We saw the truck online and entered chat. We asked about availability. Told them we were driving in from an hour and a half away. Called following chat to verify and ask to hold. When we arrived, the manager was on the phone (Dave) and Salesman (Brad) greeted us. We explained. He said manager was on phone with locksmith who would be there in 10 minutes. We were told 2 people were in earlier to look at it, but could not find keys. 2 is important because later it was 5, than 10 than 15. Told that we were lucky because cars have been sold out from others driving in before. Also, told that if we left lot car would be sold. Waited for the locksmith (who never showed) for an hour and half. Frequently told be there in 20 minutes. Attitude slowly changed after my wife said something about being a nurse and I mentioned my doctorate. Don't judge because we came in sweats. I definitely had used car sales. High pressure because we were asked if car suited our needs and if wanted it. I responded don't buy cars without driving. Another change after I said trading in BMW. Brad let us know that we would need to pay difference in cash. I assured him that enough open credit to buy the car on any one of the cards in my pocket. After the test drive of the trade-in, we could go to lunch and they would hold (an hour and a half on the lot and in office) for the locksmith who would be there in 10 minutes. BTW, truck was unlocked on lot. Not a common practice. They also disparaged chat person and said main office has not idea what they do. We to lunch and come back. Still no locksmith so we left. Never spoke with manager (Dave) who could have at least offered something. Salesman was only interested in getting us out the door. I personally think they had a better offer and did not want to deal. High pressure and very used car sales feel. Took a shower when I got home to get the dirty off.

Good service. Large selection. I had my choices narrowed down to a Subaru BRZ and they Genesis Coupe. The salesman let me test drive both of them and was brave since I hadn't driven a manual transmission vehicle in 10 years. We made it through that test drives, I got a good deal on the Genesis and I was on the road.

I walked in at 9:45 with my young son, I was told my wait would be over 2 hours but the gentleman would do his best to get me out asap. We sat down enjoyed the wifi, snacks and the Olympics. Around 11 am I was told my car was done! I was in checked out in one hour ten mins when I thought we were going to be there for well over 2 hours. It was an amazing experience. The new service area is awesome too! I loved that they had snacks & drinks for kids too it really made me feel like Bob Bell welcomes children, which is very important to me. Never once did I feel like my child was a disturbance. The staff was extremely friendly too.

I scheduled the service on my F-150 Truck, they Changed the oil, rotated the tires, and topped off all the fluids. Checked the brakes, tires, battery, plus a lot more in just 40 mins. that's excellent service. they also gave me an estimate on things that I wanted performed on my F-150 Truck in the future.

Having purchased vehicles from Bob Bell for the past 30 years, I was pleased to see the legacy of Mr. Bell continue through family members (JP Bishop and Mike Fitzpatrick, Jr.) in the business, as well as longtime sales associates. I had the pleasure of working with Kenny Golder. Kenny was courteous, friendly and responsive during the transaction of the purchase of my new Explorer. He was also helpful in explaining every detail and function of the Explorer. He has since followed-up to see if I had any questions on the Explorer. John in the finance office was also very helpful. The final actions in his office were seamless and straightforward.

Terry James is fantastic I purchased my F150 from her in 2013 and purchased an Escape for my with this month. She makes car buying easy. She has a wealth of knowledge and is very patient. We went to Apple ford to look at a specific vehicle and was harassed so bad by the sales person that we will never go there again. When my son is old enough to drive we will seek out Terry yet again.

I believe his name is Chad. Younger guy with white shirt and had short black hair. He was acting in the capacity of a maintenance coordinate. He worked Saturday morning at 7:00 am and he deserves a raise. He was focused on customer service the entire time. He was very friendly and professional. I had concerns and he took the time to listen while getting the job done. He made every customer feel important. He went above and beyond to keep things flowing. I appreciate him and the african American maintenance guy for listening to my concerns and getting me out as quickly as possible.

I got the service I expected. The service dept. did not try to sell me anything I didn't need.My visit took a total of an hour and 45 minutes, which was longer than I expected for the "Quick Lane" service, considering that I had an appointment. (Service on my vehicle consisted of an oil & filter change, tire rotation, and multi-point inspection.)Also, the multi-point inspection report was not filled out completely.

My most recent Service dept. experience at Bob Bell was great, but all the ones prior to this one were poor or fair. This particular experience was much better because Bill, the new Quick Lane manager, was attentive to my vehicle's needs, tried his best to explain what was wrong, and was very understanding and accommodating. While I waited, I spoke with Ken in the Sales dept. and he was wonderful as usual with helping me to understand things about my current car and what new cars are available.

