The salesperson I worked with made the car buying experience very easy with no headaches. I would say it was easily one of the best car buying experiences I have had. Unfortunately most other departments at the dealership do not meet expectations.

I would give this place less than one star if I could. Bought a vehicle, it was driven to me from out of state. Vehicle arrived to me with bald tires and a cracked windshield. I text the dealer they said they would get back to me. They never did, the ignition system went bad and I have to pay over 1 thousand dollars to get it fixed within the first month of purchase. I text the salesman again was told I would be taken care of, he never texted me again. I paid 1200 dollars for new tires then went for an engine check because the malfunction light was on exhaust hangers were bad, 02 sensors where bad, the solenoid was leaking. I called this dealership talked to the sales manager and was told they can't do anything. This place is horrible don't do deals with them. Best part is when you tell them about problems a car you bought from them just a few months ago and they say and I quote. "What do you want me to do about it."

Stopped in to order a replacement key. The young guy in the service department was great... Knowledgeable and friendly to boot!

STAY AWAY!! Worst experience of my life. I took my car in for a simple oil change and 2 weeks later my engine is blown at 70k. I took my car to a subsequent shop to get a second opinion and they stated that my car was 2 to 3 quarts low on oil thanks to BMW of Tuscaloosa. And of course BMW would not take any responsibility for this mishap. Here I am 4 months later with my car still at BMW, still nothing. You guys didn't offer any incentives or apologies for your mistake at all. Btw, thanks Shana for all that you do and did for me. Tim thanks for your lack of knowledge not being aware of what it takes to be a good service agent but acting like you are. You was just doing your job and saving the company money right.. You didn't know there was a TSB out on the car prior to me bringing it to your attention and a good agent would have known that. Kevin Riche (Genaral Manager) thanks for your lies. Thank you for letting my car sit there for months with no clear understanding of how to move forward no yes we will or we want, no nothing. You guys are the best..

Did a wonderful job, Even advise me about the wrong oil filter.
