My experience at BMW of Gainesville has been perfect and beyond. Bonito Chanderbali did an absolutely perfect job of helping me get the car that I wanted. I started off with a 2013 Base 328i, and within a year and 3 months, I ended up with my brand new M-Sport 335i with Performance Exhaust. I can't begin to explain how much this man has worked hard to get me into the vehicle that I wanted and he never gave up throughout the process. The professionalism, willingness to assist, friendliness, knowledge, care, and gratitude of Bonito has been like no other - perfect! Scott Mills is also an excellent manager, always there to help customers when needed. They are always willing to help you with the purchasing process and make it a breeze, easy, and quick.

The presentation of the new car was great, except for the drape over the car. The drape should be red instead of black. Red is more like a bow or a present. Black made me think of something sad.Everything else was wonderful.

My experience with BMW of Gainesville was terrible and very dissatisfying. The experience started great - Devin was a great help in contacting me and getting me in touch with Gregg who I thought was going to order the right car which we had discussed and I had approved via email. I had a BMW previously and LOVED it - this had to be one of the easiest sales every - give me what I have just 3 years newer! This is where things went downhill fast - and keep in mind that how someone handles a bad situation is often more telling than when it is great. Upon my car arriving in Gainesville from Germany, documentation was sent to me with the incorrect dates - yes they wanted to start my lease 10 days before I took possession of my car!! Crazy right! Then when I corrected them that I would not start a lease before getting my vehicle - they didn't do the paperwork correct and had to send me 2 more UPS shipments of documents because they didn't ensure the dates were correct before sending to me. You might think this was bad enough but not at Gainesville BMW - I then realized they ordered my car incorrectly - as in the car I agreed to purchase (and pay for) was NOT what they ordered. It's bad enough that BMW adds significant amounts to the purchase price for each option but it's even worse when you don't get the options you ordered! It took over a month of working with Scott Mills to do something to address the incorrectly ordered vehicle (I won't call it a resolution because they didn't fix the situation). During this time Mr. Mills didn't call me to provide timely updates - I always had to call him and then once he decided he could do something it took another week plus for him to send me the check he agreed upon. Obviously I am not satisfied with the resolution and while I love BMWs (this is my second) I won't be back to this dealer and will definitely have to look at other brands because having this type of repeated incompetence representing your brand says something about how you treat people.

Benito & Abigail are amazing! I was only there to accompany someone else who was purchasing and right away they took my BMW to through the car wash for me. They said anytime I could drive thru and get it washed. Unlike where I purchased my BMW their resident genius (Abigail) went through all my features including the SOS button. Benito gave me a key chain with roadside assistance engraved on it. Beyond helpful! Everything a dealership should be.

After being a Mercedes sedan driver for years, I was in the market for a used car. I drove a BMW X3 at BMW of Gainesville because it was in my price range. Jakob took time to explain every detail of the car and how it worked. I was very concerned about having a spare tire and he showed me where the tire was located, which is different from any car I had in the past, and how to access it. This was an enjoyable buying experience, and I know I can call on this dealership if I need anything, even after I purchased the X3!

This was my first BMW purchase and first experience at BMW of Gainesville. My salesman was Van though I ended up working with a lot of others as well. Van was remarkable. He actually sold me on the vehicle I came to simply look at with a profound phrase I'll never forget. Not once did I feel pressured. I ended up coming back to seal the deal the next day, and I could not be happier or more comfortable with my decision! Everyone else I worked with was personable and there to make my experience as painless as possible. The facility itself is modern and immaculate. I took receipt of my new vehicle from the "Delivery Room" after the "White Glove Service". Everyone made my first BMW purchase unforgettable, and I have no intention of buying another brand or even buying from another dealership. I've also had the pleasure of working with the service department on a few occasions now to have some accessories installed. Again, the people are wonderful and treat me like royalty. All service I've had thus far has been quick and fully completed. Each time I'm there, or any time for that matter, I can have my X3 washed at no charge. I cannot recommend Van and everyone else at BMW of Gainesville enough, and I'm looking forward to my next experience with them in the future!

