I contacted the dealership late Tuesday night (09/07) and Matt Stephens reached out to me first thing Wednesday morning. I set an appointment later in the afternoon due to my drive from Dallas. Matt answered every question/concern I had prior to arriving to the dealership and upon my arrival. This was not an all day event! Matt got me in, conducted a test drive, did a final inspection, completed my paperwork and I was set to go. Makenzie Coder assisted with the completion of my paperwork and this was a seamless process as well. We had a great conversation, he discussed available options to me and we were done. Thank you both for a awesome experience at Bob Moore. I must admit I had a awesome ride back to Louisiana ;-)

I've continued to use Bob Moore's Cadillac Service Department for years now. This last service situation was unplanned, unscheduled, and was considered by them as an emergency. Without exaggeration, I drove in, spoke with the service advisor, Diron and was back on the road within 20 minutes. I fully expected hours of a delay and an impact to my schedule. These guys know what's going on. Consistently great service. This group goes above and beyond with their respective service. This is refreshing to experience as Bob Moore Cadillac is measurably better than the competition.

I bought a XT5 back in 2019 and had a fantastic experience back then... NOT NOW, I am not sure if the GM has changed or what has happened. Everything started off great and let me be clear our sales person Matt was great. However, when it got to the sales negotiation with the sales manager I was told that they could not even work with me to take a car listed at $44,360 to only $43,900. I was a cash paying customer and was ACTUALLY told they could probably work with me if I was financing... I mean WHAT, so apparently my cash means nothing to Bob Moore so I will be going elsewhere from here on out.

My service advisor was great. The shop itself took forever. After waiting over 3 hours to get an oil change and recall done, she had to go check on my Hummer and bring it back up to me. The shop wouldn't show it was done and it really was. I am thankful my service advisor knew her stuff! Or I would still be waiting. Just because Hummers are obsolete doesn't mean the owners have to be ignored.

I have been in several times this year for various issues. My service advisor is attentive and very courteous. The costs have been right within the estimate or lower. I was very pleased I could use my coupon on my last problem. I was laid off a month ago and it was a blessing.They have also recommended repairs/maintenance from time to time, but if I had to delay or refuse the service, my service advisor has not been pushy at all.(I have purchased a car from them in the past, but not this car).

Took my wife's escalade in for repair and the staff were friendly and very helpful. I have purchased many vehicles over the years and the staff at Bob Moore Cadillac were outstanding. Staff went above and beyond to make sure my vehicle received the best service and repair possible. Diron Carter Service Consultant notified promptly when vehicle was finished and noted issues I never new existed and had them repaired without hesitation. My wife and I really appreciate having a team of staff that really care about their customers and their vehicles. I also want to recognize the staff behind the scenes that did an outstanding job detailing and repairing our vehicle. They have certainly won a customer and friend for all time. P.S. Adam Black, the General Manager, and Jonette Baker, our Sales Consultant, were absolutely amazing. They helped us so much. Adam sat down with us and explained a variety of options to get me the car I wanted with a monthly payment I was comfortable with. Mark Lee gave us the best car buying experience ever. His response time to calls or texts from us was immediate. He got everything from us that he needed before we arrived so all paperwork could be completed by the time we arrived and he didn't forget a thing. We drove nearly 5 hours to buy a used Nissan Armada that we came across online and it was even better than Mark and the pictures described. I was on my way to a Dr. appointment, when I noticed a warning that one of my tires was losing pressure. I called the Bob Moore service department and was quickly connected to a service advisor. They recommended diverting from my appointment and bringing the vehicle right in. By the time I got there (I was less than 10 minutes away), they had notified my service advisor and he had a loaner vehicle ready to go. I signed for it and left immediately arriving in plenty of time for my appointment. After the appointment, I received a call letting me know that they had to order a new tire. The tire came in the same day and by 5 PM, I was back in my vehicle with a new front tire. That is service that most other dealerships would find hard to beat...

People were friendly and knowledgeable, BUT I still cannot believe that it took six days to get my 2010 DTS repaired. Staff said they had to get a part from a snow-bound factory in Michigan. Seriously? No parts house between Chicago and Houston had the part in stock? I still don't believe it. And Yes this has definately hurt my image of Bob Moore and left me dis-satisfaction with the service provided. I have purchased two new Cadillacs here but will likely shop for my next one at the dealer in Guthrie.

