If you're in the market for new or used Subaru don't walk-run to see Laura Chapdelaine at Brattleboro Subaru. I've owned and/or leased probably 10 to 12 vehicles in my lifetime and I've NEVER felt as comfortable with a car sales process as I did with Laura. My husband and I needed to trade in our 2007 Impreza for a 2016 Impreza. Not for one moment did we feel pushed, pressured, or manipulated into the sale. Laura has a natural style of letting the car sell itself but she made everything SO easy. From knowing when I needed coffee after a long day, to playing with our five yr old during the financing piece. I can't recommend this dealer more highly--as long as they retain Laura!!

I emailed Marie with a bit of a tough situation. I have bad credit due to a voluntary repo a few years ago, along with some other issues. Ontop of that I only had about $1,500 cash and no trade. My current car was done with the inspection about to run out in about a week. After talking back and forth through email, Marie personally called me and went over their bad credit financing, some possible options for vehicles, as well as more details about what I was looking for. I went to Brattleboro Subaru and met with John who Marie had explained my situation too. Marie came down and introduced herself and offered to help in any way she could. John was great. He listened to me on what my budget was, as well as what I would and would not want in a vehicle. We took a look at some options that might work. After running my credit, it looked like we'd be doing financing through credit acceptance and I had some options for vehicles. Surprisingly with an extra push from the dealership, they were able to get me approved for conventional financing, with only $1,500 down with a payment that fit my budget. I ended up with a very clean, one owner 2012 subaru impreza sport. It also is a Subaru Certified Pre owned, which means I ended up with a full warranty, as well as road side assistance. Going into this situation I completely expected to either end up with a vehicle I really did not like, a huge down-payment, or a monthly payment I just couldn't manage. Now I'm well on my way to rebuilding a credit, with a car I actually enjoy and a payment I can afford!

Tom McFeeley is a class act, and a very honest man. I knew from the start that I wanted to buy my car from him after a very positive experience speaking with him when I walked into the dealership, but I shopped around for the best price at nearby dealerships, and he was able to undercut the best offer I received. I also was a first time car buyer, and purchased a 2017 Subaru WRX, despite having NO experience driving manual. We made it part of the deal that Tom would teach me how to drive my new car, and he followed through and was willing (it took guts!) to teach me how to drive for two hours after he got off work on a Friday! This just shows the kind of guy Tom is. Although I haven't interacted with many car salesmen, I have trouble believing they are as trustworthy and pleasant to do business with as Tom. I would highly recommend him to anyone looking to purchase a Subaru in the VT/NH area.

I can't say enough about the financial manager Nathan head! I was definitely a challenging customer and I was ready to walk out the door ( in tears) with out my much desired Subaru Forester. Luckily I ran into Nathan and he took me under his wings and made everything better. Not only did he help me figure out how to get the car I wanted, he explained everything every step of the way. If anything could go wrong it did and getting a good finance rate required many phone calls to untangle some old credit mess but Nate helped me and waited patiently while juggling all the additional duties and customers he had that day. Nathan was amazing and I hope that he gets the recognition he deserves for turning me into a now loyal brattelboro Subaru customer

The dealership listed a 1980 MGB for sale. I submitted a bid via website and traded several e-mails with Marie Flack. Since this was an older car, I requested pictures of the engine and undercarriage (for rust). I am two hours away and hoped to get a deal done then go complete the purchase saving four hours round trip. Marie Flack refused to provide additional pics. Here's her e-mail:"I understand wanting more photos, however due to the high volume of online inquires, that's something delegated to our photographer only. The car is absolutely mint, and it is just as clean underneath as it is in visible areas. This is something you really need to see in person to appreciate!"I would have been satisfied with a few pics from a cell phone. Didn't think that was a big issue but apparently Marie did. Here is the transcript from the e-mails we traded:She started out nice but it went downhill from there: "Good morning and thank you for inquiring online for our MG! I saw your offer of $6,750.... We can't go that low, but we'll do better than $9,999. This car was originally priced at $11,990, and is being sold on consignment, so it's at the owners discretion what we can let it go for. Would you like to set up a time to come see it in person?"Me: "Even quick cell phone pics would be helpful. We're two hours away so the pics would save a trip. If everything looked good, I would try to work out a deal and then pick the MGB up."Her: " I'll be honest, my hesitation comes from your offer of $6,750 for this car as well as your lack of interest in coming to see it. We're far away distance-wise and deal-wise. If you're comfortable paying $9,999 for the car (plus our $396 documentation fee) and you're going to set an appointment with me for this weekend then I'd feel like we might be getting somewhere here. Hopefully you can understand that. We're here 8am-5pm tomorrow and 11am-3pm Sunday. Do either of those weekend days work for you?"My response: "They do not. I did tell you I was able to go up. A few pics didn't seem like a big deal to maybe get a deal moving forward. One trip up is more efficient. As an aside, I bought my '08 Toyota Sequoia via internet and phone negotiations for $35K(ish) with no issues and traveled to New Rochelle NY to pick it up. The $396 doc fee is not mentioned on the eBay listing so why would I even entertain buying for full price and doc fee? I will pass on this one."I placed two calls to their sales manager today but have yet to get a call back. Looked like a great car but due to their poor customer service, I would never buy from them nor recommend. Brattleboro missed out on a (seemingly) easy cash sale. Guess taking care of customers is not high on their list of priorities. I didn't think my requests were unreasonable but she did.

Ownership and top management set the tone and personality of a dealership. This is a well run dealership that is not heavy handed with its customers and more importantly.... its employees. There is no pressure exerted on the customer. It starts with John's over sight and filters down to John M. to Laura to Jerry in service. Buying a vehicle at Brattleboro is a positive experience. No dealerships in the Albany, New York area could match their price or provide their level of service. Brattleboro found the exact car we wanted coming into port, had the options put on near the port, and prepped the car so it looked wonderful when we came to pick it up. Ian Findlay carefully reviewed the lease and purchase options and answered every question we had about the Forester. Brattleboro agreed to register and plate the car in New York State to make our lives even easier. It was delightful to work with such honest, forthright, responsive, and helpful people. I purchased my second Subaru, not even planning to. I went in for an oil change on my 2015 Legacy and left with a 2016 Forester. How did that happen? I am not sure, but I can tell you one thing, I am not sorry in the least, even though the Forester is NOT the same on gas. I dealt with Laura Chapdelaine and my daughter and I love her to death. She is sincere, capable, honest, reliable, and trustworthy. On top of that, she is VERY personable and seems to get along great with everyone. I will not do business with anyone else when I get my next Subaru in 3 years. (Please don't leave Laura. We love you) Nizam did the financial piece as he did the first time. He is great as well, but Laura has left a lasting impression that TRULY won me over after some issues on my Legacy purchase. NOT that it was a bad experience, only that the salesperson was not as knowledgeable on the vehicle accessories. I still loved the car, but it did not have the one feature I wanted.Laura made sure I had everything I wanted PLUS more. I actually was upset because I thought she misinformed me about USB ports. Boy was I wrong. Not only that, there was ONE more than a thought, in a perfect location for my daughter to charge her game system. Yeah to Brattleboro Subaru, A+ to Laura and Nizam, and to a WONDERFUL, and hopefully a lasting relationship for a long time to come.Was so much fun, coming in for an oil change and leaving with a brand new car.

We were met promptly at 10am for our sales appointment by the Internet Sales Manager and Laura Chapdelaine.Let me just say that our experience with Brattleboro Subaru was positive on all levels, but Laura is the reason my wife and I would go back to Brattleboro Subaru in the future. She was personable, organized, and knowledgeable. We had an honest discussion about the two Subarus we were test driving. Not ONCE did I feel the apprehension I think most people feel when dealing with a sales person. In fact, I felt that Laura was on our side then entire visit. She is a gem, and an asset to her dealership!

When I was searching for an almost-new Certified Pre-Owned Subaru, I heard good things about Brattleboro Subaru dealership from several friends and colleagues as I polled them about their Subaru experiences. Even though I had to drive 45 minutes from where I live, I found the effort well worth it! Laura immediately took me out in the car I had spotted online, explaining in detail its features, taking me on various local roads to illustrate the Crosstrek "chops", and, in general, paying close, friendly attention to my concerns and questions. She then introduced me to Nizam Mushaba, and I was able to trade in my old car and set up very favorable financing with his help. I so appreciated his clear, low-key, informative explanations of any and all of my questions about the purchase terms and paperwork. I left that afternoon in my new car feeling positive and satisfied, rather than the worn out, bamboozled feeling I have had buying cars in the past. A few days later, I returned to get my new-to-me preowned car detailed, which we hadnt had time to do on the day of the purchase. I had a third very positive, fun experience with another member of the Brattleboro Subaru team. The Reconditioning Department manager, Nate Haskell, took the time to answer all my questions about maintaining both the interior and exterior surfaces of my new Ride, as well as doing a superb, like-new, bang up job detailing my Crosstrek so it gleamed and shimmered inside out. Since then, Laura has been great in following up quickly and professionally any subsequent issues. She has been wonderful at communicating the next steps in scheduling appointments and has always returned my call or email swiftly, respectful of my time. I must say that the friendly, competent, and professional team at Brattleboro Subaru more than makes up for the effort of traveling 45 minutes from my home to have my car serviced.

