After six months of effort, the Anderson team finally determined why my BMW M6 was acting erratically... a bad alternator. This high-tech diagnosis came after selling me a battery I didn't need, and replacing other parts that I asked not replace unless they were certain they could successfully fix the vehicle from the onset.While we all know that working on so many different vehicles is probably a great challenge for dealerships, they can make up for this complexity with good service. Here again, Anderson failed miserably. At one point, they gave me a loaner as they worked on my vehicle. After over two months of waiting, I finally took the bait, called, and asked them if they wanted their car back. They had forgotten about both my car, and the fact that I was driving one of their vehicles.Incompetent? Very possibly. A terrible customer experience? Most definitely. Go to this dealership at your own risk.

Bob Langenberg was my client advisor. Bob immediately made feel comfortable and since I had not driven or purchased a car in 12 years it was extremely great to have him first make me feel less nervous about the whole process.Bob was friendly, caring, helpful and knowledgeable about what I was looking for. A choice was made and he would not even put me in the drivers seat until he had gotten in and showed me all of the amenities this car had to offer. Then we went for a test drive, and once again Bob made me feel relaxed and comfortable. I visited several other dealerships and certainly did not get the same treatment or good feeling. I returned to BMW and Bob welcomed me with open arms, yes I purchased the car! He even helped me purchase insurance immediately.I would refer anyone to Anderson BMW in Crystal Lake if they are looking to buy new or used. After trying to decide between several SUV brands we decided on either a Mazda CX 5 or the new BMW X1.The Client Advisor Bob L. was very helpful. He helped research both cars as well as the available inventories , accessories, and colors in the entire Midwest. We gave him and his management team our financial guidelines and they developed a lease program that fit our request to the exact dollar. When I arrived to pick up the car everything was ready . My salesman Bob Langenberg did not need to sell me my car, as I was already prepared to buy. I was trading my 328 in for a new model. But the difference was that he was excellent in providing the other information I needed to make an educated decision. He led me through my questions about the safety features, Lease vs purchase options, car specifications, differences from my current vehicle, and performance data. He made it easy for me to understand. He also worked to get me the best price. So, all in all, I am very pleased with this, the second purchase I have made from the dealership. I should also mention that the service staff, though I rarely needed them, were responsive and accommodating of my schedule.

Eric Pederson is an outstanding salesman, not because he sold me a car but because he was honest, patient, and gave excellent customer care. He took the time to show me (?) how many vehicles over a year's time period. I actually ended up with a car I never would have thought was for me and it is PERFECT! Always keeping in touch, following up, and truly caring are qualities I have not experienced at such a level in my past car buying experiences. I enjoyed when buying my new BMW there. There were many to choose and Eric Pedersen despite the cold temperatures didn't hesitate of taking time to show all the cars to me. There were sometimes when we completely switched to other kind of cars and he was happy to show them all.He didn't pressure us at all to buy there. May other places we visited they were desperate to sell. He is so confident of the top product he has to offer that he deeply show you everything. We were not sure if we were buying a car there or not and he went into details. Many other places don't waste their time and commented: "once we closed the deal we will show you everything". Eric made sure we understood all the new technology features.

Researched the exact car - 2015 535i xDrive - with the configs I wanted. Prepared to visit 3 dealers. Set an appointment, met Bob L. A genuine human being. He understood my interest immediately, recognized I did not need a sales pitch, and so just highlighted a few features of the car during a perfect test drive. Told him what I was looking for for price and trade-in; he went to bat and delivered the goods. Needless to say, I did not need to visit the other dealers. The closing with the business manager was fast, reasonable, and I was on my way in fairly short order on a busy Saturday. Bob is a class act and represents the dealership well. A couple days later, in a call to their parts department to inquire about some accessories, Dale, was very responsive and accommodating. Kudos to the Anderson folks in Crystal Lake!

