I just purchased my 1st BMW 3 series overall was an excellent experience. Michael Castro, BMW Client Advisor Specialist, was very knowledgeable and courteous. He made the process smooth and hassle free. The Sales Manager was also very helpful and professional, he made the financing process easy and stress free. All the staff smiled and was friendly. Michael answered all the questions I had and took care of my needs. This dealership is the best around they offer great services & always offer customers to reach out with any questions or concerns. A staffer also gave me a quick class on how my new car works, this was very helpful being a 1st time customer. These cars have so many outstanding features. BMW of Visalia I would recommend to anyone looking to buy a new car. And don't forget to ask for Michael Castro!!

My husband and I are from out of town and have been in the market for new cars. We came across BMW of Visalia and we were pleased with the level of professionalism, transparency and outstanding customer service we received from Michael Castro and the owner. With having a newborn and being out of town, the last thing I want to do is stay at a dealership for 3 hours. However, Michael Castro and owner were able to expedite the process at the comfort of our home so all we had to do was sign papers and drive off within an hour! Michael Castro helped us look and answer questions of two cars. We appreciated their service so much we walked away with both cars a 2021 5 series and a 2018 X3! Thank you for your genuine customer service and looking out for us, we are very grateful!

After weeks of searching for a CPO BMW 335i, I came across a particular car in Visalia. I spoke to Mike regarding this particular vehicle. For me, this meant a plane ride to Fresno and then an eight hour drive home. But this car was the color we wanted, the wheels we wanted and the packages we wanted. So after a couple phones calls and email exchanges. We got right to the point, price. Next thing you know, I'm on a flight to Fresno. Job well done

My wife and I are probably a dealerships worst type of buyers; low credit score, negative equity in our trade-in, and low down payment. However, the great team at BMW of Visalia treated us as if we were going to buy a new vehicle with cash. They treated us with respect, courtesy, and like family. The longest portion spent in our car buying experience was removing our belongings from our trade in. These guys were amazing and made the car buying expierence enjoyable. I live in the bay area, 200 miles away from Visalia. At first I wasn't sure about spending 3 hours driving there would be worth it, but Shayne Roberts was so responsive, honest and helpful with all my questions by phone, email or texts. I fell in love with a 2015 Certified Pre-Owned M3 on the BMW of Visalia website. Talked with Shayne, who seemed completely trustworthy with a low-pressure style, worked out numbers on a trade-in, and on that basis traveled down from the Bay Area to take a look. The car completely exceeded my expectations and Shayne is a genuine nice guy. We did the paperwork that night and Shayne drove the M3 all the way to the Bay Area next day (over 10 hours RT with traffic), taking my existing car back in trade. I cannot think how the process could have been easier. So while BMW dealers in the Bay Area are asking thousands over MSRP for rarer models, I will be going back to Visalia in the future.

We walked into the dealership we saw an ad online of an suv we admired and we drove down from Fresno they had the vehicle ready it was very clean and we test drove it fell in love however the price was out of our range on payments we almost walked away only because it was not on our budget but they worked out a deal in less than an hour we got our vehicle to the price we desired! This was my second time purchasing a car at this dealership and once again they absolutely took care of us. I went to several other dealerships because I didn't want to drive out to Visalia which is 45 mins out of the way for me and wished I hadn't wasted my time. Going to Visalia BMW is worth the drive. My family's experience at BMW of Visalia was exceptional. When we arrived, I was quickly greeted by the Manager, a very kind, down to earth and welcoming gentleman and asked what my needs/interests were in a car and was directed to various models to give me as many options. I test drove two cars with my family and loved how both drove. I was even given the option of a more practical option- purchasing/leasing one of the dealership loaner cars that had low mileage, a longer warranty, a significant discount and is a 2015. I received an excellent deal with the help of Shayne and the team. I have reasonable payments and I was able to trade in my previous leased VW. The team went above and beyond by calculating figures for two cars that were of interest to see which was the best deal for me and stayed long hours to be sure I left with my new car. I highly recommend BMW Visalia as they were understanding, caring and made my car shopping experience a positive one. I love my car and know I'll be well taken care of in future visits and maintenance of my car. Thank you BMW Visalia!

On a whim my wife and I went searching for a BMW 535 to replace our SUV. We went to BMW of Visalia with a few ideas of what we wanted and oddly enough found the exact car we were looking for. BMW enthusiastic here: when you drive a bmw you will not drive any other basically you will be picky the brand is given its name (The ultimate driving machine) anyways I want to share my purchase experience at Visalia bmw I was in the market for another bmw in the house hold for my wife came across a 328i estoril blue with M package and all the bell and whistle: after doing some research from dealer to dealer by email and text! shayne Ed and mike Castro surroz owner was very inform during the whole process from the beginning to the end. especially from out of town purchase we did everything by email and text came to agreement and having all the documents overnighted and completed. Shayne even drove the car physical deliver to our house to surprise my wife also a big red ribbon came with it. Thanks again shayne and the sale team at Visalia I just wanna say Great job! They are professional friendly team member without feeling pressure if you buy or not, would recommend to anyone in town or out of town purchase.

This was a first vehicle purchase for our son who is newly stationed near Visalia. We have purchased numerous vehicles over the years and this was the most stress free purchase ever. Purchased my second car from Ed recently and after the sale he hounded me by text message asking me to write him good reviews on this and other sites, which I did. Then when I contacted him and asked him to intercede on an issue I had with the service department (Steve and some other service advisor who's name I can't remember flat out LIED to me) he couldn't seem to find the time. Thanks a lot Ed.Go to out of town to buy a new BMW, and go to Bavarian Autohaus for out of warranty service. These guys don't deserve your business.

