I been to all the BMW dealerships in the area, and mainline is so far the best! I highly recommend this dealership! They will work with you and make sure you leave happy! I highly recommend Michael Robinson! He knew exactly what my taste was and found me a car quick, and worked out the number so I can be comfortable with my payments! He also payed off my previous car when other dealerships wouldn’t! Everyone here treated me like family and gave me amazing service!

Took my 328i in for recall service. First there was ample parking next to their very large and impressive dealership. The building is very modern and up to date looking. The grounds outside the building appeared very neat and clean. Once inside the staff were friendly and directed me to the place I needed to go to for my service. I did not see any new model BMW’s on display anywhere. The waiting area of the service department is huge with a big flat screen TV and comfortable chairs to sit in while you wait for your vehicle. There is also a little area where they sell BMW Logo merchandise. When my car was completed I received the invoice which detailed the completed work and recommended work. No one explained anything to me so I had to call the next day to speak with the technician who serviced my car. I got his voicemail, left a detailed message and I’m still waiting to hear back. Two days later now.? The recommendations he wrote were; the car does not feel safe to drive. PLEASE let me know what exactly that means!! Worried and Wondering!

The entire team was very helpful and super efficient and very mindful of customers time. the repair process was super smooth and the team made you feel very included in the process by providing you with updated videos of what’s going on as the work is being done to your vehicle. As it pertains to the current pandemic this location did a very very great job at implementing social distancing procedures and protocols. I was also provided with a loaner vehicle for the remainder of the day while my vehicle was being repaired. The process to get the loaner was super easy and I would definitely recommend this location, for sure. Staff was amazing and they do go above and beyond to ensure quality service.

Personally I am fine with the service they did, and my adviser Zach is good. However, I give this rating to the dealer for two reasons.1) At first, they estimated that the service may be overnight and I needed a rental car. It was blown my mind that they took me to a local enterprise to get a Hyundai as the rental car. From my past experiences with other brands, like Merc or Porsche, the rental car should be their own brands.2) It was happy that my service finished early, which meant I can pick up the car later in that afternoon. What is the most amazing part was that they did not do a car wash for me. I am not a person who need to save that car wash money, but it is a detail point that a good dealership should do.Anyway, I do not recommend this dealership for doing your service.

I wish we had never stepped foot in this dealership. We were interested in the I3 electric car and made the only mistake I have ever made in buying a car in 30 years.They mislead us on the value of the range extender, the sales rep was late for one appointment and then failed to show up for a second appointment.Why did I buy?-- my wife wanted electric in a bad way, our other car was no longer available--so we were in a time crunch.I know others who are happy with this dealership--but I would not let a friend use them.

I picked up a superb 2013 BMW F10. I had the pleasure of doing business with Elliot B. He was Excellent. He understood what I was looking for and worked with me every step...upto delivery of the vehicle. Elliot took time to go over all features of the car and did not rush the delivery process...We then met with Finance dpt. Amy and she was great. She made the finance process easy and kept it simple unlike must dealers pushing extras. The entire experience was amazing, including the valet parking personnel and Main Line gained a happy customer!

I have never had better care then I received at BMW Main Line. I have had three very stressful situations with my car and every time they put me at ease and took care of the problem. They even offered to drive me to my house in Delaware to pick up my car or to drop me off. They go above and beyond service. I would definitely recommend this dealership to anyone.

I bought my CPO'ed BMW after seeing it on Cars.com. I'm 4 hours away, and a phone call and a couple emails later I decided it was the "right car". Priced well, but they negotiated a little more. After arriving to pick up the car it showed better than the photos with no surprises. I was in and out of the dealership in 30 minutes and on the road for my 4 hour drive home. Salesman, Jeff Downing was great to deal with and I will reach out to him again when I need a car If I had to be critical of anything, here are a couple things... On the ride home, the car developed a brake shudder. The rotors should have been replaced with last pad change. They are in pretty bad shape. Not a huge issue because of BMW's warranty, but there is the inconvenience of bring my "new to me" car to my local dealer for a brake job a week after buying it. the dealership is in mid construction, moving back across the street to a new facility. The temp location isn't a great representation of the dealership

I spoke to a salesperson on the phone, and described what vehicle I would be trading in, and what I needed to make the deal work. The salesperson assured me we would be able to get a deal done. When I arrived to the Main Line the next afternoon, as promised, we worked out a deal that I felt great about, and I left the dealership that evening as the proud new owner of a 2015 BMW! Kudos to the sales and management staff for listening to what was important to me, and making it happen.

I identified the car I was considering purchasing on line. The sales staff provided a full description of the BMW, answered all of my questions and started the financing process prior to my arrival in Pennsylvania to pick up the car. Upon arrival, the staff had the car in pristine shape and we went for a test drive. The staff took the time to do a very thorough walk-through of all the vehicle's capabilities, navigation systems, etc. Completion of the financing process only took minutes and we were on our way back home. An exceptional experience!

This is my first time buying a BMW and I can't say enough good things about dealing with BMW of the mainline and Mike Fowler, my sales advisor. The entire experience from the time I sent an email inquiring about the model to actual purchase was very smooth. Mike was very personable, knowledgeable about the product, and upfront. Over the last 25 years, I have leased a new BMW from Steve Vlasses at mainline BMW.Ive had many of the BMW lines from X1,x3,x5 and a few sedans.He is beyond exceptional... And I drive all the way from NJ to Pa just to buy from him only.I will never forget when 20 yrs ago my car needed service in Pa and he cameTo my house and switched cars with me and took it in for service and brought it back to me the same day.The service people are fantastic (NJ dealer is horrendous so I only go to mainline BMW)You won't find a better salesman.. Or person in general.He isn't out to make money off of u because his reputation sells enough cars.25 years of my business says enough.. I wouldn't use anyone else.

I called the dealership in advance to discuss what type of car I wanted. They sent me over to Carl Constantino who was so honest and helpful. He was available when we arrived and took the time to explain what we were dealing with in terms of our trade and the many cars to select from. He showed us a beautiful Silver 528xi and the rest is history! My husband now wants to buy a BMW:-) Kudos to Carl for understanding his customers needs and being so patient and explaining all the perks of the car. He invited me back again anytime if I have any questions regarding the car! He followed up to see how things were going and if I have any questions feel free to contact him. I walked in not sure if I really wanted to part with my vehicle that day. Tamir was so patient, truthful, sincere and one of the best salesman I have ever had the privilege of dealing with. He is very knowledgeable of BMW's and I was comfortable purchasing a car from him. He made parting with my old 530xi easy. Everyone in the dealership seemed so pleasant and got along well with each other. Aimee was also the greatest, she explained everything and made you feel like family. This is the 8th and best BMW I have leased from this dealership (in spite of its changing hands over the years) and through the same sales representative each time. I am leasing the new 2015 BMW x-drive, convertible. After two weeks, I am in love all over again. The process of ordering the car, explanation of the newest options, arranging the lease, being taught the nuances of the new car, being called to pick up items I left in my old car, etc was efficient, professional and painless. I purchased a car form Main Line by viewing it on-line so I didnt go to the dealership. I received a call form Ken B. and he was pleasant and very helpful and informative. Everything that he said that would happen did!!!!!. I would recpmmend this dealership very highly. My loan with them was approved quickly which was awesome. I had the paperwork overnighted to me and then I sent it back overnight as well to epedite the process. So basically it took me a week to secure the transaction. My car will be dealivered to my house in 2 days and I cannot wait to drive it!