My salesperson, Terry James, is just wonderful. We've now purchased three of our vehicles through her. She's helpful and friendly and fun and incredibly knowledgeable of all the working parts of the vehicles. She is excellent at training a new buyer on all the buttonology of a new vehicle.I also really liked the finance guy. His name is Joe, I'm not sure how to spell his last name. Contacted them about a Velositer. Talked to a Salesman named Damon. I told him exactly what I was wanting/needing and even followed up with a email to him containing a build sheet of the Vehicle and its options I want to purchase. Damon, explained that it was raining and would that it would be busy that day but that he would follow up. A week later...and Im still waiting to hear back. Perhaps, my ability to precisely communicate my needs is off putting but at minimum saleman should dollow up....very disappointed...maybe this week he will call...

Mt. Merrick Lee, your sales manager and finance manager, John, were very accommodating and informative. We stopped at 6:20pm to browse and acquaint ourselves with your Kia products and did not walk out until 11:25 pm with the purchase of a Sedona van and the discount we needed to "make it happen". It was not our intent to make a purchase at that time, but once we decided "this is it", they never once said, "it's late and this can wait" (and, it was very late!).

Our sales person was very friendly, direct, and down to earth. He helped me get the exact car I wanted in my price range and the color I was looking for! My car needed to be picked up from another store. I was told I could get it the next day between 11 and noon. I didn't get it until 5pm. In that time no one called or communicated with me what was going on. They just said another 15 - 20 minutes. I really did not appreciate that. Aside from that everything was great!!

I appreciated the service department taking the time to keep me constantly updated on the work being done to my car. I also appreciated that I was treated with great respect when talking to the staff. I had had a horrible experience with a previous dealership when trying to resolve the problems with my car and it was quite refreshing to not be treated that way at your dealership. As a woman who knows enough about cars to know what is going on it was nice to not be talked down to. I will gladly be back for any work that needs to be done to my car and will definitely recommend the service department to anyone who needs it!

After I gave my car to the service department I went into a very clean and well kept waiting area. Although I did not have any the snack and drink area was also well stocked. The service manager was curteious, proficient, and motivated to assist me. He told me that it would be about 2hrs till my car was finished. Using his ability to prioritize my car was finished in less then an hour.

I had a blow out on my tire and needed a replacement tire since I just put on a donut spare. I called the dealership the next morning an got excellent response and service.I was pleased while waiting for the repair there was cofffee, snacks and a golf magazine to occupy my time while waiting.I was also pleased they didn't damage my wheel when putting on a new tire. The only problem was when someone checked under the hood. See answer under question four.

I went into the dealership doing some research on the F-150. I was awaiting a swarm of sales people as I browsed the lot looking at trucks. Which is something I really don't care for. I was left to wander around so I could check out the trucks and options. When I was ready to talk I went into the show room and was promptly greeted and asked if I had questions. Which of course I did. I was introduced to Brenda. Who walked me through the plethora of options on the 2016 trucks. Which cleared up many questions I had. I was then offered a test drive and again surprised when no pressure at all took a truck for a drive and checked it out off the lot and got to see all the functions and gadgets in operation. Got back to the dealership still very undecided on which truck I wanted with so many choices. Still no pressure I left and went home thought it over and did some further research. A few days later went back when I had figured out what I really wanted and began discussing price again no pressure. Worked through the pricing and finding me the exact truck I was looking for. They were willing to work with me from start to finish and were responsive to any question I had about the truck its features or the pricing and negotiation. I was truly a fantastic experience. I highly recommend if you are looking for a Ford product to visit Bob Bell in Glen Burnie. Oh yeah I had a lacrosse practice the evening I picked up my truck they were ready to go when I got there and got me through finance and out the door so I could make the practice which I couldn't miss being the head coach. Just great a buying experience. Thanks again Brenda!!

I am the type of buyer who can not stand all the gimmicks and back and forth with the salesman's manager. What a breath of fresh air it was to deal with Andrew. He told me like it was, he was able to make decisions without his manager, and he gave me a very fair price. Everything was quick and easy and I was out the door in no time with a new vehicle. All of the paperwork may have taken 10 minutes tops.

