Bobby did a great job introducing me to what would become my very own CX3. Matlin sealed the deal with his professional delivery of the finance process making the experience extremely painless. Kudos to Bob Moore Mazda for remembering what good customer service is all about. Oh and I have gotten 2 follow up calls already (my Volvo dealer didn't call once).

Going to be quick. I HATE car shopping, but, with the new and ONE PERSON you deal with format of the dealership, it went pretty quickly and Mr. Mixon was nothing but helpful, nice, informative, xxxx, he even came to my home and got my other car which was part of the trade.I have always loved Mazda's, this Signature CX9 is unreal, so yes I am happy, Mr. Mixon was a large part of that and should get a pat on the back at least !Keep it up guys, you are doing something right, and Matlin Mixon is from what I see a large part of that, roll on guys :)

I live about an hour and a half away from this dealership. I contacted them online regarding a vehicle I was interested in. The first day was great, they responded and acted like they were working to get some kind of offer for me. The next day I emailed pictures of my current vehicle and waited 4 hours to hear back from someone. No response. So I call and the person I sent them to had not even checked their email. From there I was told that they would turn it in to their finance and call me as soon as they had an offer or some kind of update. I never got a response from that point on. I tried to communicate several different ways and could not get a response. I tried the only chat and was told "I havent heard anything" and that was all. Then I tried the text option and the only response I got was "add me to your contacts" and nothing after that. I tried emailing the person again and never a response. I finally called after I got off of work and the male worker they sent them too was extremely rude and acted like I was bothering him and tried to transfer me to someone else who could deal with me. I finally just hung up. Basically I got the run around. To me it seems like if you dont have perfect credit they basically just ignore you and dont want to deal with you or even tell you they cant help you. Very disappointed.

I have already shared my positive experience with Bob Moore Mazda with at least ten friends. I have never owned a Mazda before, but fell in love with the CX9 when I needed a rental car a few years ago. Once I made the decision to purchase, I knew the CX9 was for me and that Bob Moore would take care of me. From the salesman to the finance department, I truly have no complaints. Go see salesperson Elton Rhoades the next time you need a Mazda!

Well - I never thought anything would ever come out of this review other than a place for me to vent my frustrations on service I felt was subpar. Well I was pleasantly surprised to actually hear from the Bob Moore Mazda Service Manager. We'll call him Curtis. He let me know that this review actually made it all the way up the chain and back down to him. We discussed what had happened to me and my feeling towards the whole messed up deal. Curtis was a little surprised that his service department got a bad rap and he assured me that this was not how Bob Moore Mazda would ever treat it's customers. He was definitely interested in seeing what it would take to get me to come back and try them again. I will not discuss the arrangements that were made but I was satisfied with the results, so I guess I'll give them another shot. For those of you out here who think that doing reviews will get you nowhere I beg to differ. So please don't be afraid to speak up when you think you got the shaft, just be honest with your story. Thanks Bob Moore Mazda!

Sorry for my dumb but I don't know what you mean by "Title of your review". But I will say, Elton and all of Bob Moore were the absolute best. Tens all the way around. I dislike buying a new car but they made this a positive experience. Elton listened to all I had to say and did exactly as I asked. This is our second new Mazda from Bob Moore and I am certain it wifi not be our last. They are all "Rock Stars" in my book. The second half of this refers to the recall on our other Mazda.

If I could give Bob Moore Mazda 10 stars I most definitely would. I'd been searching for my next vehicle and been to at least 25 other dealership in the Oklahoma City area. BMM was where my search ended I found my car online and it was exactly what was posted online. It was CLEAN AND NICE. The maintenance and upkeep of their cars is absolutely AMAZING. If you knew how many dealership were willing to sell me a piece of auctioned off junk with broken parts that they are not even willing to fix without you paying, you would be shocked. I was in and out in under an hour and that's including negotiations. They even worked with me on financing and drove off in my new used car the same night. They also returned my rental car and filled both cars up with gas because I was "An appreciated customer"! How awesome is THAT! I'm sure they do that for all their customers...but I did feel special. This was the best experience ever. I wish I would have stopped here first. THANK YOU so much Dale, Jimmy and Michael for your OUTSTANDING Professionalism and Customer service. It was such a pleasure!

We bought our first CX-9 from Bob Moore Mazda in 2007 and because of the overall staff at Bob Moore, from sales to service, we keep coming back. We just recently purchased the new CX-9 about a week ago and once again had a wonderful experience. Our sales rep, Jimmy Lai, took good care of us and handled every detail to our best interest. He was kind, attentive, helpful and a very nice young man. We absolutely love our new Mazda and found the entire staff from sales, service and business to be friendly, helpful comfortable to deal with and never pushy or hard sale. Had been looking at a 2015 challenger for almost 2 weeks. I haven't been able to get there cause of work but today on May 12, 2016 I was able to leave work early and get there. The girl I guess working the front desk Calle dme every other day and I thank u for keeping me interested but why would she do that if the car wasn't there. She had called me that morning, about the car and asked when I was coming in. I said around 130 and she said ok it would be there. I got there and she was off already and the car had been sold two days ago......they said it takes longer for the car to come off the Internet. But she works there, she wouldn't need the Internet. She could literally walk the lot and would see it. The kid that helped me acted like he didn't know much. I just ok thank you. I wont be back.

I found a used 2016 Miata on cars.com at Bob Moore Mazda in Oklahoma City. I chatted on line on separate occasions with Angel and Chris to get information on the car. I booked a one-way ticket to Oklahoma hoping the car was all it was represented to be. The pictures on cars.com showed a very clean car inside and out. My salesman, Elton Rhoades, picked me up from the airport and took me to the dealership. I proceeded to test drive the car and decided to buy it. It was a slow day at the dealership but the atmosphere was relaxed and everyone I encountered was very nice. The entire process was a pleasure. I felt like I got to know Elton on a personal level in a very short period of time. If you're looking for a Mazda in the OKC area, Elton is your man.

