Me and my wife where in the market to purchase an F150 and just happen to stop in at Bozard to look at their used inventory, as others had recommened the dealership. In that process, we felt very welcomed by Mike Mitchell as he never made us feel pressured in buying anything but what we desired, with our budget in mind. He took extra time to show and explain all the trucks currently instock with no hassle to test drive anyone we wanted. There were very nice trucks there, but lacked a color we wanted. Mike took our info and said he would be able to find us a truck, just to give him time. Within 2 weeks Mike called us with a truck that had just been traded, although the truck was a couple of years older and a few extra miles than what we wanted, I came and looked at the truck. All I have to say is we bought the truck, spent $10K less than our budget and love the truck. The truck never even got listed before Mike thought to call and ask if we'd be interested. Thank you Mike Mitchell/Bozard Ford for blessing me and my family with such a great experience purchasing a vehicle!

I purchased the maintenance program at the time of my lease. I called for an appointment and was taken on time, service completed within an hour. I did not have to pay for anything at this time. The service staff was professional and knowledgeable.We went to speak with Tanya, as always she was friendly and eager to help. Had car done they looked up my points and made sure I was given credit for discounts that I was unaware that I was qualified. They could have done better job on giving me quote for future work it was buried in current work papers and even when I asked for breakdown of cost of brakes, drums,rotors, calipers parts etc it was not forth coming so I could comparison shop.They did a good job and I have recommend to others for oil changes.

I recently had my Lincoln MKZ in for "auto-butlering" and also to look over a few scratches to determine if they could be buffed out or needed repainting at a body shop. Sharyl Brewer always takes the best care of all my concerns and she did it again - love the service and special treatment I get from you. Annie couldn't be nicer and we determined I needed a body shop to take care of the scratches.And of course, with a "auto-butlering" crew did their usual wonderful job.

Hello. I recently came to your dealership for the Auto Butler service. The service was very good, but after I got home, I noticed several deep, vertical indentations on the bumper below the headlight on the driver side. These indentations were not there previously. I am the sole driver of this car and I would have known if I hit something. The vertical indentations look like something was pressed forcefully against that part of my car resulting in the mark. Each mark is deep and is easily seen. I do recommend your service center, but I do it with a degree of reservation.

This was my FIRST PLEASUREABLE car buying experience ever!!!! Buying a car is a big investment and so many times I felt pressured by salesman not this time. From the moment I walked in, everyone there was so attentive and friendly! I went in for the Lincoln Luxury Date Night Experience, and I will definitely be going back when it's time for me to get another vehicle (probably within the next year). We bought a truck at Bozard today. I filled out a form online asking about a vehicle to see if it was still available. It was and Zach gave us a call to inform us. On our way out there, he called to let us know it had sold but he had other comparables if we're interested. We thought, what the heck? Off to look we went! We were graciously greeted by a team member who went to get Zach. The entire time, he asked reasonable questions and was very well informed about what we were looking at. There was never any pressure and he let us make the moves. There was actually only one truck that hit our wants. We went inside and he showed us kbb versus their numbers on both their vehicle and our trade in. It was all comparable. We worked with several different people there and were treated wonderfully by each. They also were incredibly kind and patient with our six year old. The precious young lady at the front desk was AWESOME with him! We are incredibly grateful for a non-pressured experience. We were allowed to take our time deciding and each question answered. Zach G and the team were amazing! We are super thankful for an easy experience that didn't take all day long!

It was informative and enjoyable learning about the 2017 Lincoln MKZ. Tanya Tomanek is very knowledgeable regarding all the features of this car. Being able to take the Lincoln for a drive and experiencing the handling and all the amenities this car has to offer will be very helpful when making a decision about this car being my next car. Mary Lata deserves 10 stars out of 5! Not only did Mary effortlessly handle my 60,000 mile service but my Auto Butler service also. She went beyond what I expected by making sure all my new email and snail mail addresses were updated on the Bozard site but on the Auto Butler site as well. I had numerous service advisors in the past and all were good; however, I feel Mary just went beyond what was expected of her.She also gave me her secret bug removal method which I'll keep as our secret. If you need to know - one will have to ask Mary for her secret.

John and the whole staff are the best I've dealt with. Honest, and on-point throughout the entire process. This is without question the most hassle free car buying experience I have ever had. On 10/18/16 i was at work in jax and the door will not latch. on 10/19/16 i brought the car to the service department. As i walked through the door Marcia Nelson asked me how can she help me. I explain the situation and she took immediately action. She was able to set me up with a vehicle to get me to worked. she said the situation was an emergency matter. On 10/20/16 to my surprise Marcia called me to say they fix the problem and i could pick up my car. I have to say Marcia was very professional with her approach. She was courtesy, politeness, respectful and really took care of me. I have to say she was magnificence and amazing worker dedicated to her job. Her customer service is great and a very friendly person. She created some magic to get my car so quickly, i know this type of problems takes weeks to fix but she did it in one day. THANK YOU MARCIA NELSON YOU ARE THE BEST!!!!!!!!!

My husband and I just recently did the Lincoln date night experience through Bozard Lincoln Ford. Tonya Tomanek was the lovely lady that headed everything up for us. Any time I had a question or schedule change I immediately received Tonya on the other end of the phone, not an answering machine, and she would quickly do anything that I needed. The date night at Michael's Tasting Room was A+!And the brand new Lincoln MKX we received for an full 24 hours was top notch! I worked with Jeremy Criscione and Patrick Robertson on the purchase and Erik Shipley on the financing. The purchase experience was fair and honest. I feel I got a fair deal on my trade and a good deal on the purchase of the new vehicle. There was a little hiccup with finding the second key, but once it was found, it was overnighted to me and all is good. There was one small issue with the financing that I wasn't aware of until I reviewed my paperwork after I got home. When we were talking about the financing, I was told that I was going to be getting the 30000 mile maintenance plan. I thought this was going to be included in the purchase price of the vehicle. A sort of "free-be" if you will. Due to my own ignorance, I didn't realize, in the excitement of purchasing the new truck, that I signed the paperwork authorizing the "purchase" of the maintenance plan. In hind sight, its not a big deal because I probably would have purchased it anyway. I just miss understood during the negotiation process. I have no one but myself to blame seeing I signed the agreement during the financing process. This small issue has not in any way deterred me from giving my experience a 5 star rating. I had bought my last 2 F-150's from Duval Ford and gave them the first opportunity but the deal I received at Bozard was better even if it was a 45 minute drive from where I live. When I need service or plan to purchase a new Ford, I will shop Bozard Ford first. So far, the new F-150 has exceeded all my expectations.

In a world where promises are often made just to get you in the showroom and expectation as seldom met, my experience with Ryan was nothing short of outstanding. Ryan was professional and respectful but moreover Ryan did what he said he would do. No BS or jerking me around. This is the best car buying experience I've ever had. The people were very helpful during the purchase of my 2016 Lincoln MKX. I started out with internet sales and they transferred my inquiry to a sales person that I had previously dealt with in leasing an MKC. My sales person Cowboy Andre Banchi and I emailed, texted, and called each other until I was satisfied with my purchase. Operations Manager Tom Krell was involved in the process as well and he joined in our conversations during the process. I wanted to make sure everything was right and I asked many questions and made several offers on the MKX. Tom and Cowboy were patient with me and gave me their best deal possible. My wife and I then dealt with Business Manager Rick Garcia. Rick was very pleasant and extremely knowledgeable about different maintenance programs. It did not take that long to do the paperwork and Rick got the financing through our credit union at a very low interest rate. We then dealt wit Concierge Manager Tanya Tomanek. Tanya is very sweet and nice and set us up with a date night where the dealer pays for our dinner. She also went over features of the car.Lastly, I wanted extra tinting on my windows and a water stain removed from the windshield and Tom Krell took care of that for us and furnished a loaner vehicle for our use.

After deciding on the vehicle I would be purchasing, I shopped locally first then via internet to surrounding states. Looking for the best price, I expanded to Florida area since I had reservations for fall break there in October. Bozard had a 1-owner, clean carfax vehicle of my choice. The website provided excellent photos from every possible angle. I worked with Zach via phone who was so polite to provide answers to every question I asked. Since I was unfamiliar with the dealership (I live in KY), he referred me to the ratings and guaranteed a pleasant and safe buying experience even though I had never visited the dealership in person. When transportation proved to be an issue due to travel time, he offered to have the vehicle delivered to the beachfront condo where we were spending the week. Great deal on used vehicle and customer service to boot!! Excellent communication during purchase process and on delivery day. All paperwork clearly marked with highlighter where my signature was needed thanks for Rick in finance. Thank you Zach and Bozard Ford for an awesome ride back to the Bluegrass State!!

I recently was looking for a new or newer vehicle that would handle the workload of day to day driving of kids back and forth to school, to work, and vacations as well. I have three kids so i needed something with 3rd row seating but was not big and bulky but was good on gas mileage. I searched high and low for that one vehicle that would fit my familys needs as well as my own. When I say I looked high and low I searched from Tampa to Orlando and beyond and online as well. I had already purchased two vehicles from Bozard Ford but really did not want to make that drive again but I could not find anything close to me. So I called Mr. Mike Mitchell of Bozard and told him what i was wanting and looking for. Without hesitation, He went straight to work to find me the vehicle of my dreams. Within a week or so he gave me a call back with a couple of choices so it was off to St. Augustine once again. When we walked through the doors of Bozard Ford Mr. Mitchell greeted us with a smile and asked how we were and if we were ready to get to work we test drove a couple different vehicles and fell in love with the 2013 Mazda CX-9. It was just what we were looking for sporty and classy yet not big and bulky with everything that we were looking for and more. So we got to work on it. The price and warranty they offered was just simply irresistible and could not be passed up. We came home with it! Let me just say one thing we have tried many other dealers and Bozard Ford blows the competition out of the water, with that being said their sales people such as Mike Mitchell as well as the finance manager, J.C. Went in to get my truck serviced and to look into a new vehicle for my wife. First off we bought our first Bozard Ford from Lee Brewer and couldn't of had a more relaxed experience. Unfortunately when we came in (we are from out of town) Lee wasn't there so we dealt with Zach Hewitt. He was a very easy going and knowledgeable salesman. Lee showed up later and was a great advocate for us as repeat customers. We decided to ask about some numbers and John Mott helped explain everything in detail and was very reasonable with our counter offer. When it was time to wrap up the sale we were lucky enough to have Ryan Shapiro again for our financing. He is one of our favorite people there, extremely organized man. When it was all said and done got my truck from the service department. Have dealt with them a few times and Colby Clarke is one of the most thorough, hard working guys. Bozard is a team of all stars in ALL departments. We will definitely continue to purchased vehicles from this dealer!