As a repeat customer at this particular dealership, I have come to expect the great service they provide from beginning to end on a vehicle purchase. However, this last experience was above and beyond those expectations, because of the exceptional job that Sales Consultant Dylan West did. He knew the product, in this case the Range Rover Sport, inside and out and was very patient as I narrowed the selection down to two vehicles. Besides being knowledgeable and well-spoken, this young man was the most dapper dresser around! After finishing my vehicle transaction, I was concerned about a few remaining items left in my previous vehicle and told Dylan as much. To my surprise, he had already moved everything from my old vehicle to my new one. Everything was in place exactly as it was, down to the smallest detail; like hanging the ornament from the mirror and putting my vent air freshener in place. This exceptional service experience was the caliber that one would expect from both a Land Rover Dealership and its Representation. Keep up the good work!

Ordered a 2016 Legacy LT. My salesman was Ivan, great service with no drama. The car arrived four weeks ahead of schedule and delivery was perfect. One of the best purchasing experiences I have had... and I do not enjoy buying cars... After receiving my car, I was dragged to another dealership to help my daughter look for a Hyundai. (same day!) That was the worst car purchasing experience I have ever had... For some reason she just would not consider a different vehicle... now she knows... at least for a short while that dad may have a little more experience than she does... ;-)

I have dealt with 5 different dealerships in my life and I must say my experience at Bob Moore was the most pleasant and professional car buying experience I ever had. They did what they said they would do, followed thru with their commitments, and I didn't have to stay there all day long! When you hear a salesman actually say, "I don't know, I'll have to check that out" then you know your dealing with someone that's honest and has the customers best interest in mind. Our salesman, Thomas Maassen provided a top notch sales experience by showing us our options with no pressure at all. The finance department got me in and out and everything went smoothly. Took my SRX to service with unknown motor problem. Service writer Diron Carter quickly checked the vehicle and explained what the issue could be so I left the car. We were immediately greeted when walking in the front door. The facility is very clean with lots of natural lighting. Sam G. assisted us with our purchase. I found my car on the internet, called the dealer and set up an appointment for the next morning. John Messiah met me on arrival, had the car parked out front waiting for me to drive, rode with me on a test drive, and simply asked what do you think. The car was in excellent condition, the price was great, and the buying process was simple and easy. No high pressure or "If your buy today" run around. Since I drove myself to the dealership, I needed someone to follow me to my wife's employer to drop off my old vehicle and rode back to the dealership with me in my new car. Jon did just that. Great! Anthony Gore was the Sales Consultant that showed the car to my wife and me. We were interested in a Outback on the showroom floor and he immediately said I will get it off of the floor and show it to you. We appreciated that but we were in a hurry and did not have time for that. He then said he could demonstrate one outside which he did. We liked the demo and told him we could come back the next morning if he was working. We purchased the car on the showroom the next morning (Christmas eve) although we did hear someone say that they thought Anthony was off that day. The deal was very professional done from the price negotiation (traded in a car), through finance to connecting the iPhone and making sure we understood all of the complex options.

I was shopping for a new car and drove a bunch of the competition. Kept coming back to Subaru and Anthony Gore was super patient with me. In the end I put a deposit on one coming in, it didn't have the eyesight stuff. In the research I did, I was on the fence about it. Anthony explained what it was all about and that it was really worth it. He let me test drive one with eyesight and a 3.6 version. By doing that I ended up with an eyesight model and decided I didn't need the 3.6. I got what I wanted, a great price, and very easy to work with people from top to bottom. I've bought many cars throughout the years and Bob Moore Subaru is hands down the best I've dealt with.

I was in the market for a 2015 Outback 3.6 and was realizing they were hard to find. Jennifer in the Internet sales answered my questions quickly via email and when I was going to be in OKC she set me up to meet Carl at Bob Moore Subaru in Edmond. My local dealer was not much help and Carl did everything he could to find me a car without having to order it and wait 2-3 mths to get it. My husband and I came for a test drive once the one I wanted came in. The whole process was comfortable and not high pressure at all and we were able to take it home with us with all parties happy. I will recommend them as it's worth the less than 2 hr drive from Broken Arrow.

