Ted was very friendly and helpful, actually all of the staff was super friendly and helpful. I did the paperwork ahead of time and it was a super fast process. Will definitely go there again! Love my new trailblazer!

My oil change was done in a timely fashion and I was able to wait. The waiting area was very clean and as customers left the area someone was there to sanitize the area that was occupied. That was a great piece of mind against the spread of Covid.

After calling several places attempting to have a set of keys cut for a 1981 Oldsmobile someone referred us to Brenengen Chevy in Sparta. So glad to make contact with Alan in the Parts Dept. He explained that in older vehicles there may be a set of small key cutouts in the glove compartment but it may be a long shot. There they were, with just the codes needed to make up a new set-provided the original ignition was in place. Alan went above and beyond, Zazaoutstanding at what he does and made it happen quickly. And the keys worked! Thank you so much for your help!

I am so vey happy to have purchased my vehicle through Brenengens. My sales person was Steve "Kubby" Kussman, he was wonderful to work with. (VERY FRIENDLY) was not pushy in any way. I had a couple issues after my purchase (which were not serious) but Kubby and Pat McKenna (car manager) took care of them right away. They were so good about it. I was very happy with that. So many other times I had purchased a vehicle elsewhere I had issues with getting help with the vehicle I had purchased, which is the most frustrating thing! I am 3 1/2 hours away from Brenengens , but the next time I am looking for another vehicle, I am going there 1st. I am also letting others know how good they are there. Cindy Schwartz

This was my second vehicle I have purchased from Brenengen's. However, my last several vehicles I had purchased at another dealership that my brother works for. Shopping this time around I was looking for something very specific and found just a few around the area. First, Brian Schauf was quick to respond unlike many others, some of whom never even called me back. Whether it was by email or by phone, Brian responded professionally and in a timely manner. Brian was extremely helpful and after driving a distance to look in person, had the truck gassed up and ready to go. After a short test drive in the rain, I decided to pull the trigger. The sales process was smooth, non aggressive and Brian ensured my complete satisfaction. He went out of his way in the following weeks to ensure I was more than satisfied with my purchase and ensured that I would be a return customer. From touch ups, to detailing, to personally buffing scratches! I never thought I would leave the dealership my brother works for, but after this level of customer service, I would be a fool to go back. Pleasure to do business with and more to come. This was our first purchase through Brenengen Chevrolet Buick, but it will likely not be our last! Brian Schauf, our salesperson, was absolutely wonderful to work with--friendly, knowledgeable, professional, and my favorite--not pushy! He communicated with us by email and phone about vehicles that had arrived at Brenengen's that might meet our needs. Their use of technology through their website really helped us in our search. We drove almost 3 hours to get to the dealership to look at a vehicle that appealed to us on their website, and when we did indeed decide to purchase the vehicle, he and Brenengen's got the car ready for us to drive home THAT DAY, thereby saving us from driving another 6-hour round trip. Even though it was after hours when things got wrapped up, he patiently went through the vehicles features so that we would be able to function safely with the new purchase. We were totally pleased, and we would not hesitate to recommend Brian Schauf and Brenengen's to others. Thanks for a great shopping and purchasing experience!!

Brian was FANTASTIC! He understood what I was looking for and wasn't pushy at all. He answered all my questions about the specific model I was interested in purchasing. After the sale, he spend extra time with me to explain the car's options in greater detail. Brian assisted me in setting up the bluetooth and made sure I was comfortable with scrolling thru the car's computer system. Several days later, Brian called to inquire about how the car was working out and asked if I had any questions. Again, he spent time to make sure all my questions were answered. Tayt one of the Salesman great to work with. This was a out of state purchase . My emails and phone calls were answered quickly. He sent me pics of the car before it was detailed and after. His honest opinion of car was everything he said it was and more. It was a 5 hr drive to purchase the car. We were in and out very quickly courtesy of Tammy in financing. She was a delight to sit down with. Tammy and Tayt or a real asset to the dealership. I suggest you look them up when you decide to purchase a vehicle!!

I decided to buy a Used Chevy Volt from them and they were very accommodating. I had a 90 mile drive there and Tayt Grossbier did everything he could to have the deal and car ready to go upon my arrival. They even surprised me by putting on 4 brand new tires, buying a new charging cord and sending me a second key fob at no cost. The financing went smooth as well and the people were very helpful and informative. Very glad I found this car at this dealership!

We looked for a new or slightly used AWD Ford Taurus for several months, in our area, without any luck. We saw several available options on the internet at Brenegan in Sparta, WI and called to inquire. We worked with Tayt Grossbier who was awesome - honest and low pressure. After calling on a Friday morning to inquire on two low mileage, used options (with best pricing we've seen), Tayt held one of the Taurus vehicles (the other sold that morning) for us to test drive that Friday afternoon. We drove three hours to the dealership and vehicle was exactly as Tayt described. Purchased after test drive. Tayt followed up to ensure we were still pleased with purchase. We will be back to replace our second car when the time comes - can't beat their pricing. Tayt was a pleasure to work with. Highly recommend!

