My wife and I had a great experience working with Fawn Delaney on the purchase of a new Santa Fe. We own a 2002 Santa Fe and a 2014 Accent and were surprised by how much she knew about both models. Fawn is a great sales rep. She went above and beyond the call of duty. Very helpful, professional, friendly. When we bought our last vehicle (not Hyundai) we were given great treatment until we left the lot. Then when we called back it was impossible to reach the person (he didn't return calls) and when we did he wasn't helpful and treated us like we didn't matter. Fawn has never been that way, she still treats us like we matter and are important to her. It's reason like this that we will continue to come back.

He went over all of the outstanding features of the G80. I was able to test drive the G80 and Alex continued to point out the features of the car during our test drive. The negotiation for the G80 and my trade-in went quickly and smoothly. Boucher didn't have a G80 in stock in the color and options I wanted but they were able to locate one very quickly and had it on-site in 2 days. On the day I picked up the G80, Alex demonstrated all of the features of the car and ensured that I understood how they worked. I am very please with the work Alex did and the overall service provided by Boucher Hyundai, This is my third purchase from a Boucher dealership and my second one from the Hyundai dealership.

My husband did all the hard work to get the best deal for my 2016 Hyundai Sonata & did all the financial stuff over the phone so we didn't have to be at the dealership for hours. I told my husband that this Hyundai dealership is probably the most welcoming & the best dealership I have ever been to. I wouldn't go anywhere else. I told Ryan the Sales Manager that I always have a hard time getting the car seat out so when I put it in my new car, I was having lot of problems & he took it upon himself to make sure it was nice & secure. Normally he says he does not do that because he doesn't want to be responsible if something would happen. It was more secure than what it was in my old car. I am not sure about the rest of the staff there but I do know that Ryan & Fawn are the best. I would definitely come back & work with them if they are still there in 3 years....LOL I think when you have friendly & not pushy car sales man (woman) you have a more welcoming environment.

We were greeted by name when we arrived, as we had been communicating via email prior to our visit. We were introduced to Fawn, who is fantastic! We didn't know if we wanted to buy or lease, or if we wanted a new or used vehicle. We were presented with many prices and options, along with the necessary information to find the right vehicle for us. We were never rushed into making a decision and never felt pressured during our visit. She responded thoroughly and promptly to my emails and inquired about topics I hadn't considered. When my response wasn't clear she clarified it directly with me leaving no doubts along the way. Everyone in the show room was very professional and courteous. Labor Day was quite a busy day at the dealership. My husband and I joked that it was staged like a commercial... it was so active. Fawn was friendly, efficient, and kept the final purchase process moving along coming in to check on us to inform us of what was taking place. ( it was third in line to be cleaned, paperwork was in the process, the manager will meet you next, etc. ) Her explanation and final walk-through of the features on the vehicle were very thorough. I have been giving high praise to Boucher Hyundai when showing off my new vehicle to friends and family. It was a great experience to purchase a vehicle through them and specifically through Fawn Delaney. She represented the dealership at the highest level. We would definitely consider another vehicle purchase from this dealership.

I came in for a test drive and liked the car and was ready to buy. I got a little bit of "cold feet" and walked out without buying. I explained my reservations to Chris and he was very low pressure with me feeling my anxiety. He waited the entire weekend and called me on Monday to see if I was still interested. My major complaint was that they didn't install the front plate bracket originally and my tire pressures were set at around 50 psi making the drive really harsh. Instead I had the license plate directly put on the front bumper, which may have created different holes from where the plate bracket is located. This also created a visually unappealing front-end because the Tucsons front bumper is curved. Plus, I live over 50 miles from the dealer so it was inconvenient for me to drive all the way down there to have it installed again; however, I meet with a service adviser the following week and he exceeded my expectations to resolve those two issues. Additionally, the place is a little run-down and unclean in the showroom. I especially felt bad for the chair my salesman was using because it was all tore-up and falling apart. It wasn't the most comfortable chair to sit in either, so I can't imagine what it would be like to spend an extended period of time rather than just the 15 minutes I spent in it filling out a credit application. Lastly, when I originally arrived for my delivery, I had to actually ask another sales person to see if my salesman was available because I did not see him and I was waiting around for a few minutes without any acknowledgement of my presence. It felt kind of awkward that evening because it felt like everyone was either overwhelmed or in a hurry to leave. On a more positive note, Chris my salesperson was very nice and professional and would gladly recommend him again. He seemed very knowledgeable of the vehicles and also helped me walk through the leasing process. I opted not to have them help me setup the Bluetooth for my phone because I would have been able to do it myself plus the primary driver was not present during delivery. Dan, my finance contact was clear and did not try to push me into any additional products and services. Plus, the electronic delivery was awesome and helped eliminate all this extra paperwork. In all, the dealership was an average experience for me. I would go here again but mainly due to my salesperson rather than the dealership as a whole. I definitely wouldnt recommend taking a delivery late on a day after a holiday weekend.

I called Fawn Delaney at Boucher Hyundai and told her that I was in the market for a new car. She asked what I was looking and I told her I wanted a car that would hold my bicycle without having to take it apart. She then asked me what other features I was interested in. After talking for awhile we decided that the Santa Fe sport would fit my needs. When I went to the dealership the first thing we did was to make sure my bike would fit. It fit fine so then we went for a test ride. The car rides great so it was then just a matter of sitting down and finding my car. We found my car and I love it. This is the 4th car my family has got from Fawn and Boucher. I know there will be more in the future. Salesman was not too pushy, which I appreciate.Finance representative assisted in my loan and was friendly.The price of 2016 Hyundai elantra jumped up roughly $1500 over a couple days due to "changes in demand". Despite not having a quote, this seemed shady. However, the salesman assured me the original price I saw online would be honored. I do not blame the salesman for this situation, and recognize his integrity, as he is unlikely to be involved with the online price listings.My only disappointment is customer service. Boucher tried to sell double coverage on roadside assistance (which Hyundai already provides for 5 years with all new cars). Had I not done my research, I would have bought double coverage. A dealer should inform customers of potential pitfalls, like this.

My salesperson John Chavez was great. He was never too pushy or overly aggressive. The part of the experience that I liked least was that it took a while for me to be greeted when I entered. I actually felt like there should be someone there to talk with upon entering the building. Also, at the end of the deal, I had to meet with two additional individuals who were too pushy (for my liking) about taking out a loan and getting additional warranties. That was my least enjoyable part of the experience at Boucher Hyundai. I would definitely recommend John in the future. Thanks!

In regards to the question about pricing, we were surprised by a $250 admin. fee, which was not well explained to us. Our biggest problem was that the car did not start the next morning in our garage. The car did not start that previous night at the dealership, but were assured that it was simply a matter of the lights begin left on, which drained the battery. Initially Boucher wanted us to contact the towing service, but this was not satisfactory to us. IN the end they came out and picked up the car and left us a loaner. We feel this should have been the initial solution. Since then, there have been no further problems. Chris Baker was very helpful in helping us get the car we wanted. We contact him through the internet site.

Purchased a used truck. Staff was very helpful in finding me the right vehicle and brought several vehicles for me to look at. Very down to earth associates and managers. Couple of small issues, power door lock actuator was not working, was told it had Bluetooth when it did not, came with 1 key and remote, and no key for aftermarket wheels. So before my first payment I will have to spend approx $500 in items that should have been included. Also had to sign multiple parts of paperwork multiple times including revisiting dealer after no help offered in fixing other mistakes. Would still recommend but encourage more attention to detail before taking delivery.