I was in the market for a BMW 6 series convertible. My husband had stopped in there to look at one and he was greeted by Bob L. Bob was very helpful and my husband explained what we were looking for. They did not have it at the time but Bob assured my husband that he would call if something came in. He did and we went to look and with a great deal of help from Bob, I ended up purchasing the same day. The car buying experience was great! The sales team really did a great job making sure that I was happy with the deal and their service. A week after I bought the car I emailed the salesman and another associate to see if they could contact the previous owner about some things that were missing on the car(rear headrests, floor mats, etc). I did not receive anything back regarding whether they could or couldn't do anything. Nothing. A few days after that I received a call asking to email them a copy of my trade in vehicles registration. This tells me that they are only starting this process over a week after I bought the car? I didn't mention anything just did as I was asked. Yesterday, now almost a month later, i was pulled over due to my registration not matching my current vehicle but the vehicle that I traded in. I left a message at the dealership last night around 5 and received a call this morning saying that they don't see anything wrong as it shows the correct vehicle was registered on the DMV website. I called the DMV to confirm to find out that the status was changed this morning. This dealership gives me the feeling that all they wanted was my money and now that they have it they don't care. I never received information about the missing items and my registration took a month and a warning ticket for them to make any actions on it. Will not be returning.

Initially was there to have service done on my Z4. While waiting for the diagnosis, I met with Irv Robinson and we chatted about recent BMW models, politics & healthcare! Really had no intention of making a purchase but a great salesman, like Irv, was able to convince me and direct me to a particular certified BMW (335). The test drive gave me second thoughts about doing a trade-in. Irv's presentation of real-time facts on features, similar model pricing in the market and trade-in prices nailed it for me. Nick Erieau, Sales Manager, gave me my options and a no-stress bottom line to close the deal. A couple of requests were immediately agreed upon and a third is considered as a challenge for Irv who doesn't walk away until achieving successful completion! I buy new cars every year or so (at this point only BMW's) and I'm sure to shop around each time I get a new one. Hands down the best deals here and if you don't believe that, call motorwerks or knauz or patrick and see how they compare. Price aside though, I'd pay a little more just to work with Eric. He is a no BS kinda guy. He's very honest and doesn't waste your time at all. Highly recommend. Didn't buy the new car yet but when I do I will be sure to see Eric.

Walking in educated and prepared to shop around, I found no need to go anywhere else as I was treated with excellent care and was given truthful and accurate information pertaining to the car I was interested in buying. Price was a non issue, as the car was accurately and competitively priced, making the car buying process even more seamless as it came time to purchase. Every stop war rolled out along the way, as the car was detailed and ready to drive off the lot the night I came in to pick it up. I had originally purchased a vehicle at Mercedes Hoffman Estates area where I was not happy with the dealers help after some issues. The dealer was awful to work with after the original purchase. I visited various MotorWerks dealers and had some of the most awful experience. (I'm still waiting for a call back from the manager!) I then stopped in at BMW Crystal Lake and met Eric Pedersen. He was helpful, knowledgeable, and not pushy. He allowed us to drive the car of interest for an hour alone so that we could make sure we enjoyed the vehicle. They then allowed me to take it for the weekend. This is how you sell a car. Eric made sure the vehicle was clean and ready for the road when I purchased. Linsday from the finance department was also a pleasure to work with and had all the paperwork ready for signing. We were finished in about 10 minutes. That's the quickest car purchase I've ever had. I'll definitely go back.

Purchased used low mileage Audi. Low pressure. Worked everything out through email due to living 5 hours away. They made the process extremely easy. The whole experience was great, as this was my first BMW. I actually saved money on options I thought I wanted, But Irv Robinson explained what they actually were and decided not to include the in the options package. Overall it was a GREAT experience. One little complaint is that they didn't fill the gas tank. I got a warning that I only could travel 25 miles before empty.

We bought a 2010 BMW 535ix from this dealer. The day we went in it took a lengthy time to get process of buying done and left in our new car like at 9 pm that night. They called us back a day later saying we had to go back and resign the contract because they couldn't get us approved with the original terms he said that my payments would be higher now. Went in and sure enough payment and interest was higher. I signed new contract at this point I was very displeased because they changed the contact terms they originally agreed to. I signed the contract in good faith although I could of backed out at the time since they broke original contract. I'm still puzzled as to why they let me drive car home if they still hadn't gotten financing approved for me. To make matters worst the car was making a loud noise so I mentioned that to them and they checked it and blower motor was going out. Luckily I purchased warranty which covered it and they did say they would cover the $100 dollars deductible. They ordered the part and I was to take it back to get fixed. A couple days later my luck I was driving my car still making the noise when the heater is on from the blower motor going out and that's not all it started shaking to point where I had to pull aside and turn engine off. I called them and took car in same day they checked it and said coils where bad and the spark plugs went out do to this too. My warranty covered the coils but not the spark plugs. I called and spoke to one of the managers and I told him a had a bad experience overall that I hadn't even driven my car for a week straight without having an issue with it. I had visited their facility at least four times. So he said he would take care of the warranty deductible ,that the warranty covered coils but I would have to pay for spark plugs which weren't converted by warranty which is going to cost me $140. I purchased the car about three weeks ago it's in their shop now it's been there about a week, I'm driving a loaner van for now, it's getting the motor blower, coils, and spark plugs fixed. The manager said that this kind of stuff can happen to any car once driven out of the parking lot which didn't give me much confidence in the cars they are selling :(. I really like my car I just wish I would have had a better overall experience. The employees that work there for the most part are friendly, but wish they would check their cars better before reselling them. Our seller did try lying to us about our car being smoke free when we asked him that the car smelled like smoke. And we spotted a cigarette burn in back area. If he didn't know or wasn't sure all he had to say is that. I have to say every time I had to speak to them they haven't been rude to me or anything.

