I was unsure of what I was looking for and I'm really not a fan of dealerships. But a friend recommended that I check out Bob Hurley and that I speak with Julius Allen and I am SO HAPPY that I did. He was very HELPFUL and a straight shooter. He didn't waste my time, he listened to my concerns and He did not try to sale me something that I didn't want. I did not feel pressure to buy at that moment and I did not feel bad by not doing so on that day. I am a very busy professional woman looking for a truck. After doing my homework on pricing & packages, I initially called a very large ford dealership in west wichita that was 3 hours away. I told them exactly what I was looking for including the package & color, then asked them to get back to me with their bottom dollar including all rebates/incentives as I was ready to make a purchase. The salesman said " we don't work like that here! You need to come in, give me a price on how much u want to pay & we will try to find you a vehicle!" I told him "you obviously don't want my business! I then hung up on him! I sent an email to Bob Hurley Ford in Tulsa. Erik Negelein responded rapidly saying they had 2 vehicles on their lot that matched what I was looking for. I called him & confirmed the vehicle & asked him to send pics of the truck & sticker. I also told him I wanted their bottom dollar with all incentives & rebates and I don't have time to mess around dickering over price. It had to be their best offer! Within 15 minutes he emailed & texted me all the info I requested! We had a deal worked out within minutes! He was so professional, respectful, fair, courteous and truly wanted to provide excellent customer service and meet MY need, not theirs! I ask him to please have all the paperwork done for us as we were going to drive in late that night & be there first thing in the morning. When we got there everything was ready for us. Erik went over everything on the truck, we signed all paperwork and were out the door & back home by early afternoon. Why can't all dealerships do this???? Erik needs to be hired by Ford to train ALL their internet sales people. Listen, act, & meet the customer's need of not wasting their time with the" well, the MSRP is such & such". We purchase over the Internet for a reason! If we contact you by Internet, you can bet we have done our homework on the vehicle! We don't want to deal with unprofessional sales people! If you are like me and want a vehicle at a great price, receive excellent customer service, and complete your purchase in an expedited manner, CALL BOB HURLEY FORD, ask for Erik! There is a reason they sell more vehicles than other dealerships!

I've visited this dealership a couple times in the past and the level of service is consistently great. When I walk onto this lot, I know that I will be greeted with a smile and treated like a valued customer. My daughter finally got her license (on the ninth try) and I got her this 2003 Ford Focus that I've been eyeing for awhile now. I can't ever recall a time that a single vehicle here has looked less than shiny from being taken care of by the hardworking staff. I make sure to ask for Tristan because he's sold me a car in the past that was one of the best purchases that I've ever made in my life and I know that he will make sure that I get the perfect car for my family.

I've been saving up for a car for a little while now and I've finally got one of my own. I bought a 1993 Chevrolet S10 and I know that it's nowhere near being one of the newer models on the lot but after years of taking the bus/asking for rides/walking to places, it might as well be a Mercedes in my eyes. It's such a relief to not have to worry about how I'm going to get to work everyday or being a burden on friends and family that I could shout with excitement. I'm grateful that Tristan sold me a truck that was within my budget and really made the effort to help me. If I had known earlier that car buying didn't have to been painful then I would have went years ago. It's been several months and I haven't had any major problems with it yet, so that's another thing to be thankful for. THANK YOU BOB HURLEY FORD AND TRISTAN!!! I came into Bob Hurley Ford with the hopes of getting rid of my old beater of a car that other dealerships had told me was only worth a couple hundred bucks for a trade in. But when I pulled into the lot Julius, or "Dr. J" was there to assist me. He was very patient and really paid attention to what I was looking for in a car. He let me test drive many different vehicles and he kept his eyes open for a Jeep Grand Cherokee which i had previously expressed that i want over anything else. I came in to see him multiple times and finally one day he called me telling me there was a perfect 2011 in the lot. I came and test drove it and loved it. He helped me out very much talking to his managers and getting me approved for financing even though i am just a college student, he got my car's trade in value up a lot higher than any other dealership, and got me a new windshield and set of tires for the jeep. Dr. J was extremely helpful and I am excited everyday to hop in my car and drive to work!!

