I was not surprised. As usual the services at Brahman are excellent, the sales and financial guys are very efficient, quick, serious, details oriented and very friendly.They take good care of their clients and they follow up personally. They always try to help you and give you solutions.This applies for new sales, used sales and service.I always leased my BMW's until I decided to buy my car at the end of my lease.Perfect experience both sides, including the service.

Best experience, My wife and I had many cars in the past, BMW's for over 20 years, but dealing with Jose and Mauricio at Braman BMW was the best we ever had. Their professionalism, knowledge and willingness to help is unbelievable, also was not much time consuming we, got the car and sign all papers less than 3 hrs. Also they are both very friendly. I can only say they are the best . I would like to thank Braman BMW sales division and accounting for their excellent support. Your sale executive, Jose took care of all my needs, questions and concerns. He also provided timely and helpful advice regarding the purchase of BMW x3. He let me know all the important information regarding the car including its features, adjustable buttons and gasoline consumption, as gasoline is a critical requirement for me. I was very thankful that Jose took the time to explain and helped us choose the right car for us. He also has a caring approach and he is a true professional. Please accept my gratitude towards Jose, sales and Mauricio, accounting . Mauricio for his speedy and efficient services. I was able to complete the transaction within 1:00hr.

Yes the customer interaction from when I pulled up to the dealer up to when I received my car was excellent, but what I paid almost $400 for wasn't fixed to my satisfaction. I do believe if I confront anyone they'll simply tell me that's "how it's suppose to be". I'm due back at the dealer in a month. I hope to confront them then. Overall excellent customer service especially from Armando which I dealt with mostly.

had basic service done, had car 1 yr...took 1.5 hrs waited for car. Could have been a little shorter wait time. Waiting area had TV's and comfortable seating, no refreshments, no cell service for ATT and no WIFI password posted

Based on the negative reviews I read before my appointment, I was pleasantly surprised at the overall service. The after service car wash was below average. There was still a big banyan tree berry glob on the hood that remained after the wash. It seemed to show little attention to detail to the final product.

Until I was assigned to Jomar as my service advisor my experience with Braman was extremely sketchy and not great. Jomar has gone above and beyond and I can't thank him enough. My 2006 BMW X3's air conditioner had been replaced a second time and soon after the same problem reoccurred where after driving for 30 miles or more would stop cooling and warm air would come out. My service rep Felipe Bocangle assured me that they would discover the cause and test drive it for 50 miles to make sure. I was given a complimentary BMW and treated like a VIP even though my car is not new and has high mileage! I even was assured that my car was in great shape and never was pressured to buy a new car!

Was not happy to take in my 3 week old car in for service because of a oil leak. Their service department seamed disorganized. For three days i was never updated on issue or progress. No phone call, no return calls, I had to keep calling to find out the details and stutus.My wife recieved an email, not a phone call, that the car was ready. She went to pickup the car and noticed the display screen was indicating the tires need air and asked the gentleman that brought out the car to check it out, because it was not there when we took it in. Instead of adding air he reset the system, the message would not go way.After I check the pressure, I found all four tires under 32 psi. Add air, reset the system and no more messages on the display. For Braman represent it self as a prestigious dealership, I was very disappointed. I train people in legistic and how to make them more efficient in their work, this department seams to be lacking customer care.

I can't rave enough about how absolutely pleasant, professional, and just all around great experience it was making my purchase at Branman BMW. Everything from the amazing team that helped me Yoel (sales), Franchesca (Finance) and Armando (service). They make you feel like you're top priority and take note of every comment or wish. I don't live close but plan to continue taking the drive to this location. I don't foresee anyone else topping or matching this type of service.

I've noticed that this dealership gets a bad rap and I'm not exactly sure why.. people just expect way more then what they can reasonably get maybe? But every time I go in I get well taken care of, I get everything when I need a timely and efficient manner. I call ahead of time to check if they have loaners, and I come in during slow times.. what more can you ask for?!

I went to service oil in my BMW. Experience from reception to getting the loaner back to pick up the car was excellent. I had to wait a little to much for the valet to bring the car, that's the only thing that was not perfect.

Walked into show room was introduced to salesman Hugo Martinez. Hugo was very informative & very honest. Unfortunately I didn't make the deal until the following day when I returned. I than spoke to Mauricio Alvarez who picked up where Hugo and I left off. Mauricio was honest and willing to negotiate a deal that worked for both of us. At the very end Hugo also got credit for the sale as well. Great experience

Absolute worst service I've ever experienced with regard to an accident and just customer service in general. I got into an accident on Nov 15, 2015, and was towed to the body shop the following day. It is now January 20, 2016, and my car is STILL being repaired. I was told it would take approximately one month to fix, yet it has been over two. Every week I would call and they would say, "just one more week." It just so happened that the person responsible for my case (or lack their of), Dwayne, was fired about a month and a half into the job. Nobody let me know this information or at the very least updated me, and I had to call to find out the status of my car. The case was transferred to a new employee, Michael, who has been reasonable. He blames it on excessive damage and parts delay, but that is no excuse. I was given a timeframe that has been extended by double.It appears that nobody at Braman works efficiently or effectively - this includes the employees at desks and the mechanics as well. Surely, I'm not an engineer so I don't know the degree of the damage - but the point is it should not have taken TWO MONTHS - and if that's the case you should have known from day one it was going to take a xxxx of a lot more than four weeks. If you want your car to sit in a body shop for as long as possible - bring it to Braman. They will ensure that you are left in the dark regarding the status of your vehicle. If and only when you call and complain for the eight time will they actually lift a finger to get it going.I am in absolute disbelief at my experience and would not wish it upon anyone.

My 6th BMW - 5th lease and first time in Miami. Fernando treated me right and honestly. I was just doing some research for my upcoming lease end. He quickly pointed out a current BMW Finance Jump-Ahead promotion to return the lease earlier. BMW Finance paid my last 2 paiments and walked away wit a new 428i Grand Coupe. Fernando also pointed out that a different color than the one I had selecte was actually better for me. I am a very happy customer.

Erick was very knowledgable and helpful during the entire process. He made sure that I got a loaner as quickly as possible and even helped me call my insurance company so they would fax a current copy of my card. He really went above and beyond anything I expected. He even personally notified me when my car was ready for pick-up. My mechanic even came by to ensure I got my car right away, which I thought was great customer service. I was very pleased with my overall experience at Braman. I would definitely recommend it to all my friends and family members.