Words can not express my appreciation for what the entire staff at BMW of Gainesville did for me. I was test driving a car from another dealership, but ended up stranded on the side of the road with car trouble. That car was eventually towed to BMW of Gainesville at 10pm that night. I had never met nor spoken with Scott Mills, but he met my daughter and me that night, got the car situated, drove us to a hotel to spend the night, sent someone (Jason) to pick us up the next day, and found a car for us to drive since it was 2 days before Christmas and we were on our way to South Carolina to visit relatives. While at the dealership, and since I was actually in the market for a used car, I asked about their inventory. Scott was very gracious and did not want to interfere with any deal I may have had with the previous dealership. In the end, I bought a car from BMW of Gainesville. Scott, Gregg, Jason, Matt, Devin, the entire staff was wonderful!

What a different experience! Unfortunately many of us have came to expect pressure and a feeling of some kind of game when dealing with automobile dealers. At BMW of Gainesville, the whole atmosphere made you want to come back soon. Van along with every person I came in contact with was genuine and went out of their way to make you feel like they cared. Van was friendly, supportive, understanding and at the end of the experience you felt like you've just visited family you haven't seen in a long time. My purchase wasn't an easy situation but BMW of Gainesville and Van went out of there way to accommodate my mother and myself. They didn't make me feel less important because I was buying a preowned, or that it was not the most expensive on the lot, Van took time to help me and my needs. Also the Royal treatment didn't end with leaving the lot, I've received videos, a phone call and pictures in the mail of my whole experience. Thank you for making me feel like family, and the unexpected wonderful experience! Drove over five hours to meet with the good folks at BMW of Gainesville. I researched over a month for gently used Z4 and Gregg Green and staff made the choosing easy. Very professional and friendly staff. Gregg had my car in their "mini" showroom. I thought it was a brand new car and not the 2013 I was interested in. What a shock! The car was in phenomenal condition and the staff very knowledgeable in showing me all the features the Z4 provided. Great experience, easy paperwork and no sales pressure. They definitely created a future repeat customer!

BE CAREFUL TO BUY YOUR CAR THERE! We went to Florida for our end of the year vacation. Two days before we leave my husband found a reasonable car in this dealer. We were about 2.5 hours away, but we already drove 20 hours to Florida, so why not driving few more to see the car right?. My husband called them ahead of time an asked them if they have the car before we drove there...Big mistake they knew we were from out of state and also knew we drove few hours to get there with our kids. The price was firm, we didn't get to negotiate it.The sales person who took care of us was SUSAN TRIANA, beyond friendly with my husband, was flirting every time I step away to do something with one of our 3 children. We took the car to our hotel, and as we were getting ready to leave the next day, my husband noticed there was lots of water in the trunk underneath the carpets...Something that we couldn't probably find out in months, if it's not because we were going on a long trip. We called the sales lady, she didn't reply back to my call or texts. We ended up calling the manager Mike and told us to bring the car the following day. We took the car there, 5 hours to drive back and forth, we had to stay and paid for 2 more days of hotel just for them to remove the carpet and dry them...We could have done that!! They DID NOT change the rusty parts that were under water (subwoofer, amplifier), DID NOT give us any warranty on the parts, and the worst part is that they SOLD us a car with WATER DAMAGE. They should have told us before we bought it. Very disappointed with this place!!

I would be very careful when buying a used car at this location. I bought a 2012 Nissan Quest and found out later that there was water in the trunk which compromised the sub-woofer and amplifier. I was offered to make sure that no more water would get in.How about the 2 parts that were under water? No water damage was disclosed and no offer to replace the deteriorated parts was offered. Make sure you inspect every inch of the car that you are buying and don't believe that it was inspected and everything is ok. Even if it is shiny it could have problems and they will give you the run around rather than address the issue head on. Victor C

There are 2 other dealerships that are 1 hour closer to where we live, and because of the way we were treated, we decided to bring our business to BMW of Gainesville.