dealt with Eric Pederson on a used car sale. Being that he was new at this dealership I thought that it took a bit long, but was also trading in a classic car and that may have slowed things down a bit also. It took 2 1/2 hours of going back and forth to the sales manager before we settled on the deal. I wish dealers would just give you their best deal in the first place. Financing took another 1 1/2 hours because there is only one and had to wait my turn. Thought I had an issue with the brakes a week after I bought it and they got me in checked it over and issue was solved. Overall very happy with experience, just took to long to get it done.

I decided one morning to go out and buy a new car so my buddy told me to stop in and talk to a guy Max that is a sales associate. He was friendly right off the bat and we discussed exactly what I wanted. He did not steer off of what I wanted, he showed me cars that were in my budget and that were reliable vehicles. After I found the car I wanted we then discussed trading in my old vehicle. I told him exactly how much I would let my old car go for and what I wanted my monthly payments to be. Within minutes he had someone appraising my vehicle and came back with the price I was surprised to see! He had gotten my trade in value exactly where I wanted it. He was very up front with me and there was no running back and forth to the finance manager to see what kind of deals he could do. He told me the lowest price right off the bat of what they would sell the car to me for so I bought it. I've seen tons of people buy cars and how big of a hassle it is. He was my first stop at a dealership and did everything I needed him to! The guy is excellent at what he does and knows exactly what he is talking about. Just that first time experience of buying a car is always nervous but he made me feel comfortable and never let me get out of my price range just to get a bigger sale. He knows his cars inside and out and was absolutely amazing to have him take care of me like he did. He makes it more personal as if we had known each other for years instead of being all about business and trying to make a big sale for himself. If you ever go to buy a new or used car please go check him out he's very friendly and he makes it a great experience to buy a car. It was over 2000 miles driving back, but now I driven an X5 in extreme circumstances - with professional trainers instructing me at the PDC. Most importantly - THEY PROVIDED the 2015 X5 for driving - instead of using my own. Toured the factory where they are built, too. Thanks to Irv, I was able to experience the BMW magnificence of engineering, construction and performance of the X5. I just wish that I could buy a new BMW from Irv every month ! Keep 'em Rolling, Irv. You are as Elite and Unique as BMW ! And thank you, Crystal Lake for giving Irv the means for your customers to experience the opportunity of a lifetime ! Again. My husband first met IRV ROBINSON in 2006 while looking for someone to handle a BMW European Delivery. Everywhere he looked he found excellent reports of his expertise, dedication, reliability and personal interest in his customers. We talked on the phone, exchanged emails and discussed all of the possibilities of buying a BMW. After three years of waiting, BMW introduced the 335d diesel sedan. We discussed all of the accessories, packages, options, colors, etc. we made several changes during the process - and IRV was always patient and helpful. My husband was in Europe in 2009 and decided to request a European delivery in Munich at WELT. IRV made all the arrangements including having our car delivered on our wedding anniversary. He arranged for a second delivery at the Performance Driving Center along with the factory tour and track day. IRV even surprised us by showing up there in person. We drove the X5 on the obstacle course and decided we needed one of those also. But IRV had another surprise - he let my husband drive his M3 all day at the track because "he had driven them enough". Amazing generosity, selflessness and unique kindness to his 'customers' is guaranteed. We're still in contact with him and he found an X3 CPO for me last month, sight unseen it was delivered two weeks ago. Oh, and he arranged to buy our trade-in sight unseen - which we had shipped to him. We know we can trust him to deliver what we want. And now it's time to buy an X5 diesel to replace the 335d. We have asked IRV to handle that transaction for us also. SALESMAN - gosh, he is better than most people's best friend ! Wherever IRV works, we will go to his dealership to buy our BMWs from him - ALWAYS !

