While traveling from NE to TX our A.C. suddenly quit. Googled nearest Nissan dealer & 8 miles away was Bob Howard Nissan, Edmund, OK. Started service ticket at 1223p at 205pm we were fixed, cooling & on our way with NO CHARGE. Professional, pleasant, even let us bring our 2 large dogs into the waiting area (91 outside). So nice to be treated quickly & respectfully. Definitely provided old fashioned true customer service.

This dealership is top notch, my wife and I purchased a new maxima and a few days later a new altima.In both cases we were several thousand dollars upside down but the team at Bob Moore made the deals work and saved us thousands of dollars. This dealership is a no haggle place tell them what you need and it will get done. Tell them Tommy McPherson sent you and ask for Emmitt and you will get the best deal and walk away totally happy with the whole process . I promise they will take care of you I didn't have to negotiate on either vehicle and no back and forth , this place is the real deal.!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

I am very very displeased with Bob Moore of Norman. I purchased a vehicle that had supposedly been through all of their checks. The first week in having it I get stranded. Yes, I am a female. Roadside service came to my rescue. The battery was terribly corroded. They could not believe it and O'Reilys could not believe it. O'Reilys checked the battery and it was good. They cleaned the corrosion and cleaned off the connection. The battery fob was checked and had a bad battery. O'Reily's did all of this for FREE!! So if you need help diagnosing your vehicle problem, O'Reilys are great! Why would a dealership sale a vehicle with a corroded battery and not change the batteries in the fobs?? and send the new owner on their way on a positive note. Anyway, thought the problem was fine. The 2nd week of owing the car, I was stranded again. Thankfully a man I knew saw me and stopped, cleaned off the corrosion and jump started it again. Found out the battery connection was bad or something like that. Its fixed now, I hope. On to the next problem...they said I would receive my title within 7-10 business days and since I paid by check, it should be sooner than that. I called after 2 weeks and they said they were still waiting on the lien release. My fault is that I missed seeing the lien on the carfax. Isnt it illegal though to sale a vehicle with a lien on it. You would think a supposedly reputable dealership like I thought Bob Moore was, would not do that. They said it was no problem and I had plenty of time, that my temporary tag was for 30 days. I called again after 3 weeks, talked to 3 or more people and finally got a call back that the title was being mailed that day. That was on June 15th. The lien release was signed on June 8th, so why was it not mailed then??? I received the title on a Saturday, June 18th. The temporary tag expires Monday, June 20th. The license bureau is closed Saturday and Sunday. So they basically left me with Monday to get my vehicle tagged or I will be fined. The dealership is pretty, the people are nice. If they would have just taken time and checked the vehicle properly and honestly, it would have been a good experience because I love my new used vehicle. However, someone dropped the ball in doing the inspection and in the business office with getting the title to me in a timely manner. With my experience at Bob Moore, I will not recommend them to anyone looking to purchase a vehicle.

I will never buy another vehicle at Bob Moore again. I find them to be very dishonest! Kevin Bennett does not back his promises. On our vehicle the sun visor was broke, he promised it would be fixed. It wasn't! He promised it would be detailed and serviced before we drove it off the lot. It wasn't, it was the same as when I test drove it. He does not like dealing with women! I should have walked out. I learned my lesson. I tried to call several times and left a message, I have not been contacted by him or anyone else. If this is how you treat your customers, it will catch up to you! Elizabeth Buff

My husband and I worked with Emmett Detherage again to find the right car for our family. He is great! He worked hard to find the car I wanted and made sure it fit into our budget for our expanding family. We also worked with Kendra Moore on the financial side of the sale. She was awesome. I had a great experience with Bob Moore. Being a woman and buying a car on my own I was treated with respect. Kevin listened to what I wanted and was very knowledgeable and very professional. He was awesome and was able to answer my questions about the vehicles I was looking at. He gave me time to think and didn't pressure me into buying. Fiance was wonderful. They answered all my questions through the closing process. Very professional and was able to get me a great rate on my loan. I will definitely be buying another car from them.

Won't buy from this dealer again! Took well more than 30 days to receive title paperwork. Salesman and finance manger DO NOT do what they say. I had to chase after title paperwork from main office downtown OKC because the finance manager wouldn't call you back or answer an email!! Salesperson was going to have an item fixed on the vehicle I purchased, but NEVER called me back to schedule it. So I fixed it myself and cost me $47. The finance manager told me they would send me a check to cover it. Guess what, never received it. Whatever you do, get everything in writing. Due to the fact that they don't do what they say, we canceled the $2000 extended warranty within the 30 days that they pushed hard on at the time of the sale. The way I see it, if they can't get your paperwork to you within 30 days as required by law, and they don't send you the $47 measly dollars that they said was going to be mailed to you, then how can you trust the big stuff. Just use caution!

