My husband and I had a wonderful experience leasing our first BMW from Turnersville BMW. Our story with BMW started 3 years ago at another BMW dealership that I will not mention. I received such terrible service that I vowed I would never give that BMW dealership my business. Three years later our current lease is coming due and we are shopping again. I want to revisit BMW. Turnersville BMW is further from my Marlton home so I contacted the internet sales department out of convenience. I worked with Kristina Pruitt. She was eager to earn my business. She provided me with the needed details regarding the X1, vehicles currently on the lot, pricing, deals, etc. Kristina enticed us to visit the showroom! Upon arriving we worked with Sales Associate Joel Apfelbaum. He is professional, kind, and courteous. He respected our time restrictions knowing that we had child care in place at home. He provided a fantastic test drive on Turnersvilles test track and got right down to business. Together with Sean, the finance manager, Joel put us right into the vehicle we wanted at the price we needed to be at. I am confident that traveling a little further to Turnersville BMW was and always will be well worth it!! They have an amazing team in place to take you from introduction to delivery. Looking forward to a long relationship with Turnersville BMW.

First and foremost I have to say that I am a loyal BMW car owner. This will be the fourth one I have purchased and love everything about the car and the company. To start, the sales team is not pushy at all. Christian Talamini was great throughout the transaction. We walked Christian through all of our requirements for this purchase and he met them without fail. He was never pushy nor did he come off like a typical car salesman but I wouldn't expect that from your dealership either. The manager Kevin was extremely professional all throughout the transaction as well. We are very happy BMW owners and would highly recommend customers stopping by to see their current inventory on site or on line. Their inventory boasted a robust amount of 3 and 5 series for us to choose from which gave us some great options.

I switched dealerships from a long time relationship that had gotten worse over the years. Scott and Christian reaffirmed my hope that this could be a pleasant experience. They insured it wasn't about them leasing me a car but about ME leasing from them. I felt like a customer again!They listened to what I wanted and how I needed this to work with my schedule and office staff to coordinate. We found the car and settled the deal verbally and then set a date when this could be finalized efficiently and in under an hour.I showed up as scheduled and everything was ready to go! The paper work was ready and took under 30 mins to go through and then an intro to the car and its new features and I was mobile, out of the lot in under an hour - happy!!Plus, they are both just genuinely nice guys that you want to do business with. Very professional and friendly.

In my mind I wanted better engineering. I found the 2013 X3 I wanted online. We walked into the dealership and Tom Dougherty readily made himself available to assist. He was knowledgeable, professional and respectful. He made an offer I could not refuse. After my purchase, I had a number of questions. Tom was genuinely willing to answer my questions and offer any assistance he could. This level of assistance I have never experienced when purchasing a new vehicle. The lease on my wife's ultra-low mileage 328 Xi was ending and we needed something a little bigger. Christian Talamini listened to what my wife liked about her 328 and showed us the 328 Xi GT, which we were unaware of at the time. He let her test drive it, showed her the features and that was it. Having that done, we had to figure out what options we wanted. We knew we didn't want GPS, so he suggested we build one custom with everything she wanted and nothing she didn't. It was a great car buying experience.

Before going to Turnersville, I went on their website to check out their inventory. My lease on my 328xi was coming to an end and I was looking for a good deal on something a little different. I found a 328xi GT on their site and called up to see if there would be any deals on it and if it was available to lease. Christian Talamini answered and he was able to pull the car up and have it ready when I arrived. He knew my price range and some of my preferences and we had a deal done within minutes. I have never had such an easy, stress-free car buying experience.

