Ultimately the price was very fair. They were very fair on trade-in and efficient in using time. They seem to be a high turnover dealership, which can be a benefit if you know what you’re looking for and the values of the vehicles involved upfront. Santiago was an excellent sales rep and a pleasure to deal with. Very good guy and I hope he continues to do well. Interest rates seemed average, show room was clean. They’re definitely “salesman” but not the quintessential “used car salesman.” I didn’t feel pushed, they hear you out and were very reasonable to negotiate with. Their pricing is aggressive compared to the competition. I heard good things from their employees about working there, and I think that speaks volumes in the end. I wouldn’t hesitate to recommend to a friend.

I bought a brand new $55,000. Buick Enclave. Don't buy one! I scratched the rear tailgate on my garage door at 2 weeks old. I got an estimate for $550.00 repair at the other dealerships auto body shop. Their are 2 Buchanons in Waynesboro-1 Dodge and other one Buick. They made a appointment and I was told I would get a free loaner car while mine was being repaired. Well I was so excited...so I called the day before to make sure everything was ok. I was told to keep calling back until they have a loaner car fro me. I called every other day and was told they have no loaners. Finally I gave up and thought I try back at a later date. A month passes and I tried setting up my repair on my tailgate again. Exact same thing occurred all over again! I asked my wife if I could be forgiven for the deep scratch...she said to just forget about the repairs and now it's been almost a year! Now I have a recall to deal with. I will try to get this done at a responsible dealer like Fitzgerald in Frderick,Md! I repeat this dealer is not for you!!!

First of all, buying the car took HOURS and for no reason because I had been approved for the loan within minutes. Never before have I ever waited so long for the paperwork to be completed by the dealership. After driving the car for a week the dealership called and said they FORGOT to have a Maryland inspection done so I had to take it back to have that completed. After a month of driving the car the dealership called and said they FORGOT to put in the paperwork for my Maryland license plates so I had to stop driving the car until they got them to me. I took the car in 4 times for a check engine light problem before they fixed the sensor that was causing it to come on...only after I threatened to take it elsewhere. I bought tires for the car from them, set an appointment to have them put on, oil changed, and front end alignment. FOUR HOURS passed they come out and said, we can't put the tires on, don't have the right tools, but we changed your oil FOUR HOURS for an oil change. Another trip up the next week and it took them 3 hours to put tires on my car. I get it home and notice they SCRATCHED THE LIVING xxxx OUT OF MY RIMS! I called to complain - it took the service manager over a month to get back to me about this. He only returned my calls after I called and complained to Chevrolet about him. Another two months passed before he set an appointment to have my rims redone. FINISHED WITH THEM! That was my 3rd new car purchased from them - never had an issue. Of course, they were Lynn Chevrolet back when my first two cars were purchased. They changed to Buchanan and went down the drain! HORRIBLE service, liars, smart mouthed employees who just really do NOT car about you being happy or coming back. I'm looking to buy a new truck now CRISWELL CHEVY HERE I COME. Buchanan may seem on the surface to be a good place....but you'll find out when you take your car in for maintenance or any repairs - DON'T WASTE YOUR TIME. I wouldn't recommend them to my worst enemy.

The atmosphere was calm and never pushy. The salesman, Greg Kovolenko, was one of the better salesman I have worked with when purchasing a car. He made it seem like you were using him as a tool to get the vehicle you wanted and not him trying to you use you to make a sale.

We shopped around at first by phone and even visited our local dealer, Hoffman Chevy in Hagerstown. Our local dealer took our information and said they would find the car we wanted but we never heard back from them. Gary Borne at Buchanan called our home several times and offered his help to find the car we wanted. We went to see Gary and he was busy but sent us Don Harmon to get us started. We were made to feel very comfortable and Don started building our car. He put up with our indecision and questions and built our car and then proceeded to find our car for us. Cody stepped into the mix and located our car. Our finance was set up and our car was on the way. Our 2015 Mailbu is beautiful. Butte Red Metallic. Next Gary spent time with me showing me all the features. This is my first new car since 1979. Being 65 I was not up to the new car features and Gary was patient and very helpful. The absolute WORST experience I have ever had!!! Sold me a truck only to find out it 2 weeks later that it wasn't inspected, ran it around and burned half a tank of gas and didn't replace it, let the temp tag go until the last day and almost didn't have my plates. Employees are clueless and not helpful at all. I will tell everyone I know to stay away from this place. What a joke!!!!!

