Took delivery of my order 2017 Ridge Line Black Edition on September 1. Mike Clark my Sales Rep was outstanding through out the sales cycle from order placement to delivery. With the Ridge Line Black Edition being a new model and accessory pictures not highlighting how they would look on the truck Mike and the Parts Manager pulled examples from stock. We did this the day before delivery and all but one accessory was installed on delivery date. The rear bed cover arrived the following Wednesday and was installed in under an hour. Mike had a courtesy car for me on Wednesday which was not needed when service said the time to install would be an hour.

Bosak Honda service department contacted me regarding a recall on my CRV and I scheduled an appointment. I was told the wait time would be an hour and they had it ready as promised in that time frame plus washing my CRV as well. The waiting room is clean, comfortable atmosphere. The service department is clean and the staff is pleasant and professional.

I came in for an oil change like I have done each and every time for my 2006 Honda Accord, now with 102,000 miles on it. It has only been serviced at Bosak Honda since it was purchased new. As usual, the staff met me right when I exited my vehicle when I pulled into the service bay. The young lady quickly obtained my information and I went to sit and relax at the pub table in the showroom area and read the paper that they have out for customers. A short time later, the service manager himself, Shawn, came out to show me the air filter that was filthy. He didn't want to have his staff replace it without first checking with me first. I really appreciated that he checked with me first. I told him to go right ahead with the replacement and just a short time later, they advised my car was all ready. I paid and walked out and the car had been washed and was ready to go. As always, a good experience at Bosak! Kudos to Shawn and his service staff.John E. Banasiak

My appointment for routine maintenance was at 3:30. I was greeted promptly by Jennifer and went to the waiting room. After about 30 minutes Jennifer got back to me, explained what was done and walked me to the cashier. The car had also been washed which is a nice touch.I have been dealing with Bosak for over five years and expect to continue as long as I have this car.

Had an oil change, air filter change, wiper blade inserts, and my engine light was on. The engine light was on because of misfiring cylinder. All fixed now. They were to pinpoint the problem more effectively than other auto shop. I drive around with my young children and do not want to feel like we are going to break down or be in an unsafe vehicle.Thank you

When I made the appointment the person on the phone was great. I needed an oil change and had an emergency drivers side window fail. When I arrived for my appointment the greeter acted like she had no idea who I was or what I needed. Then instead of talking about my car problem she started telling me about the 49.00 charge for them to look at my problem. Well I had no window (regulator failed) so I'm pretty sure I can't drive without a window so talking about 49.00 was irritating. After inspecting my car a different person came to talk to me. Again all about price didn't explain whys or what's. I have been going to Bosak Honda for years, I trust the mechanics so of course went with their recommendations. I would appreciate knowledgeable people speaking to me about my car service. This did not happen. I had to google what parts I was getting when I returned home. As a loyal customer who values Hondas I have to say communication was awful. There was no explanation of why work needed to be performed.

I seen ad on cars.com said plent of certified cars assumed car I bought was certified but wasn't no warranty offered. for 2013 car with 11,500 miles. I called other dealers and asked they were also amazed no warranty offered for car with low miles. trade in they didn't give me anything they say they did but I added up numbers later it didn't add up at all I was scammed. be careful you work hard for your money. make sure you get second or third opinion. recommendations even when they take you to finance department don't sign anything tell them to first add everything up and take friend add numbers see if they add up. don't get scammed. and ask for warranties. low miles cars should have some type of warranty. im looking to possibly sell this one and buy another at another dealership that will give me a certified or some type of warranty for peace of mind. happy shopping.

The 2016 Honda Civic is a great car. The deck lid needed a minor adjustment. Again, when you go service at Bosak you know the job will be completed the first time. The service manager Shawn is professional and friendly and has a great team in service.

With the "OLD COMPUTER SYSTEM", the fact that us PRE-PAID service clients need to constantly remind the service people, after our work is performed. The computer just doesn't seem to get the pre-paid information to the service writer. I understand that next week, the NEW COMPUTER SYSTEM, will be installed, so maybe that fixes this problem?

