It would have been nice to have informed that major construction was going on...I took my 2011 5 series in for routine service. The checkin process was a bit chaotic but my service advisor was great.

My experience was good. I brought my car in for brake flush service. Your service tech forgot to reset light on the dash. After completing my first survey within 2 hours the service manager, Mr. Hodge, called & apologized & ask me to bring the car back to reset light. He also said that he would do oil change upon my return even though I was a month or so away from needing to have it done. I also got the update on the retrofit with new cellular technology. Mr. Hodge also said that he would get me a loaner car so that I wouldn't have to wait. When I got there, the service advisor wrote me up but said nothing about loaner car. He said he wasn't sure how long it would take especially since I was getting the retrofit cellular technology. I sat in your waiting area for 4 hours. Finally your service advisor informed me that my service wasn't going to be finished that day & he got me a loaner. 4 days later I picked up my car. Dropped it off at 11am on a Monday & picked it up on Friday. The service advisor did call me on that Thursday & stated that the car was ready & I asked if I could pick it up on Friday at 9am & he said yes. Service Advisor did keep me informed on the progress of my car but apparently retrofiting the cellular technology was taking longer than anticipated. When i picked up my car it was clean & everything was done to my satisfaction.

The rep I worked with was very under trained. He had no idea about an accurate price of a simple oil change. He printed the service report for me to sign but I had SEVERAL inaccuracies (check all the paperwork they give you!). I had him reprint the report with the correct information. Finally, I received my car after 2.5 hrs.. the also broke the plastic wheel well and now it rubs against the tire when I turn. Proceed with caution.

BMW was in the process of renovating. They had someone out there assisting customers on where to go. That was great! My service representative is always the best! The only thing that troubled me was when I went to pick up my vehicle it took them 10 minutes to find my vehicle and then they didn't bring it to me. They gave me instructions on where to find it! Not a good look!

I wasn't in a hurry because I assumed it would take time since I wasn't the only person having my car service. But, the service was surprisingly quick, my service rep was sooooo very helpful and I even got a free car wash inside in out!!! I was able to use the wi-fi to complete some homework while I waited and finished all of it.

I would like to say that my re Marcellous is the absolute best. He kept me informed on repairs and pricing and made sure that everything that I initially asked for to be fixed was fixed. This is my 3rd time at this location and my 2nd time working with Marcellous. He is the absolute best. If you ever go to this location please ask for Marcellous.

The buying of a used Bmw convertible went very well accept when the claim the vehicle has been certified do not take there word for it. And when the try to repair your car prepare for them to fix one thing and forget another. I am not sure what the issue is at this facility but they fail straight across the board when it comes to the service department at this dealership.

They are not willing to work with you at all. Its almost like you don't want people to come. I spoke to Chris and was willing to make a 180miles drive from another state to look at the 2014 BMW Z3 if he was willing to work on the price with me. He kept repeating "best foot forward"! This isn't good sales ! I was even willing to out money down on it today! Sadly you lost my confidence!

BMW of South Atlanta service team has a strong customer focus and doesnt mind going the extra mile. Initially, I reached out to Sergey an ED to schedule a service call on Saturday evening. I received a response first thing Sunday morning, ED offered to schedule an appointment the following day. When I arrived, the service valet was extremely courteous and even offered to show me to my service advisors desk. Sergey, was professional, knowledgeable and attentive. In addition, he kept me informed throughout the duration of my vehicles repairs. The repairs were completed on time and as an added bonus, the dealership thoroughly cleaned my car before pick-up. BMW of South Atlanta exceeded my expectations and understands the importance of maintaining a customer-centric environment.

I have to say i cant believe i own a Brand new 320i its been a stressful buying experience but my salesperson Sophia has been nothing but helpful. I bought a use nissan senta 2011 which as affordable but i was unsatisfied. i felt this was because my old car died and i need a new car but i was irrated i had to pay for a car i didn't particularly but had to pay a note every month. I was able to buy my dream car with the help of Miss Morse.