I was in the market for a Range Rover Evoque and BMW of Gainesville had one on the lot. I called to make an appointment and from the second we arrived, we were treated like royalty! WOW! We can not say enough wonderful things about our experience with BMW of Gainesville on the purchase of our Nissan Maxima. We have bought a number of cars over the years but have never been treated this well before. We were never pushed to purchase the car, just there for any help we needed to make our decision. Susan Triana was very kind, helpful and professional. Mike Ramesar went above and beyond to help make the deal happen. He is a very kind and compassionate man who truly cares about his customers and knows his job. I was not able to travel, so Mike brought the car to me so I could test drive. We worked out the deal and set a date for them to return for the trade. He made sure that the car was checked out from top to bottom. Susan brought the car along with all of the paperwork to us and we had a smooth trade. One of the keys did not work and was replaced by them with no problem. I wish Mike and Susan many years of success and appreciate everything they did for us.

I was immediately greeted by Eric Corley Used Car Manger when I arrived and Eric had the BMW waiting and cooled off( a major plus in the Florida summer). I drove their car and they drove my trade, we both were happy and sat down to crunch numbers. Eric and Mike worked extremely hard to earn my business, we negotiated for over 6 hours. During that time they brought Chris the Head Technician out to answer all my questions about the certification process, scheduled maintenance, etc... I also got to chat with Susan who offered a wealth of BMW knowledge. The General Manager Scott finalized the deal giving me a great offer on my trade. The trip through the Business Office to finalize the paperwork was a breeze Matt the Business Manager doesn't waste his clients time and he doesn't try to jam a bunch of products you don't need down your gullet. Even Todd from the parts department came back in after he closed because I wanted a BMW thermos and key chain. After coming out of the Business Office, Eric worked tirelessly to deliver my car! He helped me empty my trade, he had the BMW gassed up, cooled off and spotless. He sat in the car for a hour teaching me everything the car does. I literally had to kick him out ;-) not a bad thing, but the dealership was closed and he needed to get home to his family. Every team member I met went above and beyond to make me feel welcome and answer my questions. I never felt pressured, or deceived. The professionalism and honesty at this dealership is remarkable! Last week I stopped by to get my 2011 328i washed. While waiting I was talking with Gregg Green, client advisor, he was informing me of some of the great incentives that were available now. I told him that I was thinking that in the near future I might be interested in a X1. He told me that he would be happy to put some numbers together for me. He suggested that we test drive the X1, which we did. I really liked the vehicle and when we talked numbers, I decided to purchase the X1. This is the 6th BMW my wife and I have bought from the dealership, Gregg has played a part in most of them. The company is great to deal with. I have never felt pressured to buy, they go above and beyond to help you find what you are looking for. They work diligently to provide a potential buyer what the cost will be and then let them make their mind up without pressure. BMW builds awesome vehicles, they are the best in my opinion. After doing the paperwork I was shown how to operate all of the features of my new X1 by Susan Triana, BMW Genius. You would be surprised how the features have advanced in 4years. She made sure that I was comfortable with all of them. The great thing about BMW of Gainesville is the people, they are all first class, you are always treated so nice, I don't know if there is a friendlier place around.