This service quality is terrible.Here's my log.Aug 1 : Free Scheduled maintenance. Pick up car in the afternoon.Aug 3 : Heard squeaking sound from windshield and found passenger side wiperblade was loosen and wiper body scratched windshield.Aug 4 : Brought car in to fix the scratches.Aug 6 : Picked up car. Aug 9 : Found distortion in windshield.Aug 10 : Brought car in to fix distortion. Picked in the evening.Aug 11 : Found distortion from other area and a couple chips on windshield. Brought car in.Aug 12 : Called to ask them to replace windshield because I felt I couldn't trust the windshield buffeting work anymore and also for safety.Aug 18 : Picked up car. Many dirty spots on car seats. Windshield glue shows unprofessional installation. Key fob didn't work at pick up, i thought battery ran out. But, 2nd Fob also didn't work. Car didn't recognize fob. I had to put it in to start. Did BMW North America Survey and left complaint.Aug 19 : Called dealer and they said I need to bring it again. I told "Really?". They offered car pick-up. When towing truck came to pick-up, the tower found scratches on my low front bumper. I never had scratches there. Possibly done while car was at service. But, they said they didn't do that.Aug 26 : Went to dealer to pick-up my car. They cleaned up glues from windshield installation but still visible if I look closely. Still some spots left. I cleaned up at home.Sep 2 : When it rained, wiper squeaked and skipped some areas. I thought that's from new blade. But, I found that wiperblade arm from driver side was offset. Positioned higher and interfere my sight.Sep 3 : Called dealer and asked pick-up. They picked up and called me later and said it's ready. I went to pick-up my car. Wiper doesn't make sound anymore.For a month, I visited this dealer 10 times. I lost confidence about BMW service quality.It's worse than any other service dealer.BMW North America doesn't really let me know how they follow this claim up.I requested monthly payment re-imbursement but they said car must be in the service at least a month. Actually, I spent a lot of money and time to drop and pick up. I lost my windshield tinting, which cost over $100. Tolls I paid are quite a lot. One way trip is about 20miles and takes 30 min minimum. Mostly took a lot since I was in heavy after work traffic.My first BMW service experience became a nightmare.I probably never buy BMW again.

We really liked our salesman Simon Russell from the first time we met him and we knew if we were going to purchase a BMW, we wanted to do it from Braman because of Simon. I've been going to Braman BMW since I bought my 328i used in 2013. I'm very satisfied with the service that Marlon my advisor provides. He is very knowledgeable about my car and trustworthy. I've taken my car in for all kinds of service and repairs; my experiences are always great, as Marlon does a great job listening to any issues I need resolved and looking for any other issues the car may have. The mechanic staff also completes the work very quickly, though it's always sweet to get a new loaner to drive around!

I serviced my BMW135 for the drivers side window that fell behind the door panel. My contact person at the dealership was nice enough to describe the part that was broken behind the door panel. It was describe as a piece of plastic that held two hinges that pulled up and lowered the window.. Not only was the part not in stock,but then the cost of the part and labor came to play. With already leaving the dealership with a loaner car.. I had no other choice but to accept a $874.00, plus taxes, charged for the small plastic part that had broken. To add to the above, when I did pick up m car, the door panel had a permanent hole (noticeable), done during service. Currently, I am awaiting 14 business days for a new door panel to come in.To be honest, next time I will do my research and find an alternate place to service my car.. The service was horrible & the price was super unreasonable even for a BMW. I am Very disappointed.

I got to Braman BMW in Miami to have my car serviced and I preferred to wait, everything was done in around 1 hour that's is the right time. I 'm pleased with the process.

I went in for service and the service agent asked if I wanted to wait for the car instead of getting a loaner. I had never been offer that type of service before. it was the best!! my car was ready in less than 2 hrs. due to the fact that other things needed to be done otherwise I would of have been less than an hour. Thank you for your great service!

After i picked up my car for 15k mile service and nail in tire i become very disappointed when i drove away and noticed that the tire pressure monitor was not reactivated. This was not so bad until i realized that the check engine light was also still on. What put me over board was the fact that my windshield wipers, which were supposed to be replaced had one missing. Unfortunately, i realized this in the middle of a massive rainstorm.

After a previous bad experience in the past when i purchased a BMW in another dealership, went back to Braman as give them a second change. Well worth it!!! I came across with the most relabel, friendly sales person i ever had. Collin assist me from the beginning from the most professional, respect and kindness atitude. Since the past experience, i was hopeless that i could been able to get the car i want it as my credit score is not in the best shape at this moment, Collin was telling me that with my score he could put in on a new BMW, which he did. Im a new happy owner of a 2015 BMW 3 series, thanks Collin for all your help assistance and professionalism!!!!!!! I will be always greatfull to you... I would highly recommend that specific dealership/ service department. I called unexpectedly for service & was instructed to bring the car in right away. My agent was very courteous, she seems to enjoy what she does & her knowledge of the mechanics & electronics of the car always impresses me. A loaner was offered, I was informed that the car had to be reprogrammed... Excellent service.

Es no segundo carro q llevo en este dealer el primero fue compra y la verdad q fue muy malo los resultados ya q el carro fue la peor inversion realizada, y cuando fuimos a reclamar el Manager general de sales el cual es muy grosero y grotesco no nos brindo el mejor customer service. En esta segunda oportunidad regresa a lesear un x5 BMW y la experiencia fue fenomenal. El financista Rodrigo bien agradable y confiable y el vendedor super educado y gentil cosa q no logre con el otro senor pero fuera de la primera experiencia, es muy buen dealer.

This is the third time Brama not only provide me a superb service but they exceed my expectations. The first time was in 2013 I trade my 2005 325I with a lot of miles and increasing problems for a 9,000 miles 328I. Then the refinance my car and I save money in the monthly payments. From the moment I pulled up to the repair curbside the service was more than expected. My representative came in ontime and helped someone before me, but she was efficient and courtesty so the wait was well worth it. She took care of my needs quickly and professionally. I was impressed with her and her knowledge of my car. It was as if she'd done her research prior to my visit. I called back the following day because of some changes to the car and she promptly returned my call. This is service with a smile!

My experience with the service dept at Braman BMW has been abysmal, to say the least. It's impossible to reach a live person in the service dept. and I've left multiple voicemails for Service Advisor Chris Pagan, but have yet to receive a call back. I asked to speak with a Manager, and guess what? I had to leave him a voicemail...and he never called back! Not impressed...