We decided to purchase our 2014 BMW X5 from Anderson BMW because they had the best pricing in the area. We ordered the vehicle in late March and took delivery in mid June, however, the vehicle was missing one of the options that we asked for. I contacted our salesmen, Bob Langenberg, and Bob Pearl regarding the missing option and they offered me $500 cash to keep the car or to order me a new vehicle. I chose to order a new vehicle and took delivery approximately a month later with all the options that I had asked for. I was pleased that Bob Langenberg, Bob Pearl, and Anderson BMW made things right and would consider making a future purchase with them.

I traveled over 200 miles to purchase this 2003 BMW Z4. Bob worked late into the night with me, coordinating all the logistics to make sure I didn't waste time traveling there for no reason. I had been looking online for this model car for a while and found the vehicle quality and description to be very accurate, and the vehicle was priced very well. Bob was extremely helpful in making this purchase go smoothly and was a key reason it was an overall, very positive experience. I would recommend both the dealership (actually purchased from their new Volkswagen facility) and would highly recommend dealing with Bob Langenber for your purchase. Every dealership I've ever visited always talked about their customer service before the sale. Anderson fulfilled their promise for customer service AFTER the sale. Four days after I bought my car I had an issue with my paint, through NO FAULT of the dealership. Max and Nick listened to my concerns and came up with a plan to help me out. After doing an search on True Car.com I was contacted by 3 BMW dealers. I had certain perimeters I had to work around due to a change I'm my finances. Gale from Anderson BMW called me and after explaining my situation he came back to me with a deal that would work perfectly on a new 228. I shopped the other dealers including my local dealer Bill Jacobs Bmw who all told me this deal Anderson was offering was not possible and it was all BS to get me into the dealership. Since the other dealerships were unwilling to work with me I reluctantly made the 40 mile drive up to Crystal Lake. Before I left I had a conversation with Gale about my experiences with the other dealerships telling me this deal is not possible. He reassured everything was as he said concerning the deal. When I got to the dealership the car was already being detailed and the paperwork and financing went as planned. I would recommend Anderson BMW it was worth the drive. I got the car I wanted and I was given the deal as promised . Overall I would say Orland Park Bmw and Kanus Bmw treated me well even though they could not do deal. Bill Jacobs was not nice about me being there at all which was surprising because I got my 335 from them 3 years ago. Way to treat a repeat customer. in the end Anderson was a diamond in the rough. They stood by their word to give me the deal no one else could. Way to go Anderson and Gale Ekern for a job well done. I would definetly recommend Anderson.

After visiting another dealer that was not willing to negotiate at all on price I visited Anderson. Bob L was my SA and immediately got us in a car for a test drive. Once we got back we got right to negotiating. We negotiated directly with BoB P (sales manager) for a while and eventually agreed upon a price and my car was ordered. The best part of the experience was the delivery. After waiting 8 weeks for the car Bob L called me the morning it arrived at the dealer and only a couple hours later I was able to take delivery.

I dropped my car off at the dealer for my 10am appointment on Saturday, 3/15 because my check engine light was on, but as of that morning it had gone off. I checked the gas cap a few times during the week and even got gas twice and the light was still on and it never went off. I had not heard an update from anyone and it was 12:45 so I called. The person I spoke to was Matt and he said they JUST hooked my car up to the scanner and would be calling shortly with an update I said great and went on with my day. By 3 I still had not heard any update so I called again and had to leave a message. Matt called back and told me that they scanned my car and it was a loose gas cap or possible leak detected which was causing the check engine light to come on. Either way, nothing was wrong. I find it absolutely ridiculous that I had to call twice in a 5 hour span to get an update on my car when nothing was even wrong. I feel like I was taken advantage of a little bit because I dropped my car off. I feel if I had been waiting there it would've been a quick service call and I would've been in and out. I lease my car from Anderson and I have only had it in there twice for service since 2011 when I got my car for this exact reason. The service just takes way too long.