I want to start off by saying our sales guy, Brad, was AWESOME! He wasn't pushy or sales-y he was very helpful, which is what we were looking for! We came in looking specifically at the Tucson after seeing one for the first time at the 2016 Milwaukee Auto Show. I had my heart set on a Mazda CX5 for a while, but after seeing the Tucson, I changed my mind. He let us drive 3 different models, the first one had limited options. I wanted something with more, so he let us drive one with a lot more options, almost top of the line. But, we decided that was too much for us. So he found us one in the middle with exactly what we wanted and let us test drive that one. It was great; I wanted the car right away! We met with Jim, the GM, who was also very nice, helpful and NOT PUSHY! After thinking about it for a few days, my husband and I returned to Boucher to get some pricing and after some discussion, they were able to give us a GREAT deal that we were comfortable with. (It helped that I was already a Hyundai owner!! :) ) We took it home for an extended test drive and brought it back 2 days later to sign the papers. I'm now a proud owner of a 2016 Hyundai Tucson Sport, which I absolutely love. I was so happy with Brad and Jim and how they handled the whole process!

I came from 200 miles away to purchase my vehicle from Boucher. I could not find the exact car that I wanted any closer to home. The team at Boucher went out of their way to make sure the process was easy and that it could be completed in just one trip to their dealership. The sales team spoke with my credit union and my insurance company to provide all the info needed for the sale. We made the deal on price over the phone. The sales team went out and made a video for me so I could see that the car was in perfect shape before I drove down to buy it. Buying a Hyundai was a no brainier for me, as I'm a previous Hyundai owner. I was treated so well that I would not hesitate to make the 200 mile drive down to Boucher to purchase my next Hyundai. 1st: The Hyundai manufacture's survey (to which your dealership survey is attached) is poorly designed as regards your internet sales program ...which is how we conducted our purchase. Many questions are directed at a 'walk on' buyer, and there is no N/A choice ...and the survey will not let you continue without a response, for which there IS no applicable response if it was an internet sale.2nd: Our internet purchase was top notch. You have an outstanding program in this area. Especially impressed with Chris Baker's knowledge, attention, and communications. It got a little soft in the finance department ...as the communications after the initial conversation just went away until a 'pissed-off' wife finally got a manager on the phone. Much better after that.OVER ALL, AN EASY AND PLEASANT EXPERIENCE. We think it would be a good idea if you made it a practice of informing buyers of the 'off days' of the people they are dealing with ...especially in the internet sales program ...as a day off was at the root of the dropped communications once our purchase moved to your business/finance office.As we are out of state, we will not experience any of the 'after purchase' aspects of your dealership, but the physical facilities we saw when we picked up our new Santa Fe were rather impressive. Also, they never properly inspected the vehicle, as the check engine light is on and remains on even after I brought it back to them to fix. They have been rude and acted as if I am inconveniencing them for trying to get the normal services associated with buying a car. My son made an appointment with John Chavez, Salesman. We were greeted immediately, at the door, with a handshake and a friendly welcome. We were offered something to drink. He went through a series of questions as to what I wanted in a used car. He brought up a 2012 FIAT. It was a small car and one I hadn't considered. My son went out to check it out, I didn't at this point. He said I should go sit in it. I did and then took it for a test drive. I wanted this car. Then it was off to Nick Di Stasio, Financial Manager. Because of my Credit Rating, wasn't sure if I could get financing. After several banks were contacted, one was found that would finance me. Nick worked hard to put me in that car. He is awesome. John Chavez gets an excellent rating. At no time was I pressured by him. My whole experience at Boucher in Waukesha was great. I would definitely recommend it. I drove home In rainy, sleety weather and my little FIAT held the road beautifully. I love my car. The overall sales experience was what you would expect from a buying a car down to the request to sign a random piece of paper stating I would purchase the vehicle to passive aggressive comments regarding my trade-in and the applicable price. To elaborate a bit further, I asked the sales rep to detail out pricing a bit further and to offer $3K on a trade-in since I had a quote for that amount from a local dealer that day and the initial offering was $2K. I was ultimately presented with a scribbled note stating that if they give $3K I would purchase the vehicle. At which I responded, that this transaction is based on trust from both parties and good service from their side. Signing a random piece of paper does nothing to bolster either and is pointless as it would certainly not be a binding contract. I informed him that if he came back with $3K I would proceed to the next stage of the process, but I wasn't bothering signing a random piece of paper. After about another 20 minutes the sales rep returned stating they could do $3K and added that the car needed even further repairs after they looked at it again, "but they would give me $3K." I totally understand the dealer is trying to make a profit, but if you are going to present me with $3K there is no need to make the additional comment. It adds nothing to the transaction other than lower that customer service experience. The overall price of the vehicle was very good which ultimately led me to purchase despite being irritated by the aforementioned issues and other comments made by the sales rep. If the pricing were not there for that car I do not think I would have purchased as quickly or at all as my intention was to continue shopping that day. On a side note, the overall process took WAY too long. I arrived at 1030am and did not leave until 500pm. There was about a 1hr gap in there when I drove home to obtain the title to my trade-in to complete the process, so ~5.5hrs is what I spent at the dealership. This is completely unacceptable. I value my time perhaps far greater than others and I feel the entire process could have been completed in roughly 3 hours or less. My car is there for maintenance...already, but I don't feel that is the product of the dealer. The service department has been helpful and polite through my experience with them thus far. I did also contact the dealer in reference to a cargo net that was missing from my purchase and touch-up paint to which the manager has been helpful as well. My more "critical" areas of this dealership surround the sales side. My wife uses the dealer for her service on a 2011 Santa Fe and has had nothing but great things to say about the service shop. Her vehicle was not purchased from this dealership. I would be on the fence regarding recommending a purchase from here at the moment, but would recommend their service department for those types of needs based on the collective experience of our family. I would recommend buying a vehicle from here if the price is right, but with only one buying experience from here I cannot for certain suggest it was the sales rep who makes me feel this way or the dealer as a whole. I would suggest a buyer go to this dealership and keep in mind my comments when doing so.

Michael listened to what I needed and was very understanding and accommodating when I was picky about the cars that were in my budget. He also showed me cars solidly within my budget whereas the previous dealerships showed me several that pushed it or went over! It shows a real attention to customer service, in my opinion, to push away that chance of a higher sale I've been a part of three previous car buying experiences and this was the first time I felt like a person to the whole dealership rather than a sale opportunity.

Came to the dealer to look at a used Jeep Liberty that I saw on Cars.com. Sales people were very accommodating. Took the vehicle for a test drive and noticed a weird smell inside when the heater was on. Asked the sales guy about the smell and he said it was probably from the cleaning product used when car was detailed. Looked under the hood and noticed the coolant reservoir was dry and contained a brownish slimy residue. Asked the sales guy about this and he talked to another sales guy and they said it as just that the coolant was low and this would go away when it was filled. Thought it strange that it wasn't filled since they said their mechanics go over their vehicles extensively before putting them on the lot. Fortunately, they allowed me to take the vehicle to another mechanic before purchasing. This mechanic immediately said that a "leak-stop" product had been added to the cooling system. That was the reason for the brownish slime in the coolant reservoir and the foul smell when the heater was on. Obviously, there was a leak somewhere in the cooling system or engine block that someone was trying to hide. Took the car back and didn't buy it. Sales guys pleaded ignorance and said they would have their mechanics look at it again. Won't be looking for used cars there anymore.