I was referred to the dealership and this young man by a friend and was gauranteed not to be let down. After speaking with Julius we started the process of looking for my truck. Im not much for car dealerships but you have to have a car to get somewhere. I was contemplating which dealership to go through because there are so many. I see a commercial on my lunch break for Bob Hurley Ford and went from there. They offered me a sweet deal and the exact type of car I had been wanting. Met Dr.J as i came onto the lot. Let me be the one to say it He's on his game. Took him 5 mins to get the car I had been looking into pulled up and on a test drive. Went through financing and was out of there faster than I thought. My wife and I are retired and living on a limited budget and can only afford a small monthly payment. Purchased our first vehicle from Donna Lolato and the second one as well. We went in several times before the second purchase and could not get to the payment we could afford. Donna called us when Ford offered 0% interest and we went over and were able to get to a payment that we could live with. She is very patient and does not push you into a sale. Her concern is that we be happy with our decision and our new vehicle.

I had stopped by the dealership a few times on a sunday afternoon and looked around trying to decide if I was going to get into a new car but not liking the sometimes the long process that comes with it. I went into the dealership on a tuesday and talked with a salesman named Julius aka Dr.J. He gave me a walk around and explained some of the vehicles they had. Coming into the dealership I was unsure what would happen. To be honest I didnt think I would get to drive off the lot with a car but tried to stay positive although nervous. When i arrived the staff were very friendly not one walked past me without saying hello and asking if I've been helped. I had previously spoke with Julius Allen on what my situation was and not much of a down payment either but being in a clutch I needed a car. He told me to come in and he would see what kind of magic he could work for me. I gave him a few ideas of cars I thought I would like and very quickly he had 2 for me to choose from. Once I saw The Ford Fusion he pulled up and on the test drive I claimed it as mine. A few short hours later I got to drive off the lot smiling in my new Baby! My mother has trouble walking at times and requires a wheel chair a when that happens. I came back into town a few years ago to help her out since she wants to stay independent. Anyway, she needed a new car so I went with her to Bob Hurley Ford to she wouldn't be seen as an easy target and we decided beforehand to make it seem like I was the one who wanted the car. As luck would have it, it was one of those days that she needed her wheelchair. The salesman Tristan was so kind to my mother and made it his priority to make sure that she was comfortable and informed about what was going on throughout the process. We could not have had a better experience and bought a 2013 Toyota Prius. I hope that other dealers will take this gesture to set the standard of treating everyone who walks (or wheels) onto their dealership with respect. Thanks Tristan! I managed to stumble upon my perfect vehicle at Bob Hurley Ford: a 2013 Volkswagen Jetta and it wouldn't have been possible without Tristan, one of the best salesmen there. He is very much a peoples' person and very knowledgeable about his job. I took finding the right vehicle very seriously and after coming up empty after a while I was ready to give up. However from the time I got to know Tristan he took me seriously and was able to suggest a car that would suit my needs. It's been a couple of months and I couldn't have made a better decision.

I actually went to BHF twice within a span of a couple of months: the first to checkout the place and the second to purchase a 2012 Ford Focus. Before I ever went to the dealership I had my heart set on a Ford Edge, I was ready to go in sign the paper & ride off the lot with it! When I got to the dealership though, I changed my mind.. I went to Bob Hurley Ford looking for a truck for my weekend fishing. Arriving on the lot i was greeted by a young man Julius Allen. He was very helpful and asked many questions on what i would like to find. I was specific on not wanting to spend a lot of money this truck for it was a truck to haul my boat.The lot was very clean and well kept with many vehicles to choose from. Julius brought a few trucks in my price range for me to look at. I talked it over with my wife and returned the next day to purchase it. Havent had any issues with it. I had such a great time at Bob Hurley Ford. I'm glad that I had a chance to meet a hardworking salesman named Tristan because he went out of his way to give me possibly one of the best car buying experiences that I've ever had. He is definitely a people's-person because he knew everyone around him (and if he didn't he soon found out), treated me like an old friend and even offered to pay for my truck's (2013 Ford F 150) oil change when the time comes. The property nearly gleams from the hard work that the employees put in. I'm still in disbelieve and just to make sure that I wasn't dreaming, I sent a friend of mine to check it out a couple months later since they were in the market for a new vehicle and they purchased one as well (2009 GMC sierra 1500). We're both Taylor Made!

