I purchased a certified pre-owned Z4 BMW from Fremont BMW. The sales person guaranteed that the car would be detailed so that it looked like new and that it was like a brand new car. I commented while test driving the car how filthy it was and that it smelled like cigarettes and the sales person (Ali) guaranteed it would be spotless and you would never know it had been dirty. Ali told me we have a cleaner we use to get rid of the smell". I made a comment about the bird droppings on the car and he informed me that in his country, bird droppings were considered good luck. I suggested that they get them off immediately, as the acidic substance damages paint. I also commented that the center console lid seemed loose, but Ali again guaranteed that it was just a loose screw and that it was an easy fix and it was covered under the certified pre-owned program. Long story short, I purchased the car expecting that the car would be cleaned appropriately. I said I would pick up the car the next day but Ali told me that I should take it that night, that he would take care of returning my rental car the next day. He brought me the car and it was still filthy and smelled of cigarette smoke. He told me the smell would go away in a few days.. I noticed that at the location of the bird droppings, the paint was damaged. He told me well, you did buy a used car, you cant expect it to be perfect. This, after he told me the car would look brand new. At this point, he handed me the manual for the car and told me its the exact manual that came with the car. It has everything you need. The next day my colleagues came out to see my car and we found an e-cigarette under the seat, the previous owners loose prescription pills, food, gum, filth, and other detritus in the car. The buttons on the console were greasy and thick with dirt. Then I looked at the manual, only to find out it was for a 5-series, not the Z4 I purchased. I also discovered that the previous owners address was programmed in the car, which in my opinion is a security hazard. In addition, the dealership apparently lost the rental car I had been driving, and when Enterprise tried to pick the car up repeatedly, nobody knew where it was! This went on for a month!!!Immediately after I bought the car, I became ill, and for several months was under a doctors' care. I could not address the filth of the car, the wrong manual, or the broken center console. I finally took the car in to East Bay BMW (I refused to return to Fremont) and reported the issues on July 7, 2016. The customer service representative took down my report, assessed the damage on the center console, and told me it was not covered under the pre-certified program. I reported the issue again on July 18, 2016 and then, after nobody would do anything, wrote to BMW corporate on September 7, 2016. I asked to have my car detailed, to be given the correct manual, and to have the center console repaired. I simply want the car cleaned, the correct user manual, and the latch fixed on the center console. These are minor, low-cost issues that are influencing my opinion of the brand.I received a call today (October 6, 2016) from the regional BMW office (I missed the callers name, but she was not the person with whom I had been speaking) and she informed me that because I waited 6 months to report the problem, they wouldnt do anything about it. I said that I hadnt even owned the car for 6 months yet and I reported the issues on July 7, 2016. I understand that it wasnt immediately, but it was definitely NOT 6 months. The corporate representative said it was October, so it was 6 months, that they would not take care of these issues and that there was no other recourse. I asked to speak to a manager and was told there was nothing I could do. She informed me that We dont require that the cars be cleaned before selling them and you purchased the car as-is. I asked if it was okay for other peoples prescription medicine to be on the floor and she said it isnt ideal. She also told me I could go to any customer service center and order a manual. When I had asked about getting a manual at East Bay BMW in July, I was told that they only had the ones for their cars. I was not given an option of ordering one. And really, shouldnt one of the people I contacted about this have one sent to me? I havent been shy in asking for a manual. Should I have to pay for their salespersons mistake?I am offended on behalf of customers. Im asking for minor things that were promised to me at the time of the purchase.

Wanted to be sure to give BMW of Fremont 5 stars. I've been looking at 428i's for months and finally decided it was time that I go beyond just browsing. I found a few 2105 models at various dealerships and must say that my experiences before contacting Khaled at BMW of Fremont were not so great. From the minute I sent off an email requesting more information Khaled was very responsive and accommodating. He scheduled an appointment for me on Saturday morning and when I arrived the car was happily waiting for me to take a test drive. The car was more than I imagined and upon returning from the test drive I knew I had found the right vehicle. The sale was effortless and they gave me a really good deal on my trade in as well. I was pre-approved through my credit union which made the paperwork very easy. I was in and out in less than 3 hours, which I thought was very good for all that had to happen. I did notice that the car didn't have floor mats and they didn;t blink an eye. Khaled put them on order and I had a brand new set by Tuesday. Overall it was a great experience and I am extremely happy with my new 428i. Makes my commute so much more enjoyable! I would highly recommend this dealership and will do my best to bring my car back for service there even though I live in a different area. Thanks again BMW of Fremont!

We were shopping for a new car for my daughter. When we arrived, we were promptly helped by salesman Jerry, who was cheerful and enthusiastic throughout the whole process. I set an appointment for oil service at 9:00 am. Rich was my service rep and was very apologetic, due to the fact that they were short three people. It was taking longer to check in my vehicle. I was waiting for my vehicle while service was performed and then i hear my name called around 11;30 am that my vehicle was done. Rich apologized for the delay and said that my oil service is a" no charge today" and that we appreciate your business . I consider this great customer service because Rich at BMW actually believes a clients time is valuable. My oil service was complete and my car was nice and clean due to the complimentary wash. I came up to Fremont from Southern California to get an X5 from these guys. They were so supportive and bent over backwards to get my requests met. I find these guys very trustworthy. I traded in my old 2009 X5 and they gave me a decent trade-in price even though the car needed tires. I came to them after having a less than great experience at other dealerships and was happy to find a no-nonsense experience. I would highly recommend this group to others.

