Very pleased with Bob hook Chevrolet. I was looking for a full size Truck to replace my mid-size Truck. I found the right one at this dealership. I have purchased from Bob Hook in the past and come back to them whenever I am looking. William Dabney my sales person is GREAT. He is honest and knowledgeable and will help you find what you are looking for. I will work with Bill for my future vehicle purchases. I also worked with Jason in finance he was great as well. I purchased a new truck from Bob Hook back in August. I have had the truck in a few times for some exterior upgrades and a couple of minor maintenance issues that have come up. Ryan Daring has been my point of contact all along with setting up appointments and has been nothing short of fantastic! He always responds in short order to my messages and has made sure that things were right and that I was satisfied.I am new to the Bob Hook family, but so far they have not let me down in the sales or maintenance department. If you are in the market for a new GM car or truck these guys will not let you down!

I could not have been more impressed with my experience at Bob Hook. My mom bought her car there last year and after that I knew that I want going to get my next car there. I have no complaint once so ever. The price, trade in value, service, and staff could not be any better. Max Minzenberger could not have been a better sales representative. I needed to take my GMC Envoy in for a service light and oil change. As my regular service writer was not there I had talked to Ryan Daring on the phone prior to going to the dealership. Upon going into the service dept, he greeted me and began to prepare the work order. He picked up on several items that I needed to have done in addition to the problem I was having. He explained why they should be done. As I needed to leave the vehicle, he kept me up to date with several phone calls. That kind of service is always appreciated. I picked my vehicle up this afternoon and he thanked me for my business.

I brought my car in (a 2013 Chevy Cruze) on October 24, 2016 and worked closely with Ryan Daring. He provided excellent customer service to me. On October 24, 2016 he did a thorough job of work on my car regarding the oil change/recall. I also asked for him to have the brakes checked. At that time he did not try to get me to have the breaks adjusted right away, but was very honest and forthcoming with me regarding the pulsation on my breaks. He assisted in answering all of my questions and did excellent follow-up work with me, especially the next day which was October 25, 2016 when I decided to bring in my car to have the brakes done. He called to advise that the parts would need to be ordered to have the breaks done and sincerely apologized. Also, it was very convenient to have the shuttle drop me off back home and also to have the shuttle to pick me up from work on the 26th of October. Ryan did a great job to ensure my car was completed to my satisfaction and I am truly thankful that I was able to work with Ryan who is a great associate and he was very easy to work with.

I have purchased a dozen vehicles for my business and personal use, in addition to referring several friends to Bob Hook over the years. I have given them my business because I felt they were fair and appreciated my trade. However, my past two recent experiences with their Service Department has been disappointing and I do not plan to purchase from them again.The first issue was with an $80.00 invoice for patching a tire on a sales vehicle. When I questioned the charge I was told it was a mistake and it was corrected. The second (and last) was with one of the four new service vans I purchased in the past 18-months from Bob Hook was pulling to one side when braking. I took the van to BH's Service Department to have it checked. To my surprise, I was given an estimate for repair of $3,063.27. When I did not agree to letting them basically replace the vehicle's braking system I was giving a diagnostic invoice of $273.50 of which included a $80.50 charge for 'TIGHTING BATTERY CABLE". After 7 failed attempts of contacting management through my sales rep and leaving messages with their telephone operator I went to a local auto store to purchase $141.99 in parts and spent 2-hours replacing the front rotors and pads. The van is now fixed. My issue is simply this: I did not realize fairness ended with the purchase. I understand and expect any business to yield a profit for services rendered, however I do not agree that a service department should lead customers to believe parts need to replaced just to "beef up" the ticket. If I am not looking at this situation objectively I would not know, because no one from the management team is willing to respond to my multiple attempts at contacting them. As a business owner I do not write this review lightheartedly, but I am frustrated with their lack-of-response. Very, very disappointed.