I searched the internet for a certified BMW 3series convertible.. I found the one I was looking for in Miami at Braman BMW. I called the sales number and spoke with Amir Moayeri. Living 600 miles away in Charleston, SC should have been a logistics nightmare. Amir walked me through the process and I made arrangements to fly to Miami to close the deal. I was treated like an old friend. After all the paper work was completed and a through inspection of the vehicle and Amir's expert instructions of all the systems and nuances of the car, I drove this beautiful car back to South Carolina. There is no way that I could be any happier with this transaction. I tip my hat to Amir, Braman BMW, and Louella Monte.

i am completely flabbergasted at my recent experience at Braman. The car sales man that are currently representing the brand are overly arrogant. I have never dealt with one person in Braman who has a dose of humility.....Unbelievable what happened to the "customer always being right?"... My experience was not a pleasant one here we go... The first two minutes of the conversation with the sales guy is him having the courage to say "are you gonna buy a car today or are you gonna make me waste my time like I did yesterday with this other family that made me stand in the hot sun for 40 minutes"Then he has the audacity to say that he will only show us the cars if we are completely interested because it's in the other lot in Midtown (which is only a 5 minute drive away).. I mean hello I am here trying to buy a car ... OFFCOURSE I wanna take a look in the scorching August sun at what you have .... Then we go to the lot and he says alright let's stay in the car and from the inside we can just drive around and when you see one you like we will get down... What the xxxx??.... No thank you we got down to walk and see the cars ... He was in no mood what so ever to stand outside and show us the car it almost appeared as though he was doing US a favor to be standing in the heat or like he was Norman Braman himself and was to important to sell us anything..... I was so in shock at this whole thing that I just ran out of there. It made any car I ever wanted look so un tasteful that the only thing I wanted to do was leave and go to any other dealership but this one. All I could think of was if this was the way I was being treated when I was going to buy a car I can't even imagine when I would have the car serviced... Thankfully I had such an experience like this to avoid all future costs of disasters and frustration. To the sales men: congratulations for driving us interested informed customers away. Looks like this dealership can only cater to uneducated, uninformed, gullible buyers....To all others I suggest driving the extra mile to VISTA or FT.Lauderdale because this is just an utter disaster.

I CALLED A DAY PRIOR TO MY BMW PURCHASE WITH VIN NUMBER AND WAS TOLD VEHICLE IS UNDER WARRANTY UNTIL MARCH OF NEXT YEAR BUMBER TO BUMPER BRAKE PADS AND EVERYTHING. I PURCHASED THE BMW 328I AND NOTICED THE BRAKE PADS WERE SKIPPING SO I TOOK IT FOR SERVICE. FROM THE BEGINING IT WAS THE BIG SONG AND DANCE THAT I MADE THE BEST PURCHASE EVER WITH A BMW WHEN I TOLD THEM I PURCHASED IT FROM OFFLEASEONLY THERE ATTITUDE CHANGED (I GUESS THERE SALES DROPPED WITH SUCH GREAT COMPETITION) i LEFT VEHICLE AND RECEIVED A CALL IN 3 HOURS THAT THE BRAKE PADS HAD RUSTED TO THE ROTER AND THEY WOULD NOT COVER IT BECAUSE THE COMPUTER SHOWS THAT VEHICLE WAS NOT DRIVEN FOR MORE THAN 2 MILES IN FOUR MONTHES. ARE YOU KIDDING ME? WHAT IF I WAS ON MILITARYT LEAVE? SICK?TRAVELING? THE SERVISE RECEIT SAID WARANTY NOT COVERED DUE TO WEATHER CONDITIONS. NO HURRICANES,VOLCANOS, TSUNIMIS IN FLOREIDA THAT I CAN RECALL IN THE PAST 4 MONTHES!! STAY AWAY FROM THIS DEALERSHIP IF THIS IS THERE SERVICE DEPARTMENT CAN YOU IMAGINE THIER SALES DEPARTMENT. We found a car that we really liked and came to an agreement on the price. Then the sales person tacks on an additional $800 service fee. We disagreed immediately, after telling us it was Braman policy and he had to charge it. He agreed to take it out of the original price of the vehicle, bringing us back to whole. He then tried to add an additional $155 charge over the standard plate charges, stating this was a processing fee paid to Braman (not the state / county) for processing the plates. Note that this was additional to the state's registration and processing fees. This time he had the nerve to claim that the State of FL was mandating Braman to tack on the fee above their own fees. The salesman then came back with yet another adjusted price, this time the $800 service fee was magically back on the estimate and the salesman did everything he could to not draw attention to it including highlight all the other changes and place his hand over the fee. That was the last straw. Although I liked the car and was offering thousands more than similar vehicles we had already seen, I had reached my limit. My wife and I left the lot without purchasing the vehicle. As we left this sales person had the nerve to ask if we wanted his contact info in case we changed his mind. The answer was a resounding NO THANK YOU! Since leaving we have found review after review about this dealership that all state the same thing. Its a shame the dealer has such individuals driving it's business. Nice car or not, it would take a lot for me to return there again.

My experience with BMW service had been the worst. Brian Moore was so rude it's pathetic. I had made an appointment in advanced and he completely ignored me after I waited for 10 mins the girls in the front gave me a drop off slip to fill out. He never came too meet me or anything.When I came back to pick up my car my bill was more then expected so I asked to see him to get an explanation of the bill. He was rude with me and I was insulted. He talked down at me in the front reception area. When I got my car back it was filthy. Not to mention my parents have BOUGHT not lease 7 cars from Braman. NEVER AGAIN!!!

I came in for an issue with my tail light. It wouldn't go off. Also my right turn signal wasn't acting properly--blinking on and off very quickly. BMW corporate said they had a recall on the lighting switch for my car a year ago and I shouldn't have to pay. Once I told Brahman BMW about the recall they of course now say it's something else--even though my car was experiencing ALL the symptons of the recall. At first they told me I probably needed a light module switch (before they could diagnose anything else) then after I bring up the word recall they said you just need new bulbs. Why didn't they tell me that when I first pulled in? So they charge me $300 bucks to replace some bulbs..crazy.To add insult to injury they had my car for 5 days and afterwards everyone is supposed to get a complimentary car wash. Mine came back dirty. And not once did they offer me a loaner. When I inquired about one, they said I'd have to be on a waiting list of 11 people. Of course they also told me I needed other things on my car fixed as well about $1,500 more dollars in suggested repairs. No thanks, you've lost my trust. I will never go to this place again. Oh and did I mention before they even put my car up for diagnosis they told me it would be a two hour labor charge?The service advisor Peter was somewhat personable but it was clear he is a company man and was towing the company line of what ever the shady mechanic was telling him. I could never actually speak to a mechanic, I was told oh they don't have extensions and you have to work through the advisor but I'd go for hours at a stretch before the service advisor would call me back--and when he did there was always some lame excuse. If I didn't stay on these folks my car could have been there for weeks. Like I said they could have diagnosed this as a bulb issue and replaced them the same day. My car was in there 5 days and the mention of the word recall--was the game changer--they knew all I needed was bulbs from the jump. Can you say scam artists? They got me once--never again.

