Drew was awesome! He was a very good conversationalist during the waiting period. He showed me almost everything about the car but there was a lot to show. The whole staff is very friendly.

This was the worst service experience I have ever had. I had my car towed to a Hyundai dealer thinking of all places, a dealership would be the most efficient and easiest to work with. Well to start, it took them two week to even get my car in to the shop to look at it. When they finally got it in, they found out it was a bigger problem than originally thought. So, naturally, I asked them to order the part and get it fixed for me. But another week and a half later I went in to the dealership because I still hadn't heard anything, just to found out that they didn't order anything and were just letting my car sit in the parking lot. So I then asked them to order the part while I was there watching them, just to make sure it got done. And I'm not sure how dealerships work, but any other shop I have been to gets parts in on a daily basis. This dealership, however, took another two and a half weeks to get the part in and installed in the car. That is 6 weeks that I not only went without my car, but we had to deal with the dealership not answering the calls from my insurance company, not communicating with me about when parts got in, and overall awful customer service. I bought my car at a Hyundai dealership in Idaho and I love that dealership, I trust them and would go to them for anything! I would hope that the service that I received from Bob Brady Hyundai is not their normal treatment for customers, but if anyone is looking to get their car serviced, I would recommend avoiding Bob Brady at all costs.

Bought my new Palisade Saturday from Drew. Love the vehicle! Super friendly staff from the Sales Manager to the Finance Manager. Will definitely shop here again! So happy they had what I was looking for! They all made our buying experience the best to date!