AS an owner of a 2014 Malibu purchased new. Have only good things about the quality of service at Bob Hooks. Majority of my encounters with service departments have been great. And if there wasn't a good interaction i remind myself anyone can have a bad for a multitude of reasons. And maybe my perceptions were bad? Anywho all service work to the vehicle were honored. Got great service from the shuttle guys who kinda went out of there way to get me home while my vehicle was enturned. I had great reservations about buying American after owning a Maxima for 17 years! But my fears have been squashed by the good service I've received here. Am seriously considering this dealership for my next auto.....HTH's

Bought used Chevy work van in January 2016 had 70,000 miles on it. July 2016 engine needs replaced at85,000 miles & the Rearend has gone bad. The salesman, Don Mills was unsympathetic. He offered to give me 1/2 of what I paid for it towards a brand new one. NOT HAPPENING!! Spoke to the sales manager, Willie he won't even return a phone call. Bob Hook should get rid of both of them. Tried to make a deal to purchase a new work truck & give them back the piece of crap they knew they sold me hoping to get some type of decent deal. No such luck. There are likely numerous recalls on this piece of crap we weren't made aware of either.DON'T SHOP at BOB HOOK CHEVROLET or YOU WILL BE ON THE HOOK!!!!!!

My first time there, I had to get an oil change. I was there for 2-3 hours. The employee told me it has to take that long because of warranty reasons. Found out later that was a total lie.Time after that i went for a button on my steering wheel breaking off. The guy said he glued it back on and it's fine.. Thing is, my car was brand new, why are you going to glue on a broken piece? So I left there and on my way home, turned the wheel and the button popped back off. he just laid it on there. They then had to order a new piece because I complained.Everytime I visit and get teamed up with John it's just a hassle. Mainly because of how he speaks to me.One day I dropped my car off and several hours later was about to pick it up and he called me up speaking babyish saying he's so so sorry because they ordered the wrong part and need to keep my car another day.Gave me a rental car, but when I went back to drop it off. the rental car place wanted to charge me because John didn't tell them it was covered because it was their error.When that was settled (John didn't answer the phone, but the rental place took my word for it). They dropped me off at the dealership and John didn't speak a word to me.Then the other day I was there and like always he calls me by the wrong name. Which is my exs last name. I correct him every single time and he doesn't really apologize. Just looks at me with a blank stare and says they'll correct it. I am married to someone else, and have been for almost two years. I do not want to be called by my exs last name.I even asked for new wipers. He told me they'd be what would equal to $55. When mine were disposed of and the new ones installed. Came out to be $85. John was no where to be seen.I've been thinking about trading my car in and buying something newer, but I hate dealing with that service shop.

At the dealership, our sales professional was William Dabney. He was very helpful all along the way. He was a great listener, and was very knowledgeable about the truck. It was an easy decision to make on purchasing this truck. The features it had were what we wanted, the online price was on point for us, and the folks at Bob Hook made the process pretty much seamless. I sat in a comfortable chair. Restrooms were available. Hot coffee was hot and plentiful. Personnel were friendly and positive. My wait time was two hours long. I am still on the 4 year plan. So upon returning, looking for another car, being used or new, I felt like Bob Hook was the right place to go. After talking with the salesman, Peter Boeck, I fell in love with the new 2016 Malibu. With the rebates and incentives it was actually cheaper than a 2015 or used model. There was no pressure involved, I could have walked away anytime. I felt like I was cared about, my concerns were discussed and I am a very satisfied customer. My car is brand new, no problems so far and if any arise, I feel confident that Bob Hook will take care of me. In general, I dread car shopping. I looked online at other places and even visited other places, but with my past experience at this dealership, I couldn't go wrong. I've googled and searched other prices and places since my purchase and nothing compares to the great deal I received. Highly recommend Bob Hook Chevrolet. Thanks.

When I pulled into the service garage a young lady immediately greeted me and ask what she could do for me, I told her I needed an Oil Change, she took the information and said they would take care of my car. In a few minutes my car was driven into the service area, it was not long they can to the waiting room and told my car was ready. hey changed the, rotated the tires and checked all the hoses and tire tread depth and I was ready to go. Jason and jimmy were a great help and very kind! They even managed to lower my interest rate and called me back which is awesome! However when I came back in to sign the lady in finance next to Jason's office was rude and when I said I would like to cancel my Gap insurance she rudely asked"um why would you do that?" I don't really see how it is any of her concern and she was rude from beginning to end. She needs to get an attitude adjustment if you ask me. Overall, I would still recommend bob hook to friends and family just tell them to work with jimmy , Jason and the other guy in finance I can't remember his name. The lady though I would steer away from.