I purchased a 2015 Impreza from this dealer and was very impressed with the salesperson, John, who helped me through the process. He was extremely knowledgeable about the product and thoroughly went over all the features of this great little car. He really knows his stuff about the electronics and was able to guide me through using the navigation system as well as the blue tooth service. Now I am working with Laura Chapdelaine and she is another super star. Intelligent, well-informed and an excellent communicator. I selected Brattleboro Subaru since this dealer participated in the Consumer Reports/True Car service. As a result, my first connection was with Marie Flack (Internet Sales), who accompanied me on a test drive. Marie then turned me over to Laura Chapdelaine, my sales representative. Both Marie and Laura were excellent and honored the True Car service; pricing was quoted in advance of the visit, so there was no back-and-forth-to-the-manager sideshow or over-hyping of options I didn't want.I was considering different models and options and trim lines, and Laura and Marie priced them all out for me, without complaint. I was scheduled to test drive a Mazda elsewhere later that day, but based on my previous experiences with Subaru and my interactions at Brattleboro, I scrapped that idea on the spot and ordered a 2016 CrossTrek. Laura then kept in regular contact until the time of delivery and quickly answered any questions I had pending delivery. She was knowledgeable and enthusiastic about the car. After delivery, she led me through the electronics and followed up later to let me know she would continue to be available for any questions. Overall, a pleasant and professional experience!

I use my own vehicle for business and average approximately 45K miles a year. I was currently driving a 2011 Suburu Outback with 215K in mileage (which I also purchased from Brattleboro Subaru) and decided to trade before year end due to the Brattleboro Subaru year end event. I met with Laura Chapdelaine on a Tuesday, the first week in December 2015, and by Wednesday the the next day I was in my new Subaru 2016 Forester!All the paperwork was completed when I arrived for the exchange and an hour later and I was back on the road.Laura was very professional, and allowed me to choose the extras I needed in my new vehicle.Thats a plus for me since I have dealt with so many auto dealers in the past.

The 2016 Subaru Crosstrek rose to the top of the heap. Laura was very persistent during the process and did everything she could to make this happen. The communication was excellent and no hidden fees or price increases along the way. We bought our Forester here 5 years ago and feel we may have found our go-to dealership for years to come. After first speaking with anther dealer (who sold me my last Subaru), I bought a new Forester from Brattleboro, The price was the first consideration. I saved nearly $3000 on precisely the same car. (The other dealer told me that the Brattleboro price was impossible.) But beyond the great price I found the personnel to be courteous, helpful, and low-key. I bought the car over the phone and internet and two pleasant drivers delivered the car to my house, had me sign the paperwork, and left me very happy. I recommend Brattleboro Subaru most highly.

My wife and I recently purchased a new 2016 Forester. The experience at Brattleboro Ford was nothing less that pleasant and wonderful. Laura was very understanding and very very patient with me (almost 2 month) as we worked through what I was trying to do with the options I had with my trade ins. Laura was very knowledgeable in all of the Subaru product. She went over all of the options and trim levels with a couple of models that we were looking at. And when the time came for the final negotiation she/they were very good and work hard to get me what I felt was a very good deal. We were looking to trade in our 07 Edge that we absolutely loved and were a little worried about liking the Forester. After first speaking with anther dealer (who sold me my last Subaru), I bought a new Forester from Brattleboro, The price was the first consideration. I saved nearly $3000 on precisely the same car. (The other dealer told me that the Brattleboro price was impossible.) But beyond the great price I found the personnel to be courteous, helpful, and low-key. I bought the car over the phone and internet and two pleasant drivers delivered the car to my house, had me sign the paperwork, and left me very happy. I recommend Brattleboro Subaru most highly.

My wife and I were in search of a used Subaru (Forester or Outback) to replace my 2001 Outback that had given good service and is the car you want to drive in snow and bad weather in Vermont. I am a social scientist and so do research before any major purchase. I searched the internet within reasonable travel and did my own comparisons of similar cars. We knew the specific cars we wanted to see before calling dealers. We had visited the dealer from whom I had bought the 15 year old car. We called ahead to Brattleboro Subaru and another dealer for the late afternoon of the same day. My call reached Laura Chapdelaine. I gave her the parameters we were looking for and the stock numbers of the specific cars we wanted to see. Laura indicated she would be ready to work with us when we arrived. We found her delightful to work with. The cars we had identified were ready to go on test drives. Importantly, the test drive included both paved and gravel roads, including some good pot holes. My wife did the majority of the driving as she has chronic pain that was going to be the determiner of which model we chose. The Outback was best for her back. During our interactions with Laura during the test drives and back at her desk, I confirmed a first impression that she was a good listener and genuinely interested in supporting us in finding the car we wanted and answered our questions honestly. She sensed that we liked the car we bought. I had looked at the prices carefully and knew that Brattleboro's prices were lower than other dealers. We decided to buy a 2014 Certified Pre-Owned Outback with 31K mile and skip going to the other dealer because my search had found that their prices were higher on comparative vehicles.A wonderful retired gentleman was just returning from delivering another car. He followed us the 50 miles home, changed the plates from the old car to the new and then drove the old car back as a trade in. Laura has been very good at following up with us. She is becoming a friend, and we feel that she will continue to take care of any needs we have in future. All-in-all, buying our car was a pleasant experience in addition to getting what we wanted at a good price.

On Saturday night, I saw a vehicle online at a great deal. I put in a request for more information, not expecting to hear from anyone until at least the next day. Within 20 minutes, Amy had emailed me to let me know the Forester was still available and asking if I'd be able to drive out to view it. I explained that I lived a ways away and wouldn't be able to make in until at least Monday. Before the dealership had even opened, she made arrangements for me to put a hold deposit down and view it then. When I arrived, Amy greeted me and introduced me to Billy in sales. He did a great job showing me the vehicle, answering in detail all questions I had, and negotiating a great rate for me. He was very honest and forthright about everything upfront. I also met with Niz, the money manager, who explained each document he had me sign as well as the various warranty policies in detail. It was a great experience and I was glad I drove out to Brattleboro from about 75 miles away for a great deal. Thanks so much!

We just bought 3 new cars from Brattleboro Subaru in 1 week!! My daughter had looked at the new Impreza at a different dealer. My husband liked the car so much he went to Brattleboro and ended up getting one at a way better price than the other dealer had offered my daughter. They beat the other dealers price by a lot and didn't even know what the offer was! I even traded in my almost new car because I liked the Impreza so much more than my 2015 Nissan. Matt Verge has been an excellent sales man. Always to our questions and quickly. When there was an issue with my daughters insurance he sat and helped us find new insurance. Everyone was so helpful through the whole process. It was not like buying from the other dealers in the area. If you need a new car.. come to Brattleboro Subaru! Ask for Matt!

Heard an add on radio when I was delivering down that way, got home and called them. This was after trying to deal with our local Subaru just 4 days prior.Spoke with John McLean that evening after hearing the ad, made a time to be back down there on Saturday, Drove 2 hours down, was late but John still was waiting for us with the car we talked about parked right up front.don't mind saying so, I am 50 years old and have bought a few cars over the 25 plus years we have been married.NEVER have we felt so relaxed in a dealership. After we ripped John down and agreed on terms, by the way it was actually fun, went into see Chris Havey in finance and on the way got intruded to the owner John Sciacca and ended talking with him for close to half hour or more.Other dealers that i have met the owner it was thanks for your business and move on.Mr. Sciacca made us both feel so welcome and appreciated us being there. When all paper work was done, Mr McLean said they would now prep the car, here are the keys to a loaner if we wanted to go have lunch. left for a couple hours,car ready.All future Subaru"s WILL be purchased at Brattleboro Subaru!!!!!!!!!!

One person, the Sales Manager, made purchasing my 2016 Subaru Legacy and bad experience. After being in dealership for hours, I asked 3 different times to please return our car key so we could leave. My husband is diabetic and it was hours beyond time for his meal. I didn't want him to get low blood sugar. Finally after standing and saying I would look for my keys, I was led into the Sales Manager's Office. there were my keys on his desk. I asked a fourth time for my keys and he would not hand them to me. he wanted me to sign a contract to purchase the car. Feeling pressured to leave because of my husband's health (by this time he was in the car) I agreed to purchase. I was given not one, but two incorrect contracts to sign. Finally said Sales Manager asked me to give up $100 of my offered discount. I found the owner, my salesperson Laura, and Nate the finance guy pleasant to work with. But I would never go there again because you HAVE to deal with Luke the Sales Manager.

I called about a used explorer and was told it was in like new condition. When I got there it was anything but in like new condition. It had obviously had more than one scrape with a vehicle of another color on multiple bumpers and qtr panels. Wasted my time driving an hour and a half round trip. Sales guy I dealt with when I got there was decent enough but over the wall I could hear others talking about how to pressure people to buy. I guess they didn't realizee or care that cube walls don't isolate conversations. I won't be back.

