Purchasing a new/used vehicle can be a quite intimidating task, but not at BMW of Rochester Hills. The entire staff goes out if their way to make you feel comfortable. During my experience, i had to interact with almost every division in the dealership. Here is what i discovered. 1. The used car manager (Scott) treaed me fairly and was honest, thorough and detailed about what my trade in would bring. 2. In the service aisle, Mike treated me like i was family. He got my vehicle ready for me quickly and it was absolutely immaculate. He took extra time to review future service options with me and made sure everything was perfect on my vehicle. 3. David, in finance, had all of the paperwork ready and waiting for me when it was time to sign. He was professional and detailed making sure that each document was correct and complete. 4. --I saved the best for last-- My sales associate (Jason) was delightful to deal with. There was absolutely no "high pressure" tactics or gimmicks. He knew everything about what he was selling me, and he let the product speak for itself. He got me a good price on my unit and put the entire transaction together -start to finish- in under three hours TOTAL TIME. Overall it was an incredible experience and you have gained a customer for life. Thank you!!

I was looking for a car quite a some time and had almost give up. Then one of my friend suggested that I should visit BMW of Rochester Hills and meet Tonya. I am so glad I took that suggestion. I walked in and Tonya greeted with a smile. Before talking about money, she specifically asked about what am I looking in my car. This was the best start, she was not looking to sell me a product, her interest was to find a right car for me. On the test drive she explained me car features thoroughly and answered all of my queries. I was completely unaware of corporate fleet programs at BMW, Tonya explained me the same and helped me find a good deal with it. BMW of Rochester Hills surely made my car leasing experience worth. We live in the Finger Lakes Region of upstate New York, so purchasing a vehicle (535d) that is located at a dealership over 400 miles from home isn't exactly the same as going to your local dealership. Frank understands this and was simply great about answering all our questions about the car. Based on his responses and information about the car that was posted on Cars.com, we placed a credit card deposit at the end of our first phone call with Frank. Then Frank communicated every detail to us and helped work us thru the entire process so when we arrived to pick up the car, everything was set and ready to go. Frank demonstrated all the features of the car, even hooked our phone up to the Bluetooth. Bottom line - anybody I talk to locally who is looking to buy a new or used bimmer; I'm telling them to give Frank a call. Even though he is over 400 miles away I know it will be worth it and you will be treated right.

Dave Griffin really is an exemplary sales person as I can attest having shopped various BMW dealerships across the USA east of the Mississippi before deciding to work with him! Dave was thorough, extremely helpful and professional throughout my new 328x lease selection. On a scale of 1 to ten, Dave Griffin warrants a 12!I also give kudos to Rochester Hills "Genius", Jonathan Griffin, though I understand the two are not related. While this dealership is not particularly convenient to my new Michigan home, if I need service when in Michigan I'll certainly consider making the trek as I liked the way the general manager, Wayne Youngblood, and the service staff I saw interacted with me and with other clients.

I truly had a good dealership experience with purchase of my BMW 4-series. This was solely attributed to the sales person - Erick Grabruck. He listened to my expectations and provided options to meet my criteria for a new car; including performance expectations, cost and trade-in value. Throughout the experience I always felt that Erick presented himself with integrity. We had been looking/researching preowned vehicles for over a year. We looked at and drove vehicles from Audi, Acura, Ford, Buick, Infinity, Nissan and BMW. We live in Grand Rapids, MI and just could not find the right vehicle, features and price point we were looking for. We extended our search radius and found a CPO X5 at BMW of Rochester Hills. We were in town for the weekend attending a friends wedding and had limited time. I called the dealer early Saturday to verify the car was available and they put me in touch with Erick. He sent us out on a test drive and sat down with us after to answer our questions. We came to an agreement on price and completed all of the paperwork for the purchase Saturday morning. We left the dealership, to get ready for the wedding, while they prepped the vehicle and final paperwork for us. We returned a couple of hours later to pick up the X5. They had everything ready, as promised! Very happy with the whole buying process and with Erick specifically. He was knowledgable, efficient and professional.

