My experience at BMW of North Houston was great! My salesperson, Paula Stevenson, was patient and allowed me to process my purchase without any pressure or haggling. I was actually my salesperson's first sale at the dealership! The sales manager was also pleasant and share how I might benefit from being a loyal BMW owner. I really appreciated how the sales manager offered me opportunities to get acquainted with the car before making my decision to purchase. I strongly recommend this dealership to anyone looking for a great car.

Eric always provides exceptional personal service. We were able to drop off early and still get a loaner car. Our car was ready in 1 business day. 10-22-2020. Derek provided very good service and price matching to replace 4 tires. Since the tires took a few days to get in, we were provided a very nice loaner car.

Always a smooth and seamless experience. I worked with Tyler as my service advisor. He did an excellent job communicating and explaining what we needed to be done. I never had to call or ask to to get an update. He was on it! He was quick and efficient with all of his communication. I got the service done very well. 5 stars to my service advisor. When I came to pick up my vehicle which was ready for delivery at 12:00 pm, the staff was struggling to find out my vehicle in the parking lot. I understand that you guys were busy when I was there and everyone was working very hard to satisfy the customers. I had to wait for more than half an hour to get into my vehicle which was super hot inside while waiting to be picked up outside in the sun. Not a very pleasant way to pick up vehicle after a routine service.