Our family has bought 6 cars in 7 years from this dealership. The salesperson, Shawn Adams has been fantastic. Provides answers to our questions long after we have the cars at home, especially with the new technology. He is always friendly with us when he sees us when our cas are being serviced. Service Department has always been friendly, efficient and more than willing to fix anything if there was a glitch in the repair. Just a day ago we had a dead battery in our driveway in our Civic. We were scheduled later in the day for an oil change on the Odyssey. We jumped the battery and were able to take the Civic to Bosak in the morning for a new battery and check up. The service department graciously let us bring in the Odyssey early so we didn't have to make 2 trips. And we were done with both cars in little over an hour. Our whole family feels comfortable with the service department and the whole dealership. Good job Bosak.

We purchased our Honda from Bosak and returned for the first scheduled maintenance. Customer service was great both times. For the maintenance, we were able to bring our vehicle in on Saturday and the service department started as soon as we arrived at the service center. Maintenance was also completed in a very reasonable amount of time. Great service and an excellent experience when we purchased our vehicle.

I was very impressed with Kim , my sales rep. She was very professional and friendly. She never did the hard sake.Her manager was very professional but not pushy. I hate the"Good Cop, bad cop" routine some dealers still use. I have walked out in that act.

Have purchased several Hondas. Most of my experience has been with Planet Honda in Matteson, IL. Yesterday was my first experience with Bosak. Made an appointment through internet sales department after looking at website. Everyone was very friendly and respectful. Prices were good. And I got a fair price for trade in. Would definitely buy another vehicle from here.

Honda has always treated us great. I have new Chevy and Ford, but the sales and service there don't even come close to Honda! Considering these dealerships are within half a block from each other, I can't believe the staff at Honda treat you so much better than the other dealerships, and with the same people from our area. I'm buying all my vehicles from Honda from now on!

I came into Bosak Honda to test drive one car, a 2013 Honda Fit Sport MT. Melanie took the time to show me all the details and features of the car and made sure our test drive route had some rough railroad crossings to demonstrate how well the suspension works. My family and I were impressed with the car but I let Melanie know that I did intend to drive another car down the street at another dealership - which she understood completely. Both the other car and dealership were sub-par in experience so we returned to Bosak to close the sale on the Fit. Melanie and Bosak Honda provided an excellent buying experience and I would highly recommend them.

When I arrived I was greeted with a smile, Nd welcome to Bosak Honda. What service can we perform for you. Today? I explained I needed a key , since I lost one on vacation. We laughed about how that could happen, after signing the work order I was told that it would take about 45 minutes to program the chip for anew key and have it ready for me. The price was reasonable, for a remote entry. I was pleased Nd very satisfied with the timing and service professionals.

Schedule a Service Appointment. Experience "real" Express Service. Quality work! Reasonable prices! Service Department Staff meet/greet customers after the customer has driven into the Service Bay. Should questions arise during the work on a customer's vehicle, i.e. the need for replacement of a dirty, interior air filter, the Bosak Service Staff alerts the customer of the need to consider the recommended service.Service staff, especially Tony Mansur, demonstrate a genuine interest in customers' reason(s) for having their vehicles serviced.

The alternator went out on our 2007 Honda Odyssey just before noon. Thought I would change it myself until I looked under the hood. Called Bosak's service department and told them what was going on, they said to bring it right in. Within 15 minutes of being at Bosak, they confirmed the problem. Got the call around 4 PM that the car was ready to go and a few dollars cheaper than the quote.

Every time the "Maintenance Minder" on my Fit Sport reports it's time to visit the dealer, I drive in to Bosak Honda. The staff are friendly and do not attempt to oversell any services. I have been a happy camper since 2010, always returning to this dealership for routine maintenance. At nearly 100,000 miles racked up and no breakdowns or required repairs, I credit these folks with the remarkable reliability that I have enjoyed with my little Honda. However, they do get awfully busy. I have found that it is best to drop off my car, for pickup later in the day, rather than remain on site in the waiting room.