Overall, my wife and I had a fantastic experience buying our 2015 Subaru Forester from Bob Moore Subaru! During a recent storm, a large tree fell over and totaled our brand new Ford Escape we had just bought in February. I have always been a Ford man; however, we spent hours researching compact SUVs and the new Forester hands down came out on top. We decided to stop by Bob Moore Subaru and test drive one, and instantly loved it. The handling was fantastic and it drove incredibly. It also put me at ease knowing the Forester received a 5-star overall safety rating, making it one of the safest SUVs on the road today. Not to mention the all-wheel drive on the Subaru makes them all the more safe in bad weather. Anthony Gore answered every question we had and did a fantastic job displaying all of the features of the car. The first automobile I bought for myself was an Escalade from Bob Moore. I was a little nervous and anxious, because we have all heard "car salesman" horror stories. I had none of that, and drove home with a wonderful SUV that carried me through starting my own Personal Chef business, and also a new home. When it was time to let her go and upgrade, there was no doubt where I was going....back to Bob Moore Cadillac. On a whim I stopped in on Labor Day. It was hot, and they were busy. Salesman Chance met me outside, and asked what I was interested in seeing. I told him the year range of Escalade I was looking for, trim, and package. He new where to show me, and picked out two escalades for me to look at and test drive. The one I chose was perfect, and I could not leave without driving her home that day. New Car Buyer Pros: Great sales staff. No pressure style. Anthony Gore made buying my BRZ the easiest experience I have ever had. Fantastic hard working finance department. Cons: Not a one but I wish I hadn't been wasting my time with other dealers when I should have come here first! I don't have much to say other than this was my first car purchase with no assistance. I had taken my old RX8 into Bob Moore Mazda for servicing more than once and they were super helpful and understanding so I decided to come back to look for a subaru. I came in expecting to bargain and argue and get hounded by sales staff but I was pleasantly surprised. Anthony Gore came out of the store and the first thing he did was listen to exactly what I was looking for. I knew I wanted a BRZ from the first time I saw one a year ago and had done quite a bit of research recently. Anthony pointed me in the right direction and was definitely more of a guide than a pushy salesman. We went for a test drive and after some friendly banter I was sold. He made the paperwork a breeze and even brought me a more accurate price (cheaper) representation than the consumer reports I brought with me. All in all Bob Moore has never let me down and has gained a customer for life.

I don't buy a new car very often. I needed one and went on line to see what various dealers had that met my requirements. I received a response from Bob Moore Subaru stating what they had and we made an appt. with Carl Abrams. I was shown a car they had that matched my requirements and we went for a drive. I was also shown some other features available. I was given printout with the prices of the various cars I had looked at. I told them I had other cars to look at. But in the end I decided on a Subaru. Went back to the dealer and the salesman who had been working with me, dropped everything to make sure they had the car I wanted and worked up the sale. He got the car ready while we met with the finance, Nick Larsen, to work that end of the sale. Throughout the entire dealing with both Carl and Nick, I was treated with respect and they worked hard to make sure I was pleased with how the process was going. When I need a car again, I will certainly start with Subaru and Bob Moore dealership and Carl Abrams. Until then I will continue to enjoy the new Subaru I just bought.

I found my 04 Seville on-line. I called the dealership and talked at length with the sales rep. The vehicle was 10 years old but not wholesaled. And Cadillac dealerships are really picky on keeping pre-owned autos. The people I communicated with were professional, courteous, knowledgeable and helpful. I had the car delivered to the Spokane area from Oklahoma City and they assisted me in that. Upon delivery, the vehicle was exactly as they stated! My boyfriend and I walked in to look around. everyone was nice and laidback. they made me feel great and did not pressure me into anything. I drove a XV Crosstrek and fell in love with it. They then worked with me to find me the perfect one. I ended up choosing an orange one and they had to send someone to Kansas to pick it up for me. This was my second service call at Bob Moore and compared to the first, this call was a disappointment. The status information provided was nothing when compared to the first call. After the first call I felt that Bob Moore had set an excellent standard. This call was ordinary. The only time I received any information without me initiating the contact was when there was an actual change to report. Info for fhe first call was provided even when there was nothing to report i.e. to let me know the service tech was not able to get to the service today but would in the morning. I liked knowing what was happening regularly and not just when the someone felt that the status change was significant enough to warrant a call. I do not like long gaps with no contact, that is why i initiated two contacts on my own on this service call.