I was at BMW of Visalia, this summer, just looking around and was introduced to Rick, the 'sales manager'. He asked me if i was there to buy a car and i told him that they didn't have anything fast enough, on the lot, for me. (i didn't see any M1's, M3's, M5's, or M6's) He said, OK, and that was the end of his attempt to sell me a vehicle. i have owned 3 BMWs, and if i were to buy another one, i would never think of visiting BMW of Visalia. I mean, really, how are you managing sales if you aren't attempting to satisfy customer desires? he could have easily talked to me about what kind of performance i required and done a simple inquiry to see if he could get a vehicle brought to the store for me to test drive......but i guess that requires a 'sales manager' to do some work and think of ways to please the customer.

After my unpleasant experience, I received a call from owner, Mike Castro the next morning. Mr. Castro was very friendly and very apologetic for my bad experience at BMW of Visalia. I felt the true sincerity from his apologies for being treated like I wasn't a valued customer. I decided to give them a second chance and met with Mr. Castro. He did his best to give me the best deal on the car I was interested in. Thanks to Mr. Castro, I am now the proud owner of the vehicle I was interested in. Much thanks to RC De La Cruz for helping us out. He was very courteous. Ed Fuentes, knew just how to answer all of my financing questions and provided outstanding customer service. I highly recommend asking for any of these individuals when at BMW of Visalia. Owner Vic Surroz, processed my paperwork and was very thorough and the transaction was pretty quick. My wife and I were looking for a luxury SUV that was a couple years old, low miles and great condition. After scouring the internet and visiting several dealerships we were growing frustrated. There was nothing that matched what we were looking for within our budget. A BMW X3 or X5 was what we really wanted, so we decided to give BMW of Visalia a try. From the minute we walked on the lot, it was a completely different experience than what I was used to. Our salesman was Ed Fuentes and I could tell right away he was the right guy for us. Very knowledgeable, but never pushy. Ed found us a 2013 BMW X3 in brand new condition with only 19,000 miles on it. We absolutely loved the car, but were waiting for the sticker shock. But that never came.....in fact Ed delivered a price under what we thought the "rock bottom" price was going to be. Then he put together an unbelievable financing plan with warranty & maintenance that got us the monthly payment we needed, while still being covered for another 4 years on the vehicle! We could not be happier with our experience at BMW of Visalia. You can tell they are just good people that care about customers and have a lot of honesty and integrity. Living in Las Vegas and in the big city sometimes you get lost in the dust. So many times dealerships don't really worry about the needs and concerns of the customer. My wife and I found out that even though we had to drive almost 400 miles to BMW of Visalia, it was well worth the drive. From the very start we didn't feel pressured and Ashley Adams was courteous, friendly, and really listen to our needs. She went the extra mile to help us in giving us links to hotels and direction to the dealership. Also Shane Roberts who took over the deal after she was off was no less than exceptional. I used the BMW website to build my own car; I went to the Visalia dealership, they do not have the exact car I wanted but they found me the closest one to my "must have" list, the staff even gave me some suggestions. After a few days the car I wanted was delivered to the Visalia dealership. I can not be happier, the car I got was more that what I expected. I had the pleasure to work with Edward Fuentes, great guy at BMW of Visalia. He was not pushy on anything during my time there. Made the process really easy! I've heard a lot of negative things about car dealers but Edward was no where near any of it. Never tried to sell me on something I did not want. Applied online and received a few missed calls and texts (sorry Shayne) from Shayne Roberts saying I've been pre-approved. Test drove a 535i and 650i and fell in love with them both; but at the end the 535i won my heart. Shayne made the whole process extremely easy and answered all questions I had. He truly went above and beyond to make sure I felt comfortable with the whole process. It took 30-40 minutes to work out all the numbers and strike up a fantastic deal. After looking online and communicating with Ashley, I decided to take a drive to Visalia BMW. I was greeted by Ed Fuentes. Ed was very nice and showed me in detail the difference between a few of the 428i Gran Coupes that were in stock. We went for a test drive in a beautiful blue car and it really grabbed me. It was a pressure free deal. No sales pitch; no games. It was obvious that I was dealing with a trustworthy employee, a good dealership and a great vehicle. I wasn't impressed with the sales tactics of my local dealer, so I drove the distance, knowing that I will also choose to drive the two hours round trip each time that I need service. Reputation is everything!

I attempted to purchase an X5 for a great price. But after my credit report was ran and all the paperwork was ready to sign the dealer said never mind. That they wanted to sell to a wholesaler for more money. Waste of time and if that wasn't bad enough I had some RUDE individual by the name of mike (claiming he was a manager) call me and try to bully me into paying more for the vehicle or buy accessories to compensate for there lose. Not to mention he lied and said his name was mark??These people are fraudulent and a waste of time. Not surprising considering they are located in the middle of nowhere!

They have no clue of customer service. They are great at selling vehicles but their customer service in their service department needs major help. We tried them twice and both times terrible service. They will put things on your invoice that they never performed and they do not follow what the manufacturer recommends. Just save yourself the the problems and go some place else. They sell these vehicles up and down the State.

Purchased a 2015 BMW M3 in November. It was so much easier than I'm used to. Shayne was a big help, he was knowledgeable and knew just about everything the car came with. I never felt like I was pressured which was nice. Also after we agreed to a price, BMW came out with a rebate while we were waiting for my car to arrive, they adjusted my payment to reflect that. I don't know if BMW does that automatically, but it was sure appreciated. Great group of guys, been through my first oil change, that was quick and professional also. They're doing a lot of things right.