Dealing with Frank was a great experience from the start. I'm not from the area so it was alot of phone calls and emails but Frank was more then helpful through the entire process. Once at the dealership we met Frank who was very professional. I went over the entire vehicle and it's options. This was my first BMW purchase. After visiting the dealership (the most friendly atmosphere compared to others of same brand I visited during this summer) I was offered a test drive, I realized then I'd be closing on a CPO. David walked me through the process and explained what I could expect from the BMW service and sales department. With all details on hand, the finance and purchase was done fast and the vehicle delivered when promised and completely detailed. A recommendation to the buyer is to take advantage of the Encore Delivery with the BMW "geniuses" (as they are called), and learn more about the features of the vehicle after driving it for a few weeks, as "how-to" questions arise.

We located to Rochester not too long ago & have always been in the Lexus family. However due to not finding what we wanted in an SUV (Styling / Features / Dealer Service ) we gave up on our search and were headed home, but figured we stop by BMW of Rochester since it was en route. Brad greeted us at the dealership. He listened to our needs, provided us with options and helped narrow the X5 SAV as our vehicle of choice. He provided us initial quotes and let us soak in the information on the X5 in the coming days. Once we were decided on the exact X5 we closed after brief negotiations. All through the process Brad demonstrated professionalism, courtesy and went the extra mile, right upto the day of delivery (......& I don't easily dole out compliments !). When I looked at both a Cadillac and a Mercedes dealership, I left those places feeling like something worth appreciating was unavailable to me.. If you're in the market for a BMW, I highly recommend asking for Jason Anderegg. Jason made the misery of shopping for a new vehicle actually a pleasure. Instead of pushing me into a car just to sell a car, he recommended waiting a week because he knew there were two cars coming in that I might like better. He was extremely helpful throughout the entire process, even with problems that were not a result of the dealership - the transfer of a plate through the secretary of state (they would get a zero star rating on yelp if I could). In fact, due to schedule conflicts, I had to bring my kids (3 & 6) with me when signing all the papers and Jason entertained them while we were in the finance office signing the papers. From beginning to end, I was extremely satisfied with the experience thanks to Jason. I will definitely return when it's time for a new vehicle!

Brad greeted us at the main door after we parked our Smart car. We presented our request to look for a BMW that would serve as our new car.. We had planned to downsize from two to one car. Working with Jason and BMW of Rochester Hills has been excellent and customer satisfaction is their #1 priority. Jason has been a knowledge-base of information and made the purchase of a 328D xDrive seamless and painless - I was in and out driving the car. The only critique I have was that it would have been nice to have the car washed prior to getting it but this is by no means a deal breaker since I wanted to pick up the car much earlier than scheduled (11AM vs 6PM scheduled time). The fact that Jason was willing to accommodate for the early and rushed pickup is truly remarkable and highly appreciated. With all things said, I highly recommend Jason and BMW of Rochester Hills for your next BMW. Easily a 10/10 and a 5-Star dealership!

Everyone at the dealership was incredibly friendly and attentive; not at all pretentious or snobby. All of the salespeople and staff said hello and tried to tend to our needs. We came in rather late in the day but Mike made sure we knew there was no rush. We picked out our car on Friday night, corresponded over the weekend to finish paperwork, and everything was ready on Monday afternoon. I came to this dealership to look for a new car lease and was lucky enough to have Sammi Naoum as my sales associate. I came in hoping to check out a 428i Xdrive hard top convertible and an X5. Sammi was so knowledgeable about all of the cars and available features. After test driving the 428 i, I knew that I had to have it. I really wanted it in a specific color and Sammi hunted the car down and obtained it for me. When it arrived, it was my definitely my dream car. As I was deciding on the specifics of my car, I went back to just sit in the different models and actually see the different interiors and exterior colors. We stopped in late on a Saturday afternoon to browse the lot as our current lease was expiring on my Cadillac. We were not aware the dealership was open and were greeted by a friendly knowledgeable salesman, Frank Sandomierski. We met David Griffin for the first time when we visited Rochester BMW after first stopping at the nearby Mercedes Benz dealership. David was so honest, precise and explained to us the pros and cons of buying a 2016 vs 2017. Showed us the right SUV model and color that my wife wanted. Took her for a test drive with calm explanations of the different functions of the car instruments. I came in to the dealership thru the Costco discount program. Brad explained how it worked, he showed me the different Sport Utilities and reviewed different options. I was very impressed with his professionalism. I had a BMW to sell. I preferred to sell it on my own. Brad gave me helpful tips and called me to check on progress. I ordered my X1, sold my car, and took delivery of my new BMW just last week. Everything went very smoothly. I have already given his name and number to someone in the market for a new BMW.

