When I first started looking for a vehicle, I knew what I wanted but had a very tight budget. Brickner's searched until they found the perfect vehicle for me. From beginning to end, Jerry, Mike, Nick and the gang at Brickner's took great care of me!! Thanks guys!

best customer service I've ever received. The sales representative was not pushy at all. He went far beyond my expectations. Helped me get a great car in a very timely manor. All the staff I spoke with were very knowledgeable and friendly. I would definitely work with this dealership again. I have nothing bad to say.

I never would have thought a dealership would be so kind and generous, and actually try their best to find the right vehicle for you. From the time I stepped foot into the dealership I felt like I was being taken care of, but at the same time never pressured into anything. I loved my salesman and I love my new truck! I had taken my vehicle to brickners only due to the fact there was a recall on a part. When I received my vehicle back there was lights on that were normally on I called to question and was told that it wasn't there responsibility to check the codes. I was treated terribly at the time and felt by the responses because I was a girl it didn't matter So within a 3 month span I had several other mechanics look and run these codes and it was determined that a sensor was out. Which is by the part that they replaced. This was not out before. I have brought it back and they still will not honor their mistake. I will take this to my mechanic but, I will never buy from Brickners or refer anyone to there service department.

The way my spouse and myself were treated by this dealer has been bothering me for a few months. We were thinking about trading our diesel f350 for a ram 3500. The sales associate was great. When we started talking about trade in value our experience changed. The guy that was standing around the corner listening to our conversation dove in and attacked. He literally had his voice raised in a very demeaning way yelling at us. I felt violated. I will never enter that dealership again.

Had a great experience purchasing my 2014 Patriot. I worked closely with Glenn P. and found him to be extremely helpful throughout the entire experience. As a young professional I'd imagined this whole new car buying experience to be stressful. Much to my surprise, the customer service for finding the SUV, pricing the SUV and then buying was smooth and effortless. Glenn was a man of his word and I would suggest him to anyone who is looking for a pleasant car buying experience.

about a ford f150 contacted brickners thru cars.com three times no reply, called dealership two times was told someone would get back to me. stopped at dealership two times to look at truck. I emailed the dealership from brickners website on truck and by the time i did get a phone call from them on the truck i was out of town for that day then on tuesday morning i received a text message that the truck had been sold monday evening after i stated i wanted to make the purchase. i understand it was only a budget vehicle and the profit from the truck was little or nothing but i wanted it. i would have traded it in on a newer vehicle in spring with large tax refund

I have gone to Brickners in the past for repairs and oil changes. This time I stopped at Brickners to see if they could get me a radio for my car since mine no longer worked. The first person I came in contact with was Glenn Podgorski, although Glenn works in Sales he has also been a mechanic so he looked at my car. After finding out that fuses were all good, he came to the conclusion that the radio itself was shot. Glenn took it upon himself to call around trying to find me a radio at a price I could afford. Since my car is a 2002 I did not want to stick a lot of money into it. He did find a radio that fit perfectly and works great. I was so impressed that even though Glenn had not ever met me before, he went out of his way to find exactly what I needed. I would consider buying my next vehicle from Glenn at Brickners of Wausau, WI

We have bought many vehicles from Brickner's of Wausau and have never been disappointed yet. The personnel are friendly and helpful and willing to work with their clients. They work hard to fit the right vehicle to the customer. We especially enjoyed working with Berke. His friendliness and humor were just great and we appreciated the honesty of the entire staff. We bought our previous van from Brickers and were satisfied with our experience. They have done all of the service on that vehicle for the past 6 years. It was time to get a new vehicle again and our past sales rep is no longer there so we met with Glenn. He was very honest with us on our purchase of a new vehicle and searched to find the one that met our needs. We are very happy with our new vehicle, the way all of the staff has treated us and would strongly recommend them.

My wife and I both went to the Dealership in Marathon(Little Chicago) too buy vehicals and ended up being refered to the Wausau Brickners dealership after selling a truck out from under me, the morning I called to go sign the papers after 5 trips out there(50 miles round trip) and they did a credid check and set the payments, they sold the truck to someone else that saw the truck for the first time that morning. I was told to "make it right" they would refer me to Wausau and they would give me a Truck at cost. Then, Not only did they not tell me by waiting the two extra days I would loose out on the 0% interest, they quoted me a price higher then at Van Horn where I bought the exact same truck for less. Keep in mind, they were telling me I was getting a Truck at "cost" to make it right for what they did to me at the other store, then I loose out on the 0% interest also.By the way, my wife bought a car from another dealership as well. If she would have been told of the $199.00 for the new Avenger they are running, she would have bought it with the extended warranty.

I was truly humbled with the respect and honesty of this dealership. The salesperson earned my respect and gratitude for the manner in which he assisted us through the looking and purchasing phase. Tom was emphatic about being certain we were happy with the vehicle. A couple of small issues were noticed on the van which were immediately corrected. I really appreciated my experience in doing business with them.
