I visited the dealership earlier today to check out a 2014 Corvette Stingray. Anyone could see that the car was not kept in good shape; there were probably hundreds of rock chips and numerous paint defects all over the car. Carfax reports showed that the car had been through two owners, it had been in an accident, and had gotten a major recall. It also had 42k miles to the clock. Nevertheless, I decided to consider it because I really liked the spec, but would consider haggling the price after a test drive. However, the used car manager and his minion immediately wanted to start talking numbers, even quoting 4k higher than the price advertised online. I told him that I saw a lower price online and he disappeared and came back as if he had just found out about the price himself. He finally said that he would let me test drive IF we agreed on the price first...like are you kidding me? I said "We can talk about it after the test drive" and guess what? He told me to hit the road. So I did. Disgusting customer service. I'm pretty sure all of these reviews are fake reviews. DO NOT come here; it's just a waste of time.

My 2010 Honda Accord was recalled for service on my front passenger-side airbag. The service was completed in much less time than originally anticipated. My service advisor, Mike Gomez, was excellent. Once again, I was thoroughly pleased with my experience at Braman Honda.

I wanted to buy new Honda Accord. Mr Frank, a sales person, offered me a car for 26000 $ out the door (including taxes and tag). I agreed with the price and gave my SSN so that they can run the credit. Frank came back to me saying the manager was refusing to sell the car at that price and manager would like to talk to me. So then manager came to the room and said there was a mistake in pricing and the price for the same car would be 26900 if I am interested. So I asked that why they ran my credit if they did not want to honor the deal. Manager told me that they did not run my credit. And he said that he would sell the car for 26900 plus tag. I asked if he knew how much it would cost for a new tag. And managed replied that he did not know. So here are the lies:1) About running my credit: Frank ran my credit when he came back to tell me that the manager is refusing the sale, he left a piece of paper on the table by mistake. I saw that and it was my credit report. I took a photo using my phone. So I showed that photo to the manager saying you guys are lying. You did run my credit. 2) The manager said that he did not know the cost of getting a new tag. How is it possible. They sell thousands of car a month and they don't know the cost??3) They offer 0.9% financing option. So I asked if I would get that. The manager said that it would be the finance department's call. And of course the finance department said that the lowest I could get was 2.5%. So I called the manager again asking why is that. His answer was, "Oh, it's your first car that's why." Really? I have very good credit score. My score on that day was 769. So I had to put out a fight outlining all their lies. So for me it was a horrible experience. I ended up paying 27300 (26900 plus 400 for new tag) on top of tolerating all unprofessional behaviors and lies.

I've been shopping online for a used second car for a few weeks now, and usually on the weekends I'll take time out of my day to go see the cars I find online. Today I went to BRAMAN HONDA on Coral Way to see a car advertised online, and first thing i'm told after making the inquiry is that they don't wan't to sell the car...then they recommend another car and I see the car; I'm interested and I'm given a price; when I look up the price online at the dealer website - - it's over $1000 less than what I'm told which is crazy...and the sales person even asked if that was the dealers website when I showed her the price....who else's website is that going to be?I made an offer to purchase the car by cash or check expecting a counter offer (as people usually do when negotiating) and the sales person came back to me and said sorry, no...the price is the price no more no less. Don't list a car for sale on the internet for one price and then jack up the price when a customer inquires at the dealer....and don't put a vehicle for sale on the internet if you're not going to sell it. What a waste of time. I'm definitely never recommending this place to any one ever. I've never had this bad of an experience at a dealer and I buy lots of cars.

YURY ESPINOZA was my salesman and he was FANTASTIC from start to finish (request him if you go to Braman Honda on Bird Road in Miami!). I had been car shopping a lot and was down to Toyota or Honda (Prius or Fit). In all honesty, Yury was one of the main reasons I went with Honda!!!! I liked like the way he handled things and he was just SO pleasant and nice. Braman is a big, very busy dealership and gets a little overwhelming - but, I felt no pressure at all from Yuri and the experience turned out to be great. And, I LOVE my new Honda Fit! This is my 4th Honda - having deviated from Hondas for the past 10 years with a V/W - and I am really happy to be back in a Honda with its great gas mileage. The buying experience was overall very, very good!