This dealership leaves a lot to be desired. They may have a great selection of vehicles but their service stinks. To begin with the salesmen did not know their vehicles as well as the salesmen at the other dealerships I visited. There was also use of foul language and rough behavior while I was dealing with them. They will not dicker. The price on the sticker is as low as they go. They also will not explain anything up front. If you want to know, you MUST ask. And ask again before things get answered. Some things I never got answers to or the answers they gave were incorrect. They also do not deliver what they promise. I was promised several things that never got done (air in tires, owners manual, etc) and several others that I had to repeatedly demand that they provide (like enough gas to make it off the lot - They give 1/4 tank. Mine was COMPLETELY empty.). You also have to watch like a hawk when you are signing paperwork. They will slip in things you may not want, such as extended warranties. You will need to repeatedly check paperwork and demand that they redo it. And watch out if the salesman happens to recognize you in a store several months later. I got an earful. My friend also had the same experience so this is not an isolated incident. Buchanan Automotive is definitely not a place I would recommend.

So we found out today how customers are treated who end up not purchasing a car here. Everyone is very friendly until you don't accept the overpriced deal that they offer then it's sorry can't help you and that's it. Funny how when we purchased our last three vehicles at this SAME dealership brand new we were treated very differently. My husband is at another dealership making a purchase right now. Buchanan Automotive has gotten our last dollar.

Do not be fooled by their initial friendly encounter. Unfortunately, after the initial 30 days following the purchase all of that changed. Greg Binder was the sales rep that sold us the car. Joel handled the financing. I purchased, or thought I purchased a vehicle from this dealership on 12/06/14. I was advised that all documentation was provided. The dealership was unable to provide me temporary tags at the time of purchase due to another employee locking the other employees out of the system. Therefore I drove off the lot with dealer tags. I was required to come back to obtain my temporary tags. I returned to the dealership for my temporary tags on 12/08/14. They provided me with temporary tags with a GTD of 01/08/15. I was advised that I would hear from someone once my MD tags were available for pick up. On12/30/14, over 3 weeks from the date of the initial sale, I was advs that the lender required Proof of Residency in order to process the loan. I faxed the requested documents to the dealership in a timely fashion. I called today, 01/08/15, to confirm that my tags are available for pick up. The dealership advs that they had not processed my loan application and it was retracted by the lender, so they could not issue my permanent tags. Additionally that there was nothing I could do and would need to drive the vehicle as is (illegally)until the matter is resolved. I explained that this would be illegal, they proceeded to tell me to call the dealership in the event that I was pulled over so they could explaing the situation to the officer. I explained that this is a family vehicle used to take my children to and from school and activities, as well as my main transportation to and from work.They refused over and over to assist me in anyway. My husband traded in his vehicle for this one. I requested a dealer tag, like they let me in the beginning, they refused. I requested a rental car in the interim. They told me they would rent the car but I would have to pay for itout my pocket, when this is their mistake. I was not told that my initial loan had been retracted at any time prior to the conversation I had today with the Sales Manager, Joel. I was not told prior to today that my tags would not be available for pick up this evening as previously arranged. I was not made aware of anything until I called to confirm they had my tags. I also spoke with another manager, named Cody, who also kept telling me there was nothing they could do even though it was their mistake, not mine. They advised me that since it was over 30 days from the initial date of sale (12/06/14) they would need to physically walk the documents into the MVA for processing and that it could now take up to 30 days from today to ultimately receive my tags. My first payment on the initial loan agreement was to be January 20th, which I dont know how that would be possible with the loan still not having been processed and approved by the lender, yet the dealer told me my due date would not change, but I am stuck with a vehicle with illegal tags. How can someone receive a bill on a loan that has not even been processed by the lender? When I called the dealer back in the afternoon after Cody told me there was one more option he could try, he advised me that there was still nothing that he could do. I then advised him that I no longer wanted the vehicle and would like a check cut for the amount granted in the contract for the trade in. Cody advisedme that he had my loan processed this afternoon and I would not be able to back out of the contract since the initial contract began over 30 days ago. They trapped me with a vehicle that is not drivable after today due to expired tags/registration, took my trade in, and told me to basically deal with it.

