Had to drive a while, but it was more than worth it. We did not have to deal with having a test drive with the sales rep in the car, so we could freely discuss whatever we thought about it. We found something very minor , that was wrong with it, and they fixed it instantly free of charge, and had it fixed and ready by the time we finished paying and getting it titled. Overall, great dealership.

Kojak was very helpful , the cars I looked at were all inspected and came with a car fax report which was nice. I would recommend bnm to anyone looking for a good used car. I will be back for my next car purchas at bnm.

We were looking for a good used car for our daughter. I looked for a long time till I found a nice little Yaris at BNM Auto. I called and the car was available so we went to look at it. The people were helpful and friendly. Their service was excellent. The one headlight was out and they replaced it. They have a nice variety of cars. They were professional and we were pleased.

BNM Auto sales is the best used car business I have ever visited. Every single employee went out of their way to make me feel comfortable with them. By the time I had test driven the car I wanted to buy, I felt very confident that I was making a good purchase. I really like their attention to detail. The cars were brought out warmed up and cleared of snow. I love the fact that a copy of the car fax was in the car. My daughter was able to read me the details from car fax while I was test driving the cars. This company stresses that they want my return business, which they will get. In the end, I bought a 2000 Acura and I love it!

I bought a BEAUTIFUL Toyota Camry SE for well below market and book value. It was the third car that my family has purchased at BNM in a little more than two months. Joe Yalcin is the best and fairest and most honest salesman I've ever dealt with in the car business. Every vehicle we bought passed PA inspection when we brought them home. I went to the dealership not expecting to buy a car but to test drive a couple vehicles and narrow my search. From the minute I arrived, there was professionalism and great customer service. I now own a 2001 Acura 3.2 CL, and I could not be happier. For the price of the car it was extremely hard to turn down, and the dealer knew what he was talking about. We were looking for an older model Toyota Tacoma & found one at BNM Auto Sales, approximately 500 miles from our home. The dealer reviews were important to us as we had quite a distance to travel & we wanted to make sure the dealer had a good reputation. I told Joe what I was looking for and he brought me the perfect car to fit my needs. He dealt with me and my son in a fair and straightforward manner. The buying process was as easy as could be. Japanese nameplates generally denote a long-lasting and high quality vehicle and there were many nice choices on the lot at BNM. I sent my step-son there and he had the same experience and got a great vehicle for him. I'll definitely be recommending BNM to anyone I know looking for solid and reliable transportation. Was trying to make a down payment of at least half the cost of the car or more and they simply told me no only cash for at hand. I went to another dealer and asked the same question they said they don't normally accept down payments of half and a payment of the full cash later but accepted it and I got a used car thats like new. I was trying to get rid of my old car in the process and they took it too. Not recommending to another person if they couldn't even help me out what would they do for another? Didn't even ask of a way to help the situation I was even in.

I was looking for a good running, reliable car on my fixed income budget. I found BNM on the internet and found a car I would afford and began to compare prices with other similar cars. The other car prices could not compare. As I watched the price of this 1998 Toyota Camry go down, I began to wonder, "Why isn't somebody buying this car? So what is the matter with it?". So I go to BNM, look at the car. It had a few cosmetic flaws but the car is 17 years old. After owning this car for over a month now, I wanted to wait before writing this review. I can only say this was the best used car purchase I ever made. Any concerns I had, those guys addressed and fixed. They even had the car transported to Pennsylvania for me to their dealership here. I get on Highway 79 and drive to my daughters house in Bridgeville, man is it a comfortable, solid ride. If you want a reliable used car and are on a budget, go there, get a deal with no pressure and no haggling. A solid vehicle!!!!

My car had recently been totaled, so I stumbled upon this dealership and was VERY satisfied. I had purchased a 99 Cavalier from them, and the car, other than a few minor fix-ups, was in wonderful condition. The employees, the dealer, everyone was very polite and helpful. They detailed my car before I came to finalize the purchase, and it was done wonderfully, along with the mechanical work. I would definitely buy a car from here again, without a doubt. I had looked around on the BNM website before visiting the dealership. Every car I was interested in was very well-represented on the site when I got to the lot to look around, all the pictures and descriptions I'd seen turned out to be completely accurate. As soon as we pulled in the lot the staff came up to greet us, then gave us peace and time to look at the cars at our own pace. After a test drive, I settled on the car I eventually purchased, and within an hour of setting foot on the lot I had completed a purchase and drove away. It was easy and painless; they don't haggle, but they don't need to, because the cars are fairly priced and as previously mentioned very well-described (and all include CarFax) so you know what you're getting going in. The salesman I dealt with, Joe, was very friendly and not at all pushy, just interested in making sure I understood the process and was happy with my decision. About a month later I'm still having no issues with my car and I'm very satisfied with my purchase. I would definitely visit them again.

