I am new to the area and picked this dealership because it was the closest to me. After visiting many dealerships from different brands and even a BMW dealership from the state I left, I had the best experience with BMW of Ft. Washington. My salesman, Roy Jenkins, devoted plenty of time to show me all the features of the car I purchased. I feel like it was a team effort. I have a busy schedule and when my salesman was with another customer the day I came in to close the deal, the manger, Jeremy, stepped and we made it happen within 15 minutes. I could not be more happy with the pleasant and respectful atmosphere here. I was not getting 3 phone calls a day in the week before I bought to pressure me to come back in. What a relief! In fact, they earned my loyalty due to the professionalism displayed. The final kudos go to Bill Kamberogiannis. After a long day, he made the financial close out process easy and entertaining. I am thankful I chose to deal with BMW of Ft. Washington and they may just have earned a repeat customer. Thanks guys!

If you are looking to buy a BMW there is no other salesman to see than Bryan Gustie at BMW of Fort Washington. Best car salesmen I've ever dealt with hands down. Listens to your wants/needs and makes practical suggestions. Never pushy and never rushes you. It's a nice feeling to not feel pressure when making such a big decision. We are currently driving our fourth BMW and hope to continue to do more business with Bryan for years to come.

Edward was WONDERFUL! I purchased a vehicle and drove down from Buffalo, NY. He made the process smooth and easy! He took extra time to make sure was in perfect condition interior and exterior! Great experience, and I am SO excited about my new car!

One of the best car buying experiences that I've ever had. My salesman Phil knew his stuff and took great care of me. If I could give more than 5 stars I would have. Funny thing about the service and my purchase was I walked out with a Land Rover and not a BMW. I am looking forward to future purchases from them.

Bryan Gustie was my sales person, from the time I walked into the BMW dealership I knew I was at the right place. Bryan was very patient and explained the process of buying a car in complete detail. I was not there for a long time. The process was good and everything went just as Bryan said. I am very pleased with my service and I left with a car that I love. I would highly recommend BMW Fort Washington.