Came into Anderson BMW/Volkswagen to look at various used cars. The first car that caught my eye was a 2010 Volkswagen CC. James approached me in the dealership and was very friendly and courteous, and let me look at the car and test drive it. Being a first time buyer I was very nervous going into the dealer as I had no prior experience. James made everything very simple and explained every detail of payment for the car, taxes, etc. I had my father with me as well who helped out in financing and such. Anderson was very willing to match or beat my Dads financing estimate and they also honored a discount from Enterprise Rental Car since I am an employed for Enterprise and I'm at Anderson quite frequently. Everyone who helped me get into the CC were very helpful friendly and courteous and I would most certainly recommend this dealership to any of my friends looking to get into a piece of fine German engineering.

Peter and the rest of the gentlemen I worked with at Anderson were helpful and not the slightest bit pushy. I asked many questions before I purchased and spent a good 4 hours test driving and checking out the vehicle. Not once did I notice that they were getting impatient. To the contrary, Peter kept us informed of what was going on in the process, and came back to check on us regularly. I, unfortunately, kept them at the dealership past closing time due to my questions but they were all very helpful. I would definitely recommend this dealership and Peter to family and friends.

I contacted the sales manager regarding post sale concerns I had with my newly purchased vehicle.He advised that he would need to do his research and would call me back i 2 days as he was off the following day.I received no return phone call for 2 days, nor the following day, nor the Monday following the weekend. It was only after I sent the sales manager an email advising him of how dissatisfied I was with their overall customer service, that he quickly contacted me. (this was within 10 mins of receiving my email.He made numerous excuses for not returning my call on a timely fashion( we were very busy) but the bottom line is their overall customer service post sale is substandard,When I contacted the sales manager to discuss my concerns with him, he told me (don't threaten me ) as I advised him I was very pleased that I had not yet returned my survey from BMW.overall I would rate this establishment as a zero....om a 1-10 scale.I learned my lesson the hard way.Buyer beware.

I usually don't buy cars from dealers because I've had bad experiences with the sales reps in dealerships. However, James Schaefer from Anderson BMW Motors Co answered all my questions patiently, and when he wasn't sure of the answer he would find out and call me back. He even called the first owner of the car to ask her if she had done the weather proof application in the car when she bought it. Also, James was never rude and he never used the sales pressure techniques that many other car sales reps use. James also was very courteous throughout the car's price negotiation process and he helped me to connect a great car shipping company to transport the car to Florida. These are the reasons I gave this dealership a great review.

My wife finally decided the car she wanted, a white Acura MDX. After looking locally, I found exactly what was wanted at Anderson Motors, with a price that matched our budget. Since I live in Nashville, this was a long distance transaction, and I was weary of buying without seeing the vehicle. However, the team at Anderson, and especially James were very helpful with setting up the deal, and I was excited enough that I flew to Chicago and picked up the car personally. In an out with the car in about 30 minutes. Between offers of a ride to the dealership, coffee, water, donuts, - the service was great. My wife was very pleased with the vehicle when I pulled in the driveway. The only reason for not giving a perfect 5.0 in every category, was when detailing the vehicle (and I am assuming this was done by Anderson team), they applied some spray to the leather to renew it, but the must not have masked anything during the process, as the spray was on parts of the dash instruments and console. I think some rubbing alcohol will likely clean it up, and this is certainly minor. Everything else is great. Long distance buying can be scary, but the team at Anderson, and especially Mr. Schaefer definitely made this fairly painless. Thank you !

I was immediately greeted and asked what had brought me into Anderson's by Jason Rose. After saying what brought me in, Jason checked the inventory for what I was looking for. He was very attentive and listened to what my wants and needs were and the second car he pulled up was the one I drove home. He made sure all the paperwork was completed and filled out correctly. He made the leasing of a car very easy and stress free. The dealership itself was very clean and had a welcoming waiting area. Everyone worked efficiently and well together. Purchased used car online,Mikki sent additional pictures and video of auto I was looking at.Mikki picked me up at airport (40 min away) and was there early. Anderson BMW's part pricing and service labor pricing is a total ripoff. They are charging more than the MSRP for parts. They wanted to charge my wife a minimum of $65.00 labor costs to replace the hood latch of our X5. More if they had problems opening the hood (a simple bent piece of wire was all that I needed to reach the latch and open the hood). It took me all of 2 minutes to remove the 2 bolts and replace the broken latch.