We all know what it's like to shop for a new/used car. The processes alone is one that most of us actually try to avoid. My experience with my sales advisor Erick at BMW of Rochester Hills was absolutely flawless. I had found a car on Autotrader and stopped in at the dealership without warning to look at the car. Erick greeted us happily and answered all of our questions without hesitation, or a sense that he was feeding us answers that we wanted to hear. Really a quite refreshing experience right from the get go. It was late in the day, close to closing time and he was more than happy to stick around and let us take a test drive of the 535ix M Sport. I contacted him via e-mail the next morning with some of my concerns with the vehicle cosmetically. The very same day, even before I could get back to the dealership, they had my concerns repaired flawlessly. As I walked into the dealership, again without warning.. My phone chimes with an email from Erick letting me know that the car is ready for my review at my leisure. I inspected the car again and I was honestly blown away by what I considered some pretty complicated dents in the ridge line of the hood, completely gone, with a smooth transition like it was never dented. Thrilled!We went back inside and discussed financing, costs, maintenance, and service plans. His ability to carry candor and a professional attitude pleased me. A zero pressure atmosphere with an attention to customer happiness is simply the only way I can describe my experience.

My first interaction was brief but right to the point. I was assigned to the proper salesman and most of our interaction was via e-mail. It was everything I had hoped for. Erick Grabruck was able to meet all of my needs and do so in a quick an efficient manner. I started looking on Tuesday and left with the car on Saturday. The credit application was very easy and the facilities were very nice. The only delay would have been finishing the paper-work. My appointment was at 10:30am and I did not leave until 1:30pm. I do understand Saturday is a busier day but that portion of the process was a bit slow. Over all excellent experience, I have some colleagues that I would absolutely refer. Thank you!

I just leased by 2nd BMW with BMW of Rochester HiIls and Richard Bell was my salesman for both transactions. I do not feel it is appropriate to call him my salesman-he has become a friend. He has helped me so much over the last 3+ years with my vehicles. I am very pleased with my new BMW. I feel better about this one than I did my first one which was purchased at the east pointe location. To be honest I did come to this dealer ship first several years ago before heading to east point one instead (they ended up having a car I did want and not the Rochester location at the time). My experience with Erick was great. He was easy going, informative, answered all my questions, great with communication and thorough. I did deal with someone else there and it was not the same. Erick is top notch and I would recommend him to anyone. The next BMW I get he better sell me it. Attitude is everything and his blows everyone else there away. (Sorry other sales people there) See you in a few years for a new one! Since this is a rating I have to be honest. Erick sent me to brad because I wasn't sure if I was going to get a new lease or buy used. I wanted Erick regardless but I respected what he said. Brad seemed nice from the start but I quickly lost that feeling. He took almost a 5 minute phone call while he was supposed to be looking up prices for me on a lease and it was rather unprofessional. You're with a customer, call that person back when you're done. I listened in on the convo and it seemed to be about a car in the beginning but then changed to details about someone's health.. The whole time I'm just sitting there waiting for him to actually help me instead of ignore me. Finally he did and to be honest I already lost interest. I wouldn't have dealt with him in the end if it came down to it. I found it rude and he didn't seem as if he was interested in helping me. Maybe it was because I told him the price I was looking to spend or the car I was interested in... Who know but he would have my gotten my sale regardless Any ways thanks again Erick is great and not trying to get anyone in trouble here but just try and touch up on a few things. It goes a long way in my book!

