Service rep Chrisitan was very helpful in getting my car diagnosed and repaired. Felt relieved that an initial diagnostic was done day one.on my broken down car.. even though they could not squeeze me in for a mechanic for a couple of days. Delay In parts arriving was problematic and seriously delayed repair. Costing me car rental fees. Part source needs to do a better job of expediting shipping or offer the customer the opportunity to pay for fed ex. 3 to 4 day wait for a part is not acceptable in modern times. This seems to be a problem with all dealerships. Service and individual dealership owners need to put their heads together to solve this with whoever provides the parts. Some customers will incur costs of overnight gladly rather than wait days to get ones car back . Why not? What am I missing?

As soon as Wes came out and greeted my mom and I, I felt extremely comfortable and confident that he would help me find the best car and options for me. I received nothing less. Terrible. We traded in our car for a Chrysler Mini Van, A month after trading it in We received a late notice for our vehicle that was traded in, Brubaker never paid it off as promised. Or took it back to the dealership for that matter. After having to call and complain, they finally took it to the dealership, and with the other finance company on the phone with the payoff amount promised to send a check. Here we are now three (3) months later, and surprise another late notice saying we hadn't made a payment on our traded in vehicle nor had it been paid off. How can this be, after having a vehicle traded in for three months this happens our trade in not taken care of. All we are asking for is to have our trade in and any subsequent fees paid for. is that so difficult? Never Again will we purchase a vehicle from Brubaker. So upset and having to get Chrysler Corp involved this is ridiculous.

We traded in a VW Beetle Conv. for a Chrysler minivan in August 2016. So after a month in the new vehicle, we get a delinquent bill and phone calls from VW saying we are behind on payments. How can that be we traded it for a new car, Turns out Brubaker never paid off the loan or turned the vehicle in. It was still on their lot. O.K. things happen, we call Brubaker they immediately take the vehicle to VW and turn it in, and tell us with VW Credit on the phone they were paying it off. Fast Forward to November 10, 2016 now three months later,, Guess what! another letter comes from VW now affecting our credit because we haven't made a payment in 3 months. Unacceptable! this now affects us personally. So more phone calls and emails to Brubaker, Finally Receiving a call from the Dealer, no other follow thru from anybody, we had to initiate and follow thru. Unbelievable. In a world of customer service, this is our experience. Never again Brubaker, you've lost a customer for life.

I dropped my key off in the early bird box, but apparently the key didn't drop down into the bin and my car wasn't services on the day it was scheduled. The person I spoke to on the phone immediately took responsibility, admitted that should not have happened, apologized, and promised my car would be serviced the following day. I didn't have to get upset or frustrated because they took responsibility for an honest mistake and that means a great deal to me. In the future if there was an appointment scheduled for 8 and you thought I wasn't showing up a phone call to check could have avoided this situation. But again I was very satisfied with the manner in which they accepted responsibility and made up for the mistake.

I spent a lot of time and research trying to find the best vehicle for the best price. I went to multiple dealerships, from the West Shore, Harrisburg, and finally, Lancaster. Our salesmen at Brubaker, Thomas MacConnell, was very easy going, and he realized I knew what I was looking for and didn't attempt to sway me towards another vehicle. It was just a matter of negotiating. I didn't get a great deal, but a fair deal (no one else came close). I got the truck I wanted and I love it.

We bought a used Jeep while trading in two used vehicles. Our salesman, Freddy, was cordial, frank, patient, and very helpful. After the Jeep purchase, we actually considered trading our other vehicle on a new Jeep and Freddy was very good about getting us a test drive and crunching some numbers. We explained that we weren't in a position to make that deal at this time and he understood without being pushy. The facility was a clean and friendly environment. We will seek to do business with Brubaker in the future.

My wife and I purchased a used vehicle that was a recent trade in to Brubaker. So recent in fact that they didn't have time to go over or clean it. But it was the exact vehicle we had been searching for. They stayed past closing time to accommodate my work schedule so I could test drive it. We negotiated price that same night and came to a deal. Their service department thoroughly checked the minivan out the next day and put new brakes and rotors on it at no cost to us. We hadn't purchased a vehicle in over 10 years so we were nervous about the buying process and "getting taken" with hidden fees and mark-ups, or purchasing a vehicle that needed immediate maintenance items like brakes or tires. In fact, they could've glossed over the brakes, told us they were fine, and we would have been none the wiser. Needless to say, we are very pleased because we got the exact vehicle at the exact price we wanted. When leaving the lot, the GM Jared assured us to call him directly if we experience any problems even though we bought it as is. We feel very satisfied with our Brubaker buying experience.