Several months ago I wanted to get my daughter a car of rher 16th B-Day and make it very special. Bob and James went above and beyond finding me the perfect car and color for my daughter. It is a 2012 Red Jetta! We went to other dealerships as well including Jeep and Chevy and found Anderson the place for me. We negotiated the price well ahead of time and made it "turn key" as we entered the dealership. My daughter was thrilled to get a used Taurus which was in the used car lot because it was a CAR. Then we proceeded to into the showroom to finish the paperwork. James then brought my family into the service bay and to my daughters delight- her RED JETTA with balloons on it was waiting for her!!! That was the perfect birthday gift for her! None of this could have happened without James and Bob!BTW- I bought my 2006 BMW X-5 from Anderson as well.

After much research over the internet we took our first visit to Anderson BMW a few weeks ago. Words alone cannot say enough for the quality service that we received from this dealership. More specifically, our sales person Alex, went over and above to help us with our search for our BMW. As we continued our research and returned to the Crystal Lake location, the entire staff was always also very friendly and professional. From our past experiences with other dealerships outside of the Crystal Lake area, we continually left those places feeling very frustrated and pushed into making decisions that we were not ready to make. Never once at Anderson BMW did we feel pressured to make any impulsive decisions - this is a gigantic plus in our minds and THAT alone is worthy of much recommendation. We gladly intend to tell all of our friends how happy we are with our purchase and will continue to recommend Alex as an excellent sales person to work with.

I gave the high rating because they deserved it. I learned on a Saturday morning that my Jeep Grand Cherokee had a bad cylinder and I was scheduled to be out of town for a week starting on Sunday. I quickly searched Craigslist and found a car which fit my requirements (had just been posted) so I called the dealership and made an appointment to check it out. We were greeted warmly by the sales people and directed to the salesman I had called earlier. Jim welcomed us as if we were the only customers they had (we weren't) and we got down to business. We test drove and looked it over inside and out then talked about their best price, which was fair enough. We completed the deal, which went very painlessly and drove off with our replacement car.

I had been looking for a used car for about four weeks and dealt with numerous dealerships in that time period. Many were high-pressure and/or not friendly or very helpful. However, my experience with Anderson in Crystal Lake was excellent from the start. I was buying a car from out of town and Dino dealt with me both online and over the phone to negotiate. He was honest with what condition the car was in and even sent me a video of the car so I could see exactly what I was getting. He could not be there when I needed to purchase it, so he set me up with Nick ahead of time. I got lost and showed up after hours on a Friday night, but Nick was willing to stay and was still very friendly and extremely helpful in answering my questions. He did not make me feel like I was inconveniencing him. He quickly completed all the paperwork and got me out of there in a timely manner. The car was completely detailed, better than any dealership I had previously visited and I am extremely happy with my purchase! It was very refreshing to deal with people with honesty, integrity, and who had high quality cars at their dealership!

They had a Jeep Cherokee for sale that I found online. I was told the vehicle was clean and in excellent shape. I travelled from St. Louis to pick it up the Jeep and it was neither clean or in excellent shape. There was an obvious dent in the passenger rear quarter panel, the custom radio was about the fall out of the dash, the driver side interior kick plate was missing, the center console had all the screws removed and you could pick it up, no keyless remotes, only a single key, and to top it off when I started it the check engine light came on....and stayed on.I left this vehicle on the dealer lot.

Absolutely would NEVER recommend this place to anyone with any brain!We went in here looking for a car for my wife. We had two trades and I was going to look how the experience goes and maybe purchase myself a car as well. I actually told this to our sales person! I looked at a BMW X3. My wife liked it a lot and the sales person seemed to be nice! I noticed that the tires were a little on the smoother side, which didn't sit well with me! I asked the sales guy about them and he ASSURED ME, that those tires are fine, in matter fact, they're "FAIRLY NEW"! That was his words... To make the story short, we purchased the vehicle; which we agreed I would bring back within the same week to fix up a little scratch on the back of the driver seat. When I did, the service department has informed me that my tires are well worn off and will need to be replaced soon!!!!! ($1800.00) Of course FURIOUS, I call the sales person and told him what the service guys said, he of course denied that he knew it!!!! He admitted that he did tell me the tires are fine, but he didn't know for sure! I then spoke to one of the managers, which let me tell you, the managers in this place are absolute MORONS! No exaggeration, they're honestly a bunch of idiots! They have no clue what business ethics, or sales managing are about! The manager said I should have gotten the tires inspected myself, I shouldn't have believed the sales person! He said it doesn't matter if you asked, and he answered you! So this is the manager telling YOU AND I, don't EVER TRUST what they say!I of course went ahead and contacted one of the GMs, he seemed to be more concerned! and asked me to take photos of the tires, send to him and he will see about this issue and look to get it fixed! I did of course send him photos! and NEVER HEARD back! I emailed and emailed and asked what is going on! and what do you know! No answer!You have to imagine how big of morons these guys are! They lie, and knowing that I am a buyer who is still in the market for another car, you would think they would make sure my experience is awesome so I buy there again!! NO! I bought another car of course less than three months after my purchase at this place. Brand New Audi, from a dealership in Schaumburg! and Oh my, what a difference it is when you are actually dealing with people that are knowledgeable and upfront! I WOULD NEVER RECOMMEND THIS PLACE TO ANYONE YOU CARE ABOUT! BUT IF YOU WANT SOMEONE TO GET SCREWED, THIS IS THE PLACE TO SEND THEM TO! YOU HAVE BEEN WARNED!