The best car buying experience I have had. First, I liked the look of the Kia Soul so I read consumer reports which gave it a very good rating. I went for a test drive and did some negotiating then for trade-in value, etc..I liked how the car drove and the warranties and repair support was better than I had known. The dealer worked up an offer in a timely manner and I did not feel pressured to make a decision then. They asked but it was not hard-sell. I took the offer and had it analyzed from a retired car dealer and he said it was good, a very small profit margin really. I went two days later and picked out the one I wanted in black. Again, they salesman was very helpful with the paper work explanation and also explained how everything worked in great detail inside the car. The finance guy did ask if I wanted an extended warranty, but it was not hard-sell. All in all, the car is great, the deal felt fair to me and I am very happy with the whole transaction. It was clear, respectful and as smooth as all the paperwork allowed it to be.

I just purchased a 2016 shiny new Ford Explorer. After searching for several months, I found the exact vehicle on their lot in Glenn Burnie. It was a great experience! There are a ton of reasons why but here are the two big ones that stuck out to me and my fiance. 1: THE TEST DRIVE: We didn't need to ask, they handed us the keys and said to be back in 15 minutes or so. Dave didn't come with us. I loved that. Not having someone sitting behind us while we drove our future vehicle around was relaxing and gave Sarah and I the chance to really get a feel for the vehicle without someone pressuring us to buy. I loved that. 2: The employees never once tried to sell us packages or plans we didn't need. In fact the encouraged us NOT to purchase things we didn't need. Overall it was a wonderful experience and now Sarah and I have an awesome vehicle!

It took 3 hours to get an oil change. The lady at the service desk was rude and the person who brought in the paperwork was also rude and did not go over the inspection findings like they are supposed to. Worst dealership ever. I would never go back here!! Run and find anywhere else to go!

I purchased my first (new to me) used car a week ago. The customer service was great from the beginning. I already knew what car I was coming to look at and when I arrived everything was made easy. I walked out (drove off) within 3 hours. I was even able to get a better financing price than my credit union. Also, I have Bob Bell Care for the next 2 years with free oil changes and other maintenance features. It was an awesome experience.

This is the second used vehicle I've purchased from Bob Bell Ford. As before (6 years ago), it was a very smooth buying experience. I paid a fabulous price (below market - the internet price), used the financing I wanted to use (no pressure to use the dealer financing), the vehicle was ready when I wanted to pick it up (was totally clean and filled with gas). The vehicle, while a 2011, even had an owner's manual. All the questions I had about the vehicle were answered; I was even allowed to take a test drive by myself. I still have the vehicle I bought 6 years ago and have had absolutely no issues with it. I shopped a lot of places (all the ones you've heard of), but when it came down to it, I got the best deal from Bob Bell, so I came back.

We purchased a 2016 Ford Escape. I found the vehicle online and requested information before driving to the location. Nicole contacted me almost immediately and answered all of my questions and even asked a manager for help with one she did not know herself. After talking we decided to drive over for test drive and appraisal of old vehicle. As soon as we arrived i was welcomed instantly and Nicole showed me over to Ken Golder. He was extremely professional and helped my wife and baby and i into the vehicle for the test drive. It was nice to have them appraise the vehicle while we took the test drive to help avoid waiting. We ended up loving the vehicle and decided to purchase and trade in old vehicle. Ken made the experience very painless and quick. We were offered refreshments and even given a tour of the facility. We were able to drive our brand new car home that night at the price we wanted. Thanks again to the people that helped us and we will be referring family and friends to them in the future.

I just want to let everyone know about my experience with Bob Bell. First of all I went to the used section of Bob bell which was interesting because the used dealership build was a small separate building on the left side of the Main building itself. I didn't mind this because when I walked it it felt like I was walking into someones family home where everyone was nice, welcoming and fun to be around. The individual that I was supposed to meet there was Terry Jones. However, I was not able to meet her due to the timing, but she sounded very nice. One thing I can say about Terry is although she sounded nice, she had a firm tone. Basically like shes super nice, but when its time for business she means its time for business, but theres nothing wrong with that at all because even so as I said 2 or 3 times before, she was very nice :-). Now in the building, the person that I dealt with the most was a fellow by the name of Dustin uh......I forgot his last name, but nevertheless that's who I dealt and he was a cool dude too. I won't go too much into detail, but basically he got me set up and made my FIRST (On my own) car buying experience. They did not hassle me or force me to into any deals that I did not want and just by being there and examining their staff and etc, it was easy to see that if I did not want a car from them, they would have let me leave without hassling me about trying out or looking any other cars that they had on the lot which is a BIG plus in my book. I would write more, but I think this is good enough and oh the last person that assisted me with the process was Missy Blair. Honestly I have one word to describe her...awesome :-). Welp that is it for my review, I hope that it can be easily read, if not I apologize (not really), but thank you for reading and good luck with you next and/or first car buying experience!