I made a call to Bosak Honda at 2:45 on Saturday afternoon concerning a situation I was in - turn the key on but the engine would not connect. Shawn Haugh gave the okay for me to bring the vehicle in even though closing was at 4, I was some miles away and it was snowing heavily. I arrived at the dealer around 3:15. My vehicle was looked at and a preliminary finding gave me the assurance that things were probably be okay until I could return to the shop for a longer through evaluation. This kind of service provided so much comfort and peace of mine knowing that my dealership cared enough to check out my problem even though it was so near closing time after their long week of work.

The courtesy and attention received at a dealership for maintenance care is significantly greater that a "oil change and repair" shop. I always take my Honda Fit back to where I bought it. Yesterday was no different. I was aware when I drove in that they were very busy. I had brought something to work on while I thought would be a long time. I was done in no time and they even washed the car despite the dreary and rain cloudy day.My oil change was complete and they installed a much needed fraying rear wiper blade. They gave me a heads up on my brake life and alerted me to perhaps a future appointment. Always a pleasure to go there. Never an excessive pressure to have anything unnecessary done.

I have the Honda Maintenance/Service plan on our vehicle and it was time to get the oil changed, tires rotated, etc. Marie was very friendly as I drove in the bay. She asked a few questions, then showed me to the waiting area and said she'll be back shortly. I waited in the very nice area provided, and it wasn't long till my vehicle was finished, washed and waiting for me to head out. One miner event, two days later, the light went on for "low air in one of the tires", which is what was supposed to be checked while I was there. Other than that, great, friendly, prompt service.

Went into to get an oil change and while there my battery tested low and was recommended to get a new one. So I did. I asked person at front desk if there were any coupons online since I now have an additional charge and she stated I needed to get those on my desktop and print myself. I explained I didn't plan on spending additional money that is why I was asking her and she flat out said NO! I waited awhile and went back and asked if I can have someone email to me and she replied FINE I"LL JUST GIVE YOU ONE. Didn't get persons name but I was there between 9:30-10:30

I got to them through the internet by accident. It was a far ride. I talk to Alex on the phone and she was sweet and extremely helpful, followed up with everything except once I leased the car I never heard from her again, that was disappointing. The manager and financial guys were great. The salesmen, Michael, was wonderful and has followed up with me, and it was much appreciated.Even though I'm over fifty miles away with other Honda dealers close to home I would go back there.

This Honda dealership was overall a pleasant one. Our salesman, Chase Ludington, was not pushy, offered us a genuinely good, deal, and listened to us. The only drawback was that it did take a bit of time from start to finish, and we were at the location for a few hours more than we were prepared for (although I understand purchasing a car usually does take a lot of time, especially on a Saturday afternoon). But other than this, the staff was kind, offered us food and drink since we'd been there a while, and everyone seemed authentic and helpful. We feel we received a nice deal under very little pressure. Good stuff!

I recently purchased a 2016 Honda Accord Touring. I was shopping around for approximately 2 months and found a great deal in Illinois however I did not want to drive from Indianapolis to Illinois so after a last minute internet search I found Basak who immediately matched and beat their Illinois Honda competitors deal. Needless to say I drove over 2 hours to the Bosak Honda Highland Indiana location where the sales process was clear cut. No hassles. I received a fair deal on my trade-in and a great price on my new Accord. There was a slight snag with the new car but the Bosak team including sales rep Michael Sargent, sales manager Bill Farley and service department manager Shawn Haugh worked diligently to resolve the issue and at the end of the day I was happy with the way the process went. I should also mention the internet representatives I initially spoke with who got the ball rolling on my deal Mrs. Lisa Clusserath and Ms. Alex Brown. I would highly recommend Bosak if your shopping for a new or used vehicle. Very professional and there customer service I received exceeded my overall expectation.