Recently I discovered I was unable to access ONSTAR on my 2013 ATS. I called Kyle Stephens and explained my problem. Kyle my service consultant set me up with an appointment that was convenient for me. My maintenance program provided a rental car and my schedule was uninterrupted. Another provision in my maintenance program covers any dents that the vehicle may have. Without my asking this service was also provided and the dents were repaired. I am very pleased with the way Bob Moore Cadillac delivers their services. I Would recommend your service to any one. PS KUDOS to Kyle Stephens the best in the business.

I was driving home from work, "check engine" light came on, I pushed the OnStar button and asked to have a diagnostic test ran, it came back an error, and was asked if I wanted to contact my dealer to schedule for repair, said yes, OnStar got Bob Moore Cadillac on the line, date and time for repair set!! all while driving home!! never leaving my car!!....Bob Moore service did it's usual, excellent service!!

My husband and I are both military and were both deployed overseas. We had been looking online for a vehicle to purchase upon our return to Oklahoma. We found the perfect one on Bob Moore's website, but we wouldn't be home for a couple of weeks. The Salesman, Jason Webb and I, emailed back and forth a few times and he was able to work with his manager to hold the vehicle until I could get there to pick it up. This isn't something they typically do since there was no guarantee I was going to show up. In addition to making this special exception of holding the vehicle, Jason offered to pick me up at the airport when I told him I was going to take a taxi to the dealership! That is above and beyond great customer service! Once at the dealership, I received exceptional service from everyone I interacted with. Hani Kabariti, the Finance Consultant at Bob Moore also deserves a shout out for his patience in completing the transaction. My husband was still overseas and I was using a Power of Attorney to complete the financing through our bank. There were some issues with that, but Hani called my bank and patiently worked out all of the details. At one point he even offered to let me use his personal phone to try and reach my husband via Skype in Afghanistan. In addition to the excellent customer service experience, I got a fantastic vehicle for a great price! I couldn't be happier with the experience and would recommend Bob Moore without hesitation!

I was extremely disappointed. I bought a Cadillac ATS with a LOT of features The car is beautiful, but I felt completely overwhelmed by the different options because no one took the time to even briefly explain them. When my husband bought a truck from Hudiburg Chevrolet, they had someone spend over a half hour explains the features. That was A+ service. I thought I would get the same level of service at Bob Moore. That did not happen. The salesman wanted to make a sale not gain a long time customer. The whole experience was VERY dissapointing.

Ryan at Bob Moore Subaru was stellar. My wife and I came in knowing when we wanted to test drive. When those options didn't work out for various reason, Ryan helped us scour his stock and find something that wold work for us. There was no pressure during the whole process. Ryan listened to our concerns and helped us work through them. The only reason our buying process was not excellent was b/c our guy helping with the paperwork was helping out from a different dealership and didn't know all the processes 100%. Also the printer wasn't working at first. But that didn't deter us from wanting to come back for our next vechicle. We felt we got a great deal and are very excited about our purchase.