I am a previous Bob Bell customer. I was in the office with the intention to have my current vehicle serviced; however, the purchase of a new car was in my 1-month plan. I walked over to the new car area with a particular vehicle on my mind. I worked with Pete G (Walter Giordano) and I must say, my experience was AWESOME. I didn't feel pressured to purchase; yet, I had a great car buying experience. My questions were answered and the customer service was phenomenal. With my previous purchase, the Bob Bell Care plan was awesome. Even with the appointment scheduling, I was in and out. I just knew I wanted AWD and SUV and we narrowed it down to this vehicle. I was fustrated at not being able to get what I was looking for at first but once we found this I was very pleased with it. I havent had it for to long yet but its fully loaded and its an awesome car. Getting use to all the electric components and technology but I love. Good car good deal good price. After my Hyundai Tucson was totaled, I decided to buy a new Ford Explorer. I dreaded the dealership experience, you know, the hours long bargaining, selecting a car, and the "I have to check with my manager" routine. I made an appointment the day before, and when I walked in to Bob Bell Ford the next morning, I was greeted by a friendly and humorous gentleman named Tim Euliss. Tim invited me to his office, and I told him what I was looking for in the Explorer and the price range. In less than ten minutes he had the car of my dreams waiting for me to test drive. When I came back a few minutes later, I told Tim this was the car. All of my anxiety was for nothing. Tim and Bob Bell Ford made buying a new car a real pleasure. I have never experienced something as simple as buying a new car. I got the fair deal that I wanted and within 90 minutes, start to finish, I was driving home in my 2016 Ford Explorer. The entire sales staff was helpful, and I loved their easy going banter. They really made me feel at home. I named my new Explorer "Cavanaugh." Don't take a chance on another dealer. Go to Bob Bell Ford. You will be very happy that you did.

I purchased a new 2106 Kia Sedona as an upgrade to my 2012 Kia Soul Exclaim. I specifically went back to Bob Bell Kia for this purchase as I and my wife have been extremely satisfied with all aspects of the dealership. My wife was so impressed with the quality of the vehicles that in 2014 she purchased a Kia Sou Plus and couldn't be happier. Having dealt with the same salesman as the other two purchases was a plus. We felt comfortable and at ease. Every aspect of the new vehicle purchase was explained completely and we were dealt with in a comfortable, professional and courteous manner. The finance department went a step further than expected in finding that we could get a better finance rate and saved us some money in the process. We would definitely recommend Bob Bell Kia to our friends and family members and will continue to utilize the dealership for all maintenance activities as well as any new vehicle purchases.

The sales pitch was honest and not high-pressured. Brenda Potter was extremely helpful. Once I made my decision the wait was short and the paper work was conducted pleasantly, again without high pressure to purchase all the extras. Just purchased a used 2011 Ford Ranger from Terry James at Bob Bell Ford. The experience was pleasant and definitely not high pressure. Terry is a joy to work with! The staff in the used car section was also professional and easy going. Of course like everyone else I was hoping to get a few more dollars off the sale price but I feel I was treated fairly. After taking the vehicle home I did encounter some minor problems which were handled immediately and without any hassle. He didn't waste a minute of our time...especially helpful given that we had our newborn son with us. They worked with us on pricing, made some recommendations for dinner near by while they prepared all the paperwork, had it fully detailed while we were gone, and we were on the road within 10 minutes of coming back from dinner. Leon Johnson was very professional and helpful. We bought a Hyndai Santa Fe Sport 2.0T. We took a test drive and the SUV performed great. This was the first of 4 SUV's we were planning on choosing from. Leon gave us pricing based on basic refunds but we needed to try the other options. Nothing else was even close. We came back and he worked to get us the maximum discounts available. We were very happy with the whole experience. The purchase didn't drag on forever. Everyone was courteous and helpful. Leon set our phones up, showed us all the bells and whistles and made the experience smooth and painless. We highly recommend Leon and Bob Bell as a helpful professional place to get a new car and the Santa Fe is fabulous.