Being a millennial I research everything on the web before buying something and I email, text and use my phone for everything. The same goes when I lease a car. Tonya Murray made my leasing experience very easy, from configuring the car on the BMW website to picking it up at the dealership, she was always available to answer my emails and phone calls. She created my order and the same week the car was already being made in Germany. She also kept me updated by telling me when my car was built, ship and arrived to the USA. When the car was in the dealership she even arrange for someone to pick me up from downtown Detroit at rush hour plus+ snowing! and drive me to dealership to pick up my car. Matthew Vazana greeted us and introduced us to Richard Bell; I couldn't have asked for a more knowledgeable salesperson. He will try to push you all kind of unwanted or unnecessary things to you. All dealer ship services would do the same, especially this place is height of ripping you off. Don't go.

I am truly grateful for BMW Rochester's quick response/ resolution to a faulty alarm on my BMW 225i. Thank you to all service representatives and technicians involved in the repair. New Vehicle Client Advisor Richard Bell provided excellent driving points when I shared some challenges with driving my vehicle, in his words, "you got to drive happy, and you'll get the hang of it." He was right!!! And to make my stay even more enjoyable, he gave me a bag of Just Delicious Scones that I joyfully shared with other customers awaiting repairs.

Brad Paris was great! He let me know I qualified for lease pull ahead, showed me an executive demo of a 328xi that was fully loaded, saved me thousands in down payment over my last lease, and lowered my overall monthly payment from my last lease. He made the transition into my second BMW quick, transparent, and painless. Service like Brad's will keep me returning to BMW in the future.

I leased my 4th company BMW last November through BMW of Rochester Hills. Usually these are pretty antiseptic transactions but this time Richard Bell made it very personal. He was very helpful in organisising the pick up and initial orientation. He is very knowledgable about the both vehicle in general as well as the electronic convenience items in the car. He paired my phone, moved the phonebook and programmed the FOB all in the initial talk through of the car. I have stopped by twice since - for winter floor mats as well as routine service - and both times he went out of his way to make it easy for me. Great guy!

Just completed my third new vehicle lease through BMW of Rochester Hills and I couldnt be happier with the experience. Having been a customer since 2005 though, its not unexpected. As in times past, Sammi Naoum and the rest of the team did a great job of finding me the best deal and the process was smooth and painless. I took my existing 328 in for service at 9:00 the morning I leased my new 328. At the time, I had no plans on leasing a new car. However, when I mentioned to Brad Paris that my existing lease was up in a few months he immediately started working on options for pulling me out of my lease. Long story short, I took home a new 328 that same afternoon. The entire process was fast and easy. Nice work Brad!

A few days ago, my wife and I took delivery of our second vehicle in 18 months from BMW of Rochester Hills. Most recently, we worked with Brad Paris and had an outstanding experience from my first e-mail to Brad to driving the car off the lot; he was a pleasure to work with.The service experience with our X3 (the vehicle we purchased in June of 2014) has also been excellent -- loaners are typically available and if not, I've been shuttled to work without issue.The fact that we came back for a second vehicle of this price class should speak volumes for our opinion of the dealership and the staff.

I met Jonathan after he reached me and reminded me of the convenience of going through a explanation and demonstration of all the features of my car which, not being very tech savy myself, I did consider very useful. Jonathan was very patient with me in many ways. Work at the office forced me to be late for the appointment, but Jonathan had no problem at all adjusting his schedule for me. Furthermore, he went bit by bit in explaining the functions and practicalities of all the electronic gear inside the car, most of which I had not noticed myself. In this regard, Jonathan was instrumental in showing me how to make the most of my vehicle, always with a friendly and pleasant attitude.