I scheduled my first oil change for my new Accord on-line....Very convenient!...Even though I allowed ample travel time from my home to Highland, the traffic on the the expressway didn't cooperate, and at my scheduled service time, I was stuck in an "80-94 parking lot". When I finally arrived at the dealership for my oil change, I was met with "No problem"...I was in and out within 1/2 hour...and I used the coupon I received with my service reminder! I'll be back..even though it's out of my way!

I had a problem with the acceleration on my Honda Fit I received a rental car and everything was paid by Honda. They didn't find any wrong but it eased my mind. I had seen online that some people had the exact type of problem, but I can't say for sure that it wasn't my fault. After driving so many years everything seems so automatic.

The salesmen are extremely pushy for you to sign that piece of paper and get money from you! I felt forced to buy a car that was overpriced and had problems with it! It was certified used with less than 30 k miles. They would not work with me on the price at all. They did not offer to fix any of the problems with the car either. I signed the paper then they "detailed" the car for me. When i picked it up it was still dirty and had cigarette buds in the center console, the glass was cracked and part of the door was ripped. They left the car for me zero gas in it. I probably wouldn't have made it to the gas station if i didn't argue with them to fill it up! which in the first place they promised. The xxxxxxx Shawn haugh is extremely disrespectful and rude! It is his way or the highway. When they change the oil they dont even reset the mileage to zero or oil level back to 100%. They just are so xxxxxx there! Your car comes back with more problems than you left it with! I am trying to get rid of it and get a dependable car ASAP. The owners are even rude. They are snobs who think they are better than you,

I have been a Bosak customer for over ten years and I find them to be very honest and they do what is needed and necessary. They don't pile on work you do not need or ask for. As a matter of fact I asked to change my power steering fluid and Sam said he would check but suspected it would NOT need changing yet. He called me a little later to say it did not need changing and in fact they inspected the hoses and connections and reported they were excellent shape. I also requested they check my brakes and again Sam was happy to report they too were in good shape. My Honda Odyssey has 66,000 miles (uninterrupted miles).They could have easily added some unnecessary work to make a big bill but their honesty and integrity come forth. The team figurd out real quick, let us know what they could do, told us the length of time and cost (which was less then first stated) and got it done as quick as possible. extra note: I left my home keys at the dealer ship and they notified me via phone call.People were professional and friendly. A few things that could be better:-When I arrived, they asked me what I was there for. I told them I had an appointment, thinking that they were going to look it up in the computer, but they didnt. They wrote it down on a piece of paper and sent me to the waiting room after learning I was going to need a replacement car. Later on, they asked me to go with a gentleman and he would take care of me. Just like that, no explanation on about how long it was going to take my car to be ready, and that the gentleman was from Enterprise car rental. This is the first time I do this, so I guess I should have known.-The next day, a representative called me in the morning to ask me if I had made it to my appointment. I was a little perplexed, because I thought they had that on record already. Did I go to a different dealership? Looked to me that theres no inter-department communication.-Later that afternoon, a gentleman called me from the service department to let me know that my car was ready to be picked up. It was after 4 pm and he said they closed at 6, but I could go the next day. But then he realized I had a rental and he said if I didnt return it that day, they would be charged with an extra day of rental. Really? Complaining about $30 when I just paid over $30K? Besides, did he think I was sitting around waiting for his call to run and return the rental right away? I only had one and a half hours before they close, had several thinks to do and I really didnt appreciate that comment. I asked him if they had a special deal with Enterprise, because by the time he called me, more than 24hrs had already passed since I rented the car. He sounded a little upset and said it was okay to bring it the next day.-When I went to pick up my car, I was expecting some explanation on what they had done. Obviously, I knew what they had to do, but at least out of courtesy. Instead, they gave me paperwork to go and pay and when I came back, they told me my car was outside waiting for me. The car was running (kind of odd to me) and I turned it off to try to operate the remote started they had just installed. But couldnt figure it out. I went to ask for help and at that moment they were shutting the door. I raised my hand and even though a couple of people saw me, they didnt acknowledge me, as if I wasnt there. So I had to go to the side door and asked for assistance. They did help me and they were polite, but by then I wasnt too happy with the service.Overall, my experience wasnt too pleasant. Too impersonal and no inter-department communication. In fact, the week before this service, I called to make an appointment because a service light had gone off in my car. After supposedly checking with the service department, the lady I spoke with told me I could go at that moment and they would check it for me. I went five minutes later and they didnt know anything about it. The lady that attended me said I had to wait about an hour just for them to be able to check my car. I understood they were busy, but when I asked her if somebody could take me home because I couldnt wait, she said by the time they took me home, maybe my car would have been ready (as if my house was an hour away). So I would have to wait for at least an hour just to get my car checked. I asked her why they told me they could check it right away and she said she didnt know who I spoke with and she shouldnt have told me that. Basically, the only option she gave me was to wait until they had time to get to my car. So I walked away. I didnt have time to wait. Again, inter-department communication issues.Im a new customer and so far I havent really feel like Ive been treated as if want to be kept as a customer. I hope that changes and I hope this feedback helps somehow.