I was very happy with the service I received. No sitting in a closed room waiting and waiting. The Salesperson, John, was very helpful, explained each step of the process to me so I wasn't sitting there wondering what was going on. Open setting! I could see where everyone was. Other employees stopped to ask me if I wanted some water or coffee, manager even came by to thank me for buying a car here. Financing went smoothly and I was ready to drive away in a new car within two hours of arriving.

Where do I start. We were looking at an older Mazda at Bob Moore Mazda for my fiance who wanted to trade her Ford Escape for a two door. The car was nice and drove very well. My concern was the safety issue not from the car but from being hit by other drivers. I discussed this with the Used Car Manager, Travis Jacques, and we looked at other vehicles. Along with him and Michael Sanchez, the sales Consultant, they showed her a 2012 Honda and after the test we drive she really liked it. The problem she had was the car, which was red, had no character. Travis said not a problem. He researched different sites and came up with several ideas. We decided to paint the roof black and he showed us different styles of Rims that went well with the tires and gave the car some much needed character. They were already going to replace the back bumper which had nice dent in it and were asked if we would like a Spoiler put on? We decided to add the red spoiler and go with what he suggested. We also decide to have the back light covers shadowed in. All this was done and well within our budget. We even got a loaner vehicle that was a joy to drive. Travis and Michael were never insisting or pushy and we never felt pressured about anything. He let us talk alone when we wanted to and gave us plenty of space. We ended up getting the 2 door sports vehicle that my fiance wanted and were very well satisfied with everything. He gave us top dollar for our trade-in and a deal we could not pass up on. When we went to finance, Matlin Mixon, the Business Office Manger did everything he could to get us the best deal for our money. All of our questions were answered and we left there very satisfied. When we picked the car up we were very satisfied with the outstanding job they had done. Again, outstanding customer service from everyone involved. Will definitely will go back there and tell our friends about this dealership.

Giving a review of a car dealership seems rather odd. But it was a very different experience than I have had before. I have bought a lot of cars. Dreaded going to buy car. I called ahead they had cars waiting for me to see. They were more concerned about staying within my budget than I was. No pressure, no pressure to spend more than I should. Knowledgable sales person (Bobby) made a huge difference. Thanks Bobby for a fun and enjoyable experience. When someone knows the cars and obviously loves them it is pretty compelling. It was also casual day which made the whole process less intimidating. There was no good guy/ bad guy pressure play. And the finance person was friendly and helpful instead of pushy and judgmental. All in all great experience and I got a great car! (Mazda 3).

We had such wonderful experience buying a CX-5. Customer service went beyond what was expected and made sure we were comfortable while waiting. I have purchased over 40 cars in my life but was never really satisfied with the whole process until I bought my latest car from Bob Moore Mazda. After an email exchange, I arrived at the dealership and the car I was interested in was gased up and waiting at the front entrance. The salesman met me as I got out of my car and we got in and went for a test drive. Upon our return to the dealership, the sales manager was waiting and I asked him for his best price. No hassles, no haggling, he offered me a very nice price on the car which I had priced online. 10 minutes later I was writing a check to the finance manager without the usual wait or hard sell for extras. The whole thing took about 30 minutes including the test drive. This was by far the best new car purchase experience in my lifetime. Keep up the good work guys!

I had the best experience ever car shopping! The salesman Michael Sanchez was awesome to work with! He never was the high pressure kind of salesman. He let me look at my own pace and take the time I needed to make the right decision...unlike others that have followed you around and pressured you into a decision you were not sure about. He helped me make the right decision for me with his knowledge about the car i was looking at. He also was helpful in the color choice since it wasn't on the lot he made sure I got what I wanted. And the Finance Dept. was also excellent in the process that it took for them! Thank you Bob Moore for helping me with this AWESOME 2016 CX5 I now own!!

I visited other dealerships and found Safak Durmus at Bob Moore to be far better than the others. He honored the deal I found online without quibbling about the discounts or rebates as others have done. Instead of talking about wanting my business Safak offered me the best deal. He did what he said he would do with honesty and integrity. I am very happy with my Mazda CX-9 and highly recommend Safak and Bob Moore Mazda.

Initially I wasn't sure if I was going to be able to afford a Mazda, let alone the one I wanted! Working with Bobby and Matlin they were able to get me situated, and in an excellent vehicle. There was a minor issue when the car was delivered- unfortunately it wasn't something we could just fix on the spot- their touch up guy is not in on Saturdays- They promised to take care of it, just bring it by. I've had one other new car, and I drove it until it wouldn't go anymore. I'm looking forward to the Mazda, and I will be going back to Bob Moore for service. One thing that Bobby showed me in the car, there's a place where you can have the car alert you for SCHEDULED MAINTENANCE!! He also provided me a coupon book for services which will help a bit :). Overall, if you're looking for a dealership that won't push you to buy something just to get you in, GO HERE. They take the time to listen to what you want, and don't waste your time with a vehicle that you don't want, or have stated you can't afford. Great experience, and I look forward to this car experience.

Went to look at a specific vehicle. Dealer had vehicle ready to be looked at on arrival. Related staff and sales person(Terry) were kind and extremely helpful. Terry quickly identified what kind of buyer I was and took the appropriate action. This alone shows high intelligence and skill. I was allowed to fully inspected and test vehicle to my satisfaction. Have been interested in the Mazda CX5 for a few months now. Been looking at all years of 2014-present. After visiting Bob Moore Mazda and test driving a new 2016, I was hooked. Worked with a wonderful salesperson Bobby Villegas who went out of his way to make certain I got what I wanted in the vehicle. Even after a misunderstanding on what is needed in a tow hitch configuration, Bobby made certain to make it right without any questions. I had a question via email and he answered quickly. I had another question and he researched it and got back to me. Very impressive. I'm 52 years old and this was my first new car purchase. Very happy with the professionalism of the dealership and the overall transaction. I look forward to working with their sales team in the future.

