I traded in my 2007 tracker for a F150 and I was satisfied with the buying experience. Tony Ross was my salesperson and he knew his stuff. He knew about the Ford product and listened to me closely on what type of vehicle I was looking to purchase. I would recommend him to other customers. Just baught my first ever new vehicle form Bondys Ford. I might say the sales person was verry helpful and knowledgable about the 2015 ford fusion that we purchased.Me and my wife traded in our 2013 Nissan Altima on it. Thank you Tony Ross for all your help and making this a great experience.

Absolutely horrible to keep a customer waiting well over an hour and a half just to sign papers on a car that has already been approved. Terrible customer service. They need to learn to respect people's time. Should have left, but was dropped off! My mistake. I will say the salesman Kenny has been nice.

I have purchased many vehicles through the years. Gary Bryan was the most professional salesperson I have ever dealt with. He is a great asset to your company. Any time I have a discussion with my friends about buying a vehicle, I always recommend them to see Gary first. I found him to be very knowledgeable. We have purchased three Ford Fusions and a Ford truck at Bondy's Ford. Richard Swinheart has been the very best salesman we have ever had. I have had my 2006 Ford Mustang GT serviced at Bondy's Ford for all 234,500 miles that it now has. My service advisor, Joel Munoz, takes the absolute best care of me and my cars needs. I commute 52 miles one way to work in Dothan and Joel, along with the rest of the service staff, go out of their way to accommodate me with getting my car to and from the shop for regular maintenance and any repairs I may need. If I can't leave work to bring it in, he sends someone to my office to pick it up for me. When I drop my car off, he has someone take me back to my office as quickly as possible to help reduce the work time I have to miss. I am so glad I discovered the staff at Bondy's service department because they are the best. Thanks Joel, and the entire service department, for 9 years of incredible service!

Mr. Gary Bryan provided excellent sales service when we purchased our Lincoln MKX. He is very knowledgeable of the Ford products which is a must for us to talk to a salesman very long. He made us feel at home and encouraged questions about the car we purchased. The service department has always provided excellent service and follows up with a phone call to ensure our service needs were met. When I buy another Ford product, Bondy's Ford will be our first stop.

Susan Brazelle Smith has been taking care of my vehicle needs for over twenty years. She hhelped me buy my first vehicle and I will continue going to her until she retires! In my opinion she is the best and once you've had the best, there is no reason to change or go elsewhere! Not only is she very knowledgeable and great at what she does, but she is the most honest and caring person you will ever meet. Bondy's Ford is a great lot; however Susan can go to almost any lot to help you find the vehicle that best fits your needs. I recently sold my 2005 Nissan Armada LE and stopped at Bondys' Ford to test drive the 2014 Explorer XLT. I ended up buying the Explorer and I love it! My experience in buying my new SUV was great, my Salesman, STEVE TUCKER, was very helpful through the entire process! Our first experience with Bondys was after a beach trip and returning home. On a whim we decided to stop in and look at SUV's. Our first contact was Mark Webster, He was extremely knowledgeable and friendly and definitely not pushy. After test driving a few vehicles we explained we lived in Huntsville, Al. He said that was not any problem. We then left and after a few day returning home we went to our local dealership. After that experience we decided that Bondy's was the place we could get the best deal and service. My wife especially wanted to buy from Bondy's because the salesman Mark didn't talk down to her or make her feel like she was less adequate of making a decision.To make a long story short we are now on our second car from Bondys. All cars will be bought in the future from Bondy's and definitely Mark Webster

The sales person was very helpful he even texted me pictures. He didn't seem bothered by my many calls. I didn't buy a car because of the distance we would have to drive. They seem like a dealer someone would want to buy from.

We purchased our first car (NEW) from Bondy's in 2010. We live in Montgomery but happened to be shopping online and found a new Altima. We knew we wanted the car. We called Susan Brazzel-Smith, Sales Manager, who arranged financing for us and then drove the car to Montgomery for us to look at. Of course, we fell in love with the car, signed the papers, and back she went to Dothan. All this within 24 hours. Back in May 2011 we decided to make a USED purchased. Again, we shopped the website and found a used Crossfire which we had to have. We called Susan again, who got financing arranged the same day and this time we actually drove down to Dothan after work - test drove the car and brought it home. We have loved both cars and they continue to perform without any problems. Look on their website or stop by their dealership - you can't beat the service.

I found the staff very helpful as well as knowlegeable about what is on their lot. Took 2 vehicles for a test ride and bought the second one I drove. I am very pleased with the whole experiance.