Cuando haga un lease tenga en cuenta que al final le van a cobrar un fee de 350.00 mas tax por solamente entregar el carro si usted no lo compra. Esto es aparte de las millas danos ect que tiene que pagar por el uso del carro. Lea bien el contrato porque no le dicen nada ya me ha pasado dos veces en ese dealer donde son unos mentirosos con dos lease que hice y que por supuesto no visitare nunca mas y no se lo recomiendo a nadie

This place has the worst customer service ever. I've purchase from here before, and I regret giving them any business whatsoever. I wanted to surprise my wife and get her the new model civic and show her the options at the Braman dealer. All my wife told the sales rep that approach us was that she wanted the see the different models that they have for the civic, and the sales rep told her if you just want see that we couldn't see them in their inventory upstairs, that we can see them from a magazine they showed us. He made judgement on us just because she said SEE, I then told him we wanted to see our options but he insisted that we couldn't. Surprisingly we have purchase at this dealership before and we gone upstairs for both cars we have bought, and sorry to say never again. Don't go to this dealership. I would not go to this dealership and won't recommend this to anyone.

I drove up to the Service and Repair area and almost instantly a Honda employee began helping me. I told them the issue I was having with my car battery and they began working on it right away. I went into the office to sign the papers and was kindly greeted by Jose. He was very reliable and effectively communicated everything I needed to know regarding the repair. I had a very nice experience at Honda and my wait time was very limited.

Mr. Juan Hernandez was excellent. I wrote an email to his supervisor detailing my experience. However, the repair to the hood was fine. What happened was that my car was erroneously taken apart and upon putting back together, my license plate cover was broken. That should've been fixed on the spot.

The gentleman I spoke to was friendly, professional, helpful and clear. The car was brought back promptly. It would have been nice if they washed the car before they contacted me to tell me it's ready. Instead, they wait for me to stand there and ask me if I needed it washed. It obviously needed a wash, but, I didn't want to wait just for that. I almost feel as if they expect a tip and that's the oly way to receive a tip, and I already pay $50 over price where I could of received it cheaper elsewhere, but I needed to make sure those working on my car, have experiences with working on Honda. Overall, it was a pleasant experience which I normally don't have with customer services these days.Thank you.

I can't speak for the quality of my recent servicing--it was brought in for oil change 21 pt inspection and some minor air conditioning service.Apparently it was done fine-but how am I able to really tell?I will rave about the excellent extra touches given to my car:I had asked when my car was washed if they could just vacuum the front mat area.I was surprised to receive it back with a very thorough completeinterior cleaning including dashboard and rear seats/floormat.Also I had a fairly large"parking violation "sticker --the kind that takes effort to entirely scrape off.That was cleaned off and removed too.It was those extra things that made my experience great. thank you

Went in for an oil change and tire rotation and it turned out I needed a new battery which was replaced at no charge since it was still under warranty. Overall experience was good. Although the service department is great I can't say the same thing about the car salesmen. I would not recommend this dealer to anyone because my buying experience was terrible.

The title says it all. Was quickly taken care of and was explained every detail of the process as it was done as well as regular updates. I took my car in for a recall notice that was issued for my model, to see if it was affected or not. Turns out it wasn't as I was told it likely wouldn't be, but it was nice that they explained everything and helped me understand the process as it was going.

I brought the vehicle for a recall, a problem with the Airbag but I was told that my vehicle was not in the list of recalls, however I was also told that there was a problem with the Power steering feeding line and they took care of it with no charge, the service person Michael was very professional and courteous, the overall experience was very satisfactory

Very Satisfied with the customer assistance I was given at my arrival and the quality of repair I got. the only thing I did not like was that I had to stand at least 20 minutes waiting for the car to come down from the shop area and put through the car wash (which is fine),there was no where to sit down, My recommendation is have at least 3-4 chairs available, specially forpeople like me who have had surgery and 20 minutes standing up is very uncomfortable and difficult specially out in the heat. Other than that, everything else was a great experience.

I live in Orlando, but was in Miami visiting my parents. I had to be back up north on Monday night, but on Sunday night, I discovered the engine splash guard on my 2015 Honda Fit was cracked and hanging down, scraping against the pavement and making noise. I woke up early on Monday and called Braman Honda. They advised me that driving four hours back to Orlando like that would be unsafe, and they told me to come in. They replaced the part while I waited, and three hours later, I was ready to hit the road for home. Unfortunately, since the plastic piece was cracked, it was not covered under my warranty, but that is not anyone's fault at Braman Honda.