I went there for a cooling system flush. After coming back home I checked the coolant to make sure it was at a proper level. Found that the engine hood would not stand as the struts were damaged. These were working fine before I went to the dealership. I suspect the mechanic might have pushed the hood up too fast in a hurry.Went back to the dealership in two days to show them what they had done and the guy in the black T-shirt (Anthony S Cantrell) in the front desk of the service center straightaway refused to accept that they did it. I wonder how he was so confident when he did not do the repairing.Instead, they gave me a estimate for replacing the struts which is quite shameful since they are the ones who broke them. I have been to the this showroom quite a few times before for oil changes and repairs. This time, when they felt that I might ask for some compensation for their mistakes they just ignored it, gave me an estimate, and relieved themselves of all responsibilities.

We went to Bob Moore Nissan today. I met with Sales Consultant Jeff Morris first and he showed me everything in the 2015 Altima's. We found the one we liked and started on some numbers. I appreciated his courtesy, knowledge, and integrity. Shortly after I met with Fred Crawford, Used Car Manager, then Charlie (Chuck) Staton, Business office Manager, then Kendra Moore, Business office Manager who runs all th numbers through the computer, then Rickey Bradford, General Manager. All very professional and have been there for 8 years and have known each other several years even before coming to Bob Moore. I felt a strong sense of family amongst them. I would very highly recommend this Dealership when it comes to you automobile needs.

Sold us a nice looking car that broke down a month later. When we called to see if the very specific problem was covered under our warranty, they had no idea if this particular problem was covered, but then told us it would have to be towed to the dealer and diagnosed before they could tell us anything (even though we knew the problem and asked if it would be--WOULD BE--covered). We would basically be taking a chance on paying for dealership labor/parts, a rental car, and a big tow bill! So we ended up special ordering the part we needed to do it ourselves, instead of taking the chance on paying a buttload more. The car has been broke down in the driveway for days while we wait for the part, and we have had to borrow a friend's wrecked car to get back and forth to work, which has no A/C in the middle of Heat Advisory summer weather. I almost fainted on my way to work and had to pull over and put it in park before I blacked out! I am very dissatisfied and we have had a horrible experience!

We went to the dealership with a used car we wanted in mind. We ended up driving that car they had us put is under the awning and rushed us inside. We saw a couple small scratches even in the shade of the awning, but they ensured us that they would buff it out for us. We sat at a desk waiting to talk to the finance manager for 1 1/2 hours. Eventually we were just sent to the finance office by the general manager. Once in the finance office the rep let us know that we were ready to start signing papers but we hadn't even talked numbers yet. We should have just left at that moment but we really liked the car we were going to purchase (so we thought) The rep finally got a hold of the person we were supposed to be talking to. Overall we were there for 3 hours and felt like we were the lowest on their list of importance. Again, we only stayed because we thought we would love the car that we were going to be purchasing.After the paper work was done we were given the car and they told us to come back to get the scratches out, I tried to explain it takes over an hour to get to the dealership but they said they were too busy to get out the scratches (the ones the just promised to buff out)It's been a little over a month and the amount of various damage to this car is ridiculous. I need to buy new tires, which I asked them about that day and they said they would last another year. There are more scratches than I had originally seen, which could be one of the reasons why we felt so rushed to get into the dealership to sit and wait.We're young but we've bought a couple cars at various dealerships and have never felt as unhappy as we do about this purchase. If I could, I would take the car back.

Went there to purchase a new car, I had already had a stressful day as which I've been to several dealerships earlier in the day. The employees where great with working with me. After a while the general manger came & spoke with me about some things,obviously this man had issues, he was very rude & was basically yelling at me and humiliated me in front of other customers. I left without a car.I was amazed by which I have never been talk to this way before. I left this store in tears!!

After being dissatisfied with several other dealerships in hunting for a new car, I came to this Nissan dealership and have never had a BETTER experience with a salesperson as I did with Kevin Bennett. He is extremely knowledgeable about every aspect of Nissan cars, and is a very caring person. He spent a lot of time explaining the Altima's features until I had a good grasp of how to use them. Have dealt with Kevin Bennett several times. He is always very helpful, no pressure and we always have a fun time and get a great deal. The rest of the staff at Bob Moore Nissan seems to have the same attitude as Kevin. I feel like we could stop by anytime just to say hello and be greeted like a friend even though we are not there to make a purchase or get service.

David Stanley screwed me over so bad selling me a used car they said I would have zero issues with. Said the most they could do was give me an extra thousand on a trade in of a used car. I left there and went to Bob Moore Nissan. Told them about my predicament and Kevin told me no worries he would help me.He got me into a brand new 2014 Nissan Altima with the spirt package with close to the same car payment of my crappy used car. Was able to help me get an extended warranty so now i have a reliable nice car. Kevin is all smiles and has a great personality . Genuinely seems to care and want to help you out. The general manager at Bob Moore Nissan also got involved to make sure I got the best deal. I can't say enough about this place.