I have been a customer with Bozard Ford since 2000. We have purchased close to 10 vehicles from Bozard and have always been happy. I had the absolute Pleasure of dealing with Mike Mitchell. Mike is a fantastic guy and a great sales man. My mother helped me co-sign on my 2016 F-150 since I am only 18yro, and haven't established very much credit. To give you a little back story my mother is a 25 year Law Enforcement Retiree and has servered 20+ years in the United States Air Force, She is still currently serving and is leaving on orders for an extended time soon. I have never seen a salesman have as much respect for my mother as I have with Mike the past few days. I had quoted out other brands and they could not compare to what Bozard Ford's Mike Mitchell and the entire finance department offered. Bozard is 85 miles from where I live, and I will make the trip back to them for my next ford. We have bought about 10 new cars or trucks in the last 20 years. We have never seen a dealer like this. They made us feel like we were return buyers that have come to them over and over. Everyone we dealt with bent over backwards for us when the truck we ordered came in with some issues. I've been looking for a new car for a few months now. Bozards website was very easy to navigate through and inquire about a vehicle . Due to my busy work schedule it makes it difficult to look at a vehicle . Patrick at bozard was a great help and very knowledgeable. It was a convince to be able to communicate through text message to get set up to look at a car. The Ford Taurus I wanted to look At was ready to go once I got there and Patrick was very helpful in the test drive and the trade in of my truck . I have owned a lot of used and new vehicles and this was probably the quickest and easiest buying experience I've ever had . Ryan got me through financing in a quick and timely manner, he helped me with options and set me up with a great extended warranty . In 2013 I purchased a new Ford Escape from Luis Crespo at Bozard Ford in St. Augustine, FL. Luis was outstanding at helping me find the perfect vehicle to fit my needs and wants at that time. Everything he assisted me with, from the sales experience to working with the finance manager, was very fast, easy and an enjoyable experience. Needless to say, when it came time to consider purchasing a company vehicle for my business in 2016, I knew I wanted Luis to assist me with that transaction as well. And once again, he not only met my expectations, but surpassed them. The purchase of my new 2016 Ford Transit Connect for my window covering business was so simple and fun. Luis takes the time to ask all the right questions to understand exactly what vehicle will suit you best. Once I decided on the Transit Connect, he located a vehicle with all the features and in the color I was looking for. And, when it arrived at the lot I was pleasantly surprised to see that it had navigation built in to the stereo system. It also had a beautiful large glass roof on it, which is perfect here in sunny Florida. He did all this and managed to stay in the budget I had discussed with him. I purchased my 2013 Edge brand new from Bozard and in the span of 3 yrs I have had 4 batteries. Each time the battery was replaced by the Ford dealership the first time was approx. 10-12 months after I purchased the vehicle and they assumed it was just a bad battery and I was ok with that these things happen. The next time the battery lasted a little longer maybe 15-18 months took it to Bozard and stressed this would be the 3rd battery in a little more than 2 yrs there had to be something more going on. They look at it for less than 15 minutes and came back with No just another bad battery and replaced it. Here I am back again 17-18 months later same thing battery is bad but this time I had a technician who actually reads the service bulletins and he identified a problem that Ford has known about for several years. The previous technicians either didn't bother to check the bulletins or chose to ignore them and now my car is out of warranty and I have to foot the bill for the repair. Needless to say I just had them replace the battery for free and will look at my options but it won't be taking it back there to pay for the repair. Sad thing is my family has purchased 5 Fords in the last 10 years and I was looking at trading in for a new vehicle next year looks like I may need to rethink they type of replacement. Extremely disappointed in this experience although I was impressed with the courteously and concern of the technician who felt bad that the issue wasn't recognized previously.

John Ramirez is a great salesman who did his best and was apologetic to the issues I had but he couldn't change anything .I didn't like the Ping Pong versus comfortable seating and clear paths , Misleading and what I consider belittling financing tactics . I call John Ramirez into the office to lessen the nonsense but I was just ready to accept because I knew I could get it refinanced if I chose. My first review was not taken as genuine concerns but looked upon as I am the one with the issue . Why do I need to drive 60 miles round trip when there are 4 Ford dealers much closer. In the past my dealings with Bozard were straight forward and honest so the seating didn't bother me too much. After this experience your just like all the rest . I feel for John who might not get my sale in the future because of experience outside Johns control . I was told if I don't give a five the salesman takes the hit so that's why you get a five but to be honest John Ramirez might be your only reason I come back. You cannot get mad at me being honest, I am the customer .

All too often a survey is only addressed when a customer has a negative experience. Well in my case, it's just the contrary and I wanted to make sure that the proper parties get recognized for their exceptional service. I purchased a set of headlights and recently had the parts department at Bozard install them for me. Greg,Cody, and Jayson together helped to point out some options for me regarding the bulbs that had come with my new headlights. Ultimately, I did not use the included bulbs and I'm glad that I didn't. I then purchased a different type of bulb and was told that it could be installed for me at no charge. I then arrived at Bozard and was greatly promptly and nicely by Greg again. I had originally set up a 2pm appointment, but I was able to get there early. I didn't even have to wait before I was then greeted by Billy whom helped me continue with my headlight venture. It was soon after this that we were able to realize that the new bulbs that's I had purchased would not work without a large amount of modifying. Billy then so kinda removed both of my headlights and re-installed my original headlights for me, mind you in longs pants and 90 degree heat. Billy smiled and assured me over and over that it was okay, with me full heartedly knowing that he's now working this hard because of my negligence. At the end of the day, I was able to have my original headlights re-installed for me and as a result of the guidance and help, avoid a costly, quite possibly dangerous result had I tried to embark on my headlight fiasco alone. In ending, I just wanted to make it very well known, that it's customer service like this that has spawned my family and myself to be proud owners of now 8 vehicles from Bozard Ford. Thank you once again.

Having purchased my Lincoln MKX at Bozard, I must say that their sales team is wonderful. We special ordered it, knowing that we wanted certain features offered by Lincoln for 2016. However, we have had issues with the service department from the very beginning. Issues include: cooled seats (which initially the service dept. said was working as intended), the headlamp system (again, initially brushed off by the service dept. saying they couldn't duplicate the message that displayed on the dash - even though I had a picture that included the mileage), the environment module, the warning system for impacts, the headrest came apart, the pillar covering was coming off, window felt was not on correctly and was bunched up; and all this on a car with less than 5500 miles. As stated, the service dept. denied that there was anything wrong with the seat not cooling. It took me showing them how a working seat felt when on cool before they took the car (had it for 2 weeks as they eventually also finally realized that the headlamp system was flashing error codes). They did replace the entire headlamp system as directed by Lincoln. Seat still not working properly, but at that point I took the car from Bozard. I then took it to a different dealership that actually fixed the seat.Upon my request, my husband and I met with head of service and a member of management while I listened to them tell me how to adjust the non-working seat to get the maximum cooling that Lincoln intended. It has been in the shop for the headlamp system again, and parts were ordered for the headrest, pillar and window. We had to leave town before all of the parts even came in, the parts were on order for 2 weeks. One of the parts that came in and was supposedly replaced, still looks exactly the way it looked before being replaced. Marcia Nelson, our service rep, is kind, understanding and has always done her best to make things right. But it has to be difficult for her to constantly cover for an inadequately performing service department. As much as the issues are Lincoln issues, the service to repair and/or replace parts is what I am having a hard time with at Bozard. To be told that issues are not really issues, and to be told that repairs were made when they weren't, just doesn't seem professional.

I was in the market or a pre-owned car and wound up at Bozard Ford Lincoln and I'll never go anywhere else. The experience was perfect...high quality cars, fairly priced. The process was flawless...I drove the car for 20 minutes, agreed on pricing and terms in 10 minutes and financing was completed in 30. One hour from start to happy owner! Well done!

I dropped of my car Thursday at 3 p.m. to get my car fixed. I was told that they could possibly squeeze me in that day, but I said no worries, I can pick it up tomorrow around 2. They told me that they would service my car and that it should be fixed by noon on Friday. The next day, I went in at 3- 24 hours after dropping it off- and the car still wasn't serviced yet. I waited until 4/5, and it was done. The wait is unacceptable.

My husband & I had been to several different dealerships and were mostly annoyed by the people that approached us. We're bottom line, pretty straight forward and really don't like being pressured. I can find a vehicle anywhere we look, according to my husband - so we knew there were plenty of options out there. We worked with Zach and he was wonderful. Easy to talk to, he listened, didn't even remotely push us. I'm pretty sure that if Zach had been like others we had been approached by elsewhere - that we would've left not having purchased yesterday. But we actually wanted to make it work so he could close his day with a sale. We feel like we got a very fair price on a like new vehicle that will work for us for many years. I will without doubt refer anyone I know that's looking, to Zach. And when my husband looks to buy a truck in the next few months, Zach's who we're calling. Oh and in fairness, Rick handled our financing and he did a great job for us, too!

Rear dome light on my new explorer would not go off. I drove to the dealership with no appointment.. I initially went to the quick lane as I am used to dealing with them. They checked for a setting problem and then sent me to Marsha. Marsha was able to get my vehicle in fairly quickly and they found and corrected the problem. I have used a Bozard for service on my 2004 explorer since I moved to st Augustine in 2010. The great service I have received during this time is why I purchased my new explorer from them. I even received a "free" hug card from Marsha

JUST ONE LITTLE ISSUE. MY TRANSIT REAR WINDSHIELD WIPER BLADES TEAR OFF IN THE CARWASH SO THEY TAPE THEM IN PLACE WITH TAPE. AFTER THE CARWASH THEY REMOVE THE TAPE BUT FAIL TO REMOVE THE RESIDUAL ADHESIVE FROM THE TAPE FROM MY WINDOWS. IF YOU COULD SOMEHOW MAKE THE ADHESIVE REMOVAL PART OF YOUR SERVICE THAT WOULD BE "THE ICEING ON THE CAKE!" THANKS MIKE FARA

Getting my 2010 F150 serviced is not a recreational activity. I don't go to the Ford dealership to have fun. When I drove up to the dealership, I had no intention of buying anything. Truth be told I had been wanting to buy a MKZ for two years but I kept making excuses. When the 2017 model came out with the redesigned front end, I knew I couldn't make any more excuses. Mike Mitchell walked toward me, spoke to me and we began to converse. I explained that I was interested in the 2017 MKZ model but hadn't seen the one I wanted yet. He asked me what I was looking for and he had one that met my needs. After doing the numbers with him and his sales manager, I was totally sold but since I was closing on a house, I had to wait one more week to pick it up. I put a down payment to hold it and came back one week later to finish the deal. This was the easiest, painless car deal I've ever had and I thank Mike, Tom, Ryan and the Bozard Ford team for taking great care of me. I've already told my friends of Mike's easy going attitude and his belief that the car sells itself! I've bought many Fords but this is my first Lincoln and I am so glad I did! Outstanding luxury with a sporty feel!