I had already done my research and read reviews online before visiting this dealership. Christian Talamini is one name that stood out in a lot of reviews that were put online. I never knew who he was or what he looked like but thank my lucky stars that he was the first one to greet me on that day when I entered the dealership. We recently visited BMW of Turnersville to test drive a new 650i Gran Coupe. We were greeted by a Client Advisor, Tom Dougherty who was extremely polite, knowledgeable and immediately gained our trust. The dealership is bright and clean, they have an extensive new car inventory, and the staff are extremely friendly and inviting. I received a fair deal and we live 2 miles from another BMW dealership, but chose to buy our new car from BMW of Turnersville based upon our initial experience with Tom Dougherty. We have not been disappointed.Everyone at this dealership from Tom Dougherty, to Roberto "Tito" Gonzalez in the Parts Department, to Jeff Spilsbury, the General Manager, go the extra mile to ensure that our needs are fulfilled and we enjoy our beautiful car. After going to all the BMW dealerships around the area I honestly couldn't be any more happier that I chose to go with Turnersville BMW. I came in a little hesitant being a young woman by myself but Christian made me feel so welcomed and comfortable he took the fear right away of but Christan made it so easy.... I'll say my credit isn't great so I was little nervous and I wanted to get approved for a lease I swear he tried so hard and he got me approved and got me exactly the payment that I was looking for never in million years would I think at 19 I would have a leased for a brand-new BMW thank you so much Christan forMaking my car buying experience fun and easy and getting me the deal I wanted. Never had such a wonderful car-buying experience as this! We just went in for regular maintenance on our BMW sedan and ended up buying a pre-owned BMW X5- all under 3 hours!!! And nick was wonderful and very knowledgeable with repairs, very courteous too. Adam was just excellent! No hard sell and we love that!!! He was very hopeful, went out of his way to show us the wonderful features of the X5! Love the whole experience! I have to commend Theo. He does a fantastic job. He is professional, competent, informed and goes the extra mile to provide both an extra level of service as well as a pleasant experience. All that and he's a smooth operator to boot. He is a definite asset to your department. I also want to say some nice things about Joy who handled my initial and later calls into the department. She has a great phone demeanor and professionalism. I had an issue that, though minor, rendered my close to new car unusable (broken wind shield wiper). Despite the fact that recent weather power outages had your dept very backed up, she worked with others there to find a way to get it taken care of. She and Theo did an awesome job.

I would like to say that it was a pleasure to buy a vehicle here at BMW of Turnersville. My salesman name was Christian. I drove from the Jersey Shore to come here and look at a used vehicle the trip took me about 90 minutes. I spoke to Christian on the phone before I left and told him what I was looking to spend on the vehicle he told me the asking price and what I was offering was close so he said come on down and we will see what we can do. He stood by his word as we did negotiate and I was very happy with the price. The vehicle was detailed nicely as I was doing the paperwork. There was no pressure or pushing of any additional sales. I would like to say that it was a pleasure to buy a vehicle here at BMW of Turnersville. My salesman name was Christian. I drove from the Jersey Shore to come here and look at a used vehicle the trip took me about 90 minutes. I spoke to Christian on the phone before I left and told him what I was looking to spend on the vehicle he told me the asking price and what I was offering was close so he said come on down and we will see what we can do. He stood by his word as we did negotiate and I was very happy with the price. The vehicle was detailed nicely as I was doing the paperwork. There was no pressure or pushing of any additional sales. I asked if they could mail me my license plates when they come in as I live 90 minutes away and they did mail them to me using FedEx. I highly recommend BMW of Turnersville to everyone.

I was interested in buying my first car last year and I heard positive reviews of this dealership in the area. I was approached by Christian Talamini (Client Advisor) and he had helped to build my new car that was customized through the website. He was very approachable, friendly, and knowledgeable about the vehicle. Any questions that I had were quickly answered through email. The test drive around the course was exciting and I knew more about the car than I had previously thought. I was also surprised that when the car arrived, it was detailed by the dealership. OK, so only 4 stars for price but this has nothing to do with BMW of turnersville. Beemers are more expensive than the normal US car to care for. Fact of life, end of story. My wife and i have owned 7 of them across our lifetime and we love them. Most importantly, when she leaves the house, I know she is returning safely and you can't put a price on that.As for the dealership, top notch with great employees. My two service advisors i deal with are Mark West and Theo. Almost family members. Again, great staff who will do their best to work with you.