My experience with BMW of the Mainline was extremely poor. From the moment we pulled into the parking lot, I had a bad feeling (it's not very aesthetically-pleasing, in my opinion, to put it lightly). The inside of the dealership was something out of a movie-typical shady used car dealership (wood paneling, sticky floor). The bathroom was...gross. Just gross. Now onto the actual dealership review.I went there to lease an X1 after my husband had worked out a deal via phone and email with a female sales rep (I don't even recall her name). Full disclosure - my husband provided her with erroneous information about the number of miles on my current 328xi (leased). My lease was an atypical 33 month lease (my normal lease period is 36 months) but he assumed I still had 36000 miles allowed. He also had provided his last known mileage of the car, which was about 900 miles under what I had added in the past month or so, driving back and forth to work, etc. So, in all fairness, I will state that we had 4k more miles on it than what he had told the sales rep. Regardless, the experience was still poor. After she told us about the overage in an accusatory tone, she said the price she had quoted us would go up almost $45/month. Do the math - 4k extra miles at $0.16/mile is $640. Divide that by 36 months, the term of the new lease. What do you get? $17.78, not $45. I said "no way" and she quickly said, "Okay, thanks for coming in" and I got up to leave. As we started leaving, she calls after us, "Oh, and those aren't even run-flats. My manager said those aren't even run-flats, like you said they were." I was mad, so I just kept walking because why argue with people who work at a car dealership who can't differentiate between run-flats and non-run-flats but my husband chose to stick around and argue a bit. FYI - they're Michelin Zero Pressure tires - they're run-flats...better run-flats than what came on the car originally. Different terminology shouldn't confuse a BMW dealership manager. I was disgusted with what I saw as the lack of knowledge and professionalism. The good news? Got my new X1 at a much nicer dealership with a delightful sales representative, dealership manager, and business manager. My advice: avoid BMW of the Mainline.

Made a first-time appointment for service for my Mini. Received an online confirmation with an immediate email confirming the date/time of appointment (7 days into the future) and a confirming statement that I'd have a loaner for the day of service. The day before the service date, I received a reminder of my appointment for the following day but discretely within the email was a statement that they "exceeded available loaners" and I'd have to, instead, rent a vehicle for the day. From my perspective, this is an early indicator of their business culture. If they're willing to play this kind of game with a new (or at least potential) customer, I'd rather go elsewhere - which I did. I think that I probably got off easy.

After having a terrible experience at another BMW dealership, we were more than pleasantly surprised at the service we received from BMW Main Line. As soon as we walked in, we realized we made a better decision coming. Everyone was very friendly and offered us beverages as soon as we walked in. We met with Richard, who was fantastic. My fiance told him what he was looking for and Richard went straight to work to find a vehicle. Once he found some, we test drove and decided to buy the car. He also explained the warranty in full. When it came to negotiating, Richard worked with us and did whatever he could to meet us at our price point. After we purchased the car, Richard came out and explained every single detail of the car and showed us how to use it. He told us we could contact him with any questions whenever, and I believe him. Richard was the best car salesman I ever dealt with, and I would absolutely consider buying another car from him and this dealership.

The only thing we have to do is to follow with Main Line to get our new vehicle re-cleaned, and also the model is missing a few options which we were advised by our SUPERB USED CAR SALESMAN, Chris T. Many years ago, I had a bad experience at this dealership, so I leased a 325i from another dealership. I came here to compare prices because a family member had recently purchased a 2011 328XI. I first met Kerry Simmons in the fall of 2010 when I came to the dealership to lease a 328XI. I had a list of possible options which I wanted and Kerry was very helpful. As it turned out, it was more advantageous to order the car since I wanted certain options and he worked closely with me to get the lowest price. As the car was being built, he kept in touch with me about it's progress. After the car arrived, we spent a least 3 sessions going over all the features on the car. Needless to say, this model was considerably different than my 1987 325i. He was always willing to schedule time with me and I phoned him on numerous occasions to ask questions about the different features both at work and on his cell phone. As the time progressed and my car came in for service, I would make it a point to stop in and speak with him about the new models and different features. He was always very knowledgeable about the cars, regardless of which model I wanted to speak about. As it was nearing the time for my lease expiration, we explored the best option (buyout or lease) and I decided to order a new 328XI. Again after it's arrival last month, we spent several sessions (over 2 hours) going over all the features as this car had more options than my previous one. He has also kept in touch with me by phone and email to check with me if I had further questions. I have always found Kerry to be knowledgeable and dependable and have freely recommended him to many of my friends. Our relationship over the last years has grown into a friendship rather than a client/salesman relationship. I can recommend Kerry and the entire sales and service staff without reservation.

This was my second lease from Marcy at Main Line. She is great at helping you find exactly what you want within your budget. The entire staff is very friendly and down to earth and there not very pushy just to make the sale! Frank had all the paperwork ready for me to sign, and i was out driving home within the hour.. On my first lease the pricing was amazing and even better on the the second. I called around to many dealers but no other dealer was able to get me in a car that I wanted within my price range. I have recommended many family and friends to her and they have all been very happy! There service department is also very good. Mike always has me back in my car the same day or first thing the next morning! Overall I would highly recommend going to see Marcy at Main Line for your next BMW.

I have to say I bought a new 3 series just over a year ago...and unfortunately I was involved in an auto accident , totaling my car. I contacted my salesman Kerry 2 days after the accident letting him know to be on the look out for a new 2013 replacement. He was on it immediately. Kerry took the time daily to check in with me to see how I was heeling form the accident, he wasn't just a salesman but he became a friend over the next two weeks. HE GENUINLY CARED! Can't say that about all salesman... When I arrived 2 weeks later to get my new 3 series again... Frank made the paperwork go nice and easy. They worked as a team to make my experience be as easy as possible under the circumstances.Thanks guys! My 3 is great!!!

Kerry took a lot of time with us as we order the car for manufacture. He gave us confidence that we were ordering the correct options and, in general, an overall understanding of what we were ordering and buying (especially for my wife the inside and outside colors).Kerry kept us informed of the progress in the manufacture and shipment of the car. When we took delivery, he spent over an hour going over the operations of the options, Idrive and every knob and button (this was over and above the paper work time) . He followed up with emails and phone calls and went over the whole thing with me a second time two weeks later.Kerry is very knowledgable and a pleasure to work with. I strongly recommend him.

I originally visited the dealership with my 5 year old son, which is ripe with inherent challenges. Nonetheless, Peter Ryan's ability to remain patient throughout the process was commendable. While we didn't purchase our car on that particular visit, I returned (alone) a few months later and Peter new exactly who I was and what my preferences were. We picked up where we left off last time. A reasonable amount of time later, I was driving home in my new car.In summary, the service at BMW of the Main Line was exceptional, with surprisingly little pressure to strike a deal at any point.