I did a lot of research when I began looking for a new car and I walked into Bob Moore Nissan knowing exactly what I wanted. When we realized a car I'd seen on their website had just sold, Kevin Bennett and his team jumped to find a model just like it (I was very particular) and honored the internet price of the original car. When the time came to fill out all the financing paperwork, Charlie Staton was friendly and explained everything thoroughly, which made what can be a stressful situation a breeze. Finally, when it was time to leave the dealership, Kevin knew I was in a time crunch and drove my new car to the rental car place in Norman so that I could return my rental car without having to drive back to the dealership, which was *much* appreciated. Excellent customer service from start to finish. I recommend these guys without reservation.

We contacted this facility to have a repair made on our HVAC system. We told the service department that the system would not turn off and it was making a loud noise. We told them that we had already replaced the resistor once and it blew again so we needed a new blower motor and a resistor. The service person told us to bring the car in, it would take a couple of hours and they would fix us up. He covered the cost to repair this then told me he would have to ORDER THE PARTS and I could bring it back tomorrow. He also told me that he would email me a coupon for the oil change to save me $20 on the cost. I told him the oil change should not cost me anything because it was part of the original deal when I bought the car. I told him it was a 100 miles round trip for me to bring it back in and that we had already told him the problem when we made the appointment! He said he could order the parts but it would take 2 hours to get there and at least another hour to repair it. I told him to just forget it and to give me my keys!! I called the service manager "The" Shawn Box when I arrived home. I told him the problem I was faced with earlier. He was well aware of what happened because the service man had already spoken with him. I informed Shawn that not only was I upset for the lack of service but for the time that I had already wasted!! Two hours on the road and two hours of sitting in the service department and it wasnt repaired nor did I get my oil changed. Then on top of that, the blower motor completely quit on the way home!! He informed me that they was not in the habit of taking a customers word for what needed repaired because if that wasn't the problem then the customer was stuck with a bill for that part. He said as for the blower motor it probably was just worn out and that no one had intentionally made it stop blowing. He said probably after tinkering with it and unplugging parts that it just finally went all the way out. I told him I was very upset and with all the good things I had to say about Bob Moore when I bought the car was all negated with this one experience. He informed me that his service guy had been there 7 years since the doors opened and good luck trying to destroy the 5 star rating that his family of employees has. I informed him that I had not said one thing bad about his employees but as a company taking care of its customers was a different story! I'm a college student that needed a reliable cash car to get me from Point A to Point B until such time that I could finance something newer. I didn't expect to get something nice, and I certainly didn't expect to get it from a new-car dealership. But Bob Moore Nissan in Norman had this lovely 1997 Volkswagen with only 89,000 miles that a woman had just traded in for a Rogue the day before. Bob Moore didn't ask much for it in the first place, and when I told them what I could afford, they absolutely worked with me, and even set up a payment plan because I didn't have the whole lump sum of cash, but also didn't want to finance. I was also surprised to see some of the same people that worked there when my mother bought a Nissan Murano there five years ago, since car dealerships often have high employee-turnover. I very much appreciate the folks there, especially Jason, Kevin and Ricky. I urge you to visit this dealership; they'll treat you right and make the car-buying experience an enjoyable one, instead of a misery.

First, I had not bought a car in 10 yrs and so sorry I came to this dealership, they lied about the condition of the low mileage Cadillac (the transmission went out 13 days after purchase) then got hail damaged during May storms while waiting for the transmission to be ordered and then the engine had to be repaired and last they tell me the best warranty we bought had capped out so I am stuck with a vehicle at a premium price and cant trade it in due to classified as a "lemon" due to car fax reports of all the repairs done. Have tried to get the unneccesary warranties (dent, tire) canceled by faxing them and calling but no response, I thought Bob Moore dealerships had integrity, but not this one. Save yourself some misery, dont shop here.

I can say this with certainty because my previous purchase was a Toyota and that was a nightmare. This was my first car buying experience and they made it a terrible one. I was swindled into purchasing their extra services, I say swindled because I was NEVER ONCE offered them, or given the opportunity to say no. They just sold them to me as part of the final loan price. I wish I could have known better but since it was my first time I fell for their trap.When I realized that they had sold me these extra services (GAP and extended warranty) I tried to get them to remove it and instead got the run around for over 4 months. All this time later and when I go to refinance those extra services are still there and now I can't get them cancelled. I had done all the proper steps to get them removed but they never did their part. I should followed up with them more and kept better records of my communication with them. They are not here to protect the consumer, or make the consumer happy. They are only in this business for their OWN gain and to make their own pockets FAT. I would NEVER recommend this dealership to anyone!