I recently visited BMW of South Atlanta to test drive a used Mini Cooper, I met Sophia Morse and she took me out to drive the Mini Cooper. While driving Sophia explained to me that if I were to purchase the Mini Cooper my payments would be about the same as a new BMW. When we returned to the dealership we walked around to see what all was in my price range. I found an X1 that I really liked, we worked out the numbers on both cars and she was correct. My payments actually came out cheaper. While doing the paperwork on the X1 I realized that this was the car I had on my vision board, amazing. Sophia was very informative, patient , and professional and brought my vision to reality. Thank you Sophia!!

Dear Atlanta Reader, I would like to share my new car buying experience with you at BMW south Atlanta, During my search I notice that BMW South Atlanta had a great Customer Service review, I would said the presentation was good on my first visit which I purchase a BMW 428i, Then the problems begin, after signing all the documents for the sale of my car, I was told my Salesperson that he was going to take my new to be detail so when I finish the car would be ready, after 4 hours and the dealership was closed still waiting, But when I got home with my new car I notice that it was poorly detailed. My Salesperson promise me a coffee mug and a umbrella with the sale which was never received, I communicated via telephone to speak with the Sales Manager named Tan, and then after I posted a review on cars.com he called, Tan told me that he would have the car re-detailed and provide gas also but during this time my temp tag had expired, I explain to Tan that I feel uncomfortable driving around with an expired tag but the General Manager told me to print off a document off the internet and I would be good, anybody can print a document and edit, I was told by the General Manger that BMW South Atlanta have no control on the plate that were mail to my home and had no backup plan for customers tag that arrived late, So I have a brand new car that I couldnt drive for three weeks pending my car tags, BMW South Atlanta has some broken process that cause customers a lot of headaches and frustions Im requesting BMW Atlanta to do what is right and take care of their customers

This was the my first time doing business with BMW of South Atlanta in Union City, Georgia and I have to say the service was beyond my expectations. My salesman, Adrian was very informative and gave exceptional customer service. The financial representative was also very helpful in finding us the best deal and search for every possible incentive. The staff at Bmw/Mini of South Atlanta are exemplary, I have had my 2012 Mini Clubman serviced here since I moved to Decatur Ga, and have always been treated with the utmost respect even when I did not have an appointment. Now I have purchased another 2014 Mini F56 Hardtop from them, which I knew I would purchase a new vehicle from this dealer, just didn't know it was going to be this soon. I live quite a ways from this location, but it is well worth the drive. Justin Frazier made my purchase super easy. Thanks staff. I will be back!!!

Carl Knight was great!! I love my car and all the addition he put into making sure I was happy with my purchase. Now I just need the tag and title department to do their part and process my tag information, let\'s do better with this part. It appears that all you cared about was making the sale but every thing in life requires some type of follow through, so follow through! I live in California and have contacted numerous BMW Dealerships trying to locate a rare part for my car and to my surprise it was John Merritt from BMW of South Atlanta that made the impossible happen! John went an extra mile for me and did some serious digging and detective work to find an obsolete part for a vehicle that is one of 126 ever made by BMW; if this is not over the top customer service I don't know what is; thank you again John for hitting this one out of the park!

Driving home from Marietta I had a flat on a run flat tire. I drove around LaGrange and could not find a quick replacement. I called Will and he offered a few options. I drove the short trip home, took the tire off and headed to South Atlanta Mini on a late Saturday morning. Will got the tire replaced right away so I could get back home quickly. Great service with a smile.

I was (and am) very impressed with the people of MINI of South Atlanta. My salesman Brandon was VERY easy to work with. He explained everything to me about the car, its options, and how they work (even twice in some cases). I never felt like I was pressured into making a purchase, and I got the impression he was always, fair, open and honest with me throughout the entire process. I was even offered lunch when it was apparent the purchase process was going to go through the lunch hour.

