I purchased a 2016 Dodge Dart 10-08-2016 from this establishment and not my first vehicle choice but considering what I gave them to work with....best damn car ever!! The gentlemen at Bob Howard CJD went to bat for me and I am forever grateful. I've had some financial difficulties in the past and trust me, my credit report reflects that but it didn't stop them from helping me. I am not a financially irresponsible person at all but I've been through some unfortunate situations that make it difficult for me now. I'm not sure if they believed that about me or not but they were believable and again I'm thankful. I've never valued having a brand new car until now and I will absolutely return in the future for my next vehicle purchase.

The salesman sure knew what he was talking about; he made me feel welcomed and answered every question I had about the car down to his recommendations of insurance companies. It was great. I recommend anyone looking for a car get out there now

I would highly recommend seeing Michael Mayfield at Bob Howard CJD! The whole staff was amazing, However Michael was extremely knowledgeable, friendly, professional, and determined to get me into the car that I wanted! He went the distance for me and with me! No hassles, no pushy sales! Just amazing customer service! someone who really listened and understood what I was needing and made it happen!!!

Took my Ram truck to service several times and have been treated unbelievably . This last trip over I went to the new car show room while I waited and I met a manager named Mark Owen. He showed my a new power wagon Ram and I loved it ! He went And appraised my truck giving me a great value for it and sold be my new power wagon Ram! Great place to buy a truck,,, I strongly recommend Mark Owen and Bob Howard CJD. The general manager came by and introduced himself and gave me a card in case I ever needed him,,,, are you kidding me? Blown away with my total experience !

Let it be known first thing is all the calls are answered from Houston call center I make an appointment but that's only to me a service advisor then having to make an actual appointment to bring the vehicle back call the cells of visor for a week solid leaving voicemails daily no return phone calls finally get a hold of management then the vehicle is taken in for service return to the customer with the same exact problem The car is returned more things are further wrong with the vehicle after spending four days in the shop back an fourth , tomorrow will be the fifth trip this week , what pis poor customer service a simple tire pressure sensor I would not shop up there they are a total waste of time

I was eventually contacted by a salesman. We had agreed on a time to see the vehicle and when I arrived he was in a meeting. I was given another salesman, after waiting 10 minutes, I test drove the car. I was interested in the car. When I left I was told that he had left but would call me to make arrangements to purchase the car. I called a little later, no call was returned. I waited till the end of the day, still no call back. I went and purchased a car at a competitor 2 days later. 3 days after I had gone to see car, I recieve a email, by the person I had been waiting for a call from, asking if everything had gone well in my purchase of the car I came to see. They did not even know that I had not bought it. I know salesman are very busy and not every person is as ready to buy as I was but customer service is still expected. I was not very happy with the way I was treated. This is a very large auto group and I guess they figure they have the market covered and 1 customer missed isn't bad.

My first car I bought from David Stanley in Midwest City, Ok Horrible experience. I came to Bob Howard with a brick wall up because of how bad my experience was with David Stanley. They listened to me and gave me what I wanted for my trade and treated me with kindness. I was in and out of there with my new car with no hassle. We highly recommend buying a car from here. Thank You for treating us with respect and making car buying easy. Matthew Clark is amazing!!! Ask for him.

On 11/17 2014 my wife and I bought 2 new vehicles from Bob Howard CJD. Within days my wife had to take her car back because the UCONNECT was not working. She drove 50 miles for a 9am appointment. She told them she had a 1pm appointment across town and asked if she will need to cancel that? They said they would see what they can do. At 12:30 she asked if her car was done and they told her the mechanic was out to lunch so they didn't know. They never offered her a car to get to her appointment so she cancelled it. She got her car fixed. It was a software update. On 1/21/15 I drove 50 miles to show the service department a defect in the carpet of my 2015 Eco Diesel RAM. The first guy (I have his name) didn't know how to take pictures so he asked for another guy (I have his name) to take over. That guy took photos and said he would send them off to Corporate and expected a reply in 1 week. I also reported another problem with my wife's car and they told me they would call me on Tuesday 1/27/15 when a loaner vehicle was available. On 2/16/15 I sent an inquiry to Bob Howard's website and within a few hours I had a call from the service manager (I have his name). He looked at the computer and told me it appears that Corporate had asked some follow-up questions to the dealership but nobody has answered them yet. He said he would get right on this and call me back. It is now over 48 hours and I am still waiting for him to call. Meanwhile I can't initiate anything at another dealer on my carpet.