I would definitely plan on buying from this dealership again. I had a great time just taking my time to look around the lot and talking to the employees. What I enjoyed most was that I wasn't pressured to make an immediate decision and that the salesman Tristan was very knowledgable and helped me consider what car would be best for my family and I. I purchased a 2007 toyota 4runner from here and wasn't disappointed. The facilities were well kept and the vehicles in good condition. My salesman Tristan was seemed to have the magic touch and found me the perfect vehicle. Usually going to a car dealership is pretty painful-the hassle, the pushy sales reps, and the haggling-but I had a different experience here. First off, I think it's because I had such a great salesman named Tristan Taylor. I told him that I was looking for something practical for work and he didn't try to push me to get something flashy. He really got what I was looking for and seemed to know just about everyone that we came across. It really spoke to me that he smiled where ever he went and knew what he was doing. I usually don't take the time to write a review, but the experience that I had at Bob Hurley's deserves one. I went into that dealership not expecting much in the way of customer service, just people wanting to make a sell, but that was not the case today. Tristan was my salesperson and he was a decent person. He enjoyed his job and it showed in his work. I needed a truck that can work as hard as I can and he got me my 2008 SuperDuty F-350 DRW without taking me around the world. I forgot what we laughed about that day, but Tristan just has that personality that brings the chuckles and we laughed a lot. Hope I won't need a new vehicle anytime soon, but if I did, I'll be sure to ask for Tristan.

Derek.Sercey. Had to one of the best people that I have ever bought a car from. I have a few reasons. One of them was I had looked for a few months on the internet and found the Car in Texas. Added extra warranties an other things I didn't want and gave me 9000 for trade in instead of 10000 we agreed on. Have been trying to get this paid back they keep saying yes we will do that and never have and finally cut a check for one of them and they sent it to wrong credit union.. my loan wasn't even through where they sent it. Just getting nothing but run around after run around. The most horrible experience I've ever had to deal with. Won't call back, never there to answer phone calls. I am going to be calling state attorney next to see if they can get this resolved.

We went in found a truck we liked, test drove it, wanted it. They said they were going to work on getting us financed so we left to eat lunch, they called said they got us financed just needed to come back up there. So after lunch called to let them know we were on our way and salesperson informs us that they sold the truck we were getting and gotten financed for. Then the salesperson wouldn't even come out and talk to us, sent someone else out. How ridiculous, if your in negotiations on a vehicle there is absolutely no reason it should be sold to someone else. How unprofessional!!!

My recent visit to Bob Hurley Ford was nothing less than super impressive. I called and got in contact with a gentleman named Mark Davis. I started by asking Mark about a 1999 GMC Yukon he had on the used car lot. Mark ask me where I was from and I told him north central Louisiana. He was quick to respond by saying he was going to personally look and drive the vehicle and he would send me more pictures of it to make sure that was what I was looking for before I drove 300+ miles and it not be what I wanted. On Monday morning he did send me the pictures and it did in fact look like what I had been searching for. I told Mark I would be leaving Monday after lunch headed that way and I would meet him at the dealership on Tuesday morning. Mark did get my information so he could have the paperwork ready so that the transaction would take place fast and I could get back on the road headed home. Mark ask me where I was going to stay and I told him I would try and find a motel nearby so I could wake up and be there early. Mark advised me there was a Super 8 in Glenpool which is only 10 minutes from Tulsa. I did meet up with Mark around 8:30am Tuesday morning and we went for a ride in the GMC Yukon. It was clean as the pictures reflected and drove great. I told Mark I would take it. Knowing I needed to get back on the road Mark had the paperwork ready and he helped me load it on the trailer and I was on the road headed home by 9:45am. It was very cold and Mark stayed to assist me in securing the vehicle on the trailer for the long ride home. This just help me realize how Mark is a leader and not just a samesman. The has officially raised the bar as to how purchasing a vehicle can be a very smooth process. Thanks again for going the extra mile and I am very impressed with me vehicle and price that i paid for it. I hope this one is in the family for a long time.