I looked for months till i found Bozard Ford. I live in Lakeland Florida and work for the City of Lakeland Parks and Recreation department. I also have small lawn businesses on the side so I was in need of a decent truck that would get me to and from work and to my side yards as well and a vacation here and there. When I walked into Bozard Ford Mr. Mitchell was the first salesman to approach me. He was very helpful and pleasant right from the start. We sat down for a few so I could tell him what I was looking for and in need of. He then went looking through his list of used trucks and came upon a couple of different ones and proceeded to show them to me and my fiance when he finally got to the 2013 Nissan Frontier Pro 4X it was just what I was looking for. We then went back inside and started the negotiations. We got the price right where we were comfortable at. We had to wait for a few moments until a finance manager became available. So while we waited Mr. Mitchell made us feel right at home brought us drinks and snacks and then asked me if wanted to play a little ping pong and I said sure why not. So in all honesty we probably played for about 15 or 20 minutes and it was finally our turn with a finance manager. We did the paperwork and I was on my way with the best truck I have personally ever owned. Bozard Ford is the best dealership I have ever been to hands down and would send anybody there for there next vehicle purchase also Mr. Mike Mitchell was also hands down the best and most honest and most courteous salesman I have ever dealt with. So once again ROCK ON BOZARD FORD AND ROCK ON MIKE MITCHELL!!!!

I went to Bozard Ford just to "look" at F150's. The sales team was very courteous and professional. I dealt with John Mott and was impressed with the way he/Bozard approached the buying process. I never felt pressured or harassed to make a purchase. I did purchase a used F150 King Ranch on that first visit. I had visited several dealerships in the Jacksonville, Fl area prior to visiting Bozard Ford. I highly recommend Bozard for any purchase or service work for anyone looking for a vehicle in the area of northeast Florida. The manager Adam Williams was also a pleasure to deal with during the buying process.

The service was quick and great except that I was told that I needed to get my Fuel enjectors cleaned. The problem now is my gas millage around town has dropped from 19 to 16 MPG. I thought that it should improve if anything. So I am faced with having to make a long trip with worse MPG to look forward to. I will check back with you when I return from Branson, MO.

Very disappointing experience. Will not do business with Bozard again. If I could give them a ZERO, I would.Never have received what was promised by Wilson and Scheff. I also caught AJ ,the finance guy, playing games with my interest rate on my loan. Bozard is nothing more than a numbers dealer. Get them in, sell them a car and get them out the door. No follow up or delivery on promises.

Loved the ease of setting up an appointment with the service department via the website--including scheduling courtesy car service--which, by the way was skillfully delivered by Christian. On arrival a gentlemen greeted and guided the way to a waiting service writer, Alex, who promptly completed the check in, securing contact information and relaying eta of the scheduled service. At Quick Lane, A/c issue and they gave me the result, went ahead and they changed it to cabin filter and not the a/c compressor this time. Said the issue fixed because vent was clogged. My VW dealer had replaced cabin filter months ago. The a/c issue still there and has not resolved. Paid 150 plus 75 dollars for nothing.

It was time for an oil change and rotation on my Infiniti QX56. I always dread going anywhere for service of any kind. You never know what it's going to end up costing. Stuart was able to provid me with a very detailed overview of the trucks condition. There were no high pressure sales. With only a few things to keep in mind for next visit. Estimates in hand. The compass on my 2014 has never worked. I have reported everytime I go in for my routine service, but it is never addressed or repaired. This time they told me to find a large area to drive it in slow circles, and that might do it. They also said if it didn't work I would have to take it to the shop across the street to have it repaired, and there would be a charge. I find this unacceptable as it has never worked, and they know it. I bought this car brand new and have had to deal with this, it seems like they would take more pride in the products they sale. Very disappointed.I can't complete the bottom of who helped me because they did not introduce herself to me.

I picked up some trash in a tire and was leaking air. I swung by the tire shop without first making an appointment. The young lady (don't know the name) at the desk was very friendly and helpful. She ordered the tire I needed and shortly thereafter, the tire was replaced and I was back on the road. So far, I have nothing but good things to say about Bozard Ford.

When our car stalled out and we lost ac in 95 degree heat, we were fortunately close to Bozard. Luckily, we were able to limp the car into the service dept. Marcia saw us (obviously overheated and exhausted) and rushed to get us water and a seat under the air conditioning. She then came to us to get the information about our car. She was able to get car car right in for inspection. She took care of us and truly was concerned for us. They had to order parts and informed us that the repairs would take several days. She also had a rental car waiting for (at no cost to us). We had the use of a shiny new Lincoln MKX for however long we needed it. After four days, she called us to tell us that our car was ready. They fixed the ac and found and replaced a leaky power steering hose. All of this was under warranty. Her true concern for us and helpfulness was much appreciated. Thank you.

When was the last time you had fun purchasing a vehicle? For my wife and I it's been 30 years! John Ramirez was our sales rep. He "listened" to our needs and we were on a first name only basis during our first visit. He explained the differences between the models we were interested in and we went for several test drives in different SUV's. No pressure, no BS. We gave our last name when we got serious 2 days later. Imagine that? All we received was a business card from him on the first visit. No demands for drivers license, or e-mail address. He found us the exact vehicle that would fit our needs and worked hard to give us the best price possible. Imagine a custom ping pong table in the middle of the showroom floor! Customers and salesmen playing. Employees offering water, cookies and popcorn? Yes, it really happened. Even a few employees taking a break to play live music. Uh huh. Even the dreaded "finance manager" usually stiff as a board. Not here! "JC" was helpful and had a great sense of humor. He explained everything and didn't push extra insurance packages on us. He just told us about them and allowed us to make up our own mind as to what we felt we needed. Outstanding! I could go on and on. Visit them. You won't be disappointed! We're both 60 and thought we'd seen it all.

Tom Reinard and Frank Serverius have again proven themselves AND Bozard Ford, and have contributed to our decision to be customers and friends for life. We purchased a "like new" 2012 Chrysler 300 (The Carfax provided prior to our purchase showed it had been impeccably maintained prior to trade-in) to replace the 2011 Ford Fusion we had previously purchased from Frank (but which was unfortunately totaled due to a rear-end collision). On Sunday, Aug 21, about 1:30 pm, we were preparing to return to St. Augustine from Atlanta. Our car showed a "Battery Saver Mode" message, then all indicator lights flickered, and then the car died completely.Stuck in the Georgia Tech - Tech Square parking lot, I had no idea how we would proceed. I expected an "I'm sorry that happened- I'm not sure how we can help from here" answer when I called Bozard. Instead, upon speaking to Tom (whom I had never met), I was told that this was easy- we would work together to get the car to a dealer for repair (Bozard would- and did) pay for all repairs. Also, as it was imperative we return to St. Augustine that day, they would pay (and did- by way of reimbursement as Enterprise was not able to accept a credit card over the phone) for a rental for as long as we needed it. He also offered to pay any towing costs, but we had that covered by insurance.Tom called the Chrysler dealership in Marietta and learned that their service department and rental desks were closed, but he confirmed that they could take care of the repair for him. While waiting for the tow-truck I was able to arrange and pickup the rental. We followed the car to the dealership, left it in their lot, and returned to St. Augustine. That was the only contact we had with the dealership. Tom and Frank handled all communication with the Atlanta area dealer. That included paying the almost $900 invoice for a new alternator and battery. AND, Bozard arranged to have the car brought back to St. Augustine for us. On Friday afternoon I returned the rental to the Enterprise location on site at Bozard and picked up our car. We have purchased two used vehicles from Frank in the past two years or so. When the opportunity arises there is absolutely no question that we will return to "our dealership"- Bozard Ford.

Service dept. is the best! Broke down at 100 in the afternoon, towed to service at around 230. Nathan indicated there wasn't a loaner back until after 6pm. Let me know he'd do a diagnostic as soon as the tech finished up on another vehicle. They replaced a part and out the door around 530. Awesome service!!!

Went in for simple service which ended up taking 2.5 hours for oil change. Once I picked up my truck there was so much oil and grease on the steering wheel and door I had to have someone come out and clean it and my hands before leaving. I tried to speak to Ed Roberts first but he failed to call me back

Bozard ford went above and beyond what they were required to do. I purchased an 2006 F-350 4x4 as is Three months ago and have had a few issues and the latest lost turbocharger and they took care of it. You don't find dealerships like that anymore. My family were on vacation in St. Augustine last week. We had just sold my wife's car to a college student in need of a car; and so we decided to just take a look while in Florida at SUV'S. My wife had done much research on SUV's and after dropping by the Bozard Dealership and communicating with their salesperson, Daniel Stone, we were prompted to go back and continue looking. Daniel Stone met with us on 3 occasions that week showing us various SUV's. Everytime we changed our thinking and wanted to see a different color or make between a Ford or Lincoln, Daniel was very accommodating and very kind. He was extremely cordial, considerate, and understanding that we were on vacation and needed time to consider our options. I purchased my Lincoln MKZ at Bozard. They treated us like family from the start. I serviced my new car a few days ago because my front right tire blew out. The service was great. I was impressed when I got in my car that they had completely cleaned and vacuumed my car. When I got home I took a closer look at my tire replacement and was disappointed that my wheel had rubber tire marks from the blow out. I was disappointed that the service man didn't take the time to clean the wheel. Other than that, they did a terrific job.

I took my 2015 Lincoln MKZ in for service as well as several warranted items that needed to be checked and corrected.I was greeted warmly and they took my car back for service right away. I was offered a "loner" vehicle but I declined since I had come prepared for a long wait. My car was ready far sooner than I had expected and all the items appear to have been taken care of within that time.Marcia was very courteous and asked several questions to be sure she understood my problems before sending the car back to the mechanic.

