The staff was very helpful and kind. I work odd hours and was having issues calling to set up an appointment during working hours so they worked with me via a mix of text and voicemail. They got everything squared away so that I could just drop off my vehicle overnight and get it in the morning.

Highly recommend!! After being with the same dealer for over 20 years, I came Bournival!! Couldn’t ask for better people to deal with!! They go out of their way help you! Service has been excellent!!!

So my display completely died in our 2018 jeep compass, (55k miles). And I called this dealership to get it fixed, while he admitted that it's a common problem with this model he insisted it was not under warranty. I have had this vehicles for just over a year and already I can't use any of the navigation system, audio, or backup camera options that I paid for when I bought the vehicle. The screen itself with install was quoted near 4000 dollars. Super disappointed with this brand, dealership, and car.
