I knew I wanted to return to Bob Rhormans for my Sonata. The salesman was very nice and friendly. Being short I have trouble seeing over the dash. I told him I love the Sonatas. He showed me how the seat raised up so I could see better over the dash. That was when I said sold.

This is the fourth car I have bought from this dealership. The guys are always helpful. I would suggest this dealership to others. In another four years or so I will probably buy another car from them if the guys who I buy from are still there.

I have enjoyed Bob Rohrman's dealership for many years. Greg Thacker has always been amazing and is a great sales person. They definitely went above and beyond this time when trying to sell us a car. They gave us a great price on my trade and were able to secure a specific car to our specifications. They had to drive the car from Illinois but they found the right one. It was absolutely no pressure and could not have asked for a better sales person and sales manager. The only issue I have with the car is the condition of the tires - they're vibrating. It has been in the service department three times (tomorrow will be number three) since only putting 650 miles on it. Hopefully the issue can be resolved as I do love every other aspect of the car. This is no fault to the dealership that sold me the car; I just wanted to point that out.

This was our 6th Hyundai purchased from this dealership. We have ALWAYS been treated with respect and given great service. Our salesman for all of our cars has been Randy Wandel and we will continue to purchase from him. The rest of the Rohrman management team also are super, Nate, and Bruce, have been instrumental in giving us the best information on pricing and finance.

Friendly people. Randy the Salesman really worked hard to please us. He stayed and worked on the deal till nearly 9:00pm that night. We really like the way the indoor showroom was set up.

"This was the best car leasing/buying experience that I have ever had. To begin with, I was not ""attacked"" by salesmen as soon as I arrived at the dealership. They allowed me to walk around the showroom and look at cars without someone standing right by my side. There was never any pressure whatsoever. The price was better than I could get anywhere else, so there was no need to haggle. They located the vehicle that I wanted within a few minutes because they did not already have the exact vehicle that I wanted. The lease signing experience was very straight forward and took very little time to complete. The car was very clean. They were eager to answer all questions that I had. Lastly, I felt that they really appreciated the fact that I bought a car from them. If you want a Hyundai, buy it from Rohrman's Indy Hyundai!"

I had never been to them before but was looking to trade in my vehicle for a new Santa Fe. I kept changing my mind about what I wanted, but they were extremely patient and gave me a fair offer on my trade, so I will definitely be going back to them in the future.

I visited half a dozen dealerships looking for a car all over the Indianapolis metro area and this dealership is BY FAR the best! Some other dealerships were aggressive, careless, arrogant, underhanded, and brusque. Bob Rohrman Indy Hyundai was a breath of fresh air! I love the staff here. They really listen to my concerns and take time to address every issue. Everyone is very friendly, but not pushy. The facility is clean, yet welcoming. Everyone who helped me with my vehicle purchase made sure that I was getting what I wanted. Patrick Burke devoted a lot of time and hard work making sure I got into a car that I was happy with. You can tell the difference between when someone wants to make a sale and when someone wants to make a sale AND make the customer happy. Patrick was a consummate professional and I LOVE my new car! I live almost an hour away, but I'm going to try to come here for all of my scheduled maintenance.

The two gentlemen that helped me were wonderful. Ricky Bobby made sure to go over every detail possible and took his time explaining every piece of paperwork. Nate was also great. I visited six Hyundai dealerships around central Indiana, and had it down to two that I was willing buy from. Indy Hyundai was one of those. I talked with several people there during the process (all friendly and helpful), but worked mostly with Alex Oh, a Korean guy selling Korean cars. He isn't your typical car salesman, which is a good thing. He's actually fun to talk to, and kept in touch through several months via email to let me know which cars were coming in, but was never pushy or obnoxious. He was very conscientious about finding me the right car, and quite patient through my MULTIPLE changes of mind. In the end, because of the lack of availability of the '12 Elantra when I bought it, I ended up going with the other dealer, but I actually seriously considered just waiting it out (or going with a different color) so that I could buy from these people. The dealership is located where you can easily try all types of roads during a test drive. Unlike some other places who are taking advantage of very high demand, Indy Hyundai isn't charging over MSRP for these cars. I highly recommend them. Also had my mud flaps installed there and they were able to do it even on a walk-in. They have a very nice waiting room with a computer and vending machines. It's clean and comfortable. Definitely recommend Indy Hyundai and Alex Oh.