Wow, what else can I say The sales team was great. They met all my expectations when looking for options with my specific requirements. I called for service on a Friday a.m. after our vehicle barely got home, having stalled and then had no power whatsoever.My service rep, Jeff Sparks ,said that even though they had a bag log from the previous day to bring it in so that he could see what could be done.The problem was identified as a Throttle Control gone bad (car had only 7600 miles), and they were able to correct the problem and get the car back by early afternoon.I am pretty happy with this kind of response for an emergency situation and I thank Jeff for his successful efforts to get us rolling again.

Everyone at the dealership was willing to go out of their way to help. Not just with my wife and myself, but that way with everyone that walked through the door. Listened to what we wanted and needed and actually worked on that instead of pushing us on something else that would be "easier" for them. They make you feel like you are important and not just another sales number walking through the door. Many of the salesman even helped entertain our son and interact with him. That shows their "family" views.

I was pleased with the space and accomodations, cookies, water, popcorn etc. while waiting. I would give 4 1/2 stars but it wasn't an option. The strike was for taking quite a bit of time before realizing that it was a simple fix and needed to be done elsewhere because it was a proprietary install of a part (wiring harness trailer from U-Haul) that Ford could not provide or fix for me. I would have liked them to have figured that out sooner so that I could have been on my way. The Ping Pong was an Awesome past time! I more than likely will come back v. my current Jacksonville Avenues Ford Dealer for service.

This was my second time to buy a car from Bozard. The second time was as easy as the first. Very professional group of employees and very friendly. They are definitely a dealer above the rest. Henry Rowe was outstanding, he kept in touch, provided updates and advice and was the consumate professional. However the used car guy who valued my trade in was not reasonable; after initially low balling my trade in value I was forced to go to Carmax, who provide an offer of $3000 highher. After providing documentaion of the Carmax offer, he refused to match and still came in $1200 short. So instead of 1 stop shopping, i had to go to Carmax to trade in my vehicle; just a lot of wasted time and energy..............

After buying many cars over a 60 year period I have to say this was the most pleasant buying experience ever. The staff were the most informed about their product that I have ever encountered and their happy attitude showed that they truly enjoyed their job. Of course they are there to sell cars but I also felt they wanted me to be pleased and confident with my decision. Carlos seemed to know exactly what I was looking for and when it came to signing all the paperwork Rick was extremely helpful with explaining all the fine points of the extended warranties that are available on a pre-owned vehicle. The staff at Bozard Ford was amazing!! I was in the market for an F-150 for about 3 months. I had done all my research and knew the exact make and model truck I was looking for. I had had received quotes from several dealerships and all were in about the same price range. I was a little upside down in my current vehicle and nobody seemed to be able to work with me. I was told by a friend to visit Bozard, so I went and browsed the lot for a while. In doing so I went on their website and found the truck I was looking for ( by the way LARGE INVENTORY!) I walked inside and was greeted by Luis Crespo! Luis was awesome! Never at all was he pushy! I showed him the truck I was looking for, explained my situation, and they let me take the truck home to show the wife. We came back the next day and made the deal! Luis and the sales manager George worked with us to get the truck we were looking for for thousands cheaper than anywhere else! And the Finance manager Erick was great too!!! All the employees are very laid back and really care about customer service! Thank you Bozard Ford and company!!! FYI.. I live in Middleburg and drove over an hour to our new truck! Worth the drive!! I did not like my experience in leasing the new Lincoln. I put down My 2015 Jeep Cherokee and leased the Lincoln. I really wanted to buy the new car. I feel with the amount of the trade in I could have gotten a 5 or 6 year loan with little or no interest(I have excellent credit) and have the same payments I now have instead of leasing. Then when I came for a trade in I would still have equity. Now I won't have any equity. I will know better next time. I do love the new Lincoln. I would have liked to get a 2017 instead of the 2016. All the Bozard employees treat us well.

Called Marcia at 9;15am about a battery issue on a 2014 Explorer that is still under warranty. Marcia said to bring it in and they could look at it by 11:30am. Found a dead cell in battery and even replaced a windshield washer pump that was acting up according to the codes. Great service as always!!

Louis Crespo was patient, helpful and low pressure. He met with me several times and showed me a number of different models with no high pressure to decide before I was ready. I came in to have my car's AC checked out which had a repair that was still in warranty. However I had been told that my extended warranty on the vehicle had expired, It was not, according to my paperwork which I brought with me to this service. Crystal went out of her way to assist me in getting this straightened out and called me at home today to let me know that the issue had been resolved and corrected. She went out of her way to be a customer advocate and I so appreciated the personal call instead of jus a letter from the dealership.

on Friday we bought a 2016 f 350 drw on the way home the transmition went out I called them Saturday morning ford road side sent a tow truck said they were going to take it to jc lewis in savannah they said it would be a week before they could check it I called rick Garcia he said no it its coming back to us they paid the tow truck to take it back to them. rick called me and said if it is not something simple they would get us another truck, rick and Jeremy called us Monday and said they had another truck waiting for us they also filled my old 350 up with fuel they also put the ball in the back to hook up a goose neck trailer the price of that is close to 300 dollars at no charge to me and mr. clark told us to go and have a nice dinner and he would pay for it. from the time we walked in the door and told them what we wanted we were treated great. we are hotshot drivers they new how important the truck is to us. Update to review. The dealership went above and beyond to compensate for a bad car buying experience. I feel confident we won't have arepeat experience. We know know who to work with and who to avoid.Greeted quickly. We picked out the car we wanted within 30 minutes, another 4 hours later and we were finally able to leave with the car after the place had closed. Received an extreme amount of pressure from finance guy to buy add-ons even after repeatedly telling him we weren't interested. He was unpleasant and we received full on pressure. We got more of a pressure sales pitch from the finance guy than the car salesman. Later, the Finance Manager was very apologetic and tried to worked things out. However you can't undo a bad experience. Taking 4 hours for financing is just poor customer service. So as it turns out upon reviewing all the paperwork (that we weren't given time to review before we signed and told it was unnecessary and even gave me a hard time for wanting to) ...... the add-ons are the issue. He insinuated that he had lowered the cost of the warranty and service package. He only extended the loan from 60 months to 77 months. Even though I told him many times I wanted to know what the prices where, he refused to give them to me. He kept sidetracking us. He knew I was in pain (just had back surgery a couple of weeks prior and tired). We were told by the salesman that they were waiving the $699 dealer fee as an incentive but we were charged for that anyway. It's now labeled as "Other Aftermarket". We still haven't received an explanation what that charge was for. Clearly we were taken! The car salesman was very nice but inexperienced. We were told he should have gone over the car but it was so late he only showed us a couple of things. He also didn't tell us that we could get the car washed for free. We were never told the Quick service was were we where to go for routine service. What else didn't he tell us?!?!? Do we have to find out everything on our own? The excuse that he is new is a very poor excuse! He should have been trained better than that. He had several hours to make sure we were told everything. He kept going back and forth to the sales manager enough times during our conversations. Clearly the sales manager didn't do his job. So far service has been ok. Another issue....we got window tinting installed and one window has a bubble. More time wasted to get that fixed next week. So far we haven't experienced the positive side of the dealership. We will not buy from them again. If you do, make sure you get the figures the salesman quotes you in writing and make sure you don't work with Rick Garcia in finance. We were shafted, no doubt about that!!!!! And yes I did request to speak to the general manager and was assured that he would call me after his lunch break. He never called. Only the finance manager did. Seems the general manager should know what we went through. If this is the way they do business we will certainly never do business with them again. Once they fix the window tint, we will be taking our car to another dealership for service as well. Each person we spoke to spoke very negatively about the other Ford dealerships in the area. From what we experience, the other dealerships can only be better. It will be interesting to see if the dealership allows this post on their site. I bet they don't. I've only seen good reviews. Something strange there!

I was just looking at the possibility of trading a vehicle that I was way upside down on. They listened to what I wanted and immediately brought up the perfect truck. Eric went way out of his way to find the best financing. I went from 22% interest rate on a 2011 with 83,000 miles on it to a new F150 Quad cab. My payment stayed real close to what I was paying . And I am only paying only 6.5% and it only extended my payment by 12 months. I live near Daytona Beach but it was really worth the trip.

I love Quick Lane. It's always a pleasant experience. There's plenty to do while waiting... Comfortable chairs, a large screen television, plenty of magazines, cold water or coffee, nice people to talk with, and a short walk to the outlet mall ( my weakness). This recent experience with Stuart was no exception. In no time, I received a call that my car was ready and walked back to find a clean and shiny car all finished and ready to go. I had been giving serious thought about buying a newer, larger vehicle than the one I had been in for the last two and a half years (also purchased from Bozard as was the one before that and so on going back to three generations in my family). My wife contacted Pat and he had us come out to look at a couple of options. Nothing really worked that first day but he promised to keep an eye out for something that met my requirements, A few days later, and after the birth of a second child two weeks previously, my wife and I decided that we needed to upgrade her vehicle to something with more space as well. I found a gorgeous Ford Edge online and contacted Pat to see if we could come take a look. We did, she fell in love with it at first sight, and we went inside to run some numbers. While Pat and the team were taking care of some details to ensure she could ride away in the Edge, I happened to look online and found a pristine Jeep Grand Cherokee. Long story short, my wife and I both drove away in our new vehicles a couple hours later. It's been four days now and we are both absolutely positive that they are the best vehicles that either of us have ever owned and that this was without a doubt the absolute best car-buying experience that we have ever had. Patrick was so accommodating that he stayed late while we got the financing in order and even played table tennis with our eight year old son while A.J. did his thing. For the record, Mr. A.J. Miller is a financing wizard. This is the second interaction that I've enjoyed with him and I cannot praise his effort, professionalism, and know-how enough. He made a typically stressful part of the process completely painless. I cannot recommend Patrick and A.J. enough, and do so without reservation. While we did not deal with him directly, Tom Reinard was the man behind the curtain, so to speak, and he ultimately made the deals happen, and he did so quickly. He ran numbers and gave us options that we would not have considered otherwise. While we both went with our initial choices, his efforts were greatly appreciated.

