I liked that Carla our agent always does her best to make sure we are taken care of. She always looks into ways to make sure our pockets will not be empty. She stays in contact with you when your car is being serviced. Eric was very friendly and courteous. He made sure we were good and even looked out where needed. I will miss his service when we move.

I just purchased My new Jeep Compass today and want to say I love the service here. This is my second Jeep and this location and this is exactly why I came back and would recommend it to anyone. Travis was Outstanding! Super helpful and made the process easy and smooth. It was such an easy process and he answered all my questions and concerns. Im confident in my purchase today because of the professionalism I was shown! I love my new car! Thank you Travis and Brooklyn Jeep... you guys are great!

I had a GREAT experience purchasing my wrangler. My salesman Tommy was kind, very helpful, and made sure I was HAPPY and COMFORTABLE with the car I was purchasing. My husband and I just bought the Grand Cherokee L Summit Reserve 4x4 from this dealership. We had a great experience with Anthony Schmidt from start to finish. He was very thorough, respectful, patient and kind during the whole process. We are excited we found a car with everything we wanted and Anthony made it a smooth transaction for us.

If I could put -1 I would! I much rather walk then buy a vehicle from this establishment. Be prepared to book an appointment that will not be honored in a timely fashion, be prepared to potentially catch COVID ( No one wears mask). Be prepared to repeat yourself several times within the negotiation process (2 days of salesman Rick asking for same info) They will tell you whatever they want to tell you to waste your time. Serious lack of value for the customers time. Remember when purchasing a car it's a partnership. You wouldn't want to become partners with an establishment that just views you as a number and opportunity to take your money. Some of the worse customer service I have ever seen in my life. You will not be able to get anyone on the phone besides from a receptionist. They will make promises to call you back and not do it. A sales associate Rick had me purchase car insurance on a car that never left the lot. Had to call the insurance company and cancel. General manager promised to get back to me first thing in the morning and never did. He honestly just didn't care no one did. Had to call for several hours and never got an update. Sadly enough a receptionist had to text me off a iPhone