We test drove the car that very evening & were provided with excellent service from the moment we stepped to the door. Was able to negotiate a sight unseen trade in and also get a very competitive used truck price on a rainy Saturday afternoon over the internet without leaving my house. Drove down on the next Monday for a test drive, sealed the deal and was back on the road home to KS with my "new to me" 2014 Ram 1500 in less than 2 hours. Chris, Jerry and Josh were all great through the whole buying process. Smoothest new or used car purchase I have experienced so far.

Had been looking for a good used car for my son for about 3 months. Found a car posted on their website as "fresh trade." Received immediate response to inquiry about car. Arrived later in the day to find car serviced and detailed. Terry was great from beginning to end. They graciously agreed to fix a few items on the vehicle without hesitation. Terry was patient with all my questions. Everyone I encountered was just great. No criticism...one minor "gripe." Gas tank was less than half full upon delivery. Again, minor.

I stopped in to get my remote batteries changed for my 2013 Mazda CX-5 (I live in Enid and we don't have a Mazda dealer) and just had some questions regarding options since when I bought my CX-5 in 2012, I bought the only one they had on the lot as they were selling them as quickly as they came in. I never got to choose options, color, etc. I have really been missing having sunroof on beautiful days and wanted to see if I could trade for one with everything I wanted without making my car payment go up. The guys at Bob Moore Mazda are really wonderful, not pushy and easy to work with. Not only did I get a sunroof, I got a new 2015 Mazda CX-5 with every option available and it's absolutely amazing!! I love it and can't stop looking at it! I can't wait to take a road trip in it and my kids and I are loving the heated leather seats on cold winter mornings! I originally showed up at Bob Moore just to check out what they had at the use car lot, but after an awesome test drive of a Mazda3 I was hooked on what the folks at Bob Moore had to offer. I worked with Penny Taylor who was passionate about Mazda and was able to answer all my questions and did an excellent job introducing me to the different features of my first Mazda. Penny was easy to get a hold of as I continued to research the Mazda3 after my first visit and had all the different cars I was interested in pulled up front at the dealership and ready to go on when i showed up for my second visit so that I could compare between them and make a final choice. I contacted Herb Griffith to inquire about a 2015 Mazda 6 they had & asked for a trade in quote over the phone. Sent Herb a few pic via text & he called me back with an offer where we wanted to be. He then went so far as to call & cancel the extended warranty on my other car & apply that to the new purchase. He will work with you and see that he takes care of all your needs. This is the second Mazda 6 I have bought from Herb and when I am ready to trade this one in for another I will definitely call Herb. He went above & beyond.

This was in most ways the standard new car buying experience, very well executed by the staff at Bob Moore Mazda. Penny showed us the CX5s and had done a great job on her homework. I have been to dealerships where I seemed to know a lot more about the product line that the salesman, but she was on the ball and had obvious pride in the Mazda vehicles. Given that the dealership has to make money and I'm looking for a bargain, I felt that the manager's price offering was reasonable for both parties so I took it. We got a good orientation on the vehicle and the service department, a clean car with a full tank of fuel, and left with an appointment for a free first oil change. A good dealership. Recommended.

I would definitely recommend Bob Moore Mazda to anyone. I'm sure like me that almost everyone has had a very negative experience with a car salesman and would never go back because of it. But I can't say that about my experience at Bob Moore. I myself was refered to them by a family member. I was told that, out of all ttheir experiences buy a vehicle , that when they left Bob Moore they never felt cheated or lied to. And that is my own personal experience with them also. I feel they listened to what I wanted and did everything in their power to be fulfill my needs in a honest manner. That is exactly how to build a reputable prosperous business. This was my first car purchase begin with shopping online. The entire process--from reviewing the Bob Moore inventory online, corresponding with Chas (the sales manager), visiting the dealership, and making the deal--went so smoothly. I enjoyed meeting my salesperson, Penny, along with Dale, Chas, Ken, and Patrick, and all of them were more than helpful. I've bought three Mazdas in the past 14 years at a different dealership, and it was definitely worth my time to drive from northeastern Oklahoma to Edmond to deal with a great team of people. My wife and I were stranded in Oklahoma City after our 2013 Mazda CX-9 was involved in a collision and declared "totaled". When it was time to tow the car away from the accident we told the driver to take it and us to the best Mazda dealer in town. He immediately suggested Bob Moore. After the damage was appraised and we learned our car was beyond repair, we immediately sought out a salesperson to help us choose a new car that we would have to drive back to Florida, our home. We were approached by Milagros "chic", who immediately made us fee that she understood our situation and made us feel like she would help us in any way it took to get the right car and get us on our way back home. First made contact with Linda. She took the time to listen to us regarding our needs - without trying to push anything extra on us. It was greatly appreciated.After a couple of email exchanges we made it in to the dealership. Linda was off the lot at the time but Chic met us and helped us with an initial test drive. They called on Tuesday and had it ready. I went in signed some paperwork and was out of there within an hour. Plus I got a really good deal on it. No negotiating. They came back with an offer that blew me a way. I thought I was stealing from them.

Traveled 2 hours to trade in my girlfriends car on a mustang, before making the trip I called to ensure the trade in price we were needing to get was Fiesable. Was told that they would inspect my car for free for a vibration. I asked him to repeat for sure they could check the car for free and he said yes. I was happy to hear it would not cost me so I took it in. As soon as I got there they told me that was to check fluids only and it would be $125 to do a diagnostic test. Why tell me one thing then tell me another once I get there?

Dealer financing was a great rate and pretty smooth, but save 15 minutes to be pitched an extended warranty that costs more than a navigation system. We were one minute from walking out.

