No pressure from salesman. Bob Murphy. All staff was very pleasant and efficient. Very clean and organized facility. I was a little gun shy about shopping for a new vehicle due to a bad experience from another dealership in Billings. They would not give my keys back to me for a long time. Kept me captive in his office. Yikes!

We usually cringe at the thought of car shopping/buying a car. However, Stan Larson at Bob Smith Motors changed our minds. We were impressed that Stan knew who we were when we pulled into the lot after a short conversation. He had the Mazda CX5 that we were interested in waiting for us when we arrived even though we arrived about 3 hours early. After the test drive, we knew we were looking for a little bit more. He pointed us in the right direction.. Kevin got the paperwork done very quickly. In total we probably only spent about 2.5 hours test driving and finding just the right vehicle. Thank you Stan and Kevin for a very pleasant buying experience.

I just purchased my Lincoln Navigator from Stan Larson at Bob Smith Motors. The all around experience was wonderful! No hassle, no pressure from anyone, and everyone was great! When I first went in to Bob Smith, it was the last place that I had looked at. I had been to all of the other car dealerships in town and NO ONE wanted to deal with me and work with what I wanted to have payments around, or even put me into what I wanted to purchase. The first time I talked to Stan, he told me "Ok, well if we don't have what you want on the lot, no problem! We'll just keep looking!" As simple as that. This was so refreshing from the other experiences I had at other dealerships. I highly, HIGHLY, recommend Stan Larson and Bob Smith Motors to anyone looking for a new vehicle! They will work with you and get you into EXACTLY what you are looking for and for what you can afford with no hassle!

Stan Larson helped me make a great decision on buying my new car. He's super friendly and very, very knowledgeable. Doesn't waste time and doesn't pressure you into buying anything you don't want. I strongly recommend going to Stan for your next vehicle purchase.

Stan Larson at Bob Smith Motors was very helpful, attentive, and an overall excellent salesman. You normally expect to be swarmed to car salesman but not with Stan! He really listened to what WE needed and helped us find the solution. Although we did not end up buying today, I was just impressed with character and approach Stan brings to his job. I would highly recommend seeing Stan at Bob Smith Motors for any vehicle needs!

Stan Larson at Bob Smith Motors was very helpful in locating several vehicles that I was interested in purchasing. I have a leased Honda right now with 9 payments left on my 36 month lease. With this information it will be better to finish my lease and then proceed with my next vehicle purchase. There was no high pressure from Bob Smith Motors. I would recommend them to any one and in 9 months will be back to purchase a vehicle from Stan.

The vehicle I purchased is amazing and the service was far beyond my exceptions. Recently bought a used car that was supposedly checked over by the service department. Within days found out there are major front end problems. Hoping they will make this right, but not sounding too good at this point.

I have purchased 3 new cars from Bob Smith and each buying experience as well as each service visit has been nothing but a great experience! The entire staff is friendly, cordial, professional and only looking out for my satisifaction. The cars I have purchased there have never required anything but regualar maintainance and the service department is equally as professional as the rest of the staff. I highly recommend them for all your automotive needs.

I have been using their service department for a long time now and decided I wanted move from my Cadillac up to a suv. I went and saw Clint and he helped me pick out the right carr and I absolutely love my Ford edge. I have been buying cars for a lot of years and it was absolutely the best service I've ever had. Everyone was friendly helpful. I would recommend.

The sales team is top notch and got me my car about a year ago. Love my Mazda. But every time I take it in I end up spending a few hours in the dealership for a simple oil change or a tire rotation. I schedule everytime. I see they aren't necessarily understaffed. It's getting old. Might just take it to Walmart next time and have it done in half an hour...

Our salesman, Jay, was so nice and professional to deal with. He patiently worked through my husband's and my questions and indecision about the type of vehicle we needed and wanted. Throughout the buying process, he explained all of the truck's features and made sure that we each had our own keys and electric key fobs. Never did we feel rushed; we just felt very well served.

I had been searching Hi and Low for a great deal on a Navigator. I was looking at 2011 vehicles as I thought that was all I could afford. Jay, my salesman, negotiated a GREAT deal on a 2013 Lincoln Navigator. What a wonderful vehicle. My experience with Bob Smith Lincoln was fantastic. Once I had a fair price on my new NAVI and my trade, Jay introduced me to the finance person, Kevin, who got me a fantastic loan rate for 75 months. Jay stayed with us through the whole process and took us to the shop and introduced us to the lead parts person and a few mechanics after completion of the paperwork. Jay made sure we were completely comfortable with the enormous amount of options on our Navi. This took 4 hours of his time to teach us the various ins/outs of this vehicle. I've gone back a few times with questions and he has always taken the time to show me (what he's already shown me) with patience and grace. I have purchased vehicles from other dealers in town that are actual corporate stores and the personal commitment to each customer at Bob Smith is PRICELESS !!!! Believe me! Thanks Jay and Scott, Kevin and Keith for a great experience. Soup to Nuts....

I found the vehicle I wanted online, made a call and was immediately helped by a sharp and diligent sales rep. Less than 24 hours later the transaction was complete and the car was in my driveway (dealer was 250 miles away.) Vehicle was as described and I wouldn't hesitate to do business w/ Bob Smith Lincoln again in the future.

Bob Smith Lincoln Mazda is the worst service department in Billings, MT. We had a new timing belt, water pump, and tune up done on our Mazda. After we drove 3500 miles and began experiencing problems just outside of Denver, CO, we took our Mazda to the local Mazda Dealership and was informed we needed a NEW timing belt and water pump. We presented the official repair receipt to Bob Smith in hope of a refund. The service department manager said there was no warranty on labor or parts and they would not do anything to help us, it was our problem. We later learned that Bob Smith does not use genuine Mazda parts as they claim, even though they charged us for them. Paid $1700.00 to a Premier Lincoln Mazda Dealer for quality work and got less than half assed repairs. They have a take the money and run attitude. It is amazing they still have any business. Overall they are nothing but another lying and cheating car dealership. We will never do business there again and we do NOT recommend them to anyone!

They sold me a lemon. The truck broke down on a regular basis. Finally it had a big breakdown, so I took it to Bob Smith to be worked on. When I had them work on my pickup they sold me, they charged me 300 dollars to clean my EGR cooler, and quoted me 3000 to actually fix the pickup. I took my pickup somewhere else, got it fixed for around 2000, and they told me the EGR cooler was filthy. When I went back to Bob Smith with receipts from the work done and showed them where the other place told me Bob Smith didn't clean my EGR cooler (even though I paid 300 dollars for it) Bob Smith's son Robbie just told me "Well we can't make everyone happy." What a joke! They sold me a lemon, and then wouldn't even stand behind their own work. What a crappy place to buy a vehicle.

i spend 20 min waiting for a sales rep and they just walk by and never say anyting to me or my wife so when i decide to leave 3 guys got out and ask me if i need someting i will never go back there thats why i'm looking for a car out of the state

The place is a "bait and switch" rip off. Long story short, they were dishonest about a warranty claim and misdiagnosed a mechanical problem, then after the "fix" refused to provide a work order showing "work" that had been done. Many, many calls to the dealer and certified letters asking for resolution have all been ignored. A very bad place indeed - go somewhere else - you will be glad that you did!!!