Although, we did not purchase a BMW (we hope to someday purchase one from these guys) the Toyota Rav4 we did purchase along with the AAA++++++ service we recieved was well worth the 300 mile round trip drive. Since our first phone call Both Shane and Brad were very upfront, respectful ( as a women car shopping) and gave our car search and buying expierance everything we and any car buyers could ask for. The smile never came off our faces from start to end. If you can please visit these great people I am sure you will be more then happy with their dealership and people. After our car was totaled two moths ago, we began shopping for a replacement vehicle. Having previously owned a BMW that we had purchased from our local BMW dealership, BMW of Visalia, we decided to start looking there. Our shopping experience could not have been better. From start to finish, Client Advisor Frank Acosta and General Manager Miguel Castro could not have been more pleasant and helpful. The car had been detailed prior to our second visit and all documentation (Carfax, etc.) clearly explained. Negotiating a fair price was based on comparably equipped vehicles available in our area with a definite advantage being offered by Visalia. What really set our experience apart from past car buying adventures was found in the financing. With Frank and Miguel working with Bob Olsen, Bob was able to secure financing that will save us an estimated $2000 over the life of the loan. In short, they found us a better loan rate than the one we went to the dealership with! I had the opportunity to meet the owner, Vic Surroz after finalizing our paperwork and I thanked him. I have never had a better car buying experience. They truly went out of their way to help us!

He is such a friendly and honest person. He was honest with me the entire way, and he explained everything to me. Being a first time buyer it was a little harder for me to get the right APR from banks, but he went out of his way to get me the best deal. You feel like family when you are at BMW of Visalia, none of the intimidation tactics that you get from other dealerships. Not to mention the great price I got on my new 335 which was about 3k lower then in kbb. They definitely made me a returning customer.

After my wife's car was involved in an accident, we were looking for a good used car to replace our 2002 Honda Accord. She had been doing research on price, location, mileage and condition. She found a 2007 Accord with fewer miles and at a better price than other places she'd looked. We went to look at it at the Dealership. Shayne was our Client Adviser. He was very helpful and as we were getting ready for a test drive, were told that the brakes had a problem and that they would be fixed as part of the sale. Then the car wouldn't start. We were also assured the battery would be tested and replaced if necessary. The car is very comfortable, the brakes were fixed and battery replaced. All for a very competitive price. We were very pleased with the entire process and highly recommend BMW of Visalia to anyone looking for a well cared for vehicle.

My husband and I bought our first BMW from BMW of Visalia. After a week of ownership, I noticed a bubble in one of my tires. We contacted the salesperson (Shayne), and he responded quickly. I was asked to bring my car in for further inspection. I wasn't certain whether or not the bubble was caused by myself (hitting a pot hole) or whether it was there when the car was purchased. Fortunately for us, the problem was resolved rapidly and without any grief. Within an hour, I had a brand new tire and a clean vehicle! I am very grateful for the service I received from the first time walking onto the lot. BMW of Visalia has shown great character as well as excellent customer service. My husband and I made the drive to BMW of Visalia to check out a pre-owned X5 that we saw online. Unfortunately the vehicle was not available to test drive that day. Shayne Roberts pacified us by letting us test drive an X6 that was available. He is a fountain of knowledge when it comes to BMW's. We spent some time strolling the parking lot, admiring all the beautiful cars. Shayne explained BMW's many options for financing a new X5 if that was a consideration. Since it was closing time, we left with a lot of knowledge, but no car. The first thing the next morning, Shayne called to let me know that the car was all ready if I wanted to drive back down from Three Rivers. Then - he paused for a second and said, "I'm going to bring it up to your house. You shouldn't have to come back." Now, that's what I call great customer service! He brought the car right up and my husband and I got to test drive it on the roads that we drive everyday. I can't say enough about Shayne's competence, his laid-back salesmanship, and his undeniable passion for his product.

From the moment i stepped onto the lot I was greeted with a friendly smile and even though I chose a to do my car shopping on the one day the dealership was undermanned and very busy the sales represenatives sought to my needs proptly juggaling customers flawlessly. When all was said and done i got a great car at a great price. They were very flexable with my trade in and the sticker price of the car. In fact after I thought I got the price as low as they were willing to go (which i was very happy to pay) the manager dropped the price another $1000.00, with out me even asking. Subject dealer had a 2006 Chevrolet Corvette for sale that I saw on line at Cars.com. E-mailed the dealer and received a call the following day. Visted the dealership and was greeted by Mr. Frank Acosta, who went above and beyond to make my visit an enjoyable one. Once the price of the vehicle was settled, the approval process was excellent, taking very little time to complete the transaction. I took possession of the vehicle today. The car was totally detailed and was immaculate, and to my surprise I signed new documents because I received a better rate on my loan. Now, that's what I call "wowing the customer". All parties, from the Certified Client Advisor, the Finance person, and the Sales Manager totally went out of their way to make my visit a pleasant and enjoyable one. I next went to BMW of Visalia where Frank showed me a new BMW 535i. He was very pleasant and very patient showing me all the features of the car. BMW of Visalia is just simply amazing! They make dreams come true for adults! :) This is my second purchase and I will come back here no matter how near or far I live. My very first experience I came for an X5 however at the time, I was not financially ready to make that purchase so Ed drove up with a 5 series that I absolutely fell in love with at first sight! Ofcourse, he made it possible for me to walk out with my very first BMW with such a pleasant experience and no pressure to purchase but I couldn't resist the beauty of owning a BMW. Anyway, two years later, I moved to the Bay Area and I drive by a BMW dealership everyday on my way to work and I always look at the lot to see if maybe one day I could upgrade to an X5 since that has been my dream vehicle! I still visit my family often in Visalia and every time my car needs service, I'm still very loyal to bringing it to Visalia BMW to maintain the service. My boyfriend and I stopped in one day while we were in Visalia, after a bubble in my tire we saw Mike Castro and he stopped to talk to us. Somehow we ended test driving the X5 and I fell in love with it all over again but we didn't make a purchase that day because I kept convincing myself I should wait a little longer. We came home that evening and I couldn't stop thinking about it! About a month later, I went to Visalia to visit my family and I knew my car needed an oil change so I made an appt. with the service dept. to bring in my car. The week before my appt. I text Ed Fuentes and let him know I will be bringing my car in for service and maybe he should play with some numbers for me with the finance team to see if I can make the X5 purchase if the numbers are right in the budget. That monday morning, I took my car in and met with Ed again and ofcourse he worked miracles and made my dream come true. Again, the repeat purchase was such a pleasant experience I would recommend this dealership to all my friends and family! I walked out with my dream vehicle, 2013 BMW X5 Premium Black on Black and just beautiful!!!!!! I am in love with my purchase and I would do it again and again! They truly treat you like family at Visalia BMW, what place do you know that will remember you by your first and last name, then to top it off know so much about you, your circumstances, and all the little details about what you shared during your first purchase??? There is a thief in the service department! Do not leave any valuables in your car when you get your car serviced here. My USB was stolen during a brake job. The USB was connected in the center console for the radio. They had no business looking in the center console to do a brake job. That means someone purposely was looking thru the car to find something to steal. Called the service advisor back and was told he was going to tell the manager. Manager never called us back. I'm not pissed about the cost of the USB. They cost about $10. I'm pissed that my trust to have my car fixed from a well-known dealership is now gone and that thieves are allowed to work there. Do yourself a favor and empty out your car before leaving it with these theives