When I decided to lease a new BMW I went to Braman BMW because is the most closer dealer I have, after dealing 2 hours back and forward with a Salesman with old car selling tactics and games from the 1970s , every time I asked a question or requested numbers about different car or options in miles terms he needed speak with the manager , at some point the manager came to talk with me with the same tricks and old tactics, I decided dont do business on that day and I spoke to a co worker what drive a BMW about this bad experience and he told me even he live in Miami he lease his BMWs in Lauderdale BMW in Pembroke Pines because the experience is completely different than Braman and I went there and is true this people are professionals in all aspects when they deal with the customer, I dont filled any pressure otherwise was a pleasant experience lease a BMW in Lauderdale BMW and even the monthly payment was a little higher than Braman I close the deal at Lauderdale because everything was strait and faster and when my lease ends I will lease another BMW again from Lauderdale BMW and Ive never stop by in Braman because is no any professionalism in this place.

bad, bad , bad, worse dealer ship ever!!! No way, I would not recommend this place for anybody. Personal not friendly in BMW area, general manager, Mr Harte believes he is god, looking the costumers as a crap, no good morning, nothing. Bad place to visit, But Cadillac area is another thing, Mr Joseph C. is the best manager.

I took my Bmw for diagnosis, oil change, and brake flush there last Monday and i told that it will take 2 days to return it. On the 3rd day i called the service advisor i was told the mechanic hasnt yet determine the problem after i spent almost the entire day calling. I was told to call back the next day which i did, but no one couldnt provide an explaination. After i became frustrated for not answering my emails and phone calls i decided to go down there to cancel everything and pick up the vehicle. They didn't complete a single task on the vehicle after 5 days. I was told they were too busy because of a number of recalls they have to deal with.They returned the car in the wrost condition. The interior was trashy, it seems the car was used to run errands. The tires were flat and all the dashboard lights were turning on and off. I almost got in an accident on my way home. Please avoid this place at all cost.

Horrible service team, never felt more disrespected. No one answers your calls, e-mails are ignored. Returned my vehicle with the rims loose, we almost had an accident. Would not recommend to my worst enemy.

I came to BRAMAN BMW MIAMI to have maintenance done to my vehicle. The valet damage my car leaving a huge scratch and the mechanic made more problems to my vehicle and told me they are not liable or responsible for anything. I contacted the Director of Service (George) , The Service Manager ( Augustin Falcon) the service adviser ( Marcos Rodriguez) and the Executive Human Resource director Linda Brickman and they were unable to help me. I am unsatisfied with the treatment and outcome. I do not recommend others to have service done to their vehicles at BRAMAN BMW MIAMI.

I live close to this dealership and after so many years leasing Mercedes Benz in the Coral Gables dealership I wanted to change to a BMW, the salesman was fine but after so many years leasing Benz in Coral Gables where the salesman I had makes me all the numbers strait and without games and when I came to Braman I founded the salesman dont make any numbers and he need to go to the manager back and forward and I dont see a reason why the salesman dont can make me the numbers without this games then I leaved Braman and drove all the way to Lauderdale BMW in Pembroke Pines there I deal with Frank Fuzer and he make me all the lease numbers from his desk, I feel so comfortable and without pressure and closed a deal and took my new BMW back home easy and simple not like in Braman with pressure and games, I recommend if you looking for a new BMW stay away from Braman.

I went to this location Friday to try to purchase a new BMW. Juan P was the salesman and salesman was not the case in this adventure.We already went to another location and test drove the 2013 Bmw and we were just looking for best price first place we visited gave us a good offer but we wanted to make sure it was the best .. Juan was cocky and very short in patience with us from the start. No effort to negotiate with is.. He actually came back with an offer that we calculated at full price. and tore up the offer sheet as soon as we stood up. We were buyers with excellent credit and funds to put a large deposit on a car. We are not looking to waste anyone time let alone ours. But there is a happy ending to the story we did purchase a 2013 BMW the very next day at Vista BMW in Pompano. We had a real sales person George Grecu.He had patience and worked really hard at finding us the right car and Price! I checked 1 on this form as salesman represents the whole dealership not just himself!!!!

I recently had the displeasure of dealing with Braman BMW Miami. They serviced my car and charged me to check a problem?My car is 2011 18k miles totally under warrantee, this charges should never have been charged. The so called service advisor told me the only get compensated with booked services ( I understand now why they are like this - GREED)Terrible service, all they want is your money. No care for the customer, AT ALL.I would have never believed this place does or is allowed to do this type of business practices; if I did not experienced this first hand, I would not believe this.. Isn't this against the law?How are they in business?AVOID THIS PLACE AT ALL COST!!!!!! I need a BMW dealer in my area. :-(

The worst service in MIA; Dont buy there, dont take your car ther for service, dont buy parts from there either. Sales guy told us that he had a returning customer and left us waiting for like an hour, So we left and got a X5M from Pembroke pines BMW. Then I stopped to buy a couple of light bulbs for my f30 328i and the parts guy gave me the wrong parts and told me that did not know what I was talking about when I confront him of the mistake. But the worst of all is that some how while I was in parts looking for the parts a painter doing maintanence on the bldg drop paint on my brand new BMW X5 and all they said is that it will come out. I looking into getting a lawyer.