I called about a specific car on at Thurs. Scheduled an appointment for Saturday. I came in at 10am, by 1:30 I was leaving in a 2016 Hyundai Tucson Limited, the one I wanted. As a matter of fact, it was the only one on the lot and apparently they hid it "out back" until I got there. My salesman was Sam Lee, he was very forthright, kept me in the loop on what the credit department was doing and answered my questions honestly. Some of which I knew the answers to, but was checking the "smarmy salesman" level. None was found. Everyone there was very nice. Most definitely the easiest, quickest and best auto purchase I have ever made. If you are even considering buying a car, go see Sam, he is the best!!

Sam Lee was my sales rep. What a great guy.... Compassionate, great listener and really showed that I was valuable to him as a customer. I had lots of questions, he had very helpful answers. I am pleased that I met Sam Lee and he was the one that made me feel good about purchasing a new car. To this day, I am completely satisfied. I would HIGHLY recommend never using Bob Bell Ford, Hyundai, Kia service in Glen Burnie. I recently had a recall for a fuse replacement on my new Kia Forte and scheduled an appointment. For the next week I got daily text and email reminders about the appointment which was a daily annoyance. I was 15 min early for my appointment and was told that it should only take an hour or so to do the work. I waited at a restaurant for 2 hours and walked back to the shop. I was told then that it was not ready so I sat in the waiting room for another 2 hours. I then walked to the service desk and they told me that they would have it done in 40 min. After waiting another 40 min. I again went to the desk and told them I just wanted my car as I was not waiting any longer. They then called the technician and in 10 min. the car pulled up in the back area. He gave me the keys and I left. In the 10 minute interval they had put the fuse in and didnt even bother to put the cover back on which was setting in the passengers seat. I spent most of the day waiting for them to change a fuse. Their communication throughout this whole process was horrible and they didnt bother sending me an email questionnaire inquiring how wonderful my service experience was. Unless you want to be supremely frustrated, stay away from this place.

Erick Banke and Erick Morris brought a whole new and excellent experience to purchasing a new vehicle. In the past I hated to contact any dealership because you are never left alone. You know the constant calls, the pressure to come in to the dealership, emails, etc. NOT THIS TIME AROUND. Erick B. said I want to earn your business and did he ever. He asked all the right questions. When I said contact me by email...he did...even though he had my cell number. That was a first for me. Never was there any pressure. Both Erick's worked hard to meet our needs and I can say...we are a customer for life. What a positive experience. I can't say enough about these two professionals who hold true to words and that was another first for me. If you are looking for a great team to guide you into a new vehicle, these two guys I highly recommend. If you doubt my write up then I challenge you to find out for yourself. Seriously. I initially emailed the dealership asking for information about new or used cars in a price range I wanted. The responses were friendly and suggested a Hyundai Elantra could fit my budget because of the special rebates being offered, but no price mentioned in the email. They suggested I come in to see what kind of deal they could make me. I agreed to come and get information in person being very upfront that I was interested in paying $200 a month for a vehicle and wasn't that concerned on what type of vechile it was as long as it met my price. Seems pretty easy right? My salesman Bob Wells was a super nice and friendly person with answers to all my questions. I was shown a new Elantra and I did like it. All the paperwork was done with the last step being telling me my payment which was my primary concern from the beginning. The first payment I was offered was $304 a month. I quickly declined saying I came for information and a payment of $200. If that can't be done I can come back later and go with a different car. The payment than was dropped to $256 and a additional salesman coming in to pitch me about what a good deal I was getting. Again I said there wasn't room in my budget that I would have to get another car later. He kept on pushing and I did agree to get the car. Overall I think I did get a descent deal from them, however I felt I was pressured into purchasing before I was ready as it is the goal of the dealership to sale their cars.

I was looking online for vehicles. I found my Fusion hybrid online for a nice price. So I was working with the internet sales service. Once I went to go look at the vehicle I was directed to see Terry. She got the key for the Fusion immediately let me take it for a test drive. Once all was said and done and I was satisfied and ready to get numbers, she was very helpful in making sure that when I noticed the price she stated was not the price it stated online she made sure to find out why and fix the issue. She is very insightful about the vehicle and all the features. She answered all the questions I had. I think our entire time at the dealership from showing up and leaving with my Fusion was about 4 hours. Everyone who worked with me was very helpful, polite, and respectful.