I called BMW of Gainesville about a leftover 2014 i3 they advertised online in May 2015. I gave them the stock number and was told that it was available and qualified for $4000 off. I drove 2 hours to get there,, where I was told that it had just sold...2 hours prior to my arrival. When I pointed out that I had called 1 hour 50 minutes before arrival, that story changed to having sold minutes before I arrived. They did however offer to sell me a lesser model (base wheels) for $4000 more! In essence a leftover, 8 months after the end of the model year, for over full sticker price.While it is possible that this was not a bait and switch, it is also exactly consistent with a bait and switch

I've been driving BMWs for 15 years, and am one of those who enjoys the BMW driving experience, follows the brand, and pretty much knows what they want. I've bought 3 in 5 years from this dealership. The first was in 2010 when I lived in Jacksonville (I moved to Gainesville in 2011). It's worth the trip. Unlike what I ran into in Jacksonville, these guys are genuinely friendly, easy to deal with, and for the most part don't act like stereotypical car salesmen. I enjoy visiting with them when I get my car washed, and they are far and away the nicest group I've ever run into in the car business (I'm 67 yrs old). My salesman has always been Gregg Green. He's a unique individual. He doesn't push - he helps me out as I go through my process. That makes the experience enjoyable. Scott Mills, the Sales Manager, has to keep the sales numbers going, but I don't hold that against him. He's a really nice guy, makes himself available, and I always enjoy chatting with him. As for service advisors, Judy and Sharon are the best. Personal, easy, and a pleasure to deal with when something goes wrong, or if I just stop by to get a wash. Along with Gregg, they're tremendous assets that make the dealership what it is. This is a unique group that I would highly recommend.

We just bought a very lightly used Acura MDX from BMW of Gainesville and are very pleased with the experience. We were treated very well and were able to make a deal we were comfortable with. I bought my first ever car here, and was very surprised how nice it was. I went to a few other dealerships and everyone was very pushy, I told the other places 3 or 4 times that I was looking for only a couple of vehicles, and they kept pushing me on anything they could find, or trying to raise my budget. But then I found Diego... Diego was very helpful and very understanding, he listened to what I wanted in a car, and how much money I could spend. He showed me cars that I could realistically afford, and after I picked out a make, model, and color he helped me look at other places to make sure that VW gave me the best deal, and they did! About 1 week after I bought my car (2011 Jetta SEL) I noticed the passenger windshield whipper would not lift all the way up, and was bumping into the hood. I panicked, figuring the car had been in an unreported accident. I e-mailed Diego, and he set me up with an appointment to look at the car, the repair shop was great, they made sure my hood was aliened, and then showed me that all the Jettas have this "issue" (German engineering?). They did not charge me for anything, and they even gave me some chips that were covered in chocolate (and they were awesome). After that I have found no issues with my car, it runs great, I can still clean the windshield with no problems. I am really happy I decided to buy from VW of Gainesville, and that Diego was there to help me!

After reading these reviews I'm glad to see that I'm not crazy. My car is currently at their facility and I have been everything but satisfied. I took my car in for an oil leak which they fixed. However, as soon as I got home from the dealer my car began making a squealing noise and my heater pressure was decreased (it was more air than heat). I called the dealer and it took all of two months for them to get me back in. They didn't hear the noise that I heard everyday for two months so I had to take time out of my day to go back to the dealer three days later and point the noise out to the mechanic who then says to me "hmmmm it is squealing, it sounds like a little bird chirping." Really? So they fix the noise which I paid for (and I shouldn't have paid for it since this is something that occurred while my car was in their possession). I get my car back and was told that everything was fixed and that the mechanic adjusted the pressure in iDrive so I shouldn't have any issues with the heat anymore. Ha! The very next day I hear the noise again and to make a long story short I now have squealing noises (which they supposedly fixed before but the next day after getting my car back the noise continued) no A/C on the driver side, and a dealer that's trying to charge me for things that they "think" maybe wrong with my car. Keep in mind my car had absolutely none of these issues before taking it for them to fix my oil leak. Lol..... Really you want me to pay for what you "think" is wrong? Absolutely unbelievable! Have they lost their minds?