I recently bought a used Grand Cherokee with only a limited warranty. The vehicle drove beautifully, but a week after I got it my tire pressure sensor flagged a low tire. Upon trying to fill it, I found it broken at the threads and another tire with a slow leak. After some negotiating, the manager Jared was willing to cover the cost of the repairs (approx $400), despite it being outside the warranty coverage. To me, that kind of customer service will bring people flocking to the Brubaker lot. If they continue to stand by their used cars after they leave the lot, I think Brubaker will see these negative reviews change. Side note- the Mopar guys in the shop were great. Energetic, thorough, and friendly. The perfect attributes of a good garage.

I am having a small issue with my car insurance currently only due to the fact that myself and my mother are co-buy and co-buyer ( I have to insure her now no biggie just raises the prices- but when you go in looking to be buyer/co-signer and you find out its co-buyer/co-buyer because of your insurance your first thing to do is call the dealer. Well, I was just told today on the phone with Jeremy if my mother would have said I just want to be a co-signer he would have made it happen. Funny thing is my mother never talked to Jeremy she only spoke with Johnathan . Second, I called Citadel multiple times trying to get this figured out, come to find out Citadel only does Co-buyer/co-buyer loans ( which must of slipped there mind when they got the approval from that bank) Every time I called back and spoke with Jeremy in so many words called my mother a liar. Just talking in circles and yelling over me. Telling me if I call Citadel back its now just he said she said - Mine as well have said " I have your money and you drover off the lot I don't care about you anymore".. Pretty much become a used car dealer before you go talk to them because you need to know the lingo to get anywhere.

After finalizing the deal, which was to include the soft top in addition to the hard top that was on the jeep, the dealership and salesman did not honor what was agreed upon. They had the bag in the back of jeep for the hard top pieces and said that it was the soft top, so I had already driven off.Opened an investigation with the State authorities for Commerce, and they did nothing, not even a fine, even with the numerous email communications showing that the salesman had agreed it was part of the deal.. Salesman even admitted it to the State investigator. Most disappointing experience ever in buying a car. Save yourself the aggravation and buy from a dealership that honors what it promises!

Helped my son buy a car here. - $54002 days in - car shuts off while he was driving - entering a busy road1 week in - car was leaking oilFound out from our mechanic its a cracked head gasket. - Brubaker told us tough luck - pay $3000 more & we will try to fix3 weeks in - car - windshield wipers break (they replaced the windshield b4 we bought it bc of a big crack in it) - wanted to say it was our fault but ...After 3 - yes 3 - service appts & 2 incidents of wipers stopping & not working - we think they MAY be fixed3months in - Now we find the trunk leaksWe have had horrible customer service This dealership has put us in harms way!I have contacted state attorney general & hope others will do the same - the more complaints the better result for everyone

On 4/26/14, we drove from West Chester, PA to test drive (and possible purchase) a 1999 Jeep Wrangler. We had been in contact with the salesman on and off though the day to be sure the vehicle was still available. We arrived at the dealer at 8PM and Mike (our salesman) had the Jeep ready for the test drive. My son drove the vehicle with Mike while I waited in the showroom. About 5 minutes after they left for the test drive, another customer had come in to talk to another salesman (he had been in earlier in the day to see the Jeep). He came back for his son to test drive the Jeep. Because of where I was sitting in the showroom, I heard most of their conversion. They were discussing possible financing when the salesman pointed in my direction and indicated that I was a prospective buyer (and basically told his customer to speak softer in order for me not to hear what he was going to say next). He told the gentleman that if he wanted the Jeep, he would need to put a deposit down right away. When my son and Mike came back from the test drive, they pulled the Jeep into one of the bays so we could see the Jeep in the light. As we were inspecting the vehicle, the son of the other customer followed us into the bay to also inspect the Jeep. I felt like we were at the auto auction!!!After we completed the inspection, we started to discuss price and decided that we would purchase the Jeep. I went out to my truck to get the insurance document and checkbook (we were paying cash). When I came back into the showroom, the sales manger was standing with my son and Mike, telling them that they received a deposit from the other buyer (while we had the keys and were negotiating the sale!!).I will say that our salesman (Mike Mumma) was very good.I will not go back to Brubaker Motors though.

