My wife and I worked with the sales manger and sales associate via phone calls and emails prior to arriving at the dealership. When we arrived we were met by the sales manager in a friendly, professional manner and then met the sales associate. All of the information we had discussed with them prior to our arrival was found to be accurate and handled within a few short hours. We obtained the vehicle we wanted at the price agreed upon along with an excellent interest rate and monthly payment. The sales associate, Dylan, was extremely helpful in explaining all of the details of the vehicle and was very knowledgeable of the vehilce and its accessories and packages. We have purchased several vehilces over the past 15 years and this was, by far, the best buying experience we've ever encountered. As most buyers know, the purchasing process involved can be very time cosuming and annoying. This dealership handles the process professionally, quickly and with integrity.

Dylan and David made buying a new car a pleasure. They both went out their way for us. Did everything they could to make sure we had what we wanted and was very considerate with our time. We didn't have the time for them to show us how to use all the good stuff in the car, Dylan I taking the time a week later to show us everything in the car.

Dave Miers rocks, he is the best! Everytime my husband and I have a question about our car we purchased in October he patiently assists us and throughly explains to us the answer to our question. I would purchase another car from this dealship anyday!!!

I recently leased a BMW 320xi from BMW of Annapolis. The experience was the best I have ever had with a car dealer. As a retired military member, over the years I have dealt with dealers for many different makes and in several different states. The people at BMW of Annapolis were always pleasant to deal with. I never once felt pressured or maneuvered into making a choice based on what would be most beneficial for the dealership. All of my questions were answered patiently and accurately. Due to my schedule, I had to pick up the car near the end of their business day. The sales representative stayed well after they closed to explain how to use some of the features of the car. I never once felt like he was trying to rush through this so he could finish up and leave. This was typical of my entire experience throughout.

I was really nervous going into a dealership to negotiate price for a new car. I'm really please with the end result. I believe I received a good deal on a vehicle that I wanted. The service is excellent and the salesperson is very friendly. I would recommend others to try them out.

I called near the end of business hours with the need for an urgent service call. The service advisor told me to go ahead and come in as quickly as possible, and to ask for him so there would be no confusion. He quickly put my information in the system, and then sent my car to the technician. Even though it required personnel to stay beyond their normal hours, everyone went out of their way to make sure my situation was handled quickly and professionally. The staff were extremely friendly and personable. I have been to several different BMW dealerships over the years of owning my car, and this was absolutely the best service I have experienced.

I have had two vehicles routinely serviced at BMW of Annapolis over the years and Alan M., Service Advisor, and Mike, Technician are fantastic with their knowledge and recommendations for the best service. I am advised of upcoming repair possibilities and not FORCED into getting these repairs. This allows me to budget for upcoming repairs. My current vehicle has over 184000 miles on it and is running strongly thanks to excellent service. I have also purchased quite a few parts and accessories and they have been most helpful and able to quickly obtain the parts that I need. Because of excellent customer service I will buy another BMW over Mercedes, Audi, Volvo or other similar high end vehicle.

I've purchased two BMWs from these folks. Great deal, very transparent, straightforward. BMW financing great. Salesman Joe Wallman THE BEST of my 10+ purchases over the years. This is my email to GM Bennett about my service visit yesterday: Although your instructions call for emailing you if "not completely satisfied," I want to INSTEAD commend you and your staff for ANOTHER outstanding service call. From my initial call (switchboard) to the service counseling session (Jane) and the loaner vehicle (didn't get her name), to the cashier on return, BMW Annapolis has sustained their "Unbeatable #1 Annapolis Car Dealer" in my mind. Thanks again to your entire team...it takes training, discipline, and execution across the board to do this day-in and day-out.

BMW of Annapolis is a wonderful place to deal with. I have had the pleasure of working with one of their representatives, Alan Mickinak, for several years. Excellent. Alan, and the entire team at BMW of Annapolis, really look after their customers. I feel that BMW of Annapolis is honest and trustworthy, something that cannot be said for all dealerships. It's a busy marketplace out there. We all have multiple options for how and where we spend our dollars. So what brings me back to BMW of Annapolis and Jane King, my service consultant? It's simple they know their business and they know how to treat their cusotmers. I've puchased two cars from them (a 5 and a 7). They've also maintained three cars for me. They are flexible in getting me into a loaner on a day that works for me. Little, if any disparity between estimate and invoice. Jane is always willing to answer my questions, propose alternatives, etc. I appreciate that greatly. If you are looking for a dealer - look no further.