I have been searching for BMW 5 series 2011 & 2012 for almost 2 weeks straight. Every other Car I see online , I am told that please come at the dealership we will have the car ready as soon as you go there someone already bought the car or that car didnt pass inspection (the same dealer story everywhere I went & some people charge some way to crazy Dealer prep fees).I also wanted to trade in my car , for which I didnt get that great price from any other dealer I went to. So Yesterday I made up mind to buy any of the 5 series (for the model year mentioned above) that Ill come across . By luck I end up stopping at BMW Turnersville and believe me every min. I stayed there was worth it . I was introduced to Christian Talamini (client advisor) who helped me understand what will be my best options and what cars fits under my budget. I didnt have that great credit and my trade car was not in good condition. So with the help of Christian I ended up leasing a new BMW 5 series with all the option great interior , heads up display and a lot of mileage for a year. Guess what my trade was appraised at a very higher rate than any other dealer . I would suggest anyone stopping by BMW Turnersville please go to Christian he knows what he is doing and have that motivation to get you in the new vehicle , the one that you want . It started with working with Kevin who knew that our time is very limited. He was able to get Rob on board to assist us. Rob, the sales consultant, helped us with any answers we needed. With his help, we understand everything that was going on and would not hesitate to return to see him in the future if we are interested in another vehicle. Jason put all the paperwork together, was able to explain what all the paperwork was all about. Kevin coordinated the process so my wife and I were not tied up for hours. I test drove the bmw i3 at the philly green fest during the summer. I enjoyed the drive and the possibility of not having to purchase gas. One day on my way home from work, I went into BMW of my laurel to inquire about the car. I was first ignored when I went into the dealership, then the salesperson at BMW of MT laurel did not know anything about the i3 car. I left that dealership and went to edmunds.com and requested a quote from BMW turnersville. Kristy the Internet sales person called me and put me in touch with Stephen Papaycik. That night I spoke to Steven about the car I wanted and he was able to explain all the features I was interested in. I went into the dealership a couple of days later to speak with him. Steven made leasing a car so easy. I have purchased many luxury vehicles in the past. This is by far the best experience I've had. Today I picked up the car, I met Jason the finance manager who also was awesome and made the experience worry free. Those guys at BMW of turnersville have made a BMW driver out of me, and I recommend everyone to go there.