Fast, Efficient. No haggling. All their cars are a similar type, high mileage and low cost. So if that is what you are looking for this is a great dealer. But all cars are come as they are so make sure you get it checked out by a good mechanic before you buy. The car I purchased will needs some work, but considering it was well below the Kelly Blue Book i still got a good deal overall. It is a used car lot, so you know what you are getting into. So if you pay attention this can defiantly be a nice place to get a car for a reasonable price

Just purchased a classic Mercedes from these guys. Car was exactly as described and pictured. The entire staff was very friendly, laid back and enjoyed joking around. They are very strict with their no haggle policy. I tried to haggle and was not offered their mint tea, lol. Great guys and would recommend them.

just bought a car for our daughter there. an acura, so far no troubles but we have only had the car less then 24 hours. we were worried about buying a car there because of all the glowing reviews on cars.com they have gotten. but when we got there they treated us very well... there was no high pressure selling, no salesman wandering around with us telling how wonderful all there cars are, they told us look around, take our time and they let us be to look. when we did have questions they were there to answer them. we were looking at 3 different cars on the lot and they helped guide us to the best one (not the most expensive - they didn't even ask us what our budget was) the acura was in our price range, it's a good solid car we could only find 2 very tiny dings in the car (it's a used car you can't expect new). they are a no haggle shop, HOWEVER they did give us an excellent deal on the car and we were pleased (didn't leave with buyers remorse), if this car works out as well as i am hoping, we would defiantly buy another car from them.

the gentlemen that assisted was very professional and helpful, he worked great with my girlfriend and i was not able to make full payment of vehicle today but he workrd with us and gave us a one time finance to retrieve the vehicle from his lot...went to alot of places and this is by FAR the best service i got while ive been looking for a vehicle,very well trusted and the show they "CARFAX"...

I just purchasd a Pontiac Vibe from BNM and i am very pleased with it. As soon as we arived from an hour and a half drive, we were greeted at the door immediatly. Yigit was a very helpful man, he answered the questions we had and even offered to fix any concerns i had with vehicle with no problem. It was a very friendly place to be; i felt very welcomed. They were completly honest when asked any question. They are not there to scam you! It was not just strictly business, Yigit held conversations with me and the people i brought along. I already recommended my friend who is car shopping to stop by and visit BNM and i would advise any one else looking for a vehicle to do the same. I do feel as though i will return in the future when looking for my next purchase.

These are good people to deal with. They are very faithful and trustworthy. I've been dealing with them since early 2013 and never regret of doing business with them. I recommend this company for people to do business with. When I came to pick my car from Indiana, they even picked me up at the greyhound bus station at Youngstown Ohio.

I am very happy with BNM Auto. This is the second car I have bought in less than a month from BNM because of 2 accidents. I will recommend all my good friends. Being a woman alone and finding a dealer that is honest with rock bottom prices on excellent used cars is difficult. Joe and Tom are great guys and my daughter and I will always trust and respect them. My daughter found a Honda on their website and it was a great car for the short time she had it. We've returned for an Acura and we are sure it is the best car we will find. When I am ready to buy a car for myself I will go to BNM and know that I will have a great car and a great deal.

I bought a 2002 mercedes e class from them at a very good price. they ignored my questions about the power locks and power trunk not working so after buying the car I had 1700.00 worth of repairs done without any complaint to them. two weeks after i had the car it went out of gear while driving and the check engine light came on. two repairs for 2500.00 later and it should be fixed but it happened again, this time they are telling me the transmission should be replaced for 5700.00 and the front struts for 2700.00. I did call bnm and asked if they would help me out, I was told that I would get a call in four days. that call never came. I suspect that the car was involved in a front end collision in pennslyvania and moved across to ohio to clean the title. I see they like to respond to negative reviews with sarcasm and denial, shouldnt that tell you everything you need to know. i have filed a lemon law case, talked to an attorney and plan on going to the youngstown tv stations. you can duck , you can ignore but you cannot hide forever.

I had a good experience and an honest assessment of the vehicle I purchased. Over a year later this vehicle has been trouble free. If you want to pay high dollar amounts for a close to new vehicle then they are not the best choice. They offer higher mileage Japanese vehicles from select sources that are good running vehicles.