When I went in to the Rochester Hills, BMW dealership, I was not 100 % certain that I wanted to try a BMW. As a matter of fact, I was just comparing the BMW & another luxury vehicle that I was considering, but at least I wanted to drive one so I could make a fair decision. There was no comparison. Sammi made the experience very comfortable & smooth. As a female, I always felt intimidated by the entire car sales/lease experience, however, with Sammi & the rest of the staff, I never felt that way at all. I would not hesitate to recommend them to anyone considering a purchase or lease in the future !!!Love my BMW X5 !!!!

I heard that it is not just about the car but also the actual experience during the sales process that matters when purchasing a BMW - I couldn't agree with it more after my own experience. I first time stopped by BMW of Rochester Hills and met Sammi Naoum on last Wednesday. He gave us great help on feature choice, road test, package option and pricing, made our new BMW purchasing experience very efficient. In order to meet our family schedule, he gave up his off time on Saturday came back to the office to go through the contract process with us. On Monday, he personally came to my house to give me a ride to the dealer for picking the car. I had never done this before and could not image I can buy a such great car with complicated features and options in less than one week without Sammi's help.

I drove my first BMW 5 years ago when a friend let me try his out, and it was an out of this world fun car! Before I bought one for myself, however, I wanted to make sure it was a good fit. For the past two years I researched and test drove sporty all wheel drive sedans with good gas mileage of various makes and models, including current generation BMW 3 Series, Infiniti G models, the 2015 Subaru Legacy as well as various Buicks, Chevys and Fords. Before I tried out the new 3 Series, I test drove the Infiniti G, and my experience was so poor at Infiniti that I almost did not want to step foot into another "luxury" dealership! Not only was my salesperson at Infiniti pushing a sale during the first test drive, but she misrepresented vehicles, trying to sell me older cars I didn't have interest in at a lesser cost because she assumed I hadn't done the research to know they had previously been in multiple accidents. (You can imagine the surprise on the saleperson's face when I was able to recite the Carfax history of a vehicle on her lot that was different from the one I had interest in buying!) The Infiniti employee was quite condescending, asking what I did for work and how much I could handle for a monthly payment (assuming financing was my only option?!) When I attempted to negotiate the price based on comparable AWD sedans, all she could respond was, "But it's an Infiniti!" Needless to say, I was hesitant to step foot into a BMW dealership because I feared the same treatment. In my quest for a car, however, I continually came back to the 3 Series in terms of the overall package, and had a great experience test driving the 4 cyl turbo at BMW of Ann Arbor. I came to BMW of Rochester Hills without appointment last week, and every single person at the dealership was friendly, welcoming and helpful. I was directed to Erick so I could test drive a specific Certified 328i xDrive, and he promptly pulled the car around, reminded me the driving features, and allowed me to take my time driving it around town. We then met up to answer questions about the car and the programs BMW has to offer, all the while him being incredibly polite, non-judgmental and down to earth. All of my questions were answered knowledgeably and honestly, confirming the information I had gathered when I previously researched the car. I left the first day with all of the information I needed if I wanted to pursue the purchase, but with no pressure to buy or make any decisions that day. In the coming days Erick was available and quick to communicate via both phone and email, and was flexible with my abnormal work schedule. My insurance agent even quoted me a monthly rate for the BMW that was LOWER than what I was paying for full coverage on my Pontiac. I ended up buying a clean Certified fully loaded 2013 328i for approximately the same amount I would have spent on a Certified fully loaded 2013 Ford Fusion with the same mileage, so I felt the price was more than fair to be able to bring home the Ultimate Driving Machine! ;-) Even after all of the paperwork was signed, Erick took time to conduct another walk through of the car, showing me all of the driving and technology features while helping to set up my memory seats, button shortcuts, Bluetooth connectivity to phone, etc.LONG STORY SHORT: If you're an average, financially responsible person like me who loves driving these cars but are on the fence about buying a BMW (versus another brand), you might be surprised about how much car (and MPGs...and great interest rates...and low priced insurance...and customer service) you can get for your money, and you won't regret working with Erick at BMW of Rochester Hills.