I had just purchased a new 435i Gran Coupe and I have to say that after purchasing over 34 cars personally and as a purchasing agent for a family corporation having purchased over 1000 cars, this is the first time that from inception to exchanging a check for the keys that it was a sheer pleasure. Rob Rose is one of the best BMW Sales Consultants I have encountered over the years. It was a pleasure working with him when I recently traded in my 2008 BMW 328i and leased the brand new 328i xDrive Active Hybrid. Mr. Rose did a spectacular job listening to all of my needs, showing me only what fit my requirements and once we found the perfect package, explaining the new technology and how all the bells and whistles worked in the new vehicle. He offered me the opportunity to test drive a few of the vehicles to ensure I was comfortable with how the drive felt prior to making my final decision. I was super excited when I realized there was a private track where I could test drive cars, as I never had that experience at another BMW dealership. Mr. Rose was also thorough with the paperwork process, had it flow effortlessly, which made it a painless experience. I have just picked up my dream car 2015 BMW x5 X35i from this dealer Yesterday on 8-21-14 and all i can say is WOW ! What an amazing experience. From the moment me and my dad first set foot through their door all the way up to the time of delivery, the Entire team of BMW of Turnersville have gone above and beyond for me and my car. Excellent communication to organization and professional service. They have an excellent staff and special shout out to my friends Adam, Joel, and Jason (in Finance) !!!! They have friendly staff, excellent service, and will satisfy all of your car needs. I would also like to specially thank Joel for spending almost 40 mins with me going over the amazing features that this car has to offer and he MADE SURE that i fully understood all the features thoroughly and he never showed signs of fatigue when i had asked him at least 25+ questions throughout his in-dept walk-through of my car. I approached this dealership as a result of a referral from a BMW Corporate employee who spoke highly of dealership and in particular Adam Feinstein and Paul Naegele. My goal was to literally purchase my dream car that I have been wanting for 10+ years but the stars never quite aligned until now. The purchase would be for a 2015 BMW M3, a highly sought after and difficult car to get an allocation. At first this would be just a single purchase but quickly escalated into a complex nearly year long process of planning an European Delivery with buyers from all over the country. My CA Adam agreed to support my crazy dream with the full support of Sales Manager Paul to be the lead dealership in this major event. I will tell you that the path was not easy with little information and firm dates to plan against it was literally a daily project requiring the dealership to appease my proactive attempts at locking down orders and guiding me through the process. I came in looking to upgrade my Optima for a 535 posted on the dealer's website. From the first moment my husband and I stepped through the door, we were greeted and impressed with Christain's professionalism and knowledge about their stock. Jason Coulter was very knowledgeable about the process and explained the paperwork and details in easy to understand terms. It was a pleasure to work with Jason and he made the process very tolerable. A lot of car dealerships make you feel like you don't understand the process, but Jason definitely helped us understand our options. Kevin Franco was a life-saver in our car buying situation. He was friendly, knowledgeable and direct. He was able to be flexible to find us the best deal for the best price for our situation. We are having a baby in just a few short weeks and he was able to help us find the best car and weight our options as he also just had a baby recently. Kevin was invaluable and indispensable in our car buying process. Adam Feinstein helped us understand our new car and helped set up our satellite and BMW assist. He set up our phones for us and helped show us how to program our settings. He was able to show us tricks we would have never known about the specific features on our new car. BUYER BEWARE ... Unless you can afford to purchase a brand new vehicle from Turnersville BMW in New Jersey do not even consider going to this dealership! When purchasing a new vehicle you know that this vehicle has come from the factory and you are the only owner so you are aware of the history of the vehicle. Unfortunately there are some people like myself that have always wanted a BMW and consider buying a used one as a means if getting the vehicle they want without the huge price tag. So I have researched the BMW 5 series relentlessly and knew exactly what I was looking for and some of the things to look for when purchasing a used vehicle. So after searching for a long time I found a vehicle I was extremely interested in a BMW 530i and sent my husband to look at it. After getting his phone call saying the car appeared to be in great shape the salesman Steve insisted he do a credit check to make sure he qualified for the car which I knew would not be a problem we have excellent credit. After he runs my husbands credit he tells him we are approved no problem and is trying to talk my husband into signing for the car right then and there ... My husband insisted that I needed to come look at the car which we made arrangements to go back that very night. After we arrived we both took turns taking the car for a test drive, the car was beautiful and in amazing shape for being a 2005. But shortly after we arrived at the test track I noticed a strong burning smell which I kept mentioning to Steve the salesman which he assured me it was nothing more that a filter that needed to be changed. In addition I noticed a couple other minor things that needed to be addressed. So when we go back inside the dealership I was inquiring further about the smell because it really smelled like something was burning which I knew was not going to be fixed by changing a filter. So again Steve was insistent that we sign the papers and that we could pick the car up on Saturday since we couldn't do it Friday and that they would have everything ready to go. I told the salesman that there was no way I would sign papers for a car which was not fixed because if we came on Saturday to pick up the car that we would be stuck with a car that already was not functioning properly since there was no warranty the car was as is. So Steve walks away to go discuss it with his sales manager and over walks Kevin the sales manager who assures me everything will be fixed. So then I remember to inquire about when was the last time the car had an oil change which he could not give me an answer. Kevin did inform me that the car was as is which I knew and he said that if I wanted a oil change that I would need to pay for that myself my mouth about hit the floor that here I am purchasing a car from your dealership which you can't even tell me when the car had an oil change but that you want me to pay for it and it would be $120.00. After our discussion about the car Kevin then walks away and returns with a coupon for a discount on the oil change as if to add salt to the wound but I really liked the car and wanted it so I let it go. Before we left the dealership that night my husband and I are talked into putting a deposit on the car so no one else can purchase it before we picked it up on Saturday so we did. So we leave the dealership and it is really bothering me that this smell in the car is so strong so Friday I decide to call my mechanic and he tells me to bring the car down to be looked at he told be there was no way a dirty filter would be causing a burning smell. In addition he told me that he could hook the car up to the computer to see if any warning codes were recently cleared because apparently if codes are cleared it could take up to three days for them to come back on which obviously would be a major problem for us since the car has no warranty. Not only do I have no car but the sales manager tried to pull a fast one on me lied through his teeth. After about 15 minutes my phone rings again and it is Kevin the sales manager calling back to further discuss us purchasing the car I again told him that I was not interested in purchasing the car and just wanted my deposit back Kevin then advises me that they were willing to fix the car which would cost around $700 but only if I was willing to come that night and sign the paper work. My mouth just about hit the floor again I felt like I was being treated as if I was a complete idiot because I was a woman. Who in their right mind would ever even consider purchasing a car which they know is defective and you have been lied to about it not once but numerous times. I again reiterated that I did not want to purchase the car and that I just wanted my money to be returned. At this point it has been several days and still my deposit has not been refunded and not only has it not been refunded but every time I call the dealership I am told that it has been which again is obviously not the truth. So the bottom line is if want to purchase a used car this is not the place for you to go. I don't ever want anyone to go through what I have dealt with and looks like I will have to continue to deal with until my deposit is refunded. My dreams of owning a BMW are down the drain I will never even consider another BMW unless I win the lottery and can purchase a brand new one which I would never do from this dealership. And finally I will be contacting the better business bureau as well as corporate BMW to make them aware of my experience.