I called and asked for information on a used Z4 and when I could test drive it. Next day, I visited the dealer only to find that the vehicle was in the shop and not in a merchantable condition.although assured otherwise the previous day. After a 200 mile round trip to see the vehicle, one can imagine the frustration but the staff was surprisingly and amazingly albeit inappropriately "cheerful",. attesting to their concern for image and positive reports. After assurances that the needed part would be in the next day, I received something of an incoherent voicemail from a female who sounded like a teenager that the "part won't be in till the end of the month". Stay away from these children and find another dealer.

We have had nothing but bad experiences with this dealership's service department. First, they have been rude and inappropriate/unprofessional. But beyond that, they are just BAD. Twice we have driven in for a service with a working radio and TWICE driven out with one not working. Both times, they have claimed that it absolutely could not be their fault, and so we were left buying a new radio--for $1000 each time. Our newest problem is that our turbo in our engine is now ruined after they did not refill our oil at an oil change. We spoke to the service manager and he offered us a $200 credit that we aren't even going to use--for fear that we will have a new problem after leaving. DO NOT USE THEM. We found two very good independent shops that we are now using and can't stress enough how much you should NOT EVER go to the VW dealership.

I was in the last months of my lease of a 2010 Subaru and was in the market for a new vehicle. Researching online I was looking for a car that was practical and fun to drive. BMW kept showing up in my searches.A co-worker suggested Gregg Green at BMW of Gainesville (she purchased a 330i several years ago). When I arrived at the dealership I was greeted by several friendly people including Bobby Watts that I found out later was the General Manager of the dealership.I must say that Gregg and Bobby worked with me and in the end (2 hours after their closing time on a Saturday) I drove off the lot with a brand new beautiful BMW 328i at a great price.As a bonus Gregg offered and got the car tinted for free. AWFUL CROOKS!, they are the only dealership to fix my car and refuse to honor the CPO warranty for a broken bolt. They claim I broke the bolt myself, when it is obvious either their technician broke it or it broke from workmanship from BMW. My car is 2006 BMW 325i with full CPO warranty and maintenance package, yet they still want $3300 to fix a broken bolt. Unbelievable. They are crooks! Never use this dealership or buy a BMW from them.

Bonito actually listen to what I wanted and I drove 2 cars of which I now own! Bonito was awesome to deal with I will buy every car in the future from this dealership and Bonito as long as he's there.

We highly recommend him!We purchased a 2009 VW Tiguan in impeccable condition clean inside and out. The price was well with in our budget, and the dealer worked with us getting our monthly payment exactly where we need it to be. They gave us top dollar for our trade-in.We are exceptionally please with our entire experience. By the way, there facilities and customer accommodations, restrooms, waiting room, and staff is top notched.

I am 66 yrs. old and I have bought many cars during my lifetime. I purchased a used car from BMW of Gainesville yesterday. It was somewhat of a complicated transaction because of my 140,000 mile trade in and consequesntly it took several hours to complete. The salesman,Jack Brockmeier, made this the best best buying experience that I have had.The F & I guy, Matt Kynard was also excellent. The entire dealership staff is very professional and competent.Buying a car is not usually a pleasant experience for me becaus I am not a patient person. The BMW of Gaiensville staff made this purchase a pleasure.

Very cordial and accommodating. Dealership is clean and well maintained. Everyone was helpful and knowledgeable. My experience was very good and I would recommend this dealership to others. They were not pushy and treated me with respect. All in all I enjoyed the experience.

Buying a car is usually an exciting, but exhaustingly stressful experience. I was searching autotrader for my car, and located exactly the one I wanted at BMW of Gainesville.I emailed the dealership and received a phone call from a salesman within an hour. I was in frequent contact with him over the next few days, as he got all paperwork, including financing, in order. He was very courteous, friendly, and willing to work late just to get my paperwork completed in time for me to pick up the car that weekend.The dealership itself was very nice, and everyone there greeted you with a friendly smile. The price that I got on my car was fantastic, and more importantly, so is the car. Overall, I must say that it was the most enjoyable car-buying experience that I have ever had. I would recommend this dealership to anyone!
