I prefer standard transmission, she has always worked to satisfy my performance and financial criteria. She is friendly and professional. Due to several reasons, the deal took longer than expected, but a lot of the staff stayed past closing to get us on our way. I just took delivery of a very special car. Because I wanted kind of a special configuration (manual transmission, some special sport packages, color choice, etc.) on a 435i for my first new car since 2006, I spent a considerable amount of time with Deb Bednar and with her patient assistance decided to special order a 2016. Unfortunately, the day I was to pick it up, with absolutely no fault on the part of BMW Cleveland, someone backed into the side of my car. Their treatment of me in a situation which obviously cost them a lot of money could not have been more fair. I was given the option of waiting to see the repair and then having the choice of accepting that car or ordering another one. I was not pressured in any way by anyone at BMW Cleveland. The repair work was perfect. I could not detect any sign of the repair and ended up deciding to take that car. Through all of this everyone involved was great. Obviously Deb Bednar, but also Joe who helped with finance and explaining some features and Ryan the techie guy who spent a few hours patiently explaining all of the features on my car to a very un-techie me. I was buying a relatively modestly priced certified per-owned 328i, but was treated like I was spending three times as much on a 2016 5 Series. Clearly staff is trained to go out of their way to be friendly and welcoming which clearly speaks to how well management must treat its employees. "Courteous" and "responsive" are two words that come to mind when describing BMW Cleveland. Now that I'm an owner I've already enjoyed the VIP treatment twice stopping back for a free car wash. They mounted my front plate at no charge on one of those visits and my sales rep sat with me again to answer some additional questions I had on some cockpit operations. On my last stop I was enjoying juice in the customer lounge waiting for my car to be wash and my sales rep stopped in just to chat with me for a few minutes. It really is a nice experience that I'm looking forward to enjoying for many years.

This last purchase was consistent with the first and second - honest up-front discussions on features and pricing, honest and genuine input from Debbie on worthwhile features for me (saving me $$ on those features not important to me) - with the process basically being that Debbie and BMW Cleveland do exactly what they say. I will be coming back to them for future purchases.Service throughout the years has been A-1 as well. For those in Cleveland, you should look into their Summer/Winter tire change service. Reasonable cost, and they store the tires!

We liked the car when we first saw it and how clean it was until the test drive, it road well but its braking power was very poor so our salesman gave only one option to cut the rotors, after taking the vehicle home I didn't realize it at the time but the brakes were only about 80% working because the pads were not new. As the vehicle was being Inspected he looked at the pads their was only 75% on one side of pad and 60% on the other half. The front rotors were cut to minimum by your service department. I had my mechanic replace front brakes and rotors and now I feel safer because I have 100% front brakes. The one thing I though strange was that they could not find a work order that it even went though the shop.

I called Deborah Bednar at the time she was about to leave the office on thursday night, after having a poor experience at another CLE dealership. My mind was set for 2015 X5 35i and I told her what my 'must have' s were, as options/packages. She said the first thing in the morning she will prepare a list after searching her inventory. The following afternoon, I happened to have time and showed up without an appointment. She was emailing me when I arrived there, and she had several options, already figured out with numbers and lease options I was interested in. She has even searched other states close to OH. I had decided to add other packages overnight, which she did not know, but that was not a problem for her. Within minutes, she put the best offers on the table. Literally in 16 hours of contacting to her, I have found my vehicle. I went for a test drive with Ryan, and other staff members were very kind. Deborah worked with us in a very professional manner, very motivated to address our needs, and expectations. This morning, I have picked my car, after her wonderful orientation. ( Ryan is the genius who responds to all high tech issues , he has helped this morning with iPhone connection issues). We met with the finance officer , who was also very professional. My experience overall was very smooth, and elegant. After visiting several other dealers, BMW CLE's offer was the best one. Deb is detailed oriented, and very experienced. I recommend any serious buyer ( especially the ones too busy to tolerate nonsense ) to BMW Cleveland.