I have never had a worse car buying experience. First, we drove over an hour to this particular dealership because they had a car in stock that we specifically wanted. We contacted the dealership at 3:30 pm and were told the car was still available. When he got there, we were informed that the car was sold at 11:30 in the morning. The only explanation they could provide was that person who told us the car was available was actually off-site and only checks the inventory in the morning. The manager assured us he could find a similar car for a similar price, so we did stay. However, it took them literally a half hour to find the car and bring us to see it. When my fiance decided he wanted to see a different color, that took another half hour, and they never found the car! Clearly they are not aware of their inventory. When it came to price, they brought out a piece of paper with a price that was nowhere near what the original car we came in for was priced at. When we tried to negotiate down, the salesman took the papers from us and stuck out his hand and said well, were too far apart. It was nice to meet you. I felt like he practically kicked us out for trying to negotiate. Stay away from here! If they gave us the car for free at this point, I dont think Id go back.

Joel was excellent. He explained the vehicle and the offers that were currently available. He was very courteous and friendly. I had never met him before but spoke to him on the phone and made arrangements to meet him on a Saturday morning and he greeted us with enthusiasm but was never high pressure. I would buy from him again since this is my third BMW but I don't want to wait 1 hour and 45 minutes to have the paperworkprepared as was the case in this particular transaction. The dealership needs to improve in this category but it was not Joel's fault.

I dont know where to start..These guys are awesomeVery patient because I went into the BMW dealership at least 4 different times before I actually decided on purchasing my New car. I had a lot of questions, I require a lot of attention and can be very difficult at times..lol. I was always under the impression that car sales men could not be trusted and that they did not have the customers best interest at heart, only concerned with a sale but defiantly not the cases . Rob was very genuine, respectful, sincere and took his time working with me to get me a car at the price I can afford as well as working hard to get me the monthly payment I can afford. Jason from the financing department was hilarious and explained all the documents with a humor making the sighing a bit more easier to get through.We came across a few hick ups but I will say Rob was very accommodating and did everything in his power to ensure a smooth transition. He tread my husband and myself as family and he now has a customer for life ;)Amazing team over there in Turnersville and I am bragging to everyone I know to go check them out. Sincerely the Bowens