I bought a new f350 from Bozard Ford and would do it again. Hats off and a big thank you to Carlos Gibbs and A J Miller for making my new purchase the best ever. I did a lot of research online before driving the 142 miles to Bozard. They had the biggest selection and best price of Trucks (and Cars) of anyone within the 500 mile radius I searched. This dealership was the exception to the rule. There was NO pressure or making the consumer feel bad or inferior and NO lying and playing games. The sales team who helped me, Buddy Price and Lee Brewer, and the financial team made it so much better than any other experience I have had (and being a tad over 55 I have purchase a few vehicles in my time) . I went from a horrid experience at a local Nissan dealer the day before. The salesman at the Nissan dealer never even asked me if I wanted to test drive the Rogue I was looking at. He had NO problems bumping up the price with this charge and that charge ADDING over 3-4 thousand to the cost of the vehicle. He said they were all charges that they add on every sale. I walked out. The next day I went to Bozard. I had called ahead and talked with Buddy-I just told him 'afternoon' not a specific time. When I got there he was with a customer so he gave me to a team partner, Lee Brewer. These guys worked together to make sure I had EVERYTHING I needed. I wanted a Ford Escape and after test driving it, I was sold. They helped me with inventory and getting me as much bang for my buck. They researched every 'incentive' AND gave me top dollar on my trade. Bottom line...I went to Bozard on Friday afternoon and drove off in my new 2017 Ford Escape SE the next afternoon. I am SO happy with the experience, the personnel, the price and MY NEW ESCAPE. Thanks Lee and Buddy! (hey, you guys need new pics..remember I'm a photographer!) My family was met at the door everytime we visited, with a warm smile and a handshake (Awesome). We were not IGNORED! We asked to look at several vehicles and within 4 minutes the keys to those cars were in hand (Awesome). A/C unit was blowing through defrost vents. took it to Bozard, first they thought it was the control head and it was not. then they said it was the evaporator core door was broken. wanted to charge me over $1100.00 to fix. took their diagnoses to another dealer, they replaced the cover charging me $846.00. that did not fix the problem. took it back to Bozard and spoke with the Service Manager, he told me it was the core cover door. the service guy also told me it was the core cover door that was broken. took the vehicle to a shop specializing in fords. they told me it was a broken door but not the evaporator core cover door. vehicle finally fixed at another cost of over $900.00. wouldn't by a toy vehicle from them and will never take a vehicle back to them. I will say that Marcia in service was very polite and helpful to the point that she could.

There is only one word to describe my experience with my purchase today. Awesome. From the moment I met Mike Mitchell, I knew I was in good hands. We took a test drive in what would be later my new car, and he knew instantly what he needed to do. And AJ, what can I say about this guy? Saw an F-150 on line that I was interested in & via emails, texts, & calls, I put a $500. hold on it until I could get there a few days later. I had an 07 V8 Explorer XLT with 45k below average mileage & an 09 Ranger 4 cylinder, 5-spd manual with 30k below average mileage to trade in. I keep all my vehicles well maintained. They insulted me by offering me 2/3 of the trade in value of my vehicles. Their number was so high, I wasn't going to waste my time with them. I asked for my keys back multiple times before I finally got them returned to me. Have received texts & voicemails since from them to try to get my business. Ain't happening.

Over the past 11 years, I have purchased 5 vehicles from Bozard for either myself or other family members. So when my daughter needed a new car, it was only natural to choose to go to Bozard. This was a first time experience for her having a vehicle in her name. This 6th transaction with Bozard was by far the best experience ever in the past 11 years thanks to Rick Garcia and Mike Mitchell. Mike is definitely top notch when it comes to sales. My daughter drove quite a few cars before deciding on THE one and he was so very patient, friendly and knowledgeable throughout the entire process. Rick was amazing throughout an out of the ordinary lending experience. His vast knowledge in the area of lending definitely was a huge advantage. He took the time to explain each step to my daughter. I purchased a 2016 F-150 Lariat and the process couldn't have been more simple and fast. Luis Crespo was a pleasure to deal with and could not be more accommodating. In fact he even let me take a New F 150 home the night before I decided to purchase because I wanted to show my wife and family a particular color and get a feel for the truck. Luis did not pressure me in the least bit to buy from Bozards. The Financing of my vehicle was conducted through AJ Miller and we had told him that we had a limited time to get through the financing portion and he expedited the whole process and made the transaction short and easy. I was impressed with both Luis and AJ. They were both very knowledgeable and professional.

My wife was preparing to leave the house for work when she discovered that her 2013 Ford Edge would not start. I immediately called Ford roadside assistance and help arrived within the hour. The vehicle was given a jump start and next was driven to Bozard Ford. Upon arrival I made contact contact with Marcia Nelson who appeared very busy. Marcia quickly stopped what she was doing and came to my aid writing up the work order. Marcia immediately gave a price on a replacement battery and assigned a technician to diagnose the problem with the Edge. In less than 2 hours my wife was on her way to work with a new battery installed. Marcia is a great asset to the Dealership. We love Bozard Ford !!

Boat hooked up, my 2015 F-150 full of groceries, milk, meats ect. When the "check engine light" comes on. Pulled into service department at Bozard Ford of St. Augustine Fl., explained my problem to Marcia Nelsen, she basically dropped what she was doing (& she was busy !!!), went and got Curtis Weatherford who took his computer to my truck and diagnosed a tube assembly failure. He then checked inventory to make sure they had the part, they did and he worked on it immediately, as this happened Miss Nelson took my groceries, put them in a refrigerator ! AWESOME, within 2 hours I was heading for the water. AWESOME. BEST automobile experience EVER. Thank You so much.

I purchased my first car from Bozard and my experience was amazing. The staff is so friendly and pleasant! There were a few items that needed to be fixed on the car in order for it to be exactly as I wanted it and they kept up with me until the job was complete and did it all with a smile. I have never been anywhere where everyone treated you with respect. You would think having to go back to a dealership a few times for things would be aggravating but they made it so efficient and easy. Even the guys who smile at you in service area and opens the door for you. Excellent customer service! When I consider buying another car, I will consider just going there first because the service was so good and it is even a drive for me as I live in Orange Park. I recently had to bring my 2016 Explorer in due to it overheating while using the front and rear air. I called Bozard while on 95 in front of the dealership. They were having phone line issues so I called Daniel Stone my salesman for help. It was 5:58 and the service department closed at 6:00. He met me at the service department with Nathan Dippy. Nathan took all of my info on my issue. Daniel made sure I had a loaner car to drive. Nathan kept us informed on the service of my car. They had my car for two days. Very impressed with my first service trip to Bozard. Had an issue with my Mustang's AC and Jeff Sparks and team did a great job diagnosing and repairing. Customer service was tremendous. When you walk in the door you are greeted by several very friendly people....asking how they can help, do you need water, etc. Amazing how noticeable the difference is when comparing Bozard to other local Ford service departments. Here they are happy to see you. Not the "oh no, how is this guy going to bug me" look you get elsewhere. Well done!!

They are incredible and we are so thankful that we chose to get our Lincoln from Bozard Lincoln . We had our first service and because they didn't have a loaner they loaned us the courtesy car plus a date night at The Tasting Room in St. Augustine ? We had a three course meal plus a wine pairing plus a parking space. All complimentary! Also they make you feel like family and everyone in the service department was fantastic! I was looking for another Mustang, I had traded my 2011 Mustang in a couple of years ago for a Tundra Platinum pickup truck and had been missing the sports car in my life. I had never previously done business with Bozard Ford-Lincoln however after doing some inventory research at ford.com they had the model with the options I was looking for in stock.Luis met me at the door, he was very nice, not pushy at all, just listened to what I wanted to accomplish. He was handed a pretty good deal because I knew going in exactly what my plan was and I had already done research on the vehicles I was interested in. I told him that I wanted to look at a particular 2016 Mustang GT they had on the lot and that I also needed to have some sort of 4-door truck for the occasional hardware store run and when I needed to take more than one person in the car with me. The only requirement was that it was black, nice enough to take people to dinner in and we needed to keep both cars within the same price range as my Tundra I was trading in.While I was test driving the Mustang Luis went through their used inventory of trucks, the one I had seen online had already been sold so he brought out a 2013 Dodge Durango Crew Edition. I had been planning to purchase another pickup truck however this truck was very nice and clean, extremely spacious, had all the bells and whistles that my Tundra had and the price for both vehicles were well within the budget I had set.I worked with Ryan Shapiro on the financing, also a very pleasant man and apparently as big of a car nut as me. Ryan was very experienced and easy to work with, as is his job, he showed me several options for various maintenance packages, extended warranties, etc. but didn't push anything. I have purchased cars where it took 4 to 6 hours just to get all of the paperwork done on one car, we had both cars financed and all paperwork completed in just over an hour I think.While that was taking place Luis had taken both vehicles to the gas station for a fill up and was having them detailed. He also very kindly offered to drive one of the vehicles home with me so I could get them both at once. Overall a very nice experience, everyone at the dealership was extremely nice and helpful, they have an extensive inventory of new and used vehicles. I would definitely do business with them again.

The pre-owned automobile I owned which was a 2013 Ford focus SE, had a major problem while I and my friend Lisa were on a mini vacation in St. Augustine. We were advised to have the vehicle taken to the Ford dealership by the Firestone service center. This was because of a electronic issue with my vehicle. After waiting about 90 minutes the person who checked over my vehicle stated that I was still under warrantee by Ford, however I may have to wait 3 weeks to 3 months for a brand new part for my automobile. Well, you see I am disable and I need hand controls to operate a vehicle. Lisa, could have drove me home in a rental but it didn't have hand controls. The vehicle would have been stranded in my Mom's driveway. I had no choice but to buy a new automobile. Bryan Wilson assisted me with my purchased. Unfortunately for myself I was so stress out that I never really got a chance to look at the vehicle except at a distance. Everything was done at a fast pace, I ended up obtaining a 2016 Ford Focus SE. Bryan, enjoyed giving me a hard time because I am originally from New England. not very professional. I own a 2011 Lincoln MKZ that I purchased new at another dealer. I brought the car to Bozard for an oil change and a maintenance check on the right front for an intermittent noise. While the noise was minor, I wanted to insure the car was safe.Bozard informed me that the right front shock needed to be replaced. I agreed and had the work done; however, the noise came back. When I contacted Bozard about the noise, they took immediate action and had me bring the car back. They replaced a control arm (an expensive repair) at no cost to me.. Their service was timely and professional. Their attitude was highly professional, from the service manager on down. Some dealers would have tried to make excuses for the noise and tried to charge me, but Bozard stands behind their work - 100%. I will use Bozard exclusively for all of my service.

Thank you Marcia for getting us in quickly. I guess when the warranty was explained, it was explained that it covered the entire drive train.The clutch pedal stuck to the floor, and came up by itself. Well, I guess since the parts covered have not failed, yet, I will have to wait for the clutch or transmission to fail before submitting it again. I admire the service department, and the mechanic, Don Gress who was totally honest about everything. Im not so sure I would purchase the warranty again.

