I bought my car 3 months ago, after MULTIPLE conversations with Micah & Melvin, I still have not gotten any form of communication in regards to my registration. First, the transfer of tags got messed up, I was very understandable, but after absolutely no effort on their end to find a resolution to the issue, I am BEYOND frustrated. I keep getting text that say “I will check” and then receive no follow up, unless on my end.

I bought my GMC at a different dealership but have been having it serviced here for 3 years. My car has had several issues over the years and Brown and Wood has taken care of it every time. We have had a couple of hiccups along the way, and the people at Brown and Wood have always gone above and beyond to make things right. Their customer service is exceptional.

The response to my problem with the water pump in my Cadillac was immediate!I was so grateful that the problem arose in Greenville and not out of town and that Brown-Wood was so easily accessible. Difficult problem with a strange noise I was hearing. Diagnostic workup revealed it to be 1.serpentine belt which was cracked and 2. steering rack which was leaking fluid and needs to be replace. It was filled with fluid. Have not heard the noise since the service was done.Belt was replaced. Service date and time scheduled to do the rack, giving plenty of tome to order parts.I am completely satisfied. R.L. West

The Service Department was very helpful with the repairs to my truck. Mark (the service writer) explained what was wrong and the steps they were going to do to make the necessary repair. This was my first service needed since purchasing the vehicle. I dropped the vehicle off during lunch hour. I figured everyone was gone to lunch and that it would be awhile. In less than an hour it was ready. Great customer service, friendly, even showed me some features on my key remote.

Wade Trask and the team at Brown & Wood could not have been more receptive or supportive. Not familiar with the great safety options and conveniences on our new Acadia Denali, Wade and others made every effort to program the vehicle and get us familiar with using the options. I was in and out quickly for oil change and tire rotation. Unfortunately, I got about 18 miles from the dealership and the service tire monitoring system light came on so I had to drive all the way back for it to be reset. Once wouldn't be so bad but this has happened the last several times I have gone in for service. I feel like the technicians are rushing through and not making sure everything is done before they send you on your way. No big deal to them that you have to go back to get something corrected.

I naturally hate having to take my car in for service but the guys at the service department are always so good to me it really isn't all that bad. I always feel like they treat me fairly and give me the best price possible and get me in and out as fast as possible. I rarely wait, I opt to use the shuttle service with one of the kind men who drive me to work or home and back instead. I am even thinking about a new car soon and don't know if I want a new GMC but might buy one just because the service department at Brown and Wood is so amazing. The same guys who take care of me now have been there for the last 5-7 years...that says something!

I have always trusted, Mark, the manager of the Buick Service Department at Brown and Wood where I always have my car serviced. When I realized it was probably time to trade, I consulted with him. I had a problem with the car that made me uncomfortable to drive until corrected. I drove in to the shop - was greeted by a representative who recognized me by name - and the problem was corrected in less than 30 min with full explanation of what had happened and assurance that the car was now perfectly safe to drive. How can anyone else do better than that? These guys are the best

I'm a former employee, so you could say I'm partial, but having been there, I've seen the dedication the mechanics and the service writers have to do their jobs, no matter how mad a customer might get, and yes, I saw a few customer's upset, but 99.9% of those, there was NO WAY that they were going to be satisfied, because they did NOT want be satisfied, and still the writer's and the mechanics would thier best to make it right. So, yes I do recommend the B&W dealership to friends, family, and colleague's, And not just for service, but for Sales as well.

My car began to show water on the driver and passenger's side. I decided to go to Brown and Wood to see if I could get some help. They were kind and so willing to help. To get to the end of the story, I left feeling encouraged. I waited for it to rain again to see if it was fixed before I would give my remarks. To my happiness, there was no water! Thanks again!!

I've purchased multiple cars from Brown and Wood--and have loved every one of them. Best of all, whenever I return, I receive personalized care for my car, including easy and quick visits to the service department. Last week I appeared without an appointment, asking for a state inspection and an oil change. I was DONE in just 45 minutes!

We are always taken care of in a timely manner. Mark and the rest of the service department are the greatest. They always listen to what we ahve to say ans are quick to get any job done. We are retired and it is nice to have a courtesy car take us home and pick us up when the car is ready. We are on a limited income and it was a nice surprise when we had to get new tires and the bill was less then what we had been quoted. Mark and service staff....keep up the good work. I have never had an experience of car buying like this before. Jerome and Eric took from being a customer to being a friend. My 2002 Cadillac Escalade currently has 284K miles and has Only been serviced by Brown & Wood as it was as also purchased from Brown & Wood in 2002. I was assigned Greg as my service rep years ago. On my last visit, my vehicle was scheduled for service/maintenance. As a result, services were rendered but a problem occurred which left me very unsatisfied. I expressed my concerns to Greg. Greg worked very hard until we were able to come to an agreement on how to correct the problem. Greg represents what an exceptional Service Representative should be. He went above and beyond to ensure I was satisfied as he assured me of the importance of my service history with the service department. I explain my story to say......I am well over due for a new vehicle but I am always telling Greg how I'm unable to purchase at this time as my husband and I are currently paying law school tuition as well as private school tuition. However, I have finally reached the point where a purchase is top priority. I have been trying to decide what type SUV I would like to have. I have contemplated, a new Escalade/Denali, Range Rover, and Lexus. After my last service vist, my decision was made. I prefer to continue my service relationship at Brown & Wood and PREFERABLY with Greg. Great job Greg!!

I am very pleased with Brown and Wood Service department. I do believe that Cadillac could have done a better job on the XTS. There have been too many recalls and too many little things that we have had to go back to Brown and Wood for. They have been very helpful each and every time we've been back. I guess as a previous Cadillac owner I expected there to be much less in recalls and small issues that we have had. At this point I would not recommend the XTS to my friends, although it looks great and handles well. I would however recommend Brown and Wood as a dealer and service department to my closes friends.

I, being a single senior citizen was stranded one cold morning in a parking lot. My car would not start and not knowing anyone in the area to help me I called Brown and Wood. I explained my problem and they sent someone out to help. In the end my battery was dead and they got my car started and advised me not to shut the car off until I have secured a new battery. I went to the dealership and purchased a new battery and had it installed. They were so kind to me in helping

I was visiting from out of state and my car broke down. I left it at the Hampton Inn beside the dealership and called them first thing Monday morning and they had my car fixed before lunch time. The service staff went above and beyond to provide quality service and to get my car fixed as quickly as possible. As an educator who's job has her on the road a lot, requires that I have a vehicle that you can count. This is essential. I have driven GMC products for years and have received excellent service. My son recommended I visit Brown & Wood! Upon arrival, I was greeted warmly by staff and Monte Williams was prepared for my visit.(Mr. Williams had called me prior to the visit to find out my interest, etc.) My questions were answered and no detail was left out of the process. Mr. Williams made sure that I was comfortable with all aspects of the process.

I did not purchase a car from Brown and Wood, but am taking the time to write a review all the same. Chip Wall is an excellent person to deal with when looking for a new car. He is down to earth and does not pressure you at all. He listened to me and tried to find me a Mazda to meet my needs. Even though I chose a different car, my decision was not based upon anything other than features which, as I am older, met my needs better. The Mazda CX5 is a great car and Chip Wall will do everything he can to assist you in finding the right car for you. It truly bothers me that in the end I could not find a car at this dealership and give Chip my business. I highly recommend Chip and the dealership if you are looking for a car.

I recently purchased a 2011 Buick Regal from Brown & Wood and was very impressed. From the beginning of driving up on the lot until signing the final paperwork, I was not disappointed one bit.