I can't say enough about my experience buying from Steve at the Bob Hurley Ford dealership. he was patient with my wife as she test drove several models trying to make up her mind. He was knowledgeable and answered all of our questions. Buying the car was easy with the friendly experienced staff helping us along the way. The reason I am writing this review is the service after the sale we got from Steve. He arranged for another staff member to re-flash the firmware on the car's computer to make sure we had the most current version. He called us at home several days after the sale to make sure we were satisfied, and had us come back in for a free oil change in the service department. These were all things he didn't have to do, so I think he definitely went above and beyond. Overall this was an excellent experience and I have recommend him to others.

My salesman, Johnny Rivers, was great. Honest and not pushy at all. However, the internet department never got back with me and when I asked for the name I was given on the internet, nobody had heard of him. The actual buying process was smooth and quick. I feel I got a good price. I did not care for the finance manager as he tried to push all types of extended warranties and kind of snickered in disgust when I said no. If your product isn't any good, then I will buy somebody else's product next time. Even with the 2 problems I mentioned, the overall experience was better than the other times I have bought cars at other dealerships. I think it all boiled down to the price and Johnny Rivers that made it an enjoyable experience.

We dealt with Erik Negelein and, up until meeting Erik, I'd always classified car salesmen right up there with lawyers and flashers!!! DO NOT associate with this dealership! On January 29th Bob Hurley screamed, cursed at and belittled an employee on the sales floor in front of the entire dealership staff and customers! A young lady sitting behind the reception desk was treated like an animal while the whole floor watched. I have never been so embarrassed for another person in my life! What kind of jerk treats an employee like that in public?!? There is no way a receptionist could have done anything to deserve being treated in such a dehumanizing manner.... in public....and by the OWNER OF THE DEALERSHIP. I will never do business with anyone who treats his employees in such a manner and I intend to tell anyone who will listen and post on every available review website that this business should be avoided. If he treats a receptionist in such a despicable manner he can't have many redeeming qualities as a businessman. It is 100 miles each way for us to come up, so we made sure that everything was in place for the day we came up to purchase the car. When we arrived we had to wait nearly an hour to get into finance, once there Cory (finance manager) blew through the papers not wanting to explain anything. He added in extended warranties and coverages we did not ask for. When we asked about taking them off and redoing the paper work he assured me they could just cancel them at no charge and we would be credited in full. So we sign the paperwork to cancel and go on. (July 8th, 2014) 3 months later (Oct 13th, 2014) No refunds have been credited to our loan yet, out of the blue I recieved a call from a woman in the office of bob hurley saying they found a signed cancelation form in the finance officers desk but its not been filled out or completed. She adds just how embarrased she is about it. NEVER AGAIN!!! I suggest going elsewhere to buy a vehicle!

A month ago my husband and I drove onto the lot at Bob Hurley around 8.45 pm - 15 mins before closing - to get a quick look around with the intention of returning the next day if we saw a vehicle that interest us. A group of salesmen were standing talking with each other and as we drove in but we noticed they all went their separate ways and none of them looked in our direction although we knew they saw us. Then seemingly out of nowhere came Julius and asked if he could help us find something. He was so nice and insisted that we could take our time but we were conscious of his time and told him we would return the next day at a particular time. He gave his card and we did return as promised and that was when we met his sibling Tristan. What a tag team!! This bothers-duo worked hard to get us a vehicle that we liked and all the details in between. They were very genuinely courteous and went above and beyond to make us feel special and they most certainly succeeded. We got our vehicle - 2012 Ford Explorer - and left well pleased. They remained in contact even after the vehicle to make sure everything was still okay...we feel we can call these guys anytime we have a question/concern....Tristan & Julius...THANK YOU...YOU ROCK!!

Sales person was excellent the finance department was horrible. Excellent credit on my behalf, was going to pay cash FMC had a 1000.00 rebate to finance, so decided to finance to receive my rebate. During the paper work proses the finance Cory Tyler added 2 extended service plans did not go over my terms of the contract including interest rate and payment amount, placed his hand over the details of adding in the extra service plans and had me sign. Because I had such a great experience with the sales man I trusted Cory. It's now been over 30 days and my extended service plans were cancelled, I no longer have any extended service plans and still out $2500.00. Being told several different story's excuses I still have no resolve. I'm in my 80's and was taken advantage of. Beware of the finance department! I had no need for any extra service plans due to the fact I bought a brand new 2014, and my age. I suggest using another Ford dealership in the area, avoid Bob Hurley Ford if possible.