After doing rounds of test drives with Toyota, Subaru and Ford, decided to try out Mazda. Contacted Bob Moore through Edmunds.com at night. First thing I see in the morning was email from internet sales guys. They were great in following up by emails and phone. At the dealership worked with Terry. He is just great, very knowledgable and very sensitive and receptive to our needs. The test drive with him, pretty much sealed the decision for us to buy Mazda CX5. Next was pricing. With Terry, it was very professional and respectful.We were satisfied with the negotiations and did not feel pressured or being taken advantage of. I have only given low rating because of what happened next with the finance manger. Initially the fellow was very friendly, just like everyone at the dealership. However, when we refused to buy the extended warranty, things got a bit rough. He became agitated and to some level rude. Kept saying makes no sense to me, implying we were stupid to not take the great deal of extended warranty. Only after telling him very firmly it's our choice and we do not want to buy this warranty, he started paperwork with very curt sign here, sign there. The friendliness was all gone. I hope they learn to respect the customer's wishes. Regardless of this part, overall experience was good. After buying the car, Terry again went over the features of the car, helped us with setting up the navigation, Bluetooth systems and offered to touch up a 2mm nick on the paint (which we'd not seen). Overall this looks like a great place to buy a Mazda. We hope the after sales service is equally good.

I appreciated the responses I received while asking all my many questions. I try to be a very conscientious buyer and know all the numbers in advance to make a totally educated decision. I appreciated how promptly my emails were returned and the honesty I received in those responses. I had not been at all impressed by the treatment at several competitors and therefore appreciated the Bob Moore Mazda guys even more. It seemed like they actually cared about my business, not just in the emails and calls leading up to the sale but through the whole process. Strangely, their competitors were lacking in this area.

This was probably the easiest car deal I ever made. I had researched the car we wanted to buy including the price and service. We knew pretty much this was the car we wanted. We didn't buy the day we first visited, but returned to drive the car for a longer time and distance. The salesperson was very friendly and knowledgeable about the car and all it's features. The sales manager was also very friendly and helpful. We settled on a price without a lot of haggling which I liked very much. I've made other car deals where I felt like I'd been beaten up during the entire process. This was not the case here. This is our second Mazda we've purchased from Bob Moore and I'm sure when we decide to buy next time, we will be back.

The total process of buying a new car was very smooth and friendly. I was happy with the price, the trade in I received on my old car, and how quickly and efficiently all paperwork was completed. Everything was done to make the process easy on the buyer. I went in to check out new vehicles and drove away 3 hours later in a new car that I am VERY impressed with. Every employee, even the salesmen not working with me were polite, offered to get me coffee, and helped move items from my old car to the new one. Very friendly salesman, not at all pushy, but professional and answered my technical questions on the Mazda 6 knowledgeably. The finance side of things was equally friendly, with the various options explained to me and I felt I was given good advice on the relative benefits, or not, of each. The whole process was very quick with non of the usual waiting around I have experienced from previouse car purchases. In addition I was introduced to the Service Advisor, who explained how and when I should return the car for future servicing. Very happy with everything about this dealership so far.

Okay, so you will have to take this review with a grain of salt. I bought this car from Matt Casteel who is a salesman at Bob Moore Mazda. He also happens to be my son. That said, the experience was the best I've had including the time I bought a car from my best friend's brother. Matt was extremely professional and treated me like his best customer, not his Mom. We texted frequently about the various features, the color and the warranties. Matt answered all my questions, sent me pictures and referred me to the Mazda web site for some of the technical descriptions. I was able to apply for financing on line which made the entire car buying process a pleasure. The best part was that Matt personally delivered my new Mazda 6 to me in California. He then took the time to explain all the features before we took it for a drive. I love this car and I would recommend Bob Moore Mazda and Matt Casteel to anyone who is looking for a new Mazda and a great buying experience.

My first visit to a Mazda dealership and first purchase of a Mazda and this was the least pushy and most pleasant experience I have ever had buying a new car. The salesman was very friendly and knowledgeable and I never felt any pressure to get the deal done. The finance guy was equally open and friendly and I felt he gave me some honest advice on what was worth paying for and what was not. But what I loved is that I never felt like they were trying to push the car on me. My questions were answered, but I was not pressured at all. The test drive experience was the main reason I chose to purchase from Bob Moore, but I also was impressed by their internet service. After my test drive, I requested an e-quote from their website. Within hours I'd received an actual quote on the exact vehicle I wanted. The other two dealers I requested quotes from emailed me with either a $150 coupon (um, $150 isn't much when you're buying a car!) or simply took my info and called me. The purpose of an e-quote is to provide a quote! And Bob Moore was the only one that actually did what they said. That was the other reason I chose them for my purchase. The actual buying experience was pretty quick and painless. This was my first experience buying a car, and while I did lots of research, some of it wasn't really necessary at Bob Moore. We negotiated a purchase price (which we actually did over the phone before I even came in to the dealership) with ease, they matched my Carmax offer for my trade-in, and financing was a breeze. They were helpful and friendly, but most important to me, they were never pushy!! I highly recommend Bob Moore.

I researched a new car for about 5 months prior to purchasing. I went to this dealership several times. Each time I met a sales person who was eager to answer my questions, even after I told them I was not buying today, but several months down the line. So, when it came time to buy, I knew exactly what vehicle I wanted. Corbin Morris handled our actual purchase. He spent several hours with us test driving, moving seats, and pushing buttons. He wasn't a high pressure sales person. He left us to talk amongst ourselves when necessary. But he was always close enough to answer our questions. I would definitely recommend him to all of our friends. The financing department was very quick and efficient. We closed down the shop finishing our paperwork. The employees were as nice at the end as they were when we first walked into the dealership. We had to return a few days later for the tinting and ResistAll application. The people were just as nice as when we were purchasing the car. I look forward to working with this dealership throughout my ownership of this car.