It's been a little over a year since I bought my last BMW from Ibrahim Kourbeh. Normally I would not be in the market again so soon, however, my car was recently totaled, so here I am again. And for the SECOND time, I went to see my favorite Client Advisor, Ibrahim. I was not disappointed. He took care of me as I had expected he would. My husband, son, and I visited BMW of the Main Line because I was interested in a car that I saw on-line. I called to inquire about the car, and wound up setting up an appointment. I was given an appointment within a few days. I was extremely impressed with the service I received from my initial call. Upon arriving at the dealership, we met with our salesman, Richard Fernandes. He was very nice, and extremely helpful. I had just had a bad experience with another dealership, and was hoping this experience would be better. Well, not only was it better, it was the BEST service I ever experienced with a car dealer!!! I immediately felt comfortable with Richard. He answered any and all questions we had, and took as long as we needed. We never felt rushed! In fact, I wound up purchasing the car that day! I did not intend to actually purchase the car right away, but because all our questions and concerns with regards to the car were addressed, there was no need to wait. He went through all the paperwork with us, and never, ever made us feel like we were taking up too much of his time. We finalized the paperwork with Frank Muto. He was just as helpful, and made us feel comfortable with the steps needed to complete the purchase. The car was ready to be picked up as promised, and I have never been happier! Kerry is hands down the friendliest, and most dedicated dealer that I have ever worked with. He did not waste any time in getting us the most competitive price for our new BMW X3 in the Philadelphia area. He also worked with us to get the best offer for our trade in. We shopped around for car loans for a few days, but Kerry and the team at BMW of Main Line were able to get us the lowest rate, in the most seamless fashion. Because of this, we ultimately went with the car loan through BMW. Kerry was extremely detailed in his presentation of the new car, and followed up, not once, but multiple times after the purchase to ensure that all my questions were answered. Kerry Simmons is by far the BEST client adviser I have come across for the following reasons:1) Friendliness - I had a number of questions and never once hesitated to call Kerry - he is both likeable and amiable. Furtheremore, he was nice enough to check in with me multiple times to ensure that I was apprised of the status of my custom build and that all my questions were answered.2) Knowledgeable - Kerry is extremely knowledgable about various vehicles and their associated features. 3) Proactive - Kerry went above and beyond by (a) contacting the bank to help me obtain a great APR on financing, and, (b) by proactively contacting my insurance agent to ensure that I had coverage. 4) Collaborative - When it came down to business, Kerry worked with me to reach a great price. Owing to the high taxes and fees, I initially thought I would not be able to get the car that I wanted - Kerry collaborated with his team to bring the price back within my budget. Overall, my experience with Kerry has been phenomenal, so much so that I think i found a go-to person for my extended family, most of whom live off by I-95 between DC - Philly - NYC - Boston. He is the real deal.

I found follow-up terrific, which was important going into the sale given I live in Connecticut and bought the car in Philadelphia. No issue at all with the little things that inevitably creep up (finalizing registration, etc).Kerry was great on the sales side delivering everything we initially discussed on the phone (price, service, plus more), and once deal underway Amiee was very efficient / quick / knowledgeable with warranty options and paperwork.I have since recommended Kerry and team to a friend now looking for a BMW.

This is my second BMW purchase, first time at BMW of the Main Line. The staff at BMW of the Main Line did not disappoint and easily lived up to my high expectations after my first purchase. In true BMW dealership form Ibrahim and Frank took great care of me. Within 24 hours of needing a lease and a trade in on my definitely well used 2006 330i, Ibrahim worked his connections to get me a great trade-in deal and in to a lease of a brand new 2013 328XI. Ibrahim also dealt with my annoyance of having lost my copy of the Maryland title, in which they happily arranged a duplicate copy to be ordered. Frank was extremely knowledgeable about the financing process through BMW financial, and made the entire process as smooth as my first time around. The transaction was so smooth that we had plenty of downtime time to talk shop about cars, racing, life. He explained all of the warranty options and recommended some great options for a city driver. In addition, I have been using Mainline BMW as my service center for close to 5 years now, and the service managers and technicions are highly skilled, knowledable, and a pleasure to deal with. My last service rep called me on several occasions to inquire about how my 330i was running after I was experiencing engine issues. I was in and out of the showroom in an hour and half, cruising around the city in my beautiful 328xi. I would highly recommend this dealer, Ibrahim, and Frank.

My experience with BMW of the Mainline began with a phone call with which Mr. Simmons assisted me. He was very willing to provide me information on specific vehicles that I identified from their internet site. He was also prompt to call me back with any information that he did not have readily available at the time of the initial call. He then tagged the vehicle of my choice to "Hold" until I was able to come in the very next day for an appointment that I made with him. The following day, I was arrived to the dealership significantly earlier than the appointment that I had with Mr. Simmons. Within a couple of minutes, he was able to take me out to the lot and show the me the vehicle that we had on Hold as well as another vehicle that I was considering. He was more than willing to take my wife and myself out for multiple test drives to help us decide which vehicle was best for us. He also was very accommodating as we tried fitting out child seats and strollers in both vehicles to ensure that it was a right fit for our family. We then proceeded to negotiate the two vehicles simultaneously to further assist us in the decision making. Once we determined the car of our choice, we made the deal. At that point, he was able to accelerate the paperwork to ensure that we could take the car home in the same day, since it was a Saturday and the dealership's hours were shorter than on weekdays. After a short break for lunch, while the paperwork was prepared, I sat down with Mr. Muto to sign the paperwork. Mr. Muto was very helpful in walking me through the paperwork and any additional warrantees that were offered. He was thorough in his explanations of what was being signed as well as providing example and situations of where the offered warrantees would come in handy. He was also very informed as he explained the standard Certified PreOwned covereage versus the extended coverage offered. He was never pushy. Upon completion of the paperwork, Mr. Simmons helped me empty my trade in and load my new car. He also spent quite some time in the new vehicle with me and my wife, explaining the features and setting up things like my iphone and my garage door opening, my GPS, etc. Later, I realized that I had a couple more questions and that I had forgotten something in my trade in. He prompty responded to my e-mail, on a Sunday evening no less, and followed up with details to my questions on Monday morning. At that time, he had all ready retrieved what was left in the trade in. He offered to mail me that item as well. It is obvious that my overall experience with these indiviuals at the BMW of the Mainline was a pleasant and I would recommend the dealership and specifically Mr Simmons and Mr. Muto for your next BMW purchase.

Working with Kerry Simmons and Frank Muto was easier than ordering the pizza I picked up later that night for dinner. I placed my order over the phone sight unseen, Kerry kept me informed every step of the way during the production and when the car came in it was ready for me to pick up the next afternoon. Bruce went over ands above to find us the exact car we wanted. He did not pressure us and he did not give up. He finally found us ourcar in New York! First I would like to say the reason I was at the dealership was for my annul state inspection, that is when some problems shows up and my warranty has just ran out on 2/23/2013. My service advisor suggested I go over to sales to talk about getting another car and trade in my current car. The rest was history, I met with Bruce Lustig he pointed out a couple of cars in my price range and I found the car I likeI finished up with Frank Muto Jr. and explain everything I need to know about the car and the dealership. Great and fast service. I believe I paid a fair price for my new car and L. Whitener went out of her way to locate the car with the specifications I wanted and with the price I could afford to pay. F. Muto was very patient and explained the documents I executed and he also showed me how the monetary amounts were calculated and the deductions I received as a loyal customer. I specified to L. Whitener that I had very little time available to remain at the dealership. She promised me that I would would be out of the dealership within a certain time frame and she kept her promise. The car was ready and the documents were ready for my signature upon arrival.