Needed 4 wheel alignment done in a hurry. Called and talked to Rich. He asked me drop by and quickly connected me to John L. John took the car in and had the alignment done in 1 1/2hr while I waited. The price was better than the quote I received from another BMW dealer in Bay Area. It was a wonderful experience.

BMW of Fremont is more like your "neighborhood mechanic" than a traditional dealership (but in a GOOD way). They went over my vehicle and even things I suggested that might need to be serviced/replaced, they came back with an honest response "we don't believe that's necessary", rather than the typical experience where you go in for an oil change and come out with a list of 20 "repairs" you didn't know you needed at a horrendous price. They treat you like you'd treat you: honest, fair prices, and only recommend the truly necessary work, rather than pad the bottom line with unnecessary "inspections and preventative maintenance". I can respect that, and so should you.

BEWARE OF YOUR LEASE BUYOUTS! They will rip your heads off by charging you a very hefty reconditioning fee and make you buy tires (not needed) so that they can charge you the "certification fee"!Also, call BMW financial and find out what your ACTUAL payoff amount is!! YOUR PAYOFF AMOUNT IS NOT YOUR RESIDUAL AMOUNT! My residual was $61k but the actual pay off amount to buy the car was only $55000!!!So what CALVIN (the crooked internet salesman) did was telling me that he can sell me my car for $59900 + fees...which he made it sound like a super deal since it's less than my $61k residual. He lied and said he can certify my car (a $1500 premium) but I have to spend another $2500 on new tires and if not then they can't get it certified. on it and certify it (which he charged me over $2000) so that i can have a FREE warranty (only powertrain and the maintenance is not included). LIES LIES LIES. Typical sleezy salesmen tactics.I could have owned my 7 series for $55000 + tax/lic and financed it through my own credit union at a much lower interest %. Instead I ended up paying $59900+$1500+$2500+tax/lic. So I paid $63900 + tax/lic when I could have paid $55000 + tax/lic.THAT IS $8900 OF MY HARD EARNED DOLLARS DOWN THE DRAIN.I was way overcharged and was lied to from the get go. These liars made me feel like I was buying sand in the middle east. I should have known better and listened to my gut when I walked in. DO NOT COME HERE. Go to SF BMW or Peter Pan BMW instead.I would give a zero star if i had the choice. You have been warned.

Rich Deeds is a Service Adviser Superstar! I had an unusual sound coming from under my 2013 335xi Grand Turismo. I called Rich and told him that I was in the area. He told me that he would be waiting for my arrival. He had a loaner car waiting for me and told me that he would call as soon as he knew what the problem was.Simply a few missing screws that attached the bottom cover. Quickly repaired and he also completed a nearly due complimentary service, saving me another trip back.Great job Rich and team!

Needed 2 new front tires, called to check/compare pricing. BMW was higher, but they price matched from Tire Rack, gave me a great deal, and they had the tires in stock. I was told it would take an hour for installation, so I made my appointment. When I arrived, they were pretty busy--I had to wait about 15 mins for my service advisor, Nick Lal. Then the bad news, my car wouldn't be ready for about 2.5 hours. I was preparing to leave for a 2 week vacation and had a million things to do, and waiting around for 2.5 hours was not on my to-do list. Nick apologized and asked if a loaner car would help me out. Yes! Nick handled all the details for the loaner and had me on my way in no time. My car was ready 2.5 hours later, waiting in the shade for me (much appreciated since it was 94 degrees that day). To sum it up, great pricing and excellent customer service--it's people like Nick that keep you coming back.

I have continually received custom and personal care from the service personnel that has changed through the years. I have been going to Aaron Ginn for the last two years and he has provided me excellent assistance. He goes over each issue and makes every effort to work with me. I like working with him and I trust him.My car has always received excellent attention from Rafael, the service foreman, who is an expert and does my repairs. He personally goes over the completed repairs when I pick up the car with me and my husband. These two gentlemen are extremely reliable and helpful. I love my BMW 330 but it is 13 years old and has 213,000 miles on it. It still runs like a top! However, with my commuting needs, I was interested in buying a good used car. ("new to me"). I went to Fremont BMW and met with Sharif Shoman. He is the nicest and most honest salesman I have ever met. He actually listened to what I wanted and found me exactly that! Sharif did not try to add non-essential extras nor talk me into something more expensive. Everyone else was also extremely nice and efficient. I had the BEST EXPERIENCE EVER!!!

When we got home we noticed chips on the hood that we will have to get fixed. If we lived closer we would have just left it to have it fixed, but it was not convenient so we will have to schedule the repair on our own. Overall great experience with the purchase!

I took my BMW X5 due to the TPM keeps showing even when the tire pressures were good. The right rear tire was replaced & still the sensor lite came on. Took it in for the 2nd time and it seems that the problem is resolved. I've driven it X2 days & thus far the sensor lite has not come on. Tatum Dingh was the advisor who assisted me.