My purchase of a 2016 Hyundai Tucson from Boucher Hyundai pleasantly differed from past car buying experiences. The only hard part was my decision on make, model and my budget line. I went in on several occasions, because of my difficult personal schedule, and if a specific sales person was not available another just seamlessly picked up the ball and we kept going. During the discussions several incentive offers were made and all were followed through with at the final signing. I had been going back and forth whether or not to even look at new cars. My 2006 Sonata is a great car. It has 154000 miles and still drives great! I heard the deals on the radio about closeout prices for 2015 Sonatas and 0% financing (other dealer). My wife and I set aside time to visit a couple other dealers later in the week, so on my way home I figured I would stop at Boucher. I walk in the door and was greeted by Chris Baker who said, "Welcome to Boucher. Are you here to see anyone?" I said no, and he said he would look for an available sales person, since he had another appointment coming in 5 minutes. All other sales people were busy, so he said, "Lets get started and take a look at what you may be interested in looking at." He listened to what I liked and what I was looking for. He gave me all the time I needed as his appointment showed up (and I had no idea they had arrived). He managed to find the perfect car on the first try while also coordinating his appointment at the same time. I always felt that he listened and answered all my questions. He is very knowledgable about every car I tried to make sure that the one I drove first was the best option for me. Chris Baker was so personal, my wife and I never went to another car dealer to try any cars or look at any of their deals (which is unusual,since we shop and price everything). The other reason we never went anywhere else was because I have had great service at Boucher in the past. Randy in service has always been a great service tech. I found my car on Cars.com and then came to Boucher Hyundai to see it in person, the staff were friendly, not pushy like I experienced at other dealerships, and very accommodating. My husband can be a stickler and they were patient and able to answer all of his questions and concerns. No-pressure service from friendly and extremely knowledgeable sales staff. Ryan Fitzsimmons (Internet Sales Manager) was familiar with my financing company, highly knowledgeable about the car I was interested in purchasing, took me for a through test drive of 2 cars, was friendly and courteous, kept me well-informed through the purchase process, gave me a thorough orientation of my new vehicle's features, and provided just-right post-purchase follow-up. There was a little high-pressure nonsense in the financing department, but the staff member was sensitive and responsive to my time constraints. I did have to enter the dealership building to obtain assistance in securing a test-drive, after looking at cars in the lot for several minutes on an unpleasant weather day, but maybe that's part of their low/no-pressure approach? Overall, an exceptional experience, particularly as this is my 6th vehicle purchase (first ever at this dealership). Would highly recommend!

I came in to trade my 2006 Hyundai Azera and was unsure of what vehicle I wanted. Nick Stover and Ryan were very accommodating. I was disappointed car did not come with spare tire, door window trim is cheaper plastic, mpg is lower than advertised, sound system quality is not as good as my 1998 Mazda 626. I didn't like being asked to buy extended warranty packages by different person than salesman after I thought the deal was final and I was ready to pick up car. Don the salesman was professional and easy to work with but didnt' know some things about the cars since he was relatively new. He called me after the sale and asked if I had questions and offered to meet me at dealership in future to answer future questions.

We purchased a Santa Fe Sport from Boucher in 3/15. Unfortunately it was involved in a collision and was totaled. We purchased a replacement in 9/15. Our sales person Steve Kuczkowski was great to work with...very personable and helpful. Although we live in the Chicago area, we willing to drive 85 miles to Waukesha because both times Boucher was the only dealer within a 150 mile radius who had the car we wanted. I both instances we treated fairly and respectfully and our purchases went smoothly. We would highly recommend Boucher Hyundai and Steve Kuczkowski to anyone in the market for a new Hyundai, especially if you are looking for a color other than the usual black, white, or grey.

The sales person should have gauged my desire to engage in small talk within the first 30 minutes of conversation. I had to tell him I wasn't interested in small talk, just the details of the car. After that, it was awkward. I had to ask questions about the car's features instead of him showing me them. Anything I forgot to ask about, had to be figured out after I drove off the lot. The car is great, but I wish I could have worked with someone who talked about the car, When I make a big purchase like a car, I'm not interested in getting to know the sales person, I interested in getting to know the car. I did not give higher grades on the rating because of my experience with the sales person. The dealership was very nice, and the manager was pleasant. Customer service: should have stuck to details of the car, not small talk. Quality of work: a few plastic protective stickers were left inside the car and a few smudge marks on the panel of the driver door. Friendliness: Nice, but misdirected. Price: good. Overall Experience: Not what I was hoping for. I didn't want to have to tell someone not to make small talk, but there was too much of it. Would I recommend this dealership: Maybe. That is not an option above. Someone else may love the experience of chatting with the sales person and would find it to be pleasant, so I would say it depends on the person.

On Saturday August 1st we decided to sell our older car to our oldest teenager that was not having much luck locating a car in her price range. My wife and I decided to then look for a newer car for myself. Two years ago on vacation I was given a Sonata for a rental and could not believe how well it performed and how well it was built. So we ventured out to the nearest Hyundai dealer. When we first arrived we were greeted by Nick the sales manager who made us feel right at home. We then were approached by Chris Baker who started fielding our questions. At all times I feel that my questions were answered with personal honesty not answers that were scripted. My overall experience with the staff has changed my opinion of how a car dealership should treat their customers. It was honestly the best dealership experience that I have ever encountered. Did I mention the small things that added to the experience. While we were filling out the paperwork I had mentioned that we would go out for lunch and come back. Nick asked if my family (4 of us) would like to join his staff for their Saturday lunch buffet. We accepted lunch with your crew and felt like family. We previously bought a Hyundai Tuscon at Boucher 10 years ago and were thinking of getting a 2nd car because our truck has been the 2nd vehicle for quite some time and isn't always the most convenient thing to get around in. We've had a great experience with Hyundai but thought we might try a used car in another make and model. When we saw the prices of used vehicles with many miles on them we were quite dismayed. John Chavez listened to us and introduced us to a great deal on a new 2015 Elantra with lots of bells and whistles and a great price. John and everyone we dealt with at the dealership were very helpful and it was an overall great experience. The only thing that was surprising is that there is still the all the same paperwork and process in place for the purchase since we bought a car 10 years ago. I was in an unfortunate situation that put me in a very bad spot when I wrecked my vehicle out of state and the insurance company deemed it "Totaled". I called Fawn Delaney about meeting and options. My financial situation was limited as I wasn't expecting to change vehicles. Fawn was prompt in getting back to me, very empathetic and thorough in helping me and making sure I understood and was comfortable with my options. Because my car was not safe to drive, (though drivable), she was able to get me in the lease a day earlier than the insurance settlement allowing me piece of mind in transporting to work as well as my child to other destinations. The process was seamless and between Fawn, Chris in finance and the Manager who helped me fit within my financial limitations, I was able to relax and not worry about significant cash loss, hassle, negotiation or concern. This is my second time working with Fawn and I have every intention of continuing working with her for future vehicle needs. I've already suggested to two friends to call her personally. I have been a sales engineer my whole career and my success has come from adding value. Boucher understands what value add means. With the help of Ryan Fitzsimmons, I recently purchased a brand new 2014 Hyundai Accent. It was exactly what I wanted - a small, reliable model at a great price. Even parts of the car that I didn't think I would ever use, I have ended up using a lot and absolutely love, including Bluetooth capabilities and stereo controls on the wheel. There was a small scratch on the passenger door and a clicking sound from the windshield wipers, but right away Ryan scheduled a time to fix these issues.