Bosak Honda has the best customer service, and their techs are professional and efficient. We are a "Honda family," so I have had occasion to visit Bosak a few times since we moved to Indiana. When other dealerships try to charge for life-time warranty repairs on older vehicles, Bosak always honors them without even so much as a discussion. I would highly recommend this dealership.

I had visited another area Honda dealer and got a good price on a CRV but they didn't have the color I wanted. Bosak had the car I wanted-and honored the price I had negotiated at the other dealer in one easy step. My salesperson Chase was quiet, calm and made the entire experience very relaxed. Certainly not what car buying used to be! Ted, the business manager made the final paperwork end smooth. No high pressure but knows his stuff. Overall, a very positive (not painful) experience. :-)

I took my Honda Pilot in for service yesterday because there was son fluid leaking on my garage floor. After a few hours the dealership called to tells that my vehicle was ready for pick up. Bosak Honda replaced the bushings on both the right and left sides of my vehicle and gave me an alignment! ALL FOR FREE! Apparently the Honda Pilot that I had purchased Pre-Owned came with an extended warranty that expires at 100,000 miles! I LOVE THIS DEALERSHIP! They are HONEST!!

Twice I have had to take my car back to correct the service preformed. Put regular oil in my car instead of synthetic, when I requested full synthetic, think they would check service records as they have always changed oil since car was purchased. Hope this does not hurt engine. They apologized and gave me a free oil change but it doesn't compensate for lost time and agervation.

When I called I spoke with an appointment person. She took all my information worked with my on an appointment time that went well with my needs. She verified my information and after we hung up she sent me an email confirming my appointment time. The day before my appointment she sent another email to remind me. After I dropped off my car, I received a phone call with what was wrong and a price. I ok'ed the work, received a phone call when it was done. They are the best. Oil change and inspection showed that air filter cabin filter, and wiper blades needed to be replaced. I agreed to have the items replaced. Service staff communicated with me in a very friendly and couteous manner. I was provided with upcoming scheduled maintenance. I did not feel pressed to have any additional maintenance. Services were completed in a reasonable amount of wait time.Highly Satisfied.

I can in because of a recall with the airbags they told me it would be about two hours but my car was finish before that time. I asked them to check for my seat belt light was on they didn't have that part in stock so they had to order it and would call me when it came in. I was glad to know that it would be no charge for that.

I always experience timely service - whether scheduled or not. The problems are quickly identified and repaired. Staff are courteous and knowledgable. There was no charge this last visit because there was no "repair" even though a mechanic's time was involved to diagnose and correct the problem.

Bought a new vehicle within the past week. The price of the vehicle was negotiated through email and I was given a "fair" trade in value. Not the best, not the worst. Deveon Hegwood was pleasant and a joy to deal with. Very nice young man. Total time at the dealership, which took two separate days because the color of the vehicle I wanted had to be found, was a total of around an hour and a half. Would definitely purchase a new vehicle from them again in the future.