I purchased a used 2013 BMW 320 XI and I simply "LOVE IT"...My sales person Robert Rose was absolutely wonderful. He was not the typical pushy salesman that you would normally get at a dealership. Robert was very patient and took the time to see what kind of car I was interested in and helped me get the best find while still being within my budget. I traded in my old 2006 Honda and walked out with a 2013 Beamer. My overall experience there was great. Everyone was very helpful.. I am already recommending my friends to stop in and take a look. From start to finish, this BMW was the smoothest, most problem free and most professionally handled buying experience I have ever encountered. This dealerships customer service is world class and for at 60 years young that is saying a lot. In all my years of buying vehicles this was the most stress free deal of all. Everyone is so friendly and that always helps to make a buying experience easier to do. Rob Rose worked to get the paperwork all finished up, everything was like clock work. Kevin Franco has got his team working like a fine running BMW. Kevin made sure the car was checked out from top to bottom, that all manuals and keys got to me in a timely manner. He has also keep me updated as to the progress of my car being shipped to me. I will always remember this experience and I will never stop telling people were to go to get the best out of this world customer service.

Cant say enough good things about Scott and Kevin, They were able to get me financed at a great rate and into a great car, to say the least my credit isnt stellar but they were able to assit me, they listened to me and asked me what I cant spend and what Im able to spend and we took it from there, the car is great and im not disappointed at all, its a prewoned car and its almost in perfect shape, it needs new weather stripping across my windshield but thats the only issue I have with the car, ive already spoken very highly of this dealership, I work for a very large corporation in NJ and we pride ourselves on customer experience and BMW met and then exceeded that goal, my colleagues have been told about the great service, I will be buying another car from BMW and Scott will be my guy

I recently made my first BMW purchase at Turnesville BMW and have to say that it was the most pleasurable car buying experience I've ever had. My wife and I had been eyeing up certain cars online and walking lots on Sundays. We decided to take the next step and arrived at Turnersville BMW. Briana cordially introduced us to our sales advisor Scott Batt. I could tell right away that Scott was an owner of a BMW because no one talks so glowingly about a product with such sincerity unless they use it. He just talked about, and sang the praises of the design, and engineering of these "machines"so much that I couldn't wait to drive one, which he offered. I won't bore you with all the details, but Scott made it a no brainer without ever giving us a sales pitch. That's pretty good and I'm in sales. Scott, Jason and the team stayed late so I could leave with the car, which was totally unexpected. He spent time loading media and explaining what I needed to get home, and then I went back two days later and got the full tutorial. I couldn't be happier with the car and the way Scott treated us. He took away the stigmas that we sales people are sometimes given. I pulled away feelng comfortable with who I just did business with. I would strongly recommend Scott Batt and Turnersville BMW

I drove almost 200 miles to purchase my car from them. If I had to do it all over again I WOULD for sure. The dealerships that I've experienced just don't value customer service anymore. The dealer I worked with put me down when I didn't agree with the amount he offered for my car as a trade. He couldn't move past his number. Most times they will work with a customer but he didn't. I have done my homework now and will try another dealership.

I bought a 2006 750Li from this dealer about eight months ago. So far the gaskets went bad and costs me $4,000. The car was sold to be with an airbag problem which costs $1,100 to fix. The transmission gasket seals went bad and costs me $900 to fix. The transmission went bad and costs $5,000 to fix. When they were fixing my gaskets they kept my car for a month. The car was smoking and I had to bring it in twice to fix the problem. It took them four times to fix a blinker. I am not including service problems because every car needs to be serviced. I would NEVER buy a car from this dealership again.