We had a fantastic experience with Boucher Hyundai! We started at Boucher Nissan and kept our salesman from the Nissan group through the sale of our 2015 Santa Fe. We didn't know you could keep a sales rep from one lot even if you purchase a car from a different lot as long as you stay in the Boucher group. This made things SO MUCH EASIER! Rather than dealing with a different sales rep at different lots so we could research and test drive all the vehicles we were considering, we just dealt with the same person, who coordinated us driving the cars we wanted to with the other lots...how awesome is that??The Boucher group worked great as a team with our sales rep. The VIP Managers Luke and Tony were very friendly and accommodating. Mike, who was our Hyundai guru, assisted us with learning our new vehicle features. Financing was easy, fair, and seamless. I own a Hyundai Sonata. Late last week I had an episode where it would not start. By trying a spare key, it did start. We thought it was a key problem (battery),so we made an appointment for service for Monday. We planned to drop it off Sunday night, but it absolutely would not start. We intended to call AAA for a towing to the Boucher dealership. My husband called Boucher early Monday morning to update them on our situation, when one of your super service people reminded us that we have road service through Hyundai. We called for towing and the truck was here promptly, four minutes earlier than the estimated time. Later in the day, we were called and told that the problem was the starter motor, and that the repair was under warranty! There are no sweeter words to hear when you are expecting a big bill!! Everyone at the dealership was great! They are good communicators and they always make me feel appreciated as a customer! Would I recommend a Hyundai and the Boucher dealership? Absolutely!! I thank everyone for the pleasant experience! :)

I've had my 2003 Santa Fe serviced at Boucher for years. Team in Service is always great to work with. I had been thinking about trading up for several months and just recently took the step. I saw a discounted 2014 Santa Fe Sport on the lot and went in to check it out. I worked with Steve Kuczkowski who I had met last year. He worked with me to get what I wanted for my trade-in and after some discussion, it was mine! Steve is very pleasant, nice to work with, knows his business, not "high pressure" and working with him was a good experience. He's also offered his future help while I'm learning about the new gadgets and technology on my Sport. I had been contemplating getting a Sonata for almost a year. I was torn on whether to go with a SUV or the Sonata because of the great gas mileage and I drive a ton. After shopping around at the neighboring dealership, I felt soo pressured by them that it actually turned me off to buying the SUV they had desperately wanted me to buy! Great Buying experience with Chris Baker and my new 2015 Sonata. From the moment of contact on the internet to the final agreed upon numbers he made it easy and simple to understand. It's much easier to compare prices and features if you can get the sales person to give you a walk out the door number! Then you don't care about all the in's and out's Just the final number. He was willing the car compared well with the Ford, Nissan and Subaru. We love it! Thanks Chris! 2nd vehicle we've bought from this dealership, and additional reason! Their service Dept! This is the 6th car I've purchased in my lifetime. After my last buying and service experience I was not looking forward to purchasing again. Boucher Hyundai completely surprised me and changed my mind. My fiance' and I started shopping around in July. Bob Wuerl from Boucher Hyundai was so helpful. He asked questions to find out what we were really looking for, made suggestions and really listened to what we had to say. He and the rest of the staff at Boucher worked with me to make the purchase happen. It was great. I had some extenuating circumstances and had to wait until October to purchase. Bob kept in touch the entire time. It wasn't too much so that it was annoying, just enough to know that he was still there willing to help however he could. The day I bought the car was great too. I made an appointment to pick up the car and sign the paperwork and they went as fast as they could while still allowing me to understand everything. They put my shiny new plates on, had the car clean, gas tank filled and ready to go. A few days after we bought, Bob called just to see if there was anything I was having trouble with, like connecting my phone to the car.It was truly just a great experience. We will be visiting them again when my fiance' is ready for his new car.

I began shopping for a genesis coupe back in November of 2013. Angela Thompson was the first to provide me with an actual test drive and a down to earth "non sales pitch" experience. After numerous dealership visits and experiences throughout the last six months, Boucher clearly stood at the top with excellent customer service. Angela Thompson, Bob Wuerl and Samm Thomas have all been extremely helpful in assisting me with my purchase. I have nothing but good things to say about the dealership and its staff. However, I am still awaiting a replacement front plastic piece on the bumper that the license plate would normally mount to. A minor setback on an otherwise fantastic experience with Boucher and its team.

We walked into to Boucher to check if the other dealer is giving us a good price, we were received by Steve and told him what we are looking for and provided details and stuff, as he is the new Rep Pam got involved when we started negotiating the price. They gave us a good price, but it was more than what we negotiated at the other dealership.After couple of negotiations we got the price we are looking for fully loaded car. Pam listened what we are asking and talked to the sales manager and got us good deal.We worked with Lidiya to complete the paper work and warranty options, she was patient and clarified each and every question of mine with out pushing me to sign the papers and get done with it.The only part that I didn't like is about extra warranties and ECP, we weren't thinking about those when we are negotiating the price and we didn't get much time to think about it.Overall it is a great experience and we will do business with Boucher in future. Steve, Pam and Lidiya are great.I didn't have any experience yet with Service department, I was told I can use Boucher Ford dealership in Menomonee falls for my service needs. I have to yet experience it. will update again if I see any issues.

Although I had already come in decided on the vehicle Mike was a great help going through everything with us and answering all our questions, he kept us up to date on everything and was patient even when we had to drag out the buying process due to insurance issues. I really love the car and I wanted to leave a comment because its nice to know of anything happened or I still had any questions I could give them a call and get help even after the sale.

We totaled our 2010 Toyota Corolla on Christmas Eve of 2013. Luckily, we escaped with only minor injuries! It was a very traumatizing event & we were not looking forward to having to buy a car. I only drive manual transmission cars & I knew they were hard to come by. Since our Corolla saved our lives in the roll-over we knew that was the car we wanted to get. We live in SW Wisconsin in the country & do not have easy access to car dealerships. I decided to Google Toyota Corolla manual transmission cars. Only a 2009 Corolla showed up & it was a 2 1/2 hour drive to Waukesha! I sent an email to Laura Beck at the Boucher Hyundai website inquiring about the car. She called me on the phone instead of emailing me back. I liked this personal touch. I explained our situation & what we were looking for. It sounded like this was the perfect car for us,but wanted to test drive it. Only 1 problem ...it was -18 & we were snowed in with frozen heating pipes & only a wood stove in the kitchen to keep us warm. She said I could put a hold on the car with my credit card .. No obligations to buy. It was Sat. Jan. 4th & we weren't able to get there until Wed. Jan. 8th ...no problem. She had checked with her manager, Ryan & he approved it & she could give us some discount on the asking price. We had a limited budget & we were still waiting on the insurance company to send us the check for our smashed up car. They both greeted us warmly when we finally got there. We test drove the car....loved it & we were driving it home 2 hours later. They even took care of returning our rental car so we did not have to drive it all the way back home! You just don't get that personalized & caring service any more! It was totally worth the drive & I would highly recommend Boucher Hyundai of Waukesha & definitely ask for Laura or Ryan! I have bought many cars of all different brands.Hyundai's value caught my eye so I tried to take a look. I stopped in when I was in the area.My salesperson was fairly new, so I gave them a break.But when I wanted to get down to business, a "manager" named Dawn came in to talk to me because I just wanted an idea of what we were looking at.She was pretty insincere right off the bat.She obviously had her own agenda, sorry I don't know anything about Muskego.Anyway, I wanted some payments and I would not commit that night.So the conversation got fairly "heated" and I went next door and left with a new Honda. Sorry Boucher, lost a customer for life. The salesperson told me she was the GM after she had left the desk. Wow....I thought, this is 2013, money is tight now days....help me buy a car! I did the same thing at the dealer next door and it fit my budget, so I did not want to go through that again.