I saw an ad for a 07 , 328I BMW and drove to Miami from Ocala (4.5 hr drive). I was greeted politely as expected and the initial encounter was OK. They did not bend much on the negotiating and also had a problem with the financing I had from Bank of America. They wanted me to use some company they dealt with until another salesman made a call and corrected whatever was stalling the sale. I was ready to leave because I had to wait so long.After I purchased the car I have had multiple problems. I called the man that sold me the car and he seems to think that all will be well because I have a CPO car and the warranty is good til November. I have a 5 year pay plan on this car and I am worried it won't last a year. I have been to Ocala dealer for repairs 3 times. It doesnt seem fair that thy inherited this problem, because the Miami dealer told me it was a Certified Preowned car but it seems they didn't do a thorough check on this car as it seems problematic. I can't enjoy owning a BMW when I have to deal with car issues right out of the block!! I would love to be able to give any dealership a high mark but this one missed by a mile. So far the engine stalls and doesn't run smooth all the time, especially in the morning. The check engine light comes on and stays on for a day and then goes away and sometimes it comes on and resets after I restart the car.The front bumper cracked from the heat, which ticked me off because I have pampered this car and park with care everywhere I go. I am sure to park away from everything and I get a stress crack!!The triangle alarm with the exclaimation comes and goes and the oil can displays then it goes away, then nothing for a few days. My patience is being tested here. I want a BMW that works.Not some project car that techs get to practice on! I have an appointment tomorrow for another check engine episode.I would not recommend Braman Motors because I feel they were not honest about the car. They said it was CPO and it doesn't run like a certified car. Not Happy with the overall experience I thought I was going to have, so I can't give a better rating. I thought I was being generous with the points I gave them.

I'll try be as brief as possible. I nearly killed my son due to a faulty used car purchased a few days ago from Braman Motors. On 7/28/12, I went to Miami to purchase a used M6. It seemed like a good deal after asking questions about the car. Victor said there was nothing wrong with the car and appeared fine during the very short test drive - wasn't allowed to drive more than a few of blocks.Anyway, I drove the car home a couple hundred miles from Miami and everything appeared fine. The next day, we went out to dinner and came home. I stopped the car in our drive way just before entering the two car garage so everyone could get out - our two car garage is too tight to open both doors. My wife went into the house and my kids went out to play. I couldn't see my son and didn't know he was playing in the driveway about 5 feet from the back of the car. Nevertheless, I wasn't concerned about where they were since I had the car in first gear and being a very safe driver.I then looked around the front and sides to make sure everything was clear, released the brake and lightly stepped on the accelerator. The engine revved and started rolling backwards. After about two seconds a warning about transmission failure appeared. Due to slope about 15 degrees, the car rolled to where my son was playing within seconds. My wife was looking out the window when this happen and raced outside in panic. I still didn't my son was there and was nearly ran over. He only had a second or two to jump out of the way which probably saved his life. In conclusion, if you're buying a used car from Braman Motors, don't be concerned only about the cost to repair your car, think about the well being of your family. It's not worth the risk. I strongly recommend purchasing elsewhere.I still don't know what's wrong with the car and what it'll cost to fix it. I'm just thankful my family is in good health. I have no desire to drive this car now - not sure if it'll pass, and now I'm not even sure if I want to keep it and will probably sell it at a loss just to keep my family and others safe.

Long story short...they had my car for a week, and my car is actually worse than when I went in!!! I have TWO extended warranties that they claimed didn't cover my problems!! Since when is an electric window motor not mechanical?? And a week to detemine that? Gimme a break!

Absolutely terrible service and arrogant attitude. We needed a lamer car and had the documentation faxed to the office. They denied getting it, eventually when they did locate it in a drawer they said that my boyfriends European drivers licence was not valid! The girl we were talking with did not even know there was a country called The Netherlands. Unbelievable!!!! She called the manager who just barked no we don't accept it down the phone. We asked to see him but apparently that was too much effort for him to move from his 4th floor office. We ended up taking the car back, unserviced and with the battery that needed replacing getting it jump started. By the way I have never known of a battery costing $450 before. The attitude of every member of staff from the moment we walked in was ARROGANT. I work for a large American retailer and we would not last 5 minutes with the attitude they have. It obviously comes from the very top and is endemic in this place. AVOID THIS PLACE AT ALL COST

After getting the run around from another dealer we wound up at Braman. They pulled the car for us before we arrived and everything was correct, exact color and options. The car was at the door as promised. They match the price from the other dealer and made decent offer on our trade. Financing was quick with BMW and we were on our way. Everyone at this dealership was nice, friendly and well informed. I highly recommend this dealership for a new car purchase.

Headaches from day 1 with the Service Department. I purchased a "Loaner" 2010 BMW 328i still under factory warranty.First I had to get a new bumper replaced because the bumper on the car was not the original, and the back square piece just fell off. The rear bumper was fabricated to look like the original bumper.Have taken the BMW twice to be serviced, and both times the Service Advisors were rude and contentious. The first time I had issues with the accelerator hesitating...and no problems found. Hmmmmm...The second time I took the BMW in, I told Johnny Mejia that I had been monitoring the tire pressure of the tires for a month and was losing air in the two rear tires at a rate of 6-8 Lbs. PER WEEK. He put 2-3 Lbs. I had other issues, and the BMW was serviced for two days.After not being called on Friday and receiving an email, I had to pick up my BMW on Saturday, and a different Service Advisor was there. I went over the Invoice line by line. And when I saw there were "no punctures no leaks" on the tires, I signed off "under protest." Eventually I had to take the BMW to a tire specialist, and within 20 minutes I was informed that I had 3 nails in the driver's side rear tire,and 1 nail in the passenger's side rear tire. Just UNBELIEVEABLE!!! Not to even mention the other issues that I don't even believe were checked. Hmmmm, again.Enfuriated, I called Johnny Mejia, who never called me back, and had to call back to talk with JC Gonzalez, Service Manager. He didn't help out either...has no real authority anyway. Finally the Service Director, Jorge Rouco, called and explained that I would be reimbursed for the tires, but nothing else...because they don't do alignments. Insane...I stated I wouldn't even be having this conversation had your service technicians/mechanics not been so incompetent in the first place. BOTTOM LINE...I was only partially reimbursed, and I will NEVER GO BACK TO BRAMAN MOTORS OF MIAMI for any type of service again. SERIOUSLY, TAKE THE ADVICE OF THE OTHERS AND STAY AWAY!!!!!!

Purchased my new BMW from Braman in December of 2007. In January of 2008 I had a coconut fall on the top part of the trunk causing surface ding. My insurance covered the damage and it was fixed. Fast forward to 2011; took my car in for service (still under warranty) because of an issue with the trunk's locking mechanism. Braman refused to fix the trunk blaming the now alignment issue of the trunk to the incident in 2008. I brought in my insurance paperwork to show them the date; would not budge. I vow never to purchase another vehicle from Braman - throughout my experience the service staff has been uncaring and not customer service friendly. They would rather lose a potential long term customer like me than work with me. I will be in the market for a new car later this year and WILL NOT SET FOOT in that establishment. I lost this battle but won the war! Stay away!