We called Brattleboro Subaru after spotting an Impreza online and wanted to know if it was actually on the lot. We talked to John McLean and he said it was. We were there an hour later and John and the car were waiting for us at the front door. We were treated like family from minute one. He was so down to earth, friendly and informative. We took the car for a test drive and decided it was the one we wanted. We have always dreaded the process of purchasing a vehicle...not true this time. Brattleboro Subaru made our experience the easiest and most comfortable by working hard to get the exact car we were looking for, and they did it without being overly aggressive. Everyone we interacted with, from the Internet Manager to the Sales Consultants to the Finance Department, was friendly, well-informed, and professional. We were told by other dealers that we would have to order our car and wait for up to 12 weeks for delivery. Four weeks ago I purchased a 2016 Subaru Legacy Premium from Brattleboro Subaru. I coincidentally received the email asking for a review while at the dealership getting my oil changed and tires rotated as with virtually all dealerships nowadays, there was no charge for the first visits, nor for the second visit. Ive already put 3,700 miles on the odometer. Soon I'll be driving to Florida and wanted clean engine oil for the 1,400-mile haul.What strikes me about Brattleboro Subaru is its unpretentiousness. Its the holidays and the showroom has a new Outback loaded with food for charity. In the lobby is a 12-foot high ficus tree that's been there since the dealership moved to its present location north of the rotary ten years ago. Brattleborio Subaru doesn't look like much from the highway. It needs more space to put its cars and I had the wrong impression that it was a second rate dealership. It isn't. It's top-notch.Okay, so did I get a good deal? Darned if I know, but I do know I was treated fairly and salesman Tom McFeeley didn't try to pressure me into anything more expensive. I came in with a set budget to pay for a car in cash and left within $1,000 of meeting that goal. Here are the essential details. After a bit of browsing I pointed to my 2013 Subaru Legacy (purchased new at another dealership further north) and told salesman Tom McFeeley, Give me another one of those.I downgraded from a Ltd. to a Premium because sunroofs arent a big deal to me. All I wanted was Satellite radio and a car with zero miles on the odometer. My old car had 104,000 miles. I got $10,250 on the trade and paid about $16,200 for the new vehicle, but this included the cost of the Mass. sales tax and about $350 for a Subaru rep to do all the legwork go to the Mass. registry and over to my insurance agency so that all I needed to do was get in the car and drive away.Its also worth mentioning that Subaru is mailing me a $500 coupon that will be good off my next purchase.The Legacy is a terrific car; low maintenance and good mileage. It gets me where I need to go at 70-80 mph, and I go a lot of places. It's a highly functional, well-built vehicle that sells itself. That's part of the reason why everybody at Brattleboro Subaru is friendly and laid back. They're relaxed and confident the way the Red Sox were when Pedro Martinez was on the mound. Me and my wife were looking for a used car and had Laura as a sales person. Although she was very nice, we were lied too directly. Glad we have a credit monitoring company. We needed a day to discuss our deposit and finance options and were told they would do a soft enquire on our credit report but that was not true. Even after stating we DID NOT want to do a hard enquire unless we were sure we were going to purchase. This morning, we were getting ready to drive to Brattleboro Subaru with better than half the price of the vehicle as a down payment. Glad our Credit monitoring company emailed us just before we left this morning. It was a hard enquire and lowered our score 2 points. This is totally unacceptable! I called and was told by Laura that finance tells them it's a soft enquire. So I guess there is a huge communication problem at the dealership seeing it is and was an absolute hard enquire! We feel truly misled by the sales person and feel they totally down right lied to us! We will not now or ever deal with this dealership again! You were warned. Don't be misled.

As such, I have become pretty skeptical of good deals having seen some shady activities and efforts. Needless to stay, I was ecstatic when the too-good-to-be-true offer from Brattleboro was, in fact, 100% true. They were able to offer me a deal that had other dealers literally laughing when I price-shopped it around with each other dealer telling me to give them a call back when this deal turns out not to be true. Jason Posternak was the sales/finance manager. It was the same laid-back, painless, friendly experience with him as with Amy, Mike, and Jason Reynolds, having a nice conversation about hobbies, family, and life in Boston. I bought a new car from them and traded in my old one. I am a long time customer of the dealership and expected them to treat me fairly. However, do to a mistake on my part in valuating my car they took advantage of me. On top of that despite knowing they had a good deal on their hands they further nickeled and dimed me. They didnt lie to me or anything, they just didnt say anything to correct me.Instead they pushed to see how much more money they could get. So I learned a lesson that they are not customer oriented at all but bottom dollar people. which I guess works for them, but will I purchase any other cars from them , I'm not sure. Check the value on 2008 Subaru Outback limited with auto start, in good condition with 114k miles. They bought car for 6k , listed for over 10k within 2 days.

It was clean and we could tell it had been waxed and the wheels wire brushed. Those kinds of little details mean a lot, but of course it is the mechanics that count and the service department did a lot. Being a Subaru, I am hopeful it will last a long, long time. We came to Brattleboro Subaru on August 25th expecting the kind of quality service we get at our normal Subaru dealership. We'd seen a few used cars we liked online and figured it was worth the 3-hour drive if we could find a good quality car within our price range. There were a few hiccups with the listings that seemed like honest mistakes - one car we were looking at had been taken to another lot to have work done, another was actually a manual transmission. Not too big an issue. However, our salesperson, Scott Wheeler, spent the entire time pushing us into two cars that were at the upper limit of our price range without pausing to look at any of the lower-priced stock (he even spent a bit of time in front of us on his laptop oohing over ones that were $1k-$2k above our clearly-stated price limit!). He didn't seem knowledgeable about the cars, either; my husband had a better working knowledge of the main issues with a few cars, including the Forester. This would have been alright if Scott hadn't been pretending like he knew more than he did; as it was, we were left with the impression that he was talking out of his xxx.We were done with Scott after he walked us between their two lots around noon or one looking for one of the cars he was trying to push on us. Eventually he realized it was in the garage in the main dealership (making the walk entirely unnecessary). The cars might have been decent, but my husband and I couldn't shake the feeling that the wool was being pulled over our eyes, and once Scott realized we weren't sold on the two cars, it felt like we were kicked off the lot. I hate to leave such a poor review at such a highly-rated and well-loved dealership, but our experience was something we expected from a stereotypical, small, private used car salesman, not the quality we've come to associate with Subaru.

I just had a difficult time with my local dealer so I called Brattleboro Subaru 20 minutes before closing to see what they could do. Ian answered. I told him what I was looking for and the price. He asked if he could call me back in 10 minutes while he checked. He gave me a very good price, told me the fees and taxes with the bottom line. I asked for it in writing and had an email within 10 minutes of my original call confirming the details. I showed up the next day to pick up my new Impreza. Ian made the closing process was quick and simple with no BS, no pushing extras I said I did not want, no "car salesman" experience. I wish I had gone there in the first place rather than wasting hours at my other dealer with the trips back and forth to the manager, writing up quotes with extras, stupid haggling, being told my web research is wrong. When I need a new car I will go back there. It is worth the extra drive and my wife and I had a nice lunch on the way home with our generous saving over the other place.

I would like to share our experience with Brattleboro-Subaru and if you need any further evidence that people are good and really do care, then this dealership personifies the word service. We actually came to Brattleboro by complete coincidence. While returning home from a family vacation, our car lost all electrical power. Not only were we fortunate to stop at exit 2 off of I-91, but also lucky enough that Brattleboro Subaru was also located this same exit. While still hours away from home and the threat of bad weather looming, we were anxious to get the car fixed and get home. We want to thank the staff at Brattleboro-Subaru for everything they did to get my family back on the road. If the 3 individuals that took care of us represent the type of people that are part of the dealership, then the city of Brattleboro is lucky to have such a great staff. Doug Howard was the first to help us. After we explained the situation and the problems that we encountered with the car, he immediately understood the urgency and necessity to get us back home. After the initial assessment, he explained the condition of the car in a very professional and calm demeanor. He made us aware that a part was needed to complete the service but could only be obtained from Connecticut. If any further delay, and with poor weather approaching, the repair would not be completed for 4 days. There was no doubt in his voice; he was going to try to get us home. I would like to thank Jim Ferro for driving all the way to Connecticut for the necessary part, and driving with the threat of snow and poor driving conditions. I would also like to thank Phil Szczygiel for performing the repair in a timely manner and also being so personable from the very beginning. Overall we cannot thank the team enough. Upon our final good-byes, we were reminded of the upcoming storm and were told to be careful on the way home. It is rare these days to find a place that truly takes pride on how they do and go about their business. As a first time car buyer I was quite nervous on what to expect from dealerships. I knew I wanted to look at the Imprezas and quite possibly the wrx as well. My first stop was Subaru of Keene, I walked around with my father for a good 45 mins looking around almost the whole lot. I've always heard how cars salesman can come out and be pushy with you, the couple salesman I did see came out, moved some vehicles but failed to acknowledge us. At this point I just wanted someone to come out and say hello, it was Saturday, it was like they didn't expect people to be there. After a few more minutes of walking around I decided I wanted to go to Brattleboro Subaru. As we pull into the lot I lay my eyes on a 2015 wrx, I park my car and my dad and I walk over to take a look. I had some questions but was still very unsure on when I wanted to get a car. I was approached by Rose Kochman and she asked if there was anything she could do for me. I told her I was a first time buyer, still very unsure on my choice and just recently started thinking about getting a new car. She invited us inside to talk things over. We talked about the wrx I was just looking at and next thing I new I was on a test drive! I was instantly in love and ended up leaving with the car a couple hours later. Through the whole process Rose was absolutely amazing!!! She made everything so easy to understand and was not pushy by any means, it was painless. She went above and beyond to get me the best rate possible and made sure I was happy with everything along the way. I am still in love with my car and look forward to the years to come!! I went into Brattleboro Subaru with a bad taste in my mouth for car dealerships. I'd lost a significant amount of money before when a local dealership (now out of business) took me for a ride when I had deployed in the military a number of years ago. In December 2014, with my pickup truck pushing 210,000 miles, I was at a point I needed a car. As you can imagine however, I was weary.Matt Verge put me at ease showing me that the bad experience I had was not going to happen at Brattleboro Subaru. I had explained to him what I had experienced before, and he provided me with the exact opposite service. Polite, professional and fast. I even came back to Matt the day after I drove away with my new Crosstrek with a concern (as everyone was leaving for the day). He took me straight to the service department where my concern was heard. On my way home from work today my check engine light came on. It was 1:00pm on Christmas Eve, and I had a 2.5 hour drive to make today to the Boston Airport. I turned my car around and headed to the Brattleboro dealership. The service center was closed for the Holiday, but I wondered down the hallway a bit and the sales manager named Luke, came out to see if I needed help. I explained my situation and without any hesitation he had me pull my car around and came outside in the rain to check it out himself. He showed me how to check the oil and we determined it was really low and I needed to get more in there asap. He gave me all the information he had on where I could possibly get help on the Holiday since the center was closed, what kind to buy and how to put it in. Then he ran inside to get something. Shortly after, to my surprise, a service tech (who's name I can't remember) appeared with oil and supplies and changed my oil for me, they brought out some extra oil and told me to recheck it when I arrived then to get the oil changed as soon as I could and come back to get the check engine light after I returned from my trip.Everyone was beyond friendly and so unbelievably accommodating. I was blown away by such amazing service, especially on such short notice and on a holiday. They truly saved me and I can't thank both of them enough. Extremely kind and helpful and generous. I couldn't recommend them more highly. Truly, truly wonderful, caring people. I wouldn't think of going anywhere else ever. THANK YOU so much!!