We stopped at Buchanan to get warranty service , even though we bought our Traverse at another dealer. On the way out we stopped on the new lot to look at the 2015 Tahoe. Even though they were ready to close Logan took his time to explain all the features the Tahoe has. We stopped back the next day and drove home with our new Tahoe. Logan took the time to explain how to use all the features our new truck has. This is the sixth new Chevrolet we have purchased, the first from Buchanan. I see many more purchases from Buchanan in our future. Many thanks to Logan , Cody and Joel for making our buying experience a pleasure.

I stopped at BUCHANNA GMC to look at a new diesel truck they gave me a very fair price but the wife and I decided that we really didn't need another diesel truck so I had them work me a deal on a very nice looking gas 1500 series an that is what I bought. they worked very fast and hard to get me in the truck first thing in the morning as I requested the manager even washed my truck for me to get out the door and be on my way to O.C. thanks guy I love the new truck

We wanted to trade a tahoe that isn't fuel efficient for a more efficient model. Jim worked and tried to get us into a very nice used cruise.But because we still owed to much on the tahoe we wern't able to get the payment we needed Jim went the extra mile trying to get us a deal.but we decided to wait and pay down the tahoe more and return and try again.this is a wobderful dealership and we look forward to buying our next vehicle from Buchanan chevrolet.

I had received 2 or 3 phone calls about my Colorado, the caller was wanting me to consider trading it in or at least see what the Colorado would be worth as a trade. I had my truck in for service on May 12, 2014 and had left a note for the salesman who had called. He called me on my cell phone and we set a 6:00 appointment for my husband and I to meet and talk with him. When we got to the dealership he had a vehicle ready for us to drive after we talked a while. We had decided to consider a SUV. We drove the vehicle he had ready for us and then I saw a Black Equinox that I liked the looks of...we drove that vehicle and decided if the deal was what we were looking for we would trade in the truck. Oh, by the way the Colorado 2010 was my second Colorado and I loved them both.Ryan was very polite.....not pushy....answered our questions....understood from the beginning that we may not trade but he never let that influence the way he talked with us. All in all the evening was very pleasant and we came home with a 2014 Equinox which I have fallen in love with, as my husband has also.I have no problem recommending Ryan Edwards as a salesperson and I have no problem recommending the dealership of Buchanan Automotive. My Buchannan experience with Jim and the Rest of the team far outweighed my expectations. I went in looking for the best deal for my trade in and got it. I have never traded in a vehicle that wasn't paid off before and was worried that I wouldn't be able to afford it. I was pleasantly surprised that I got almost 0 negative equity on my Nissan Titan. I didn't know what I wanted to buy, only what I didn't want to buy. Jim put me right in a Chevy Equinox and I fell in love. I was afraid I would be giving up too much with my Nissan and that I wouldn't be able to find anything that I loved as much. I hit the jackpot with this car. It has all of the bells and whistles that I wanted along with plenty of Space for my familynot to mention double the gas mileage I was getting on my Titan. This team knows what their customers want and were very willing to work out a deal that was beneficial to both them and I. The financing was painless. I will be going back to Buchannan for years to come and would recommend them to anyone.