Kyle, Eric, and Kent in the Service area of Bob Moore Cadillac each did an excellent job in assisting with the care of my 2013 SRX. My OnStar did not work when my battery went dead, and when I called the dealership they immediately contacted Roadside Assistance for me. I received a jump for my battery and proceeded to the dealership where they provided me with a loaner car until my vehicle was ready. Thankfully I was able to borrow another SRX to drive, and did not have to worry about learning the set up of a different vehicle. I really appreciated the prompt assistance Bob Moore Cadillac Service Department was able to provide when my car was disabled during a heavy snow in our area. Kyle also let me know that my OnStar phone app has Roadside Assistance on it, this is something I had totally overlooked, and I'm glad he pointed this out to me so that I'll know it is there for use if needed. I have to say that I was so very impressed with the level of "follow-through" and attention to detail that Maggie M. (Internet Sales Team) provided me. Buying a Rover is like the beginning of a new relationship; exciting, nerve racking, scary, and with an unknown outcome. Maggie made the whole experience so pleasant by lining up everything and making sure to stay in communication with me during the entire process. She was kind of like my "Rover" Guardian Angel. Unfortunately, I did not purchase my Rover with Bob Moore as they did not have the 2009 LR3 I was looking for; but, I plan to keep the relationship through vehicle SERVICE and "hopefully" a new Rover in the future. Ironic the Land Rover I purchased (from owner) was originally a Bob Moore Land Rover vehicle. I contacted them on a Wednesday about a vehicle and was told is was available. I informed them that I would be driving from Kansas to pickup the vehicle on Friday. So I set up an appointment and was told the car would be ready for me. When I arrived at the dealership I was informed that the vehicle was sold on the Wednesday I inqired about it!!! No one bothered to call me and let me know. When I expressed my frustration with the manager. I was blown off like it was no big deal and was offered no appology. When we first arrived at the dealership, Tyler Ferguson met us in the lot, and we told him what we were looking for. He listened to what we wanted and made suggestion based on our desires. We knew we wanted a Forester, but was originally looking for a Premium. We weren't really interested in the sunroof or luggage rack or navigation system, so he suggested a base model. He explained the differences to us, and showed us a car on the lot. We drove it and liked it very much. Tyler was very helpful and answered all our questions. The sales process was painless as well (until I wrote the check). We arrived in the late evening and stayed past closing time, but we never felt rushed or pressured. We own our retail business and we appreciated the attitude that Tyler and the sales manager had. After all the paperwork was done, Tyler sat in the car with us and explained how to use the radio, bluetooth, phone settings, etc. We are very happy with our new Forester and would definitely recommend Bob Moore Subaru and Tyler Ferguson to our friends and acquaintances.

The service personnel are always friendly, as well as the cashiers. I love the professionalism-sometimes the prices are a little high though. I did get an oil change and I thought I was told the price included a tire rotation. I also just learned from friends this past week that I should have had my antifreeze flushed out every 20 to 30k miles and I never knew that and have never been instructed to do so. For someone like me who knows very little about cars I would like to have a little more proactiveness about the maintenence, particularly since it is an older car. Overall, I have good experiences with Bob Moore and trust their service.

I had bought a nice used car from Bob Moore Cadillac dealer, An Audi, A8. The car had a problem that was needing to be fixed. THe guys there were superior in handing this , they offered to repair the car , and get it to superior condition for me. As the repair took a bit, since it was July 4th week, they loaned me a very nice Cadillac loaner. I was contacted by the sales department manager when I asked about the issue, he had me take in in, and the service manager took the car and had the repair done correctly. the car is excellent and rides and drives great. I comment the guys at the Cadillac dealership for taking care of me. And getting the car in top shape. I love the car and their service was outstanding . Reggie contacted me through out the repair and kept me informed of the status.. I appreciate the way they took care of me with a loaner made a great repeat customer . this is my second car from the Bob Moore Group. I have recommended them to all my friends, colleagues and will vouch for them being a 5 star sales, and repair team. I will be getting my daughters car from them when she is of age thanks guys, Jeff, Gary , Jerry, Steve, Shaun, Reggie, a great big thanks and I am very grateful for all their efforts to get my car repaired after I bought it.