He called then to make sure things were running good ( I think it was Jay) and also gave some advise on other things we were questioning. He was so friendly and kind. WARNING!!!!!!!!!!!!! Stay away from these guys. Horrible customer service and overall rude disposition. I informed them I was driving over two hours to go look at the red Camaro they had on their website and to please let me know of any major issues to save the travel expense. They stated that there was a small dent in one of the quarter panels. I asked for a picture, they provided, in which I could not see anything. They later said it was so small that they shouldn't have even mentioned it. I take the time and expense to drive there from New Jersey to find that it was the size of a softball, along with horrible touch up paint that made it even look worse. I offered $300 less than the agreed upon price to fix the dent that Jeremy, manager by name only, said "Nope! No way! You're over an hour late and we waited for you". For the record, I was 10 minutes late and 50 minutes had lapsed for me to inspect the vehicle and test drive it. Do you really want to buy a vehicle from these people if the customer service is this bad BEFORE you buy it? Heed the warning! Purchase from them at your own peril!

Purchasing a car never seems to be a pleasant experience, BUT our experience at Brubaker Jeep proved this statement wrong. I had found a Jeep online that appealed to us, and I contacted the dealership. Dave immediately contacted me, and we were able to go see it the following day. We told him that we needed some time to think about it, and he was not forceful about purchasing it that day (as he knew that we needed to figure out finances for it). The following week, we decided that we wanted to purchase it but we were still trying to figure out our loan. He and others from the dealership worked to get us an EXTREMELY low interest rate, so we were able to purchase the Jeep immediately! When we arrived at the dealership, they had the paperwork ready to go...it was such an easy process! Dave and everyone else with whom we came into contact at Brubaker Jeep were so pleasant. We would absolutely recommend!

I called Brubaker for a price on a 2013 Chrysler 300 SRT8 and everything was fine and the guy whom i spoke to was not the most polite guy and he said he was going to call me back he had to run up to the new car center to see what he was going to be getting on a truck. Ive been waiting for this call back for 2 weeks now and never received a call back. I will NOT go to brubaker to purchase my new car. i just needed to know the price and i was going to put about half if not a little more down on the vehicle i just wanted to upgrade from my 2008 300 HEMI C . I do not think it was professinal at all and as i stated before i will NOT be going to brubaker for my new car or purchasing anything from them in the future. I do not reccomend Brubaker due to the poor service i have received from them.

