This was the best experience I have ever had.My salesman Ingo was great,he was very nice,very professional ,and he answered any and all questions I had,I would highly recommend Bob Moore Porsche,and I would buy there again.I have bought many cars over the years but this deal was the fastest and smoothest .Thank you Ingo and Bob Moore.

The first thing I can say about our experience is how wonderful out salesman, Dave, is. He couldn't have been anymore considerate, helpful and informative. He answered every call I made to him with kindness and the information he provided was always on target. I really appreciate him. He is probably the best salesperson we have ever worked with. He went above and beyond to help us. The car is very nice and we love it.

From the begining sales with Ingo to the car intro with Dave we were treated with respect and enjoyed both of their professionalism. Even the finance department had us in and out in less than 15 minutes.I have had follow up calls from the service staff and from Dave to see if I needed anything. This was the best experience I ever had purchasing an automobile. WELL DONE by the entire staff at Bob Moore Porche!

I have wanted a Porsche for a very long time. I have visted this Dealership many different times over the last 4 or 5 years. I know this can be very trying for a salesman and or sales manager and I can truthfully say that if it was, and it should have been, they never once acted like it was anything other than their pleasure to be of assistance. Every question was answered, test drives were always extended, shopping could not have been a more pleasant experience. The actual purchase was even better. In a matter of minutes they gave me what they would allow for my trade, and the price that they were willing to sell the car. Since moving to Oklahoma City over 2 years ago, we have purchased 4 vehicles from Bob Moore Porsche Audi (3 Porsche & 1 Audi A8). This dealership is exceptional!!! Perhaps one of the secrets is to have Walter Merchant as a sales representative. He is excellent in presenting the product as well as customer follow up.We also comparison shopped at the bigger dealerships in Dallas as well as on ebay & other web sites.We can not imagine buying from anywhere except at Bob Moore for a Porsche or Audi.In addition, the service experience durring the past couple of years is also first class.We have owned many luxury/sports cars over the years and consider this dealership to be our very best overall customer experience.

Very personable and professional to deal with. I would highly recommend Dave to anyone. Donna in finance is very friendly and makes the financing process very smooth. I've dealt with Dave on several occasions, and have never been disappointed or had any reason to complain. The service department is very helpful and timely in all our dealings.

I went to Bob Moore to look at the used Panameras they had and a new 2013 Platinum edition. I had looked online at some Panameras, but none had the exact interior and exterior combination I was looking for. Walter showed me several used Panameras, and then the new 2013 Panamera Platinum that was still in the shipping wrap. I liked the car, but I wanted a different wood, and, I wanted to have it done before Christmas, as the car is a gift for my wife. Walter said that wouldn't be a problem for their service department to change out, but they would have to check to make sure the wood was available, and he would get a price for me so I could decide if I was willing to pay the cost of the wood.Well, the wood was available at a reasonable price and so we made a deal for me to purchase the car. The wood was ordered and installed and I picked up the car today. Beautiful job and a very pleasant purchase experience. Everyone was very helpful and easy to do business with. Thank you Walter, perry and Donna for making this a Christmas ny wife won't forget!

I bought a 2013 Porsche 911 2S. 3rd car I have ordered from this dealership having bought 2 Audis prev from Dave. I was very happy with process, got the car I wanted built. I could have been stuck with a year end 2012 but Dave got a 2013 with a better option package and resale value. I looked hard on Internet and used a good buying service but ended ou getting the best deal locally with Dave on my own.

I had an appointment to service my car yesterday. I took it in and Bob Moore Porsche put it outside of the shop yesterday afternoon so they could pull in their cars. My car is demolished. I simply asked why they didn't just CALL me and tell me they were putting it outside, that way I could have come and got it and put it in my garage. Lonnie the shop manager response was "get him his keys and he can take his car". A simple phone call is all it would have taken.

I recently purchased a 2010 Cayenne GTS from Bob Moore Porsche and the overall experience was excellent. I found the Cayenne via the internet and being 350 miles away wanted to find out as much as possible before driving over to test drive the car. Frank DeLozier was the sales representative I was working with and over the course of two days he promptly answered every question and provided requested documentation. Although they had several pictures and fairly detailed information on the internet ad I requested a scanned copy of the original window sticker and Frank had it to me within an hour. I also asked him to let me know about any possible blemishes, etc. not seen in the pictures and he gave me very detailed feedback. Upon arrival and inspection the car was basically perfect as he had described. We came to agreement on price and had the deal, finance, etc. completed within 2 hours.I've purchased several Porsche cars over the years, usually traveling fairly significant distances to look at them and this purchase was one of the smoothest I've had. The car was "as advertised", all my questions were quickly answered and requested documentation was provided promptly by Frank, and there was never any "sales" pressure applied. These guys are obviously very honest and place a high priority on meeting customer expectations. If you're in the market for a Porsche I would check them out. Ask for Frank.