i stoped in to look at a used camaro,right away a salesperson came out.we talked,told him i was just looking. we went inside to run some numbers.he insisted i take it home over the weekend to see if i liked it. i told him "no", i didnt want to do that.so they droped the price,i still couldnt afford what they were offering and was going to leave. again ,another price drop but again still not enough.I said i was leaving,and again, another price drop.finally he got me in my price i needed.Did the paperwork and left.there were a few stone chips on it so he agreed to buy me the touch up paint.(which was nice). i took it home and found the bottom of the airbox lid was broke,so i ask him if they could get me a new one. i was told it was on them and they were ordering that for me. since then i got the run around from service, parts,salesman.nobody wanted to deal with me.and still i havent had them replace it.on one of my many trips in for the paint, i had to resign all the paperwork because it wasnt done right the first time. i went back in for the paint a third time and my wife showed up and said they called her to come back in and resign paperwork for the 3rd time.when i was buying the car i asked a few times if the car had been in any accidents,he said "no" and the auto paper said no(no carfax here). after a few days of having it home and really looking at it, i found that the driverside rear quaterpanel and pillar has been repainted..one more thing,when i traded my car in i told him that my car had been in an accident.(i hit a raccoon,and it drifted back and hit a small tree)i had a new front bumper and trunklid painted and put on.i told him that up front. once my car was put on there website i checked the auto history and guess what...no accidents.!!! the guys were nice and very friendly,but once the paper work was done and your out the door...forget about anything else. i will not deal with them again nor will i reccomend them to anybody.

We went to Buchanan Chevrolet to obtain a new truck. We were met by Jim Ratfliffe, and all the staff members said hello and were super to speak with, not pushy, down to earth and friendly. Jim took us on a demo ride and we sat down to crunch numbers. The initial vehicle we looked at was alittle beyond our budget, but Jim was able to transfer a similar vehicle into the dealership, and within 48 hours, my husband drove off the lot with the best deal he could have hoped for. The financing was great, the rebates and all disclosures were smooth without a hitch, and the guys were fun to work with. I would not recommend this dealership if you have any questions following your purchase. I originally gave high ratings to the salesperson which I have removed as a result of lack of response to unreturned calls to voicemail messages left following my purchase. 2 voicemail messages requesting a callback by my salesperson and 3 to the manager of the Buchanan Dealership over a month period have not been returned. Had a simple question, left that question in detail on voicemail messages to no avail. The actual purchase experience was great, but don't expect anything from your salesperson or the manager after that!

Jim was very helpful and proffesional during our visit, he took time and worked hard to explain incentives, finance packages, models and trim availability, he was able to find additional savings outside of normal discount levels. We discussed all of our options in our search for a new vehicle. We concluded unfortunately that a new Escalade EXT was just out of reach of our current budget. However, Jim came up with a few ideas on pre owned certified models to suit our budget, we look forward to further discussions.

After extensive research and comparisons I was positive the GMC Terrain Denali was my new vehicle. I have been a customer here for 12 years. I have bought a new 2001 impala LT, a new 2006 Silverado crew cab LT, a 2010 2500 Duramax 6.6 and a 2012 impala LTZ. Mike was brought in to solve at my request a warrenty problem. I found him to be rude and unprofessional. I have all my maintenance done here. I will not be back. First of all we just stopped in to drive an equinox, was looking . Jim Ratcliffe was there and we immediately hit it off. He is very friendly and makes you feel comfortable. Let's face it no one likes to buy a car! But he made it a wonderful experience. He explained everything we needed to know in a language that we could understand and I think went above and beyond to make this our best experience yet. He looked us in the eye when he talked to us and we immediately knew that he was being upfront and honest with us. As we always try to be with others. What a refreshing experience. He was very knowledgeable about the Equinox, when we went for the test drive and after we had signed the papers took the extra time to program 3 Christian radio stations in plus get my phone hooked in to the blue tooth. Also on the second day when we were going to finalize the deal I told him that When we came the day before not really expecting to buy, I had filled up the tank of my trade in with gas. He in turn filled up the equinox for us. I know that he didn't have to do that but he went above and I believe treated us like he would have like to be treated. I filled an application out on Buchanans website about a Chevy Cavalier and within 20 mins James called my house and we scheduled an apt for the next day. I went up there thinking that I probably wouldn't be able to get anything but James and Jonathan went above and beyond what they had to do to get me in car. The next day I was signing papers with Phil (who was also very nice) and I left with a car. Most dealerships wouldn't work SO hard to get you a car but they were determined to get me one. I would recommend Buchanan to anyone I know, they're very friendly and actually act like they care.