As soon as I walked through the door, three employees greeted me, and asked me how they could help me. I told them I was looking for William Avila. They pointed me in his direction. He introduced himself, and asked me automatic or standard. We talked about the things I was looking for in a car, price, sedan, low miles. He showed me three or four different cars. Then he said, "I have the perfect one for you." And so he did. A 2013 Nissan Versa, he even went on the test drive with me. I probably wasted 5 hours of his day but he was courteous, thoughtful, and he never made me feel obligated to say yes to anything. The staff offered us food and drinks, and once I signed the paper work, they all came around, shook my hand, and said congratulations. I was very pleased with Bob Moore Nissan of Norman, and with William Avila, who if I might add, was pretty easy on the eyes as well. I never thought at 22 I'd have a new car. Thank you.

For this first time in my life I went to one dealership. Was greeted in a very friendly manner. We told William what we were there for. He went in the dealership brought out keys to those cars. We test drove, they got our price very quickly and without hassle. We bought a 2012 Nisson Rogue that I am very happy with. The follow up calls were very appreciated as well. I had a great experience and got a great deal on a 2008 Nissan Rogue and they were able to get me a better rate on my loan than I had been approved for through my credit union! Kwame Cave was excellent! He was able to answer all of my questions about the process, the car, the dealership, service, etc. and even talked to me about the differences between leasing and buying a car to help me make an informed decision about buying my first car. I was very impressed and happy with the service. I had to take my car into the dealership within the first couple months of my purchase for an issue with the way my car was handling, but the service department fit me right in, quickly diagnosed the problem, ordered a part and had my car fixed within a few days. They were friendly, knowledgeable, always followed up, and gave me the best service. I am very impressed with my experience at Bob Moore and recommend Kwame Cave if you're looking for a knowledgeable, sincere salesman to buy a car from!

This was the best car buying experience of my life. My husband and I had pre-approval from our bank. We walked in, told Sean what we were approved for and the amount of pay-off on our trade. Within an hour we had a deal made on a 2013 Altima. The sales team is awesome, and I will tell everyone I know to go see my buddies at Bob Moore Nissan. I found Robert was very willing to go over various Nissan models with me, he was informative, patient, and answered endless questions I had. I have previously done business with Bob Moore purchasing a Frontier in 2008 and have had a good experience over the years here. I was shopping for a new 4x4 Frontier and was checking to see availability on the lot as well as what incentives were available. Upon arriving I was promply and courteously greeted by Salesperson Stephen Beam. I explained what I was looking for and he began to show me the vehicles while describing the new features and things he felt I might be most interested in with regards to the new Frontier trucks. We spent quite a bit of time going through the inventory and even checking online inventory. Never was there any pressure to buy and Stephen always appeared most interested in finding what best suited what I was looking for (color/options/etc) instead of just trying to sell me whatever was on their lot/inventory. He spent his time focussing on the highlights of Nissan vehicles and did not trash other dealers/manufacturers. I appreciate the time spent and overall experience of dealing with this dealership and salesperson. I highly recommend both if you want a break from the typical car sales hassles. Seek out Stephen while you are there, you will appreciate your decision.

We have been searching through dealerships all over the metro and bar none we were treated the best at Bob Moore Nissan. When we went by it was to look at what they had available, however Shawn sat down with us and explained what he had and then went the extra mile to get my wife into the vehicle she really wanted. Every other dealership we visited treated us as if we were an inconvenience or else they would do everything in their power to try and sell us a vehicle we did not want. Not so at Bob Moore, they treated my wife and I as if we were life long friends. The whole staff was very respectful and friendly. I was extremely impressed. One of your sales managers (I think) made a comment that solidified my experience. He said "My word is my Bond and I will make you happy." Buying my new Murano at Bob Moore Nissan was a pleasant hassle free process. Stephen Beam greeted me when I walked in the door, asked a few questions about what I was looking for and got started showing me my options. He even drove me to the Ford dealership to look at the Ford SUV I had been considering. He was very friendly, and answered all my questions. At no point did I feel pressured to buy a car that day. I went back the next day and purchased my Murano. I feel like I got a great deal and Gavin Shenk (the used car manager) gave me top dollar on my tradein. Charlie Staton handled all the paperwork. Every employee I dealt with was friendly and professional. I will recommend this dealership to anyone I know looking to buy a new car.