I have noodling the internet looking for a certified pre owned BMW with low mileage for a few months. I spotted two 2013 328 models at DAG. Called my favorite service manager Steve Savage and asked for the service records for me and to look at the cars and would be in to see him.He introduced me to Chad Cyrus and the 3 of us discussed the cars. My BMW at the time was a 2008 128i series which was loaded with options. I test drove the 2013 328i series putting it through its paces. Then I drove the 2013 328 xi series also putting it through its paces. I was interested in the handling of AWD but it was not as sporty as the RWD.Chad did a great job of explains all the features of the 328i, especially pointing out the lack of a GPS which is easily replaced by a cell phone or a TomTom I put a deposit on the car.When I picked up the car I noticed that it did not have Bluetooth even though it listed online. Chad,and Steve arranged for me to get the BMW Bluetooth.I love driving this car, did not realize how much I missed 4 doors.I would recommend both the dealership and Chad Cyrus and Jim Laumer who took care of me

I have been working with Debbie Bednar on my car purchases. She has been fantastic. She really "gets" me. She knows my style, taste, etc. She always takes the time to chat with me when I come in for service or a car wash. She cares about her clients long-term. I have referred to other I know and my parents have bought 2 new BMWs from her in the last 2 years. Good friends of mine have also purchased multiple cars from her. I highly recommend her to anyone. She is extremely knowledgeable and will work as best she can to get you what you want. Additionally, the rest of the staff from the service staff to the receptionists all make you feel as if you are the most important customer. And, of course, BMWs are excellent vehicles. My wife and I purchased a 2009 BMW X5 3.0. This is our first BMW. We had always loved the look of BMW and had heard that the quality was excellent so we decided to purchase one. We only had the vehicle for a couple weeks and the leveler sensor came on also a few other minor things had popped up. Since we only had driven the car 400 miles I called the dealership and asked if they would take care of these issues. They absolutely did and then some. They went above and beyond our expectations the fixed all the issues and did it promptly. I would absolutely recommend them to anyone I know because they have integrity and they stand behind there products. Bought my first BMW here. My salesman was extremely helpful and courteous throughout the process. They have a great selection of vehicles and there were 3 cars that I would have been happy with on site. Once I determined the car I wanted most, we were able to agree on a price quickly that was well below MSRP. The car was ready the next day as promised, the paperwork took only 5 minutes, and the salesman was respectful of my time during delivery. I'm very happy with the car and the dealership so far!

I had looked at other dealerships, but was told "my" car wasn't available and I would have to order a new model. So, I emailed BMW Cleveland as a last attempt to find the vehicle I was looking for. Ken responded right away, and began searching to find it. Within 2 days he had found my car (in another state), with the exact specifications I wanted, in the colors I wanted, and offered a fair price right out of the gate. Ken and the rest of the team felt more like friends than car salesmen! They were courteous and knowledgeable, and made the whole process enjoyable - which is not something I'd normally say about buying a new car. I would recommend this dealership to anyone - they have a huge inventory, but will also go out of their way to find "your" car if they don't have it. They also have many used cars in great condition, so even if you're not in the market for a BMW, I'd recommend checking them out - you will definitely get a great car at a fair price, without the haggle!

I bought my car from out of state and found it on their website. I emailed them to inquire about the vehicle and got a response very quickly. Having a fantastic selection of vehicles initially drew me to BMW Cleveland, but the Sales and Financing staff are what ensured I purchased my vehicle there.I initially contacted Craig Grove via an online questionnaire asking basic questions about a few cars I was interested in learning more about. He went above and beyond what I would have expected in getting me all the info I requested, getting me a solid price, explaining my financing options as well as getting me a great rate. When I could finally make it to the dealership to test drive and purchase the vehicle there were no delays. After receiving a call from Avery Weider in response to a Black Book search for my car value I made an appointment and met with him the following morning. Upon arrival he got me started with the used car manager, Lamont Williams to have my trade in appraised. Next Avery went over all my options on the lot taking his time to explain all details of each. Having spent some time on-line "building" the BMW I needed to replace two cars: one a convertible and the other an AWD sedan, Avery Wieder emailed me to see if he could be of assistance. Without repetitive messages he worked in accordance with my schedule (and the Winter weather) to arrange a test drive and learn my preferences. He demonstrated the technology involved with the powertrain in the 428i and answered my concerns with going to a 4 cylinder motor. I became convinced that this model with X-drive was what I was seeking. He showed me the convertible top's operation and went over the package options. I liked the fact that BMW offers a metal folding top and includes maintenance in the purchase price. Avery helped me select a lease option with an "investment" feature to leverage future savings and make my new "daily driver" a pragmatic reality. Overall, this has been a terrific experience and I'm getting compliments from family, friends and colleagues alike.