I went first to this dealer because it's right down the road from where I work. I was looking for a used highline vehicle, and they had a used BMW I was somewhat interested in. My first experience was decent enough. I felt a good rapport with the salesman for the most part, but knew at the same time he was definitely spewing some BS as I had been doing my homework. After shopping around a little bit at other dealers, I made the mistake of going back to Anderson to just stop by and check in with the salesman and let them know I was still interested in the vehicle, and also checking for what else they may have gotten in since I had first been there. I looked at one other vehicle and didn't care for it that much. The salesman began asking questions about my potential trade. I mentioned I was trying to sell it on my own rather than trade it in, but before I knew it, I was talking about what they would give me for it. This is when the real game started. They took my keys and would not give them back twice when I asked for them, so beware of this!! They wanted to inspect my car and so I gave them the keys for that and they just conveniently did not return them, so they basically made me a prisoner there. I negotiated with them and they were ready to do a somewhat pleasing deal since it was the end of the month, but in the end, I said no because I felt they had devalued my trade significantly and were coming down so far on the vehicle price because my trade was really worth more than what they offered. Plus, I wasn't thrilled with the key game. When I finally had said no to the deal enough times, the sales manager came over and tossed (and I do mean tossed) my keys in front of me on the salesman's desk as though he were annoyed with me. I'm pretty sure he was right behind me listening to the whole process though I couldn't see him. I know I made the right decision to go elsewhere.

They actually let me take a look at anything wrong with the car if I would like to and don't treat me as if I was some idiot, because I'm female. Would like to say one thing,the sales man was very friendly but his hands were tied to help us,We looked at a 2006 z4 used offered cash payment up to $35,000.They could not come down at all.They claimed the price was firm,The car was sold to somebody,the bought it back, an resold another vehical to that person,Its sad to say there our still some poor sales ethics.out there when they tell me there was a time when cash ment something, but not no more would never go back or recommend any body to this dealer

This was the worst experience I have ever had at a car dealership. I went in to look at a used car. Was greeted by the sales person who was very nice. I test drove the car and decided to get a quote on the car and to have my trade appraised. I was given the figures and proceeded to do the standard back and forth negotiation drill to see if we could reach what I thought was a reasonable deal. Eventually they got close to what I was looking for. However, I had done my homework and knew there were three other dealerships with the exact same car (color, mileage, etc.) nearby that I wanted to look at first before I committed to anything. I was up front with the sales guy (who was very nice to deal with) and told him there were a few more cars I wanted to go see but, if he had the best deal and best car at the end of the day, that I would be back. He proceeded to tell me that his manager, Don, wanted to come out and meet me before I left and I said that would be fine. So he came out, shook my hand, sat down and said "I thought we had a deal". I told him he was close, but he wasn't there yet. Then he asked me what he could do that would make me walk out of there with the car. So half jokingly I told him I could use another $1,000 knowing plain well that I would never get it, but that I would have certainly bought the car right then if they could do it (as a side note, I was only looking for $250 and I would have bought the car right then). That when it got ugly. <br><br>The manager stood up, took the sheet of paper that we had been negotiating on, crumpled it up and threw it on the floor. The he proceeded to tell me to "get the hell out of the dealership". I couldn't believe it. I had never been treated so rudely in my entire life. And it was the poor sales guy's first day on the job at this dealership. He looked horrified. If you are a knowledgable buyer and do your homework to get a good deal, don't go here unless you want to be insulted and tossed out on your A**!