This was my sixth car purchase, my third new car purchase. Brad listen and give you want you ask. You do not feel pressured. Brad make sure you are happy and pleased. When I go to buy my next car after this and he is still selling cars in going to him. Brad's manager Matthew is AWESOME! He remembered me and my dad from when my dad made his BMW purchase six months ago. I LOVE the customer service that Brad and his manager provides.

Sammi took the time to explain the differences and the benefits of the various different BMW models on offer. He then took me out on a test drive on the vehicle which best suited my needs; he fully explained and showed the operation of all all the features on the vehicle. The safety features, the sound system, navigation operation, blue-tooth, phone link, sports and eco modes etc.We agreed on a deal which included a trade in within a few minutes which was quickly confirmed by Eric Lang the Sales Manager.The vehicle was valeted again and available for my collection with all the title documentation transfer completed by Mr de Haan within a couple of hours. I was on the road after a further in depth training session from Sammi on the specifics of operating the vehicle; Sammi also synced my phone and contact list before I left. Overall I was very impressed with the service I received.

Service and attention to detail by Mr Sands can only be summed up as impeccable. This is our second 5 series BMW delivered to us by him. The car itself is aesthetically stunning. The engineering, exhilarating.Although these qualities should make acquisition a simple decision, this simply is not the case. Initially, I had visited 2 other competing dealerships and simply felt mislead as to what was available to my specific expectations. Fortunately, by chance, I called BMW of Rochester Hills and was connected to Frank Sands. Two 5 series BMWs later, I continue to seek his services exclusively. It is the integrity and diligence he demonstrates that complete what I believe to be a prerequisite to luxury, and ultimately, true customer satisfaction.

I need to urgently replace a vehicle totaled in an accident. Unfortunately, starting the day after the accident, I was traveling out of the country for 10 days and was unable to visit dealerships. As such, I needed to communicate with dealers via email.and many were not willing to do so. I was very pleased that Jason and BMW of Rochester Hills understood my predicament and were very pleased to help me remotely.Jason shared information on vehicles he had on this lot which matched my needs in a very timely and transparent manner. When I returned to town, I met Jason and test drive the vehicles we identified. I did go to test drive vehicles at other dealerships but return to purchase the first vehicle I test drove with Jason and took delivery of the car yesterday. In October 2015 we bought a new 3 series Sport Wagon which was built for us in Germany. We worked with Erick Grabruck, whom we met with 3 times. He was courteous, knowledgeable and responsive. Jonathan Griffin gave us an excellent Encore training session. I took delivery of my new BMW approximately 2 months ago from BMW of Rochester Hills. This was the first BMW that I bought, and it will not be the last. I contacted Richard Bell at Rochester Hills BMW when I started shopping for a new vehicle. He was extremely knowledgeable about the products and had a great selection of cars to test drive. Once I decided that this was the car for me, he quickly facilitated the order process and let me know of ways I could qualify for additional rebates (drive for America). Richard kept me up-to-date on where my vehicle was and when it would be in. My car came exactly as ordered and was detailed very nicely. He gave me a tutorial of how things work but said the best way to learn it was to just start playing with it. He also said that if I had any questions about the systems that he would be more than happy to walk me through anything. Richard followed up with me after the purchase to make sure that I was pleased. Not only would I recommend anyone to Rochester Hills BMW, but I would insist that they speak with Richard.

My initial call was from Maryanne who was a pleasure to talk with. She invited me in to view the 328i I was interested in and told me to ask for Frank. I met Frank and he was the nicest person. Maybe I should correct myself. Frank is a super guy. I live over 3 hours and a state line away and Dave certainly made it worth it. He was very easy to get a hold of if I had any questions and very prompt to respond if he couldn't be reached right away. He kept me 100% informed the entire process so when I finally arrived to see the vehicle we were all on the same page. I first contacted the dealership via an email inquiry late one evening. The dealership responded first thing the next morning with an email and a personal phone call. Once I decided to pursue the particular vehicle, I was assigned to Dave Griffin. He was courteous, knowledgeable and very responsive to my millions of questions. After having visited a series of dealerships from other brands, I decided to go to BMW of Rochester Hills, and have a look to see if there was something interesting in order to make my final decision on getting a vehicle.I was greeted by Tonya Murray, who was very friendly but more important, very professional on her approach. She asked me about my specific needs, listened very carefully so as to provide me with a series of options in terms of the models and corresponding features available, together with the pricing of those. Once I decided on an specific model, Tonya was very diligent in getting and delivering as she promised. She was also very helpful in getting me a good financial plan to lease the vehicle.Needless to say, the customer service that I received from Tonya Murray had nothing to do with the way I had been treated at other dealerships.In sum, my experience with Tonya was very pleasant. and more to the point, efficient as well as very satisfactory in terms of the car selection, the financing, up to the actual delivery.