The experience as just that, as I was very nervous he was calm and collected and kept to the business at hand all the while making sure we were comfortable with the numbers and even offered us an ice cold soda pop and refreshments for my two little granddaughters! Kevin really went the extra mile, he happened to inqire when was the last time I had purchased a "new" car, and I told him back in 1977 when I was 21. Then he asked if I had ever driven a car off the show room floor! Of course I never had, and Kevin said, "Well Ms. Ostler today you will do just that, when you come out the the office from signing the final paperwork your new car will be sitting right by my desk and then you will drive it out the showroom door!!!" You know I was just overwhelmed! How AWESOME is that I ask you? What sales person just puts themselves out for the customer these days of internet and unpersonalbe shopping? Kevin Bennett that's who! Kevin took time to explain my warrenty, my owners manual, appointments of the insterment panel, as well as walking me through setting the time on the clock on the dash! When my family and I first sat down with Kevin, he asked us how we thought this purchase would be like in our minds, and we told him, he gave us his personal mission statement which was that he wanted to change the public's idea of a car purchasing experience one customer at a time, and you know Kevin will do just that! Bob Moore Nissian, is so lucky to have Kevin on their team and as the "First Point Of Contact", because he will without a dought bring repeat business as well as the very important "word of mouth" business. I promise you I have told my friends and family about Bob Moore Nissan, and Kevin Bennett, I have given his card to many, he will be getting calls from people that just want to be treated like a person not a $, people that want a great deal, people that want a sold great car, with the first year of service "free"!!!! July 31, 2012I went to this Dealership with the idea that I would just test drive a couple models that I was interested in. I thought that I had already made up my mind to purchase a different make and model from a popular competitor. I thought that the test drives would serve to satisfy my desire to consider a variety of makes and models that had been on my want list for years. In 2007 I purchased a new Nissan Sentra for my wife and decided to wait for her car to be paid for before replacing my own car. Weve really enjoyed the Sentra and it caused me to begin researching other Nissans. We particularly love the very smooth CVT transmission! I requested brochures for the Pathfinder and the Murano several years before I was ready to buy so it was important to me to at least test drive the models that I had had my eyes on for so long. Well its a good thing I did, because I immediately loved the Nissan Murano! From the moment I arrived at the dealership my sales consultant Kevin Bennett worked very hard on a very hot day to find just the models I was interested in. The Murano became my new favorite and went to the top my my list. The CVT transmission is amazing and the inside features include amenities that I had never seen before! My test drives made it easy for Kevin to show me how easy it was to buy from Bob Moore. I told Kevin where I needed to be on the price and monthly payments and he said he was 100% sure that we could reach a deal within my budget parameters. He wasnt kidding. I was able to purchase a Murano SL sticker priced at $37,965.00 for $31,264.00 for a total savings of $6701.00. But thats not all. I was preapproved with my credit union for a 4.25% loan. Charles Coleman in the business office was able to beat that rate with the same credit union by a full percentage point. He got it down to 3.25% ! And thats still not all, The Bob Moore team agreed to discount the GAP insurance and the 100,000 mile Extended Service warranty Agreement that I wanted so that my monthly payment would not exceed my budgeted amount! If you want to negotiate the best price without a lot of waiting and hassle, this is the time and Bob Moore Nissan is the place! I have purchased 7 cars, (5 brand new) in my lifetime so far, and this was the most painless car buying experience I have ever had. I did not feel ganged up on by the entire sales office. I only dealt with Kevin on the sale and then Charles in the business office. Both men were very pleasant and easy to work with. I did meet the other people on the sales team but only after the deal was done. They were all respectful of my time and eager to meet MY needs. Kevin Bennett and Charles Coleman are my new best friends. This car buying experience was so much fun, I wish I could do it again every weekend! That new car smell is my new addiction! I was looking for a Tacoma, but just stopped by to see what they had to offer in used or new trucks. Will was very explicit in telling me the advantages of the Nissan truck(Frontier) vs the tacoma. Mind you, I have wanted a Tacoma for years. Then David (MGR) came over, introduced himself, and asked if they could show me the perceived added value, and I said sure. I felt that they laid out the advantages of buying the used vehicle, then presented a similar price for a new vehicle. I thought that they did an excellent job of showing me what my options were. The service of these two Gentlemen was so good, I decided to not cross the road to look at a Toyota. I have purchased 8 vehicles in the last 12 years, and driven the Highlander, Camry, Corrolla, Mazda Tribute, Mazda small trucks (2) and a Yaris, and a Subaru. This was the best service for purchasing a vehicle that I have ever experienced. I was well treated, didn't feel intimidated or talked down to, these guys treated me very well. I was very pleased with my recent purchase of a new Nissan Rogue. At first I wasn't sure if I wanted to purchase another Nissan Altima or switch to the Rogue just for a change of pace (I had bought a Nissan Altima from Bob Moore in 2005 and was very happy with it). The salesman, Stephen, patiently let me drive both cars and explained their features to me. At no time was he pushy in any way; he just let me take my time to arrive at a decision. He was very knowledgable about the vehiclesand quickly answered all of my questions. When it came time to negotiate a pricewe came to an agreement in less than 15 minutes. The finance guy, Charlie, was also very friendly and although he advised me of the various extended warranties that were available, he didn't use any high pressure tactics to force me to buy any addded warranty protection (which I did not). My experience with Bob Moore's service department has also been positive. They are not the cheapest shop on town, but they know their products and fix things right the first time for the most part.