From the very beginning I realized that he had a different character that you often see in most of car dealers, honest and professional. I have been to the BMW of Fremont service center three times now and on all the times I was more than happy with the level of customer service and repairs that was provided to me. The staff has been very friendly and they do go out of their way in maintaining their standards. This dealer provided extremely bad service. They made me paid for diagnostic fee of $190 3 weeks after I brought my car in for final service within guarantee. I asked to make sure that everything is working good. Thy assured that everything were good.3 weeks later th light went on and they charged diagnostic fee and they told me wrong problem. I had to spend more money for wrong part replacement. I asked to speak to manager, they only asked they assistant manager to call. When I called back they weren't available and they never called me back again.

I was in the market for a used 2011 E90 BMW M3 sedan. There were less than 10,000 of the vehicle model ever sold in this country, so finding one with low mileage and in excellent condition really took me some time. I live in Southern California, where I could only find a single over-priced M3 over the course of 5 months, and it was only BMW of Fremont that had the right vehicle. I immediately got in touch with Ricardo Martin at BMW of Fremont, who obliged me with plenty of vehicle pictures and vehicle history as soon as the vehicle became available for sale. Talking with Ricardo, was in my opinion a very pleasant and professional experience. I have dealt with salesmen while buying used cars and new cars at dealerships in California before, only to have the "80's car salesmen experience". This was a worry-free purchase process. Both of us knew what the car was all about, and it was easy to get information to pointed questions. Ricardo was very helpful during the purchase process. When I told him that my work wouldn't allow me to travel on a week-day to pick up the car - he worked with me to allow me time so I could fly in on the weekend and drive the car back to San Diego. He even checked up on me on Sunday to make sure I got back safe and sound. Wow!During the course of my purchase process I was also in touch with Walled Asefi, who is equally passionate about these performance vehicles and knows the cars inside out.. He helped pick me up from the airport and drove me back to the dealership - and spent the time talking about M cars. We took a "test-drive" before I signed on the dotted line. As I was about to leave the lot, Walled then patiently set me up with every feature on the iDrive (which I wasn't too familiar with at that time) - from music, to Navigation, to seats, and general setting. Most importantly Wally also gave me a can of 10W60 engine oil for my drive back (since the M V8's are oil thirsty) - this really helped me when the engine oil warning light came on when I was driving down on the I-5. I really appreciate your foresight, and it shows that you went above and beyond the sale of the car. Even dealing with the finance was a pleasant experience. I was made aware of all the add-on warranty options so that I could be aware of it, but if I said "no I'm not interested" we moved on. All in all I had a wonderful and positive experience dealing with the highly passionate, knowledgeable and caring folks at BMW of Fremont. If you want a new/used car and if you are in the Bay area -or- even outside of it like I was - it's worth your time and money to pay them a visit. And make sure you ask for Wally or Ricardo because I'm the proud owner of a very special and fabulous used M3!

We were looking into leasing an electric vehicle for use in daily commute. Aside from the BMW i3, we looked at the Mercedes B-Class Electric and the Nissan Leaf.Of the 3 options we were considering, the best lease deal offered to us was for the BMW i3. The process of deciding which car was best suited for us was made even easier given that we liked the i3 the most after we subjected the candidate vehicles to close examinations and test drives.The folks at BMW of Fremont took customer service to another level in the following ways.- Wahid, who helped us choose our vehicle, practically showed us every available i3 on the lot so that we could select the ride that was for us. He patiently answered our many questions and he even helped move some cars around so that we could do a side-by-side comparison between 2 cars that we were looking to tie-break. By exerting excellent effort, he provided us with superb service.- The folks (e.g. finance, genius, etc) who assisted us with the other steps of the process gave us their time and energy without hesitation. They didn't rush through anything, they were thorough and they answered our questions. Even though we were still at the dealership past their closing time, they stayed open for us and made sure everything was good to go.The customer service was instrumental in making our time at BMW of Fremont a 5-start experience.

It is my first BMW purchase and I inquired for a new BMW 28i Xline X3 online and I immediately received a response from Ricky Martin (ecommerce manager/sales agent) and asked to visit or contact him for anything. I visited the shop and was given alot of options with what I wanted. I was in good hands with Ricky and he made the experience very smooth, comfortable, and fun! He's very knowledgeable, super nice, he kept me updated all the time thru emails, and even went way beyond to make me feel comfortable with my new BMW! He introduced me to Omar, the financial officer and he's extremely helpful, funny and saved me alot of bucks! Overall, it was an amazing experience, and worthwhile! Mr. Quach(Vi) approached me right away as soon as I came in for my appointment. we started discussing the car I wanted and offeredd me the colors and style. he even allowed me to test drive the car and describe the details of the car from top to bottom. we then sat down and discussed my financial plan for the car. After agreeing on buying the car he took me to my new car and taught me every specs of it. he contacted me several days later and asked how I was doing and told me to come to him anytime if I had a problem with the car. Mr. Quach is very professional at his job.

My salesman was very personable and helpful, the facility was immaculate, what else could you expect from A BMW facility. the only thing I did not notice on the test drive that I noticed at home were the brakes squeeck when I back up. But they did do a 125 point check of the vehicle before they sale them. I guess they missed that. That's the only complaint.