I rated the dealership so low because I only went to check out the cars for 15 minutes or less. I just wanted to view the cars they had in stock. I was "tricked/ forced" from my car to go inside and get my information as though it would be easier to find the right vehicle for me. And even though the service rep I had was friendl,y the whole experience took 3 and half hours (i'm not exaggerating). When i tried to look at a book of different models/colors put there for customers i was told to go sit down because the "boss" did not want me to hear what he was saying (very suspicious/why so secretive?). Right away they pulled out a vehicle and put papers in front of me to sign as if i would drive away with the vehicle right there and then.Every time i tried to go outside to look at vehicles one or more people would follow and ramble on so much that I could not even think. I felt very tired, very awkard, and very pressured. The test drive track was long. They should have a long one and a short one for people in a rush. The worst part is that after 3 and half hours I didn't even get a chance to walk around and look at the vehicles by myself because I was stalked the whole time and didn't want to be mean (they should know to let people browse and not be pushy). The only thing that may have been a positive experience was the guy wade who worked there. Bottom line. When i said i was just there to look real quick they obviously did not care and tried to coerce their own agenda which is rude no matter how nice they try to be. There is such a thing as trying too hard. Would not go back there and would definitely not recommend to anyone else! I also went home and checked the kbb value for retail/dealer price and it was overpriced by 2-3 thousand! Check chambersburg and hagerstown dealers!

Dropped by Saturday February 9, 2013 to "look" at a few cars as mine was getting up in miles. I actually had no intention of even going to the dealership but my partner saw a few cars on the lot that he thought I should check out. We were greeted by Pete Morgan who walked around with us to find out what exactly I was looking for, which was nothing. We then started talking about how much I liked my 2006 Lucerne and that I wished Buick would still be making them. Pete suggested we talk about the 2010 that was sitting there.A few hours later I was driving it home.I had a great experience because there was no pressure to buy anything. Everyone was friendly and came over to introduce themselves to welcome us to the Dealership and Pete and Jonathan Akers were very patient and met all of my concerns about what I wanted my payment to be.I would definately buy there again!!!

He takes his time with his customers and is overall a great sales person. Pete is also friendly and knows what he is doing and knows what he is talking about. This was my first time buying a car from a dealership and I was a little nervous about doing so. I thought that they would be pushy but that wasn't the case at all. We are fairly new to the Wanesboro area, and one of the most trying things when you move is to find an auto service that you can trust. I was having problems with my transmission and, since it was a Chevy, I decided to take it to Buchannon. This was the best choice I could have made. Everything was covered under warranty and the service was exceptional! The last visit I was intending to wait for the vehicle with my 4 year old daughter. I was told that it was going to be awhile. They offered to take me home and pick me up when the repair was finished. This is going above and beyond. I want to thank everyone at your "customer service" oriented dealership. I will be back. Excellent customer service. Walked onto the lot and was greated by Jerry! Had a particular car in mind a particular color and within minutes was very knowledgable about its features. Took it for a test drive and we were hooked. Not only was Jerry very knowledgable but he didn't pressure us into a buy, which was a bonus. He was very professional as was the rest of the staff at the dealership. Couldn't have asked for a more experienced sales person! I drove over an hour to visit Buchanan. I was greeted by Ryan Condon on a very busy Sat. afternoon. I had a particular vehicle in mind that I had located online (everycarlisted.com I believe) Ryan brought the Avalanche around, went over the vehicle with me, answered all my questions and we went for a test drive. The Avalanche looked good to me, however I wanted to have my mechanic look it over. Ryan was willing to have it put up on a lift to be looked at if I wanted. (I was VERY IMPRESSED by that) We arranged to go back up on Tues. Ryan called Tues. morning to schedule a time. My mechanic looked it over (& under - on the lift), test drove it and gave me his approval. The only problems we ran into were the wiper blades that needed replaced and the spare tire that was missing. Ryan assured me that they would take care of both. We negotiated a price that was acceptable to both of us and from there Jonathan Akers took over with the paperwork. The vehicle was run through the detail dept. while we were finishing up. Jonathan gave me a "WE OWE" form for the windshield wipers and spare tire as the service dept. was closed at that time. Will drive by every time from now on. After we thought we had a deal,then they came back at the last minute with all the paperwork and said they needed another $5000. A deal is a deal. Will bad talk this dealer forever. This then happened to my Father after the sale. Traded in his truck,and took delivery of his new truck. two weeks later this dealer called to say "they did not charge him ENOUGH and needed another $1500 or they wanted the truck back " Dirty stay away unless you don't mind paying too much over and over. Best price yeah right FALSE!! BEWARE