If it wasn't for his assistance, I probably wouldn't have been able to get my new-to-me car! He Is very knowledgeable of BMWs and this was evident as he could answer all my questions. He is a "no pressure" sales person and went out of his way to work with me and make sure I got the ideal car. I appreciated his honesty and efforts to make sure I was happy with my purchase. Brad (Finance Manager) is a money magician. He found the perfect loan and stayed within my budget. Brad has been in the business for a long time and he has great financial contacts. He goes above and beyond to work with you until you are happy with the deal. Mike, the owner, greeted me and stopped to chat for a while. He even helped with the purchase process. I have purchased vehicles from various dealers and BMW of Visalia is the only dealership I have purchased from that the owner interacted with the customer. Usually, all you see is the owner's picture on the wall! Customer service is important to BMW of Visalia and this is evident as Mike has certainly made it a priority everytime I have been there. (5-12-13) I came in this afternoon to buy a BMW. First off, I was approached by Shayne (salesman) in a very laid back way, showing no sign of a typical pushy salesman. He was very knowledgeable and personable. Needless to say I felt I was in good hands. After telling him what I was after, he found the best car for the budget I set for myself. When he pulled the car around for me to see my jaw dropped. I was immediately in love! He showed me all the bells and whistles of this beautiful BMW which astounded me to say the least. We worked up a deal for the car, and to my surprise, they worked with me to make sure I was happy all the way around. My credit is very bad at this time, but Brad (Finance Manager) made it happen. He found a bank that was willing to work with me! I was so happy that these two guys helped me out today. If you are looking to buying a BMW, go to Visalia BMW! These guys are the best bar none! Shayne was outstanding, I could tell that he loves his job. His knowledge of all the BMW's is very impressive. He did not attempt to pressure me into buying my BMW what so ever, that is very refreshing. I purchased my BMW on 5/9/2013 and I even made another trip to a different dealership just to compare and let me tell you the other dealership was very disappointing. I came back to Visalia well after closing and they were still there to close the deal for me. Brad was outstanding, he worked with me on a couple of things that my car needed. That meant so much to me because it showed me that he really cares for his customers. My BMW experience was the best car buying experience. Starting with Mallory Campbell in setting up my appointments and working around my hectic work schedule. Mr. Shayne Roberts, my sales Advisor was instrumental in introducing the BMW brand to me and working beyond close of business hours to have all of my questions answered. Mr. Roberts worked with my schedule to make sure that our meetings are always productive and not rushed. He offered me options and pretty much picked the best car that suits me best. Not only that we found a car that had the options I wanted, but we found THE car. To this day, Mr. Roberts still follows up with me. Mr.Mike Castro provided me the smoothest financial/paperwork process. He gave me the fairest deal on my trade-in. He also made sure that I was comfortable with the numbers we drew up. Mr. Castro pretty much set me up to drive home with a smile. Overall, the team was very genuine in the negotiation process; not once I felt haggled or pressured. From the very beginning we were met with the most respect and genuine professionalism I have EVER experienced while car shopping. My wife and I have been shopping online for some time and recently decided to take it to the next level. We decided to go test drive some used BMW's to see want my wife would like. For the last 20 years she has driven SUV's, so it was important for her to test drive several different models. I've owed several BMW's over the years and can't imagine owning anything other than a BMW. We showed up at BMW of Visalia and we were greeted by Ed Fuentes. Ed was very knowledable about the cars, professional and had a great sense of humor. I explained what we were looking for and he was very accommodating. We started off with both new and used 3 series and then graduated to the 5 series. My wife ended up falling in love with a 2010 528i M-Sport Sedan. We didn't purchase that day because I wanted to make sure that was really what my wife wanted. I received a follow up phone call a couple days later from Monique thanking us for visiting their dealership. A day later Ed had contacted me to see if we had any other questions and that the BMW that my wife liked was still availible. We went back then next weekend to drive the car again with the intention of purchasing. We were able to nogatiate terms with Ed and Brad the Finance Manager with no pressure. That was Saturday evening and Sunday's they are closed so we returned Monday night after work tho pick up the car after if had been properly detailed. The 528 was parked inside the building in the presentaion area shining under the lights. Ed did a fantastic job explaining and setting up the car for my wife. He went into detail how the operate the vehicle including setting up the driver's seat, cell phone, garage door, and even pre-setting my wife's favorite radio stations. I've bought many new cars, including BMWs, over the years but I never received the kind of customer service that we received from BMW of Visalia. If you're in the market for a sports sedan or coupe, I highly recommend visiting Ed Fuentes and making the extra effort to travel to BMW of Visalia. You won't be disappointed.