Marcy was extremely helpful and accommodating. Her knowledge of the car far exceeded that of the salespeople from other dealerships of competing cars that I was comparing. Her communications were prompt, concise and informative, and not pushy. She spent an equal amount of time with my spouse, who also felt she was an outstanding salesperson. Lou Whitener made purchasing my first car not only less daunting, but actually enjoyable. She didnt talk down to me, and she didnt question my ability to pay for the X1. She took me seriously from the first day I met her, and was incredibly professional. As a single female in my early 30s, I was typically either ignored or not given a price quote (Devon Hill BMW), and at one (non-BMW) dealership, the first thing shown to me was where the cup holders were - as if nothing else about the vehicle mattered. Lous client service was excellent, and I am so thankful that I ended up with her. For example, Lou was on vacation while we were discussing the price, and even then she still responded to my emails and calls, and put me in touch with Tony Lukanski, her manager, to continue the process so I wouldnt have to wait until she returned. Lou kept every promise she made, and was responsive to my onslaught of inquiries (there were a lot given that this was my first time going through the process on my own). I ended up financing a portion of the purchase price and had the opportunity to work with Frank Muto, the BMW Financing on-site person. He was efficient, and extremely organized, which was a stark contrast from my previous leasing experience at BMW of Westchester (in White Plains, NY) where I was just handed a stack of different sized paperwork. Frank provided folders (it is amazing what an impact that this no-brainer small gesture can have) and explained every piece of paper given to me.Overall, I was very impressed with the team of people that I worked with at BMW of the Main Line, and I would highly recommend them. Please ask for Lou if youre interested in a new vehicle and Frank if youre working with BMW Financial Services.

I am writing this to recommend to anyone in the market for a BMW, new or used, to make BMW of the Mainline their very first stop. After looking at a few other manufacture's offerings and leaving our test drives feeling disappointed my wife and I decided to look at BMW's. We initially looked online at a vehicle that was in stock at BMW of the Mainline in Bala Cynwyd. We decided to set up a test drive and spoke with Amanda Baldwin who promptly responded to our initial inquiry and facilitated a meeting to fit our busy schedules. Amanda made sure the vehicles we were interested in driving were available for us to drive and she communicated our interests to our Client Advisor Ibrahim Kourbeh. Ibrahim was, to say the least, very knowledgeable, professional, and gave us the feeling that he genuinely sought to match our needs and desires to the proper vehicle. He worked diligently to find us the vehicle that made the most financial sense while keeping our needs and desires in mind. Once Ibrahim communicated our preferences to the New Car Sales Manager, Tony Lukanski, we were presented with an even better deal than we had ever imagined. Tony understood that we were trying to control costs by limiting the number of options we were selecting for our vehicle. Tony made it possible for us to drive off the lot in a fully optioned new BMW without breaking the bank. It was amazing!!!! When we picked up our new BMW we met with the Business Manager Frank Muto. Frank was courteous and very well organized. While he informed us about some additional programs that would be advantageous to us we never felt pressured to purchase anything additional. Frank also provided us with discounts on everything from insurance rates to window tinting. Overall, EVERYONE we came into contact with at BMW of the Mainline were both courteous and pleasant. It was evident that everybody was working together to achieve OUR goals. I will note that we live 1.5 miles from a competing BMW dealer and we happily drove the extra distance for the superior service provided by the friendly professionals at BMW of the Mainline. They are a class act second to none.

I traded in my used Nissan Altima for a Certified Pre-Owned 328xi. I showed up at my appointed time and was greeted by the friendly staff. When I walked into the offices and sat down with Frank Muto to go over payment, it was expedient and easy, and when we were finished, my car had arrived from from being detailed. Afterwards, Ibrahim took me through all the features of my car for about 45 minutes (since it was my first BMW), synced my phone, and brought me my new floor mats. I then drove off with a full tank.

The price was right, got more for my trade-in than I expected, the car I bought is in excellent shape for a used vehicle, my sales-guy was not only knowledgeable of his brand, he was hilarious, which made it all the more fun. I'm still being treated like royalty even though all the paperwork has already been signed. I even got a follow-up appointment for a tutorial on all the features of my car. I'm not sure what more you could ask for, but I doubt youll find it elsewhere.

Our experience at Main Line BMW was fantastic. We were looking for a new X5, and had contacted about 6 eastern PA dealers via email, asking for a quote. Kerrys response was the best by quite a bit! He was very friendly and worked with us without being pushy. When the dealership wasnt able to offer us as much as we had hoped for our trade-in (due to an accident history we werent aware of), Kerry offered several other suggestions as to how we could sell that car elsewhere and perhaps get a little more. He kept us up-to-date throughout the production process of our X5 and spent a lot of time going over it with us once it arrived at the dealership. I went to test drive a 2009 335i xdrive coupe. Ive been to other dealers in the area to test drive and could almost feel like they wouldnt give me the time of day when they found out i was 22. Kerry couldnt have been any more of the opposite. He was extremely kind and you can really tell he cares about his customers. He answered every question that i had. He told me that the back to the exaust had a little rattle in the flap so they replaced the back half of the exaust. They defently care about the quality of there cars. I got a great deal on the car between the price and financing. The experiance there was top notch and i would have no problem recommending any friend, family or anybody, stop in and see Kerry.

On Wednesday I walked into the BMW of the Main Line and I met Chris as soon as I entered. We hit it off quickly!! I was there just to look and think about a BMW, as compared to my initial inclination to buy a Mercedes, but by the end of my visit I had made up my mind. In short, Chris was amazing!! Not only was he very knowledgeable and patient, but he also was super friendly and nice. I felt like I was spending time with an old friend and making a purchase from a trusted confidant. I am a very picky person and I have some very specific taste. Chris took his time and listened to everything that I wanted in a car. But for my golden rule to "sleep on it one night," I was ready to make my purchase. The next day I returned, Chris took care of me, Frank Muto patiently walked me through the process with ease and grace, and today I became the proud owner of my first BMW X5!! As I commented to Chris, "this was the best and easiest car purchasing experience I ever had." I couldn't be happier with my experience at Main Line BMW. Tony Lukanski was always available to address questions, concerns, and my obsessions with little details. When I say always, I mean ALWAYS. He answered every call, responded to every voice mail and email. He went out of his way time and again to see to it that I was and am genuinely happy. Although there were none yet in the showroom or on the lot, Tony brought in a very hard to obtain (at this time of year), fully equipped 2013 335ix M Sport that virtually matched what I would have ordered online, and would have had to wait at least two months to get. Tony went outside the call of duty - helping me sell back tires from my previous vehicle, and applying it to my down money. He even arranged for me to borrow his X-5 demo, so I could move my daughter with all her endless stuff out to Penn State. KC Chan is a true professional in every respect. He is patient, personable, and extremely knowledgeable. Went it came time to deliver my new 335, he took me through every aspect of the car, spending his time - time he could have used selling - making sure I knew everything there is to know about my new car. He was on top of every detail connected with my purchase. I thoroughly enjoyed my time with him. I will gladly recommend KC and Tony to anyone I know in the BMW market.