Car costed 22,000 approximately, my trade is was 4,500 appraisal ended up with a loan for 27,000 so the maths atleast 22-23.5k And my credit wasn't bad at all 734... J jaramillo don't go to him, now I need to trade in my car, will end up getting way less than my loan amount for and stuck with a balance on the loan, when they are too friendly it's not a good sign, Don't trust any of those busters. Go to Ed morse Honda in riviera beach,fl and ask for Christian marrero he will help you at best, it's worth the drive

I recently purchased a Certified 2013 Honda CRV L from Alex Acosta at Braman Honda. I usually cringe when buying a vehicle and would rather go to the Dentist then deal with a car salesman. I contacted Alex on the internet and met him the next day at the dealership. Braman Honda had a huge selection of models, years and colors both new and used. Alex went the extra mile to demonstrate the Honda that I selected even spending the time during our test drive to go my daughters home to enable my wife to test drive the car as well. After some typical negotiation we arrived at a reasonable sales price and I purchased the vehicle. Buying a car from Alex was a great experience and as a result I fully intend to return to purchase another Honda in the next few weeks.

I bought a new Honda Accord at Braman Honda and I was so impressed with this dealership. My salesman Danilo was friendly and professional. Best of all he was not pushy. When I sat down with the finance guy Cesar I was even more impressed. I am used to going back and forth and spending a lot of time getting a decent payment. He have me a great interest even though my credit wasn't great. I was surprised with the payment in a good way. He was great and quick. I can't say enough about my experience at Braman Honda. They are by far the best dealer I have ever gone to.

The customer service with the service agents was excellent however the service at the cashier counter where you pay for the service was horrible. The younger Hispanic lady gave an attitude because the credit card machine told me to remove the card from the machine and I removed it but apparently the system takes a slower time to recognize the chip in the card so it freezes the machine so you should wait longer. Once the transaction was completed she threw my printed receipt on the counter for me to remove. I would recommend putting someone like her in the back to file where she has no interaction with customers. Her attitude is unappealing.

The men's restroom was not clean at all. I could barely stand to be in there with that horrible smell. The toilets were all dirty and the floors wet. Other than that, everything was perfect. Great customer service by Josh. Nice guy. Also went by the quickest I have ever been there. I only had to wait 50 minutes.

Customer service is fantastic every time I come in to your place of business. My only complaints (and they aren't really complaints so to speak) are 1, they had a tough time finding my keys after the work was done due to some confusion. But it wasn't a big deal. And 2, I bought a snap on panoramic rear view mirror. The adhesive that holds it together held up in Miami heat for about 2 days before it fell off and is now useless. It was inexpensive so not really worth me driving back out there for a refund/exchange. Pretty poor quality though.

First time at a Honda dealer and it was an enjoyable experience, when it came to purchasing a car. No hassles or pressure. The sales person Daniel Michelena is a kind and gentle sales person, not the aggressive sales person one is used to. Very kind person, found the car I wanted, showed me all the car features and before, during, and after the test drive. The finance coordinator Rafael Bencosme was also a pleasure to deal with, I told him where I needed to be at in terms of down payment and monthly payments and he worked with me to reach an affordable deal. All in all it was a pleasant experience, which is not common when it comes to buying a car.

Really like your service department. They are quick, informative and work with you with total honesty. Very satisfied.If I have one complaint it's on the sales side. As a former car salesperson myself,( I am a pilot now) I was a bit disappointed that I was hardly ever approached by your sales staff. I look a lot at your CR-V. Perhaps you have a softer approach which is ok, but I found I made more deals from customers from the service department then just waiting for "ups". But I could be dating myself.

They're black and you can see dust balls. Can become an air quality safety issue if it doesn't get attended to in the near future.

Good. Dealership should have more discounts. Honda should have more recalls like the door hinges which don't allow the door to stay open and slam on someone's legs. Too many cars have that problem. It poses a safety risk!!!!

Never trust the price that Braman Honda give you over the phone. They will make you go to the dealer and take more money from you. They will never send you an email with a price because no matter what they say, you will end paying more. If you are the kind of person that make a deal in site... don't go to Braman Honda on Coral Way, you will end paying much more of the price or you will end wasting your time. They will agree on a price over the phone just to make you go and then they will change it completely. Complete waste of time!