I was in the market for a specific car that I was having trouble locating here in the D.C. area, a Mazda MX-5 GT w/ RHT, M/T, heated leather seats and Bose sound system. The price was good enough to make me willing to fly out and drive 1,339 miles back home to get my dream car.Linda Graham was an absolute pleasure to work with. Her exemplary customer service and genuine interest in helping me find the vehicle I wanted made her stand out from the crowd of other dealership representatives I spoke with during the course of my search for my vehicle. I ended up finding the perfect car at the last minute much closer to home, but I almost wish I hadn't so I could have flown out to meet Linda in person. It's been exceedingly rare that I've found a salesperson who was more interested in their customer's happiness than with just making a sale. I initially visited the dealer to have service done on the vehicle but ended up with a brand new car! It was a great experience-Linda was a great salesperson. She was knowledgeable and not pushy at all. I got a great deal on a Mazda 3, marked down due to hail damage even though it had been repaired. Internet sales department is fabulous! Trena answered all and any questions I had about the CX 5. She set me up with an appointment and had a manager call me so he would know exactly what to show me! As a first time car buyer with a trade in and a test drive, I was in and out of there in two hours! By far the best dealership I have ever went to. In the same week, we have bought two cars from them because of their amazing service and their willingness to WORK WITH US. I went in to service one vehicle and test drove a new Mazda 6 while I was there. I seriously appreciated that my salesperson, Matt, wasn't pushy. He was responsive to questions I had and did not try to sell me up to options I wasn't interested in. I was given a fair value for a trade-in and feel I got a good price for the vehicle I bought, which I really like a lot. Matt took care of everything I needed and my experience in financing was equally pleasing. I have bought cars before where I nearly wanted to pay more just to get out of there and this was not the case here.

My wife and I were in the market for a small roadster convertible, we were interested in the MINI and the Miata. We took test drives in each of these and enjoyed both. However, Bob Moore was much more willing to offer us a fair amount for our trades and give us a good discount on the car we purchased. Everyone at the dealership that we came into contact with was very friendly and very helpful to us. Herb worked with us from beginning to end to make this an easy and pleasant process. We are very happy with our new Mazda Miata MX5. Also, there were none of those silly games that have been played like forever at dealerships where the salesman gives you a number and you give him one that he takes to the sales manager and then gives you another number (this process sometimes takes hours). Anyway, we were very happy with the process and we are very happy with our new addition to our garage.

Purchased a used truck on May 15th with the agreement they were to fix the hail damage, paint on door and add a keyless entry (had a radio added at our cost). The truck was to be ready May 20th, which it wasn't, but on May 22nd attempted to call our salesman, whom was out, but his manager assured us the truck was ready so we drove 26 miles (one-way) to find that the truck was dirty and had not been painted but to the managers credit he wasn't going to charge us for the radio since we drove to the dealership and it wasn't ready as he first thought. The truck was delivered to me on May 23rd but hadn't been cleaned or detailed at all even though we asked about it on both visits to the dealership and we were assured it would be done. On May 27th my 16 year old daughter called because her truck was making a noise and we found that the trucks brake pads were completely worn so I called the dealership yet again to find out the only thing they "serviced or checked" on the truck was the oil which I then spoke with the manager whom arranged for me to drop off the truck so they could look at the brakes and do the inspection, that I would think should have already been done before the truck was even placed for sale, but it wasn't. I am just thankful it didn't cause my daughter to have an accident. I was given a car with a 1/4 tank of gas to drive and they indeed had to replace all the brakes on the truck along with the air filter and winshield wipers but again still didn't take the time to detail or even wash the car let alone fill up the gas tank because of there lack of ensuring the vehicle was safe when it left the lot we had to drive 52 miles round trip. I would think that maybe the detailing we kept requesting would have been a nice gesture or the gas but apparently it wasn't a priority for them as I was not as a customer anymore I had already made my purchase.

The internet site is great. I was able to find exactly the vehicle I was looking for with the options I wanted. The sales team contacted me quickly by email with a quote on the vehicle that I had chosen with a price that seemed reasonable, and we arranged an appointment. When I arrived Corbin Morris our arranged salesperson met us at the entrance and had the car we wanted brought around front for a test drive. During our test drive Corbin explained the vetures of the the CX-5 and even connected my wife's i-phone to the car so that it downloaded her call list and showed us how to use it. They gave us a price on our trade in that was close to what I wanted. The financing was almost effortless. Using the internet site I was able to pick the price I wanted to pay and then I could adjust the interest rate and the number of months to calculate the monthly payment I wanted before I even went to the dealership. They were able to give me 0.9% for 36 months. The finance guy explained that I could purchase extra protection plans for the vehicle, but I did not get any of those. Signing the paperwork went smoothly and quickly.We did have to wait about an hour while they detailed our CX-5, but during that time the service department let me watch a mechanic service a CX-5 so I feel I can change the oil myself now without any worries.Overall the whole experience was good. The only downside was that the vehicle I bought was not the exact one I had picked out on the internet. Some of the options were different. It didn't have the all wheel drive and heated mirrors with turn signal that I wanted, and it had extra add on options like remote start and luggage rack that I didn't expect. So I felt a little duped. But that's my fault.In closing, the CX-5 seems to be a great car. My wife and I love the red with the black interior and the big 19 inch tires.