By far the best buying experience EVER! He was professional, patient, knowledgeable, and fair. I am recently divorced and was going to be buying a car on my own for the first time. Needless to say I was a bit intimidated and worried about being taken advantage of by a salesman. Ibrahim was so courteous and cognicent of my fears and trepidation. I just received a "1st anniversary" card for my BMW 750 Li... I have to say that I love my car as much today as the day I drove it out of the showroom at BMW of the Main Line. My experience with Chris Blazer in purchasing my car was a great experience & so much easier than I expected everything to go. Not only did Chris over-see every aspect of my purchase to make sure that it went smoothly, but he also made sure he was available for the common questions & issues related to purchasing & operating a new car. I would truly give my experience with Chris Blazer & BMW of the Main Line a "10", even though it's based on a scale of 1 - 5! I also have to mention Mike Pracht in the service dept since he has made my experience there just as seemless & easy! Whenever I see Chris & Mike at BMW, they will typically complain that they haven't seen me in awhile. My response has always been the same, "It's not my fault that you make such a good car"!!! As this is my second BMW, I was fairly familiar with the process and the funcitonality of the dealership. However, this experience was by far superior than any other car buying experience I have ever had.Kerry was a very informative salesman and kept me up to date via email and phone thoughout the process. He thorough in his knowlege of the car which was evident the day I got the car.I thought I knew the car as this was the same series, color, with most of the same options other than a navigation system. I however was blown away not only witht he interior and styling, but the car is way better than the prior model. It drives great, the bluetooth was easy to use, the radio is amazing, and the overall experience was better than I expected.I cont my experience with thies dealership not only due to the car, but also the great service and expertise by the staff. for anyone reading this, this was a great experience and highly reccommend.

Kerry was great to work with. I hadn't started the day planning to buy a new car. But, when my thirteen year old 323 needed > $4500 of repairs to pass state inspection, the time had come. Over the phone, Kerry was willing and able to give me the preliminary information/education I needed to make the best decision about which car and what features our family needed. Other dealerships insisted that I come to the showroom which I just didn't have the time for. I appreciated his patience (I'm not terribly auto-literate!) and the fact that there was absolutely no pressure. He never talked down to me. He treated my questions respectfully and went out of his way to accomodate my schedule. I was juggling my 3 month old during the visit for the test drive and he was really gracious about the fact that I was distracted and offerred to meet again as needed to review any of the operating information or BMW technology. When we went to pick the car up, Kerry had loaded one of his family's Baby Einstein CD onto the car's hard drive as a gift to my little one! Nice touch. Kerry Simmons is knowledgable about the cars, insightful about what works for his clients and strikes a great balance between relaxed and responsive.

Was looking for CPO 5 series. Found specific car on Cars.com. Had a clean 2007 3series to trade. Was greeted by Peter and he set me up with a test drive within 5 minutes. While out, SM took my trade-in for a drive. By the time we returned, we immediately were able to got down to work in figuring out the final price. They offered a fair trade-in value and tweaked the overall pricing to where all of us were satisfied. Peter got through the paperwork with ease and followed through with texts to my phone as follow-up on some items that we discussed during the test drive. Overall, a very pleasant experience in what - sometimes - can be a grueling process. Followup by Peter continues to be extraordinary.

I read reviews of BMW main line through dealerrater and read a review where someone from Maryland went to Philly to get their BMW. Since we are from Delaware, we felt good knowing that BMW main line deals with out of state customers.We dealt with Lou Whitener, and she is awesome (one of the best and most knowledgeable CA's) I have dealt with. She took the time to find out our needs and did a great job of finding out the right car. It was not available but she found it in another state and got it the next day. Most of the info was shared over the phone and we just went there to finalize the deal.Lou was very prompt in calling me and letting me know where we are exactly in the process. The day we went to get the car, my wife was not feeling well and Lou was kind and nice enough to get her a good cup of tea ( this kind of customer service makes a big difference). She had everything ready for us and we just had to sign the docs and talk with the finance manager.This is where Frank comes in. The best and most friendly finance manager I have ever dealt with, he was very good with numbers and did everything to make sure we get the rate we wanted. Also was able to explain numbers to us in a manner which is easy for us to understand. No pressure at any moment.... It was a breeze.Once we signed the papers Lou, took the time to explain everything about the car and even help us set up the subscription for out satellite radio. She was extremely patient and did not rush us at all, she wanted to make sure we were comfortable with the car and that my wife was comfortable and understood each and every function and buttons.What was even better was that she called the next day to follow up and make sure that we were doing ok with the car and if my was was feeling better and if she could answer any other questions, this was a great touch of customer service over and beyond.If you are in the market for a car go to this dealership, I think you will get the best deals, but more importantly you will be treated as a person and not just another customer by these warm, friendly and professional people.I did go to other dealerships around in PA and DE, but none came close to BMW mainlines price and customer service.

From the moment I sent in an online inquiry, the folks at BMW Main Line made me feel like there was no other customer or potential customer that mattered - they were wonderful. Steve responded to my e-mail promptly, set up my appt., had cars ready for me when I arrived and really took the time to go through the entire process and the car. Amanda (my assigned Concierge) was amazing! She followed up with e-mails, presented other options, made sure everything was ready and even ensured that the one car I really wanted would be available to me when I arrived at the showroom. In fact, I looked at a Mercedes and was also considering Infiniti and narrowed it down to the Infiniti and BMW and in all honesty, the customer service at this BMW dealership is what sold me - I didn't even go to the Infiniti dealer. My feeling is that if they're this good to go before you're a customer, imagine how wonderful they will be when you are a customer and now I am. Great Place to buy a car!!

This was the first BMW I've ever purchased. My experience with BMW Mainline was outstanding. I actually took the train from Maryland to PA to buy from them versus the BMW dealership 5 minutes from my house. My sister bought her BMW from Mainline a few months earlier, and after hearing the incredible deal and extent to which the staff took care of her, made me want to deal with them as well. Lou and Frank were both very attentive and handled everything for me. This was the easiest car sale I have ever been through. The dealership gave me a price that no other BMW dealership could offer. I went to BMW of the Main Line for a routine service appointment for my PA state inspection; since my lease was going up be up in a few months, while I was waiting I decided to wander over to the showroom to check out my options for later in the year. By the end of the day, I drove home in a new car. I worked with Kerry Simmons (who fit me in in spite of the fact I didn't have an appointment) and he made the process of trading in my old car for a shiny, new one very easy and painless. He was very attentive to me, and I didn't feel pressured into the new car at any time. He tried many options on the computer to find the best deal and the type/color of car I was interested in, and spent a lot of time showing me all the features in the car itself (many of which I had no idea about, even though I've owned a few 328s). All in all, it was a good car dealership experience.

So I'm from NYC living in Philadelphia for the past 6 years and decided it was time for a new BMW. Well Kerry called me the day I made my inquiry about the car. He stayed on top of the process, I was in and out the door and he provided me with as good of a price as possible on the car. He keep me informed throughout the entire buying process, let me know the status of the car's shipment and even checked in with me to see how I liked the car a few hours after picking it up and then the next day. I could not say more about the incredible job he did for me. To sum it up, I told him that I will have my dad go to him when he decides it is time for a new BMW, even though my father is in NYC and there are plenty of dealerships up there, the ease and simplicity that came with dealing with Kerry is tough to match.