The dealership helped facilitate getting my car after a failed phone call attempt. I had someone at. My house all day on the day that roadside promised to come pick it up. I had a problem with the service. The o-ring for the oil filter was omitted which resulted in oil leaking in my driveway. I called BMW service to have the vehicle towed, there were no tow trucks available at first but I called later and a truck was available. My vehicle was delivered but when I called to check on the progress I was informed that my vehicle was not on the lot. After 24 hours and several phone calls my vehicle was located and the service was completed. I received a call from Steve the service manager to apologize for the poor service, he offered to have someone come out and clean the spillage in my garage and a complimentary car detail.

Couldn't be easier to buy a car from as he also doesn't try and keep you at the dealership, gets you in and out in less than an hour when you have agreed on a price! If I could give them a higher rating I would. They have a customer for life!

Bought a 5 series from them 2 months ago and they were bending over backwards to get me to buy the car from them. The sales person seemed desperate to make the sake which was good for me. Should have walked away then. Brought me car in for a car wash and they made me wait 1 1/2 hrs. My car could not be found anywhere otherwise I would have left. Turns out one of the service people took it to pick up a snack he thought the car was coming in for service. So is this what they do with all the cars when they come in for service? Needless to say I will never go back. Called the owner multiple times after being given the run around from the service manager. Jeff Davis (owner) was next to impossible to get on the phone and when I happen to call at the perfect time he was a real treat and told me it was not a big deal and to forget about it. Beware buy at your own risk.

I visited BMW of Solon because it is 2 miles from my house to check couple of cars I was interested in, the test drive was a good experience, however the follow up was not, I think I was not take as a serious buyer for some reason, I received an Email several days later to ask me if I need more information, I requested a quote for a particular model, 3 weeks later I still have no answer. I already bought a car from another dealership in the area which is about 20 miles away from my home but I had much better experience.My whole experience was that the sales team in this dealership thinks it is an honor to anyone to ride their brand and should be thankful and grateful to join their club and do not ask for anything else.

Saturday morning visit, the only person in pre-owned department and felt like I was an annoyance because I was interested in a used Lexus. Low-balled the value of my Certified Pre Owned BMW that I offered for trade in on an 8 year old used Lexus. Overall they did a poor job on everything. When I called them on their errors, I think they were embarrassed and just wanted to get rid of me. So I complied and left, never to return again. Skip this dealer if you are interested in buying a used car, go somewhere else............

The receptionist was friendly and the sales person was friendly at first. When I expressed interest in a vehicle on the lot, the sales person presented a good initial offer for it, with almost no negotiation required. But the total with still higher than the budget I had initially set. It appeared that we had reached an impasse and I thanked the sales person for his time. Then he said that he would speak to his sales manager and see what he could do and also look for other vehicles outside of their inventory. I said it was not necessary, but he insisted that he would try and would call me back the next business day. Well, he never called. I contacted him to see if perhaps he had tried to reach me and I had missed the call. He then got defensive and sent me an email that opened with, "I'm sorry you feel that I did not give you the attention you felt you needed". Really? I get it that you did not think you could make a sale, so you dropped it. But was it necessary to send an email that insults the customer?

Craig Grove at BMW Cleveland is the number one BMW Certified Pre-Owned salesperson in the entire Midwest and now I know why! I flew from Holland, Michigan to Akron, Ohio to check out a pre-owned 550 xi. I had a significant investment in just going to see the car: airline ticket, entire day of travel, getting home if I don't like the car (I bought a one-way ticket), etc. I was relying solely on Craig's representation of the car's condition. After several phone calls and emails with Craig, I came to trust his word. I was not disappointed! The 550 xi is in fantastic condition, even better than represented. Craig even included a set of winter floor mats without me even asking! When buying new BMW's and Mercedes over the years, I've had to beg the salesman just to get a discount on winter mats.The sale process at BMW Cleveland was flawless from beginning to end. A gentleman named Joel was waiting for me at the airport. Our conversation on the forty-five minute drive was informative and enjoyable. Joel is an excellent ambassador for BMW Cleveland.Craig was waiting for me by the showroom door upon my arrival. Once I inspected and approved the car, it was off to finance to do the paperwork. With a multi-state transaction, the paperwork can be a disaster- not this time! John Newberry, the finance manager handled the paperwork with ease and I was in and out of his office in minutes. No hard sell on the extras from John, which was appreciated.After the deal was closed, Craig took plenty of time going over the car's many features. I felt like he really had an interest in making sure I understood how to operate the car and wasn't anxious to get rid of me once the sale was completed. After I left and drove a few blocks, I had a question about the head up display. Craig did some quick research and determined the polarization in my sunglasses isn't compatible with the head up display- who knew?I have purchased over forty cars in my life- many of them high line and I can say without hesitation, my experience with Craig and his crew at BMW Cleveland was the absolute best! I can't wait to do it again!