I must say I am very pleased, and convinced Bob Moore Mazda, is the greatest when it comes to purchasing a new vehicle. I went there ready to swap out my 2012 Charger for a Mazda 3 due to our economy. 17mpg was not cutting it. So of course I was little sad about getting rid of that American muscle, but little did I know about the 2014 Mazda 6. They made me such a sweet deal, and even made right on some misunderstandings I had even after purchasing the car the next day! I can honestly say even though this is my first Mazda, unless someone out there in the mid size sedan world can beat 30mpg/City and for $24,000 or so, I will not be going anywhere else to purchase my vehicles in the future,

This was one of the best experiences I have had in the purchase of a new vehicle. I had done my homework and knew what I wanted in a car and had a good idea of what my trade-in was worth and what the bottom dollar should be on the car I was interested in. I first called the dealership to see if they had the vehicle equipped the way I wanted and they not only had the vehicle but arranged to have it available when I arrived. When I arrived the sales repesentative was there to greet us (Terry Johnston). Mr Johnson was very knowledgeable of the vehicle and offered a test drive, as he was going over the accessories and features. After we went inside to discuss buisness the first deal offered was very much in line with what I anticipated I would pay. There was no pressure no off the wall negotations, just a good solid no BS offer. After I made my counter offer, we had an agreement within minutes and I left with the vehicle after all the paperwork was done. Now that is the way to buy a car; no hassle, no pressure, just good buisness. We made an appointment to come back for some additional dealer installed options we had negotiated and was told that after they were installed they would do a complete detail of the Vehicle and give me a free first oil change.

I had a great buying experience with Bob Moore Mazda. I appreciate how they treated me with respect and understanding that I was the one buying the car, they were not pushy. I have had some bad car buying experiences where they trade you off to different sales people and then have you write a review before they have finished the sale so you cant go back and tell them how they really did. Here they let you buy the car and then write a review which I thought was a better idea. I worked with Kurt over the internet to get the information on the vehicle and they gave me an estimate over the internet about what they would give me for my current car before I drove all the way to OKC, since I lived in Tulsa area. When I got there I was introduced to Matlin. I got close to what I wanted for my trade in and signed the paperwork and got with the accountant there to work out my loan. I already had a preapproval from my bank before I drove to OKC and the dealership also used my bank so it made the loan process quick and painless. I do believe it only took about two hours to buy and for them to get the CX-5 ready for me to drive home. They gave me a tour of the service area and gave me a coupon book, but since I dont live in the area I wont be able to use them. Just to add some more info: I bought the CX-5 because it had about the same rated gas mileage as the Chevy Cruze I was driving I was getting 32mpg combined driving 20%city/80%highway, going about 60 to 65mph. On the CX-5 Mazda the first tank of gas I used I got 29 mpg, I was driving the turnpike at 75 mph with about 10% city driving. The second tank of gas I got 32mpg with driving 65mph 20% city/80% highway. Currently Im getting 32mpg on my 3rd tank of gas. I do have to say Im very pleased with the performance so far and it has a lot more room than a car. Bob Moore did a great job at helping me before I bought the CX-5 Mazda; I also did my research to find out what I wanted before I decided on what to buy.

This is our seventh Mazda and the new CX-5 is replacing a 2000 MPV with more than 208K miles. Purchasing the car is easy compared to trusting the service team later on. We feel Yon (service manager) is extremely knowledgeable and honest when you have an issue with your Mazda. In fact, we didn't even consider any other auto dealers. I purchased a used vehicle with stipulation "AS IS". No buyers guide. The night I bought the vehicle I test drove it twice. The first time I checked everything out AC/Heater, windshield wipers everything worked good for a old vehicle except the constant door ding that would not stop. I continued on with my test drive and asked the sales agent if they could look at the door ding because it was enoying. He said yeah I'll get it checked on when we returned back the agent took the vehicle back to the shop. After nearly two hours the sales agent returned said they figured it out everything good ready to test drive it again. I test drove it this time not checking the same stuff I did before, wish I would of checked again I soon regretted. The next day I took the vehicle in and ended up putting 900 dollars of work into the truck. The thing that hurt me the most came that night on my drive home. A passing vehicle threw liquid out of their car and it landed on my windshield. I turned on my wipers and nothing. Dead in the water no motors then I tried the washer fluid. Nothing no pumping of anything. I thought this was weird. So that next morning I took the vehicle to a mechanic who said "it was nothing someone unplugged a module behind the radio. He then added.. The module controls yours wiper motors, and anything to operate your wipers, Also your turn signal indicators and the "DOOR DING" SO this dealership thought they would jeapordize a costomers safety for money. I have tried to contact the sales agent who has not returned my call everytime I have left a message with someone they give me a runaround. In my book that is bad business practice which is why I have given Bob Moore Mazda a unsatisfactory rating.

I have worked at car dealership in the past and was pleasantly surprised at the way the process of purchasing a new car has evolved. The whole experience was handled with professionalism from the internet manager to the salesman to the finance department. It was a quick process which made it that much more enjoyable. We entered the dealership, driving around looking for a specific vehicle that my husband had emailed the manager, Chaz about. We didn't see the two vehicles quickly, Linda saw us driving around like we were lost. I need to mention here it was windy outside, (typical Oklahoma day) and she was outside observing us and didn't go back in after serving another customer. She waited patiently, saw that we needed help and asked us what we were looking for. She helped us look at the vehicle and showed us another one so we could compare, and then sold us the one we had originally come to look at. She offered up front that we get $500 off for being a repeat customer, so this helped our decision. When it came to the financing Lance helped us there, with Dale and Lance working with us on the extended warranty. Ended up we didn't need the financing, but Lance was gracious about it.When we were leaving, Linda didn't just hand us the keys and say bye bye. She walked us to our car, set up our bluetooth, showed us all the features of the car. I must say, all in all, well done guys, well done!

He was very friendly, and knowledgeable. he was even very nice to my young son, and always included him in conversation when appropriate. this was a big deal to me. Our experience with theis Mazda dealership was AWESOME!! Chance and Corbin were helpful in every way possible. There was much knowledge concerning the model we were driving and no pushy salesman. Chance did everything he knew to make sure my husband and I were happy with what we were buying. My only disappointment in this whole ordeal was we were not afford the option of the navagation system at the time of purchase. My husband spoke with someone the following day and he was told it would be 500.00 to keep the one already in the car instead of having it removed on the next open business day. I was out of town for the weekend so when I returned on that business day to pay the 500.00, I was told it was now 900.00. Needless to say, Mazda dealership removed the navigation card.Hence, the 4 rating on our overall experience. All in all, our dealings with Mazda was one of our better experiences when shopping for our new car.