Kerry was great! Even though I would have like to have paid less for my X3 Kerry provided me with his best price right up front with no haggling. The other dealers did not even attempt to give me a price without seeing the Main Line price. Kerry also spent almost 20 minutes going over features of the X3 before we decided on a BMW. I had a friend who recently purchased a BMW in New York and she was only given 10 minutes on how features worked after she purchased. Kerry was also excited that I choose the Performance Center Delivery option and went out his way to facilitate getting everything in order in after a few mishaps with email by the PCD.

Kerry Simmons was a referral from a friend who deals with Kerry and I can understand why. The Monday I met with Kerry- I remember him waiting at the top of the stairs with a smile- that warm smile established a relationship. I sat down with Kerry and went over cars that could be potentials and narrowed it down to a suitable 2011 328xi. I test drove the 2012 and 2011 and felt the 2011 was more suitable for me but not once did Kerry make me feel he was being a client advisor, I felt I sat down with a good friend who understood my needs and met each and every single one. I knew the color combo of the car I wanted and when the one I wanted was sold Kerry worked his hardest to make sure I got my first ideal BMW. He assured me I would get the same exact one and it would be delivered the day he said it would.He touched base with me every single day and advocated everything on my behalf. All I had to do was show up on the day of delivery and Kerry had trade-in paper work, insurance paper work and everything that I would need ready to go so that I could drive away with my first BMW. He sat in the car with me and explained everything because of course it was all a foreign language to me and to this day he keeps contact with me ensuring me that he is still here to answer any concerns or assist me with any questions I have with the car. That makes me feel good, it's like having someone on-call. Kerry went above and beyond to meet all my expectations and I wouldn't have wished for anyone else to take care of me the way he did. I felt like a million bucks walking in and out of that dealership and to this day and its been a week - I always look back at my car with no regrets knowing I got everything I could have wanted in a car. My first and maybe not my last BMW experience and it was just divine and Kerry had a whole lot to do with that. Thanks Kerry!

This past weekend I visited BMW of the Main Line to explore options for a CPO (Certified Pre-Owned) BMW. I was helped along the way in the sales process by KC Chan, and in the financing process by Frank Muto. Both of these individuals are exceptional at what they do. Steve was very helpful when we came in to test drive and Bruce was out of town. He was very friendly upon our arrival and extremely knowledgeable about the car we were test driving. He took us along a route that allowed us to experience the different features of the 328i.Bruce was also very nice when we met him. He spent time going over the Sirius and BMW Assist set ups with us. After our financing papers were signed, he walked us out to the new car and ran through some of the features again with us and even offered to set up our phones via the cars Bluetooth feature.Overall, everyone we came into contact with at BMW of the Main Line did their best to make you feel welcome! This is my second BMW purchased from BMW of the Main Line. My Client Advisor was Marcy Rusoff and she was VERY helpful and knowledgeable of the 2011 BMW X3 35i I purchased. Marcy took me on a extensive test drive so I could get a 'feel' of the new vehicle and helped me select my options online. The whole process took about 4 weeks from Production to Delivery! She even assisted with 'real time' tracking online thru the BMW website. A video was also provided that showed the actual build of my vehicle during the assembly in Spartanburg SC. I was thrilled when I took delivery and my BMW X3 was exactly as ordered. Pure JOY! Marcy is a pleasure to work with and her expertise comes highly recommended!

Our experience was so good we ended up purchasing the car and taking it home the same day. Sometimes buying a car can be a trying experience, especially when purchasing a pre-owned car. Had sort off an odd experience here at this BMW dealer, but it was generally ok. First off let me say the parts counter guys are great and always willing to help me explain benefits of quality OEM BMW parts. Now, for the odd part this dealer seems to have a management turnover problem. I have been dealing with Main Line BMW for about 3 years now i live in s philly so they r relativly close to me. One day i needed a part overnighted in sorta an 911 situation. the parts gentleman said i could have the part ovrnighted for an xtra 10%. No prob. The part was a e46 starter. I dealt with who i figured was the "Parts Manager "since he came out of the office. who first off asked another employee what an e46 was??? this guy is the boss??? but other then that proceded thru normal protocol of doin the order. let me say the old manager named george was very professional. So i bite on the extra 10& and get the starter ovrnighted, call the following day to see if it has arrived. Luckily the gentleman Joe i dealt with answered the phone very friendly, and informs me that he didnt process the overnight order??? so not only that, that doesnt help me get my e46 back on the road and down the shore on my only vaca week. eventually the following day the gentleman got me back on the road. This place used to have good managers in parts now it seems they r tryin to fill a void and cant. not sure how a "parts manger" forget to do a parts order, and doesnt no what an e46 is, but all in all it got fixed i was refunded my 10% and on my merry way. i will always go to main line as its close to me and i like ed in service and i like the convience of being close to PHILLY. other then ed the service writes r horrible to deal with here.

A good friend of mine referred me to Kerry, after I mentioned to her that I was thinking about buying a BMW. I am so glad that she did! Kerry was available to meet with me as soon as I arrived at the dealership. He made sure the sedan that I wanted to check out was ready and waiting for me to test drive. After Kerry addressed all of my questions and concerns, and thoroughly explained all of the ins and outs of the sedan, I was sold. Or so I thought...A day later, I decided that I didn't really want to purchase that particular BMW. I mentioned this to Kerry and he had no problem meeting with me a second time. He took the time to help me find the vehicle that was right for me. Kerry checked and double checked the entire inventory listing until he exhausted every single possibility there was. Finally, we found a winner. A coupe!From my initial phone conversation with Kerry, and even after the purchase of my vehicle was complete, Kerry truly made me feel like a valued customer. He allowed me to take all of the time that I needed, and I never once felt as if I was being rushed or pressured. I appreciate this because great customer service is rather hard to find nowadays. I felt the sales people, Pete Ryan and Frank Muto were fair and open to negotiation when discussing price. I signed the contract feeling I got a good price. They also readily agreed to some cosmetic work on the used car and the worked performed turned out to be of excellent quality. Is it that I am a woman? that I was wearing khakis and a tee shirt, instead of a business suit? When I brought my car in, they only wanted me to make an appointment to bring it back another time. No one offered me a rental car and to leave the car. No one offered to fix the car. Only when I insisted did someone at least check the oil. Which is why I went in the first place. They have a greeter - appartently customers are not allowed to talk to service agents. I have always hated going to get the car serviced here. My Honda dealer is much nicer. I will not be back.