I am a California resident internet shopping for a used Nissan GT-R when I came across a gorgeous Black GT-R on Bob Moore's Nissan of Norman OK. lot. From the moment I initiated a chat window from their website with Phil, I was greeted kindly and treated with respect right off the bat. Here in CA, when dealing with these types of cars, there's always a cynical side to the dealers. That was not the case at Bob Moore Nissan.I spoke to Phil, Kevin, Chuck and a few other guys. My over all experience was amazing with Bob Moore I had visited Hudiberg Nissan off 240 and will never step foot back in there again. I am thankful I decided to give Nissan one last shot at Bob Moore where I was met by Chris Stevenson and I simply can not say enough good things a bout him I have never met a car sales person as nice and respectful as he is. There was no pressure he took his time with me never pressured me I knew what I was looking for and what I was paying I had some where to be that day and had to leave before working out a deal but Chris called and assured me he would do his best to get the price where I needed and I will say Chris worked VERY hard that next day to get the numbers there and what I wanted on the car and called me later that day to let me know we had a deal I am beyond satisfied with the price I paid and love my new Altima. The dealership just has an over all great feel to it and I was also taken to meet the guys in the service dep. and they were very friendly and let me know where to go when I came for my oil change. There is a lot to be said when you can find a dealership thats great and has a service dep. to match and you feel good a bout bringing your car back to them. Also I have to give Charlie Staton in finance a thumbs up he also was amazing to work with no pressure didnt push to sale me what I didnt want or need and made sure I understood and could contact him with any question. I was ready for a newer car and, although very nervous, pleasantly surprised with my experience at Bob Moore. Kevin Bennett was my salesperson, and he made me feel instantly comfortable. He was a total professional. He knows his product well and has excellent people skills. Although I was not sure what I was exactly looking for, he was exceedingly patient and helpful. I never felt rushed or pressured. He understood that, for me, buying a car was kind of a big deal, and he handled it accordingly. He made the experience of buying a new car as easy as I believe it could possibly be. Everyone at Bob Moore was fantastic. Greg, the GM, was easy to work with, as was Chuck, my finance guy. Excellent service! From start to finish, I felt pampered and appreciated! I have bought new cars before, but I have never been treated so well. Robert approached me in the lot and ask me which car I was interested in. He had the car brought to the front for the test drive. (I appreciated not having to stand in the hot parking lot, after working all day). After test driving the car, I knew I wanted the Altima Coupe. I had previously owned an Altima and after reserching the prices and various models, I knew what I wanted. I felt that the price negotiation was fair and did not drag on forever. I was preapproved through my Credit Union, therefore, I didn't need to spend a lot time with the Business Manager, Chuck. The last time I bought a new car, I was at the dealership all day because the Business office insisted that I try to secure financing with their contacts. I was ultimately, able to secure a better interest rate with my own bank. Chuck respected my time and knew that I wasn't interested in persuing other financing offers. He presented all my options in a straight forward manner and did not push me to buy extended warranties, etc, after I declined. He was not rude or dismissive to me just because I chose not to buy the services. I felt that he explained everything available and did not pressure or try to guilt me into buying something I did not want. (Which had happened to me when I previously bought a new car). When, I returned the next day to pick up my new car, it was cleaned and detailed to perfection. Robert ensured that I had a full tank of gas (unlike the previous times I had bought a new car). Then, he said his Sales Manager wanted to meet me and shake my hand, before I left in my new car. Imagine my surprise when 5 gentlemen came out to congratulate and to thank me! What a classy dealership and buying experience!

I traveled from South Texas to Oklahoma to help my son find a replacement vehicle to his '08 Sentra that had been totaled three weeks earlier. I had done an internet search for '08 to '11 preowned Sentra's and located a few at various dealers in the OKC area. Bob Moore Nissan in Norman was the first (and only) dealership I visited. The salesman that assisted me was a very affable fellow named Kevin Bennett. I liked Kevin right away. The vehicle that I came to look at had been sold the previous evening and there was not another preowned Sentra available. Not to be deterred, Kevin was determined to find a vehicle in their inventory that would suit my son's needs. Being that Kevin is quite a good salesman, I ended up buying a very low mileage, preowned 2011 Versa. It turned out to be the perfect vehicle for my son. It is more practical for him, gets better mileage, is three years newer than his wrecked Sentra, and came With Nissan's 150 plus point certification as well as Bob Moore's certification which is invaluable. Kevin can explain that much better than I can. I would recommend Bob Moore Nissan and Kevin to anyone looking to purchase a preowned or new vehicle. I never got the chance to look at vehicles at other dealerships as Kevin made that unnecessary. This turned out to be a big plus as well; I got to spend more free time with my son. I should point out here that generally, I have not liked working with dealerships when looking for a used vehicle but Kevin and Bob Moore Nissan have changed my perspective. Thank you Kevin for making this a very enjoyable buying experience.