I found my vehicles on line knew exactly what I wanted color, options everything. Chris in the Internet sales got me started. Then I went to Bob Bell and Bruce Pugh my salesman was patient as we were actually there to purchase 2 vehicles. My color was gone i thought about leaving but Bruce found an alternate with all my options I wanted. I love my new Ford escape. My daughter loves her new Ford Fusion. My husband had been in a couple of days before, and the sales associate remembered his name, and the car we were thinking of trading in. Even though we didn't meet all the criteria for the incentives given right then, because I was a long time customer, they went out of their way to show their appreciation by giving me the best deal possible. Every team member we worked with was very professional, gave great service, and went out of their way to make it a very positive experience. There was no such thing as the old fashioned notion of strong armed sales tactics - none whatsoever! It was wonderful! After weeks of searching online for the perfect vehicle, I found what I was looking for and headed into the dealership. Unfortunately, the car had been sold, but John Dewitt sat with me and found my new car with everything I wanted and well within my budget. This was my first car that I truly bought on my own. I shopped around at other dealers but did not feel I was getting the best deal nor was the salesperson other places very personable so I came back to Bob Bell Kia in Glen Burnie where not only was the salesman, John Dewitt friendly and helpful but the sales manager , Mike O' Meara was just as great. They were not pushy or overbearing, I know in the car business its all about making money, yet they did not make it seem like that to me. John took the time and sat with me in my car and explained all the workings of every system and knob, he also helped me clean out my old car a bit that I was using as a trade- in. All in all a very nice, relaxed experience.

After looking for a 2016 Kia Sorento SXL with the color and equipment I wanted and being told by other dealers in the Washington - Maryland - Virginia area that the color was not available, I went to Bob Bell Kia. They did a comprehensive search and found the exact vehicle I wanted at a dealership in Northern Pennsylvania. The next day they sent two employees to the dealership who got the car for me and I picked it up the next day. I am now driving the car and I love it. I had a 2014 similarly equipped Sorento but this car is greatly improved. I want to especially thank John DeWitt, the salesperson who made it all happen when salespeople at other dealerships said they could not help me. John is a consummate professional and it was a real pleasure to work with him. I will look forward to returning to Bob Bell Kia since they provide free oil changes and tire rotations for the life of the car. I strongly recommend this dealership and especially John DeWitt.

In February, several service lights in my pretty old 2001 oldsmobile popped out and I decided to get a new car. I preferred Ford Edge. However, the dealers around College Park really shocked me out with the price. One of them even gave me a $100 trade in for my old car. Finally, I decided to go a little far to Bob Bell. I met Bruce Pugh as the saleman. I would like to say it is really a good experience. After 30 minutes talk (including test drive), they gave me a very good price. But at that time my wife was left home so I need to pick her up and went Bob Bell again. In the second visit, they honored the price in the first visit and even gave me another $300 off and a extra All Weather Mat because my wife was not very happy with the color. The service is also good. After we completed the financial procedure, my new car were washed clean and everything is ready for driving away.

This is my first Ford purchase, prior I had owned a Jeep, and a Saturn, which Jeep was a terrible purchasing experience and it took hours. The only issue we had with my purchase was the detailing department was backup, no fault of theirs as it started snowing while I was waiting, so I went to lunch and came back, but when I had to drive my new car home there was a lot of snow already on the ground and the last thing I wanted to do was mess my NEW Escape up. The online sale person, Chris Mills was wonderful and when I got to the dealer, all was ready to hand off to Terry James who was the sales person who walked me through the sale, which she too was one of the best persons I have ever dealt with in sales. The gentleman Mark in Finance was fast painless and KNEW what he was doing, which to me is always a plus. So overall as I said on the subject it was the bet car purchasing experience I have ever had and I would recommend Bob Bell Ford and this team to anyone, thank you again.

I went in looking for a used pick-up. Ended up leaving with used jeep liberty. The car is in excellent condition. Larry was very friendly and helpful in helping me find something in my price range that I really liked. The only thing was I didn't get a car fax report. Other than that the experience was very pleasant and I wasn't there for hours filling out paperwork. Everything went smoothly and quickly. I hope I have this vehicle for a long time but will definitely go back the next time I need another car.

I purchased a used truck from Bob Bell in Glen Burnie. I already had a good idea of what I wanted going in. I had been on their website among many other used car websites and had a good idea of what was available locally. After a test drive we went over the vehicle and identified a few defects that needed repair. My salesman, Dick Miller, was quick to offer to have the vehicle repaired and brought up to my standards. We came to a fair price and sealed the deal quickly and painlessly. Picking up the vehicle the repairs had been done well and we've had no issues. I chose the Bob Bell dealership because of the reputation they have had and have maintained during the over-35 years that I have lived in the area.