I just bought a new 328 BMW and I couldn't be more pleased!!!!! I love the smooth ride, luxurious interior, and modern features. I was also happy with my experience at the dealership. The sales rep, Shayne, took his time and answered alll the questions or concerns I had. The follow-up attention I received after the purchase was also exemplary. A couple of days after the purchase they set up an appointment to fully detail the car and activate the satellite radio. The service was quick and they did a great job! While shopping around for a BMW we came across their cars online. Made a detour and stopped in while traveling to Fresno from the Coast just to look around. She set up an appointment for me to go in to view the vehicle I was interested in. Once I made it to the dealership I dealt with Shayne. Shayne was also very professional but friendly and very helpful. He made my family and I feel welcome. He went out of his way to make sure we were satisfied with our purchase. He was friendly and helpful and did not waste much of your time which was appreciated. I highly recommend this dealership. My experience with the guys at BMW Visalia was great. They were very knowledgeable about the car I was inquiring about and were not pushy like some of the other dealers I went to. I'm from LA and actually never went to Visalia. I knew enough about the car and after several conversations with Mike, Ed, and Mallory, I felt comfortable enough ordering the car for delivery based on what they were describing over the phone. Ed actually drove the car all the way to LA to my house! We signed papers at 9pm in the comfort of my living room. Now that's what I call service. I wish they were closer to me in LA as I wouldn't want to go anywhere else for anything BMW. But too bad I'm in LA! My wife and I are thoroughly enjoying our Z4!

I have always dreamed of getting a BMW, I would describe it as my "Dream Car." Finally life circumstances permitted myself to get one. I did some searching around, but NO ONE compared to BMW of Visalia, the customer service and overall professionalism and friendliness was superb. The salesman Shane was extremely helpful and very informational, he knew all the perks and extras the cars had. I was surprised when Mike Castro the manager even assisted, I felt really special throughout my entire visit. And my last encounter was with Brad, the finance man, he was Awesome, I got an excellent deal and he even hooked me up with rebates I had no idea about or even had to mention. He was the "icing on the cake" for my visit, as he finalized all of it. lastly Ed set up my satellite radio, and gavve me a tutorial. I have bought many cars and have never expreienced the level of customer service and most importantly friendliness and good ethical standards, especially for a car dealership, I recieved. I went to 3 different BMW dealerships in my search for an X5 and the experience I had working with Ed Visalia BMW was the best by far. He was very pleasant, knowledgeable, thorough, all without being pushy. I never felt like he was just trying to make a sale. Working with Ed was truly a uniquely enjoyable experience and I fully intend to go back to him in the future. I would highly recommend anyone looking for a BMW to give Ed a ring or at least shoot him an e-mail to see for yourself. He appreciated and respected my "let's get to the point with no games" attitude and was always honest and upfront. In addition to a great sales experience, working with the finance department was quick and easy. I was amazed at how quick and simple the process was. Ed has even agreed to come out to Fresno to pick up my car to take back to Visalia to apply a coating I purchased and has offered to take my vehicle to get the windows tinted the same weekend as well. The amazing thing is he offered to help me AFTER we had signed all the paperwork and was about to go on my way!! Purchasing from Visalia BMW was truly a wonderful experience all the way around. I had bought a used 2007 BMW from this lot. Apparently it passed their BMW inspection. BMW died three days later off the lot. Also, I had issue with Brake light coming the day off the lot. So, not even first week, the battery had to be replaced and had to get Brakes issue(brake lights keep coming on and off) resolved and this pass their inspection? So, I was very pretty disappointed. Yes, they fixed the issue but I didn't get any apologize from anyone from the dealership.

I had always dreamed of owning a BMW, recently I was able to seriously start looking into a buying a new BMW. I kept putting it off to avoid dealing with the dealerships. Myself and people I know have had bad experiences at dealerships. So, I had a plan, I was going to check out the BMW of Visalia and if I did not like the service, I had plans to go to another dealership, so with my sister and cousin, I went to check out the BMW's of the Visalia dealership. What a pleasant surprise! My experience was far better than I could have imagined! As soon as we arrived we were greeted by Shayne Roberts, he answered all of our questions, he was very knowledgeable, showed us multiple cars, and even took us out for a test drive. It is obvious he loves the product he is selling. I did not once feel pressured. My sister who recently bought a car at a different dealership was very pleased with the service, level of professionalism and friendliness as well, she wished her car dealership experience could have been the same. Other dealerships can learn a thing or two from BMW of Visalia on how to treat future and existing customers, they are an excellent example. When it came time to get my BMW, Shayne and Mike Castro went above an beyond to get me qualified and get me the exact if not better car than I had expected. My BMW was delivered to BMW of Visalia in a timely manner. When it came time to sign the dreaded mile long paperwork, Brad Maples from financing, got me through it as fast as possible, all the meantime, explaining every single paper work in detail, I knew exactly what I was signing and the terms of my contract. The service department has also been great! I have no complains at all, only a million good things to say about BMW of Visalia, I am so glad I went to them first, and plan on being a future customer for years to come. I would give BMW of Visalia a 5 out of 5 star rating, 100%, A++++.