I bought my 2010 Charger from Buchanan Auto Park throught Jay Lucas and a better sales person and Dealer ship as a hole you will never come apound. After I seen what the 2011 was going to look like, I told Jay, when ever they got one in, I would very much like him to let me know. Well he called me and I went up to see it. when I got there they had 3 of them. To start with, I have had a 2007 and a 2010 Charger. The last time I talked to JAY I TOLD HIM that if I was to get a 2011, it would be thesame color as the 07 and 2010 witch was the matalic RED. Well one of the 3 Charger was as close to the same color as possible to my 2007 and the 2010. Well I took a drive in the 2011 and it now sets in my Garage. LOVE THEM DODGES JIM THOMAS

The automobile is a 2011 Chevy Malibu which I love. When I purchased the car Bryan called to see how it was working for me. Every is so friendly and willing to answer your questions. Brian meet us at the door and sat down with us to hear our wants and needs. After doing that he looked to find the truck that had what we wanted in our price range and we started digging into the trucks. After we picked the truck we liked then we took it out for a drive and Brian was answering questions and talking with us like we were old friends (not a salesman). We liked the truck and in 10 minutes we had all the #'s payments, trade in, and cost for us to walk out of there with our new truck. After we picked our truck out we weren't there 45 minutes the paperwork was done and we were out the door. Everyone at the dealership that we dealt with took care of all my wants and needs along with making it so easy to buy a truck. Still a month later getting phone calls asking how things are with the new truck. Buchanan is not just a car dealer but a friend too.

I was delighted with the service I received from Buchanan A. Inc. The service manager did an excellent job in taking care of the needed repairs. He was polite and went the extra mile to make sure the work was done correctly and on time. The mechanic Aron Morris, excelled in his workmanship.

When we went to Buchanan Automotive Inc. we pretty much knew what we wanted. We were looking at the selection of Equinox's and Bryan Strausbaugh came over. Our first impression of Bryan was that he was well mannered, not pushy (which is important to my husband)and knowledgable. After talking for a moment he asked if we wanted to take one for a drive. When he said he would ride along I wasn't sure at first how I felt about that. That was the first time a salesman had ever rode along on a test drive with us. Honestly it turned out to be fun! He pointed out features on the vehicle that maybe we would have overlooked. Also since we didn't know the area that well it helped out with him giving directions. It was a good test drive because we drove a little in town when we left the lot, then continued on a road where we could see how it felt at a higher rate of speed, and then preceded to go on a back road that was rougher. So we were able to get a really good feel of how the Equinox would ride on different types of roads. After that we asked Bryan if he could match another dealers price, he checked into it and actually beat the other dealers price. This is the first new car my husband and I have ever bought and Bryan made this a fun, no stress experience. Everybody that we worked with that day from Bryan, to Kevin who helped us with deciding on how to finance, to Betsy who went through the final papers was a pleasure to work with. Bryan walked us through the process with knowledge, thoroughness, and professionalism. I would recommend Buchanan Automotive Inc.

The visit to Buchanan Automotive was as good of a experience we have ever had at a dealership. They were friendly and courtious. There was no forcing us into things that we did not want to do. The answers they gave us about questions on the vehicles were informative and honest. I would recommend anyone to go there.

Bryan was very helpful in helping me find a new vehicle. Once I decided on what I wanted, they were able to locate one at another dealer and get it in within a reasonable amount of time. Since the vehicle did not have some of the outside accessories on that I wanted, they were able to get them in within a couple of days and came to my place of work and picked up the vehicle, put the accessories on and brought it back to me. All the staff seemed very helpful and friendly with my purchase.

