The service department is excellent. However I purchased the maintenance plan with my new Ford Explorer and on the basis that I was told by the finance manager that it covered every required service up to 84 mos or 100000 miles. Imagine my surprise to find out it doesn’t even cover oil changes at the recommended service times of every 5k miles but only every 7500. It seems there’s a limited number of services based on that which was never disclosed until I found out by accident during my first service. Also the vehicle is now, 1 year later and in excellent condition, worth only 3/5 of what I paid and I’ve had numerous issues with it, some which apparently can’t be fixed. So I can’t say I’m happy with the sale or the vehicle. It’s my 3rd Ford truck but it’s enough to make me consider another make :( Update: owned to truck a year and a half. Took it in 4 times for the SYNC system which still wasn’t working properly and 4 times for the roof rack. Finally gave up and traded it. Good news I was able to get a refund on the balance of the warranty (we’ll see if I actually get it in the 6 weeks they say it takes). Heads up though - refund is based on time or miles - whichever results in a lower refund and the calculations don’t add up correctly in your favor. It’s only off hundred or so but still...

I have heard good things about Bozard Ford! This being the 1st time I have tried out their dealership in St Augustine, Fl - It was a very pleasant experience! The whole process from check-in til the end of my service completion, was very professional and made me feel like a wanted customer! I have the option to go to another Ford dealership much closer to me, but refuse to give them my business. Not only from things heard but my own personal experience. I myself, was a Service Advisor for 17yrs, it's all about taking care of the customer! These guys ROCK !!!! They have gained a customer...

Bozard Lincoln is now open! The Bozard's did a fantastic job with the dealership down to every last detail. You'll have an amazing Lincoln experience when you're buying your next luxury vehicle. The restaurant Ford's Garage is next door to the Lincoln dealership. I had the pleasure of dining there a couple weeks ago and it didn't disappoint! 🙌 The food was fresh, delicious and atmosphere was amazing.

Excellent service experience as always! Kept me informed and had it clean and ready to go when I arrived for pick up.