In my search for a used, low mileage Ford Flex, I ended up with Brenengen Chevrolet Buick because of their excellent pricing. And that was my good fortune. Price was just the tip of the iceberg in their fine service. Tayt Grossbier responded quickly to every inquiry I made. The process took place well over a week due to the fact that I was buying the car from another state, but it all went very smoothly and not one hiccup occurred throughout my interactions with them. They arranged for me to be picked up at the airport by an extremely pleasant fellow (Harold Meyer) who was waiting for me when I arrived. Everyone at the dealership was helpful, pleasant and knowledgeable. Picking up the car was so easy! I really appreciate everyone there who helped me get my new, wonderful car!

Tayt Grossbier of Sparta, Wisconsin was the best salesperson ever. I never felt pressured or swindled. I am a single woman and always felt pressured or swindled by other dealers. I was looking for a small car because that was my price range (Cars are so expensive these days). What I really wanted was a small SUV. Tayt helped me. He showed me a car I would have never considered (but fell in love with). He didn't pressure me, just showed that I could purchase that car at the payment I was looking for. I will go back to Brenengen in Sparta for my next vehicle. With out a doubt.

We did a lot of internet research before we decided to purchase a Chevrolet Captiva. Once we had determined a vehicle we spent quite a lot of time researching which model and the price range we were interested in. Brenengen Chevrolet came up in our searches several times. We called and talked with Tayt who went out his way to answer all of my questions and to make sure the vehicle we were looking at was as described on line. Tayt is very knowledgeable about the products available at Brenegen and was very helpful. We drove over 3 hours to the dealership and were not disappointed when we arrived Tayt had the vehicle waiting for us. It was what we were looking for at the price as listed, The one price buying experience changes the entire buying experience for somewhat adversarial to a cooperative endeavor . We really appreciated that. The F&I experience with Stephanie was just as pleasant, no pressure to buy extra products. They are available and presented but in a non pressure way that allows the client to determine the worth of the products. All I can say is were extremely pleased with the experience and would recommend Brenengan Cheverolet,Tayt, and Stephanie to anyone looking to buy a new or used vehicle.

Our salesman Tayt, was very nice and wasn't pushy at all when we were buying a car. He also described what all the buttons on the malibu were for, and answered all the questions we had. I would recomend this dealership to anyone! We drove 2.5 hours just to buy this car that I found on cars.com, and we were very satisfied with everything!

I called the dealership yesterday to see if the car was available. It was and they held for me as I was driving a few hours to get it. The vehicle was exactly as pictured and described. The buying process took less than an hour. They are a one price dealership which I appreciated. Very fair. Thank you for the outstanding service.

I just got home from buying a used 2013 Chev Equinox from Brenengen. I drove 3.5 hours from Green Bay because their price couldn't be beat by any dealer in my area. When I got there I found the vehicle to be everything I had hoped for and the buying experience better than I could have hoped for. I was given more for my trade than I was expecting and was treated great by the staff. Before I left with my vehicle it was completely cleaned and filled with gas. I have bought many vehicles over the years and this was my best experience ever. I even forgot my garage door opener in my trade and was called and told it would be in the mail. My only complaint was I had nothing to complain about.

I found a used Yukon XL over the internet at Brenengen - Sparta and called one of their salespeople about the vehicle. I live 4.5 hours away from the dealership. Everything they told me about the vehicle over the phone was exactly what it turned out to be. An excellent vehicle. Everything was done over the phone prior to my arrival so actual time at the dealer for purchasing the vehicle was 1.5 hours. I sure appreciated all the assistance from the team at Brenengen - Sparta. They made this vehicle purchase very easy.

Was looking for a used car on Cars.com, when I found the one I wanted, I emailed the dealership and Tayt quickly responded. He answered all of my questions, provided all of the documentation I needed in a short period of time and made it a truly easy buying experience. Tayt even arranged to have my car delivered to an airport for smooth pick up. I would highly recommend Brenengen to anyone, no pressure and went out of their way to make this a great experience.

We just purchased a used car from Brenengen and were 100% satisfied and impressed with their customer service. Not only was the car at a great price, the sales staff (Bob and Pat) were incredibly responsive and helpful and the entire process was handled without me ever stepping foot into the dealership. We live in Washington and found the car we wanted online at Brenengen at a great price and were able to complete the entire purchase over the phone, email and fedex. It was a great experience! Bob was awesome to work with and went above and beyond what I would expect, including driving the car to a local mechanic to inspect it. The buying process was made easy and their shipping process got the car out to us at a great price in a reasonable amount of time. Throughout the entire process I kept telling my wife that I was amazed at how nice, helpful, honest and willing to go above and beyond the sales staff was. I would absolutely recommend buying a car from Brenengen, even if you live across the country!