I went in for a recall, and they did do the job in a timely matter, but as a courtesy they are suppose to check for leaks. Well after one day of driving I notice my steering wheel got harder to turn. So when I got home, I checked underneath my vehicle, and there I notice the power steering leaking. Now I know it could of happened right after I left but I did notice a few spots in my driveway a couple of days prior. Since I have other vehicles I didn't know which one it was. On the paperwork the dealership gives you, it states that they did a so many point inspection on it. Well if they had, they would have noticed the leaking or would have notice that my power steering fluid was low. Which the paperwork says check fluid level and fluid level was good. Which makes me think did they even bother with checking anything. It's the little things that counts bosak Honda of highland IN.

I've usually had good experiences with service, and in the area, it is my preferred Honda service department. However, the last car we bought was a Civic, and we had to purchase it at Napleton because the terms offered on the Civic we looked at were so horrible I had to just get up and walk out. After purchasing one vehicle previous from Bosak, having excellent credit, we were offered a payment that would have been higher than my Pilot which cost more, in addition to $3000 down and a 7,5% interest rate! All for a vehicle that was priced $5000 less than my Pilot. I really couldn't believe it, and don't know if I'd ever buy another car from Bosak due to that one experience.

I started looking for a new vehicle in February off and on. In May, I visted Bosaks Honda. I informed the salesman, that I was doing my due diligence and was going to compare different cars. It has been over 12 years since I bought new vehicle, so I needed to be confident when buying this one. He quite confidently said okay, and that I would be back.After checking the others off the list, I was back. In fact several times. Mark showed great patience. And at no time did he get pushy. About every 7-10 days he would e-mail me with no sense of desperation.. I ended up buying the CRV EX. I originally looked at the LX. But the overall value was too much to pass up.But, more importantly, I bought the SUV I wanted and not vehicle the dealer was trying to sell me. That by far set Bosaks above the rest.

The service department has an Awesome staff!!!!! I have a handicap van so the ramp conversion makes my vehicle a challenge. Not only figuring what's what but dealing with a 2nd or 3rd party for their converted replacement parts & Mobility Works' coverage policy. They made these poor guys jump through hoops and all the while Honda called me with updates and apologized for delays that were NOT their fault. They've been so kind, understanding, and provided superb service every time. When I'm due to buy a new Braun Van in a couple of years, I'm buying another Honda....because of their service team.

Upon my arrival I was impressed by the clean modern facility. I had scheduled an online appointment (a new experience. I'm used to showing up at a service shop as as they open and hope for the best). for maintenance on our 2012 accord that we purchased in November 2014. Your personnel were very cordial. I didn't anticipate that I would later be hit with a surprise repair emergency. I sat in your comfortable waiting area and was surprised how other Bosak workers walked thru and greeted me. Very impressive. Finally when I picked up the car I mentioned how the light tan front leather seats apparently were stained by my wife and I wearing black leather jackets in the winter (with heated seats!!!) The young lady who gave me my paperwork suggested that I call next week and perhaps one of their guys or someone from the detail shop see what they can do. Once again I was surprised by the offer. We will continue to let Bosak service our car despite there are 2 honda dealers closer to home.

At least ten employees walked by, they didn't smile or say hello and with the look on their faces, I didn't bother saying hello either! There was one young man that did saying hello and seemed happy to be there. Also the person that originally helped me, said hello. I had my front and wiper blades changed and the old one from the rear blade was sitting on my bumper, no one took the time to discard it.

I had never been to any Honda dealership,but I decided to stop in after doing some on-line shopping/comparing of Honda Accords and comparable models when I decided to replace my current vehicle that was NOT a Honda. I was very pleased with the service and attention I received from my salesperson, Shawn Adams...as well as surprised when, unbeknownst to him, he showed me the very same Honda Accord that I had researched on-line! After a test drive, I ended up leaving the dealership with a lease for my new Accord within hours of stopping in at Bosak Honda. What I like most of all is the fact that they are not pushy in recommending services that you do not need. They keep my Honda Odyssey in good working condition. Normal oil change and inspection. Quick. Needed a new cabin air filter - done. Service Tech set up my hands free phone. Showed me how to use and set up.Service great, as always. I buy all my Hondas from Bosak because of the great service.