This negative review is towards the FREMONT BMW SERVICE DEPARTMENT...I HAVE NEVER DONE BUSINESS WITH THE SALES DEPARTMENTS...SO THIS REVIEW DOES NOT REFLECT ON THE SALES GUYS AT ALL!!!The AC in my 640i conv stopped blowing cold air all of a sudden. We just came out of a winter...so maybe it stopped working during winter. Anyways, i made an appointment at 8:45 in the morning. A Mr. Nick was my service advisor and i told him about the issue. I also told him to maybe have my bluetooth software updated because my bluetooth pairing with my HTC phone is causing issues. But, that was secondary. I know a little bit about cars. So, i did my research before i took the car to the service. I made sure that the AC blower was not making any kind of unusual noise [indicative of a bad compressor]. I also made sure that there was no unusual smell coming out of the vents when the AC was running. So, i figured either the FREON [AC coolant] needed to be refilled to the right amount or maybe there was a FREON leak through one of the hoses. I told Mr. Nick about that. He told me that it would be done by 5:15 that day. So that gave them about 9 hours to fix the AC. AND ASK ANY MECHANIC IN THE WORLD...BMW OR FERRARI...ACs in all cars follow the same mechanism...same architecture...don't let anyone tell you that...BMW ACs are different and all...if they do...DO NOT LET THEM TOUCH YOUR CAR !!! So,i figured 9 hours sounds about right. They will pull my car into their garage, get the error code by hooking up the computer and then maybe check for leakage by passing dyed freon and then whatever it is they will fix it. I am positive the compressor was good so there is absolutely no need for a major compressor change. So, their shuttle dropped me off at my work which was about 18 miles from their center. Then, i call them at 3 pm to find out what the status was on my vehicle. One would expect that by this time one of their "technicians" would have had time to pull my car into a garage and at least take a look at the issue or hooked up a computer and get the error code. Anyways, Mr Nick tells me that they will have to keep the car with them for two days. That surprised me and i was like...Ok...maybe its something a little more serious than what i thought. So, i was like...ok Nick...so what seems to be the issue that you guys need to keep my vehicle for 2 days??!! To my utter frustration Mr. Nick told me that he couldn't tell because their technician haven't had a chance to take a look at my car. I was like ...so did anyone even touch my car since i left at 8:45 in the morning. And Mr. Nick started with their policies about how no technician touches a car till the vehicle has been sitting in their lot for at least 12 hours. So, that totally pissed me off. I told him that the only reason i dropped off my car at 8:45 was so i could pick it up after work. And the fact that a technician did not even bother to look at my vehicle for the 6 hours its been sitting there but could still draw a random conclusion about needing to keep the car with them for 2 days annoyed the hell out of me. Mr. Nick also tells me that his technician told him that he would have to contact BMW to get my software update for my bluetooth. AND THAT MADE ME THINK HOW INCOMPETENT THAT TECHNICIAN WOULD HAVE TO BE. I am an engineer. I could do that software patch update myself by getting the patch from BMW. I just did not want to do it because i thought...well, i am gonna give them my car anyways...so why not let them do it. And this technician apparently needs an entire day to do that work. BUT, ANYWAYS...i ask Nick to forget about the software patch and give me a time frame for the AC work. He told me next day noon. I asked him...so will it be done by tomorrow noon and can i pick up my car? Mr. Nick tells me...No...tomorrow noon his technician will let him know about the issue with my AC and then if i say yes they will fix it. CAN YOU IMAGINE THAT? That told me that not a single technician even looked under the hood of my car. They were just pulling these time frames out of their...you know what !!! And i told Mr. Nick that this week i have serious work issues...some traveling around. So, i need the car and if he could fix it by tomorrow. He just told me straight out that his technician will look at my car tomorrow. SO, BOTTOM LINE IS...i dropped my car off at their service center at 8:45 in the morning...and no body there touched my car or looked at it the entire day. Thats how bad their service department is. Total lack of respect and consideration of other people's problems. You might expect this at Chevy or Kia...but, not at a BMW !!! And thats not all. My work place is 18 miles from their center. And Mr. Nick gave me grief about having to drop me off so far...out side of their range...which is...WAIT FOR IT...15 miles !!! I would have paid them the gas money if they asked me to. But, i had to get to work. So, THAT'S THE STORY GUYS !!! Is it just me or do all the BAY AREA BMW DEALERSHIPS have a bad rep??!! I mean look at Fremont, stevens creek, San Francisco, Sunnyvale...they all have poor ratings ..both on yelp and dealerrater !!! No wonder i had to go to BMW of Riverside to get my BMW !!! Unfortunately, its not possible to go there for services !!! Anyways...i got an appointment with Stevens Creek...lets see how well they do...not keeping too much on an expectation thought !!!