I began my car-buying experience (2015 Subaru Outback) at my local dealers in the Albany, NY area, but quickly turned to TrueCar.com when I was not satisfied with the prices I was being offered. Brattleboro Subaru was the first dealership to get back to me, and I established contact with Marie Flack. Over the next week, Marie and I exchanged over two dozen emails, along with numerous phone calls. I was initially very hesitant to be doing business with an out-of-state dealership that is about 1.5 hours away. However, Marie was open, honest, informative, friendly, and patient with me. She allowed me to do my own research and work through the process at my own pace, without putting sales pressure on me. She was confident that she would beat out the other dealerships on price, and she did so. I ordered my 2015 Outback ten days after my first conversation with her, and I am eagerly awaiting its arrival at the dealership.I have also had follow-ups from Matt Hale, who is keeping me apprised of my order status.Once the car is built and shipped, I will be picking it up at the dealership, and trading in my 1999 Outback. I will post a final review once I complete the entire car-buying process.So far, this has been a very positive experience for me.

They knew more about the cars, their price was better, their financing terms were better....but the thing that stands out to me the most is that the people at this dealership were just simply nicer than any other I've dealt with.A real strength was dealing with Marie Flack over email prior to my visit. Her emails were informative and it always felt like I was dealing with a real person instead of getting form letters or auto replies.Once I got to the dealership (which was a significant drive for me), I found everyone at the dealership to be just as friendly and helpful. There is literally nothing about this experience that could have been any better for me.I can sum it up by saying that I would make this drive again to buy a new car before I even bothered checking with other dealers. Sometimes the true test of a good dealership is when things don't work out. I was considering a new, yet unreleased 2015 Subaru Outback and discovered that Brattleboro Subaru was offering a $500 below invoice as a pre-order special. I contacted Marie Flack and she was great in setting this up for me and gave me assurances that if my wife and I weren't happy with how the car looked when released to the public that the $500 deposit would be refundable. When released my wife decided she wasn't really happy with the redesign and wanted to look for another vehicle. I was happy with the redesign but then she's the one that would be using this car everyday. I contacted Marie to explain that we would like a refund of our deposit and was then contacted by Mike Masters to go over getting my $500 back. He was very professional and didn't pressure me to change my mind and promised a speedy refund which I received in a timely fashion - no hassles. When the time comes to trade in my car I would definitely consider using them.

On a Tuesday I called Brattleboro Subaru and spoke with Rose. I told her I was planning to come in Thursday and I asked her to run a credit check with the money I had for a down payment to see if it was even going to work so I didn't spend my whole day at the dealership. Rose called me back and told me I was approved and to come in on Thursday to pick out a car. well, FIVE HOURS after being there I was told there was nothing they could do. Not only was a lied to on Tuesday about being approved, but she didn't even check my credit! when I got there at 11am her desk was a mess and she couldn't find anything she was looking for. She was back and forth from her desk, always forgetting something. my mom was unimpressed after only an hour. we were never offered water or coffee or anything. I was offered a magazine to look at while we waited. she didn't even sit with us through the process. Finally after about three hours she asked me to test drive a car. The car had already been sold! she took the sold sign off of the car for me to drive it and when we got back she said she was mistaken and the car was in fact sold. So I had absolutely no right to be in that car and I was appalled when she hadme drive it. Every time she came back to her desk I was waiting for news and all he kept saying was almost there, almost there. she never told me what was happening, who they were working with, nothing. so at 4pm, on the fifth hour of me being there, she told me that she had tried everything and I wasn't leaving there with a car. there were no apologies for anything, just an I can't help you. I went to Subaru being told I was approved and left with nothing. I never even met or saw the person she was working with. I immediately left and went to Brattleboro ford and I drove away the next day in a car. THEY actually did everything they could and it certainly paid off. I would not recommend a single person go see Rose unless you want to sit alone at her desk for five hours or learn about her scrap booking. worst experience I have ever had.

I bought the car "as is" and they still honored their word of selling a safe and reliable vehicle. The combined bill for both services would have cost well over $2,000. Doug was very friendly and helpful over the phone. The Service Center got me in immediately for service both times and they provided me a shuttle service to and from work. I visited the dealership to check on a used Ford Ranger pickup for my son. The trip over took just over 2.25 hours. I found the truck to be in good shape and felt it would work for us, despite the fact they would not stand behind it after the sale. They accepted the offer I made and before leaving gave them a $1100 deposit.I called the next morning and asked my sales rep if it would be possible to pick up the car today after 2:00PM. He said no problem, and that he would have the truck washed and the paperwork ready to go. Once we paid for the car they would put the paper plate on and we'd be home in no time. My son and I arrived at 2 and our sales rep said he was with another customer, but he would make sure the paperwork was complete and get us right out for the long ride home. After putting the customer he was dealing with in a car to test drive, he disappeared. I went looking for him and after a short time found him with a new customer that just drove into the lot. He again said that they were finishing up the paperwork and he would be right with me. By now we were there for over an hour. This was a cash sale, so I expected, as we had an appointment, I'd be out of there in 20 minutes. The next thing I know I see the salesman driving out of the lot.He again returned and again said he would be right with us. Another 1/2 hour went by and he called us to his desk. Finally, I felt we would be on our way. No such luck. He said there was a problem with the paperwork. But they'll get it fixed in no time. We sat for another 1/2 hour and he again came to us and told us that they don't have a title for the car so they couldn't sell it to us. He asked if he put a dealer plate on it and let us take it home and then send them the plate once they received title on the car. I said that would be acceptable. He left and came back and told me he cant do that. They wanted to give me a loaner car that once the title appeared I could return and then try and buy the car. I told him we are not making that trip again. The salesman said he was trying to get the GM to come up with a solution. This went on for another 1/2 hour. The salesman again asked about us using a dealer plate 2x more and I'd say yes and then he would come back and say that they can't do it. (?) He tried to explain that it sometimes take 7-10 days for the dealership to receive title on cars, but this truck had been on their web page for two weeks. After being there for several hours now with no end in sight, I had had enough. I walked over to the GM's office and told the salesman I wanted my money back and that we were leaving. The salesmen once more said "What if we put a dealer plate on the truck?" The GM said "just give him his money back, someone else will buy the truck". They had the nerve to be upset with me, when they were the ones who screwed up! I had to wait another 1/2 hour before they came up with my cash, but told me they would have to send me a check for my deposit from the day before as it hadn't cleared yet.At no time did they offer to compensate me for my time and expense to drive 5 hours for nothing. I have nothing good to say about the dealership and have no intentions of ever returning. This has got to be a freak experience, but I never received an apology, and they in turn will never earn my business.

My first contact with Brattleboro Subaru was by phone. I had requested a price quote via email and subsequently spoke with Mike Masters. Mike, who is one of their sales people who handles internet marketing, was terrific and gave me a very aggressive quote on the model I was interested in. Many dealers won't do that by phone because they know you may take that quote to other dealers without ever setting foot on their lot. I appreciated their honest approach and visited Brattleboro Subaru the next day. While there, I worked with Mike and with Paul Sucharzewski. They were terrific!! Very friendly, with no high pressure tactics. They were eager to answer all my questions and didn't hesitate to ask questions of me to ensure the Impreza Sport that I was considering was a good fit for what I needed. This may sound overly enthusiastic, but I really had the sense that customer service is the number one priority at Brattleboro Subaru. I think they would be willing to lose a sale if they thought a customer was not making the right purchase. Great dealership and great staff!!

I had just recently totaled my car and was having a difficult time deciding what kind of car I wanted. I knew I wanted a safe car so Subaru was the perfect fit. As a teacher, I was able to look for deals and dealerships that would work with me to find the best possible deal. Unfortunately (or maybe fortunately) for me there were no Subaru dealers within 150 miles of my location. I was bummed. Knowing full well what kind of deals Subaru was able to offer me, I went to a more local (56 miles away) Subaru dealer. There I found a stereotypical car dealer that was trying to sell me a car that was way outside my budget and loaded with options I didn't need or want. The dealer was unwilling to negotiate price at all, staying true to the sticker. I was disheartened. I went home and went online to check my email and found Mike Masters and Amy Ciccone of Brattleboro Subaru had sent me an email. It was so kind. They offered to work with me to get the car I wanted. The only problem was that the dealership was nearly 4 hours from my location. Mike and Amy told me that wasn't actually a problem. They would be able to set it up so that the car I wanted could be delivered right to me! After finding the car I wanted, Matt Hale and Niz jumped in. The four of them helped secure the car I wanted, provided me with the very top of customer service, and delivered my car to me! All that and they actually BEAT the deal I qualified for! Brattleboro Subaru and the employees I was blessed to run into in this situation are so very wonderful. i am so grateful to have had the opportunity to work with such wonderful people to secure my awesome new car. I will highly recommend this dealership to anyone that asks (and likely some that don't ask as well)

My overall expienrce went well. I was a little upset with the finace part of it. It didn't get to see the way the deal was broke down . And the day I sIgned the papers to my surprise I was charged for many extras. And I was financed for more money than I really wanted to be. I was told with the limited it came with rubber floor mats and I ended up writing a check for $75.00 and change.