My wife and I had been in the market for a newer Nissan Altima for a few weeks. We had just sold our little Versa and wanted to stick with Nissan, just get into something a little bigger. We were on our way to dinner in Norman and merely wanted to sit in an Altima and make sure we liked them. We were contacted by Kevin Bennett and were immediately impressed upon meeting him with his kindness and knowledge of the vehicle. He did not pressure us at all and when I stated that we would talk about the vehicle that we found over dinner, he still did not pressure us at all. We normally would have never gone back that soon but felt we would not be pressured by Kevin if we returned. We took the car over the weekend to make sure my kids enjoyed it and my wife fell in love with it. I had planned to go to the dealership myself on Monday and finish the deal but was held up at work. When I called Kevin and advised him that I would not make it, he said, no problem. I felt totally comfortable with having my wife go by herself and got the deal I wanted. I have never, in 20 years of buying cars, had a more pleasant experience than I did dealing with Bob Moore Nissan in Norman and Kevin Bennett. Kevin Middleton was super. He has a 'can do' attitude and is very customer service oriented. He is not pushy at all and he is one of the most genuine salespeople I have seen so far.

This was the best car buying experience I've had in a very long time. Friendly, knowledgable staff that was willing to work with us. No pressure was ever exerted on us and we were treated very courteously. I will highly recommend and encourage my friends and co-workers in the market for a vehicle to make the drive to Norman. Fred and Chris went above and beyond to assist me in the purchase of my 2011 Frontier. I was really amazed at how well they treated me. I have been to other lots and never had service this exceptional. I really want to hand it to them, they walked me through the process very easily, and made me feel like a customer should. Chris Smith went out of his way to ensure we were comfortable during the process of getting the figures how we needed them. He also ensured I would stay around my payment, and he made it happen. What I was really thankful for was that Chris walked me through all the features and buttons of the 2011 frontier. Chris sat in the Frontier and showed me exactly how all the functions worked. I really appreciate him taking care of me. I also appreciate the fact that Chris called to see how I was liking the Frontier, and he told me if I needed anything he was there to help. These two salesmen went above and beyond to assist me, and they also listened to what I wanted and matched it perfectly. I would also like to thank Charlie in Finance. He is very polite and made the financing easy. All three men have a positive attitude and very outgoing to assist their customers. Thank you BOB MOORE NISSAN.

The easiest car buying experience ever! Great people, not pushy at all. I went to Norman Chrysler Jeep Dodge first and they tried to screw me over, then went to Reynolds Ford and the guy tried to talk me into something that I didn't even want then was rude because I didn't buy it! We walked into Bob Moore and instantly felt like we were friends with everyone! They were all so great! Our next car will be bought at Bob Moore no doubt!

I thoroughly enjoyed working with Chris Smith. He was very friendly, courteous, and efficient. He made the entire process much easier than other vehicle purchases I've made in the past. The entire staff was very friendly. The issues I had with the vehicle I purchased were addressed and resolved immediately. We were serious about purchasing a vehicle at this dealership due to a ridiculous problem they encountered with the previous owner of that specific vehicle they hiked the price several thousand. While they were in pursuit of the money the previous owners owed them we continuously kept contact checking for updates on the vehicle. An entire week later after our initial visit, we were given the run around only to find out that the vehicle was sold the day. before, AND THEY DID NOT NOTIFY US!!!! If you are ready to waste your time and energy on a place that wont provide even sufficient customer service..... Bob moore nissan is the place to be!!!!!

We were shopping for a new car or truck and were completely undecided so needless to say we visited MANY car dealers in the metro and even spoke with some out of state, there was not a salesman at any of the places we went to that could compare to Charlie. He had the most amazing attitude, it was 108 degrees out when we stopped at the dealership and he literally would run across the lot to do whatever was needed. Once we had decided on the vehicle the one we wanted was not at Bob Moore we had found it at a Nissan dealer closer to our home, it was the right vehicle and the right price but the customer service we received from Charlie made us walk away and allow him the opportunity to make the deal. Charlie was such a pleasure to work with he is very knowledgeable about the vehicles, he has great communication skills, he was fair and showed great integrity he is an amazing representative for Bob Moore. We will definitely be looking Charlie up next time we need a car. Every person we encountered at the dealership manager, Shane, Charlie, and our finance person Craig were great. Bob Moore Nissan has definitely set the bar high!