I dealt with Walter Merchant during the recent purchase of my Porsche 911 Carrera GTS. I found him to be very knowledgable, very helpful and he went way beyond the call of his duties as a sales manager to make me feel satisfied with my purchase. He even delivered my existing car back to me in Tulsa on his own time. He took the time to answer all of my questions about my new purchase car. This was my second time purchasing a new vehicle from Bob Moore Porsche. Dave was very helpful, patient, professional and courteous through the entire process. There was no pressure whatsoever to purchase a vehicle and I feel like a received a fair deal on the vehicle I purchased. When my new Cayenne arrived at Bob Moore, they took pictures of it as it was being off-loaded from the truck and sent them to me. They also did a very quick turn-around on the vehicle from the time it reached them until the time they handed the keys to me.

Unless you do things the way they want, expect to be insulted. Arrived at the dealership yesterday polity asking what my trade would be worth before negotiating on a new Cayenne. After being handed off to three different people I was finely told my 2011, VW Golf (nicely equipped) with 5,500 miles was only worth $12,000. A car that stickered for over $22,000 six months ago. Really?? Almost 50% drop in six months, Really?? Since this particular dealership only sells German made cars (Porsche and Audi) and VW being in that family, one could only conclude they took me for a moron. And then tried to take advantage of my moronisim. Stay away from these clowns. They will never have my business.

Arriving at the dealer the vehicle was already running and cooling down. +100 out side, was a nice touch. Sales seemed very rushed to make a deal. Would not work with us at all. Purchased the car anyhow because it was a decent deal. The vehicle was a low mileage 2007 BMW 328xi 6spd. The finance manager is where things started to go south. We had to wait almost 2 hours to get into the finance office. After we were in and pre approved, she ran credit anyway. Had to go back to the dealer a second time (100 mile drive) to finish paperwork as they weren't sure how the pre approval worked with our particular credit union. Fast forward 2 weeks, received the title paperwork in the mail and the mileage on the odometer disclosure was that of our trade in on BOTH vehicles. We had arranged at purchase for some paint scuffs to be repaired so we took the vehicle back today to get those worked out as well as the paperwork nightmare corrected. Another 3 hours at the dealer to leave in a Toyota Camry as my BMW will be going into the paint shop. Even if the paint wouldn't have taken 2 days or more, I was going to have to come back to finish the paperwork once again. So far the only concessions have been 2 tanks of fuel (though they were very demeaning when offering that) and a loaner vehicle. I have purchased many cars in the past and this is by far the worst experience from a dealer. I would expect more from a higher class establishment.

I searched nationally for this car and while I was able to make a deal, it was more cumbersome a process than it needed to be. A couple of points:1) I had tremendous "buy it now" pressure at the end of April. Fine if I'm buying a Chevy, but I expect more from a Porsche dealer.2) The lack of helpfulness, nor concern for the buyer, regarding locating some information on the car service history was unacceptable. I was able to get the information I needed through contacts I have with Porsche North America. Again, I expect more from a Porsche dealership.3) Walter was patient and hung with me throughout the process. He is a good, honest man.4) Matt in Finance was EXTREMELY disorganized when I arrived in OKC to pick up the car. He printed incorrect docs, forgot my name, etc. Additionally, he was very hard to get ahold of throughout the process. I expect more from a Porsche dealership.In summary, there was a definite lack of concern for me the customer throughout this process. I dealt with many dealers around the country in my search and each and every one of them exhibited far more "customer service" than I received at Bob Moore. I know you sell cars far more expensive than the one I bought, but this was a big, first time Porsche purchase for me and it wasn't until I paid for a private party pre-purchase inspection that I got comfortable with the car and that the dealership was not hiding something from me. It shouldn't be that way, and I felt all along that my requests were reasonable and should be expected from any buyer for this caliber of car.Lastly, there were issues with the car that were discovered on the way home to Minnesota. For example, the passenger side vanity lights were on whenever the car was on even if the mirror cover was closed. This has caused the plastic vanity mirror housing and lenses to melt/warp. The leather shift boot has a small tear in it. The climate control fan speed selector is "sticky" and needs to be replaced. There is a plastic trim piece/splash guard at the front of the rear wheel wells, and the one on the passenger side is broken. All are simple repairs that could have and should have been repaired under the factory warranty or not. I will now need to take the time to run the car into the local dealership to have these items fixed.My experience was just "ok". While I love the car the experience was far more cumbersome than it needed to be.