I have a 2009 Hyundai Sonata that I purchased from Boucher. I received notification from Hyundai of the need for warranty work on the car which I promptly scheduled at Boucher Hyundai. While they had the car, they notified me that the rear brakes were in need of new pads and machining of the discs and they would do that work for $250.00. Being a trusting soul, I agreed. They were polite and I picked up the car the next day. I noticed almost immediately that the rear brakes sounded like they were rubbing and smelled of burning rubber when I parked the car in my garage. Sounds like the brakes were improperly adjusted, so I called Boucher back to have them fix the problem. Now the fun begins. They informed me that the piston on one of the rear calipers was bad and needed to be replaced for another $225. (Hmmm. That normally happens when you get dirt into the brake lines, or knock the calipers with a hammer!) I told them that I thought they caused it. They disagreed. I suppose I should've screamed for the manager but folks, I'm tired of dealing with shoddy outfits. They refused to do the repair on the problem I believe they caused so I will not do business with them and frankly, I don't want them to touch my car. Especially the brakes. I noticed that there are many customers with similar complaints on other web sites so I guess I'm in good company. In Dan's defense, he was polite, but I am no longer a customer of Boucher.

I had a very positive experience at Boucher Hyundai. I worked with Russell and he was able to get me a great deal on a 2013 Hyundai Elantra. He was able to sell me a technically used car, with only 50 miles, at a much much better price than the new vehicles others could be purchasing. Russell was very helpful and honest, and I left the dealership feeling confident in my product. Who can beat the warranty either? I am glad that Russell was able to be me into a brand new car for the price of a used one, and I didn't have to settle for some 2011 vehicle with 20K miles for the same price.

Unfortunately this was our second purchase this year from Boucher Hyundai due to an accident which rendered our previous 2011 Sonata GLS a total loss.The first experience was awesome and we had to return again. Everyone was extremely personable. Any initial concerns we had about the car were addressed promptly. Pam went the extra mile by helping to restore my new but damaged personalized license plate with a little bit of TLC and touch up paint. We love our 2011 Sonata SE!

My experience was exceptional. I bought a 2006 Ford Freestyle from them. It was not the vehicle I had come to look at, but the very helpful salesperson, Amber, took time to understand my needs. Subsequently, she showed me the car that gave me the best bang for my buck. The car did require a few fixes, which they did, although I would have hoped they would have been done on one service visit. If I purchase another vehicle, I will certainly look to Boucher Hyundai

Amber, my sales consultant was very knowledgable about hyundia's line of SUVs. She answered all my questions as I was undecided between a Tucson and Santa Fe . After a couple of visits and test drives, I decided on a Santa Fe sport 2.0T AWD. Amber was patient with my indecision and went out of her way to help me decide what would work the best for my needs. We closed the deal in a short amount of time to my satisfaction. Amber also took care of a few additions I wanted and the car was clean and ready for pick up when promised . Amber explained everything to me about the functions of the car and a walk around . Amber Finley is a definite asset to Boucher Hyundia and a very friendly and helpful sales consultant. I look forward to working with her and the Boucher staff on my future needs when the time comes. A very pleasant experience. I've not needed the service dept as yet but will follow up my review as needed

Alex Dominguez has already sold us the car but has remained accessible with questions. He took the time to program our old TracPhones to the blue tooth in the car, sensing that this 72-year old man and his 65-year old wife are technically challenged. Our salesperson Katie Sallmann was very friendly, courteous, and knowledgeable at the dealership. She answered all of the questions we had as we had done our homework before going to the dealership using various on-line tools to research Hyundai vehicles. Katie listened to all our concerns during the process and worked with her manager to come up with a great deal on a 2013 Elantra, even matching an on-line price with an out of state dealership and negotiating a fair trade-in amount on our vehicle we were trading in. We never felt pressured to purchase a package or something we felt we didn't need. When my wife and I decided to buy out the lease on our Hyundai Elantra we contacted Boucher Hyundai initially via email and later through phone conversations. A date was set to close out the deal. We were greeted at the dealership with courtesy and great enthusiasm by the closing agent who handled the numerous paperwork details in an efficient and timely manner. Overall we were quite impressed with the friendly staff folks we met either via on-line email or in person, especially Denelle Brown and Samm Thomas. This was our first experience with Boucher Hyundai, but we would certainly consider them again the next time we shop autos.

Bought a 2012 Infiniti G37X from them at the end of December 2012, I wish I would have read the Yelp reviews before contacting this dealership. The way they run their deals can be best described as chicanery. We only discussed 48 month financing packages, they kept me there for close to 7 hours to do this deal, being weary from this at the last minute the finance manager changed the terms to 72 months and I did not notice this, shame on me for not reading the terms more closely. Then they agreed to throw in 2 additional years of oil changes, although I have contacted the dealership several times a month since January I have not received the vouchers, or the warranty for the paint protection. There are not many things in life that I regret, buying a car from Boucher is one thing I do regret. Their loss, I have three kids that I will be buying cars for in the future, plus I have over 600 Facebook friends that will be hearing about my displeasure.

When I walked into boucher hyundai, it was actually on accident--I had taken a wrong turn. I had dodged a dog earlier that day, and my 99 buick century was kaput. Upon walking in, everyone was amazingly friendly, and I was approached by a man named Bob (who I would later refer to as officer bob, he has been a police officer until his retirement). He sat me down, got me coffee, and asked me a few questions about what kind of car I was looking for and what my budget was. My budget wasn't huge by any means--I told him 8k tops, and that my credit was awful. He found an 05 Pt cruiser, with less than 80k miles on it, and I fell in love. Wasn't planning on a pt cruiser, but its 3 days into owning it now and I couldn't be happier. He made me feel welcome, called me and updated me on every step of the way, and didn't treat me like I was wasting his time because I wasn't buying a brand new car ( I saw a few other dealerships, and they just pressured me to take out a loan that I could handle--Bob and Mike made sure my monthly payments were right were I needed them to be). Mike in finance was also fabulous, pulling a whole bunch of strings so I could get the auto loan I do have. Everyone there was nice, friendly, efficient, and happy to help. Plus, I have three free oil changes coming on a car that I am in love with. I couldn't be happier. Thank you to everyone that helped me, especially officer bob and mike.

My husband Dan and I really enjoyed working with Mike. He was very friendly and we liked him the minute we started talking to him. Seemed like we new him for longer than 5 minutes. We even changed or Bouche Sales guy because of Mike. I personally had a good relationship with another sales guy, but really liked Mike and how well he worked with us and felt he deserved the sale. He was quick to show us the features on the Santa Fe and why it's such a great SUV. He is very knowledgeable about your cars! We almost bought the same vehicle from antoher Hyundai in West Allis, but decided to work with Bouche because of Mike. Of course, he did a good job in negotiating the price, but we could always do better on that:) We feel we recieve a fair deal. I have been in a few times already to have the car washed and again, I have to say he was more than accomodating. Chris is also a great person to work with in the service area!!! As a first time buyer, I was very pleased with the service and price that I received. I was greeted immediately each time I went in the dealership. The salesman I worked with help me figured out what I wanted in the car and narrow down what models/make I should test drive. He was patient with me and was not pushy about the sale. I test drove 3 different cars at the dealership the first time I went in. Then, I came in 3 different times to test drive the car again so I could compare it with other cars I had test drove earlier. At other dealerships, I was ignored or pushed to sign something about being interesting in buying the car I wanted to test drive that day! Other dealerships were rude and tried to sell me on added packages or car treatments. Once I finally made my decision, over a month after I started test driving 5 different cars, it was a smooth process and the sales person answered all my questions about the car.I would recommend this dealership to anyone. Side note: I love the car and the heated seats are worth the extra!

Scott recommended Pam to me. My experience with her was fantastic!!! She was so helpful with everything. This was my first car purchased at a dealership, and she made sure that I was taken care of!!! My only complaint is the finance guy. He seemed really distracted and wasn't very helpful. Definitely find Pam if you are looking at a car at Boucher Hyundai!!! My wife and I needed a safe 4-door vehicle now that we're expecting an addition to our family in a few months. When we walked in, Kristoff greeted us, asked us about what we needed in a vehicle (beyond the obvious) and thankfully, for the first time ever at a dealer, he listened to what we needed. He helped us select a few models that we test drove and afterwards he gave us space to talk and decide without any pressure. When we settled on a Santa Fe, he gave us all the financing information we could possibly need and once again, gave us room to decide on our own without trying to suggest one route or another. We left that evening in our brand new Santa Fe. A month later we love it and want to thank Kristoff for being so respectful and understanding of what it's like to be the customer.