This had to be the most painless experience that I have had buying a new truck. Brenda was able to somehow read what I was looking for without telling her. For example, I test drove two (2) trucks, an STX and an XLT.. When I got back to the showroom she knew which one I wanted before I could say anything and she was right. She made the whole process seem easy and there was no haggling over price. The finance folks were just as good. I drove my new truck home that afternoon, a happy man. One thing you don't expect to get from a sales person is honesty but Dick Miller was very honest, everything he said he followed through with. Bruce Pugh was a joy to work with. As an older and female customer, I am more sensitive to being talked down to or treated as though I am slow of thought because of my gender and age--particularly in what has been deemed a man's world. This was not the case with Bruce and others at Bob Bell. Bruce was courteous and knowledgable with a terrific sense of humor. He answered all of my questions and made sure he gave me the best deal possible. I had his complete attention during my visit. My husband and I were looking to replace a 15 year old vehicle. When we met Dick Miller at Bob Bell, it was an immediate process to find and purchase a vehicle. My husband had specific things that he was looking for, and it was made a priority to match these expectations. When we test drove the truck that my husband picked out, we noticed a shudder in the motor at idle and brought these concerns to Dick and the manager. We were told to drive the truck for a few days, and if the problem persisted to bring it back in and they would go over the truck. We dropped the truck off and picked it up the following day. Bruce Pugh was my salesman and I couldn't have asked for a more polite, helpful, detail oriented, and respectful person that I would want to wait on me. The dealership staff was more than accommodating with my wishes and concerned about my satisfaction. When I am ready for another vehicle, I will return to Bob Bell Ford.

I had such a good experience at Bob Bell when I bought my Tucson that I decided to return later in the year when it was time to buy a car for my son. I thought the price was a good deal (without having to haggle) and the free oil changes for as long as you own the car is an excellent deal. My first salesman even gave me a pink ribbon magnet for the car when he learned I was a breast cancer survivor. In addition, oil changes are quick and easy and if you don't want to wait, they have a shuttle available. Very pleased and highly recommend!

Great friendly people, nice facilities. My salesman was Bruce Pugh,I told him what I wanted and the next day he had everything finalized for me to sign! He's super friendly, kid friendly (my 6 year old was with me throughout process )got right to it and I had very minimal waiting time at the dealership...he set everything up so it went completely smoothly,I would recommend Bruce to anyone who's looking to purchase a new car. I was dreading the process and Bruce made it totally painless! I want to thank him for working hard to get me in my new vehicle because I'm extremely busy with limited time and he totally delivered!

My review starts and stops with the sales consultant Dustin Fields, he was excellent. I was in a very desperate situation and needed transportation following an accident that total my car and a temporary summer layoff of teachers that limited my income. I was working to pay my rental vehicle when I took a leap of faith and came upon Bob Bell Kia online and went shopping for inexpensive vehicles. I selected one and contacted the dealership and they responded almost immediately...it was 5am...I was surprised. The asked me to come in by 10am, where I met Dustin Fields. He listen to my woes and showed sincere concern. He was professional and friendly...made me feel very comfortable. As the finance officer struggle to find me financing it seem like a team effort with everyone going out of their way to help make the deal work. We finally got it done and I drove off by 1:30pm with my new (used) car. I got a deal that fit my budget and a price that was less than what was advertised on the internet. They took care of me and my family member as they waited on me. I thank all of them for the professionalism and their person concern for my well being. I especially thank Justin because it all began and ended with him.

Purchased my F-150 at Bob Bell Ford. Returned vehicle to Bob Bell's Service Department for warranty repair on cruise control. Dealt with David LeTourneau and Rick Bolewski (Svc Mgr). Service Department did NOT attempt to repair. Damage was done to the interior of vehicle. Have identified to Bob Bell Ford other electrical problems; e.g., AIR BAG fault light. Service Department wont return phone calls. Have escalated to Ford Motor Customer Service Division for resolution. DO NOT BUY A VEHICLE FROM BOB BELL FORD.

I scheduled a test drive for a Ford Fusion 2013 on a Saturday however when I got there, (took me more than 2 hours to get there), they told me it's sold. Seriously? I even called a day before to make sure the car I'm looking is still there, and what kind of service is this, I went all the way there for literally nothing.