After finding this car, 2003 Toyota Celica GT, on the Internet thru Cars.com, and researching other sites to compare cars, I called BNM to see if the car was available, if there was any damage, general mechanical shape, etc. Two days later, after more research and checking on BNM, I called again to verfiy and said I was driving 51/2 hours to get the car and bring in my trade, a 2001 Dodge Caravan with 330,000 miles. On the trip there I was praying to make it and not have the car literally fall apart beneath me( I hear new sounds). I arrived at 4:00pm, 11/2 hours later than planned. There were several other customers around but I was warmly greeted, offered coffee, and walked around abit to stretch my legs. They are renovating the offices so I walked around the lot to see what else they had. After looking the new car over, I could see there were quite a few nicks and dings which accounted for the lower price but the engine sounded good, quieter than I expected for a 4 cylinder. So when we went for a test drive, I was not happy with the vibration I felt at increase speed and a pull to the right when I released the wheel going straight down the road. However, there was no deviation when braking hard. After discussions, BNM agreed to pay for alignment and wheel balancing and still gave me $250 for my car. I was thrilled and thought they were very fair. After we signed the paperwork, they immediately scheduled the alignment and tire balancing for me with Sears then gave me a check to give to Sears with driving instructions how to get there. Sears stayed open an extra 1/2 hour to finish me up and I drove home with the top down, no vibration or deviation from center. SWEET!!!!

found the auto online it was a Friday evening called to see if it was still there and it was ask the owner nicley if he could hold it till Saturday morning at 10am when they reopened and he said yes we arrived at BNM at 10am car was being washed and cleaned all ready for to test drive it the staff was very nice and friendly and did not rush me in any way i was told i could take all the time i needed which i did and i inspected the auto very well and found nothing major wrong with it other than a few minor things and when i returned they had all my paperwork in order and i drove off the lot a very happy customer and satisfied the price could not be beat any where around 500 mile radius the enjoyed the whole experience there and have no complaints about the service or there honesty

My husband and I went to buy a car after he wrecked mine. I test drove several and settled on a very used Honda. Two years later, this car is still going strong. Sure, we have needed minor repairs but this car is more likely to rust away before the engine quits. It was a fantastic no-pressure experience. We will use them again.

When I called about one of their car Joe was very honest about the condition and we almost didn't drive 1.5 hours to look at the car, When we arrived the car was as describer so we decided to look at other cars on the lot, the sales people were very casual no high pressure sales just helpful. we were there an hour after closing and they let us continue shopping and we found a good solid first car for my daughter, after the test drive the check engine light came on and Joe showed us the code and recommended a fuel system cleaner and fresh gas . When we got home the light cleared and the car is running well.

I had a great experience with BNM. I was able to review the CarFax, test drive the vehicle, and ask any questions about issues. The price was fair and the vehicle was in good shape and had new tires, and only one owner. Keeping in mind the price of these vehicles, I believe I got a very good deal on a Honda CRV. They put the portal for reviews right on their website, so I don't think they are trying to hide anything. Do be careful when buying any used cars, make sure you test drive the vehicle or have a mechanic inspect it. As a buyer you do have some responsiblity!

They pay employees to write good reviews. So, this is obvious a real person. I've been to this small gross dealership in Girard and experienced some of the worst customer service I've ever had a dealership in 25 years of being a Dad to 4 growing kids. Do not buy a car from here.

They are ridiculously discrespectful to customers and completely unprofessional. They will lie to you about their cars, and what they have done to their cars. They refuse to list milage in their ads as well. They poorly described their vehicles in their ads and over the phone. It is a shame to drive 2 hours just to find out that the dealership just wants to pull a fast one on a unsuspecting customer, the best descision I've ever made was walking away without buying a thing.

Among retail prices, the prices at BNM are quite fair and competitive. They allowed me to test drive the vehicle alone and gave me plenty of time and space to inspect it, so I didn't feel rushed or pressured. I was quite satisfied overall.

This was not my first car that I bought from BNM Auto. They've got a very friendly sales team.They offer free Carfax on every car in the lot which gives you a peace of mind before making a decision.They mostly carry Japanese and German cars.They do oil changing on every car unlike most of the car dealerships.You can also run into a bad taken care car.One thing i want to point out, you might not find a place to park your own vehicle.It's pretty disorganisned. Remember, this is a used car dealership but they do a great job...