I was treated with cordiality and respect by all the staff. Worst decision ever placing a loan app here.... My cousin came in to lease a 2015 BMW 550i he placed a loan application with his dad as the "primary" and himself as the "co applicant". Shawn who is the current Fiance manager at Fremont BMW completed his application and denied him as his credit score/history for both him and his father didn't have sufficient history. Going forward, my cousin asked me to cosign for him as Shawn recommend a co applicant with a greater history which i personally had 2 auto loans , however i was declined as i do not reside at the same mailing address as my cousin... My question is, why didn't Shawn inform me this before submitting the application i mean come on now you are as title "Fiance Manager" yet basic knowledge to process a loan is inadequate. You have verified that the addresses are not the same yet you still process the application that's a given red flag that you will be denied even if your score is 700+. NOW I HAVE A HARD INQUIRY ON MY CREDIT REPORT! The most basic requirement cause me hell. I am more surprised that i have left him 2 voice mails and still haven't gotten a reply back from him. I have spoke to Sofia and Deborah who are the "The receptionist" at BMW Fremont all they said was shawn will call you back in 5 mins.. I HAVE BEEN HEARING THAT SINCE 9AM ITS 7 PM NOW!! talk about 5 mins...

Jesse Janssen, our salesperson, was great, very friendly, knowledgeable and responsive. This is not a review of him. It's a review of the dealer overall. We bought the dent protection for our new X5 only to find out that the contract service provider couldn't make the necessary repair. As I tried to resolve this issue, I got shuffled around BMW of Fremont until I was finally connected to Shawn. The initial contact seemed promising, however, I never heard back from him and he doesn't return my calls. BMW customers deserve better than that. It leaves me wondering if this is an indication of things to come.

Calvin, the salesman, Sean, the closer, were very professional from start to finish. This was a big deal to us since we: myself, wife and son joined the buying experience, and it started from Vancouver, Washington two days before arriving in Fremont Cal. Calvin and I closed the deal on the phone and then I few a couple family members to Oakland where Calvin's assistant picked us up at the airport, a 30 minute drive each way for her. We arrived two day later and all was ready, the new X5 fully cleaned and detailed, along with all the paperwork. It went straight through and we were driving away headed back to Vancouver after a couple hours, since we needed special instruction with all the new tech in this car. Wow what an outstanding car to drive even all the way back to Vancouver. We are thrilled with this car, Calvin, Sean and the exceptional service they provided to we foreigners from Washington State. On the day of purchase, 11/25, Mr. Haidari was very courteous. After the financial paper work was done, I went through the emergency service with him, after which he left because I had to give a password. But I needed a little more instruction on the basics of the X5 itself, and could not find him in the building, so I had to ask a different person. We are enjoying the X5 very much, but are still getting used to the nuances of the car, including the navigation system which is more complicated than what we had before but very thorough.

When I first arrived, I was not too impressed with the lack of reception. I didn't know half the staff was at an offisite event leaving the dealership understaffed with an influx of interested buyers such as myself. After a short wait, I was paired up with Eddie Khan and was pleased that he took the time out to really help me find the car I wanted. Being in sales, I was very up front with what I was seeking and where I was at in my buying cycle. I pretty much stated that I was at the end and at the point of selecting my vehicle. I'm not an easy customer and intended on making him work hard. However, his attitude and calm demeanor helped the situation greatly. He was very attentive and answered all my questions throughout the test drive. My intent was to get a feel for the 335i and how it compared to the previous 428i I test drove at another dealership. After my test, I knew I wanted the 335i. I believed he sensed it and we started the sales processes. It took the entire day, but at the end I knew he had my best interests in mind. If there's one thing I would advise him for the next time. If your potential client asked for water on a 90+degree day. Make sure to have some cold refreshments ready to hand them. ;)

Purchased a used X5 in February and everything seemed to go smoothly. After not receiving the Title to the vehicle by the end of May I started my research with DMV. They indicated the process was started but the Title was never provided to them by Fremont BMW. After a month of phone calls to the finance manager (some returned and a number of lies) and the general manager (none returned), I had to resort to contacting an attorney and writing a letter that spelled out that if the Title wasnt presented to DMV on a certain date that they would be getting the vehicle back. This was finally resolved after nearly two months. These guys can't find their backsides with both hands. I certainly would not recommend this dealership go anywhere else for your BMW purchase.

I was in the market for a base model 228i which at the time was not available in any of the dealership I've visited. I was getting desperate as I didn't want to spend any more than I had to. The Sales representative will give a test drive on one car show some optional features on the car and when you buy the car he will take the car for detailing and give you another car which will not have all the features you discussed with him on the car.

I have bought and leased a lot of cars over the years but this was the easiest and most pleasurable experience. Calvin listened, understood my needs and then showed me a small selection of vehicles that were right for me. When it came to agreeing a price, Calvin told me what he needed and I told him what I wanted and we did 2011 528i leased return and a new car lease deal quickly. 2014 BMW 335i GT was beautifully presented when I came to collect it. There was of a bit delay on the change over, but nothing was too much trouble for Calvin. He even helped detail people to clean windows by himself and inspected my new Grand Turismo. Great experience! Thank you, Calvin, for your help, the best lease terms I could imagine and the greatest customer service I ever had.

After experiencing sub par service from East Bay BMW, we decided to visit BMW of Fremont for our 4th BMW. We are definitely glad we came here because Jerry is the best and most courteous BMW Salesman we've ever met. He took the time to build a relationship and get to know us on a personal level; much of what he learned from us, he processed to make sure we were getting the right car to fit our needs. We got such a great deal that I don't think Jerry ended up making much on the sale, but he has definitely earned our business and referrals for life. I'm sure many of the other Salesman are just as courteous at this dealership, but I would definitely recommend Jerry when you decide to visit BMW of Fremont. The X1 is definitely not like the two X5's we had, but it is such a great commuter car for my wife, gets great gas mileage and rides almost as comfortable.

