Went in to get a trade in appraisal and my credit received a inquiry with out me even looking at any vehicle till after I took a hit. The salesman that was helping me was no help at all and didn’t seem to care. This is what I get for trying to shop local

We had our truck fixed under warranty and when we got the truck back we noticed damage to the satellite antenna on the roof. We called the service department and they immediately checked the cameras. It was very difficult to see whether the damage had occurred at the dealership but they are fixing the damage free of charge anyway.

We have purchased several vehicles from Mel at Brown Automotive and have always been pleased. He is able to answer most of our questions immediately. When unsure, he finds out the answer and lets us know. The Service Department has always treated me fairly. As a woman, that does not always happen. When we needed new tires, my husband shopped around and found the best deal for the tire he wanted at Brown.

Kim was great! She made me feel at ease and answered any questions. Julio helped me understand the financial pros and cons. Ruben did great at explaining all the features of the terrain. Overall a great team at brown automotive that provided me with a great buying experience!!!!

I called first to see what they thought the problem might be I was told to bring it in, the young man that helped me was very polite answered my questions and then got my car checked out the same afternoon, they were quick to check on my needs and fixed my car and it was covered under warranty. The customer service was the best I have had at a dealership in a long time.

They literally had to take out the entire dash-board to fix a problem that three other dealerships couldn't. I couldn't be happier with the service rep and service manager.