Everyone at the dealership was friendly and outgoing. Even those who were not associated with my purchase in any way were friendly and offered suggestions while I looked over my new car. The price was great, the customer service was good, and I felt that I was kept informed throughout the entire purchase process. My husband and I were traveling from Tennessee to Vermont for the holidays and while in Pennsylvania we noticed a vibration in the steering wheel. We called Brattleboro Subaru at the recommendation of a friend and explained our problem. They scheduled an appointment for us the day of our arrival. When I brought the vehicle in, the service employee was patient, thorough, and attentive. In addition to the vibration, I asked them to check the headlight alignment, even though my local dealer said there was nothing wrong. The service was completed exactly when they said it would be. They called and gave me a thorough explanation of the problem and the solution. They also confirmed the headlights were misaligned and they corrected them. Finally, they also addressed an outstanding recall issue on the brake line that had not been done by the Knoxville Subaru dealer. We make a trip to VT every 2 years; I might even plan major service updates to coincide with our visits because I am so disappointed with my local dealer. I was 100% pleased with Brattleboro Subaru. Thank you!

My wife and I both work Monday-Friday and have very little time to shop for a new car but we knew what year and model and color we wanted. The (somewhat) local to us dealer has never rubbed us the right way or made us feel like they wanted (or needed) our business or were willing to work out a fair deal. Jason Steele went way above and beyond the call of duty. He initially contacted me via the internet and and we then corresponded back and forth over the phone. Jason is a "real person" who understood our needs and expectations and treated us fairly on our trade in (a well kept three year old Jeep) We were a little hesitant to make the drive to Brattleboro as it is so far away from where we live and work because of past bad experiences in the greater Burlington area. BUT, we were blown away when Jason made the deal happen in just four days. It was the color Impreza we wanted with the desired options, a fair trade in price and Brattleboro Subaru even sent the new car all the way up to the Burlington area for us after hours and drove our trade back down. Who does that!? Brattleboro Subaru will be "our Subaru dealer" from here on out. We have owned multiple Subarus in the past because both my wife and I grew up with parents who drove them. Great cars, great value, and a long lasting quality product. I cannot stress enough how happy we are with the whole transaction. Getting 30+ MPG in our 2014 Impreza is also AMAZING! Once I decided what car and options I wanted, I used truecar.com to look for a best price on a 2014 Forester 2.5i all over the northeast - and Brattleboro Subaru had one of the lowest prices I have found - thousands of dollars lower than most other Subaru dealers. I contacted them, they confirmed the price, then ordered the car for me from Japan (due to my options/color choices there was no such car in stock). I placed a deposit over the phone and went about my business. When the car arrived to Brattleboro they called me, and I sent them the check for the balance of the purchase price. They sent me the CoE so I want to my DMV and got my plates and title. Then they patiently waited until I had time to come and pick up the car. When I was finally able to find some time off, I flew to BDL airport and Brattleboro Subaru sent a courtesy car to pick me up. They drove me to the dealership (it was the first time I was actually there) put my plates on my car, and I drove the car home. The car was exactly what I ordered, freshly washed, with a tank full of gas, waiting for me. Easiest and most hassle free buying experience to date.

This is my third Subaru in a row leasing through Brattleboro Subaru. First of all, Luke Higley is one of the main reasons my wife and I have been able to drive such great vehicles since my first Impreza of 2008. Luke has been great all along, especially when our credit was not as good and we needed to work on getting it better. He advised that we be patient and consistent. Now we are in another incredible vehicle, the 2014 Subaru Forester. Rose Kochman was our Sales Consultant and she was also amazing. We could go on and on about how helpful rose has continued to be answering every question or concern we've had. Nizam Musaba was also great to work with. All three I have mentioned were extremely friendly to us and professional as well. I have been to other dealerships where i felt pressured to get a car or lied to in the past. The good people at Brattleboro Subaru have been great to me since my first car in 2008. I always feel an honesty and integrity lacking at other dealerships. Subarus are awesome cars and my wife and I plan on sticking with them for years to come. I should also mention the service department. Although faces have changed over the years the service continues to be excellent.

The reason I gave a perfect rating is because the staff at Brattleboro Subaru was exceptionally knowledgeable about their product and were honest every step of the way. I don't have the greatest credit and Sales Consultant Matthew Verge and Sales Manager Luke Higley worked together as a team to get me into the car I want at the right price and even recommended a couple good insurance places to help me save money. A+ for effort on both of their parts. The entire staff was very friendly and open to their customers. Not to mention the free coffee and homemade cider doughnuts. I'd like to thank Brattleboro Subaru for all the help that I got. I also recommend talking to Matthew Verge. He's really awesome.

From the minute I expressed interest about the car online, to when I picked it up, I knew I chose the right dealership. Marie, Matt and Jason were very personable, friendly and professional throughout the whole process. I had come prepared with the specifications, make and model of the car I wanted and my price range. In return, they were responsive and helpful answering my questions, they really paid attention to my needs and they didn't try to push a sale or sell me on other specifications etc., which was a huge relief. The car was detailed and ready to go and the paperwork was ready for me to sign when I arrived for my Saturday 10am appointment, which was also very appreciated. I found my dream Subaru Forester online at Brattleboro Subaru, and sent out a contact e-mail through cyberspace; Matt Hale responded promptly. I was impressed with his patience, forthcomingness, and no-pressure attitude. I was bombarded with a plethora of ridiculous e-mail asking me a million questions and trying to persuade me to purchase a vehicle - it was for that reason, more than anything else, that I felt comfortable moving forward with my purchase. I placed a deposit down before I even saw the vehicle because I was sure it was the right Forester for me, and I after a visit a few days later, I was excited about the soon-to-be-mine Subaru!Matt was great when I took the car out for a test drive and during the buying process. He wasn't abrupt, he didn't try to sell me the vehicle using flowery language or talk up the car with overwhelming enthusiasm. Called for info on a used Volvo. Rose told me its a great car. Took a ride to check it out. Knew there was going to be a problem right off the bat. Many scratches and cosmetic issues. Add listed power moonroof and keyless entry, among other options. Moonroof did not work, the key she gave me was a standard key. I asked about keyless ent, she said she didnt know, and couldnt produce one. Wind washer nozzle was hanging off hood. New brake pads on old rotors. Took it for a drive, and the pass mirror fell out. Brake and wind noises. Drove fine, shifted fine. Car was dirty inside too. Opened hood-FILTHY!!! I asked for carfax, service records, nothing. I asked if their service dept checked it out. No. I felt my trade in was a better deal. Couldnt get her attention for most of my time there. I noticed the other salesmen werent busy at all. No surprises there. They wanted $10k. For that money, I saw many of the same year make model in great shape. Spoke to 2 different people from that area, they both basically told me not to go there, but I reached that conclusion after my trip there. Spoke to the sales manager. He was bordering on rude. Gave him some advise-dont show a filthy car that needs repairs and maintennence for that kind of money! Very unprofessional.

I had a great experience at Brattleboro Subaru. I bought a used car "as is" that seemed to be in great condition. It unfortunately would't pass a state inspection so I brought it back to Subaru. They immediately took the initiative to figure out other options for me. Rose Kochman and John Sciacca were both extremely helpful and took the time to find me another car. The car they found me was in excellent codition and would pass the inspection. I absolutely love the car and feel as though I was well taken care of. When I began my car search last year, I started by looking at some dealer reviews. I was looking for a Subaru, and two of the best were Brattleboro Subaru and Subaru of Keene - as they are today. When I first went to Bratt., they were not able to finance me. A few weeks later, I got a call from Jessica regarding this new program they had established. So I went back for another look. Jessica explained she was still in her first couple weeks in the position, but she made the process go fairly smoothly. The tires on the vehicle were almost done, so they agreed to knock off $400 or so of the asking price. I was able to get financed through Credit Acceptance, and while the interest rate is high, I have a better vehicle now than I used to. I was relieved... until the next day when my check engine light came on. Part of the camshaft had gone bad, and it was not covered under my extended warranty. I purchased a new Subaru through Brattleboro Subaru's Internet Team (Marie & Mike). The entire transaction was done by email and phone and they also provided delivery to my home (80 miles away) as part of the deal. The negotiation process was very professional and low pressure. I found Brattleboro Subaru while doing research online on the new Outback. I signed up for a price service called TrueCar and they put me in touch with Brattleboro as well as a couple of other dealerships. Mike was very quick to contact me and work with me. I was still figuring out exactly what I wanted and was shopping around at a few dealers. I got a great offer from another dealer and asked Mike what he could do. He found me a car which was exactly what I wanted (included remote start which I wanted but didn't even know it yet!) and was able to give me a better deal. At this point I was sold and wasn't going to waste any more time. Not only did no one else have this exact car, but I didn't want to waste more time talking to 3 dealerships trying to save another 100 bucks. I was already getting a great deal and Mike was very helpful and responsive. The rest of the process was extremely smooth. I've never had such an easy buying experience. Both Mike and Niz were pleasant and easy to deal with on the phone and the whole process only took a couple of days to complete. 3 days from my first conversation with Mike, he had my new car delivered right to my door. It was great. The paperwork came with it and everything was spot on like we talked about. I signed everything and the driver left me the keys. So far, everything has been great and I love the car. Since receiving the car, I have received multiple follow up calls from Mike and his associates just checking in, making sure everything was OK and to answer any questions I have. I walked around the parking lot looking at cars with my mom who was also interested in a vehicle, no one came out to help us, so we went inside and were in there for several minutes with NO ONE asking if they could help us ( I know VERY rare for autosales) so I asked on person if they were available and they said, no, at this time a woman was texting on her phone at her desk and never looked up two more sales people walked by I asked if they could help us, finally a I went up to a man I think his name was Jason, he had only been there a few months, and he said he was finishing up something and would help us when he was done. I told him we didn't have much time and he "helped" my mom first... two hours later( he couldn't find anything for her) I asked if I could have a drink of water, he sent me to a water fountain, not a bubbler a fountain. Then it was my turn, I told him exactly what I was looking for a new impreza sport and where I wanted my payment to be. he came back to me after disappearing for over an hour with a payment 178 dollars over where I wanted to be, I did the math in my head and couldn't for the life of me figure out where he was coming up with this amount, I very unhappily got up and thanked him for wasting my entire day, then he said oh wait let me talk to my manager... NO... sorry you had your chance! The next day I went to Keene Subaru, bought the exact same car with the exact same trade in for 180 dollars less a month than his offer. Oh and as soon as I walked into Keene Subaru they asked instantly if they could help me, asked me immediately if I would like a cup of water, coffee or even tea or a bagel, they even bought me lunch and I drove out of there extremely happy with my brand new white impreza sport wagon!!!!!!! Terrible experience!