My wife and I both was pleasantly surprised on how effortlessly the car buying process was once we arrive at the dealership. However, we did most of the coordination online and by phone, but the whole process was different but stress free once we arrived. Mr Lovelace was very helpful and since the Tahoe LTZ was for my wife, he helped her sync her phone, set her seat to her specification and demonstrated how to remove and install the third roll seats. It has taken me two years to this month to write a review because I wanted to see how well the dealership would respond to all my issues and concerns with maintenance as well. Now I can say that the entire process has been nothing less than superb. Over the last two years I have driven 93 miles roundtrip for every oil change and service required and have enjoyed every aspect of the experience.So I give Bob Hook Cheverlot an A+ to this point! This was our 4th Chevy purchase from this dealership. My husband has purchased three trucks and this was my first. I was pleased with the service but would recommend council on warranty prior to so the customer can get a complete picture of monthly payment. I had a max number I could pay for my monthly payment and when it came time to sign I was then given options for warranty which raised month payment up to 75 a month. If I would have known of the expense during negotiations I might have been able to include. Overall however pleased.

I travel for work and the flooding in Louisville yesterday made me realize I had waited too long to get my tires replaced... I had a meeting that would last a few hours in Louisville and decided to stop and see if Bob Hook Chevrolet could replace the tires on my car. David Redding was great, even though I drive a Dodge, they were able to run get a set of tires and get them replaced in just over an hour and my car was waiting when my meeting was over. Bob Hook goes above and beyond the call of duty even if you are not their customer!! I will definitely be back to this dealership for service when I am in Louisville. I would definitely recommend since John in the service dept. worked with me and helped me get my service repairs done at Warranty pricing. I don't think I would recommend a Chevrolet product at this time. TOO expensive to repair and the original parts don't last. I have 60,000 miles on my 2011 Traverse and since November I have had a deflector repaired because it was not putting heat out on the passenger side, $385. I had water pump go out covered under warranty. I had the power steering pump started going out, covered under warranty. But, the kicker is the Throttle body. John got it down from $700 to $519 with my 60K service. But, these things are unacceptable for a vehicle that I purchased brand new in 2011. Vehicle has been taken care of and serviced regularly. I understand that things to wear out but, at 50-60K MILES? Now I have a low beam light out. The manual with the car DOES NOT SHOW any way to replace it!!! I called John and he said it takes about an hour to replace it and you have to take a few parts off the car to get to it to replace it!! This is CRAZY!! An engineer with Chevy/GM should loose their job for this design. He will charge me $30 to replace but, I should be able to do something like this. I am not pleased in that the vehicle is made so that I can not replace a headlight lamp!!!

John Gahimer definitely went above and beyond to try to identify the problem with my Chevy Tahoe. John did not recommend unnecessary repairs; or repairs that were not supported by facts. John and I ultimately agreed upon a repair strategy that seemed the most logical choice to try. So far, so good; we drove the Tahoe over the weekend without an issue. Hopefully, we found, and repaired, the problem.My compliments to John; John represents your company very well.

I had purchased my car from Bob Hook Chevrolet in October. However, recently I discovered a pretty bad oil leak. I was assigned to John, who made arrangements for service, and also saw that I had a rental car to drive. John was extremely polite, and was also attentive to all of my concerns. After the service was completed and I returned home, I discovered yet another leak, and had to call again. John once again took care of the service and transportation for me. He explained each problem, and never once showed any disrespect to me. He was very friendly and respectful. I believe that Bob Hook Chevrolet should consider him a valuable employee.

I made an appointment with Bob Hook Chevrolet to have a noisy HVAC blower motor replaced in my 2012 Silverado. Since the problem was only noticeable when the vehicle was cold, I agreed to leave it for several hours so the technician could verify the problem. I was given a "loaner" vehicle to use while my vehicle was being repaired. The service department called me in a few hours to report that my vehicle was ready. At this point, the repairs seem to have taken care of the problem that I was having.

THE LAST SERVICE HERE WAS SOMEWHAT UNACCEPTABLE. A 1 1/2 HR OIL CHANGE TURNED INTO 3 1/2 HRS . THEN THEY LIKED TO TORE THE DRIVER SIDE MIRROR OFF MY SILVERADO PICK UP. THEY KEPT TELLING ME THE TECH WAS RESETTING THE GAUGE, BUT I TAKE IT THAT THEY WHERE TRYING TO FIX THE MIRROR PROBLEM. NOW I HAVE TO TAKE IT BACK IN FOR THEM TO REPLACE THE MIRROR.

Since purchase of car we have been bring it in for its regular maintenance. On this trip we brought it in for oil change/tire rotation plus recall repair. The techs were spot on in their time allotment for doing the repair of the ignition switch. As always the staff were friendly and helpful, even brought the car to me instead of walking out in the lot.

