Today I was in for routine preventive maintenance. I would like to thank my service manager April and the mechanic staff for for their service excellence. This is a continuing and very welcome experience that inspires consumer confidence. My previous experience was with Robert who provided excellent informative status updates on my vehicle and what the BMW team did to resolve the issue. Their attention to detail and outstanding customer service is why BMW will continue to be my car company. Thank you all so very much!

Made an AM appointment to have my 335i sport service for my 2018 Registration sticker. My agent Mr John Herrera was outstanding. I arrived and checked in and he came and greeted me a good morning, offered me coffee and told me he would let me know when my car would be ready. Which took no time at all. I was given a car wash, and a escort to my car. Service Advisor John Herrera showed me very good customer service, I will always come back to him for my car service.

BMW of Corpus Christi always takes care of me! My home BMW is BMW of Austin (north), but I prefer to bring my car to this location instead since I travel here every 2 weeks. It’s a lot more convenient, staff is WAY nicer, they take their time with you and don’t rush you, they don’t try to nickel and dime you and they’re ALWAYS willing to go the extra mile and work with you. Shout out to John Herrera for caring about BMW customers and for being so patient and understanding. I always leave BMW of Corpus Christi with a smile on my face!

Daniel was knowledgeable and for our first time at this dealership I was thankful. He was patient enough to move more than one car out of the showroom for us for is to test. He walked us through every detail of features and models we were interested in without wasting time. The dealership overall was courteous of our time and friendly. I would highly recommend them!

Matthew our sales guy went above and beyond to find us the right car in our price range. He was the nicest guy and gladly took us back after we shopped around and had terrible experiences else where. He seems to really enjoy his job and helping his guests. Hands down best car buying experience and will recommend him to everyone in the future. Thanks again Matthew! We are in love with the car!