Got my first bimmer from this dealership. My sales agent Rommel was very helpful and patient. The finance manager Adrian was very helpful too. Actually everyone was helpful. The car's interior was in mint condition considering it's 10 years old. The exterior is ok since it has some little scratches here and there but not a major issue. So far I have no problem with the car. It's been running great and a lot of compliments on the interior and being it as convertible too. I am totally coming back and buy my next BMW from this guys. By the way did I mention the free car washes I already have from this dealership? Great customer service. I hope they don't change. :)

The internet experience was excellent, they just need to have salemen dealing with walk-ins to be as responsive. We have purchased from this dealer in the past and have had good experiance. After reaching agreement without financing, I was surprised how long it took to complete the paper work.

I'm a new BMW owner. I was looking for a certified pre-owned 335i fully loaded & found one on the website. I called about it & spoke to George Aprim to make an appointment the next day. George was waiting for me the next morning & showed me the car. I was short on time & he expedited getting me a quote & a much better trade in value on my car. George was very kind & because I had to leave he said he would take care of everything when I returned a few hours later. I returned to find him there with all in order ready to take care of the finance portion. George even had a small scratch taken out for me that I had mentioned earlier. The car was clean & beautiful when I returned & ready for me. Sean in finance was also great and obtained a better interest rate for me than my credit union! I know it was a long day for George but I wanted the car & he made it happen! Thanks to George & Sean I'm driving my new 335i & I'm loving it so far! My only negative would be that after I purchased the car I noticed it didn't have any floor mats. If I had noticed this prior I would have worked mats into the deal because I think it's ridiculous for ANY luxury car not to come with floor mats. George said he would see what he could do & get back to me so we shall see! If the mats are indeed delivered to me then I would say my experience would be perfect in customer service & value from BMW.

These people are the most disonest, liers and cheaters I've ever seen. I would never do business with the BMW of Fremont. They have no business ethics, they should not even be allowed to be in business. Their whole business is based on lies.I purchased a used 2012 LEXUS from them at the end of 2012 and they did not disclose that they don't have the second set of keys and the car manuals until the time came to hand those to us. At that point I made them write a document promissing to find/order them and give them to us. They gave us a due bill and the sales person promised to solve the problem in a week. It's been almost two month since, I've made numerous phone calls, got the run around every time. Things didn't get moving until I talked to the manager and emailed him a copy of the Due bill. I finally received today in the mail a spare key. This is not the second remote key that was missing but just a metal stick (they call it manual key) which I don't even know what it is and what to do with it and not the second remote key that was missing. I am going to court with this as they are trying again to cheat and not deliver what they should have done at the time of the purchase.

Took my 08 BMW for service adjustment of doors and trunk along with the wiper blade on Saturday 9th and had a apppointment. Carl from Auto West in Hayward called to scheduled appoint for me and when I brought the vehicle, no appointment. They only replaced the wiper blades under warranty and not adjusting the doors. The reason for this was the car was painted and I needed to take it to a car repair shop. The service advisor was very unprofessional and explained the car was dinged. Why would they paint the whole car??? Only bumpers, doors, etc. Asked all the why questions and very poor customer service from him. He showed the where the car should be parked and walked me to the door and said that the car is in the parking lot. Not point exactly where it was and after 5 my minutes of checking with my disable condition walking with pain and supported with a cain for support, I found the car. The the papers work to Hayward Toyota and Carl said he will call Cooperate Office and find out why Freemont BMW failed to make those adjustment to the door and trunk. I called BMW Mountain View and they gladly took my car in and said it is under warranty. The doors will be adjusted and the trunk. Also they will check the radio shutting off for 2 hours or more before working again. BMW Freemont will nolonger see me again when the car came from there. This is the worse service and explaination I have ever gotten from a Service Adisor. Customer Service (PPP) They need to be retrained and how to talk and handle car problem and speaking with customer(s).