I needed to renew my lease which originally initiated down south, very south. In my negotiating over the phone and internet for my new lease, I was contacted by Braman Honda which is literally 7 blocks from my residence. The person contacting me was a gentleman by the name of Ramon (David) Ortega, whom was very soft spoken and extremely professional, NOT pushy or desperate at all.He stayed in contact with me for a couple days while I decided where I was to renew my lease. This contact was very subtle and never infringing, short and pleasant. Once I decided to come in to the dealership, he was extremely patient and never did I feel being pushed into any transaction. On the contrary, he was informative whenever I had a questions and patiently guided me in possible options. Although I spent a great deal more time in the dealership that I had planned for, it was not by his fault. It just happened they were also having big event that did slow down some of the finance process BUT Ramon continued to be patient and help me with the transaction, always on his toes.I consider Ramon to be an asset for Braman Honda and wish everyone would have this type of attention and experience when entering any dealership. NOTE that Ramon did have two other appointments while he was still taking care of my business and still remained calm and at-tentative with the other two clients. It's refreshing to experience great customer service again.

I had done my homework through the web and got quotes from several dealers, but I had not seen the cars in person and the colors in pictures are not exactly the same. I went to Braman Honda to personally see the cars because it is the closest to my home, even though it was not the best quote.I talked to Oscar De Leon, who is the Internet Manager and had given me the quote by email. He then assigned a sales consultant, Tony Rosquet, who showed me the cars and we went for a test ride. I loved the car and the color, but I told them I had a better quote from another dealer. Tried to sell my car to this dealer. It took them 2 hours just to get it appraised even though half the staff was sitting around drinking cuban coffee. They offered $5,000 initially, saying it needed work and that they could only sell it for $7000. While waiting for the GM to come back and discuss price (45 min) and having his staff make multiple phone calls to him saying I was waiting, I left. On my way out, one of the employees apologized for the GMs rude behavior and told me to take the car to Carmax. I did and they offered me $7500.

I was there to return my old lease and take a new one, I hope it will be cheaper but the internet advertise is not true. I was looking for the Accord sedan 2015. the advertisement was for $259.00/ $0.00 down payment at the end I paid $500.00 and a monthly payment of $388.00, the car is cheaper than the other that I returned, much more cheap but the quality of the car is also lower. It is a new car and I liked it. I don't have too much time to expend at the dealer so I take it. I like but it must be cheaper than it cost to me. I was paying for another Honda accord 2012 $479.00. Repair was for airbag safety recall on my 2003 Honda Accord.. Booking the appointment by phone was very efficiant (Melissa),, and all paperwork was ready on my arrival. Service advisor Ronald Herrera was quick, pleasant and efficient. I was pleased that for no extra charge he had the brakes inspected and informed me that they were in satifactory condition, He telephoned me when the car as ready. Misleading, deceiving and dishonest sales practices.. do not lease or buy from this Dealer. I had a lease and I bought the car under false promises from the financing dealer Cesar Rojas. They gave me a quote and at the end was more money that what I was paying. He said that if I cannot pay the car I can give it back. That was not true they make me sign a contract under a lie. The employees are not honest never again I will sign anything from them.

My experience with this dealership was overall disappointed and misleading. I originally went with intent to purchase two vehicles at this location being that I have purchase my first two beforehand at this same location. They told me that I am a loyal customer and that they where going to give me a great deal, yeah not the case. The sales man gave me a final price on both cars and by the time I got to the finance personal he told me that he cannot approve the final price for both cars. The finance rep told me he would rather let me go on my way and give the two cars for a better price to anyone else for a better profit for the company. I was shock after hours of being at this dealership to hear such a thing and question why and how can that be allowed. In the end all he can tell me was that the manager and sales rep that gave me a fair deal don't understand numbers and there's nothing I can do. Thank you so much for my time and your dealership Armando Urra Finance Coordinator. Word of advice if your company makes a mistake on numbers as you say, don't just treat customers as a waste of time because I dedicate my day at your dealership with great intention.

