I found BMW of Albany while looking for a new BMW X5 online. While inquiring about a car they had in stock I was impressed with the responsiveness of Scott Van Cleave, especially given that I live in St. Louis and they are in Georgia. As it turns out I did not purchase the car they had in stock but ended up ordering a new car through them any way. They made the entire process easier than actually visiting a dealer in person here in St. Louis. The car arrived on my driveway as promised and on time. There was no BS, no games, no haggling, etc. I would recommend these guys to anyone based on their customer service, reponsiveness, honestly, and fair pricing. Truly the best (and easiest) car buying experience I have ever had.

I have been a customer of BMW of Albany since 2005. It appears that the BMW service team has changed. On my last service visit, I received excellent customer service. The staff made me felt that I was their #1 customer. Cedric Hardy explained to me what service was performed on my vehicle. Denise Binns made it possible that I was able to leave my vehicle and get to work on time. My vehicle was delivered to clean and washed. Excellent Customer Service. Go Team Go

Our recent visit to BMW of Albany was an excellent experience. The representatives who waited on us were very professional and hospitable. They explained the work that there were performing in great detail and were very good about answering our questions. They showed there concern for us as customers and making up happy. We will continue to visit BMW of Albany for all of our service needs on the BMWs we have now as well as any future vehicle needs.

I took my car to BMW of Albany to have my tire air pressure checked and they promptly let me know that there was a recall on my car. They immediately set me up an appointment to have the recall repaired and set me up a loaner car. When my appointment day arrived, they picked my car up from my place of employment and delivered the loaner. The very next day they delivered my car back to me which had been cleaned and repaired.

I was exceptionally pleased with the service I received recently. The customer service area was very comfortable. Denise bent over backward to make me comfortable and appreciated. I have bought cars here from Allen Jones since the early 80s. There is a reason I return.

My experience has been excellent each and every time I go in. This is the first dealership I have ever been in that treats their customers like they genuinely care about them. They are very hospitable and always have aimed to please me. They make me feel like whatever issue I am having is the most important. I did not buy my current car from BMW of Albany but I promise that is where my next one will come from.

When I moved to Albany GA, I was informed the BMW had bad customer service. I took a chance and took my car for repair since it's the only dealer I seen. They failed to look at the car for a week. When I visited to check on car, the supervisor told me the person who took my car in was moved to another section. He took my number but never returned my car. It appears they all point fingers at each other but no one appears to care about the customers.

From the minute I contacted this dealership online about a 2014 pre-owned BMW, to the final purchase, everyone was super. Josh Evans handled every online question I had professionally and timely. He was very helpful with getting the car held until we could get from Birmingham to Albany to test drive it. David and Lawrence were waiting for us when we arrived and arranged everything from test drive to purchase without a hitch. Daniel was great with getting all of the paperwork completed for our out-of-state purchase. They all worked very hard to get us on our way within a couple of hours. After looking online for the "right" vehicle and dealing with many dealerships, this one was by far the most responsive, helpful and pleasant. Great customer service and we would definitely consider driving back for our next purchase. Thanks, Josh, Lawrence, David and Daniel!

We went to this dealership based on a referral from a coworker with hopes of purchasing a BMW we saw online. The people were all friendly and anxious to sell a car but our experience turned bad beginning in the finance office with an interest rate that was not delivered. We were told the interest would be 3.9% . When the finance officer printed the contract the form said 7.9%. We were told the interest almost doubled because we added an extended warranty. ???? We should have walked away then.My husband and I were told that they would pick the car up for a minimal fee for service. When the car needed service was told by my service tech there was no one that could come to pick the car up. I took a day off work to drive to Albany to be told the part had to be ordered.The service advisor and assistant service manager told us the whole exhaust was covered under warranty. I was reassured that they would come pick my car up and provide me with a loaner. This they did although the car was almost on empty. The very next day my car was ready and they returned my car only to have replaced one side of the exhaust. Now they are saying only one side was covered under warranty.One side is a little larger than the other and is longer and hangs lower than the other side. After several discussions with the dealer one of the managers Carlos is saying it does hang lower and perhaps the mechanic overlooked this problem. They could come pick the car up again ... .which is putting wear and tear on my car not to mention they used half a tank of gas out of my car. This dealer Inever called when the part was in, they did not deliver quality service. I will not be using them again.