From the onset of setting foot in the BMW of Rochester Hills, MI show room, I was greeted as a valued customer. Jason Anderegg was the client advisor who guided me through the arduous process of finding that right vehicle. Jason made finding that ideal vehicle a very transparent and surprisingly pleasant experience. He was very knowledgeable on the various product lines and on the rare occasion when he did not have an answer to my question, he was forthright which I appreciated, yet he was able to promptly get the answer to that one elusive question. For many, purchasing a car is a very personal experience and despite Jason fielding probably the same questions hundreds of time a week, I was never made to feel like I was wasting his time. I was treated as a valued customer. As a testament and example of Jason's commitment to his customers, he was prompt in returning my many phone calls and even accommodated the few impromptu visits to the showroom...visits that probably either conflicted or even pressed his schedule for that day, but for Jason...his commitment to his customers was very apparent to me. The BMW product line is second to none, but what is even rarer than a BMW i8 is a client advisor like Jason who treats you as if he was dealing with his own family members. Where my past experiences with other car sales associates made me feel like I was twisting in the wind during and after the purchase, Jason's commitment to his customers does not end with the purchase of the vehicle. My initial contact with Dave was via email after seeing a lease special on the i3 posted on the dealer website. After verifying the terms of the deal, Dave contacted me via phone and I scheduled a test drive the next day. Being near the end of the month, they threw in the added incentive of paying off the last two months of my current lease without me even pressing them too. I recently leased a 2015 BMW 328i from this dealership and thought they did a great job. It was quick, easy and cheap (relatively speaking for a BMW of course). I just recently purchased an M5 from David Griffin BMW of Rochester Hills. I found David to be of great assistance in exploring the many offerings from BMW. He has the product knowledge that is most helpful to an auto enthusiast. Each encounter was enjoyable. His email contacts were prompt and complete especially when reviewing all the various finance options. We spent quite a long time in contact as I had other suitable vehicles but was looking for something a bit unique and special focused on my needs. He also interfaces well with the BMW team and gives you the feeling that you truly have someone on your side getting you the best deal. There is no pressure and he will give you his honest evaluations and perceptions when asked. I always enjoyed his commentary as it helped explore each vehicle in detail. I recently leased a 2015 335xDrive. Brad made the whole process an enjoyable one! He worked so hard, and communicated so effectively with me by phone, email, and text messages. Whenever I had a question, he answered me right away be it during the weekend, or way before or after the office hours. When I picked the vehicle, Brad introduced me to the managers of services, sales, etc. He gave me a tour of the comfortable facility even though he knew that I bought a new car here in 2011 and serviced the car regularly since then. Rating was given based on a number of factors:1. the reception when one enters the dealership is professional and not pushy. 2. knowledge of product is very high.3. The dealership layout is functional and colorful, open and well lit for us senior folks.4. The staff and sales folks such as Brad Paris are well positioned with product knowledge and access to the service bay that is seamless and not always present within other dealerships.5. The dealer loaned me a car for the weekend while my windshield was being replaced. They washed the car and cleaned the rubber mats. I leased my 4th consecutive BMW, 3 Z4's and a 4-series all wheel drive convertible this February. I dealt with Brad Paris who I would recommend to anyone interested. He was knowledgeable of the product and most importantly seemed to really work hard to identify what I wanted and how to best meet my needs. He made sure upon delivery that I understood the various features of the car and followed-up several times to make sure that I was happy with the vehicle and had no problems. I worked in the car industry for almost 30 years and was responsible for service and parts systems for many years and then for Chrysler Financial systems for several years so I have worked closely with many dealers over a period of 15 years. Brad is the kind of sales person that every dealer wants. He is doing his job for the dealer while making the customer feel like he is working for them. Kudos to Brad!