This was the worst car buying experience we have ever had. In the 17 years that my husband and I have married, we have purchased approximately 11 vehicles from dealerships. This was by far the worst experience ever. The only positive thing I can say about the entire experience is that our salesman seemed to be concerned and contacted us afterwards to apologize for all the problems. The higher up managment did not seem to care at all and it was awful trying to get them to return phone calls. We purchased a 2010 Hummer H3. I do realize that the vehicle was three years old at the time of purchase, however; I have never purchased a used vehicle before that had so many problems and this is the most expensive vehicle I have ever purchased. Our salesman informed us several times that all vehicles are checked out by their mechanics and if something needs to be fixed, they fix it. We found the vehicle on-line and made all arrangements over the phone. When we arrived to the dealership (after a six hour drive), the vehicle had a large dent in the rear passenger side door that no one told us about. It also had a dent in the rear bumper. This should of been our first sign to walk away but we really liked this vehicle and drove far to get it. The dealership agreed to split the cost of the repairs (even though they should of paid the entire cost since they did not disclose the issues). We sent them pictures of all the "problems" with our trade-in as they asked and we asked them to do the same. We were told that the body was in perfect condition and there were no problems to send us pictures of. We later found out that the lady answsering the phone had never even seen the vehicle before. Whe also asked about the size of the wheels because we wanted to change tires with them because the tires on our vehicle was still under warranty. They said this would be fine because it had nice tires on it too. Of course, they told us the wrong size so we were unable to switch. When we got the vehicle home and took it to the repair shop, it had many more problems. The plastic part on the bottom of seat was broke (we thought it just needed snapped back into place), the tail light was busted out (you couldn't see it until you got close because it has tail light covers), the fender was bent, etc. Needless to say, the repairs cost way more than anticipated. Also on our six hour drive home, we turned on the headlights at dark and they did not work!! The vehicle did not have headlights! We drove home on back roads using only the fog lights! It was so dangerous and we were in the middle of no where and could not stop. The information on the vehicle on the website indicated that it had a GPS system; however, the CD was missing so the dealership offered to buy a new one and mail it to us (that was a good thing); however, when we got the CD and tried to use it, it would not work. We also had a tire plugged (nothing to do with the dealership) and DOBBS was unable to re-set the message on the vehicle. We took it to a local GMC dealership to find out that both the radio/gps and the brain module had to be replaced because neither were working correctly and that is why most of the "extras" on our vehicle were not working. It was nice that the dealership had the radio itself working so that you could not tell that nothing else or none of the other buttons worked. The bluetooth was also out. The information on-line reported that the vehicle had all these "extras" (we purchased the luxury model to have all these things and they advertised that it did but it had none of them. This vehicle has cost me a lot of money and a lot of time and a lot of days off work. The dealership (besides the salesman) did not seem to give a care. I realize that I purchased a vehicle as it but we did not get what was advertised and spent a lot on the vehicle. I would never, ever do business with this dealership again!!! Extremely disappointed!!

Origionally went in to have my wifes Outback serviced and ended up trading in my Impreza for the WRX I always wanted. I had delt with Jason Webb before when buying my wifes car so I decided to use him again. What a good choice that was. Just like the first time he was very kind and curtious to me. He didn't push anything on me and did everything he could to get the price down to my acceptable range. Jason listens to what you are looking for and uses that information and his knowledge to find the vehicle you are looking for. He doesn't push anything on you or give you the "car salesman" treatment. When the sale is done you truly get the vehicle you wanted and not the vehicle the salesman tells you you want. I reccomend Bob Moore and Jason to anyone looking for a Subaru. Very nice dealership, service department, and people.

I contacted Kyle Stephens through an e-mail to explain the problem I was having with a coolant leak from my engine. I also provided him with pictures of the leak in order to assist in the diagnosis. He replied back and told me to bring my car in and that he would have a loaner vehicle ready for me at no charge. They repaired my car in one day and even washed it for me and had it waiting for me when I returned the next day. I appreciate the quick response in which Kyle responded and took care of my repair. I also want to give a shout out to Richard Palmer who was able to provide me with a owners manual to my car that was missing at the time of purchase.

Never owned a Subaru before. Went to Bob Moore and met JR. He wasn't what we were expecting from a "car salesman". No pressure. He let us go and browse at our pace. JR answered all our questions and if he didn't know the answer immediately, he went and found out. I'm positive he would have let us test drive every car on the lot if we had wanted to. When we were still not sure and wanted to look at other dealers, he wanted us to find the car that was the best fit for us and wished us well. And we kept coming back to Bob Moore to look at Subarus and each time, JR was glad to see us and picked right back up with where we were in our search. Finally decided on the Forester. JR helped us through the purchasing process. Then the unthinkable: HAIL! Oh, no! JR was right there, letting us know about our options and we decided to go with a hail damaged Forester. Offered to explore Subaru financing with us, again with no pressure. JR helped us save a bunch of money....woohoo! Even worked with the dealership to get some hail damaged things repaired. Very pleased with our decision. Very pleased with JR (and Bob Moore). And very pleased with the Forester.

All employees encountered were attentive to our presence and comfort. Specific employees answered all our questions or quickly obtained help to answer our questions. This may just be good salesmanship, but we felt they were just as interested in our needs (price, vehicle, schedule) as they were in their own (sale, commission, bonus, quota, etc.). Found a used car at the dealer that I was interested. Sent my wife to look at it as I was deployed at the time. The rep left my wife waiting for over an hour to "run some numbers". Tried to make her sign papers that day. She came back with a "car smart" friend the next day, and tried to barter for a slightly lower price based on friends advice, and the rep said that is insulting and they could leave. While I could only afford a used car at the time, I will never go back to the dealership again, especially when I am looking to buy my new SUV next year.