Relaxed dealership; no pressure to buy something we didn't want, or put add-on's for things that some dealers have done in the past during previous car buying experiences. Sales and finance staff I dealt with were straight-up; no games, and a pleasure to work with. We were given fair value for our trade. The Lincoln we bought needed some additional detailing; that was taken care of the next day and we were given a loaner car while this was attended to. Like most all auto manufacturers, Ford builds products worldwide. Our new Lincoln was built mostly in America with UAW members, and this is as important to me as the ratings and evaluations of the vehicle.

As always, the Colby Clarke (my service representative) exceeded my expectations and went above and beyond in every aspect of my last service appointment. My driver's seat lumbar support was broken when I purchased the used car and needed to be ordered once I brought it to their attention. Colby let me know once the part arrived and was able to schedule an appointment for me immediately. I was prepared for a 4 hour (at least) appointment, and intended to stay in the area looking at new cars, and visiting the store next door. Imagine how pleasantly surprised I was when I discovered they were able to complete my vehicle in 3 hours. They MUST have pulled my car in and went to work immediately to complete the task that well, and that quickly! It was no simple task, I'm sure. Mr. Clarke took amazing care of me and always does.I had briefly mentioned to him that the previous owner (my car is new to me, but used) was a heavy smoker and I was having trouble with getting the smell out. He asked if I would like them to help with that issue by using a citrus spray, which of course I said yes to, and it worked wonderfully. Fresh and clean smell to go along with my perfectly fixed car, and beautiful clean exterior and interior. The scent was something he went out of his way to make sure was done (he didn't have to), which made me feel wonderful because it showed how much he cared and simply wanted to make sure I was as happy with the car as I could be. Because Colby constantly surprises me with going above the call of duty, I will never take my car anywhere or TO anyone else! Colby Clarke and the rest of the Bozard Ford Lincoln family are so pleasant to deal with each time. They truly take the anxiety out of car buying and maintenance! LOVE them!!

The Service Center did a great job, it was the body shop they sent my car out to that I'm not happy with it took them a week to paint and adjust my drivers door and when I get it back you cant even put the drivers window down with out it sounding like nails on a chalk board and scrapping my window and to also see they didn't paint a spot on the door frame still down to the metal. Service and Colby are great the Body Shop not so much

I generally give Bozard high marks, but for the latest service was a different experience. I made an appointment online for two items 1) Diesel exhaust fluid is being consumed more than expected 2) Fog lights and backup lights keep blowing. As I was being checked in they said they would take care of the exhaust fluid diagnostic. However, my advisor said she would have to check with the Parts team on the fog and backup lights issue to see if they could fit me in (My truck is a Bozard built lifted F350 basically speced and built by the dealer before I purchased it.) Parts informed me I was not on their schedule and they could not fit me in. I referenced my appointment and the detail I left and the service advisor verified my appointment and details. I was told that the online appointment system is not linked to that of parts and they were full. I stated that their internal issues with their scheduling system was not my problem and that they should honor the appointment I had made. After some back and forth they agreed to fit me in and look at the lights. They found nothing wrong with the electrical system and said they would have to talk to the parts manager since the truck is a special build. I asked if they could at least replace the three burnt out fog lights and one burnt out backup light as I had a car show the next day. They said no as they don't stock replacement bulbs for these lights. So the advisor indicated he would check with the parts manager and get back to me. Over a week later and two calls from me and no response. On my next call, I again had to leave a message but this time the Parts manager did call me back. I now have to bring the truck in a second time for an issue I had already brought it in for. Also, this is at least the second time they've had to replace one of the fog light bulbs. Was not happy with service as I was there from 1 to 5:30 and did not get my main issue fixed. For the record, this is the third vehicle I have purchased from them in 3 years (F150 Raptor, Roush Stage III Mustang and now the Rockstar Edition F350). Oh, one more thing - on my last visit, the tech left a socket on the bumper and put the tailgate down denting one of the "Super Duty" chrome inserts and scratching the bumper. These were not addressed either even though the parts manager said to bring it in the have the damage fixed.

Tanya Tomanek, the Lincoln Concierge Manager, is one of the most polite and knowledgeable people I have met in the industry. She comes across with charm, grace, and the feeling that you can trust her. She exudes strength of character, and yet she is down to earth. She arranged for us to test drive an MKX overnight during a Lincoln Date Night. The MKX performed admirably. I have to tell you it was all about the seats. From the air conditoning in the seat and back to the added massage, the seats are in the top five. The only drawback to the front seating, was I have a wide bottom, and they did not fit me very well from a width perspective. I adjusted it to as flat as it would go, but I just could not get them as comfy as I would have liked.The engine gave up the RPMs and gusto when I needed it to. Otherwise, it just quietly purred along with the grace of a gazelle. The mood lighting in the doors was stellar. My wife got a real kick of it. The driver assist steering caught me off-guard a few times - it felt like someone was trying to take control of the steering, which the car-brain was, obviously.The door unlocking sequence bugged me. Sometimes when we went to get in, the passenger doors were still locked. I'm sure there was a setting for this that I could have reset. The remote start was a tremendous asset during the day -it worked admirably. The ride was smooth and tight, It felt like a sports car at times. The rear seats were roomy and comfortable according to my wife and mother, who both tested them out. They both like the back seats better than the front seats. They wanted air-conditioning in the back seats, which wasn't in this model. Hint - put air conditioned seats in the back. The other thing that bugged me was the size of the s=center console. It was so large it made ,me feel like a tube of toothpaste trying to give up its last dab for brushing.The seats were higher off the ground than a sedan, but not quite as high as a full-size SUV, which made it, from an ergonomically standpoint, easy on the core getting in and out - no plopping down into the seat or climbing up a ladder to get ready for driving.Overall, I would give the Lincoln MKX a 9 out of 10. However, I would give the staff at Board a huge 10+. My cell phone fell between the seat and console before I turned it in. Of course, I forgot about it until I got home. I called Bozard and spoke with John (an actual person an not a phone robot), who made sure my phone was recovered and waiting on me when i arrived.When I get ready to purchase, I will definitely seek out Bozard and give them first crack at earning my business. If you haven't tried date night - just do it. It may not be around much longer.

Bozard Ford Lincoln creates a no pressure atmosphere with the best customer service. Everyone was very polite and accommodating. The staff was very helpful with informing us about the features of the new Lincoln that we test drove. They checked in at all the appropriate times and did not pressure us at all. Jordan asked us questions about our current vehicles and really showed us new options that best fit our needs! It was a wonderful experience!

Purchasing my vehicle from Bozard was the best and easiest experience I have ever had when buying a vehicle. The salesman was top-notch, kind, courteous, and, most importantly, was a good listener. He was not high pressure.......he was comfortable to work with and just wanted to please the buyer. My interest began with an email, and ended with a sale. The sales staff, sales manager, finance manager.....all worked together for the good of the buyer and finalized the sale. My husband and I were out looking several days for a truck. Our last stop was at Bozard Ford. We were warmly greeted by Luis who took us around the lot showing us all of the available trucks.Luis did not pressure us to buy, only provided us with options and information.Long story short, we ended up buying a new Ford F150 for my husband and a new 2017 Escape for myself.With the help of George and Luis we also were able to trade in our 2014 Mustang that we were upside down on the value, getting us a payment for two vehicles slightly over what we were paying for one.Ryan Shapiro, the finance professional was a delight to meet. I recently visited Bozard to have my oil changed, tires rotated and possibly brakes replaced. It turned out I did need my brakes replaced. I was told to allow 2 hours for all of this services. It took longer than this to do the work. Bozard was quick to reduce the labor charge due to this. I later received a call from the dealer to inquire on the service. I explained what happened and the dealer also follow up the price reduction with a coupon for a full oil change / tire rotation service. I feel Bozard did a great job trying to satisfy the customer. I will definitely go back.

We just took our 2013 Mustang GT in for a scheduled service. They did an amazing job, and washed and vacuumed the car too. We have been to other dealerships with different cars, but Bozard Ford definitely stands out front in pole position. Marcia was our service adviser, she is so nice and goes above and beyond. The mechanic, Don Gress, also went above and beyond his duty. he came and told us our car was done and they were washing it. He said everything looks good, and anything that we needed to do in the near future.. I want to thank everyone in sales also. They remembered my wife and I, and asked how the Mustang is doing. Had a few friends buy trucks from Bozard Ford and they loved the experience. We knew what we wanted and all we needed was to drive a few to pick the right set up. We were able to drive any truck we wanted and Luis made it hassle free. They didn't have the color we wanted on the lot but after two days he found one and had it sent to Bozard for us to look at. After a quick test drive we knew it was the one we wanted and we bought it. Luis, John, Jeff and Rick all were super friendly and worked with us. If we could give these guys a higher star rating we would. The entire staff was extremely professional, courteous and never once did we feel the normal salesman pressure during our experience. First time going to Bozard plus first time buying a Lincoln which we was going to look at the SUV's but got a Lincoln MKZ which is very nice and the front "grill" has brought many comments already. Plus at night time when you go to get in it the "lighted" Lincoln sign showing-up below the two front doors really shows class.

From the moment I walked in the door I had a far different experience than the dealership I visited the previous week. Everyone at bozard was friendly, even those not part of my sale. Everyone said hi and smiled at me. That type of customer service goes a long way for me. Chase Burnett and the entire finance crew were fantastic. In May I brought my Ford Escape in for a service issue. As they usually do, they sent my car through the wash and gave it a vacuum so it would look nice before I picked it up. Well the wonderful man who takes care of all the washing for Bozard Ford, Mr. Jiles, took one look at the hard water spots on my front windshield and side mirrors and went out of his way to work on getting those off for me. When I came to pick it up he went out of his way to find me to show me how to take these spots off myself and to let me know that all is not lost for my paint job. He also was so sweet and said that he would worry about me if I were out on the road with mirrors and a windshield that looked like that and he couldn't have it. When it was all said and done, he told me to just let him know when I was bringing my car up here next and he'd work on it some more. They just don't make gentleman like this any more. I can't thank him enough for going out of his way for me. I look forward to seeing him on my next visit.

I dealt with Brian Edenfield on my purchase. I drove down from Jacksonville because their selection is amazing. The service was great from the greeter, to the finance division. Brian had me keys for a test drive quickly. After I decided to purchase the vehicle, they had it washed, filled up with gas, and waiting for my while I finished paperwork. Best part was I was preapproved by my bank but the finance guys called the back and had my interest rates dropped even lower. They saved me about $1000.