I recently purchased a 2014 Chevy Spark 1LT at the Bob Hook dealership in Louisville,Ky. It was my most "hassle free" new car purchasing experience to date. The final purchase price was negotiated via the internet and I drove to Louisville to pick up the vehicle. A little over an hour later, I was out the door and on my way home. Bob Hook Chevrolet completely surpassed my expectations in every respect. The sales rep (Michael Harris) was knowledgable, pleasant, and didn't oversell anything. He had answers to every question, and truly cared about my buying experience. I ended up having a very abnormal issue with my truck a few days after buying it, and the dealer could have leaned on the warranty to fix my problem. However, they assessed the problem, saw how disappointed I was, and they simply gave me a new truck. They went completely above and beyond the call of duty, and I will continue to buy from them until I'm done buying vehicles. Do yourself a favor, and visit this dealer if you're in the market for a new car or truck.

I shopped through the internet search for what I was looking for. I put feelers out at three different Chevrolet dealer. I called and was put through with Mr. Dabney. I gave him my e-mail address and told him what I was looking for. The next day he e-mailed me back and said he had a Tahoe that met the description of what I was looking for. I found everyone in the staff to be most helpful and accommodating to a busy lifestyle by using the internet to help me look for a vehicle that was something I wanted. Our salesman (Derek) did a great job of finding what we needed and not trying to upsale. He knew their selection inside and out and was able to answer any question I asked. The price that is listed is the price seems to be firm. If you find a car online, don't go into he dealership expecting a price reduction. I used a trade-in on buying the new car and it had a 6-cd changer with 6 cd's in it. Of course I thought I got everything out of the car but they called me and told me they found the 6 cd's in the changer and will hold them for me to pick up at my convenience. Now that's service!!!!

I came in for service on my 07 Tahoe and decided to look at a newer model. My service rep (Bryan) looked at what newer but used Tahoes were available on the lot. We found two I was interested in so he introduced me to a salesman (Michael Harris) who completed the deal. Everything went very smoothly and everyone was very nice and accommodating. There was 1 issue that I was not satisfied with but Michael resolved the problem to my satisfaction. I am also very impressed with the body department. I am adding a hitch cover to my Tahoe and one of the employees of the body shop was very helpful. After the parts department gave me the wrong part he went with me to the parts department and helped them locate the correct part. He went beyond his job responsibilities and this was very impressive. Overall it was a good experience for me.

In the three years I have going to Bob Hook for service I have been treated very fair and speedy service. On occasion there has been large volume of people having service work done. In this case I have had to wait maybe a an hour longer. Even with appointment this could not be avoided. Great job on my car. This makes you want to continue having service work done with them and maybe in time buy another car from them.

I worked with Mr Boeck, nice man and truly honest. I believe if you're looking for a car you want somebody who knows plenty of information and will be straight up with you from jump when looking to make a deal. I got all of that and some working with Peter Brock. Little did he know that I had done my research on the car already. I test drove the car and he quoted me the price of the vehicle and then said I believe the price had been reduced, which was the price I was looking for when I arrived on site (honesty). This is the guy you will want to see when looking to purchase for a vehicle! He is honest and will get you in and out with the right car for the right price for you

excellent! from the time i drove on the lot till i purchased the car. excellent follow-up and concern for my wife's needs with out any judgement as to why she wanted certain thing done. he was 100% professional, which resulted in addition sales in add on's to the car. 1) different head rest that my wife wanted, window vents, pin striping, back-up sensors. our sales person 100% cared about us! he followed up on how we liked the car, we will always work with Michael and refer our friends to him.

I bought a HUMMER GM OEM 15834196 Grille-Grille Assembly on eBay on 03/05/2014, Item# 301113177113. They cancel my order that same day with some excuse that the item cannot be shipped because its too fragile. Although the item is still being sold by them on eBay, check Item# 301116006367. They haven't refund my money yet and I WANT MY MONEY BACK NOW. This is just outrageous. I've sent several emails to them asking about my refund with no success so far. You know it just take a second to refund a PAYPAL payment. Its my money, not their money to play with.