I bought an Elantra at Boucher and the experience was excellent! I was greeted by several different people upon arrival. My sales person was extremely knowledgeable about the Elantra, and was a great help in selecting the specific car that fit what I was looking for. The buying process was quick and easy. I think we all have dealt with the pushy car dealer who is looking to get you into a car that day and make a quick buck. Boucher Hyundai was a refreshing change from this!!! I recently leased a new Veloster Turbo from them and truly was happy with every step of the process. I knew what I was looking for and they didn't try to sell me on anything besides what I wanted. If I did have a question about the car, warranties, lease, etc. they quickly and accurately answered my question. Its clear that all of their staff is properly trained not only in knowledge of their vehicles but also in how to make people feel comfortable and treat them with respect. Again, this was such a refreshing change from what I had experienced at many other dealers who I felt were just trying to screw me over. I HIGHLY RECOMMEND THEM!!!

I felt compelled to write a review for Boucher Hyundai because I had such a great experience! I was never "sold" on anything I didn't want. My salesperson Ryan was able to find a Veloster with all the options I wanted. The whole process was smooth and I just felt good about the whole experience. Any question I had was quickly and accurately answered. It's clear that all staff from sales people to finance are trained to know their cars and products as well as how to treat people with respect. I would definately recommend these guys to anyone looking to buy a car!!

Apparently, they hire internet sales people that can't read. Requested a quote via email only ....said ABSOLUTELY no telephone calls because my wife works third shift.....you are forced to leave a phone number BTW.... Upon receipt of my email She promptly called an woke my wife.If you have ever worked third shift you know the value of not being interrupted ...especially by a car salesman (person) ....and especially when you are trying to put some money in their pocket....No respect for the customer ...I have no respect for you!

I have nothing but great things to say about this dealership. I went in to test drive and then purchase a 2004 Honda Accord from Boucher Hyundai. I fell in love with the car and my sales rep Ryan Fitzsimmons was a BIG help with any questions that I had along the way. I cannot speak highly enough of the staff, inventory and level of customer service I received. From the time I walked through the door, I was treated with the highest level of respect and friendliness. I was initially greeted by the Sales Manager, Bill Ederer, who listened to what I was looking for in a pre-owned car. Bill put me in the hands of his associate, Mike Rapport, who asked some more questions about what exactly I needed and wanted in a car and showed me two options. Mike and I took both cars for a test drive and Mike was extremely knowledgeable about the pros and cons of each car. I was extremely impressed with Mike's frank honesty; he gave me the information I requested and never pushed me in one direction or another. When I asked him point blank which car he would choose for his family, he recommended the less expensive car and gave me several reasons why he would choose that one. Back at the dealership, Mike and I were again greeted by Bill, who wanted to check with me to make sure that Mike was answering all of my questions. I considered my options and went with the car Mike recommended. Mike introduced me to Shad Shimmons, who handled the financing of my car. Shad was equal to Bill and Mike's professionalism and friendliness. We spoke frankly about price and there was no haggling. I truly believe that I could not have gotten a better deal anywhere. There were no tricks pulled, no "I need to check with my manager before I can give you this good of a deal," it was a simple, honest conversation. We discussed warranties and options; Shad presented all of the choices I had, what they would cost and what benefit I would receive. I always get edgy when talking money with people, but Shad laid everything out for me and let me make my choice. I was so impressed with my treatment and the inventory at Boucher that my family will continue to get our vehicles from them. My apprehension for buying a used car is completely gone and I have already received two emails from Mike asking how I'm enjoying my car. I will recommend Boucher to anyone looking to buy a used car, as I know that they will be treated as well as I was.

I bought a demo from Boucher. I negotiated a price of 16795. They shook my hand and we moved forward to signing the paperwork. When the paperwork arrived the price was 16985. On top of this the rotors were warped. They wanted to grind them down, but I insisted on new rotors on a new car. They told me they would take my warped rotors and swap them out with another new car on the lot. When it came down to it, a higher up got wind of it and said this was not an option, so new rotors were ordered, but this kind of shady dealings is exactly why car sales gets a bad name

Ryan Fitzsimmons warmly greeted us at the door. We had sent an internet note about stopping to look at the Santa Fe. My wife immediately said that the Santa Fe was too big, we then switched to talking about the Tucson. Ryan was very knowledgeable about the vehicle and Hundai and the Boucher Dealership. We told Ryan what options we were looking for and he found us a car with an acceptable price, trade in value was acceptable the first time. We were impressed with the straight forward, no game playing and in a very short time frame we purchase our new Tucson. We absolutely love it. Ended up purchasing a 2010 Elantra from Pam. Once we made the decision to buy, that's when the problems started. We agreed to buy at 7pm, Chris (self described 'paper pusher') came out and kept trying to convince us to finance with them, though we had been pre-approved from our bank at an acceptable rate to us. He then disappeared into his office for over an hour until I got up and went looking for him, at which point he invited us into the office to do paperwork. We told Pam during the hour wait, that we would be out in Waukesha for appointments that morning, and we would be to the dealership at 11am sharp as I had to be to work by noon. We pulled into the lot the next morning after signing the paperwork at 11am to find the car didn't even have the plates put on yet. Once that was finally completed, Pam finally comes in while working with another customer, and gives us one set of keys and tells us we should come back on Monday to retrieve the other set of keys as they had been inter-officed from a dealership a block down. We live 30 miles away and we said we wanted both sets before we left, it took over 1.5 hours for them to find the keys and get them into our hands, all while leaving us to stand in the showroom getting more aggravated. I then get into the car to find that, unlike any other dealership I've bought from, they did not fill the tank of gas for us. Overall for the disrespect we received from Chris on Friday night when we kept refusing their financing, to the lackadaisical attitude about finding our keys the next day, I would not recommend purchasing, unless it was from Mark (who we didn't realize worked there til after the fact).

Dale was very matter of fact and to the point. No games and very easy to work with. I love my new Elantra, and originally was going to buy from another dealer, until I read the online reviews. Boucher has outstanding reviews and very satisfied customers, and that made my final decision. Would I recommend Boucher Hyundai? ABSOLUTELY!! Not only Boucher, but work with Pam and Dale! Big Kuddos to them and when I have a friend or relative looking, or when I am ready for another car, I will go to Boucher and Pam. They have aquired a new lifetime customer! I was totally impressed with the great customer service I received from Dino Echeverria - I have never had anyone take the time to thoroughly explain how to use all the devices in my new car. Not only did he explain how to use them but said I should call him if I had any issues with anything. He also did a followup call within a few days to see if I had any questions. I stopped in at Boucher a couple of months ago to start the process of replacing our 10 year old Santa Fe. I was getting started by visiting 4 dealerships. I gave each our criteria and waited to see how things progressed. We weren't in a hurry. Of the 4 dealerships, 3 in Wauk. Co. 1 in Milw. county, only Mark followed up as we asked. He stayed in touch with us via e mail as requested and helped refine the search until we found a used Santa Fe that would fill our needs. We did price shop and found Boucher to be competitive. Mark is outstanding to work with. Hopefully the service team will give the same level of care and concern that Mark does as we move ahead.(I gave the price a 4 as I always feel cars are too expensive.)