I dealt orginally with salesman Frank and then Shayne- My experience with both was excellent. However, after concluding over the phone what i thought was a final deal with Mike Castro (SM) (after many days of negotiating), I went to the dealership and was greeted by finance person Brad, whom began reducing the amount of my trade (eventually giving the original quote after he "called a few wholesalers", surprised me with a higher interest rate and even through in GAP insurance whithout asking me. When I refused the GAP insurance, Brad became agitated and was forced to shred the existing contract and re-do. Brad needed my wifes signature and she wasn't present so he sent the salesman (Frank) down to her office and he went over contract with both of us. Frank is a nice guy but really didn't know what he was doing with the finance piece, he's a sales guy. One day later, we had to sign parts of the contract that were missed the day before.Shayne did all he could do, understanding that the general manager and Brad would have final decisions. I've been in the car business myself so i know how the games played but to pull a fast move at the end of a deal is the reason car guys have a bad rep!This a BMW dealership and my expectation was maybe too high- First BMW and probably my last-

Great great experience. I hate car shopping/buying... the pressure, the haggling, wondering if you are being taken advantage of, etc. However, the guys at Visalia BMW did a wonderful job. I had initially planned to shop around, as I was undecided between a BMW, Lexus, or an Infinity. By luck, I stopped by Visalia BMW first, and was impressed enough to completely forego the rest of my search. Everyone there was superbly helpful, sincere, and willing to help find the best car/deal/price for me. No up-sale tactics, negotiation tricks, or last minute hidden fees & costs. Shayne and Mike laid everything out for me, explained it thoroughly, and provided several purchase options for me to choose from. Went to the BMW dealership "just to look" went home in a 2009 740LI !!! Great car, great experience, not a fan of the typical "salesman" but Ed Fuentes was patient, friendly, (not pushy) and very knowledgeable. Unfortunately for Ed he had to repeat himself several times....Lots of BELLS and WHISTLES on the BMW. Everyone we dealt with at the dealership was very laid back and great to deal with. Exceeded my Expectations! I had been going back and forth between a New and Pre-owned. When I decided on pre-owned with certain options, I was told that I would have a hard time finding it. That is when I came across my car online. I contacted Frank on the phone who gave me all the details about the car. Frank's honesty and professionalism impressed me from the start. I asked him if there was anything at all that a perfectionist would notice on the car. He sent me two photos of tiny little scuffs that were so small and discreet that I could not believe he caught them. Frank was able to arrange for my car to pass the rigorous screening to become a Certified Pre-owned BMW which to me was very important. I made arrangements to come to the dealership to pick up the car. When I arrived, they had detailed my car and had it in the showroom waiting for me. Frank took me for a spin on their test drive route which is more like their own private track near the dealership. The car performed as I knew it would. Then we sat down and Frank took the time to go through the manual with me as the paperwork was prepared. When it was, they had another surprise waiting for me. I had planned to use what I had thought to be great rates from my bank to buy the car. Using BMW financing, Finance Manager Jeremy Barnes was able to beat those rates by 2 points "How would you like to save some more money?" he said and he meant it. The next surprise was Frank insisting on taking me out for lunch at one of his favorite local restaurants. Back at the dealership they had been saving a final surprise for me. "Let us buy your first tank of gas." Vic Surroz personally came to thank me for my business. BMW of Visalia provided top quality customer service throughout the transaction. For a BMW enthusiast having their own "private track" is also a lot of fun. Providing exceptional customer service and competitive pricing, BMW of Visalia is excellent!

Shayne Roberts was very laid back, and for a moment, I did not think he as a salesperson. He was very low key and offered no pressure at all. We took a test drive, and there came out all of his skills!! He was totally knowledgeable about the car, that I felt that I was in a training class. I mean, I know a little something about BMW 525 series, but MAN... Shayne is a Library of Knowledge. He looked like the fairly ordinary guy, but man, what knowledge!!! Hats off to you Shayne.... WOW!!! Now no Client advisor is any good without some sort of supportive staff. My Hat's off again to the dynamic team that Mike Castro added to the over sale presentation. Being the General Sales Manager, you would think that he would be a stuff shirt, quite the opposite. I have purchased many cars in my life, and this was by far the most painless endeavor that I have ever encountered. Mike took on such a personal approach to the sale, that I thought he was buying the car......But the topping to the cake, was the bow on my car.... I used BMW's website to spec the car I wanted, then I contacted my insurance agency for the dealer invoice information. I then contacted fleet managers around California for the best price. The dealerships that initially promised just a few hundred over invoice turned out to be lying-- they were not ready to order the car, they told me the model was unavailable, etc. Other dealers, when they learned that I wanted a 328i Xdrive sportwagon, tried to talk me out of the car, or said they would charge list.Mike Castro at BMW of Visalia was honest and straightforward from the beginning. He ordered precisely the car I wanted at a very reasonable price, kept me informed throughout the process, then delivered the car to my door in LA and took car of my leased vehicle, which was not a BMW, even repairing it at a very low price to save me wear and tear charges.I would wholeheartedly recommend BMW of Visalia to anyone in or outside the area for a new BMW. This was the best experience I've ever had purchasing a new automobile.

I maintain client relationship after transaction's complete, mostly, throughout the term of the client's loan. Customers that buy or lease from BMW of Visalia are and stay happy, they buy multiple cars and refer friends and family well after the purchase transaction.I am getting my next BMW at BMW of Visalia and regret that's not where I leased my current one. Absolute worst experience I have ever had in a professional environment in my life. I was planning on purchasing two vehicles from this dealership and had set a final purchase price with the owner, Vick Surroz. Upon payment, he suddenly increased the price of the purchase beyond an additional 15 thousand dollars and stated that he mistakenly misquoted us and for some reason had forgot about taxes. This was after most documents were signed and we were ready to go out the door. We then spent the next three hours deciding on a final purchase price, after hearing constant apologies from Vick Surroz and stating that he would make things right. Vick Surroz stated many times that it was the best that he could do without losing money. He then suggested we break for lunch before signing the final papers and to come back shortly. After arriving back at the dealership Vick Surroz had sold one of my cars and asked me to leave the store. It is my personal inquisition that Vick Surroz called an interested customer while we were out for lunch and agreed on selling the car at a higher price than what he and I discussed. I am personally disgusted by his demeanor and have regretted merely speaking with him. His financial interests are far more important to him than your personal interests and happiness. Beware of him and his dirty games. I am in the process of filing suit against him and his dealership for negligence, breach of contract and violation of specific performance. I recommend BMW of Fresno or Bakersfield much more than this awful dealership and the belittling owner.