We always get great service at Bosak, whether through the Service Department or with Sales. We always deal with Lou Ince, a longtime sales associate who knows the products and treats customers with respect, humor and efficiency. We never feel pressured or rushed. Not only are we happy with our Honda CRV, but it is always a pleasure to deal with Bosak

Mike Clark sold me my new Accord. Took time to show me the new features and setup the blue tooth. Only down fall is the time it takes to get into the financial office. I'm sure this could've been avoided if I had gone in on a week day.

I purchased a 2015 Honda Civic. All in all it was a good experience at Bosak. I would definitely return for future Honda purchases. I traded in my 2012 Civic for the 2015 Civic, I am much happier with the new civic. Honda did an excellent job!

Bosak Honda is a wonderful place! I have been getting my vehicles serviced hear for over 8 years and truly would not consider going anywhere else! In fact, I also take my Saab and BMW for service here! Tony, Shawn, Sam and all of the Service Representatives are always polite, courteous, professional and honest! I know that I will not get ripped off here! Let's be honest, the economy has been really bad for quite a few years. I feel like I was ripped off at the BMW Dealership and the SAAB dealership. The SAAB Dealership told me that I needed $4,000 in repairs.......they lied. I had my vehicle repaired elsewhere for under $1,000. I trust BOSAK HONDA!

Sam explained to me what was wrong with the car, the price , time that it would take to fix. I received a call that the car was ready. This was less time then I was told. When I picked it up once again the service was explained. The staff was beyond friendly and nice.

I not only have my Civic serviced at Bosaks, but also my Ford Sport Trac. Oil changes very reasonable and quick. I also enjoy the wifi hot spot available while waiting. Courtesy vehicle washes a plus!

Thanks to Diane and Bosak Honda for the great service received in leasing my new car. Diane was very helpful explaining the options I had in leasing. Rachel's explanation of the cost, payment, and coverage information was easy to understand. At no point of my visit did I feel any pressure of being talked into leasing or buying. I have been a Bosak Honda customer for many years. It did not matter if I dealt with the sales people or service department, I was treated with respect and kindness. I have also observed this kindness to other customers as I have waited for my car while being serviced. I would recommend buying a car at Bosak Honda.

I was looking for a hybrid Honda Accord. The email from the dealer wanted to know when I could come to have a look at the car. When I reached the dealership, I realized they did not have that car. They should have informed me about that . I understand the concept of getting people to come to the dealership, but be truthful !

My hard working son was looking to buy his first car. We found a DEAL from this dealership-- almost too good to be true. I called and spoke with both Diana and Tom. The advertised car sounded perfect. We made a nearly 1 1/2 hour trip the following Saturday to see the car. I called before we left to be sure it wasn't sold. It was still there. When we got there, we were assured the car was getting prepped for us to see. They then too ALL of our information -- credit scores, etc. We were there about 45 minutes and then told... oops.. the car was JUST sold. Do we want a lease? Do we want another much more expensive car? NO... No.We drove home wondering if that really was the case. I felt taken. I called after we returned -- using my maiden name and a slight accent and asked if the car was still available. I spoke to James. He said he would check. I told him I would call him back. When I called back 30 minutes later... he assured me that the car was STILL there and was awesome. He said they were very busy.. though.... so I should rush over now. YEAH.... RIGHT....!DO NOT GO TO THIS DEALERSHIP. They are using the bait and switch... and I wasted lots of time, $$ in gas, and energy and felt VERY angry over the whole thing.

Me and my family have been dealing with this dealership for over ten years. We have received great sales help, better than average pricing, great service, and treated with the utmost respect. I have recommended this dealership to several friends as well as anyone I know who is in the market for a new vehicle.