Looking for a specific car my wife and I found what we were looking for. However our initial experience started off poor as we made an appointment with Chris in internet sales. When we showed up on a Saturday he was not there nor did he communicated with pre-owned sales on our trip and which car we wanted to test drive. The car was not on the lot as it was being serviced at the local Subaru dealership. At that point Bruce took over and promised that we would have first crack on it after Thanksgiving. Bruce stayed in contact with us and was very accommodating to our schedule. When we were able to make it back to the dealership the car was cleaned-up and fully ready to be test driven. Needless to say the car was in excellent shape, Bruce able to answer all our questions and we left with a new car.

We dealt with Chris from internet sales as they are based in MD and we live in VA. After more pictures taken and forwarded as we asked of the Mercedes Benz GLK we were interested in we negotiated a price via phone with the Sales Manager. I sent my application for financing via the net and was called to say I was approved. We told Chris that we would be there the next day by 10.00 am and if the pictures he sent were true to fact we would like to drive the car off the lot. He said no problem. We went to bed early as we were getting up at 3.00 to hit the road. My husband woke first and saw he had an e mail. It was from Chris, sent at 10.16 pm to say the vehicle had been sold. I spoke the next day to the service manager, a different one than who was working the night before. I asked what went wrong and what happened. After 2 hours he got back to me and said that it appeared that Chris did not relay any of the information as I have written above to anyone else at the dealership. I was also told he should have taken a deposit from us to secure the car, he never asked for one. I was told he was new at internet sales. Obviously he was not trained correctly, and I lost the car to someone else. Be very careful of the procedures that ARE followed and which SHOULD be followed if you consider purchasing via the internet.

fell in love with a car and i even set up an appointment to come test drive when we arrived we were told they sold it the night before and laughed about it. a phone saying the car was sold would have been great before driving all the way to the dealership. i will never go back to bob bell ever again. Oh and dont use the online chat system because that seems to be a waste of time and thats what im assuming the salesmen were laughing about because since the appt. was made threw that they said that its just a computer ........ USELESS

I ce here because it was the closest Hyundai dealership to me, which I regret more then anything. The first visit was pleasant enough and I was offered a good price. I came back a week later after I ha made my decision with some paperwork which gave me a supplier discount. They offered me a price that was $700 higher and would not honor the price from the last week, eventually telling me "we don't even want to sell you the car for this price, there is no way you were given that other offer." Long story short, after filling out the applications and some paperwork in the morning, I made an appointment to come back at 5pm to take delivery. I waited for 10 minutes before anyone even approached me because my sales guy was too busy for me. After that, I get seated and the guy disappears for 15 minutes without telling me where he is going. I stand up at that time and find him chumming it up with another sales guy in the ford dealership. By the time the manager got involved, I was already out the door. At which point he told me he didn't want to sell me the car and that if I came back on the property, the cops would be called. I tell him the situation and he tells me "sir your stressed, so you're taking it out on us". If it wasn't for the fact that I needed a car and they were the only one with the trim and color I wanted, I would have walked out. The lady in finance was very kind and finally started walking me through the process she was going through. The only thing she did was ask me to give them only good reviews or to just not fill out any surveys since I had such a bad experience.

I was looking to trade a car for a 2011 Mustang, certified, and found the car at Bob Bell. The test ride and negotiation were quick, the car was prepared for sale, and I walked out of the dealership with the Mustang in 2 hours. No hassle at all. The dealership was great to work with - highly recommended.

Price makes you a customer on anything but service keeps you a long time customer. Buying a used car is like eating a box of chocolate, you never know what your going to get. Make no quick decisions,buy extended waranty if possible,and always be plesant with the people you deal with. Purchased a used Acura 3 weeks ago from dealer had to return car for check engine light,Great service,dealer made me a customer for long time. ITS SIMPLE (I do sales for a living)

Had a pleasurable experience at Bob Bell on Eastern Ave. We shopped many dealerships and began our search on Cars.Com. Bob Bell was always very responsive and attentive to our needs. No other dealership came close to matching their price and add ons (like free oil changes for 1 year). Would strongly recommend this dealership for your next new or used car purchase.

I got this delaer information from Cars.com and they had the car of my choice. The staff over there were very frinedly and helping in nature. They helped me in working out the loan process. The buying process was also very simple and faster than I expected. Nice experience for buying a car.