I took my 2011 Chevy truck to have the oil changed and the tires rotated. I informed them that it had been running rough. The service department told me I needed to have my fuel injectors cleaned for $89.99 (the truck had about 32,000) I agreed to pay. After they were done I drove back to work where my truck sat until 8:30pm. When I got in my truck to go home the smell was so bad that I could not stop coughing. I had to drive 35 minutes in 10 degree weather with all the windows down. The service person had placed the hoses and the bottle of cleaning fluid in my passengers set. The cleaner leaked out on two new Carhartt toboggans and down into my seat. When I called the dealer ship they said bring it in on Monday and they would clean the seat.(more interested in getting their tool back).They did not want to pay for the toboggans, they said just wash them, when washed the top one came out with holes in it. They did not discount anything and did not reimburse me for the time or the gas it cost me to fix their problem.

Visited Bob Hook's initially to determine how the SUV market looked. Was fairly comfortable that I wanted a Traverse by the time I left. Then visited a dealer in Indiana. Was unable to get them to a price with which I was comfortable. Felt like they were playing games with me. Called Peter Boeck, the Bob Hook salesperson, and told him the price I was willing to pay. From the first visit to when I drove away in my new Malibu Eco, it was hands down an absolutely wonderful experience. Peter was extremely knowledgable, honest and kind. Within 24 hours of my first visit he found the car I wanted with all requested options. The car was located out-of-state and Peter made it happen within 48 hours. He really cared and offered the sort of customer service that is rarely found these days. Peter went above and beyond making sure my car was washed, gas tank was filled, and XM radio and On Star were set up before I picked up my car. In addition he took his time to personally show me how to use all of the cars gadgets.It was the easiest buying process and I couldn't be happier with the price. The finance manager was also very kind and honest. She took her time to explain all of my options and I felt like I was in good hands. I live about 1 1/2 hours always so I offer a price over the internet and about 30 minutes I had a response back and we settled a price right over the phone. I decided to come a day earlier than planned and I call Bill and he was more than willing to come in on his off time. Bill was a great guy to work with and answered any questions we had. I went to Bob Hook Tuesday 09/03/13 because my mirror had separated from my windshield in my 2012 Chevy Cruze and it took a chunk of the windshield out. John and Sandy took a look at it and John said he wasn't sure if warranty would cover it or not but that he was going to replace it anyways and deal with GM Warranty later on. Sandy made the order for the glass and said it would be Monday or Tuesday of the following week before it got there. The very next day I get a call from Sandy saying the glass was in and they could install it at 8am the very next morning. This is the 4th time I have had my car serviced at Bob Hook Chevrolet and the second warranty issue. They are always very very nice and professional. They truly care about the customer. Oh and by the way, I didn't even buy the car there! I bought it from a dealer in Pensacola, FL where my grand mother just retired from after 35 years. It is nice to see a dealership take such good care of customers, even those who made their purchase elsewhere. Their service is so good I called GM and let them know just how well they treat people. I definitely recommend them! I will be making all future purchases at Bob Hook.

We located our 2013 Crystal Red Traverse at Bob Hook Chevrolet on Bardstown Rd. through Chevy.com's website (inventory search). We visited Bob Hook unannounced early on Monday morning August 19, 2013 to specifically see this Traverse. Upon walking through the door we were promptly and professionally greeted by Mr. Bill Dabney. We explained to Mr. Dabney we were only there to look at the Traverse we had found online over the previous weekend. Mr. Dabney immediately retrieved the keys and took us outside to the exact Traverse we wanted. Within minutes we were seated at Mr. Dabney's desk discussing lease options. Mr. Dabney then brought in Jen Smith the finance guru at the dealership. These two knowledgeable people together guided us through the entire 'one pay lease' program and in less than an hour we had made our decision to lease this vehicle. We liked everything we were told, signed a couple of forms and left for the day. Upon returning on Monday evening our new Chevrolet Traverse was spotless clean, filled with gas, OnStar activated and ready for us to drive home. If you look at the pictures of the 2002 BMW Z3 for sale you would not have any reason to suspect the body damage and paint scratches that the car really has. I drove 300 miles to look at this beauty with the idea of buying it of course. Chatted with Bob Hook himself according to the pop-up on their website. Their secretary called me to arrange an appointment, and I talked to Leon, their salesman twice. Made the trip to find a car with a lot of body damage, check engine light, ABS & brake light all on, on the dash. Nothing was mentioned at all on the phone about these things. After the 300 mile drive for nothing I emailed the dealership expressing my concern with the way they did business. After 3 days Bob emailed me back only stating that maybe they should be more in depth the further a customer is driving to their dealership.

