Great experience from start to finish. My sales representative Alex Cantor was very gracious and knowledgeable. Alex and his Manager were very good and followed up as needed with any questions, and numerous financial options. My financial representative Juan was also just as knowledgeable and friendly. Had to bring in for minor repair and customer service was just as accommodating. Building a new facility next door which will make this entire experience more special. 2021 New facility is beautiful. Same great service even with a pandemic and social distancing.

BMW of Delray Beach is the best! They are competitive and offer great deals! I received excellent service from Mark Hull (sales), Mike Noble (sales manager), and JP (finance). This was one of the easiest purchases I’ve ever made. Mark sent me an online quote, I sent in all the necessary information, and it was a done deal. By the time I drove there from Miami, the car was prepped and ready to go. I highly recommend this dealership if you want honest, friendly, and professional service. Update: I returned for service in July 21 and received excellent service from Glen. Waiting room is comfortable and I love their hot beverage machine! So happy that I’m moving closer to the area soon so I will continue to get my car serviced here.

I’m giving them a five star rating. I went in and told the front desk person, Jasmine Smith, what I wanted and the type person I need. She sent Deandre Bloomfield right over. Through the whole process, he did not pressure into buying a vehicle. He let the car basically speak for itself. He was very helpful when it came to getting the price where I need it to be. When I came back, they treated me like family not just a regular customer. Jasmine Smith even got me some food because she knew I didn’t eat coming in that early. Which told me she pay attention to our conversation from before. Great customer and definitely would recommend this dealership because of them two and their outstanding customer service! Thanks you for my X3! I’m in love.....

I had the best experience with Serge! He went above and beyond to help me find the perfect car that fit my wants and needs. The Finance team was amazing as well, the woman there is top notch. She knows what she’s talking about!! Got me the best deal and perfect warranty. I strongly recommend getting a BMW with them! I drove all the way from Downtown Miami.

Last couple of visits were great, Glenn was my manager. Had multiple problems, some hard to reproduce. Everything fixed and at a price that was lower than the initial estimate. First visit: Greeted by name as I was driving up! First time that’s happened. Charles Simmons was my manager, and did a great job. Clearly gave me options on service. Arranged a nice looking loaner for 4 days. Best service visit ever.