We had a pleasant experience in the purchase of our new BMW. The salesman who assisted us was very knowledgeable of all the vehicles on the lot within our price range and was helpful in getting us the best vehicle at the best price for our needs. He was thorough and a pleasure to work with. We would definitely recommend this dealership.

I had a problem with my X3 paid for the dignosis on monday, they found the problem and charged me for the part, said the car would be ready Wednesday, I called Wednesday and couldn't get anybody on the phone from sales..had to drive up there only to be told car wasn't ready and the car part was under warranty...I paid for a part that was under warranty! They said it needed another part and it would be ready Friday they would call me when it was done ..once again no call, drove up there again and told it would be done Monday..it wasn't..went back Tuesday and said it would be done Wednesday..once again it isn't...worst dealer service ever! You buy these cars for the reputation of quality and service and so far I should have just stuck to American made

This place has awesome customer service. They allowed me a loaner car for two weeks while my car was being worked on. All staff is extremely friendly and courteous which make each visit more pleasant.

Buying was a good experience. After two services under warranty, They want to charge me! For warranty work that they covered before and should still be. Not a caring attitude toward me and I haven't moved either. Careful what your promised ....as They may change things in mid stream. Just what happened to me.

I would just like to leave a review for BMW of Albany, Georgia. I live in Maryland and saw a nice pre-owned 2012 X5 50i on their web site. I called and spoke to Allen Jones who described the car to me. So confident was I that the car was as described that I purchased the car sight unseen which, considering the cost involved required a lot of trust and confidence in the dealer. Mr. Jones overnighted the paperwork to me and I signed it and overnighted it back. The dealership did all the tag and title work despite me being in a completely different state. I arranged for shipping at my expense and Mr.Jones coordinated with the shipper. I had the car in my driveway in 2 days. There were no surprises, the car was exactly as described. Mr.Jones and his Sales Manager Karen Smith were at all times super professional. I have owned several BMWs and dealt with a ot of dealers and this was by far the easiest purchase. I highly recommend them. Ask for Allen.

Great dealership with a great staff. Customer service is super!!! Both salesmen and support staff are great. I have recommended and will recommend the dealership to friends and others.They made me a believer. The personnel are always friendly and will try to provide assistance with any issues. I purchased my vehicle from this dealership and that was also a great experience.

Was experiencing a battery problems in Albany GA while on a 6 hour trip to Jacksonville and the staff here at BMW Of Albany made sure that my visit was delayed the least amount of time as possible.The service was outstanding and they were willing to provide me shuttle service to a dining location of my choice.Thanks again for understanding my situation and getting me back on the road quickly.

Was passing through Albany for a business meeting when I noticed that my check engine light was illuminated and the staff at this BMW location was gracious enough to accommodate an immediate visit. Very nice environment and exceptionally helpful staff provided at quick diagnosis so that I could continue on my way. I wish all dealerships were like this one!

My first experience with Albany BMW was when I was in the market to buy another car. Talked to the salesman, assured my that the Mercedes Benz I was interested in had one owner, and old lady, and was in pristine condition. After applying for a loan and being approved, decided to pull up the car fax. Car had had several owners, and had had many major problems, from catalytic converter on up, you name it. Decided not to purchase vehicle. Fast forward a couple of months, purchased a BMW from another dealership. Service engine light came on, and took it to Albany BMW to have it fixed. After shelling out almost $600.00, service engine light came back on the next day, and on the same day of service two more lights came on. Told by Grasman that sometimes other problems arise, and that they fixed an oil leak as well. Needless to say my car still leaks oil, and now I had three lights on instead of one, but guess what, I am out of 600 dollars. My husband took the vehicle back the next day, nothing they can do. I wish I had NEVER gone to them with my car. Ended up taking my car to a dealership in Atlanta, I got A-1 service done on it. Albany BMW is about 18 minutes away from my home, but I will GLADLY drive 2.5- 3 hours to the dealership in Atlanta for anything in the future my car needs!So in essence, BUYER BEWARE!!!!!!!!!!!!!These are some shady people, and customer service is almost non-existent.

This dealership is is a rip off. The worst car buying experience, I have ever had. I purchased a BMW 750Li and the car and service is a piece of junk. I have filed two compliants with BMW north amrerica on this dealership and I have had my car only four months. AVOID THIS DEALERSHIP. THE SALES PERSON AND MANAGER ARE THE LOWEST SCUM OF THE EARTH. THE SERVICE IS A UNPROFESSIONAL PUNK. The car has been in service 5 times in four months.