2013 Mini Cooper hardtop w/Premium package; BMW of South Atlanta, Union City, GA. The body shop mechanics replaced the passenger side scuttle, was able to get off the scuff marks the scuttle left on my MINI when it flew off, and I received a complimentary car wash. Thanks MINI Coop!

Overall the buying process with BMW South Atlanta was top notch. I left feeling like I got a good car at a fair price. The problems however began after the purchase of the car. A quick recap: -The wind deflector that was supposed to come with the car, went missing and was never given to me. This was a ~$500 loss for me. -My floormats were out of stock and they promised to drop them off the next day. Three weeks later I finally had my mats. -For my first warrant service I brought my car in in perfect working order only to have it come back with a broken radio. Since I didnt turn it on and notice until I was home they said it was my fault. -The straw that broke the proverbial camels back occurred yesterday. I was out in rural AL and got the car stuck in the mud (my fault). The people in the area were as nice as could be and offered to pull me out. When I went to look in the trunk for the part, I found that the SAFETY kit was missing. I ended up waiting on the side of the road for over four hours for a tow company to come that had the BMW specific tow pin, when I should have been out in under 5 minutes. When I called South Atlanta they refused to help me and acted like I was no longer a customer given that I wasnt in their showroom buying another car (this is my third BMW BTW)

This is the 3rd Mini I have purchased---the 2nd from Mini of South Atlanta. I came to Mini of South Atlanta to have maintenance done on my 1st Mini because they were able to service my vehicle for $75 less than the original dealership quoted. Since then (2005), I have been a loyal South Atlanta Mini Motorist. Amy Varghese has been the salesperson for my last 2 Minis. I have gone for test drives during special events and attended customer appreciation days. The sales staff has always been very pleasant and I get more personal, down-to-earth service compared to the dealer on the northside. My current Mini is a 2012 Countryman that I purchased in order to accommodate a car seat and stroller better than my hardtop. I had a difficult time letting go of my hardtop that I had only purchased 10 months earlier. However, Amy helped me through the trade-in and new vehicle ordering process. She provided updates as I waited for the vehicle production and arrival. She also stayed late with her manager Jason Powenski the night of my vehicle delivery. Additionally, their finance department was able to find a bank to beat my credit union rate. I would definitely recommend purchasing from these folks.

I am not one to voice my opinion this way... from someone that is in the customer service industry I know how it can change future business. This time it is deserved! I have been using the service department at BMW of South Atlanta for two years and NEVER had a good experience. BMW is a great car but routine service is a nightmare at this dealership.

From my sales man (Amish), to the manager (Jason), to the finance guy (Erwin) even the other sales associates (Amy) I had a fantastic experience at BMW of South Atlanta. They take customer seriously and are passionate about cars and treating their customers right.

I had a great first-time experience with this dealership and Amy Varghese, the Motoring Advisor who ably assisted me during the purchasing process. Both Ms Varghese and Jason Powenski were very helpful and personable. Also, my initial experiences with the service department at MINI South Atlanta were very good.

I had a great experience at Mini of South Atlanta. I bought a new car in January and would highly recommend them to anyone who is looking. Amy V. was my sales person and was patient and professional and answered all my questions. They even gave me more for my trade in than I expected!

Best car buying experience by far! Amy Varghese was a great help from start to finish with the recent adoption of my new MINI! I started my research over a year ago, and talked to about 6 other dealers, Amy was the only one that followed up when I was ready this year, and by far the easiest and most fun car buying experience ever!

Oh my goodness I hate coming to the dealer because it is usually so expensive but today's experience was great. The service guy was sooooo helpful and gave me great explanations of the car's problems. All the staff seemed very honest and not pushy with me. I usually do not enjoy dealers because it means I have to spend money but this was the best experience I could possibly have. My car was fixed and thank goodness it wasn't too costly. Thanks!
