Their goal: Provide me (you) with a great buying experience. My experience: The best buying experience I have ever had purchasing an automobile! What a GREAT organization! Kayle and Garrett take customer satisfaction very seriously. They went above and beyond ensuring I was satisfied with the vehicle I chose to purchase was free from any issues or concerns. They answered every question with honesty, took the vehicle through an independent inspection per my request, even picked me up at the airport. NO EXTRA FEES: They didn't attempt to add anything extra into the invoice of my purchase. Testimony to ensuring I was 100% satisfied with my purchase, they rectified an issue that surfaced on my way home from the 1800 mile trip that was undetectable during the purchase process, testimony they stand behind their company goal of complete customer satisfaction. These 2 gentlemen earned my complete trust, I will always try and purchase from them first when I need my next vehicle. Simply the BEST! I highly recommend Brothers Automotive after purchasing a vehicle from Kayle and Garrett. They were really helpful in answering all my questions and the overall experience was STELLAR! I drove to their dealership from Apex due to the high quality of vehicles on their lot with excellent pricing and low miles. I am VERY pleased with our purchase and can truly say this was the best car buying experience I've ever had! Brothers Automotive NC … words honestly cannot explain how outstanding, how excellent, how SUPERB Brothers Automotive NC is. Their website is up to part as well as the dealership itself. Unlike other dealerships Brothers Automotive NC is all for their customers. Mr. Kale is the man with the plan as well as his father. These Brothers were awesome to do business with. My experience was great. Transaction was smooth and they even gave me a military discount. And the Jeep Wrangler unlimited sport I purchased was sold at a great price. I highly recommend these 2 Brothers and if I need another vehicle in the future they will be my 1st choice.