I have always hated buying a car. I can't say this anymore. On Monday I purchased a 09 335i. I Love It! I never thought buying a car could be fun. Even when I'm spending almost 40K, I'm happy. We went in to BMW of Visalia to check out a car they had listed on Auto Trader. As soon as we arrived, Frank Acosta approached us and let us take the car for a test drive (a BMW Z4). We loved the car and decided we were going to drive it home. They all made it very memorable that I will definitely come back and purchase another BMW :) Initially, I went to the dealership wanting to purchase an X5 however, it was out of my budget. Ed Fuentes had me test drive the 5 series and I absolutely fell in love with it. I told him I did not want a 3 series and I couldn't afford a 7 series but honestly what I enjoyed was that he listened to everything I wanted in a vehicle and drove up the vehicle that I fell in love with. I couldn't have asked for a better vehicle. He had such an awesome personality and very down to earth. I used to think going to a high end dealership, they were all very snotty and will only provide great service if you were made of money because I've been to a few dealership that lost my business because they weren't on it! I couldn't have been more happier at BMW of Visalia. Then later, Mike Castro comes over and introduce himself. He was also very generous and made me feel confident that I was getting a great deal, in which I did because little did they know, I did my research prior to this "purchasing a new car journey". I've actually been looking around for quite some time but was not in a rush to make the purchase because I was waiting to graduate in May of 2012. I wanted to be ready and reward myself with a brand new BMW after these stressful years of Graduate school. After test driving the 5 series, and Jeremy working diligently to give me a great deal with the finance company, I knew I was making a great decision. Despite some of my family making statements of how I was not getting a good deal and that I should have bought a brand new 2012 Toyota Camry or Honda Accord, I knew this BMW is what I wanted and I was not settling for a Toyota or a Honda. I also love the fact that they were not trying so hard in pressuring me to purchase the vehicle. They explained everything very clearly, and allowed me to make my own decision. Being that I'm a woman they could have easily persuade me because I was by myself, of course not knowing that I was going to drive the vehicle off the lot the same evening. I was surprised that they were not bias because of my gender. I can truly honor and respect that, it meant a lot. They all made me feel very comfortable. Additionally, if they would have tried to pressure me in purchasing the vehicle, they would have lost my business too.Overall, I would highly recommend BMW of Visalia. They're all very friendly and easy to work with. Ed Fuentes went over and beyond to make my purchase such a great one. Thanks again!

My experience at BMW of Visalia will be a memorable one. I bought a certified pre~owned 5 series for my wife for her birthday. I was treated with the upmost respect. Ed Fuentes, was very knowledgable he answered every question. I had pertaining to the vehicles in their inventory. After a short conversation Ed found exactly what I wanted. I believe this was due to him actually taking the time to listen as I shared my list of desired options. During the process we were also greeted warmly by the president as well as other members of the sales and management team. Jeremy assisted us with the paperwork ordeal and made it a comfortable and painless experience. I am already planning another BMW purchase and am definitely loyal to the guys at your Visalia store.

I came in ready to purchase a new car. I was considering the BMW 650 and had test driven Range Rover Sport, Mercedes CLS 550 and a Jaquar XK just a few days before. Wanting to look at all options, I contacted your dealership and arranged to come in and look at the 6. I really was leaning towards the 6, because my husband has owned 2 previously, and currently our family owns 2 BMWs. a X5 and 335i for our two sons. We have been very satisfied with BMW, but have never visited your dealership in Visalia. We chose your dealership because you happened to have the very car I was interested in. I found it peculiar that I was not invited to test drive, or even sit in the car. I was not shown any options. I had to ask if it was OK for me to sit in the car. During that time, the salesperson stayed in his cubicle running numbers on a website to find a trade in value for my Mercedes. After that, he went to talk to another sales clerk, or manager; I'm not sure, since I was not introduced to this "mystery person". Once he came back, I was told "I'm going to tell you something you've never heard from a salesman, pay off your loan, and we will be calling YOU in 6 months. We want to start with a clean new lease." I was then handed his card, and walked to the front door. This disappointed me, especially, since he seemed friendly on the phone with my husband and I, presumably, because he thought he had the "sale in the bag". Something I feel should be considered, is that in many situations, the wife is the major decision maker, as in our case. But... If he would have shown genuine interest in finding out my needs, taking a few minutes to turn on the car, so I could actually see where the navigation, audio, etc. options were, or offering a test drive, before I suggested it much later, your black 650 would be off your showroom tonight. Maybe I didn't appear to be a customer that was able to purchase the car, or presumed to be intelligent enough to be given a thorough discussion of the car, and your lease terms. I came prepared with my current payoff information, in order to find a way to purchase a car, and payoff my current car, a CLK. It's unfortunate, because after that, I was convinced that I would be welcomed at another local dealership, Haron Jaquar, where I am their newest owner of a spectacular XK.