Had a previous Honda Pilot lease that had to be turned in and was looking to replace with another Honda. We got a great deal on a higher end model for only a few more dollars a month. Leasing with Honda for years and have to say have never had a bad experience. Got the new lease without even having to do anything but turn over the keys to the old lease. The finance manager was professional and quick in getting us a good deal and out on the road. No issues at all. Will continue to do business with them.

I had been having trouble with ma battery of my 2012 Accord and decided to drive in and inquire about warranty and/or service. I was immediatley attended to even though it was early eveing. The young lady in office number 6, I forgot her name, was very helpful in finding me a seervice agent The agent that helped me was very proffesional and extremely attentative as well as very freindly. He took the time to converse with me although it was early evenng.Within half an hour a new battery was installed and the porter also offered a crawash which was done also fast and efficient.Definatley a great experiance.

Service was excellent. Drove in without an appointment. In less than an hour and 15 minutes I had an oil change, tire rotation and a carwash. Before I left the service representative asked me if I enjoyed the book that I was reading and then walked me out of the dealership.

I have been servicing my car at Braman Honda for about three years now. I did the same thing with my previous car for aproximately five years.The reason for my loyalty with Braman Honda is that the service is excellent in workmanship, quick, and friendly. If the Representative taking care of my car finds there may be a problem, I am advised of this so that I can make a decision to repair it at that time or later.All personnel is friendly, courteous, and helpful. I receive great service at a reasonable price all the time. This is why I keep coming back to Braman Honda, and will continue to do so in the future. Good Job, everyone!

Ever since I purchased my 2000 Honda Accord, I have only used the Braman Honda Car Dealership, in Miami, for the maintenance and for all required repairs to my car. I have been fortunate to have the same Maintenance Advisor throughout the years. Charity Fernandez knows the history and needs of my vehicle and she has always been courteous, honest, knowledgeable and reliable whenever dealing with me. I am most pleased with the superb service she and her Department have always provided me; the best proof of their work is that my car is still running in great shape. My next car will also be a Honda and part of it is to keep this trusted source of service. It is unsurpassable to have such great Honda Dealership in close proximity to my house.

Excellent service! My car had paint problems and I went to Honda to fix it. They treated me really good and the visit was quick and easy. I left my car to get fixed and when I picked it up they washed it and cleaned everything inside. My car looks like I just bought it new. I am very pleased with the overall experience

Jason my service rep was great!! WOW....30k mile service is over $400. I find that to be very expensive. Jason -Thank you for being so conscientious of the customers needs. He gave me several options so I didn't have to spend $400+at one time. I love that I can take my car to you and have it washed for free...however it appears every time I take the car to be washed...your car wash is out of service! that's a bummer!

I arrived without an appointment because my service light was indicating I needed service (oil change). My service rep mentioned that I had not done the 60,000 mile service. He said I had declined it the previous service which is not true. I had stated I would need to bring it back as I did not have the time to leave it or service it then. This is not critical of my rep for this service, but I think that "decline" is a negative term and that some other term should be used on your records when a customer cannot leave the car at the time.My service rep told me that if I was able to do the service now it would take approximately 2 hours and 30 min. I had the time so I went ahead and got it done. I have always maintained the 3 Hondas that I have owned in top working order and completed every service. I am a bit concerned though that it costs $400+ dollars to do a service on a car that has been well maintained which basically was fluid replacements and checking systems. This cost had no repairs so I found it rather high. Needless to say, I want to maintain my car in the best running order, but your prices for checkups is really high.

Victor the sale person was very attentive. He was very patience with us through the whole negotiation process. This was the Friday after Christmas and not very many service managers were available, so it took a while to get the car checked in. Once I was with a service manager, he was very personable, knowledgeable and helpful. The work was done in a timely manner and the cashiers were very quick and friendly.

I enjoyed meeting and being served by Humberto de la Ossa. Armando Urrea is very professional and know his business very well. The car is not as good in several aspects with the Toyota Camry I had. I miss the automatic night lights as well as the automatic door open. I should have chosen the next category that have what I had before but I don't blame anybody but me!!!!