I purchased a new vehicle from this dealership in August of 2011. This vehicle was obviously a 'lemon' as it was in the service shop for approximately 15 days in the first two months. Mr. Norton, the Service Manager (and I use the term Manager loosely in this reference) and his staff are unprofessional and unqualified to repair these vehicles. Mr. Norton had the nerve to tell me that 'I want to fix your vehicle because that is how we make money'. Mr. Norton - that is not something you tell an irrate customer who recently spent $45k on a car to find it in your service shop for a lengthy period of time in the first two months of ownership. The Service writers stink as well. Theodore aka 'Theo' never calls to provide an update of the status of a repair and Mark West calls but doesn't remember calling. They also had a problem duplicating an issue with my vehicle and said that they couldn't duplicate it and that the vehicle is 'performing as it should' and that if I don't pick up my vehicle I will be charged a rental fee for the loaner vehicle. Then I get a call saying that they duplicated the problem and that the vehicle is 'shaking violently'. After all o of this aggravation, I contacted the Penske Automotive Group to resolve the issue.They own this dealership. This by far was the most stressful and aggravating car buying experience I have ever had and will never buy from this dealership again!!!If you look at all of the BMW dealerships in NJ that are rated on this site, this dealership is the lowest and now I know why!!!

I fell for the Trucar.com bait & switch scam. Went to Turnersville after getting a very low price quote in response to my specifications vehicle through trucar. Trucar indicates the dealer will adjust off of that price base. In the end, their price was $3000 higher than Trucar quote because the vehicle was not in stock. It was in transit and could have been picked up by the dealer for their inventory and shipped to them with no added cost. They then low balled my trade by $2900 - $4000 depending on the others dealers I spoke with all whom had equal or better pricing on the new car. The other dealers were all consistent with KBBtrade and Manheim auction prices; all expected even though the vehicle was truly and excellent condition two year old BMW.DON"T FALL FOR THE trucar.com scam and shop elsewhere for your better deal.

My car was damaged during the flash floods we experienced early July here in New Jersey.I had my car towed to BMW Turnersville. I received outstanding service. the Advisor Mark West was very friendly, helpful. He kept me informed of the condition and the progress of my car's repairs via email and phone. And the end result is my car is good as new. Everybody who works at this dealership is very friendly and kind yet professional. This is my second BMW that I purchased from this dealer and I always have them do the maintenance and repairs and I don't think I'd ever buy another car anywhere else.

It's possible that my enthusiasm in buying my first BMW last Saturday is why I am writing this review and want to inform you that my experience was great. I've read what others have written and its sad to say but what dealership or mechanic isn't overpriced? Mr. Rose had great patience with me and my sidekick (the friend I brought along) the entire time there. I did not feel any pressure to purchase. Mr. Rose answered all my questions and entertained those of my sidekick. Once the decision was made to purchase I found the person I dealt with regarding finance, Kevin, was very professional and organized. I think the only reason why I was at this dealership for four hours was due to the thunderstorm and my unwillingness to get wet.

Purchased 2005 3 series at a time when Matt was there as sales mgr. No bs, arrived at a deal we could all live with. Since then, Tom the gm is gone, Matt the sales mgr has departed, much of sales staff and Andy in the service dept has turned over. The environment has changed. It shows.Repeatedly, I have gone in for service, tires, brakes etc and they continue to upsell or find important unexpected repairs for things not broken. I have sought second opinions from the Mt Laurel BMW dealer (after declining these ongoing unexpected expensive recommendations) and found Turnersville BMW to have outright lied to me. They are trying to generate business in their service dept. I will never purchase a car from them again. I get my car serviced at one of the other regional dealers.They smile and are reasonably friendly as relates to getting in and out, but I am tired of being lied to and there is a history of this behavior.