I guess it really is all about the money. Greed is good. They were extremely friendly UNTIL they got my check. Then they became non-responsive. In emails the day after the purchase, the salesperson trivialized the concerns I had with a blinking safety light on the car as well as significantly low tire pressure and other minor things that could have been quickly addressed if they had bothered to care. The "check up on satisfaction" call I was supposed post-purchase to receive never came. I had to send some documents to the finance person and included a brief note of just some of my concerns about the vehicle and received a phone message from the owner that he was going to check into the concerns (he did leave a cell # for me to call if I had any questions, which I didn't)and four days later I have heard nothing. I overpaid for the vehicle but I wanted it and thought I was going to get great BMW service. I love the car, but the BMW dealer experience was dismal. I will tell everyone who asks me where I bought the car to make sure they don't go to BMW of Visalia.Update: 12/05/11The experience is getting worse. Vic Surroz personally pointed to the tires on the vehicle before I purchased it and told me they were like new and had plenty of wear left on them. 2,300 miles later, I had to purchase new tires because the wear bars were clearly showing. Although they supposedly went back over the car, the dashboard computer still doesn't work. Regardless of whether I am sitting in my driveway or driving on the freeway, the car says I am going 32.1 miles per hour (and, yes, I know the difference between mpg and mph.)

when i first contact via internet, i got a call within 24 hours. then from there on , the dealership work me on my desires and needs. i have a hummer h2 which i want to trade in. i was able to get a trade in value without having to drive to visalia. i live in fresno. one other dealership did not do that for me but not this one in visalia. when i got to the dealership, i was greeted with repsect and niceness by Frank Acosta. every went smooth from then on. test drive the car.. i like it... becauase it was a 2008 li, frank and the dealership offer to detail for free and full tank of gas, plus two bmw key chains and a a tee short.. eventhough, this time i bought a used car, it is by far the most enyoyable time i have at any dealer ship...

I recently purchased a 2008 750,and the sales person was very helpful,the finance person was very polite,and understanding.They worked with my wife and I real well,and made us feel like part of the family.WE brought our 1 year old daughter,and by the time we left,Vic surroz was feeding her a bottle.2 thumbs up.We will only purchase BMWs,from Vic surroz and his team.

I previously had a bad experience at this dealership but due to a previous agreement with BMW of Visalia and another dealership I had to return and finish work started. Steve the Service advisor manager turned it all around for me. He was very professional and polite. Due to plans changing with my business trip he was able to get me in a earlier day and time. I was happy with the outcome and his professionalism. Other employees should follow his character and assist in making the dealership reputable. The reason I wouldnt recommend this dealership is only for my first experience I had there. "You never get a second chance to make a first impression.

TOTAL CON ARTISTS. Had an agreement confirmed over the phone, in writing, and in person for over four months for the purchase of a limited production model. Vic Surroz and his associates then tried to craft a story about me needing to pay $10,000 over MSRP to match a supposed offer from another customer. Vic somehow "forgot" the deal we had in place and even the conversation we had IN PERSON four days prior confirming the order, color, options, and price.I had other options to pursue this limited vehicle, but Vic assured me all along that his allocation was set and that I didn't need to worry. He waited until all of the allocations were gone to try to leverage extra money from me.I wouldn't trust Vic to wash my car. He doesn't deserve to be in business.

I had a wonderful experience at BMW of Visalia. I had been looking for a long time for the perfect certified pre-owned vehicle in San Francisco but decided to look further afield in the central valley. On BMW of Visalias well organized and well managed website, I found the car of my dreams at a price well below what I had found in San Francisco or the East Bay for a comparable machine. I called in and the finance guru Brad answered all my questions concerning payment and assured me that my dream car could be made a reality. Brad put together an amazing financial package that honored my best interests. But how to get there from San Francisco? Apparently, there is a well-worn route to saving thousands of dollars on a great car in Northern California: Amtrak. Brad said that customers often take Amtrak to a nearby town of Hanford. It was an easy and beautiful trip, and Internet Sales Manager Ed Fuentes picked me up at the train station in a new BMW. He was approachable and friendly, and our conversation let me know that I was supporting a great dealership with my purchase, a crucial component for me when buying a car.Test drive. Finance. Personalized car setup. The purchasing was as smooth as the car I bought. And an added bonus of buying a car 200 miles from home, I had an amazing 3-hour drive back to S.F. to enjoy the new rocket ship. Next time I need a car, I wont need Amtrak. I will certainly take my car back to BMW of Visalia and exchange it for the next dream!Thanks!

I was very pleased with the service. Mr. Fuentes was very friendly and helpful. I provided my information online and was quickly contacted. Due to my hectic schedule I was unable to make visits to the dealership therefore, most of the communication was done online and/or through phone calls. I provided them with my information and informed them of what I was looking for and what I could afford. Quickly I was contacted and options were presented to me. Only a couple of days later, I was notified that everything was prepared and all that was left for me to do was test drive the car. Upon my arival I was pleased with the hospitality and even more pleased to find that everything was prepared for me. I was quite happy with the choice and after a test drive and review of information, I drove off in a car of my liking. This experience was great!!

I took my car into service, was charged $117 just to look at it and then was charged my deductible on top of it for repairs. When I confronted Vic Surroz about it he was not helpful and did not care one bit about my problem, pretty much let me know where to go. Great customer service on his part!!!! Will never use BMW of Visalia EVER AGAIN! and have also let my family and friends with BMW's not to go there!!!! They have agreed not to.

Ordered an X6M from the factory. Apparently, salesman miscalculated the residual value and underestimated the monthly payment. However, the deal was reviewed by Vic Surroz, and the car was ordered. On day of scheduled delivery, salesman told me that they could not lease the car for the price that was agreed upon. I'm waiting for a refund of my deposit.

I can't say how pleased I am with this dealership. Everyone was curteous, friendly, and helpful. They even went out of their way to answer an obscure question I had regarding the stereo -- providing printouts. No other dealer I could find was willing to answer my question for less than $100. Surroz BMW not only took the time to research and answer, they provided the official documentation I'd been told didn't exist and refused to charge me or even accept a tip.<br><br>Though the dealer is primarily Daimler/Chrysler products, their BMW service is second to none, and they make me wish I lived about 300 miles closer to them. They're fantastic.
