I called my local dealer, BMW of El Paso and they transferred my call to Mr. Bill Stapleton, I told him what I was looking for and he told me he had something that he thought I would like. I gave him my phone number and he sent me pictures of the vehicle immediately, once I saw the it I said Bingo! The next day my wife and i went over to purchase the vehicle. I must say that Mr. Bill Stapleton took good care of us from the beginning and we really appreciate it, the next bmw I buy will be from him as well. This car has the performance of a g8 gt with the fuel economy of a camry and the luxury of a bmw. If you buy this car buy from dealer and get all the warranties available so you'll be covered. Over the years Mr. Stapleton has proved himself to be very good car salesman it has become a good friend. He has told me 3 cars the last 7 to 8 years. Each and every time the process is better and better each and every time. My most recent purchase is a 2012 Dodge Ram 1 ton pickup with a diesel and 4 wheel drive. I have been looking for such a truck for a year or so. Bill got one in on a trade in call me and by the end of that day that truck was mine exactly what I wanted. He had been looking for that truck for over a year for me. Now that's and perseverance. Recently, I went looking to buy a certified BMW at the El Paso BMW. I met Bill Stapleton at the dealer. I told Bill what I was looking for. He was very helpfull. That day, I purchased a certfied BMW 5 series. Because of the excellent attention that Bill provided, I decided to return buy my wife a certified BMW. I went to Bill again and purchased another BMW.If you ever go to BMW of El Paso, look for Bill He will explain every thing you need to know about the car before you buy a certified BMW.Great job Bill. Bill took great care of me as a sales representative he always went the extra mile to assist me when I had time allotment issues to take care of details. Manager took care of the deal in a timely fashion. Finance representative was prepared and executed efficiently (not a financed deal). When I left I felt positive that my wife would be happy with the purchase. Thanks again Bill!! awesome stuff.

Got today my BMW 5 Series. I had Bill Staton as a salesperson. The Service was just perfect he treat me pretty good. How he talked with me and how he showed and explained me everthing was perfect. Exceptional service provided by the whole team but I would like to particularly highlight the one received from Jorge Salas and Ismael Rodriguez. From the first call, everything was handled by Jorge professionally, quickly and more importantly transparently. He provided full details of the vehicle in the prior to purchase conversations. Since the vehicle was an Infiniti (hence not a BMW or Mini), they agreed on sending it to an authorized dealer for a complete inspection. During the inspection I confirmed that the El Paso BMW dealer also performs a very detail inspection on their used vehicles as no major issues were found by the Infiniti personnel (other than the air cabin filter that needed replacement). As I was flying from Houston, they even picked me up at the airport and have most of the paperwork ready to accelerate the process. Then it was the time of Ismael who showed me the car and provide full details of all my 1,000 questions (other than few very technical ones, Infiniti manufacturer related). At the end of the day and in a matter of approximately 30 hours since I first contacted them, I drove my car happily out of the dealer, back home. Thanks for such a nice, fast and professional work guys. Keep up the good work.

Providing an unbiased review based on my personal experience at BMW of El Paso. Both BMW's I have owned have been serviced at this dealer, so far they haven't let me down; my SA has always been Samantha Kirtley and she has provided the best customer service by far. Their Sales & Finance staff is the best to deal with, they make your buying experience as smooth as possible; not to mention their Parts Dept which is highly professional and have an excellent CS. They could improve a bit on their car wash quality assurance after car has been serviced since it is poorly washed, dried & vacuumed, those white dried up water marks are hard to rub off, thus my 4 star review. Overall I'm very pleased with their service and would recommend BMW of el Paso

Service is STILL horrible after 4years later... I had an appointment at 11:00 I got there early at 9:45 I didn't leave from BMW at 5:45 in the evening. I was hoping that the service had change but I was wrong. and As for Samantha Kirtley she is isn't people friendly. She would stay in her office, Doesn't comfort her customers! that is all....

I bought a used X5 2011 in appeared to be in great conditions. It had two different brands of tires, no mats were included. When I mention this to the dealership they were not able to help me. It was very disappointing that a BMW had different brand of tires, I was not expecting new mats but the used ones. My husband bought a used BMW in SAT, he had the best experience ever. He even got the car deliver to his house. I bought new cars from Ford and they have better service than BMW. Then I take the X5 for service and of course I call to make the appointment and Ashley B. didn't check that parts needed to be order so I wasted my time there. I spoke to Chris (manager) and all he said was I'm very sorry!! Little things are the ones that count, so if they cant help me with this imaging other stuff.

i purchased a used car from BMW no problems there I couldn't check the battery that was located under tire well so on the third day i found myself stranded which cost me a set back. The battery wasn't even a car battery said my auto mechanic whom I took it to I was told by said mechanic that i was driving on one cell and this battery has been llike this for quite a while. I was ignored by Daniel ( car sales man) then i went to manager was told on April 5th let me have the proof and I will get this to finance and you will get your check in 5-10 days nope just decieved by a dealer is all no check no sorry no nothing get everything in writing and double check your used car before you sign anything as you might get stiffed $173.00 for a battery or worse.BEFORE WIRTING THIS REVIEW I CALLED LEFT MESSAGES AND LEFT AN E-MAIL JUST GOT IGNORED.

First class service all the way! This is the second time I have taken my care in for service... and on both occasions... I my service advisor was Ashley. She is always very pleasant and professional. When my car was ready for pick up... I could see that she was extremely busy with other vehicles coming out of service... yet she got my car and had me on the road in minutes. As I said before... first class service all the way around! Great job!