Outstanding customer service! Worked with Marie (who was great) over the Internet and also spoke with Luke. We were looking for a particular model and color. Had been working with another dealer who didn't put in much effort and told us it would take 8 weeks to get. Marie quoted a price that was lower than that other dealer and Luke found a car for us in one day. Later in the week we went to the dealership (two hours from our home) to pick up the car. Jason Peters completed the sale including a trade-in. Jason Posternak completed the paperwork. Both Jason's were great to deal with. In less than 90 minutes we were driving away in the car we wanted. Everyone was friendly, knowledgeable and efficient - it was customer service at it's best. We saved money, time and the frustration that comes with interacting with too many other dealerships. We will definitely return for our next vehicle. Work with Marie online and then take the extra time for a drive to Brattleboro if you don't live in the neighborhood - to experience great customer service and then hit one of the good lunch spots in town before heading home in your new car. We have never had a better car purchasing experience.

Buying a Forester for my 87yr young mother. Settled on a lease. The car we needed was found at another dealership and brought in within a week. No pressures from either salesman (Jason) or finance manager (Niz). They explained almost everthing as many times as we needed, (halfway home, we realized it had a sunroof!) and showed my mother the operations of the car. A bit different than her Mercury Marquis! We were very pleased with the price and attitude of the employees. Even though we live out of state, the dealership was going to go get the new tags and insurance information for us. They also programmed the garage door opener to the rear view mirror. The service waiting room looks to be very comfortable should we bring it back here for service.Driving home, I was happy with the performance or the car, and believer my mother will be happy with her choice. Overall, would recommend Brattleboro Subaru to anyone.

I'd stopped in to learn more about the Outback as I struggled to move beyond a beloved Audi that I needed to turn in at the end of its lease. Has to be the best experience out of the 40 or so vehicles I have purchased over 30+ years. As do many folks, I did my internet shopping and found my car at a whole slew of dealerships. Just happened to be that Brattleboro was the lowest. NBD that they are 300 miles away, Vermont is gorgeous and a vacation was warranted to buy the car. Enter Jason and Luke and Marie. Not only did they make the deal the most exceptional they made the experience not only the easiest but the best ever. NO pressure, no hype, laid back guys. Now for the best. Decided to take the TRAIN to pick up my new vehicle. Guess what happened... you guessed it, the train was late. These gentlemen accommodated my "crisis" and had my new wheels all ready and the deal ready for me when I arrived late. Wow, I was really impressed with the team at Brattleboro Subaru from the start. I went through internet sales using email with Marie Flack and she gave me the best price that was $1500 less than my local dealer in central NY. I thought my trade in cars, yes two of them, might pose a problem. I sent them pictures and the amount I wanted based on internet research, and they thought my values were reasonable. I was able to get a contract over the phone with Marie that included the trade-in vehicles and it was pretty much a done deal before we drove from central NY to Brattleboro, VT. The 180 mile trip was well worth it. When we arrived, we were welcomed by Mike Masters and introduced to Jason Steele in sales. The dealership has a nice warm atmosphere, everyone was friendly and professional. It was nice to see real people without ties on and they were not pushy at all, this has been my best car buying experience ever. In my last dealer experience, everyone had a tie on, they were pushy, even cocky as if they were the most important person around, not at Brattleboro. I also was given great advice by Jason Posternak (the finance guy) on lodging and a wonderful local restaurant. This was the first timethat no one pushed an extended warranty or a extended paint contract. Hats off to their customer service.

I knew exactly what car we wanted and used the Consumers Report service of soliciting bids from 3 Subaru dealerships within a close radius of Hanover NH, and Brattleboro was best by an impressive margin. I worked thru Mike Masters who knew that the dealership would have to hold the car for about a month for us to get there from Ann Arbor MI; Mike not only had the car in hand quickly but hovered over it protectively for that long period. When we knew about when we would arrive to take possession we contacted Mike; he had the car prepped two days ahead of time, which facilitated our taking possession a day before he expected. The car itself was exactly what we ordered and the experience at the agency could not have been better, thanks to Mike, Jason and Nizam.

I visited this dealership on a whip, because of ads I saw placed on Craigslist. When I arrived, I was shown several cars, all of which seemed either out of my range or not like something I'd be interested in. After looking seriously at a Forrester, I decided against it (as it was priced over KBB) and I left for the day. Over the course of the next week however, I remained in communication with their sales team, and they ended up finding me a great deal on an older Legacy wagon that was well within my price range. We started with obtaining a very reasonable, negotiation-free purchase price (via Consumer Reports car buying service), followed by prompt and responsive answers to our questions from Marie Fleck of their service staff, then a quick (and again hassle-free) finalizing of our financing with business manager Niz Mushaba, and ending with a thorough introduction to the vehicle when we came to pick it up from Billy Boutilette, also of their sales staff. I stopped in to check out the 2014 model Forester. Billy was most helpful, and very knowledgeable about the car and all of it's new and improved features. I took the car for a short test drive (I was limited for time that day) and I intend to return for a more indepth test drive. I had a problem with a used vehicle being sold "as is" with no warranty. I paid fair retail price after receiving reasonably fair wholesale value for my trade which was in very good retail condition and sold very shortly after being traded. My concern was diffused after being assured by jason that the dealer is above board and would do everything they could to assist me if an issue came up. The vehicle ultimately failed a state safety inspection because of a faulty brake system. It was also discovered to have an oil pan that had rotted which was missed by the dealership and myself. After a few calls, the GM reached out to me in an effort to resolve the issue. I'm optimistic and look forward to resolving the issues we had discussed.

When Mike realized that they did not have the particular vehicle that we were in the market for on the lot, he quickly located the exact build at another dealership in New England. Within 6 hours we had completed our credit application, negotiated a very fair price for both our tradein and the new car price, and set up a time to pick up the vehicle the next day. Onsite at the dealership the next day, Rose Kochman helped us with all the paperwork and spent 30 minutes withus in the car reviewing features and how to use them. Lastly Nizam Mushaba, the Finance Manager, did a great job handling all the financial and title documents with us. I would buy another vehicle from this dealership in a heartbeat! Do you believe that dreams come true? I do, now that I've become a proud new owner of a 2013 Subaru Forester with the help of the friendly, dedicated staff at Brattleboro Subaru. I had done all my research on what car to buy, and was searching for a Subaru, but I had a strict budget and a car to trade that I owed on. I happened to find the Brattleboro Subaru website on line....and I read every single review and piece of information on the site - how satisfied people were, how much they help people with credit issues, how wonderfully easy an experience it was....and so I emailed them. Mike Masters got right back to me...after several emails, I said to him jokingly "gee, if you read everything written about your dealership, you would think that it's a magical place where dreams come true". One week later, after handling 90% of the transaction via email, I am proof that it ISN'T a dream - it's real (even though I had to keep pinching myself today at the dealership...it totally felt like a dream). If you are looking on their site, reading all the reviews...I'm here to tell you: it IS true. They DO what they say: they get back to you, they are friendly, they find financing, they have cars priced better than anyone and the experience is stress free. They want your business, they treat you with respect, and absolutely NO GAMES - as you read with other reviews, what we agreed upon via email was what was offered. I LOVE my new car, and guess what? I actually had FUN today getting it!!! So, to Mike, Jason, Marie, Luke and Ni - a huge thank you from me. So worth the 4 hour round trip drive. Not only did they meet my payment requirements, they included within that a 6 year 100,000 mile warranty AND I was able to get fog lights added today at the last minute, like it was no problem. Words cannot adequately describe my experience but all I can tell you is, in my 25 years of Customer Service/Public Relations experience, I know what it takes to provide exceptional service, and this team, from management (Mike, the internet manager who greeted me at 8:30 am with a cup of coffee like we talked about to go with the muffins I made) to finance (I actually hugged Ni, the finance guy - who hugs their finance guy at a dealership?? You will want to hug him!!!) to sales (Jason, who let me hang out like we do that every day, and totally attentive to my needs), has all the right tools. Bravo, guys!!! This is the second car I have purchased or leased from Brattleboro Subaru in the past 4 years. I have compared their prices to Steve Lewis Subaru, and Brattleboro Subaru has consistently been much better. They are friendly, courteous and, above all, honest. They have consistently been "up front" in their interactions with me. Steve Lewis Subaru is 10 minutes from home, yet I chose to do business again with Brattleboro Subaru despite the 45 minute trip. I would recommend them to anyone looking to buy/lease/trade a car. Their service department is also top notch. I have been making the trip up to their service department for the majority of my routine maintenance needs despite having Steve Lewis Subaru so close.