I first discussed my interests over the phone and by email since I live out of town. My wife & I eventually made a trip to Edmond on a Saturday. Everything was exactly as we'd talked about. Linda listened to my needs and got me into the best fit. Finance was able to better the rates from my local bank. I arrived at the dealership a little after 10am and drove out in my new CX-9 at lunch. Other than the money spent, the whole experience was relaxed and stress free. Exceptional service. I had done a lot of research on the vehicle I was interested in before meeting with a sales consultant. I knew that the CX-5 was selling very well, and because of this there were not many options in stock on the lot. Therefore I was expecting to have to do a lot of haggling to get a reasonable price as well as have difficulty getting the model with specifications I wanted. This wasn't the case. The team at Bob Moore Mazda, specifically Linda Graham, were great. They located a vehicle immediately that had the details I wanted and at a price that was reasonable. Very happy with the overall sales experience there.

Both Corbin and Chas were very accommodating in our purchase and were very easy to work with. We ended up purchasing new at a very good price without the painful back and forth haggling that you usually associate with purchasing a vehicle. In fact we took their offer to other dealers and no one could even come close. I was very impressed with Trena (internet sales). She worked with me over several days via e-mail. We live in southwestern Oklahoma and do not have the time nor desire to make a wasted trip to try and purchase a vehicle. She referred me to Herb who assisted with the purchase. This was the easiest car purchase. I'd already been working with Reynolds and although I liked the salesman fine, he could not get another dealer to trade with him on the car I wanted. In fact, we went through all the paper work to buy the car (even writing the check) at Reynolds and then the car they were supposed to get never came through, and he couldn't get a trade on another one. When I called Bob Moore, they negotiated a trade very quickly. Jason was VERY on top of everything and was able to negotiate a successful "locate" with another dealership within about 15 minutes. We completed everything, including the price I wanted and the financing rate I wanted, very quickly on the phone, and when we came in to pick our car, everything was ready to go. It was amazingly efficient.

I actually went there to see about buying a used car that was advertised; but it had been taken away as totally damaged by a recent hair storm. I then talked to Corbin about the cars we were looking at that had been damaged by the hail storm that totaled the other car. After some discussion and them looking at my trade in we reached a good deal on a new Miata. I love the car and they say they will work with me on repairing the damage that the hail storm did to my car. We'll have to see what kind of a deal they can help me with in the future. I highly recommend this dealership! I went to Bob Moore Mazda with my mom so I could test drive a Mazda3 or Mazda6. I had researched the safety and performance ratings and mazdas were ranked fairly high. Herb described the difference between the types of mazdas and what amenities I would get with each one. When I told him my credit, payment limit, the amount I could put down, and that I couldn't live without a sunroof, Herb showed me the perfect car! After test driving it, Herb and Eric(finance counselor) did everything they could to get me in that car. They were not pushy at all. They told me the facts, and gave me an offer I couldn't pass up! Keep in mind that this was my first car to buy so all my friends and family had warned me how dealerships will tell you one thing and have you sign a contract that says something different. My experience was nothing like that! They were all focused on making sure I got what I wanted! I am so blessed to have had a smooth, pleasant first experience buying a car. Now, the true test...whether they stick behind their warranty, which I believe they will. Thank you for my awesome, beautiful, perfect Mazda3!!

I bought a 2005 Xterra at Bob Moore Mazda. I love my new vehicle. I wasn't very happy with the service given to me at Bob Moore Kia. I talked to a sales rep named William(I don't know his last name) the night before I bought my Xterra. Told him that I was not interested in the one on the Kia lot because I wanted an automatic and I realized that one was a standard. He told me he found 2 other Xterra's that were both automatic and to come by the next day and talk to him. I did. Then he tells me the cars are not there they are at Bob Moore Mazda on the opposite side of town. I was very irritated because 1) I don't live close and drove to Bob Moore Kia just to be told the car I came to look at was not on the lot I was told to come to. and 2) I had just been about a block away from Bob Moore Mazda before I drove over to the Kia lot just to be told I had to drive way back across town to see the vehicles. Not only was this a huge waste of my time, but also not cheap considering gas is around $3.50/gallon. Also if I hadn't known exactly what I wanted when I showed up at Bob Moore Mazda the sales rep wouldn't have been a lot of help. He didn't know anything about the Xterra(which I understand that its a Mazda dealership, but there are some features to the vehicle that I really like that I didn't even find out until I took it to show my dad and he figured them out and showed me.) He could have used the features as selling points. I am really happy with my Xterra which was the goal, but overall not happy with the service I received. The price I ended up paying was right around blue book value so good, but not great pricing.

Also when i left Mazda and got on the highway in my new car the gas was so low i had to pull over and fill up. I bought 3 other cars from norman and they all had full tanks of gas....very disappointed that Mazda let me leave in a car that had less then half of a quater of gas in the tank....

I made several trips to dealership to pick out my 3d Miata. Nasty weather but Linda met me outside and took me around. I was not too hot on the local ones but Kurt suggested we look for a Blue one, which he did. It was exactly what I wanted so they brought it in for me. I have been a customer of Yan Brown's for over 10 years and I always enjoy my visits there where I trust what I am told. We financed part of the balance and that was easy and enjoyable too. Fresh coffee and a cinnamon roll also! We have been a member of the Central Oklahoma Miata club for many years and rarely hear anything negative about this dealership. After driving this MX5 for a couple of days, I am certain that I really like this car.