My car shopping experience was stressful and disappointing to say the least until I arrived at Bozard and began working wit Jenna and Cowboy. Cowboy was thr original person who turned me on to the F 150 and after that I was hooked. I was about to buy a used 2015 Lariat fro another facility in Apopka when I decided to swing by Bozard and check out their inventory. Cowboy was assisting aother customer but hooked me right up with Jenna. She drove me around the lot for hours letting me explore my MANY different options that would be comparable to the used F150 I was about to purchase. Throughout the entire day I neer felt rushed or pressured and never felt that I was burdoning her with the exhaustive search and continuous questions. She always answered honestly and made me feel more than welcome to continue to inquire about my options. I returned the following day and found the perfect F 150 XLT. The entire team worked with me to come up with a fair deal and then we sat down for financing. I knew this was going to be an issue as I had just recently received a pay increase and have never financed a vehicle up to this point. This along with my large student loan debt made the process quite convoluted, but Ryan worked for hours calling the credit unions and exploring my possible financing options. He always seemed honest and it was clear he was doing his best to help me drive away with the vehicle I waned. We eventually came to terms with a financing deal through Ford and I drove away a happy new F 150 owner.

Please change the posting of your hours of operation from 7 a.m. to 6:30. The other day I arrived at 6:55 to find that 10 cars had already been admitted for service. My car wasn't taken in until 7"35, and I didn't get it back until 8:10. Next time I plan to get there at 6:30 and hope to leave in 30 to 40 minutes instead of an hour and a quarter.

Excellent Team!! They showed us a team work by getting the car we wanted and much more! The first car we saw was sold from the lot, it was just a day of lingering whether we get it or not. Within an hour, they found similar vehicle in GA and when they went to pick it up, the dealer (under promise to hold that car for us) sold it to somebody else. From the pre positioning of my arrival to get my new auto John and Johnny were on point. They knew I did not have a lot of time and I was ready to make sure when I arrived everything was taken care of. When I arrived I was greated and then Johnny and I went immediatley on the test drive. It wasnt all business so it made it seem they cared about what I wanted and why I was making this purchase. They really worked with me on my trade and the final process working with Rick made it seamless. It was several weeks of negotiations but in the long run they really bent over backwards to put me in the car I wanted. My overall experience deserved a five star! Excellent Service and great future follow up as well. I definatley would recommend anyone looking for their dream car and need a dealership to make it happen!! As usual, I was able to get a appointment fairly quickly and one that would best fit my schedule. Colby was very helpful and was able to get my problem resolved as quickly as possible with the consideration that parts needed to be ordered to resolve my car problems. We had a wonderful experience from the time we stepped foot on the lot to test drive...to the completion of our paperwork in finance. Everyone was very helpful in answering questions and going the extra mile for us. Our salesman, Drew, was thorough in his explanations about the car, it's features, and most importantly, working with us to stay on budget. There was no 'high pressure' which would have terminated our visit. We actually enjoyed it! Our first experience with Board Ford was excellent. The dealership worked as a team each helping the other so that the customer felt comfortable with the car buying process. They were attentive to my needs and helping me decide on a vehicle that was safe, well priced and comfortable. My sales persons went over and above to make the best financial deal I could get. They worked as a team of for the many discounts and bonus deals Ford offers.. They answered endless questions and encouraged me to look at the cars I was considering so I would have the information needed for a choice. As a senior citizen, who has not bought a car in 11yrs, they just helped me so much get comfortable with all the high tech items that make the escape so easy to drive and give the owner a deep sense of safety, without compromising on looks or space. I was coming out of a much bigger car and was concerned that it would be an adjustment, but Jena helped me through all the nooks and crannies and benefits of this very comfortable, beautiful 2017 Ford escape. With CrystalCARE there are no brochures, no deductibles and it is absolutely free. After visiting three Ford Dealers in Jacksonville area, Bozard Ford Lincoln was a far better experience. After doing weeks of research online, looking at the vehicle of interest at different dealers and having a friend with the same vehicle we were interested in purchasing, Bozard sales person (Cowboy) was very informed about the vehicle (telling us the difference between each type vehicle with no BS attached). I had a 10am appointment for an oil change. Dropped car off at 10am, was told it would take 1 hour. Came back after 1130am, car was still parked outside and had not been worked on. I talked to management about that. Next day I receive an email stating I had missed my appointment ... ????? I have a feeling our car was just forgotten about. The tech had that "deer in the headlights" look when he saw us walk in and quickly escaped to the back area before we could talk to him. Took less than 15 mins to change oil, check all fluids and rotate tires, I have been told it takes longer than 15 mins to accomplish all that. I have been a Huge fan of Bozard Ford for over ten years. My last two experiences at the service department have been abysmal. The most recent experience at the Quick Lube took 2 hours for a simple oil change (actually 124minutes) and I had an appointment. The staff seemed preoccupied. My service writer seemed overwhelmed while another service writer was on with personal phone calls and the cashier was eating chips and joking around with the mechanics. There was clearly a lack of supervision. After seeing my frustration an older gentlemen got involved and closed out my ticket finally getting me out. The time before I dropped off my truck and was told that in addition to brakes, new battery and an oil change I needed about $1000.00 worth of front end repair. That seemed odd for a 4 year old F350 that had less than 40,000 miles and used only as a highway driver. When I took it to another front end specialist they showed me that everything in the front end was "like new" and needed nothing.My opinion of Bozard has changed. Last week I decided to buy a Jeep Grand Cherokee in lieu of an Explorer from another dealer and if I upgrade to a new F 450 in the fall I will probably shop elsewhere.

They sent me over to the quick service center as I was in between maintenance services. I had an appointment and they took me in immediately upon arriving, did a 21 point check and had me out in one hour. All personnel I encountered were very courteous and professional. After working with our local dealership in Daytona Beach and others in the Orlando area, I was giving up on honesty and professionalism in the car business. When I received the email and phone call from Johnny Mott of Bozard Ford I shook my head and thought here we go again. Johnny was very courteous and seemed helpful initially like all of the others. I told him exactly what we needed and the price we could afford. Johnny got right to work. Even though he had the next day off, he insisted I call him with any questions or concerns. He teamed up with the internet director John Moon. John called me inquiring about our trade and exact budget. Very quickly he somehow made the deal work! Where the other dealerships scoffed at the trade value we were looking for, John Moon took our needs seriously and called me with great news that he was confident we were going to buy our new Ford Explorer from Bozard Ford. We made the 1 hour drive up interstate 95 to St. augustine yesterday. We were met with handshakes and smiles by all. The whole buying experience was very smooth and to my surprise enjoyable. In the back of my mind I was waiting for someone to say that the deal was going to cost more than anticipated. Never happened. They were true to their word. They explained everything clearly all the way throug the Ford financing process. By the way, Eric Shiply in finance, was just as courtious and professional. He zipped right through the paper signing process explaining everthing along the way. So, to close, I am 60 years old and have purchased many cars in my life. I have never taken the time to review a dealership before. Was passing through the lot and sales representative Mike Mitchell was standing on the curb, I pulled up to him and said "this is great, curbside service, I'd like to look at this truck" and showed him my cell phone. In a matter of a few minutes we were in the F250 truck driving down the road. The truck was perfect for my needs and Mike took the time to explain all the options the F250 had. Next was a dinner break for the misses and I. We supplied Mike with all the proper information while we went and ate a late lunch. Back from lunch and some good negotiateing and we were off to complete the paper work with Rick Garcia "Business Manager". Rick is a fast, attention to detail and all around nice guy, he had all the paper ready to go. We where in and out in under 45 minutes. Once all the paperwork was complete Mike was standing there to escort us to our new truck. While we in with Rick, Mike took the time to ensure the truck was detailed and all fluids including fuel had been topped off. Mike asked us to stop by the next day (this whole deal took place late Sunday afternoon) and he had a little gift for us from the accessory shop. What a great guy.I tend to buy a new vehicle every 2-3 years and I can see myself going back to Bozard Ford and Mike Mitchell along with confidentially recommending my friends and family their.

Bozard Ford has secured me as a customer. I am not a fan of car dealerships or pushy sales individuals. I was about to purchase a vehicle from another dealer, but at the last minute I did one last Internet search and came across a newer in better condition version of the same model for less. I did my carfax research. I researched the dealership. I gave them a call, spoke with Buddy Price and let know what I wanted and needed. Keep in mind I had been test driving with local dealerships and do quite a bit of homework to ensure I didn't get a bad deal. As a female independently purchasing her first vehicle, I was skeptical of everyone. Long story short, by the end of the day I had my 2010 Chrysler town and Country Touring minivan in my driveway. Buddy and Ryan took excellent care of my. They made it an unbelievably simple and pleasant process. Buddy even drove the new vehicle and hour and a half to my home on Amelia Island and picked up my trade taking it back to St. Augustine. Just plain awesome. Definitely made my Christmas card list the year!:)

On Memorial Day 2016, I purchased a F150 Lariat. I knew there was a slight issue with the climate control but the service department was out that day. They scheduled the repair quickly and it was fixed two days later. While it was in, I had the spray on bed liner done and, WOW!, the company they contract for the work was incredible. I've never seen such a beautiful job done on a bed liner. It was a little more expensive but totally worth it. I went to Bozard because they had a great selection and they are the top rated dealership in FL. Well they proved it during this transaction. They offered me a great deal on my trade in and sold me the truck at an excellent price. I will definitely recommend Bozard to anyone looking for a Ford and look forward to doing more business with them in coming years.