When I arrived at the Subaru dealership I didn't know what car I wanted--I only knew that I wanted to feel confident driving in the snow, so an all wheel drive was what was on my list. Additionally I had to keep my payments the same due to budgetary restrictions. The sales staff listened to me intently and offered me a car to test drive--It was fine but I didn't feel excited about it and realized that I needed some extras--I expressed that I needed some bells and whistles--again the staff heard me and the car that I didn't even know I wanted appeared --complete with leather interior, heated seats, a giant sunroof and a 6 CD changer. They simply offered me the car to try--Jason and John made me feel like I was paying an enjoyable visit. When I decided I wanted the car (the remote car starter made it a done deal), financing was secured, the paperwork was done, insurance transferred and I drove away from the smoothest and most pleasant transaction. I know the staff stayed late to make sure everything was in order. I left with instructions to return the following day for a complete detail and recondition and arrived to the smiling service department and before I could even step out of the door the van to bring me back to work was waiting. Jason had even offered me his own car if I needed to go anywhere. The whole experience from sales to service was pleasant, efficient and everything in life should be this easy!

My husband and I started our car shopping process 6 months ago, we visited several dealerships but couldn't find what we were looking for and also couldn't find a dealership that would give us a reasonable trade value for the truck we were planning to trade, so we held off and decided to make do with what we had for the time being. Last weekend, we visited Brattleboro Subaru and quickly found the right car for us. Although it was a busy day at the dealership we were greeted by the internet salesman, Mike Masters, who set us up for a test drive and answered some of our questions. When we returned from our test drive Mike introduced us to Jason Steele who assisted us with the remainder of the car buying process. Both Mike and Jason were happy to assist us by answering questions and making the who process go very smoothly. Brattleboro Subaru offered us a fair price for our trade, and although it wasn't as high as we had hoped for, it was significantly better than most dealerships had been willing to offer. We left with our new car and Brattleboro Subaru took care of contacting the DMV and insurance company leaving us to enjoy our new car!

We started our search for a new car with a local Subaru dealer and weren't thrilled about the experience. It felt like they didn't care if we were really happy with our purchase and tried to sell us just a car - not necessarily the right car. We saw that our credit union had a car buying service. It pointed us in the direction of Brattleboro Subaru and one other dealer, also out of state, for the car we were looking for. The other dealer contacted us first and the salesperson was very positive they could work out a sale for the car we were looking for. We made an appointment to go there that day and then we talked with Mike Masters. He made us feel confident that he would have just the right car for us and that we would feel good about doing business with him. He was so convincing we cancelled the appointment with the other dealer and made the two hour trip to Brattleboro. We were happy we went. Mike hooked us up with Rose who made the transaction as painless as possible on what seemed like an extraordinarily busy day. Everyone was professional, knowledgeable and personable. It was a business transaction and we never felt like we felt at that first dealer - they cared about the deal they made with us and Mike really seemed to care that we get the car we really wanted.

We drove across state lines because we heard this dealership was really great. We started our venture via internet with Mike Masters and decided to make the trip out there. From the time we arrived, we were greeted by every employee we came into contact with. Very friendly group. I am not referring to the the typical sales reps that run up to you the second you drive on the lot. We got right in the vehicle we wanted to test drive (solo, I might add - not a sales rep in the back seat talking away the entire time - a true test drive). Jason went over everything in the vehicle before we did the test drive. Very knowledgeable about the vehicle right down to the radio/iphone connections - very informative and thorough. I appreciated that. No one likes to deal with going back and forth to find a final price that can work, but I have to say the process was better than I expected. I really dread that part. We ended up buying the vehicle and leaving that day with it. They were efficient and very organized. Nizam was terrific - went over everything we needed to know, stopped to answer questions. Overall, I felt that the level of service we received, would warrant anyone to make the trip to Brattleboro Subaru. Jason asked what our best experience was when we were leaving - my husband said the 'solo' test drive and I said the sales rep. I can get that Subaru anywhere, but having the right person there to help me...for me that is priceless. If you are looking to be made to feel like a "number" or just "another sale", don't go there - you will be disappointed. We felt they actually took the time to make it personal, and helped us get the vehicle that we could afford and be proud to drive off the lot. Very happy customers.

I have been looking for a used car for several weeks. I have encountered some very poor treatment by sales departments at other dealerships. Brattleboro Subaru provided a refreshing experience. I never felt pressured to purcahse a particular vehicle, but it was clear that they wanted to assist me in finding a car that best suited my names. I sent several emails to the delaership before driving over an hour to discuss a new Forester or a used SAAB. My emails were answered quickly and courteously. I have never done business with Brattleboro Subaru before, but I change cars frequently and I will be back again. Perhaps I will be looking at a new vehicle then.

I hate going to the dentist and car dealers in general...each is painful in a different BUT I had an amazing experience purchasing my new Subaru Cross Trek at Brattleboro Subaru.I could not find the vehicle with the options that I wanted on Long Island as inventory was low due to the surge in purchases after Hurricane Sandy. We live between the Atlantic Ocean and the Long Island Sound so many vehicle were destroyed.i found exactly what I was looking for while searching inventory as I watched the 12 12 12 Concert and made an on-line inquiry on the car that I wanted. Internet Manage Mike Masters responded within hours and placed my order. Luke Higley clearly and unequivocally answered my questions regarding the lease and finance options to find what worked best for me. On 12 19 19 I picked up my Tangerine Orange Pearl Cross Trek under the guidance of the lovely Marie Flack who patiently educated me about the vehicle and its features, made eye contact and confirmed step by step that I understood how things worked. Before I departed the big boss came out to shake my hand, congratulate me and wish me well. Loving the car and have nothing but praise for the dealership and its incredible staff.

Every step of the way Marie and MIke gave us every reason to say "yes," because they didn't let any potential hitch get in the way of making certain we got the car we needed when we needed it (to replace a car drowned in Hurricane Sandy) and at a competitive price. After the awful experiences we've had in the past with dealers (sorry to say, even Subaru dealers), we were very pleasantly surprised (and relieved) to work with honest, courteous, professional, and incredibly helpful sales people (all via the Internet, email, and phone). I would never hesitate to recommend Marie Flack and Mike Masters at Brattleboro Subaru. They absolutely went the extra yard and even arranged for the car to be delivered to us at the Hudson, NY, Amtrak train station where our 17-year-old Subaru had drowned in the parking lot three weeks before (the storm surge traveled all the way up the Hudson River from New York Harbor and swamped the Amtrak train station parking lot). We couldn't have had a more positive experience and we're happy with the new car, too (although we miss the old one and it's manual roll down windows).

We received unexpected excellent personal service in purchasing our used Honda. The sales staff was excellent. We had a couple of minor problems with the car that were handled timely and to our complete satisfaction. I need a car for work, and needed a new car as mine had been in a shop in Albany ny for 5 days and the problem was still not resolved. I had contacted several Subaru dealers and Mike Masters, with Brattleboro Subaru, was the most attentive, courteous,personable, knowledgable, helpful and hard working dealer representative I have ever dealt with. I have dealt with many in the last 58 years. He wanted the sale to happen, so made it happen. Everyting was taken care of in about 20 minutes, over the phone and internet. I called him at 3:00 in the afternoon and the car arrived, over 100 miles away, at my home at 7:30 that same evening.It was exactly what I wanted, and I knew what I wanted. The car was clean and the delivery guys were friendly, cheerful, and the paperwork/process was completed in less than 5 minutes. Very pleased with my experience here at Subaru of VT. I tried to stay local to purchase a car from the Keene NH Subaru dealer however 4 hours later I realized that the finance rep. Dan, did not want to sell me a car. I was being stung along and I have never spent 4 hours at a dealership before. I have great credit and I don't make it a habit to go shopping for a car unless I can buy one. Dan was very rude after I told him I would not place money down. I would not have purchased a car from him if it was a good deal as I did not enjoy my experience. The salesman Curt was very nice. I hope he goes somewhere else so the likelyhood of him selling cars becomes a reality. We called Subaru of VT and gave them our specs. Within a few hours we had an upgraded car, free life time oil changes, extended warrantee and a very pleasant staff. Paul was very nice and sold us what WE wanted. Word of advice, when you treat your customers respectfully you will have returning customers for life. I'll be back!! Thanks Subaru of VT!!

Jason was incredibly helpful, from making all of the logistics to helping me hook up my bluetooth. Since the first exchange of emails with the Internet Representative (Mike), my personal experience with Brattleboro Subaru has been very positive. They are one of the few dealerships that honor the discounts found on Truecar.com without asking questions or making it too complicated. I arrived on a saturday afternoon and they were very welcoming and willing to help. They answered all of my questions and Rose explained in great detail all of the features of the car I was interested in. They had one similar to what I needed in stock, and I had the opportunity to test drive it. It surely helped that Rose had the same model as her own personal car, and she could share plenty of in-depth first-hand experience with me. We worked several leasing options, always without any pressure...even if it was getting late! In fact, I bought my new Legacy that same evening from one of those available ins stock. Niz patiently went through all of the paperwork with me, in the meanwhile that Rose personally washed my new car...and all this at around 7pm of a saturday evening! I will definitely go there again if my next car is going to be a Subaru. So far I'm very happy with my new 2013 Subaru Legacy Limited.