Showed up looking for a 2013 Hyundai Genesis Coupe. They are extremely difficult car to get ahold of, but the searched the entire Midwest region and found/traded for one in a few hundred miles away. Had the car there waiting for me in a day. Finished up all the paperwork and drove off in my shiny new Hyundai! The staff was all great and so easy to work with and will not go to any of those other Hyundai dealerships (other dealership made it seem like I was asking for miracles)

Do not shop there or any Boucher dealership. I had the worst car buying experience ever shopping at Boucher Hyundai. I bought a 2005 Jeep Grand Cherokee there. So I found the Jeep online I was really interested so I went up there after work the next day. Now mind you I called the day before set up an appointment to do a test drive. So the next day after work drive up get there asked for Ryan or aka skippy. He comes out says hey got the jeep cleane up ready to go all we have to do is the paper work. I was like woah hold on buddy I wanna go for a test drive. On the test drive I noticed some issues with the truck and informed him that I wanted everything fixed and was okay no problem. So I took his word. So I went to go and do all the paper work and had them make an I owe you list of parts. I ought this Jeep at the end of May and now it's July 8th still have no parts. Also after I did all the paper work I was transferring all my stuff into the Jeep and Ryan only hands me one key for the Jeep. I was like we're a the the other key and he was like there is only one. I wold him you know it would have been nice to have know about this before I purchased the vehicle. He was like I'll see what I can do about getting another key. So I let a few days go by for him to come up with another key. So I contacted him asking about the key and he said I'm screwed they only had one key for me. So then five minutes later their loan officer guy calls and says hey I lost some paper work for my loan ad he said he was going to mail me the paper work and I was like okay. So I told him I was going to resign anything until I received another key. So he hangs up on me like an immature business man would do. So long story short I have been trying to call the dealership to get my parts that they owe me and I'm not able to thru to any of them. I wouldn't recommend shopping at any Boucher dealership they do not care about their customers and it obviously shows.

My mother was out from Florida and she wanted to buy me a new car. We had stopped in on Tuesday evening about 8:45, 15 minutes before close. I drove a Sante fe Hyundai and the next morning Derek followed up with me about 2 hours before she was ready to get on a plane to go back. I told him I wasnt totally into the car and he within an hour was at my house with a upgraded model and gave it to us for the same price as the basic. i was thrilled with the house visit and the willingness to go for the same prioce with no back and forth on pricing. it was the easiest sale I had been through.

Fawn took the time up-front to determine the color combination and options that we were looking for, and kept us informed about incoming shipments and pricing. I actually thought that we would be buying from a dealer in Illinois, who was a couple of hundred dollars less expensive, and supposedly had the car we wanted. I say supposedly, because, as it turns out, they didn't. I found out the day before I was to pick it up that, not only did they not have the car, they didn't know when they would. Since Fawn had kept me up-to-date on Boucher's inventory, I called her the next morning, confirmed that they still had the car we wanted, worked out the price (it didn't take much, since their initial price was quite competitive), and picked it up the next business day. At the dealership, she took the time to explain everything about the car to my wife and I, and the buying process went smoothly. In the end, we got the exact car we wanted, and, by the way, at a better bottom line price than anyone else had quoted. We found the dealership in general, and Fawn in particular, to be knowledgeable, straight forward, and fair. I would highly recommend Boucher Hyundai to anyone in the market for a new car.

The experience I had buying my new Elantra was overall a very good one, however I was not pleased with the time it took to complete the process when I went to pick up the vehicle. I did have an appointment time for which I was prompt. I was waiting due to another customer being served at the same time which was not great for me. I don't feel a walk in client should be ahead of a client with an appointment.

Wife took our car in during her lunch break for an oil change, and was told we were due for a tire rotation. She agreed to have that done also. She was then badgered repeatedly to have expensive, unnecessary maintenance done on the car. She told them three times she wasn't interested. She told the service advisor Brian she just wanted the oil change and tire rotation and needed to get back to work. He told her they would give her a loaner car while they did all the work. She declined, but he wouldn't stop and told her she needed the fuel injectors cleaned...it was the recommended maintenance. She finally broke down. The final bill was $150 for an oil change, tire rotation, and fuel injector service on a car that has 18000. I am sure they are in the clear legally since my wife signed the paperwork to have the work done, but talk about shady business practices. A gentleman came in while my wife was waiting and they tried to pitch him on the same services. He told them no once, and that was the end of it. I called the service manager three times the same day, and could never get a hold of him to complain. He either was on the phone, and never returned my calls. Watch out...they prey on women.

Wife went in for a oil change and tire rotation. The service advisor Brian pressured her into doing the "recommended" 15000 maintenance. My wife told him no two or three times, but to make a long story short. She ended up paying an extra $100 to clean the fuel injectors on a car that has 18000 miles. They take advantage of women and people who don't understand cars or what maintenance is required. I called the service manager and he won't return my calls. I will not be doing anymore business with Boucher.

The factory [Ford] finance officer said; e never seen that comment before in the 16 years of doing financing and being a finance officer. Seems to me I would have been and I am just the kind of customer Boucher would have wanted, perfect credit, conservative driver, clean record and interested in the Veloster and Elantra, but for neglect and indifference on responding to my inquiries. This was my first new car buying experience. It went okay, but definitely wasn't perfect. My major worries and concerns came when I started dealing with the business manager and the final paperwork. As with any dealership, they will try to get you to add on more warranties and coverage on your vehicle. However,I didn't like their approach and it made me feel very uncomfortable. I don't like the feeling that someone is trying to take advantage of me or tricking me into something. I felt very pressured! I also had an issue with the length of time it took to find the various offers from lenders. Two days? After contacting my personal bank, I found out that it takes maybe 30 mins to check all of the banks the dealer works with. The financing part was not handled the best way possible. At that point I felt uneasy about getting my car from there and made me question if I was even dealing with an honest dealer. (Up until the finance part, I felt very comfortable there.) I felt obligated to answer my Hyundai survey with only 10's. Even if I didn't like the experience with the finance person. I have to say, I hope my next car buying experience goes a little smoother. Now I know what to expect to encounter and be prepared for it. Despite my issues with the finance person, I like the dealership overall. It was a nice atmosphere and I felt more at ease than a different dealer I had just been to. If you do go to this dealer, I would recommend working with Fawn through internet sales. She's nice, personable and knowledgeable. Fawn made me feel very comfortable.

Mike Rapport was professional, attentive, personable, and knowledgeable from the moment I arrived until I drove out in my new, 2012 Elantra two days later. Having to replace a car after an accident is stressful at best. I really appreciate how Mike and the Boucher Hyundai team made the process smooth and easy -- and I actually purchased the actual car I had hoped to find. Love the car! Another thing I really appreciate is that the dealership doesn't put any stupid stickers on the car. The dealership license plate holder is fine and less tacky. While shopping around I was confronted with every kind of sales approach you could imagine. 1970's style confrontational sales in pin-stripe suits; young hip on the front end, old school negotiation and finance in the back; or sleaze level bait and switch tactics, pushing whatever is in inventory. You name it....that is until I went to Boucher. My sales consultant Fawn actually listened and was able to find exactly what I was looking for within the budget I had established. At no point was there a sales push. In fact it was quite the opposite. There was a palpable sense that I was in control of my own destiny! Imagine that. They also offered to bring a vehicle to my workplace or home for a test drive (nice sales approach!)Now let's face it, purchasing a car can be a frustrating process, and you have to tolerate the attempt to sell extended warranties and additional services at each step of the process. However, the process at Boucher was smooth and straight forward. I had my own financing however they were able to find a more aggressive rate. Highly recommended! Ask for Fawn!