I bought a chevy avalanche over the summer at Bob Hook and have recently had some issues with it. It was a certified vehicle and I had trouble with the tires. Long story short, three months after I bought the vehicle I had to buy new tires. Everything but the tires was under warranty, so I ended up having to pay 800$ for new tires. The person before me didnt rotate them correctly so they wore pretty bad. Anyways, I emailed them and discussed my issues and dissatisfaction that the tires hadn't been taken care of beforehand. Bob Hook personally emailed me back in a timely fashion and said he would look into the service records they had. A day later he emailed me and said that he would like to reimburse me for the tires because that should have been taken care of beforehand. I was shocked with his honesty first of all, and his offer to pay for the tires knocked me off my feet! This is a dealership that we have had several positive experiences with! They are honest, fair and stand behind their customers. Great customer service! I will be back to buy my next car from this man! Thanks BOB!

Peter was so helpful and plesant that yes, we ended up trading in my car for the one that we hadn't planned to purchase. We felt we were treated with respect by all, treated fairly and most of all did not feel pressured into purchasing this vehicle, and we appreciate that. I was 10 minutes early for my appointment and Bill was available right away. He talked to me about the basic car I had chosen on their web site and explained to me that, with the rebates right now, I could get a 1LT for not much more than the basic. He allowed my husband and me plenty of time to test drive the vehicle and then left us alone with the car so we could discuss whether to purchase the car. He did not rush us at all. Bill was knowledgeable, helpful, cheerful, and courteous. We would definitely work with him again.

I was at bob hook today and whoever the used car guy was was a real prick!! I wanted to trade my car in and buy a truck. He only offered me 12000 for a 2010 car with 22000 miles the car is a fully loaded Mazda 6 I grand touring. I really felt insulted by this offer. It actually made me mad and I told them that it was a insult to me. The day the got that car for that is the day two fools met!! I'm not a fool!!! Needless to say I will NEVER buy a truck from bob hook!!! I will also spread the word about how I was treated. I wasted most of my Saturday to be insulted!!!!

My experience at Bob Hook was very professional and easy. No high pressure, the Tahoe I bought is great (just wish it was black) but everything that was said and promised was done. No questions asked when I needed to go back and have a seat belt fixed. My son also bought a car from Dave and it has been a great exoerience for him. His first car that he paid for and Dave treated him with the utmost respect, even though he is a young man of 22 years. His car has also performed as promised.

Looking for a new car and wanted another Impala. Looked at the inventory on the lot, and looked at the web site. The car we were intersted in was still on the lot, we did a test drive, Bill explained about the car,its accessories and extras compared to the Impala being traded. The customer service was very good, they were always punctual with every concern that I had, and were very eager to take care of my situation. The quality of their work was also very good, I could tell that they tried very hard to stay on the route that I wanted to go. Every one that I came into contact was very friendly, never rude or seemed uninterested in my situation. My overall experience was on only good because when I walked in the door I told them that I could only afford a $250 car payment and I ended up walking out with a $290 car payment. The sale price of the car I will say is a fair price of the car, my payment is what I rated "price" on.

But when it came time to get a second car, my husband went to Bob Hook. He loved Bob Hook so much that when we decided to trade our Aura in, we went straight to Bruce Winters. He was amazing! He knew we had a bit of a rough time the first go round and was understanding to that fact. He took the time to listen to our needs and concerns and made sure that the experience as a whole was smooth and pressure free! What I loved most about Bruce was the fact that he took the time to talk to me! Other dealerships we went to pretty much ignored me and talked only to my husband. Bob Hook was definitely a breath of fresh air. We ended up purchasing an HHR and we absolutely love it! Service department was able to diagnose and fix a problem that had other service shops stumped (temperature related problems). They took the time to keep the vehicle over different weather / temperature conditions, so the problem could be re-created and they could troubleshoot it properly. You need to see how Bob Hook Chevrolet too care of my truck while in there care. My truck was spotless and never looked anything like it does in the pictures. The truck had the hood open and the window rolled down why I don't know and my seats have been shampooed but there is still dust coming out of them when you fluff the seats and this did not happen before I took my truck top Bob Hook Chevrolet and now they want to screw me around on cleaning my truck and fixing all the damaged parts the tech scrached up and now I wounder if my motor will have any future damage from all the gravel and dirt dust that covering the motor with the valve covers and the new fuel injectors expossed to this dirt and gravel dust. This truck is nw 3yrs old with 52232 miles on the clock and it has been in the shop three times for injector problems. If this isnt a lemon than I don't know what is.