My name is Abigail Peterson, my husband and I purchased a 2001 Chrysler Sebring limited convertible with 89,988 miles on it, as is no warranty on July 3 2012. It was being sold at a special price for the holiday for $4995.00 but was originally listed at $6995.00, From Brubaker Chrysler Jeep, Lancaster Pennsylvania. We were told that this car was completely perfect running order and had in fact been owned by a Chrysler dealer. Sept. 9 my husband, Matthew Peterson was driving to work at 4:30 am, on Rt 724 going 45 mph the engine blew obviously not expected!! Towed to mechanic and we are told the it is completely not able to be repaired. Mechanic said the the oil was so old and there was so little oil in it, less than 1 1/2 quarts, in a 5 quart engine, that the engine blew and that we should call the dealer.Called the dealer, Sept 10, I am told that they don't always change the oil in the used cars prior to sale by Jeremy (new car manager) although they did change the oil in this car but as its unfortunate they will give me a fair trade in value of $3000.00 and that they will get me a replacement car of equal quality, mileage, and gas economy, while keeping my monthly payment where I need it about 160.00. Sept. 13 I am at the dealer and am showed two vehicles by the used car manager Dave, a 2006 Mazda 3 with 67000 miles being sold for $9995.00, and a 2003 saab vector will 89000 being sold for $8995.00 since they show me these two cars in particular I assume they they will drop the selling price and wig my trade in will be able to get my monthly payment where I need it. For 5 hours I sit there and am repeatedly told that they can get it no lower than $208.00! I explain that if I could afford that I would have bought a car at that payment 2 months ago. They say they understand but nothing they can do. I speak to Bill Durkota the president of the dealership, he says he doesn't know why I was showed these two vehicles as he can not make a bad business deal and lose that kind of money. He suggests that I borrow money from my parents or grandparents! Saying that otherwise I will have to wait until a cheaper car comes on the lot. I explain that if he does not fix this situation fast I will involve the Chrysler corp. He says go ahead your just wasting your time and money. I call Chrysler they say they completely understand and will do everything possible to help, that they certainly don't want their customers being treated this way, and are very sorry for the stress and inconvenience. For 2 1/2 weeks Bill Durkota and my case manager Anthony at Chrysler play phone tag and nothing is accomplished. I recieve a new case manager Christine two days ago and she tries to contact Bill. I explain to her that I don't understand why it is taking his long and that bill should at this point be willing to come down in the price of one of the two cars that I was showed, that are still sitting on his lot!Out of curiosity yesterday, I search common complaints and defects of my model and year car. I am bombarded with the same problem my car had! I have over 30 pages of consumer comments and complaints, and keep finding more. All state that Chrysler is aware of the problem and will not do a recall because there aren't enough cars this has happened to to warrant repair or recall. The same problem is repeated over and over with the 2.7 liter engine being inadequate to handle the oil flow which then causes sludge and eventual engine failure! Replacement is needed, but that the only engine that can be used is another 2.7 liter, meaning that the problem will happen again later down the road. Also found that not only is this the problem with the sebrings it also occurs in the intrepids and the stratus. Why has Chrysler ignored this fact? Why isn't there a recall? Today I spoke to Christine my case manager at Chrysler and tell her of my findings and that I think my engine should be replaced free of charge or that Chrysler corp should pay the difference on one of the two cars I was showed at brubaker so that my husband can get back on the road. She says they can't and won't do either. I ask to speak to a higher up manager she says there is no one or she would gladly forward my case to them. I ask to speak to an owner or CEO and she says she can't give out internal information to the public! That's she is sorry but can not gel me any further. I said that I was going to contact the media and then my lawyer to investigate further and she said that she can't tell me not to do it if I feel its necessary. I ask her if she drives a Chrysler vehicle and she said she is not comfortable answering that question. I feel that this is negligent on Chryslers' part and that something needs to be done, people are driving these cars with their families in them, putting them at risk for an accident and/or financial detriment every time they turn the key. I now have a car that is worthless and needs $4000.00 + worth of work and a $5,511.70 loan, and still have no vehicle! My husband is using my vehicle to get back and forth to work, I am an at home mom with a 2 year old son, a few days ago my son fell into a dining room chair and split his eyebrow open, I couldn't get him to the doctor. This car should have been 'inspected' better by the dealer mechanics, someone should have seen how old the oil was and maybe taken the time to research further. This is dealer auto fraud not only from the dealer themselves but branching back all the way to the manufacturer.I am disgusted that we bought an American made vehicle from a well known 5 star certified Chrysler dealer, and ended up being treated this way. The salesmen were very nice and understanding of the situation, but no manager will do anything to help. They continue to say that we have to wait for a car in our price range. After this amount of time, stress, and financial worry, they should discount the price of a car they have already and give me my trade in value so that my husband can be on his way. Or just pay off the loan.

Buying a car, especially a new car, can be stressful in trying to make sure you are getting a decent deal and not being taken advantage of. We were told by Dan several times throughout the process, and with Jeremy in the room while negotiating the price, that the soft top to the jeep was included along with the hardtop, and that the soft top was in the jeep. It turned out it was not the soft top, but the covers to the hard top. I reached out to the dearlership and Dan to try to rectify the situation, which was to have a soft top, or reduce the purchase price that was based on having the soft top. Dan did contact me and admitted it was his mistake and had thought it was the soft top which is why he said what he did. He also let me know that the Dealer was not standing by him, even though he represented the dealership in this sale. Dan did promise that since it was his mistake he would personnally correct it by Dec 2012. It is now July 2013 and neither he or the owner, Bill Durkota, has corrected this situation by either providing the soft top or a check for the difference. I was only looking to be treated fairly based on what was promised while making the deal, but this dearlership does not stand behond itself or it's employees.