Pamela Gorlen( Sales consultant) is very friendly and patient enough to work with us and to answer all the questions. The entire experience is good.But my experience with Finance department is not good. I have very good credit score and i know i can get 0% APR. But as there is a deal for 1.99% APR from the dealer, I thought I will definitely get that. But I was offered 4.6% APR initially and when i questioned why didn't I get 1.99% then he tried to get me 2.99%. He told me that I can't get 1.9% APR on my one Credit score, I have to combine with my wife's credit score. Come on, it is not a house loan, just a small auto loan. Also he is not patient enough to explain things. He tried to sell me dealers maintenance packages even though I am not interested in any of the packages. I think if we are not knowledge enough and strong enough, there is possibility that you might end up with high APR.Overall, I recommend this dealership, but finance somewhere on your own.

I was very satisifed with the way I was treated. No pressure sales at all just simple questions and answers given and I was on my way to a new auto. It was just a whime that I stopped to look at the Sonata's and Monday I was driving away. This type of customer service could be used in many other companies. Working with Boucher Hyundai was a wonderful experience. I took full advantage of the internet sales department (Ryan and Laura) and they went above and beyond for me. I was happy with the price they gave me for my trade, and I was also pleased with the competitive price I paid for my "new" used car. Sales manager Woody was great, too! Never felt pressured at all. I was pressured at other dealerships in the area and that turned me off. Just a great experience. Would definitely do business with Boucher Hyundai again! :)

Of course I wanted to shop around for the best deal, and after doing extensive research and visiting/contacting other dealers, Boucher Hyundai offered the best price and the best service. They were also very fair in my trade. Working with Ryan and Laura from the internet department made things simple. I had numerous questions which I emailed to Ryan/Laura, and they got back to me in a timely manner with questions answered thoroughly. Doing my entire purchase basically online (I live 2-1/2 hours away from the dealership, and was only there once for a very short time, just enough time to test drive my new car) was a great experience!

Extremely disappointed with Boucher Hyundai. I purchased a 2005 Acura MDX from Ryan. I live a couple hundred miles away and asked him to check for any sort or rust. I show up with a one-way rental car and there was rust bubbling on the hood. I spoke with the sales manager and he kept saying "Well, it is a used vehicle." The point was that I asked Ryan and he said there was none. The sales manager finally assured me that I could get it fixed for a ridiculously low price and would cut me a check for that amount. As I had guessed, it was three times what the sales manager had said it would cost in my home town. Best part about this, I never received the check and I have attempted to contact Ryan Fitzsimmons twice. While there my service could be discribed as "distracted." It appeared they had several other things to do than to help me. The one positive is that I got a decent price on the vehicle. That in no way makes up for being lied to.

I purchased my new 2012 Elantra Limited from Boucher Hyundai of Waukesha. Given the color and options I selected the car had to be ordered from the factory. Throughout the process the dealer kept me informed of the status and what to expect next. When the car arrived the closure process was very good. They went over the car and options at a great level of detail. Overall the whole process from start to finish went very smoothly.

I know that he has to try and get me to buy extra stuff but I really did not feel presured or required to buy anything. Overall, the best experience I have ever had. Not sure why they tried to pull a fast one one me? Guess they though because I was a woman and was in need of a car immediately I would pay $620.00 more than the price in the email they quoted me? Firstly being a woman it sucks buying a car with cheats like this and they seem to be everywhere. Beware of their low phony quotes.

I am pleased to say that my husband and I had very wonderful experience when purchasing our car from Boucher Hyundai. Our salesperson, Fawn Delany, was very helpful with every aspect of the sale. She was friendly,accomodating, and NOT pushy! We were both quite impressed about how knowledgable Fawn was about all of the makes of the Hyundai vehicles.We were very pleased with the "mint" condition that the Santa Fe was in when it was delivered to us.We have already recommended Boucher Hyundai to others.

I have been coming to Boucher group for past 9 years. I recently bought 3 hyundai's from Boucher Hyundai and had an absolutely PERFECT experience. I have bought a 06 sonata, 11 sonata and 07 Santa fe. I always dealt with Mike Balsewicz who is by far the best salesmen I have ever dealt with. I have sent him 8 referrals and all of them have purchased from Mike and Boucher Hyundai. Any of you reading this, please give Boucher a try and ask personally for Mike. Also as far as the service department, they are top notch as well. I walk in and they address me by first name before approaching the counter, fast and friendly service! Lastly, Boucher Hyundai had the best prices compared to other hyundai's dealers but you get fast, friendly service which the majority can NOT match! Thanks!

Found my dream sports car there and traveled several hundred miles to get it. Buy a used car out of state is a little scary, but Boucher helped put my mind at ease as much as they could. Only think I didn't like was having to pay up front for the repair on the A/C. Understand that they didn't want to put the money into repairing it if they didn't have a sale guaranteed, but they could have just upped the asking price of the car if I didn't end up getting it. It all worked out in the end as I was happy with the price and very happy with the condition of the car. They picked my family up from the train station on the day of the purchase and were very accommodating during the sale. If I lived in the are, and were in the market for a Hyundai, I'd definitely check them out.

Derek was terrific to work with, friendly, no pressure, explained everything to me, even let me drive his personal vehicle as the dealership didn't have an Elantra in stock that I could drive. When it came time to pick up the car, he came in on his day off to make sure I was being taken care of and was satisfied with my car. The only thing I wish I'd done was to have checked car loan prices on my own before I went in. I was expecting incentivized manufacturer financing, but it wasn't available at the time of delivery for my car, something I didn't know before I went in.

I had to laugh about the last reviewer saying they had to take their car back a second time and had long waits, same with me but worse. Our 2010 Sonata was pulling bad to the left so I had my wife bring it in plus it was due for an oil change (we have a prepaid dealership plan - BIG mistake!!). Not sure if they really looked at anything and just said it needed an alignment. When I got it back I noticed it was now missing a valve stem cap. Also on our service plan all oil changes are prepaid, yet we were charged some fee. I called and talked to the manger of the service department and he did not seem to care too much, never a sorry or anything ever, really complacent on the phone. He said to come in and they would give me a refund of the (prepaid plan's) oil change fee and a valve stem cap. I asked him to mail it as we don't live close. A week later I had not yet received my refund nor the valve stem cap in the mail. However, it still pulled to the left. So I scheduled another appointment for the next week. That weekend I got a valve stem cap in the mail but no refund. It costs us time and money to keep coming back. So I had my wife bring it back again, this time they had her wait over an hour past her appointment time. They gave her a paper about the alignment pretty much saying there is nothing wrong. I had her ask about the refund as they did not take care of it yet. It was still pulling left on the freeway (don't they test these before after they finish the job?) I looked at the front tire and saw a screw head in it. After getting it taken out and plugged and air in it, it now drives straight. Did I even really need the front end alignment? Between this experience and the fact when we first bought the car new off the lot from them, the driver's seat belt did not latch right and it took several weeks for them to get the replacement latch and fix it. Being a brand new car, they should have taken a seat belt latch off one on the lot. Imaging making someone who just spent $21,000.00+ at your business be required for a few weeks risk their life (and break the law) driving without a working seat belt? I can clearly remember having to drape it over my shoulder hoping the cops won't stop me and give me a ticket and how extremely annoying the repeated ding-ding-ding of the seat belt reminder was, especially on our trip up north for 4 hours each way!Since then they have redone their service department and it appears to be be run much, much better, and I think it is a new manager. Unfortunately I had to deal with what I did! Some people are nice there and some are just complacent, I guess the same as with any business however there is no excuse with their complacency about the seat belt fiasco!. In this service economy world that costs them customers and referrals.

Not impressed at all, especially when I had to wait so long past my scheduled appointment time but even worse it was the second time back as it was not fixed right he first time. Glad it was under warranty. Next time I will buy my new car else where.