Do not go to this dealership for anything!!!! They are LIARS, THFTS and will never follow through on a single thing that they promise you!!!! Peter the manager of the dealership is worthless and should not be representing a brand like BMW!!!! This is by far the worst dealership and the worst experience I have ever had!!!! I have purchased multiple MB's and Volvo's in the past and this was by far my worst experience in dealing with a luxury car dealership. In the past, all of the salesmen I've dealt with at luxury dealerships have dealt with me openly and honestly. In fact, I am usually willing to pay more money for a given car when I purchase it from a luxury dealership because I expect them to operate according to higher standards than non-luxury dealerships. Sadly, this was not the case with Richard/BMW of Fremont. First, he claimed the car I purchased had 4 brand new tires on it, they all looked brand new on the edges, but the rear tires are not brand new and the right-rear tire is quite worn in the center due to someone having driven it with too much air pressure. I take full responsibility for not checking this while at the dealership, but having purchased used cars from luxury dealerhsips in the past where the salesmen were always very open and honest, (twice even pointing out maintenance that would need to be done roughly 6-9 mo's after my purchase) I expected the same honesty from a BMW dealership. Additionally, Richard claimed the dealerhship had a 60-day return option you could purchase, but when I inquired about it with the finance department there was no such option. When I asked Richard about it, he reneged and claimed I misunderstood him. Also, in his office we agreed on an out-the-door price. However, when I got to the finance department there were additional finance charges on top of our agreed to price. Richard also claimed the brake pads had been inspected and had less than 50% wear. However, yesterday they started squeeking. I haven't had them checked yet as yesterday was a Sunday, but I'm worried that the pads need replacing immediately. Basically, I've had the car for 7 days and I'm wondering what else I am going to find wrong with it. I'm feeling quite ripped off right now. I don't know if my experience was a function of dealing with Richard? Or, if it was caused by the fact that I purchased a car that was not a BMW? Or, if this is just the modus operandi at BMW of Fremont, but this whole experience has caused me to think of BMW dealerships and salesmen as the stereotypical slimy used car salesmen people often joke about. I will never purchase another car from this dealership. In fact, when I am ready to purchase my family's next vehicle, I will avoid all BMW dealerships.

My day at the Fremont BMW was great. Everyone, especially Richard, was very helpful and took the time to explain everything. I never felt pressured or rushed to "BUY" a model. Everyone was professional and gave a "positive attitude". I ended up buying my first elite car!!! Thank you again, RIchard!

Jesse took the time to answer all my queries and showed me the cars that fit my price range. He event went to check other dealship in the Mountain view and got me the car that fit my needs and budget. Sean in the finance office also was very friendly and explain all the options I had for used car warranty. Other person I dealt with was PJ Roshan. I found all of them professionals and courteous. Will be going back to this dealership in the future.

Although it was hard to get hold of the sales people all the time but if we kept trying we could get the feed back on the status of our car which we orederd. 'm a pretty young buyer in my mid 20s and I look pretty young so it's pretty hard to get a salesman to take me seriously. When I was buying my first BMW here, no salesman even wanted to talk to me or approach me except for Jesse Janssen. Jesse is also pretty young but he's very knowledgeable and will work with you to get you the deal you want. When I came into the dealer he was the only salesman that didn't ignore me. He came straight up to me and took me seriously and was very patient in showing me all the cars they had and cars I could of have shipped from other dealerships. It took about a few weeks before I bought my first BMW, but Jesse was very patient and persistent in making sure I found the car I wanted for the price I wanted. And even after selling the car, he continues to check up to make sure everything is ok.I really enjoyed working with Jesse so much on my first BMW that I decided to also purchase my second BMW from him a year after. I've also referred friends to him, which obviously ended up buying a car from him as well and they've also been impressed. So yeah thats my review. I don't usually write reviews on here, but I felt I needed to leave one for Jesse at Fremont BMW.If you don't want to deal with the typical car salesman, I'd recommend go straight to Jesse. Not pushy at all and will be very patient with you until you find the car you want.

I went to BMW of Fremont specifically to work with Jesse. He had helped out a friend of mine before, and I knew that he could help me find the right car for the right price. After testing driving a CPO car, I test drove a brand new 328, loved it and new that I wanted it. Even though this was my first day car shopping, Jesse gave me such a great deal that I ended up trading in my car and buying a brand new car the same day. Go it BMW of Fremont, ask for Jesse, and you will leave with an awesome car for a great price.

I went back a couple of days later to get the Perma plate put on the car with having an appointment and they were happy to fit me in right away! I went into the dealership not knowing anything about BMW's except that I wanted a two door and that I had a certain price range. Cathe and Tony both helped me out. When I found the 328 I wasnt too sure and Cathe did not pressure me at all!! They told me to take my time since it was a big purchase. So I went home and thought about it came back the next day and still wasnt sure. Tony and I walked the lot, drove more cars, and I finally decided that I did want the black 328. Tony, Lenny, and I came to a price and payment I could afford. Sean in finance got me a great rate and explained to me all the optional products I could purchase and I did not feel pressured. Peter Scibetta the general manager, came by and introduced himself to make sure I was taken care of. I dont know why this store has such bad reviews. I had a really great experience

This dealership has the worst service experience ever possible.When you schedule apponitment they tell you, you dont need a loaner because it's regular service.Once you get there, then they say there is a recall.First time, they kept my car for 1 week without even giving me periodic updates. Second time, they said they will definitely give me the car back by 5pm, and when i call at 5pm they say they will have to hold on to it. no talk or loaner or rental cars. They are a bunch of assholes.Dont ever go to this delarship.

I purchased a 3-year old certified pre-owned BMW from this dealership. The night I drove back home, I found that the rear window has some leakage. (You can hear the wind while driving on highway. Very likely it needs a new window seal). I admit that I should have paid attention to this kind of little things while test drive. (But this is a certified car from a dealer.)So I brought the car back the second day. They told me that this is not under warranty and want to charge me $175 just to diagnose the problem! Who knows how much they want me to pay to fix this thing. I walked away. So my advice is that NEVER TRUST THIS DEALER. STAY AWAY AS FAR AS POSSIBLE.