I had several phone calls into other dealers and Dan was the first to return my call. I cam to Brubaker after finding the vehicle I wanted was available on their used lot. I DID my homework. I called to see if the vehicle was still available, as I already missed out on another one at a different dealership. We made an appointment to meet on that Saturday. That morning, Nick called me to make sure we were still coming. My husband and I both met another salesman on a Saturday afternoon, as Nick was finishing up with another customer. We wanted to test drive the vehicle we were interested in, as this was the our first opportunity to drive a Honda CRV (we both owned trucks at the time, and were looking for a small SUV for myself). I liked the fact that we were told we could go by ourselves, or another salesman could come with us for the 20 minutes or so. We test drove it just my husband and I. When we came back, we pushed the numbers, but felt they could have given us a better deal. They low balled us when it came to my husband POSSIBLY trading in his truck. We left that day without a new vehicle. For the next two or three weeks, Nick talked back and forth with my husband on the price. They came up on the trade, but so did the vehicle cost. We still were not happy. In those three weeks, my husband was able to sell his truck for over double of what the dealership would give us originally. I don't care for the fact that the salesman told me one price 24,500, but then come back and offer me 24,600, and said that I agreed to it. I DID NOT AGREE TO ANYTHING, as my husband and I did not discuss the latest offer. He then told me what my loan payments would be, but he was way off. I chose bi-weekly, thus making my payments even lower, and my interest rate was super low. I know what I could afford, and I know what my payments will be. Don't try telling me differently. We asked about putting a $100 deposit on the car. He said they would take nothing less than $500. I am sorry, but that is just wrong. As a young couple, with a house payment, and the other bills, we can't fork out that kind of cash. We came with our own financing, which I would recommend. I was not comfortable signing a blank check, and the manager then filled in the amount on our auto bank check. He should have filled it out first, then let me sign it. When it came to going over all the elctronics, that was a JOKE. Till this day, I still don't know how to use the front windshield wiper fluid. It has been over three months now. I love my car, but I will never deal with Brubaker Jeep. Nick was of no assistance, and was very pushy. If we were late by a few minutes for a meeting, he was calling to see where we were. Sorry, but we live over an hour away, and had other errands that came up. They lost my business. I have read other review prior to me purchasing my vehicle. They do not have a good reputation. Go elsewhere first. I was limited on my options, as I chose a fully loaded CRV. It sat on their lot for 6 months. That just shows their pricing is not competetive with other dealers. For sitting that long, the tires will need replaced, as the treads are cracking thanks to dryrot. If it was not for me being picky on having all the options, I would have driven 45 minutes in the opposite direction of my home to purchase a similar model, that was a little higher, with more miles.

I was working with another dealer in the Mechanicsburg, PA area for almost a month, but he would just not budge on the price of either a new or used Town and Country van. We finally got tired of dealing with the local dealer and decided to go out on the Internet. We got a call within a day from Brubaker and salesman, Nicholas Diaz about a Touring L Town and Country. While they did not have the color i wanted (red or white),I decided to make a few concessions on the van. Brubaker was willing to work with us on price. I bought the van within one day. They made the purchase a painless experience for us. I was able to have a van with the options I wanted, heated seats, dual DVD, all the safety options,etc. Everyone treated us nicely at Brubaker and with respect. I recommend this dealer to anyone looking to make a purchase of a new vehicle. Nicholas Diaz is an excellent young salesperson.

First visit on Saturday, and recieved prompt quote later that afternoon. Came back Wednesday to purchase. First, found out navigation and back up system quoted was not in dash; as I thought, salesman quoted a non-GM mirror noting it was much less expensive than the other type. Then, discussion Ok but had too much back and forth, phone calls and excuse me a moments. Miscommunication once handed over to finance person led to more of that (paperwork from Dwight failed to include two items). Arranged pick up on Saturday, but recieved a call on Friday that the mirror was not going to be available, and offered loaner for installation when available. Called Dwight a few hours after I got home, telling him I found two small scratches in the paint just below the liscence plate (which he put on at delivery) and he explained that you have 3 pairs of eyes go over each vechicle and it was not present when he handed me the keys. Got a call on my cell today (Tuesday, 6/19) after I said to use home phone) from Dwight, which I had to shorten as I was out at the time, and he indicated the mirror "was still not available" but hope it will be by the end of the week.

I asked for a solid price and a quick transaction. After a few emails, a solid price was achieved. Dwight took it from there and finished the process. Car buying is typically not enjoyable - Brubaker made it as painless as they could. No pressure, no games, and everyone was friendly. Overall, a pleasant experience!

