Purchased a new truck. We had two of the nicest, most efficient, considerate sales people I've ever come across. Corey and Scott thank you so much. My husband and I couldn't have been more pleased with the experience. A thank you to the financial manager as well he was quick!!

I had to get another key made for my car. I really thought it was gonna be a difficult process but they did a fantastic job getting me in and out on my way. Really satisfied, staff was friendly and welcoming. Wasn’t there long enough to do an in detail inspection of the facility because they were just that quick. Really appreciated!

Bought a 2010 equinox at the end of January 2021 and had problems right off the bat. The mechanics passed it for inspection when another mechanic told me for several reasons it shouldn’t have passed. Took it back up 10 times!!! And ended up having to trade it in because they couldn’t figure out what was wrong with it. After the manager of the mechanics argued with me for 20 minutes saying nothing was wrong with it but everyone else at the dealership heard the noise. Got a 2012 equinox right after in March and took it to get an oil change (sold it to me with 20% oil life) and the mechanic said they passed it for inspection again same as the 2010 one when it should not have for a couple reasons. The mechanics at bob robinson flipped the tires from side to side to hide the baldness of the tires instead of changing them before selling the vehicle and the back bumper is holding on by a rusted piece of metal. I’ve called 4 times and left the owner messages saying I need this taken care of. It’s been over a week and still haven’t heard back. If I don’t hear back this week I’m getting an attorney and fighting this legally. The only people up there that I can speak highly of are the salesman and the front end managers. Mechanics and their manger are worthless.

This is the absolute worst place to deal with. When I bought my vehicle 2 years ago I was told I would get a 2nd key, never happened. They can't even manage to get the Sirius XM to work because they registered vehicle previously. Whenever you call they have you talk to the sale person who sold you the vehicle. They clearly didn't know the answer the 1st time. No accountability for anything. Service department is a joke. Plan on waiting hours every time regardless of making an appointment. Would never recommend getting a vehicle here.