Then I started comparing prices by using multiple web sites, including the main Subaru web site, the dealer web sites and various independent web sites. By far, Brattleboro Subaru's price beat other dealers' prices. Nonetheless, I wondered about the wisdom of traveling out of state (almost 100 miles away on two-lane roads), but for the price differential of several thousand dollars, I decided it was worth it. Mike Masters is their "Internet Manager" and he made the whole process of car shopping easy and fun. He would respond to e-mails, often within minutes, answering all my questions and providing good information. I soon narrowed my interest to a specific car at a stated price. However, I am never one to make a major purchase sight-unseen over the internet, so the next day I made the drive to Brattleboro Subaru. Mike greeted me like an old friend and had the car ready and waiting for me to inspect and drive. I did take it for a little spin and decided it was the car I wanted. Like a previous customer's review, I kept waiting for a big surprise -- like the price was much higher than quoted, or some special fees tacked on, etc. But there were no surprises. The price and fees Mike quoted me in e-mail was the price I paid. Next, I wondered how I would get the car home, since I drove my existing vehicle from out of town. I had orignally planned on leaving a deposit if I liked the car and then returning with a family member or friend at a later date to complete the transaction and pick up the car. But then I wondered if I might drive away the new car that day and leave my old one on the lot until a friend could help me get it back home. When I suggested this idea to Mike, his response reaffirmed my intuition that I had come to the right place to buy a car. This arrangement wasn't a problem at all and he was happy to do it. He would ask the service people to prep the car and he and other staff would get to work immediately arranging to contact my insurance company, issueing a temporary license plate and other needed paperwork. In the meantime, I worked with Billy, another outstanding employee. Billy explained all the features of the car, and even helped me program my cell phone into the car's Bluetooth system. A couple hours after arriving at Brattleboro Subaru, I was driving back home over mountain roads in my brand new car!

BY FAR, THIS WAS THE BEST CAR-BUYING EXPERIENCE EVER. I always expect to need a shower after buying a car because of the slime that most car sales people toss at you somewhere in the process. I kept waiting for it to happen; but it never did. From my first internet contact with Mike Masters, to the showroom interaction with Billy Boutilette, to the paperwork filled out with Niz Mushaba, every interaction was extremely courteous and professional. If the car turns out to be as good as the people, I will remain a loyal supporter -- happily telling everyone that it was worth the 100-mile drive to work with these folks. My husband and I have had really good experiences with Brattleboro Subaru sales and service in the last several years, but the most recent experience was exceptional. In March, we assisted my mother with buying a used car from Billy at Brattleboro Subaru. It was an excellent experience. He was patient with her and very conscientious of her budget. Last week, she had a flat tire and discovered that she had no spare tire in the car. She called Billy for help. Even though Brattleboro Subaru cetainly was not obligated to help her with her tire, Billy, Shawn, and Luke went over and above what would be expected in this situation. They arranged to have her tire fixed which involved transporting it back and forth to Wilmington and were helpful and courteous to her. Went shopping for a used Subaru Forrester and stopped by Brattleboro Subaru to see what they might have. Jason told me about a number of vehicles and then one that he was sure I might like. Sure enough, test drive and before I knew what was happening it was mine. The process was relatively quick and he handled every aspect of transferring from one vehicle to another including talking with my insuance agent. I stopped in to look and came home with a newer vehicle.

Chris Ducharme was a great salesman to work with. I told him that I didn't want to be bugged, and he didn't bug me. I spent a lot of time looking at various cars. I owned a 2006 Outback and loved it except for the seats which are too short and very uncomfortable. But I always came back to the Subaru and to Chris. (Subaru Man!) He spent a tremendous amount of time with me over several months. He was always patient and not a pushy salesman. He has a great sense of humor. He is very knowledgeable about the cars, and explains everything clearly and re-explains if I didn't understand. After much research I decided on a Subaru Outback. I looked at some local dealerships, not happy with the deals they wanted to make. So, I went online and asked for prices for the vehicle I wanted. I received several quotes, one of the best from Brattleboro Subaru. I once again spoke to local dealerships, none could match the price. Most said I was being deceived. They said when I showed up, I would find out they had done a bait and switch, or come up with some reason why they could not honor the price quoted. When we showed up in Brattleboro, a 2 hour drive, the staff was great. Mike and Marie were true to their word. The quoted price is exactly what we paid, for the exact car we wanted. We had some discussion regarding our trade, but in the end they gave us what we wanted, despite some defects.I would HIGHLY recommend Brattleboro Subaru to anyone. Give them a call, or send an email. Ask for a quote and compare. I think youll be very happy, and you can have confidence that they will stick to the quote.

We didn't have to play any games with the sales man - he was a straight shooter with a sense of humor. They got me a great new car with good gas mileage and a car that will help me get to work during bad weather. The car was filled up with a full gas tank. Maria was our primary contact as my wife and I were trying to determine what we would do as our 2008 Subaru Imprezza lease was expiring. She was extremely helpful in explaining the options available (we were actually leaning on keeping the Imprezza) and she provided ideas that we perhaps hadn't given much thought to. Maria brought John into the picture to evaluate our car, which was well under the mileage for our lease agreement, and was in tip-top shape. John indicated that he probably had a buyer for our car and to consider leasing a new model. Between Maria and John, they took the time to explain how best to "trade up" and would work on a deal that would be benefical to all concerned. John called the next day and said that he had a price that he thought would allow us to move into a Legacy and still save money on our monthly lease payment. That being said we returnerd to Brattleboro and met Maria to discuss the proposal. (We are from Keene,NH which is about twenty or so miles from them) Their proposal was really something that was much better than we could imagine, and the deal was completed. I might add that the Subaru dealership in Keene would hardly talk to us. They indicated that there really wasn't much of a market for our Imprezza and that any deal they could do would put us in a monthly payment that was far from satisfactory. Needless to say, the choice we had to make was relatively easy. The treatment and reception that we received at Brattleboro Subaru was as friendly as any dealership that we've ever visited (this is going to be our 20th year of leasing a Subaru)and their willingness to work with us, and in our best interest, was unparalled. Maria is most personable and knowledgable also. John would not let us go away unsatisfied, and between them they demonstrate the best that can be said about a Subaru dealership. We just bought a 2012 Surabu Forester from this dealership. We found this dealer via the Consumer Reports car buying service and drove in from Saratoga Springs, NY to complete the purchase. Every aspect of this purchase was pleasant and simple. We received great service, support and a great price. All the other dealers we spoke with tried really hard to sell us something off their lot. This dealer quickly offered to order the exact car we were looking for. Why was this so difficult for all the other Subaru dealers closer to our home? We were not in a hurry to buy, so this was a perfect solution for us.We never felt pressured at any stage of the purchase procedure. (our last car purchase of a Toyota was pleasant until they pressured us into buying extended warranties, key protection, etc. This dealer presented our options, explained them all, and accepted our decision.)There was one problem with the vehicle. One of the port installed options was missing. They quickly fixed this while we were completing the paperwork. So it was a non-problem. Very professionally handled.Perhaps most importantly. The price we were quoted over the internet was the price we paid. There were no last minute surprises.I can honestly say that this was the best new car buying experience that I have ever had (dating back 25 years).

The service I recieved was the best I have ever encounted at a dealer. I found a car online, called up Mike Masters to ask a bit more about the vehicle, and went in a bit later to test drive it.When I got to the dealer, they had brought the car up front and had it ready and waiting for me.Chris Ducharme immediately welcomed me, introduced me to Mike, and got me into the car for a test drive.I think my favorite part was being able to bring my dog in the dealer, getting a logoed "SUBARU" mess bag for my dog, then taking her for a test drive with me!A couple days later I had to come in for a service and was treated very well. Long story short, Nate and company saved my ass. I'd purchased a '97 Impreza Outback Sport in NYC back on April 6 to give to my daughter up in Burlington, Vermont. The car died halfway between New York and Vermont. Check Engine light flashing, car shuddering and barely moving - all very exciting. I had it towed to one establishment where it sat for many days before they threw up their hands and passed it back to me. I then had it towed to Brattleboro Subaru, which is where I should have taken it to begin with. Time was marching on and I still needed to get the car repaired, registered and up to Burlington by the 26th of April (the daughter needed the car to get to and from her new job). Some crucial parts were unavailable regionally and had to be ordered from Subaru HQ, which got them to Brattleboro on the afternoon of the 25th. Nate had gotten done everything he could get done before receiving the elusive parts and managed to get the car back together and running beautifully, I might add by 2:00 p.m. on the 26th, which meant we were able to make it to the Department of Motor Vehicles in Springfield prior to their 4:00 p.m. closing time to register the car. And then on up to Burlington.The daughter started work this morning and was very pleased with her "new" car. And I'm very pleased to have had the good fortune of dealing with Nate and the crew at Brattleboro Subaru.

He first showed me a car that was slightly under classed than what I was trading in, but it was a good starting point to know that I was not in love with the car, and there were other options within my price range. Wow...What great service! When I first drove in, somebody came RIGHT OUT to greet me. Even though I wanted a used car, they treated me like I was buying a NEW car. Frendly, clean premises, professional, and service with a smile....I am one very happy customer and will recommmend them without hesitation!

Extremely friendly service, most prompt in follow up communication, service experience great, even receptionist very friendly...my sales rep was great , put me at ease , quickly gained my confidence, I am referring a friend to her as he is looking for a used car at this time...will keep going back

They made buying a car in one day (when urgently needed) easy! There was no unexpected pricing or conditions of sale that I've seen in other dealerships... However, Promo offer did NOT apply as stated in newspaper.

I stopped by looking at used cars. I happened to see the car I happened to know my aunt and uncle just traded in. I test drove it and was given information about it, never having told the dealers my connection with the car. Everything I was told was completely truthful. Chris, the dealer who sold me the car, was very helpful and had a great sense of humor. This was my first time buying a car from a dealership and they all made everything very easy, going over all the paperwork I had to sign. I would definitely recommend them to others.

Luke went out of his way to help me out of a bad spot and got me financing when others wouldn't. Billy was extremely helpful and even came to pick me up so I could get to the dealer to get a car.