This place is unbelievable. While Maroone can have my truck back in hours, Braman will keep my wife's BMW for weeks! I bought the X3 new for her years ago and it has been a battle ever since. Not the car - the dealership!I took it for service and when they called me to pick it up it took them an hour to let me know it wasn't ready. Then when they finally called to say that it's ready it took them another hour to tell me that they'd lost the keys!I also get the feeling they're corrupt beyond measure. My wife bought the extended warranty and they're always doing inexplicable things to the car on the warranty money. The extended warranty now is inexplicably prorated. They also said that the extended warranty adjuster suggested additional work... really? Bramans service department says that there is an oil leak but there is no oil on my garage floor. They keep changing the AC compressor but it hasn't failed on us.These guys are doing no favors to BMW. Stay the hell away from them! There is something seriously wrong with this place.

"Welcome to Hell." This should be the sign located in the front door when you enter this dealership. I have never dealt with more ignorant or rude individuals in my life. My boyfriend had his car serviced at Braman BMW this past Friday, picked up the car the same day, $900 later, he came home and told me about how incredibly rude the people at the dealership were. They had called him to come and pick up the car, then when he arrived it was not ready. He noted that everyone at the dealership has a rude attitude. This morning (Saturday, he just picked up the car yesterday) we went out for a nice brunch. I put my pretty white slacks on and off we went (I sat in the passenger seat). I got out of the car and ALL OVER the seat of my pants was BLACK DISGUSTING GREASE. Quite agitated, I took a photo of the embarrassing stains, and called the dealership to let them know. "Sharon" picked up the phone, in broken english, and as I finished (very calmly) explaining the story she said to , "And what do you want me to do about that?" Appalled I said well "May I speak with a manager to explain to them what happened?" She responded, "What manager?" ...... I left a voicemail for JC Gonzales the service manager, who I am sure will never return my phone call..... How sad. This is not what my boyfriend or I expect from BMW. Have they not heard of putting the paper lining down so that the car seats do not get greasy? Is that not Car Dealership 101? So disappointed, and my beautiful white slacks will pay the ultimate price.... Save yourself the effort ..... drive somewhere else..... this dealership will only disappoint you.... Such embarrassing service / management for BWM. They should be ashamed.

there very expensive. and add insurances you do not need to your end statement financing. that fine! but its what happens after you discover you've been ripped off. its almost impossible to correct it. they give you the run around and tell you can only cancel the policy if you come in to the agency. After you use up your time to get there the sales manager doesn't want to deal with you, hes only interested if he knows he gonna make money . These kind of people are the ones who take the JOY out of buying a car and turn into a BAD MEMORY!!!! go far away from anything make that starts with BRAMAN.

ABSOLUTELY HORRIFIC--- ALL AROUNDSeriously, do not bother bringing your car to this place. Miami is full of decent service providers, and BRAMAN Motors is NOT one of them. I have been caused so much upset I probably have an ulcer attributable to these people!I made an appointment to have my BMW serviced on Tuesday morning. I was advised they would provide me a ride home since the diagnosis would take a while.... They had me waiting around like an idiot for someone to feel like giving me a ride home as promised. They also neglected to mention that by "take a while" they meant SEVERAL DAYS! In fact, my car was not even moved until very late on Wed afternoon after I called about 20 times to no avail. I question whether the guy even told me the truth because for all I know he lied to me about the status of my car! The guy assigned to "help" me Johnny Mejias, was outrageously inconsiderate, disrespectful and clearly could not care less that I have no alternate source of transportation while they hold my car hostage.... in fact, as I write this, I STILL DO NOT HAVE MY CAR!!!! I DONT EVEN HAVE A DIAGNOSES OR A STATUS UPDATE!!! This is extreme and outrageous, and I certainly would not advise any PAYING CUSTOMER to subject themselves to such consumer indignity. After this, I'm writing to the MIAMI HERALD, that is just how terrible of an experience this has been. Dont waste your time or energy brining your car to this place-- they are a bunch of incompetents who instead of truthfully telling you that your appointment time is just a farce, prefer to park everyones car indefinitely until they feel like popping the hood. These guys are total crooks! I bought out my vehicle at the end of the lease, they tried to keep my security deposit when it was not part of the deal and not mentioned anywhere on the purchase contract. I had to go to small claims court to get the money back. Never do any business with them.

Bought a 2009 Z4. had a 3 mile test drive, car seemed fine, went back the next day and drove it again. The sales guy Todd convinced me to take it home and pay for it tomorrow. Less then 24 hours later I went in to explain that the car seat was not comfortable and that I needed a different car. At this point the car was still not paid for. THEY REFUSED to allow me to switch cars!!! They actually wanted me to trade in a car that I had for less then 24 hours. The point that the transaction had not gone through yet was the major issue for me. They actually expected me to purchase another vehicle, pay for their dealer fees again ($685.00) and all the other fees including a title fee when my first transaction had not even gone through yet.Wow, what a horrible dealership. They should be ashamed of themselves!!!!Goodbye Braman, and thank god for Coggin. When I told the people at Coggin what happened, they laughed so hard and then offered me a great deal!P.S. Everyone I know that gets service at Braman complains about a guy named Jose who is described as a very overweight rude manager. even reading the complaints on this forum I see his name mentioned several times. Now why would they keep a service manager who treats their customers so poorly? JUST SAY NO TO BRAMAN!!!! trust me, Coggin wants your business!!! P.S. Margret and Mike the manager were nice, but nice doesnt help in a situation like this.

Everyone knows Braman is the worst dealership in South Florida. I've brought my car in multiple times for the same issue and after FOUR, yes four, times, it was finally corrected. If you want to spend countless hours dealing with incompetence, then go to Braman. They epitomize poor service.

Took my Mini Cooper there because it was stopping without any reason, and panel indicated service required.Initially i was told the most likely the on-board computer would need to be reprogrammed, which was something simple.Then the issue became the the Harmonic balancer, which would cost $960 to replace ($533 parts + $430 labor), plus the thermostat for another $450.Called at 2 om and left a message on the rep's voice mail authorizing only the balancer to be replaced. Called back at 4pm to ask when the car would be ready and for my surprise I was told the car was ready already! Talk about an expensive labor!!!!My impression is that they did not replace anything!Got the car, paid the bill (feeling robbed) and the next morning, when I looked for my CD cas it was GONE! That is right, Braman Mini had my CD case stolen.... Obviously, their fine print reads "We assume no responsibility for lost or missing items". No surprise there...Don't even think about taking your car to Braman...You will certainly be robbed on the bill, and might have items "missing" from your car....