Negotiated the deal via phone and arrived to find everything just as described. Everything was prepared and ready for me. The car was as stated. The paperwork was just as stated. This was definately a positive experience. I found Dwight to be knowledgeable of the vehicle we were considering to buy. While test driving the Jeep Grand, Dwight gave us a brief precise education in a professional manner. Dwight was a very courteous salesperson throughtout the entire transaction. After looking extensively online for a new vehicle, I decided to go get a close look at the 2012 Jeep Grand Cherokee. There are many Jeep dealerships in the area, but Brubaker had a good inventory and reasonable prices. R.S. greeted me in the new car lot and was very friendly and answered all of the questions I asked. He was very informative, patient and never pressured us on making a decision. He was very easy to communicate with throughout the entire process and went above and beyond on delivery day. He had all the paperwork prepared along with getting our insurance card and change of address cards as a courtesy. Overall, it was a very easy and pleasant experience.

We originally went in on a late Saturday afternoon just to get a look at the 2012 Jeep Grand Cherokee. We had been checking out the vehicle online for sometime and finally decided look at the real thing. The salesman R. S. Artz greeted us out in the lot while we checking out the cars and was extremely friendly and knowledgeable. It was almost closing time and he was willing to go over the vehicles and answer any questions we had. We didn't feel like he was trying to pressure us into anything or trying to hurry us up as it was almost time to close. After throughly going over everything we wanted to, we setup an appointment with R. S. Artz for Monday to get a price quote on my vehicle for trade in. Unfortunately we were not able to come in until after 8pm and again he was willing to stay later than expected. I was also very pleased with the trade in value that i received on my vehicle. We really had a wonderful experience purchasing our new vehicle. R.S. was even nice enough to get our car insurance switched for us which was just so nice. Overall we are extremely pleased with not only our beautiful new car but the service we received from the dealership.

I fully trust their mechanics and service techs. I have never experienced a salesperson who didn't know their product. I have a 98 wrangler and just traded my town and country van for a jeep patriot. bought a car from them, all their cars are way over priced, give them a low offer and they will refuse it on the spot but they sure do call you back. all their cars have problems ,whether they look bad or run bad, bout my car and not even 2 weeks later i had to take it to the mechanic to get it checked out, called them to see what they can do to fix this problem but they said"its as is". obviously they dont stand behind their product. the car ran perfect on the test drive but now i gotta spend another 3000 on top of my 6000 that i paid for the car to get it fixed. mechanic said the transmission needs to be replaced and it looks like someone already tried to get it to work. obviously the messed with it to get it to work but they never mentioned it to me when i asked them if there were any known problems. TAKE IT FORM A FORMER CUSTOMER AND DON'T THINK ITS GONNA BE ANY DIFFERENT FOR YOU. HORRIBLE SERVICE AND GREAT LOOKING CARS THAT RUNS LIKE SH*T. Owning a Wrangler has been a dream of mine since I was small...(I am of retirement age now...), and, this past week, my dear husband helped my dream to come true. Obviously, he wanted to make this experience a most special one, and, Brubaker's certainly assisted in the best possible way - by their patience (my husband is a shopper!); their information;andtheir ability and willingness to address any possible question or concern we might have had. On the day of purchase, RS took us to meet personally with the service technician who would be servicing our vehicle, and we spent time discussing care and maintenance. But, their service went beyond that....we happened to express our interest in having a cover for the tow-unit, and the very next day RS had one for us, ready to pick up - without charge. He contacted us the day after purchase..just to see how we felt about the car and, again, offered any possible assistance. Would I recommend Brubaker's to friends and family? Wholeheartedly yes.

I just bought a car from this dealership and it's wonderful. Mike was my salesman and he was spectacular. I don't live in PA so he held the car for me for 4 days until the weekend when I would be able to come in and see it. I purchased my van for much less than any other dealership offered it and it has a clean carfax report.We were on a budget so we had to shop around a bit, but the car runs great and my family loves it. It could have been cleaned out a little better but with a price at least $1000 lower than any other comparable vehicle, I'll spend the extra $200 on a good detailing. My suggestions would be to take cash or cashier's check as they do not accept debit cards or credit cards for the down payments and ASK FOR MIKE.

Okay, so this place is a waste of time. They are disorganized, frustrating and begging for your money. The cars all had issues and I felt were over priced. Most are sold AS IS, and several did not even run! My salesman seemed uninterested in exploring other options and did not seem to know anything about cars themselves. I am not returning here, and if anyone is considering this place, please think twice about it! If they will not stand behind their cars, fix them or even clean them, and the salesman does not know anything about them, why waste your time too?!~Jeremy