My experience at BMW of the Main Line was GREAT.I spoke with Zac Anderson, Internet Client Concierge and he connected me to Kerry Simmons Client Advisor. I spoke with Kerry and set up a date and time that I would like to stop in. On the day that I arrive and no sooner than I could get out of my car Kerry was in the lot to greet me. From the time he introduced himself, I knew that my BMW experience was going to be great. To no surprise it was. Kerry was pleasant, not overbearing, very polite and attentive to my concerns and needs. Oh!! Let me not leave out patient. I know I drove Kerry crazy but he never showed a sign of being irritated by my indecisiveness.Come on its a BMW and I couldnt make up my mind between a sedan or a coupe. Any and everything I wanted to know Kerry explained it twice or Four times if I didnt understand. There was no pressure on me to buy the car and I didnt feel like he was taking advantage of me because I was a woman. I received great customer service from Kerry and was told that if I ever have any questions or concerns please dont hesitate to stop in or give him a call. What a Great experience Thanks Kerry. Fantastic dealership. I did all my research and price inquiries via emails with multiple dealerships. BMW of the Main Line was the first one to come back with EXACT items and associated numbers what I asked for. They did not say when can I come in to 'test drive' the car and not revealing any prices. They were very open to disclose information. I was also honest about my shopping so they knew they were competing with other dealerships. I went to the dealership just to appraise my car and I told them I was not going to make any decision that day. They honored my will and did not bother me with 'what can I do to make a sale today' speech. They came back with killer prices on BOTH new car and my trade-in. They demonstrated how willing they are to earn the business. I was there for 30 minutes. No time consuming negotiation or haggling back and forth with 'manager' or 'finance guy'. I slept on the deal and thought about it for one day. It was a great offer after all. Next day, I called them to close the deal and arranged for pick up. The smoothest car buying experience ever. They will be at the top of my list for next BMW purchase. If I were to point out something they could have done, it would be to include additional car selection with different options for possible up-sell. I asked for the very basic trim and they came back exactly what I asked for, but they could have added other choices just in case I would be interested. If the price is good, people might go for more expensive options. Just a thought. Overall, THE BEST dealership experience. Kerry Simmons, the sales person is fantastic.

I had simply a great experience with the service department. I live some distance from Main Line BMW so I took my electrical problem to a local "auto electrical expert" who couldn't fix it and misdiagnosed it. He guessed it would be $800 to $1000 to fix it. When I called the service writer Ed Hill he listened to my description and said it is often something much simpler causing that problem. I scheduled an appointment and requested service while I wait. Within less than an hour the mechanic Sean Fitzpatrick had fixed the problem ($80, not $800!) and had performed Main Line's courtesy inspection of the whole car. They identified several problems and those were exactly ones I was aware of but had not addressed or mentioned. So they were totally correct. My 540 is ten years old with 96,000 miles on it. I authorized the work, took the loaner car and returned today. My car rides like new. The dealership where I bought my car new just did not ever provide this level of quality and in fact had misdiagnosed things. This experience with Main Line was totally positive. I have had a few other more minor things done by them in the past, also with great results.

Over all I'm not a fan of this Dealer. If they feel like you make less then $100k per year they seem to treat you different. The reason I come here is because its less then 10min from my house. I can say though I had an Excellent experience with Bill & Geoff in service. These are some good guys and are fine examples of customer service.

I have bought 4 vehicles from this dealership ..and I live in Nj.I drive a distance because the salesman I use is beyond amazing.he is worth the drive.I started at this dealersip in my 20's...I'm now in my 40's and 4 cars later...I'm still hooked on bmwMy sales person used to pick up my car in Nj just to get it serviced in Pa for me( he lives in NJ too) ...try finding any sales person with that kind of stellar service.I have looked at other dealerships...the one in Marlton Nj is a bunch of scammers...Dont ever buy a car or service your car there( they charged me for a tire I never got and I drove off with a bad tire and a baby in the car)..... I should have sued them,I could have had an accident.Anyway, steve Vlasses is the best sales guy ever.I trust him 100%. and we all know we don't usually trust car salesman.but steve is a great and honest guy.love my new x5...!

While driving to work one morning, I had the dreaed TPMS monitor pop-up on my dash. So I drove directly into BMW Main Line to see what could be done. I had purchased the BMW tire/rim warranty through Main Line when I ordered my BMW. To my surprise, BMW Main Line has specific service employees for TPMS and my car was looked at within 5 minutes while coming in with no prior warning/notice to Main Line. I ended up having a nail in my tire which was causing the TPMS. Bill had my tire replaced for free (under the BMW tire/rim warranty) and I was out of the dealership in less than an hour. I couldn't ask for better service.

After moving to the Ft. Washington area, with West German BMW only a mile from my home and being an avid BMW enthusiast, I was excited that there was a BMW Center so close by. My excitement shortly turned to disappointment the first time I called to check the availability of an E-60 M-5. As a busy executive, courtesy and convenience are two factors that effect by buying decisions. On my way to a meeting in Bala Cynwyd, I drove past BMW of the Main Line and decided I would stop in on my way home. At first I thought the BMW Center was a little off the beat and path but decided to have my secretary call and make an appointment with a sales person(client adviser). She sent a message to my black berry that I would be meeting with Douglas Walter. When I first arrived I was a little confused as to where to park however a very courteous lot attendant pointed me to the parking lot clearly labeled BMW Customer Parking. I was greeted by Douglas at the receptionists desk, was offed a beverage, and escorted to his office where he gathered my information and truly understood what I was looking for. After purchasing many vehicles over the years, I genuinely thought that this was a different kind of car buying experience. There was no typical "can I have your drivers license" and just writing down my information on a multi-layered customer information sheet. Doug was very personable, professional and most of all extremely knowledgeable of his product. Needless to say, not only did Doug earn my business but the business of my wife, family members and colleagues. In my opinion the short ride from Ft. Washington to Bala Cynwyd is well worth it. It sure is hard to find professional, courteous, knowledgeable sales people these days and I will continue to do business with BMW of the Main Line knowing that they truly have a talented staff especially with Douglas Walter.

A friend who had purchased two cars from Doug recommended that I go to Doug when I was shopping for a new car. I was shopping other dealers (Audi and Mercedes). The audi dealership wouldn't even return calls or emails. The Mercedes dealer gave me info over the phone and then on a return call i discovered he over promised options for the price he quoted. Doug was honest and up front throughout. I originally looked at a 128i and he was very honest about the options that I would get. He undersold the car.

This is by far the worst service I have ever recieved and I am highly disappointed with BMW of Mainline. I made an appointment to have my oil changed on Wedenesday April 6, 2010. My appointment was scheduled for Tuesday April 13, 2010 at 9:30am. I arrived at the BMW of Mainline at approx 9:11am for my oil change appointment. I was checked in by a lady at the front desk and I was told that Bill would be right with me. He was currently with a client and meanwhile two other people walked in to also see Bill. There were four other people in the sevice department sitting at their desks doing absolutely nothing at all but Bill at this time had a total of three people waiting to see him including me. After about 30mins of waiting I asked the lady that checked me in if there was anyone else who could help me other than Bill and she replied " Bill likes to write up his own appointments". She then turned to Bill and said, " You know this young lady is also waiting for you right?" Bill had no clue that I was waiting "specifically for him" the whole 1/2 hour I sat there waiting for assistance. At this time it is 10:05am and I have now been waiting for 35mins for someone who has no idea he was supposed to help me. Finally someone with common sense grasps the idea that Bill needs HELP!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! The lady that checked me in started assigning myself and the other two people that were waiting for Bill, to the other service people who were sitting there doing noting!!!!!!!! I got a lady named Debbie. She printed out my paperwork and gave me the information needed to get my loaner car, which was a pitiful Hyundai Elantra. Finally, I was able to go home and wait until they called me to let me know that my car was ready. At appox 2:45pm, I recieved a call from Bill stating that they had gotten backed up and he wanted to know if it were ok if they get to my car the next day. If I was upset before I left the service department, now I am livid!!!!!!!!!!!!! I told Bill that under no circumstances was it ok for him to get to my car the next day espcially not after setting a appointment for 9:30am that morning. There is no reason whatsoever BMW or anyone else needs to keep my car for 24hrs for a oil change!!!!!!!!! I told Bill that if he could not have my car completed by the end of their business day, that I would be there to pick it up within 10mins and I would take it to another dealership to have it changed. He called me back an hour later to say it was ready. I took my car to this dealership because it is only three blocks from my house but with the kind of service they offer, I would rather drive an hour to the Doylestown BMW because they have far better customer service. Needless to say, I will never ever purchase a BMW or bring my BMW to the BMW of Mainline again. A personal friend of mine had warned me about this specific dealership as she had poor service from them before while she was shopping for her BMW but I decided to give them a try and they failed miserably.