Como sera si acepta la reparacion del vehiculo. Lesses and Buyers BE AWARE, DO NOT DO BUSINESS with BRAMAN HONDA OF MIAMIFor the pat 4 years, We have been going to Braman Honda of Miami to buy and lease cars. We have been deceived by Mr. Pascalli's sales practices (used cars sales manager), saying to us that the car that we were trading in had frame damage, which we found out afterwards that this was simply not true. Also, he said to us that if We kept our old car, we would at the end of the lease owing American Honda Finance Corp $6000 US dollars for frame damage and be without a car which it was also a big LIE. Our old car had an accident but no frame damage.By this major premise, We ended up leaving a new car that we did not need, paying way more a month. We went to Braman Honda looking to lower our monthly payment on Labor Day weekend in the first place.Mr. Pascalli took advantage of our GOOD FAITH, We did trust him. When we found out that our old car did not have frame damage, we went back with proof to talk to Mr. Carlos Diaz general manager and he was to busy to see us. He sent Mr. Paulas Charles to alk to us and of course he was on Mr. Pacalli's side.We were taking advantage of from a situation that did not exist it to start with. We ended up paying more per month because we were two fools trusting a "professional " word. I went to the dealership to see the new Honda Accord Sport 2013. I explained to Eric that I just wanted to see the car not test drive the car. He insisted in obtaining my drivers License and I said no and told him that I just wanted to see the car. He began asking me for my home address, phone number and email address and I gave him the information. Later he took me upstairs to see the car and he brought the car down from the garage. He asked me for the my DL again. At the point I gave it to him but I was already feeling stressed out. Took the car for a test drive. When going down the elevator he asked me for the name of my car insurance company. I was not sure why. Came back to the office and I explained to him that I was not interested in buying the car at this time and that I just wanted to see the car. He told me to wait in his office. He went to another office and I saw him putting my personal information in a computer. I am not sure if he was doing some sort of credit check, although I never provided my social security number. I was not sure what he was doing but I was getting really upset at the point. He tells me to go back to his office that he was going to speak to his manager. I told him again that I was not ready to buy the car and that I wanted to leave. He still had my DL and I saw that he had made 6 copies of my DL which could not understand why he needed to make those copies. At that point I asked him to give me back my DL with all the copies. He was reluctant to give me the copies and at the point I demanded for the copies and he gave them to me. I would never buy a car at Braman. My experience was awful.

I visited this dealership for a test drive while visiting family in Miami. By the time I left I was so stressed out. The sales team acted like a school of piranhas. They would not just let me look at a car and test drive one. It was high pressure all the way. They insisted on running the numbers for me, even after I nicely explained that I was not ready for that step. When I went to leave the dealership, they nearly blocked to door with various paperwork that they insisted I fill out. It was very unpleasant. I felt trapped by these aggressive sales people.I would never buy a car here.

I just turned 18 on the 18th and I purchased my first vehicle from Mitch Stemmer. It is a beautiful 2008 Honda Ridgeline. Mr Stemmer treated my just like I was his own son.He had the patience to explain each and every detail of my truck and the purchase procedure. He even told me that for any reason I could call him up day or night and he would help me with anything. I will be traveling to school in July and will feel very safe driving to Tallahassee Thank you again Mr Stemmer for all of your help

I leased an Accord from Daniel Michelena at Braman Honda a couple of years ago!Daniel is a really nice guy. Honest, gives all information upfront and explains things clearly. I would definitely consider buying from him again and would recommend him.My only issue with Braman was with the finance department. I felt like they were trying to changes things a bit from what Mr Michelena and I had agreed on initially. However, after some back and forward everything was fixed and to my full satisfaction.Braman is a large dealership and has great inventory.But Overall, I liked buying from Braman, and from Daniel Michelena in particular.ThanksPablo V

This is the WORST service experience i have had in my life. I went in for a standard service appointment, and requested one of my "free car washes for life" along with my service, and was flat out told "the car wash is broken" (had already been told this in 5 other instances). Went to the manager, and got my car wash. Then I had one of their "service rewards coupons" for free wiper blade refills. Car was given back to me and noticed that the receipt said "coupon given but not used, out of stock". Do you think the service advisor had the common courtesy to let me know this and give me a raincheck? No. She had the common courtesy to go to lunch while i was waiting in the waiting room. HORRIBLE SERVICE! NEVER AGAIN!!!!!

dealership made a mistake regarding my financing and their handling of entire situation. They endied up costing me more money, as well as time and aggrivation. I spoke to the manager and he was nasty, and acted like he was doin me a favor by correcting their mistake. The initial sales experience was okay, but the way i was treated has totally overshadowed and ruined the whole experience.