I just moved here from Seattle, WA and needed to have my 50,000 mile check on my X3. Not knowing where to go I choose Braman BMW. With my appt being a week a way. I mentioned that I was going here to my colleagues at the hospital and they said don't go there the service is bad. I had already made the appointment so decided to keep it. My appointment was at 8 am and without getting into a long story - Braman BMW has some of the worst customer service with terrible communication to it's customers. Half the staff are rude and the other are running their butts off. They herd you through the service department and when your car is done they just hand you your key. I had to ask where my car was!!Seattle BMW dealerships treat you like all customers should be treated, amazingly!! Braman BMW could use some lessons!!

My service experience with Braman has been awful. As a owner of a Lexus, the service and quality is 10 times better at Lexus. Avoid BMW and avoid Braman. The service advisors are nice people but are unable to truly help. My BMW with 8300 miles died on the side of the road from overheating. My Braman experience has been one obstacle after another.

I've had a lot of problems with Braman, but they were all minor.the main issues I had were with the car rental office they had in the service department. Unlike the Braman Service specialists, the guys at the car rental office are extremely rude and unprofessional, I even tried to speak to their manager once and it took him more than 30 min. to come see me, and when he did, he barely spoke to me and left.Ivan at the service department is a great service specialist. he answers all your questions ans addresses all the issues that you have immediately. I recommend that you go to him when you service your BMW at Braman.

Visited to lease a 7 series BMW. Brought my 2007 911 Turbo for trade. Salesman came back with very low appraisal...understood. Leasing the 7 did not make sense right now. The salesman then said the keys to my car were lost. After 45 minutes, I had to leave to an appointment and used my wallet key to move on. After several phone calls, and then contacting the manager, my keys surfaced at 5PM. (This ordeal started at noon...). I retrieved my keys, and had since noticed that my window sticker, original purchase order and the registration for the Porsche was missing from the glove compartment. These items have not yet been accounted for or returned.Not the treatment you would expect from a luxury car dealer.I will not consider a purchase from this dealership.

SO i CALLED IDA IN SERVICE AT BRAMAN IN BISCAYNE BLVD AND WAS TOLD IT WAS UNDER THE 36000.MILES WARRANTY. I PROCEEDED TO BRING THE VEHICLE IN. SINCE I ALWAYS DEALT WITH IDA OVEDO SERVICE WHEN SHE CALLED AND TOLD ME THE CAR WAS READY AFTER THEY KEPT 2 DAYS...WHEN I PICKED UP VEHICLE AND TO MY OWN FAULT DID NOT READ THE SERVICE PAPERS AND TRUSTED THE PADS WERE REPLACED. I took my car to service because I hear noise on my car and they said, the noise was coming from outside to inside, not from the car, and they change something I do not what....and now the noise inside my car is biggest, and I do not what to do. And the air condition do not was working appropiated. Then they fixed the air aconditioner but they damage my moonroof. Then they fixed the moonroof but damage the the front chair, then I was afraid if I send my car there they will damage another part.

I have lived in the area for most of my young life (about 30 years) and I have watched Braman in West Palm Beach grow and change over the years. I have owned many pre-owned BMW's, but never purchased a car from them. I have tried to and have tried to work out deals for friends and family members, but only one deal was viable. A mini sale. I 100% agree with the feelings others have posted here. I recently was looking for a lease deal for my boss and it took 2 days for the sales associate to get back to me so I called someone else there... Billy. He was nice and prompt with information. Unfortunately in the end Braman has a long list of tactics to squeeze extra pennies out of you from many angles. Vista is much better, but not perfect by any means. It's tough out there when buying a car. I recently have set up a deal with Habberstad BMW in New York and so far they have been great! We will see what happens if the deal closes.

Braman Motors BMW has the rudest staff of any BMW dealership I have ever dealt with in the Southern U.S. or in California. I usually rate BMW dealerships very highly but these guys really suck. I went to get a cooling system repair and they tried to an replace item (water pump) that had just recently been replaced and was in perfect condition. They said it was leaking but when I asked the mechanic to show me the leak, he could not show any leak. They also charged between 30% and 40% more than other shops for the same service.The staff is mostly rude; some are really pleasant but everyone who works on commission or profit share ("service advisors"; mechanics; parts sales, etc.) treat customers as ATMs. They ignore customers at the front counter if they think the customer does not fit their money-spending profile. When I say ignore, I mean they will simply not respond to questions and studiously ignore you especially if you are black. If you don't believe this, try calling them and see if you can get anything approaching service without being placed on hold for at least 20 minutes or having someone hang up on you at least once.

I have had several problems with this dealership. From a cold start the car would make a knocking noise that seamed to originate from the engine on the passenger side. I took my Z4 to the Braman BMW dealership to have this and several other problems addressed. A service manager looked at the car and assured me that everything could be fixed, but at a later time. I left with the promise that he would call me to make arrangements to bring the vehicle back. Then over the next several months and several phone calls later I have yet to have the problem fixed. When I call the dealership they inform me that only that specific service individual can assist me and that he will call me back. When I visited the dealership the individual was not there and I was informed I would have to return when he was. Last night while driving my right back run-flat tire tore open and I had to have the car towed to the dealership. When they opened this morning I called at 8:45am to find what steps needed to be taken to get new tires and all of the previous problems fixed. The service manager Jose Cajina gave me no information but that he would call me back and then promptly hung up on me. I called four more times between 11:00am and 2:00pm and was transfered to Jose's voice mail. Only after having called a little after 2:00pm with a complaint about their customer service was I able to speak with Mr. Cajina. He informed me that they were just then taking a look at my car and would call me back with tire prices. He was very rude and when I began to ask some questions pertaining to the car he again hung up on me. I called the dealership back to ask for a complaint department or perhaps a phone to a national department only to be referred to the general manager's voice mail. I left a message and my phone number. It is now near the end of the day and I have yet to recieve a call back. This is some of the worst customer service I have ever encountered. I understand that it might take some time to fit my car in and I understand that the dealership is very busy. All I ask is to be informed of the situation and what is being done to resolve things. I do not recommend the Braman dealership to anyone.