I wasn't going to leave a review originally, but because I keep getting calls and emails insisting I do, here it goes: Ford recalled my 2013 Ford Focus not once, but twice due to a faulty clutch/lack of transmission. Now, I had no problem with the thought of getting my car fixed as I know I can just open a recall claim and have them fix it for no cost... Well, after the software update in my vehicle, I was told that I would receive a call within 6 WEEKS once my clutch came in. 2 MONTHS go by before I even receive a call. By this time, I had already moved to a new city, so I called to discuss my claim. I later find out that my representative lost the claim and that's why I never received a call however the only way to ensure that I can still use the claim is to talk to her. It took me another entire month just to contact her because she had a way of never answering her phone (Marcia at Bozard)... Now, almost 4 months have past since my initial claim and I still live a whole city away. Martia finally contacts me, telling me my clutch is in, however by this time my car was nearly undriveable. So I call a closer ford and ask them to transfer the part. They tell me, that one ford dealership has to sell the clutch for MY car to another ford dealership and turned it into yet another huge ordeal. I finally tell them to forget it and I was forced to have to tow my car 4 months after the initial claim for a second recall all the way to a Ford in a different city. I decide to request an oil change while its out there, and to be quite honest, with the xxxx they put me through, I'm surprised they even charged me for it. Needless to say, the car is already paid off, but now I know never to use Ford again. The cars are plastic and they will keep recalling your car until they're actually out of the recalled part completely. Not to mention, the reps in three dealerships in the both Jax and Saint Augustine have a lot of problems with dealing with claims. Please train your staff better. You're dealing with cars, not clothes or food. -Julia

Kevin Noble was recommended to me by a coworker. He told me about his great experience with Kevin. True to my friend's words, Kevin exceeded my expectations. He was by far the most knowledgeable salesmen I've ever dealt with. As for the dealership, Bozard Ford had a bigger selection than any of the Ford dealerships that I visited while looking for a new truck. I went from Jacksonville, Orange Park, Green Cove Springs, and Gainesville, FL to Valdosta, GA. No salesman came close to Kevin or Bozard Ford. I highly recommend Kevin and Bozard.

Best visit i have had at a dealership. Normally i avoid dealerships, but service here was great! Associates were extremely friendly and helpful. Was in for a oil change and recall service on my car. I chose to wait onsite, but was offered a ride to and from my job if i needed. While waiting Colby came and updated on progress. The customer lounge was nice.

Car buying is usually horrible, and recent experiences at dealers around Florida were stressful and sketchy. Bozard is the exact opposite! From the moment you arrive they offer help but no pressure. They even speak in such a non-salesman-like way that you forget you're in a car dealership. I had a wonderful experience with Daniel who offered help but wasn't pushy. We were in St. Augustine for a mini vacation. We live about 3 hours from there. We had recently purchased a small travel trailer and we were curious about a new vehicle to pull it. We had been to the camping world next door and just happened to browse their lot. We met salesman Kevin Noble. He was very helpful and extremely knowledgeable, not only about Fords but all vehicles on his lot. He was not at all pushy. We found a vehicle, a Jeep Liberty we were interested in. We took his card. We went back to our campground and discussed our options. We decided to test drive it to see if we liked the liberty. So the next day we went back, found Kevin, test drove and ran the numbers. He was able to help us negotiate a great deal and surprise we bought the vehicle right there and then. The finance person, Eric Shipley was quick and had us out of there in no time. It is not very often people buy a new vehicle while on vacation. We loaded up our new vehicle and left the dealership. We realized we had left a small bumper/magnetic sticker on our old vehicle that we had been searching for for many months and had just found one while in St. Augustine. Tho it may seem trivial, we contacted Kevin and to our amazement when we asked him to drop it in the mail, he offered to bring it out to our campground. Now that is customer service.

When I arrived most everything was already done and took less than 1 hour to drive off with my new loaded Ford Edge sport! I've bought many cars before and when I say I dreaded the experience, I'm being nice. Bozard changed this outlook for me completely! Andrew Goodman knew I was looking for a Toyota 4Runner and told me about the 2013 4Runner Bozard had on the lot. It has everything I was looking for! He hooked me up with Frank Serverius who couldn't be more accommodating. Throughout the whole process, he made sure I was completely comfortable and taken care of. I have never had a better vehicle purchase in my life. Jim D didn't push or steer me in any direction (as salesman sometimes do), after we talked he knew what I was looking for and what I wanted in a truck. When I drove from Camden County, GA to St. Augustine, he had the vehicle ready to go. It was an easy choice and then Rick G took over with my financing. Having not had a car payment in over 8 years, I wasn't looking forward to having one (im still overjoyed about it haha) but Rick made it affordable and worked with several banks to get me the best rate. Give both of em a raise I say!

I saw a listing on Craigslist for a Honda CR-V at Bozard Ford that caught my eye, but I was in the early stages of my search, and not ready to commit. Buddy answered all of my questions quickly but respected that I was not ready yet. After comparing over 50 cars, I found that the CR-V at Bozard Ford was the absolute best deal. Buddy worked with me to get the car shipped to Tallahassee and within 24 hours I had my new (used) car! The vehicle was exactly as described, and the driver was friendly and helpful in filling out all the paperwork so that I could be off in my new car. I was VERY hesitant to purchase a vehicle that I had not been able to see in person, but Buddy answered every question I had, sent videos of the vehicle, and assured me I would be able to test drive it in Tallahassee before purchasing it. I would recommend Bozard Ford to anyone looking to purchase a new or used vehicle.

Love Bozard. We will drive 50 miles away to buy and service our vehicles because Bozard is the best bar none. Johnny Mott in sales is superb and makes you feel like a friend. I was never one to take my car to the dealership for service, always felt they over charged and really could care less when they got to my car. Since moving to the area we have used Bozard service for our 2013 Escape and the service was outstanding! While there my wife even talked with sales and ended up in a 2016 Escape. Recently added a 2012 Ford for one of my children and took it there to have it checked out. They checked for and did all outstanding recalls and checked over car for me. When due for service in my own Jeep Wrangler I decided on Bozard Ford instead of the local Jeep dealership because they do such a great job.

I'd already researched the Ford dealerships in the region and found the car I wanted was in your inventory. I contacted Jeremy and told him what price I wanted to pay and arranged an appointment for a test drive. After the short test drive, I was granted an overnight test drive and knew I wanted the car when I returned the following afternoon. The price was right (thanks Jeremy), the financing was right (thanks Ryan) and the car was perfect (thanks Bozard Ford). Best service I have ever gotten from any dealership. I live in Ponte Vedra and when I had a problem with my car they brought me a clean loaner with a full tank of gas and picked up my car. When it was fixed they delivered it back to my front door with a full tank of gas and clean inside and out.You can't get better than that! Tanya was fantastic and also gave me some tips about safely on my GPS. I would highly recommend Bozard to anyone looking for a car. We will definitely continue to get our cars from Bozard! My wife purchased a new 2016 Mustang Convertible this past Sunday. I have to say that this was the easiest, fastest, and absolutely least painful auto purchase that we have made. We began our search for a new Mustang on the internet. Henry Rowe promptly responded to our request for information. Henry kept searching until he found the perfect car for my wife. His diligence and professionalism was outstanding. Henry's answers to my questions were always quick and to the point. Henry provided tentative numbers on the purchase price and trade value over the phone and confirmed by email before we ever visited the dealership. The numbers presented by internet were the same that were presented in person when we arrived. Henry was not able to be at the dealership on the Sunday that we were able to visit. Henry had arranged in advance for Bryan Wilson to show us our new car and the sales manager George Clark to present the numbers after our trade was appraised. Both Bryan and George made us feel at ease and made the whole process move very quickly. Our paperwork was presented by the business manager, Erik Shipley. Erik was every bit the professional that we expected. Erik presented our options in a very easy to understand format that made it easy to choose the best finance option that met our budget and needs.We have nothing but great things to say about Bozard Ford. We walked in to the dealership and asked to be acquainted with their top line models. After seeing about 10 cars, we were asked if we wanted to test drive them without any obligation. We agreed and test drove four. We decided on the Lincoln MKZ because of many factors. The whole process was easy and without any high pressure sales from the salesman or his manager. It took a little longer for the paperwork to be completed and we had an anniversary dinner planned with reservations for 5 pm. We were given the option to leave and come back on Monday (2 days later) to finish the paperwork. We were also allowed to take our new car which was impressive. All in all, the Lincoln we purchased as well as the dealership we purchased it from is a classy place. We're looking for a long term relationship with this dealer.

An issue arose with my MKZ while on travel in Virginia. I telephonically contacted Bozard and they provided me with guidance that allowed me to get back home to Florida. I made a service appointment during that telcall and brought my MKZ in immediately upon my return. They provided a loaner car which I had for several days as a part had to be ordered. My vehicle was serviced well within the timre frame expected with all problems corrected and within warranty. I purchased my MKZ and have had it service only there ever since. It is truly a top flight operation throughout and an outstanding representative of the Ford/Lincoln family.

Ms. Marcia Nelson and I had an adventure yesterday.! I had brought in my Lincoln for serviceand was given a Lincoln loaner for the day. On the way home I stopped at a pharmacy and upon entering the car again to go home, I could not get the car moving. Yes, I had been shown operationpoints. I called Ms. Nelson and within minutes a tow driver arrived, got the car started and I was on my way. It was OPERATOR malfunction; nothing wrong with the car. But Ms. Nelson had the presence of mind to plan rescue and had another Lincoln at the ready. Just tremendous service from Bozard.

I dealt with Rick Garcia previously at another dealership. Found out he relocated and tracked him down. Bozard was really lucky to scoop this guy up. He is fabulous and his customer service is second to none. I needed a car fast and Rick seemingly dropped everything to help out. He hit me hard with all the facts and figures. He did not sugarcoat or try to hide anything. In the end, I don't want to say he up-sold me, but he INTELLIGENTLY worked the deal so that I ended up with a BETTER car for LESS money than I originally thought I would have to come out of pocket. I wish all dealerships and employees could be this honest and this GOOD. I am happy to say that I will be recommending Bozard to my friends and family and I hope to return for Car #2 very soon as my old Chevy pickup is on its last puff of smoke. Brought my Focus in for the clutch TSB and hood release cable repair. Both services performed under warranty.. They had the car for less than 24 hrs and provided a rental car. Service Advisor Marcia Nelson is a pleasure to deal with. The Tech that did the repair returned the car clean and with both conditions corrected. My only source of dissatisfaction lies with Ford Motor Co. itself in that there was an inexcusable delay in getting the parts. The actual service took less than a day after a 2 month wait for the parts to appear.

Saw a used vehicle online and went to the dealership to check it out. It was as described online with the same price tag. Johnny was very knowledgeable and had my interests in mind. When I called to confirm if the vehicle was still on the lot, he immediately when to check and even send a quick video to my cell phone. AJ offered some great advice and was a pleasure to work with. Only 2 negatives from my experience: 1) It took a little longer than I would have liked,but that was partly due to the dealership being busy. 2) Walked away with a higher payment than planned, but satisfied overall.

We were notified to have the wife's 16 Fusion to have the Auto Butler treatment. I work M-F 7-5. Wife called and explained this problem. We were able to drop car one evening, was given a free loaner car, then picked up her car next evening. The $19.95 wash was dropped also. Everyone we met was very helpful.