We went to the dealership planning to look not buy. Timothy was an informed, low pressure and pleasant salesman. The car sold itself and the whole process was relatively painless. I have done business with this dealership for 30 years and knew the good service I recieved would be what anyone should expect. The sales manager, James Moriarity, was very helpful and fair throughout the negotiaton process between the salesperson, Will Dodd and myself. I feel the agreed upon price was good for both parties.

The best experience was my salesman, Timothy as for the rest of my experience, it was far from pleasant, starting from the finance dept delays to the delivery of vehicle, and finding out that the dealership owns the shipping company that delivered my vehicle. Number (1) Vehicle delivered through rain, sleet, and snow with window all the way down!!! (2)Interior totally filthy, food, crumbs, etc!! (Have plenty of pictures) (3)Dealership had to let out air of tires to get the vehicle on trailer and neglected to give valve stem caps back, so I'm stuck at a service station not knowing if the vehicle has Nitrogen in tires or air!!! (4)Upon delivery the operator noted to myself that there was a big scratch that runs from the front of the hood of vehicle to the back of vehicle. The operator was nice to bring that to my attention!! (5)I tried to get a second (key) from the start of this procedure and delay after delay was unsuccessful. (5)Really don't think that the vehicle was ever prepped?? (Dirty and previous owner licence plate still on vehicle)

We gave the dealership and employees a great rating due to their friendliness and availability to answer questions and presentation of the Cadillac vehicles. We were unable to find a vehicle with the exterior and interior colors we were wanting. Ron requested a vehicle search; however, there were none to be found. They suggested ordering the vehicle of our choice through the manufacturer and calling us to view the vehicle on arrival. We were very pleased that we did not have to make any suggestions about finding this vehicle. Ron used his experience and friendly attitude to take care of the matter for us. During the purchasing of our vehicle, we could not have found a more personable person than Adam Black. He did an excellent job in getting us the best car deal we have ever made. It was not a long, drawn-out encounter; however, was very detailed and within a short period of time. Again, we would highly recommend this dealership due to the quality of employees.

We set out to buy a used car and drove a used Optima at another dealership. We were so impressed with the car, we ended up leasing a new Optima from Bob Moore Kia in Edmond. We had not ever driven a Kia, but must say we are very impressed with the car. Beautiful and drives like a dream. Nicest car we have ever had. Didn't think I'd care that much about the sound system, but the Infinity and satellite system is "Siriusly" cool! Glad that Charlie, our salesman, was friendly and helpful and did not pressure us. (Can't stand that.) Finance folks were knowledgeable and we are pleased with the decision to lease, which looks to be a good decision for us, as small business owners. Dealership quickly switched out a seat before we left the lot because there was a very small defect in passenger seat.

I really dont understand why there are so many bad reviews. I had a very good experience while buying my new Cadillac ATS, of course the price could have been a little better, but...I agreed to it. My sales person was very friendly, not pushy, and helpful. I have not had to use the service department yet, but hoping it will be as good as the up front people.

I bought the forester from Jason Webb. I have already recommended him to my son and a friend who are thinking of trading. He was friendly, funny, honest, not pushy and at the same time very professional. He made sure I had no questions and spent time just showing me all the buttons so I would not have any problems driving it home. He was a pleasure to work with and made it very easy. I can not think of one think he did not do to make it a good experence.

I had narrowed my search of late model Yukons to two dealers. I visited both. I chose Bob Moore. They were professional and answered all my questions with knowledgeable answers. It was quick and to the point. I was shown courtesy in spite of being a bit of a prig. I only wish they had put more than a 1/4 tank of gas in the tank.

New car manager, Chad Ashley and salesman Jeremy Barr were great! They worked very hard to get me the csr that I wanted and I never felt pressured. They were very patient with me until I made the decision on the exact car that I wanted.I would almost rather see a dentist than buy a car, until I went to this dealership. This was the best car-buying experience I have ever had.

