Guy I was working with was over the inventory of the cars but was showing me a 2011 vehicle with 40,000 more miles that was a Hyundai geniuses but he said that car was worth more then my 2014 Lexus then I told him I wouldn't give him my car and became very rude telling me I don't know what I'm doing and know nothing about cars... he was nice in the beginning but became very rude fast and a little b*tch when he doesn't get what he wants

We bought an Infiniti with the promise that we would always be given an Infiniti when we brought ours over for a service... NOT the case on 2 occasions. We drive a long distance. Sad!

I am extremely dissatisfied! I bought an infiniti G35x a couple years ago. To start off they sold me the car with tires that were completely bald. I went to les scwab and they refused to put them back on my car after checking my breaks stating I'd be a danger to other drivers. Called Infiniti and they weren't willing to do anything. Well now two years later here's where things get really good. I went to trade in my car at the Acura dealership to find out infiniti sold me a car with a salvaged title!!!! Apparently my car had been in two major wrecks and had frame damage. What a low ball, terrible business practice to sell someone a car and not inform them of something major like that! I still owe $13,000 on my car and I can only get $7000 out of it now. Thanks Infiniti for selling me this piece of crap car for top dollar...hope it was worth a customer and a bad reputation for a few thousand dollars.

My name is alfredo and,,I was very pleased with the great service and attention I received by my salesman,The Sales manager,Finance guy(Jason )And to top it off the service dept,, I def recommend this dealership !!