Our experience with Buchanan Automotive was a very pleasant experience. We were greeted immediately, but not pressured, especially into buying something we didn't want or feel we couldn't afford. They worked with us on giving us a fair trade in value for our truck and along with dealer incentives, we are happy overall with the cost of our vehicle.They also took time to explain all dealer options and extended warranties to protect our vehicle and our investment. There were no hidden fees and there was no pressure to buy any of the extra Plans.It's a common misconception that you don't receive customer service from a dealership after you purchase your vehicle, since you've bought it, they don't need to sell you anything else. But, they have been helpful even after the purchase, even with something as simple as we couldn't get the dome light to work. They were willing to fix it and make it right.We have received emails and phone calls as follow up on our purchase, to make sure we are still satisfied with our purchase and to see if anything is wrong or needs fixed. We would definately recommend the dealership and come back for future vehicle purchases.

I was so impressed that when I contacted the web site for Buchanan that they responded so quickly within 10 minutes. I think this is what sold us that they were there for us. We had done our homework and were ready to buy a truck. They gave us the best deal that we never expected. Our trade in and monthly payments were superb. We were looking for a used vehicle and bought a new vehicle. Everyone we spoke to there was exceptional. We have recommended the dealership to everyone we talk to. We absolutely love the truck. Brian was the first to meet and assist me. He was knowledgeable about the diffent models. I was looking for a Cobalt and he explained the various features. There was not one in stock so Kenny and eventually Kevin assisted in finding one in MD. It did take them a day or so to find it and I appreciate their efforts. The vehicle did not have all of the features that I was looking for and Kenny arranged for the service department to assist me. Overall a great experience and I would not hesitate to purchase another vehicle there.

After searching for a new vehicle we decided on a new Buick LaCrosse...I stopped by the dealer, checking out the selection on the lot. I was approached by Darrell, he asked if he could be of any assistance? I told him what I had in mind. Darrell asked if I wanted to test drive the car and I told him no, that I would bring the wife back and let her do the test drive as the car was for her. During my entire conversation he never once placed any pressure on me to buy. Darrell made me feel as though he knew me from way back when, although this was the first time that we had met. Took the wife to the dealer, she test drove the LaCrosse...Buchanan did not have the exact vehicle that we wanted but within 30 minutes was able to locate one at another dealer. Because of Darrell's presentation of himself and the dealership we were sold on buying the vehicle from them. The entire team involved with the sale and delivery made us feel as though we were family. Vehicle has been in for service...everyone in the service department has been very friendly and helpful, any and all of our questions have been answered to our satisfaction. In today's market, with the ecomony, it was a pleasure to work with Darrell and the entire Buchanan family. At no time were we rushed or given a song and dance as to why we should by from them. When we picked up our new car the owner of Buchanan Automotive personally thanked us for our purchase...

We purchased a 2007 Cadillac STS which we have looked at several of these in the past;however, this one just really caught our eye. We had the best experience buying this car. We basically told the dealership that the sale depended upon the bottom line of the payment and they were almost able to meet our payment amount-off by $40.00. We felt that the car was definitely worth the $40.00 more a month and decided to make the deal. We left the dealership that night with the car. I love this car-it has everything that anyone could possibly ask for in a vehicle. The salesman and general manager did everything possible to make sure that we were happy with the purchase and have followed up with us several times to make sure that we continue to be happy. I have a few items on the car that need to go in for service but I am not scheduled to do that until next Monday; therefore, I am unable to answer about the service. I would definitely recommend our salesman to our family and friends.

In the past 25 years we've purchased 10 new vehicles. This purchase has been the most pleasant and satisfying experience that we have ever had. We were at no time pressured by the dealership. We searched numerous dealers for exterior and interior color and option combinations that we wanted before finding this dealership. After they did their own search and could not find what we wanted they said they could order one the way we wanted without any obligation to buy it. This is unheard of with the bad economy we are in. This really showed us how serious they were in trying to meet our needs. They knew upfront the payment we could afford. We really appreciated the sales manager for how he worked with us in finding the best possible interest rate and gave us the best price for our trade-in and got the price of the new vehicle down to the point we could afford it. After this many years it is great to have a local dealership we like doing business with instead of having to travel miles and miles. We would highly recommend this dealership to anyone.