We had a terrific purchasing experience. Dustin was very friendly, knowledgeable, and made the entire process as pain-free as possible. We never felt pressured into purchasing the vehicle, and everybody in the dealership was oriented at demonstrating the product and letting the vehicle speak for itself. We felt absolutely no "dealer coercion" and actually returned to the dealership in a few days to purchase the car. The price was great, and it's still hard to believe how smooth the whole process was. Bob Moore Subaru stands as an example to all other car dealers as to how car-buying should be.

Best experience I've had with a big city dealership. Lamelle White, the salesman was very personable and allowed us two longer than usual test drives of the car. He worked hard to take care of us. Gary Krysynski (sp?), sales manager, was very accommodating and up-front. We reached an agreed price quickly. Also, I'd had a very bad experience with the finance people at another dealer a few years ago and told Gary I did not want that sort of experience again. The finance guy we worked with was great, the process was actually fun. Whether Gary influenced that or not I don't know but it worked out well. No complaints. Good experience.

I am a female and very nervous dealing with car dealerships since I had a very bad experience in 2006. I really didn't want to speak to anyone, just drive around and look. Jason was the gentleman that took good care of me. He was a very polite person and guided me along and made me feel very comfortable. The financing part was more of a taxing time, I will say watch for the add on's, they caught me off guard but once explained and I was ok with them. Overall a very good experience and a woman would feel very comfortable and not be treated like someone that could easily be taken advantage of. Thank you Bob Moore Subaru for making my buying experience easy and friendly. I will recommend you to others and will only deal with you in the future.

I purchased a 2011 HHR from this dealership. We walked in and the sales associate knew exactly where the car was located on the lot. The car we test drove was clean and in great condition. He was very professional and friendly. We asked for and received information on the car we were interested in purchasing. The complete process to look at the car, negotiate a purchase, and finance the car took approximately 2 hours. Before leaving the lot with our purchase, the sales associate went over safety features, made sure I knew where the lights and other features of the car were located and operated. Very hassle-free. Very pleasant and professional.

My wife and I were out looking for a used car and stopped in to Bob Moore Subaru. We were met by JR who let us test drive a couple of cars. He was very friendly and no high pressure. A very nice experience that told me this is where I want to buy a car. We left undecided but returned a couple of days later and purchased a new Subaru with some hail damage. Alex was especially great and gave us a tour of the facility and made sure we were all set to go. The whole experience was a little like I expected from previous vehicle purchases at other dealerships except that there was no pressure to buy a car today. We didn't feel like we were being held hostage. What wasn't expected was the friendliness of the sales staff. Even those not involved with the sale were always smiling and asking if we needed anything. I wish I could say the same for the finance guy. I don't think he introduced himself or if he did I sure don't recall. He was a little stiff and down to business. But even so the finance experience was relatively painless and again no high pressure to buy this or that add-on. I will say that the finance guy was very knowledgeable about the process. I would purchase from them again.

Was looking for a SRX or a CTS. Went to the dealership not knowing advantages, disadvantages of both. Will was very informative and we drove both cars. He gave me a very good description of both and made the decision easy to decide which would best fit our needs. Chad was very helpful with the finance options. Lemel was also good at answering questions and when the car came in I wanted he was busy cleaning and shinning down to the tires and wheels. It was a suprise for my wife's birthday. When I came to pick it up it was on the showroom floor with a big bow on it. Great guys and great experience. Thanks, Allan Booher

Steven was an engaging salesperson. While new at the dealership, he was knowledgeable about the Forester we wanted to test drive. He was helpful and found that the car had been discounted greater than we were aware of, based on the web advertisement. The dealership was busy on the Saturday morning we were there, but the process moved fairly quickly. My wife enjoys the new Forester, and we had a pleasant experience at the dealership.

I have had service visits, warranty, detailing, campaigns, etc. Diron Carter is the best Service Rep. Always helpful, efficient, personable. Mike Kurtz, sales , is the best salesman. I just purchased a new 2012 CTS from him.. He was personable, knowledgable, efficient and I would definitely recommend both to anyone. I have purchased 6 Cadillacs and 1 0ldsmobile from Bob Moore dealerships. I wouldn't go anywhere else.

Saw they had a car online that was marker up $6,000 OVER MSRP! That is just bad business. It is a rare car and understand that a little mark up is acceptable but that is just insulting. They will never sell this car at that price because other dealers have the same car thousands less. Would not recommend even trying to contact this dealer about a Subaru.