These guys are crooks. They charged me two hours ($250) for a "diagnostics test" and concluded that "You have a broken window" (WTF). They charged me two hours, but I witnessed the mechanic walking around and "doing other stuff", not working on my car, for 1.5 hours of the 2 hours they charged me. This dealership wanted $1,100 to fix a broken window. I took my X5 to "AJAX" on 6205 Passyunk Avenue in Philadelphia, got the front driver window replaced for $135 + tax, in and out of there in 30 minutes...This BMW dealership are full of crooks. I plan to contact the federal government and better business bureau of South Jersey to investigate fraud, time theft, and shenanigans they pull for overcharging on time.

purchased a 2004 certified 3Series in 2007.Started having problems with acceleration right after i passed 100K miles.Replaced Fuel pump at a local mechanic (impeccable service) then my engine died ,was told the engine cracked because I didn't install a BMW fuel pump.I was told I could puchase a new vehicle but that I would have to wrap the balance of the loan into the new vehicle.I didn't want to do that I thought BMW should take responsibility for the engine but was then told my car was too old.In the midst of all this my husbands BMW needed service ,when I was called to pick it up I was also having my '04 towed back to my home unbelievably they had my husbands car towed to my home and left my undrivable car at the dealer.when I got there my husbands car was gone and i was left with a car that didn't run,even m,ore unbelievably Heather blamed me and the tow truck driver.this used to be a great dealership but now it operates as though we should be grateful they want to sell us a car.can't wait to return my husbands car (he leases) just bought 2 beautiful Subarus.

I leased a 1 year old bmw from them back in 2007..I paid the car every month out of my 36 month lease on time.. As I got to the 33rd month in the lease I turned the car in because I had moved and wasn't going to be around that area...BMW tried to say I had 4000$ worth of damages on my car that was not "NORMAL WEAR AND TEAR"..what a**holes.. They said if you lease another one, we will take care of that for you...So they basically find minor things thats wrong with your car and then blow them up into ridiculous charges..My credit has been damaged because I refuse to pay them for bullshsit damage that was non-existent. I had two prior 3 year leases with Honda and had more wear and tear with those cars and didnt get charged..How can companies like this get away with that..?"IF YOU EVER LEASE A BMW FROM THEIR, BE PREPARED TO LEASE ONE FOR LIFE" BASTARDS..SO FOR 3 YEARS IT WOULD HAVE COST ME DAMN NEAR 25000$ TO LEASE a 1 year old bmw 328i..Really with paying them for these invisible damages...thats what it came to..do the math..2400$ down - 475 a month * 36 MONTHS. 17,100...PLUS 4000$ in phantom damages.unfortunately i wasn't in a good financial sitaution when i turned in the car and couldn't afford another bmw... So i'm stuck with a 4000$ collectionI would strongly advise no one to ever lease from here..

Complete ripoff place. If you have done your homework, don't even bother to go there. You will be leaving right after you get an answer to your offer or their counteroffer.I went there a couple of times in the space of 3 months of 2008 looking to purchase a new 3-series. Made one offer on a vehicle "out the door price". Their counter offer was 3 grand over that. No thanks. Little discount on the price and the trade in was low balled by more than 2 grand. Got up and left.Went back 6 weeks later. They had a vehicle that was a better match than the previous visit to what I wanted. Made my offer. They declines. When I looked at their number, they only offered a $500 discount on price and REALLY lowballed me on the trade in. I almost ran out of the building. I went home and did the math. The deal proposed was bad - real bad. It would have resulted in a profit of almost 5 grand for them. Guess what... That was my money - money I was not prepared to fork out to these crooks. Thank heaven i had done some homework.I wrote an e-mail to the GM. No reply. But I did notice that the two salesmen who worked with me on my visits did not last long there. The salesmen there must be starving - with management that wishes to gouge the customers - it was a miracle they even got a paycheck there.I check this dealership's web site on occasion and have noticed that there has been a decent amount of turnover there. I wonder why? I'll tell you why - people know when they are being ripped off and take their business elsewhere. I did.Do yourself a favor and stay away from this place. Your wallet will thank you for it.

My Family and I have brought 8 BMWs' from this dealership since 2006. Since mid 2009, the company fired many key positions including my sales manager Matt. I was told the new Manager is a family memeber of the president of the complex. Let me say he is rude and unprofessional. I will only get my car service there but will not buy another BMW from there. I have found out that Matt have moved to Mainline BMW across the bridge, my next car will be from Mainline BMW !!!!