I was very pleased with the service at Bob Moore when I purchased my Mazda CX7. I did not feel pressured at any point in time to purchase the vehicle and that made my decision much easier. I was looking to lower my car payments and did a little bit of shopping online and found Mazda to be the best choice for me to use. Since I already had a Mazda3 and liked it so much, it made sense to continue to work with a Mazda dealership. I had been coming to Bob Moore for the past two years for various services on my previous Mazda3 and they had always been super friendly, so I just knew purchasing a new vehicle with them would be my best bet. I worked with Frank, who was so friendly and really worked to keep our business. He went back several times to his sales manager to ensure we got the best deal, which ended up lowering our car payment! If I had to buy a new car again, I would go with Bob Moore any day!

We had a great experience. Ken, our salesman, was great to work with. I still think its funny that salesman have people sign the back of the price form like a contract. This tactic must work on some people or else you wouldn't do it. I also like the attempts to upsale extra services. It's like a social experiment watching the same dealer sales tactics again and again each time I buy a car. They must be tried and tested, because each dealership uses the same magic tricks.

Well my wife and I decided to Drive to Oklahoma City to pick up our new Miata instead of flying. Our Salesman Corbin and Bob Moore Mazda made sure all T's were crossed and I's were dotted on all the paperwork which was finalized via the internet, email and FedEx , we were now ready for our second Miata purchase "another deal". We arrived Saturday evening, I called Corbin, we met and within 30 minutes we were on the road again. Corbin made sure everything went perfect, a full tank of gas, and Corbin made sure our Miata was totally prepared for our trip home, my wife even remarked how shiny the Miata looked. My wife also claimed the first drive so Corbin went through the vehicle steps for her insuring she felt comfortable. Then like before Corbin and I shook hands after the deal and my wife and I were back on the road again. My wife and I are completely satisfied, and Ill say it again we found an honest salesman Corbin Morris and Dealership Bob Moore Mazda, they make the honest deal you get worth the trip. I received good customer service. People were willing to listen, answer questions, and I felt like they were honest with me. I gave a 3 on quality of work because two check lights came on while I was still finishing the purchasing process. However, Craig assured me that this could be taken care of by the Service Department at no charge- so more points for customer service. Everyone was friendly. However, just for the record- I feel like it is unprofessional for an employee to chew tobacco dip while working with a customer. I feel like the price I was given was fair. Everyone would like it if new cars were cheaper- and I even did look at purchasing a used car, but I felt like the value of the car I would be getting with Mazda was way better for only a couple thousand more-- so that seems good to me.

I visited Bob Moore Mazada this past weekend. As I spoke to Linda Graham, the sale associate and looked at the quality of cars on hand, I decided Mazada seemed like the way to go, ecspecially after test driving a CX-9 Grand Toruing. It was great, much better than the Rav-4 I had been driving for years. Linda was great, she was super nice and easy to deal with. She worked with me on the price of the car and I got what my car was worth on my trade in. Unlike other trips to purchase a car, the dealership experience was very inviting.

Friendliness and Professionalism far exceeded my expectations. Corbin gladly made sure I was comfortable at all times and was genuinly concerned with me and not just the sale. The entire staff was great. I have been researching an MX5 for several months so I pretty much had all of the information I needed. I had contacted a couple of dealers via the MAZDA website and both made initial contact however Bob Moore began sending me weekly (?) emails regarding what was going on at and with the dealership. Corbin called me regularly, not being pushy but more to let me know that they had not forgotten me and again to inform me of any specials and to get a really good handle on what I was looking for. I wouldn't recommend this dealership. At first I thought I would want to buy my car from them. The sales team of Brandon and Lam seemed like they really wanted to help us get into the car we would like. When we actually were going through the process, we felt like we were being pressured to go through a lender that we didn't want to go through. We felt bullied....Not to mention while "Brandon" was trying to sell us the car he was chewing tobacco in front of us and spitting in the trash can. That was not appealing at all.When we tried to leave he was rude about the whole thing and continued to bully us. At the end of the sale he continued to make us feel guilty for putting our terms on the table. We just felt really uncomfortable. We had to come in to resign paper work and we were dreading it because we didn't want to be stared down by a guilty look. Lam was really helpful on the other hand he really tired to get us the deal we wanted as well stayed ALL day to help us. He was supposed to go home at 6:00 P.M and he stayed. He looked so tired but helped us with all the energy he had. He was a great salesman! Will I buy another car from there I don't think so unless I didn't have to deal with the manager Brandon again. We did get into the car we wanted and are very grateful. I'm sorry for such a poor review. I just want to tell the truth about how we felt so this wont happen again to anyone else. Thanks

Frank was very professional and helpful. He was knowledgeable about the cars, listened to what I was looking for and was flexible in looking at a couple of different models. I also appreciated how efficient the process was. I didn't have all day to handle this process. I had to leave in the middle of it to go to a couple of meetings and then came back to finalize everything. When I came back the car was clean, had a full tank of gas and was ready to go. Frank went over the car with me and even set up my Bluetooth with my phone before I left. In general, a very pleasant process.

The dealer said their would be no payment for 90 days, but I started receiving phone calls from chase bank after 45 days saying my payment was overdue and demanded I give them a payment over the phone immediately. I tryed to explain why I had not made a payment but chase rep didnot want to listen and called me a deadbeat, stupid and several other names. I called the dealer immediately and was told they made a mistakeand their would straighten it outbut I still got phone calls and letters from chase demanding I make a payment. I visited the the dealer and signed and new contract for 90 days and I was assured it was all taken care of but I still received theatening phone call from saying it was not resolved. I visited the dealer a second and third time and was assured it time it was taken care of and they would be in touch. I never received courtesy call from the dealer telling me that were sorry for what happen and have never received anything in the mail from chase or mazda or the dealer stating that everything had be resolved I just got tired of talking to the dealer so I stopped wasting gas and phone calls and am now just waiting on something to happen. On chases website it shows I bought two cx9s instead of one. I cannot in good faith recommend this dealer. The dealer not only erred in the finacing but showed little respect to me and my concerns about resolving the problem and to this day I still do not know what has been or being done to resolved problem. thank you Kenneth Loy