We arrived with a vehicle and price in mind, and Bob Hurley made it happen. We left a couple of hours later with a great deal.Highly recommend doing business with them. My experience with Bob Hurley Ford was great. Eric Negelein was my sales man I started out talking to him through email and phone conversation. I was back and forth on deciding on getting my Ford Edge I wanted. So when I finally decided to go with it cause I need more room in back seat for my girls and other adults who ride with. So Eric Negelein and the finance manager did everything I could to get into the Ford Edge and they didn't try selling me something I didn't want. Because this is what I wanted and they got me in it. And I love the space that it has and I always wanted a SUV and I got it thanks to Bob Hurley Ford staff. I will go back to Bob Hurley Ford for another vehicle.

I was looking for a new vehicle and heard some good things about bob hurley Ford. Had a slight idea that I wanted a F150 truck. Went in and was memt by Erik Negelein. He was very friendly and professional and aboveall was not pushy or over bearing. Bob Hurley had a lot of F150's on hand to look at. I told Erik what colors I liked and what options I wanted and he was very helpful and we located exactly what I was looking for. Jason in finance was also very helpful and I got a great finance rateand what I was quoted was what I paid . No hidden fees , such as filing fees. Very painless procedure. I would recommend to anyone Bob Hurley Ford and salesman Erik Negelein

I called Casey at Bob Hurley Ford about a Ford Certified used Expedition, and after his description of the vehicle, drove 3 hours to look at it. I was impressed with Casey's honesty, and his product knowledge. A very minor issue arose with the vehicle right after purchase, and it was addressed immediately. I would certainly recommend this dealership.

I just wanted to let you know that Saturday 3/29/2013 at 6:03PM My Wife and I arrived at Bob Hurley Ford in Tulsa, My wife and I walked the Ford Escapes for over 20 mins with no interruptions we stepped inside show room and were not addressed as well The receptionist did look left and right for someone but never said anything. So at 6:25 / 6:30 we drove off the lot without any of our car purchasing questions being answered.

I went in to purchase a new car and they were quick to let me test drive the car I wanted. They came in with a fairly low price, but not low enough for me to puchase the car. I ended up purchasing from another dealer after a bad experience elsewhere. My needs were very specific and there were only 4 cars in the area that met my needs, two of which were on their lot. They were more than happy to search dealers all around the area to see if they had a car that met my requirements and of course they saw that the second place on my list had a similar to my needs and offered to obtain those and bring them in for my puchase.Bob Hurley Ford is a wonderful dealership and I have purchased from them before and they were the first on my list to shop when I started looking for a new vehicle. Although I didn't purchase this new vehicle from them, I definitely suggest them to friends and family as a must stop place for your new car shopping.

We just bought a 2011 Ford Explorer from Bob Hurley Ford on 02/12/11.We had the pleasure of working with Kathy Sluiter (Internet Sales Manager). I know that with me being an engineer, I am not always the easiest customer to deal with. I had tons of questions about this vehicle, its pricing, options and such. And I ended up taking the vehicle on 2 seperate test drives that day. We didn't end up finishing until 8:30 that night after arriving there at 8:30 in the morning. However, Kathy was very pleasant, patient, very honest and accomodating to all my requests. I never felt at any point that I was being pressured to buy a vehicle. At one point, I didn't feel that I was getting the best price for my trade-in. So, Kathy went talk to the manager on my behalf and got him to nearly double the price of trade-in so that I could take the vehicle home. She also helped in getting me a much lower interest rate than what my credit union could offer. This is my first Ford vehicle. We've always been a Toyota family. Before I went to the Ford dealership, I did a week's worth of research on cars.com, edmunds.com, Youtube.com, etc and visited some other dealerships. I looked at the Honda Pilot, Toyota Highlander, Chevy Traverse and Hyundai Santa Fe. In my opinion, all of these vehicles are comparable in some way on price, mileage, and safety features. What sold me on the Ford was how far advanced they were in regards to the technology with their Ford MyTouch and SYNC. I believe that I got a great vehicle at a very reasonable price. I had a very pleasant purchasing experience. I am hoping that the service department, with whom I will work with in the future on the routine maintenances, is as pleasant of an experience as buying this vehicle was.