This was the worst, most corrupt encounter I've had with a business. They tried to sell my a car for blue book value that, when I got it inspected, had over $3,000 in damage and was deemed unsafe to drive by a specialist mechanic. The entire engine was in need of replacement. They were conniving, dishonest, unscrupulous salesman and I have less faith and trust in humanity as a result of the encounter. Not sure how these guys can sleep at night. Most likely a lack of conscience. Incompetent service department too as the oil was overfilled- dangerous leaking problem as a result. The battery was so corroded that it was unsafe, and the salesman, Jesse, looked me right in the eye and said "oh no, my dad is a mechanic, and that is totally normal" as if I were born yesterday. When I told him that was certainly NOT normal, he just shook his head condescendingly. DO NOT work with this company. If you are looking for a used car- go with a private owner.

I've been driving BMWs for about 20 years and have dealt with most of the Bay Area dealerships. The BMW folks at Freemont are by far the worst.Don't deal with these folks. The salesman Pejman aka "PJ" is the worst offender. I had him try a bait and switch on me then on a friend of mine a week later. I was continuously lied to by this branch. The general manager is Peter Scibetta and his role is to try and resolve issues after an attempt at bait and switch.Overall, the worst experience I've ever had with a car dealership. STAY AWAY FROM THE SALES DEPARTMENT IF YOU DON'T WANT TO GET RIPPED OFF.

I went to this dealer (Fremont BMW) and they were rude. The sales person wanted me to buy what was in the lot. He and another male (Asian, I think he was the General Manager) was pushing me to buy the Diesel X-5. First I thought since I was a woman they were taking advantage of me, but now that I read the other person's note here it seems like that are all like that. Rude, disrespectful, and lacked professionalism. As for the price, it is funny they told me the same...the $1,750 was to help the customer to be able to purchase the car at invoice. I leased my 2009 X-5 from Stevens Creek BMW at $500.00 below the invoice. Fremont needs to watch out because the words are now going around. NO TO FREMONT BMW.

On Wednesday my fiance and I went to look for a new X-5. We had to wait for at least 20 minutes before someone was able to assist us. The poor receptionist called for people, but no one answered. When we did get someone, he wasn't really interested to see what we needed. He was pushy and wanted to sale what they had on the lot. He wouldn't even check the computer to see if the car we wanted was even available.When we asked to check the computer, the sales person told us that he didn't have time for us and he was going to call someone else for us. We waited another 10 minutes and the second sales person came to us.He was "a little" nicer", and took us to his office and checked on his computer to see the new X-5 we wanted if it was available. He found the car we wanted. We talked about the price and he brought the price to the invoice, which included the $1,750 rebate. He wouldn't go any lower. He wouldn't tell us where he found the car. We tried to negotiate more and he became "ANGRY" and told us that we are lucky he is giving us the invoice or go else where. WE DID.I went on-line and checked the dealers for the car I wanted. Guess what? Weatherford BMW had the car that I wanted and the sales person over at Fremont refused to tell us where the car was. After some reaserch I located the car myself.My fiance and I went to Weatherford and purchased our new 2009 X-5 with ($800.00) below the invoice price. The sales person at Weatherford told us they get cash back and the $1,750 rebate is for the customer and not the dealer to play trick on customers. Fremont is a JOKE and they are liars.

Parts Clerk need to smile and not be in bad mood seems like he doesnt like asians but he is asian himself. Ask him a question and he will give you a sarcastic answer instead. This was supposed to be my third generation M3 which I already sold my E36/E46 M3, my friend and I went to look at the 4 door M3 in Parts show case and my friend went to ask a question about some parts related question and this asian clerk just gave him a cold shoulder and made it seem he was bothering him instead of helping him,I was already warned by my other colleagues about customer experience in Service department here in Fremont BMW, But it just makes since for me to purchase my car here since I reside here, My second option was East Bay BMW or Bmw Mountain view which had friendlier staff and had a better ratings on customer experience. Sorry, but I've been Customer Service Manager for 15 years for an Airline and that what I call a bad customer relation, Maybe this Dealership doesn't care about Customer as much as we do in Airline industry. So thats why Ill rather bring my business somewhere else here in Bay Area.

The compliment is for all departments. This is a very nice place to shop for brand name car. There're nice people at Autowest BMW (former Claridge's BMW) in Fremont, California. People are well educated, trained, and the best attitude. I got my Bimmer serviced with extra care.<br>No complain with this dealership so far. All are compliments. We shall try to appreciate more while driving the bimmers. The cost of bimmer is doubled or tripled in Asian countries like Taiwan or H.K. We appreciate the opportunity to drive a bimmer at lower cost in the USA. I really appreciate that I can own a bimmer in my early age when my dad or grandpa couldn't have the chance.

Damn, I was wrong! That dark color of Castrol Synthetic made me think I got the classic "wall job"----where your car sits by the wall and isn't serviced. But my BMW oil and filter was changed at Autowest and Ron and the service supervisor did it again where I could see it being done. Ron doesn't turn wrenches of course and I doubt he could put one on a bolt but seemed like an nice fellow and a great service manager who gave prompt attention to my concerns (I saw nothing but red at the thought of a new car damaged by a skipped oil change) . I am now HIGHLY RECOMMENDING their dealership and service department in particular. I owe them a bottle of Dom Perrione -----if I could afford it.