After test driving said cars, I had made up my mind of what to get. When it came to sitting down and negotiating the price of these cars, it seems that they were a bit out of my price range. Bought my first car ever with this BMW. I was nervous about buying a car over the phone/mail but Erick made the process simple for me and kept me reassured. Being my first car purchase, I had a ton of questions. Erick was quick to respond to my emails and phone calls and never made me feel stupid about my concerns. Lastly, when we flew into Detroit to pick up our car, I was worried about transportation to the dealership being an hour away. Erick did not hesitate to offer a complementary ride from DTW. We were helped by DAVID GRIFFEN, very knowledgeable and warm welcoming person, he understood wat me and my husband were looking for in a car and came up with different options promptly. The overall process was really smooth and he is such a great person at heart that we felt very comfortable every time we went there. Infact I am hoping when I go for an oil change for the car, to meet him and the manager just to say hello. I came more than 100 miles to deal with this dealership and needed a quick deal on a weekend. Everyone made sure I got what I wanted, at a fair price, and in record time. This could not have been accomplished unless Tonya and the other members of the team were organized and efficient. I was shopping for a used 650i x drive convertible and Dave Griffin remembered that I had called previously and he returned my call. He allowed me to view the car right after it arrived at the dealership. I have bought that car. The entire team at BMW of Rochester Hills made the entire process an excellent experience. I have bought several BMWs in the past from other dealerships and this by far was the best experience. At the time of delivery of the car, Dave Griffin reviewed the options on the car with me and explained how to use them in detail. I never felt like I was being rushed. I had a minor problem with a tire right after delivery and they picked the car up from my home and delivered it back before I returned from work that same day.

We made an Internet inquiry about a listing we found on line and had a response the following morning. We followed up with a phone call. After discussing the car we realized there was a very good chance we could make a deal and arranged to make the 70 mile drive the next day. We bought the car, left our trade in and drove the new car home the same day. Everyone at the dealership was friendly and treated us well. David did what he said he would do when he said he would do it. That is some of the highest praise I can give when it seems that so many people you deal with have trouble following through with anything in a timely manner.We would buy another car from David Griffin with no hesitation.

X5 for sale fresh from service with problems ...drive 40 mile to test drive the car ... 15 minutes before sales person come out ... death battery on the bmw ... oil under the engine compartment .. dry power steering reservoir .. sales person say service close go back home ... come in the morning for test drive i say no thank you ...and sales person very rude ... this is a bmw very expensive repair car ... firs advice if you buy use car .. 1 don't call in advance for specific car show up next to car ask for the key . 2 check the oil cap for mayonnaise ( oil with coolant mist ) 3 start the car yourself and listen for noises this is engine part ... now transmission check all the gears even if is not manual transmission ... drive test no radio on no vent on ( for 5 minutes ) well driving .. windows all up and listen the suspension ... very upset with this bmw dealer ...

We special ordered a 2015 X3 from Brad to get the exact options and color combination we wanted. 2 weeks later, we decided to add in an additional package and Brad was able to accommodate and make the necessary changes. I wanted to surprise my wife with a new car for Christmas. I shopped around for a while as I wanted to have exactly what she wanted. We eventually chose the BMW X4. Great size for her and the 2 kids. Great safety and performance for me to feel at ease with her and the kids. Brad Paris made the deal happen. Also worked it out where I took the car home Christmas Eve with a Bow on it for her to unwrap the next morning. And there was an agreement (simple rental agreement - thanks Wayne W.) with the Dealer that if she was not happy with the choice or did not want a new car, we coud return it, no questions asked.