I had been researching pricing on BMW 3-series coupes for a while, so I had a good idea of where the floor would be on such a vehicle. Found a well-equipped model at BMW of Cleveland and used their website tools to put in an offer. One counter offer came back in the range I was looking for, and that was that. Went there the following Monday and wrapped up the deal with zero pressure and in short order.The dealership itself was utterly immaculate. Even the shop floor was well organized and spotless.

I had been looking for an M3 sedan for weeks, with no luck. I had just about given up when I saw a listing for a 2010 CPO M3 sedan at a price that I thought was a typo. I immediately placed a call to BMW Cleveland and had the good fortune of Mr. Jimmy Laumer taking the call. He verified the price, mileage and condition of the car and I agreed to fly to Ohio to see/buy it if it was as described. It was a week before I could travel to Solon due to other business travel. Jimmy made sure that a driver and courtesy vehicle were waiting at the airport when I arrived and it was a quick 20 minute drive to the dealership. When I first saw the car, it was even better that I pictured, not a ding or scratch and the interior was like new too. It took about 20 minutes to go over the paperwork and I was out of the door for my 8 hour drive back to North Carolina. I had some follow up questions and one small issue, and I was treated as if they were trying to earn my business, so the post sale experience was just as great as the pre-sale. If you are in the market for any BMW, give Jimmy Laumer at BMW Cleveland a call, even if you are out of state.

I had my car serviced (regular oil change and drive belts replaced) at the BMW Cleveland service department and I had problems with my car ever since. Pretty much right after I drove away, I noticed that the red light was on at the engine temperature monitor. By the time I needed to re-start my car the red light was on all the time. I also noticed and I told the service advisor that where my car was parked there was a big poodle of some kind of liquid. My car was kept at the service department overnight and I was told that everything was fixed (during the drive belts replacement one of the fans were knocked off) and checked and all is fine. But just the following day the low coolant light was on. I had to bring my car back to the service the third time and this time my car was kept at the shop for 3 days. I was told that it was inspected and should be no problems now. But sure enough today I noticed big wet spot in my garage under where my car was parked. This is just not what I'm as a customer expect from the BMW Dealership service. This is completely unacceptable. My car is 6 years old, I have it for about 3.5 years and never had any problems with it. And now it's been one problem after another. It doesn't look like it's over yet. I don't have time for this. How simple maintenance appointment could turn into huge mess and cause one problem after another? There is no explanation other than total negligence and complete unprofessionalism. This is not what you expect from the BMW service.

I would not recommend anyone to purchase a vehicle from this dealership. I have been approve from BMW FS and provide my credit card information to get a phone call 5 hours later from the client advisor telling me that the car has been sold. This remind me of a mom a pap shop not a franchise dealership. They are the worst dealership someone can deal with. I have file a complaint against the GM and Salesman Lou because they are really iresponsible on the transaction dealing.

Had BMWers for years and lived in multiple places. If my first BMW experience had been with BMW Cleveland, I would never had bought one. The new car sales group gives a bad name to car salesmen and we all know that's hard to do. If you visit, be ready for more BS than you've heard from car salesmen in your entire lifetime experiences. It's a shame that a product as solid as BMWers are represented by such crappy salespeople. I'd buy from one of the other BMW dealers in the area, even if I had an apartment home on the roof of this dealership. It took 3 trips for service for these guys to make a simple repair. I'll spare details on names of people, but suffice it to say I wrote directly to the owner. He didn't reply, so I thought I share the basics with whomever cares to read these reviews. Nothing wrong with the facilities. It's the organic life occupying them, imo.

I would just like to document the amazing experience I had with BMW Cleveland!! I went to BMW Cleveland because they had a large selection of amazing cars at reasonable prices. After looking at the Audi A5 and the BMW 3 Series Coupe I knew that I wanted the "Ultimate Driving Machine"!! After searching for many days I found the perfect car, a 2009 BMW 335i XDrive Coupe. I came in on New Years Eve Day and obviously they were closed so I looked at the car and immediately knew that was the car for me. So the next day I went to the dealership and Jim (a used BMW Expert) showed me the car and all of the great features on it. I took it for a test drive and was sold. I bought the car that day and drove it home. IF YOU ARE LOOKING FOR A DEALERSHIP THAT WILL TREAT YOU LIKE FAMILY, THIS IS THE ONE FOR YOU!!!!THANKS BMW CLEVELAND AND JIM