I was scared of going because of all the bad reviews. But all I had to get done was to tighten up a heat shield that came loose under my car. anyways i called them up around 11am and they said i can just swing by and let them take a look. then i arrived around 1pm to find the dealership service area empty. then a technician came out to try to take a look but he said he needs to lift up the car, so he went inside to get a SA. The SA came out again and this time we ducked down and i showed him the loose heat shield, and he said he will take care of it right now. he drove the car away into the garage i suppose and i waited in the waiting area. after about 20min, he drove my car back and handed me the keys saying they secured it. i then followed him into the cashier and to my surprise, he said it was free of charge! i was so excited and i went out and checked out under the car and the heat shield is all properly secured. this was a great experience at Main Line and I would just like to point out that all these bad reviews did deter me from going at first, but I really had a great experience in dealing with them and I cant say I agree with the low ratings.

Visited the showroom in late August looking for a 328. Personnel did not really seem to care one way or the other about selling the car. Was not impressed at all - even the facility itself is in great need of remodeling/updating. One does not feel as though he/she is shopping in the dealership of an upscale automobile line.Was going to return to the dealership this week, as I still was in the market for the new 328. I was going to return to Main Linne, only because it is close to my home. For some reason, the night before I was going out, I found this wbesite. Needless to say, after reading the reviews on here, I quickly changed my mind. It is the only BMW dealership which has so many consistently bad reviews. One or two might be a fluke - but nearly all custumers said the same thing - "stay away!"I was fortunate enough to be find Daniels BMW in Allentown. It is right off the Lehigh Valley exit of the NE extension - about an hour from the Main Line. I strongly, strongly, suggest that anyone who reads these reviews and is looking for a great shopping/service experience check out Daniels. It really is a world-class act.

ABSOLUTELY THE WORST CUSTOMER EXPERIENCE WHEN IT COMES TO SERVICE!!! My wife and my brother-in-law both have BMW's purchased from this dealer. We were very pleased with our sales man/point of contact. However, I have listened to them both complain consistently about how they are treated when taking their cars in for service. Not to jump to conclusions, I have been present or personally taken their cars in for service to ascertain for myself. Horrific is not an exageration about the treatment. They treat you as if you have no other choice. My wife has had her cell phone stolen from the rental after accidentally leaving it in the car on return. After questioning, I first was told that they checked the vehicle and didn't find it. When I asked to speak to that individual I was told that he did not infact check the vehicle but they are sure there was no phone. We are questioned if we did in fact purchase certain service plans and to provide the paperwork. We bought said plans at Main line and in this new age I find it impossible that they don't have our information recorded.The service does not reflect the fact that you have chosen to have a relationship with a luxury vehicle and the extra cost that comes with that decision. Quite frankly, I myself have two other BMW's not purchased from this dealer and I refuse to carry them there for service. If they treat customers who have purchased from them in this manner then I shudder how my vehicles will be treated!!!I could go on and on but that would be excessive. Now I am looking at having service done in Delaware or New Jersey. Having been treated so badly for so long I will gladly cross a bridge if i know that I will feel satisfied that BMW's service is as astounding as it's cars!!!

This dealer is by far the worst BMW dealer I have ever been to, They are rude, cocky and snobby. I have taken my business elsewhere to West German BMW (bought a Z4M there) and have gone to Devon Hill BMW a few times for service among other things, BOTH of these dealers are alot friendlier and nicer. I will NEVER recommend anyone to buy ANYTHING from Main Line.

I WOULD NEVER TAKE MY CAR BACK TO THIS DEALER AGAIN! I bought my 2007 530xi from this dealer. After i bought the car I never got a call from them asking how I like it. nothing!!! Then I bought this insurance that they offered when i bought the car to replace the key for free for the next 5 years if anything happens to it. Well when something happened to one of my keys guess what, NOT ONE PERSON KNEW ABOUT THIS OPTION IN THE SERVICE DEPARTMENT. One man asked me if I made this up. While I was there one of the service girls said about 10 profanities because her computer was giving her trouble. Now I am a younger guy and I really dont mind the words she was saying, but it is not professional at all and there were many older people sitting in the waiting area that could hear her. I had moved from Horsham area and From now on I will only ever deal with Thompson BMW. I bought my last BMW from there. They are simply amazing! whenever I take my car in I get a choice of what kind of BMW I want for that day. The dealer makes you feel like family and not just another number in their books!!! make sure to check them out! also Neil from service is great! They really know what they are doing!

WOuld not recommend this dealer to anyone.!!! Very bad service from day 1. they lied to me regarding a sales offer they had then when i left they called me to tell me they didn't have the offer anymore. Of course I had paid the deposit at that time. Also, when I changed my mind about the car, they told me that I could not get the deposit back since I signed that it was non-refundable on the agreement. I strongly advise you not to sign anything with this dealer before you talke it to your lawyer for review!! Or better not to sign anything at all.Good luck

Liars! I was told over phone, when asked specifically, that there are no rebates at the time. However, I knew that there was a big rebate being offered by many BMW dealerships around the area at that time of the year. I only mentioned to him that I was aware of rebates being offered by other dealerships, and he was quick to say, "Let me check my records...oh yes, we have a rebate going on for a free Premium Package!" which was exactly what I wanted to hear in the first place!!I'd have been cheated if I didn't know any better. Avoid this dealer.

I was highly disapointed with the overall performance of this delaership. I recently moved to Philadelphia and BMW of main line was the closest dealership from my house.when i first called in to check the inventory they assured me that the car is in stock and quoted me a lease price.After visiting the dealership and Sales rep was trying to pull stuff as the car is already sold or someone left a deposit.but i want to take delivery today he can manage something.after pulling my credit and such he informs me that the price he quoted for the lease offer wasn't the correct oneand it would actually be lot more than what he quoted.well the car price was lot lower than other quoted i have received but then again the car i got was had bare minimumm option. and other delaership didn't even carry sucha base model.This is the first time i have leased a car, and was unaware of different fees and charges and i was totally manipulated in signing doc'swell, i still went through the purchase but i truly wasn't happy and will definately not refer them to anyone

My windshield was smashed by ice and I took it here to have it replaced and a dent in the aliminum center console fixed (2006 330i). I left it with them while I was out of the country for three weeks. When I got back the car was still not done! I went right on vacation when I got back and talked to them about making sure I had the car ready when I got back or at a bare minimum a loaner. The car was not ready for another week and they were originally denying me a loaner (pulled me out of line for a rental car to give me one). All in all, they had my car over a month for a windshield! They tried to blame it on insurance adjuster. Worst part was they weren't the least bit apolegetic about the experience. Couldn't imagine much worse of an experience.