I have bought Nissans in the past, about 13 to be exact. I purchased one recently from the dealership I normally do and it was the worst ever. Was purchasing one from their other store less than 2 hours away and it was not delivered as instructed.Bob Moore dealership even let me out the door without having their money or title. They didn't give me a loaner to drive until Monday since I made the purchase on Saturday. Yes, they had processed the paperwork for my credit union and would be able to get their money but they got it all cleaned up, some issues taken care of and even a full tank of gas. Everyone was really friendly and even the general manager was out on the floor and helping. He came to me and said my salesman would be right back. I told him I was needing to get a straight edge to get the Pike Pass off the car and he took care of it himself. It has been a long time since I have even seen a general manager on the floor and not in some office back away from the customers.I will certainly recommend Bob Moore Nissan to my friends and I have quite a few that only purchase Nissans like I do.They get a BIG 10 in my books!

Fred Crawford at Bob Moore Nissan was very helpful in helping us find the right car and giving us a very good deal. The finance department also found a very low interest rate for us. We visited another dealership before going to Bob Moore Nissan and my husband had to go into the office to find someone to help us and then the salesman made us feel like we were not worthy of taking up his time. Thanks Fred for your help - it was at least 105 degrees, not a cool day.

I liked the fact that they went about the car deal on what I call a mature level- treating my wife and I like adults - They meant into the deal with us telling them with them knowing what we owed on our trade - what we would give them - and they simply told us what they would give us - we slept on it overnight and asked for a couple addition discounts and we had a deal. No back in forth what I call "THE DANCE"where someone offers you something ridcules usally trade in price and payment. They never asked what payment do you want they just dealt from the price of the car - you don't get that much anymore - you just get "THE DANCE" and I hate "THE DANCE". Thanks for treating us like we half way had a clue - both sides came out winners I feel. Looking forward to hopefully thesame experience on the next car deal.

I emailed for price information and received a call the next day. Mr. Matthews was funny and friendly, and extremely knowledgeable about the car we were wanting to buy. He has excellent people skills and he is very loyal to the dealership. Aaron did a great job in helping me with the purchase of my Nissan Rogue. He was well informed and provided the information in a non-threatening and very helpful way. He knew several details about the model and answered all questions that I had regarding my purchase. Part of the reason I felt ready to complete my purchase (I purchased earlier than originally planned) was due to the customer service received by Aaron and the rest of the staff. Ive had my best car-buying experience ever with the recent purchase of the 2010 Nissan Maxima the car Ive always wanted at Bob Moore Nissan! From my inquiry on their website, I was contacted by Hillary Hall in their internet sales department. Her friendly, honest, helpful, non-pushy, non-sales-like voice and personality quickly convinced me that I needed to go to Bob Moore Nissan before going anywhere else. Upon arriving at the dealership, Colt Johnasen and Aaron Rochell from the sales staff were great! Aaron was extremely patient and helpful as I test drove a 2011 Altima and a 2010 Maxima. He answered all my many questions and patiently walked the lot, braving the cold temperatures, as I looked at many cars that night. Colt gave me a good trade-in on my 2008 Altima which helped me make my buying decision to purchase the 2010 Maxima - my first Maxima, and the car I've always wanted! Aaron went way beyond the call of sales-duty by handwashing the Maxima in the cold that night so that I could drive it home and show my wife! Shane Cole is the best automotive finance person I 've ever worked with!! He too was extremely patient and helpful as I asked him a ton of questions. He presented all the financing and insurance coverage documents in an honest, non-pressure, and informative manner! Without a doubt, Bob Moore Nissan is the best car dealership I have ever bought a car from! I will definitely be back for my next car purchase and I will definitely refer Bob Moore Nissan to my family, friends, and co-workers!

I have never had a better car buying experience. I am surprised at the other comments. Are they talking about the same people??? John helped me find the perfect car. They were quick to beat the price that I had from Bob Howard on a similar car. For my loan, they got a better rate than I'd been offered at my credit union AND from the other dealer. They were professional the entire time and have followed up a few times since my purchase to make sure everthing was okay. The finance department was not very honest.They did not try to get you the best interest rate. Very dishonest and pushy people. I was alsready approved for a 5.5%/78 month loan with TFCU and the finance person was trying to get us to sign a 6.2%/84 month loan. The saleperson and manager was friendly and did try to correct the situation. They lost the sale because they tried to sign us a deal of 6.2%/84 month loan. when I got home the figure they gave me was a 6.9%/84 month loan.

Love Nissan. Hate Dealership. The general manager at the store actually called my wife ignorant and called me uneducated. Completely unprofessional. Go get a Nissan from another dealership. The finance guy we initially talked to did not explain anything and we ended up with $6000 worth of options we didn't want.