Great service!! Driving my 740i nearly 600 miles to attend a funeral of a long time friend that I could not risk missing; I discovered I had a small fuel leak in an area that was previously supposed to have been fixed by a (non-dealer) BMW specialist back home. Beverly was very reassuring, getting me in the afternoon. The mechanic was competent and well spoken. He showed me where the problem was and went straight to work fixing it. He also showed me a couple of other areas I could look into but didnt need to be addressed immediately. I chose Cleveland BMW because of the comments I read on line on my smart phone. Now I am glad to add my own praise of BMW Cleveland. They are a class act have an excellent service department. Thank You Very Much!Joe from SC

Horrible experience with this dealer and both these guys. Craig Grove couldn't locate a CPO for over 9 months for me. Ryan Pasqualone couldn't do a lease deal because it was the first day of the month. One day while viewing a CPO in the service area with Craig, Ryan came in swearing up and down about a customer (a real professional). These guys are clowns and even put down other local dealers that I mentioned I was also considering, specifically Classic BMW. Craig told me Classic's CPO business was just a side business and they only had a few CPOs (not accurate, look at their website). I left and never went back. Ended up at Classic BMW...thanks Craig.

At first, I spent three weeks finding the right 328xi I wanted and traveling from Columbus to Cincinnati and to Cleveland, it was so difficult in just locating the right car until BMW Cleveland had what I wanted. I called the dealer and spoke to Lou and told them what I wanted and my needs are. Went up the next morning, Lou had the car ready and everything for delivery. Was in and out of the dealership within an hour. I would definitely recommend Lou and will return for next purchase.

Service quality is O.K. however it can take several trips to get a problem solved. I had a bad wheel which the dealership didn't find (because they never dismounted the tire) so I took it to an independent tire shop and paid them to look at it. The dealership then dismounted the tire and "surprise"! I have a defective rim from the factory. I had another situation which took four trips to get remedied.I no longer use this dealership as they are abusive with their e-mail spam. The send as many as three unsolicited sales e-mails per week and despite committing in writing to discontinue spam, they persist.

I was pissed that I had to bring my brand new 335i in to get fixed. But the service I received was great they were ready for me when I pulled in the front door. They provided me with a 5 series with 2k miles on it. Great people to work with they were very understanding. Since the first time I have had nothing but good things to say about everyone I have taked with there. I will buy my next BMW there because they have earned my business.

Formerly a loyal customer at BMW Cleveland for many years. Nice facilities and quality of service performed is high. But ultimately, this dealership cares more about being rated by BMW as a "Center of Excellence" than they do their customers. Actually had a client service advisor ask me about the "confidential" ratings I gave on an online follow-up survey once. Very unprofessional. It's sad that even when you spend $40 or 50k for a new BMW, they give you an Enterprise Rent-A-Car to drive while your car is being serviced instead of an identical BMW. Wasn't like that when I first started going there. Would not recommend BMW Cleveland to a friend.

I purchased my BMW X5 out of state and went to BMW Cleveland to ask them to explain a few things to me about the vehicle. The service manager was not nice or helpful and it seemed like he didn't want to help because I didn't purchase my BMW from their dealership. My car will need to be serviced but I WILL NOT be going there. I'll drive 30 miles to another BMW service department.

I bought my 2004 325xi new from BMW Cleveland. My salesperson was extremely friendly and patient. He worked hard to find the exact car I wanted and even got me the monthly payment I wanted for my loan. My car was delivered promptly and every detail of the sale went without a hitch. I was equally happy with their service department. They almost always had loaners available and they almost always fixed my problems. If they didn't fix the issue, they would make sure to open a slot in the next day or so to bring my car in for service again, regardless of how busy they were. My car was always washed with new wiper blades and fluid when it was services. They also didn't blink twice when they replaced my brakes and rotors ahead of schedule because of problems I was having.

I have just received my fourth BMW 5 series car in the last 9 years from this dealership (a new car every three years). This dealership is nothing short of spectacular. Everything as promised within the promised time frame, if not sooner! Prices are competitive if not less. I live in Louisville, KY and I prefer to deal with BMW Cleveland, about 350 miles away, than to deal with the local loser dealership here. Highly recommended. If you want a BMW at a fair price with prompt and attentive sales service, call BMW Cleveland!!!!!