I bought a used 330ci convertible on October 22 which demonstrated a problem less than 72 hours later. Since I declined to purchase the extended warranty on the vehicle, the used car sales manager (may saleman's boss) declined to offer any assistance with the repair.While Braman had no legal obligation to provide assistance, I feel that morally and ethically they should have made some sort of accommodation to help me, as a customer who had just spent over $20,000 for a low mileage used vehicle since the problem manifested itself so soon after I drove off the lot. I cannot recommend this dealer to anyone and URGE you to take your business elsewhere!!

June 7, 2007, I was driving to work and my car kept pulling to the right, the light came on on the dashboard indicating my tire was flat. I drove to work very carefuly and called Braman BMW when I got into work because that is the closes dealer to where I work. Braman BMW advised me to come in right away as that was an emergency. When I got there, my original service advisor Marcos Rodriguez was standing inside. When I approached him regarding my situation he said "YOU HAVE TO WAIT UNTIL THE SERVICE ADVISORS GET BACK FROM LUNCH" I advised him, "YOU ARE MY SERVICE ADVISOR" he said, ok, one moment. He picked up his cell phone and started to make a personal call. I walked outside and the valet person took my key "very, very nice man" and said, let me check it for you. I turned my wheel and he found there was a big nail in my front passanger tire. He took my car, I went back inside and advised Marcos Rodriguez that I have a tire warranty through easy care. He advised me "OH NO, WE DO NOT DEAL WITH THEM" "YOU HAVE TO PAY THEN GET REIMBURSED" I asked him, how much? he said around $200.00. I advised I do not have $200.00 right now, thats why I purchased a tire warranty to begin with to take care of this. He was very aloof and said "OH WELL, SORRY CANT HELP YOU WE DONT DEAL WITH THEM!" I proceeded to call easy care, got a customer service person on the phone who said, they can bill them, all they need to do is speak to them. I put Marcos on the phone with them and he said to easy care "WE DONT DEAL WITH YOU, WE HAVE OUR OWN POLICY THROUGHT FIDELITY AND THAT IS THE ONLY ONE WE DEAL WITH" "SHE EITHER HAS TO PAY UP FRONT OR WE CANT HELP HER" I then kept the customer service person on the phone and asked to speak to the Manager. Marcos pointed to a door and said "HE IS IN THAT OFFICE" I said, can you call him? Marcos said "JUST GO INSIDE" as I was walking towards the office the manager, Jorge Rouco came out of his office and said "YOUR LOOKING FOR ME?" I said yes and explained the entire situation to him about how I had a flat tire and did not have $200.00 to pay up front that is why I purchased a tire warranty from Vista BMW and could he please speak to the customer service rep I had on the phone. He took my phone and advised the representative, sorry you guys take to long to pay us so we will not deal with you anymore because you take up to 30 days to pay your claims. He handed the phone back to me and said, "YOU CAN PAY UPFRONT AND GET REIMBURSED BY THEM" it was apparant he did not hear me when I advised him I did not have $200.00. As I started to cry, I said, you cannot make an acception with this? You are going to just let me drive away with a flat tire when somthing could happen to me:? Then I asked him, can you just patch it for me then? He said, no they cannot patch it, I need a new tire. Anguished, I left the dealer, crying, afraid to drive. I cannot believe how rude both the service advisor, Marcos Rodriguez and the Service Manager, Jorge Rouco were to me. How inconsiderate and nasty they were because I did not have $200.00, Very uncooperative, with no suggestions or help as to how I could not leave their dealer with a flat tire besides paying $200.00. They treated me with disrespect and no courtesy. I bought a BMW because I thought it was the best car to have, with the best assistance program. I intend to go all the way to the owner of Braman BMW and the better business bureau with this complaint. I appreciate you addressing this and to be sure, I will not only "NEVER" send anyone to that dealer, I intend to make it known what type of service they offer to every one who will give me their ear. I may also contact the Miami Herald and have them put an article in their paper about it.

I negotiated the deal with my sales representative. Then Buzz, her supervisor, came and said we can not go any lower than this. I agreed and we shook hands and he said Congrats. Then after 30 minutes he came out and said I thought it was a different car, and you have to pay more! I said no way, you saw the car we were talking about and we had a deal. He said then do not buy it! Then Gus, his supervisor came out and said, just pay a little more and it will be okay. I said again, no way! Anyway after an aggrivating and horrible hour, they relented. It completely ruined my car buying experience. I drove my car home and put it in the garage and did not even want to drive it for a week!

Took Mini in to be serviced - a few minor problems with the car.Rick was really rude - as if one of the problems (broken cover on middle brake light) was because of user intentionally tearing it off!Problem with window, even though he replicated the problem when the car was dropped off, was not fixed, with a note on the invoice that user should not push close window button when window was closed (not the problem). The middle brake light had to be completely replaced: and is now nonfunctional.Rude, incompetent and just plain not worth the stress.

I wanted a trailer hitch wiring harness and was told a price that i knew wasnt possible. I told them i only wanted the wiring harness, not the whole hitch. I think they tried to bait and switch me cuz i already knew what the X5 needed regarding a simple wiring harness. I let it go. I also wanted my tire pressure monitor reset after having a flat tire the week before. They told me i had another flat tire, exact same tire, and wanted to sell me a new tire. I thought it was BS since the tire was just replaced. They tried to sell me on something else and i said no thx, ill be back for my truck right away. Not more than a couple of days later i get the exact same tire flat. The tire repair guy said the angle of the nail wasnt consistent with driving since it punctured the side wall very high on the sidewall. Sabotage? Who knows.

<br>If you go to Braman for Service, make sure you ask for Danny. This guy helps you out and makes sure your taken cared of. Lauderdale Imports is not bad either. But I never found a person, that makes sure your problems are resolved and goes the extra mile. I have never really liked Braman for sales, but I would recommend service.

Would agree with previous comments regarding BMW dealerships in South Florida. Believe is finding a good salesman, which is not always an easy task. Troy Arch, was the sales guy on my first BMW 530i. He was great, provided exceptional service and fair and equitable pricing. He is now the Sales Mgr and would recommend him as a salesman with honesty, respect and integrity. My experience with their service department thereafter was horrible. And after 3 horrible experiences, actually wrote to the president of BMW USA to complain. There have been some major changes there and believe they are attempting to address these inefficiencies. I'm about to enter into a new lease and would prefer to fet another beamer. It's a great car! I have met with Troy to discusss my concerns. Miami has a rep for bad service in general everywhere, and to some degree it's true. At this juncture, i may use Braman Miami again, but am also searching other dealerships, distributors before signing on the dotted line.
